Discernment is not fear—it is clarity.
Sovereignty is not isolation—it is alignment.
When we return to the wisdom of our own heart, we no longer seek power outside of ourselves—we remember we are already whole.
A long time ago, I was guided to leave the place where I was born and travel—first to North Carolina and then to California. Before that physical journey began, I received clear guidance: do not focus on aliens and UFOs—not because they are not real, but because, as on Earth, there are beings aligned with the Light and those who are not. Some observe. Some assist. Some exploit.
Part of the human experience is eventually opening to non-physical realms. Ideally, these encounters are with beings aligned to the Light and the Oneness of Source. However, this is not always the case.
There are disincarnate beings who remain close to Earth due to the way they left the physical realm. There are also beings from other dimensions, timelines, and planetary systems who enter through energetic openings. Some remain attached to locations, experiences, or unresolved needs.
Because of this, discernment is essential.
We must learn to recognize the difference between:
- Guidance that supports our sovereignty
- Influence that seeks control or attachment
A simple test can be used:
Ask if the being comes in the Light and Love of Source for the highest good of all. If not, it must leave.
However, even this is not foolproof. Some may present themselves as benevolent—appearing as angels, guides, or even familiar spiritual figures—while masking other intentions. These are the “wolves in sheep’s clothing.”
A true being aligned with the Light will:
- Never override your free will
- Never demand obedience
- Never require exclusive allegiance
- Never use fear, urgency, or control
They offer possibilities—not commands.
All messages—whether received directly or through another person—are filtered through belief systems, emotional states, and levels of clarity. Therefore, every message must be taken inward and discerned through your own Higher Self.
This is not about judgment.
It is about responsibility.
Each being shares from their level of awareness. Each person receives through their own filters. We retain full sovereign choice in what we accept or reject.
This applies not only to spiritual messages, but also to physical events and collective narratives. Outcomes are often shaped not by force alone, but by consent—whether through belief, compliance, or apathy.
A key question we face is this:
Do we give our power away to perceived higher beings, or do we stand in sovereign awareness and meet all others as equals on the path?
We are not lesser beings.
We are expressions of Source experiencing human life.
As we reconnect to our inner alignment—through the heart and Higher Presence—we develop the ability to discern clearly and filter all external input.
Beings aligned with Light:
- Do not interfere with free will
- Do not generate fear or division
- Do not encourage harm
- Do not demand submission
When I was in North Carolina, I found a book open to the phrase:
“Be a messenger of good tidings.”
The message was clear:
Awareness of distortion is important—but focusing on it feeds it.
Instead:
- Witness without attachment
- Do not energetically fight
- Hold the vision of the highest outcome
- Direct your energy toward that outcome
Energy is neutral.
It is shaped by focus and emotional intensity.
What we consistently focus on—especially with strong emotion—becomes reinforced and expanded.
The Universe does not judge.
It responds.
If we focus on fear, we amplify fear.
If we focus on peace, we anchor peace.
This is part of spiritual maturity:
Taking responsibility for our thoughts, emotions, and actions.
Rather than seeking external direction, we learn to:
- Pause
- Enter stillness
- Align with the heart
- Act from clarity instead of reaction
Guidance from others—such as psychics or channels—may be helpful, but it is always filtered through their perception. Your own inner guidance, even if imperfect, is more aligned to your path.
When we give others authority over our decisions, we also give away responsibility. This creates a cycle of dependency and, often, victimhood.
Sovereignty requires ownership.
Maintaining clarity includes:
- Regular energetic clearing
- Awareness of limiting beliefs
- Discernment of all messages
- Alignment with inner knowing
We must also be aware that susceptibility to influence can arise from:
- Emotional imbalance (fear, anger, hatred)
- Substance use
- Trauma or unresolved patterns
- Ancestral or genetic imprints
- Improper or unprotected spiritual practices
We are interconnected like the ocean.
When we are calm, the waters are calm.
When we are agitated, the waves intensify.
This message is not about avoiding contact with non-physical beings.
It is about approaching such contact with awareness, preparation, and sovereignty.
There are many influences—physical and non-physical—that interact with humanity. However:
Nothing overrides your free will unless you surrender it.
Distortion and chaos persist through:
- Apathy
- Unquestioned belief
- Surrender of personal responsibility
Transformation occurs through:
- Awareness
- Alignment
- Conscious choice
Exercise your sovereign right.
Keep your energy clear.
Remain aware.
Choose peace.
Act from alignment.
In doing so, you can engage with all realms—physical and non-physical—without fear, and stand as a stable presence of Light in the world.
Heart-Centered Invocation / Blessing
I return now to the stillness within my own Being.
I stand in my sovereignty, anchored in the Light of Source.
May all that is not aligned with truth, clarity, and love fall away.
May all influences—seen and unseen—be filtered through the wisdom of my Higher Presence.
I choose awareness over fear.
I choose responsibility over reaction.
I choose alignment over illusion.
Let my thoughts be clear.
Let my heart be steady.
Let my actions serve the highest good of all.
I walk in discernment.
I stand in sovereignty.
I live as a conscious expression of the Light.
And so it is.
