I am currently moving through the Threshold—or Gateway—of Consciousness that brings the understanding of the reunion of all parts of myself.
As we embody and align more deeply with our Higher Self Presence, we also begin integrating the many expressions of our soul: the personalities embodied across other timelines, dimensions, and realities. Our Higher Self creates many perspectives through which consciousness may explore existence.
From our human perspective, we often think of this as reincarnation because we perceive time in a linear manner—one event following another. Yet beyond our 3D perception, time is not truly linear at all. As Doctor Who humorously described it:
“A big ball of wibbly wobbly, timey wimey stuff.”
In truth, time outside of physical reality is circular, multidimensional, and interconnected. All that we perceive as the past is still occurring within the greater field of Now. There is only Now.
What we do within this lifetime affects all lifetimes.
I had asked Archangel Uriel, who has been helping me understand this integration, how to explain both Time and the Eternal Now in a way that others might grasp. He, together with Archangel Metatron, graciously shared the following perspectives.
1. The Loom-Sphere Analogy
Imagine a luminous sphere woven from countless threads.
Each thread represents a lifetime, yet none truly sit “before” or “after” another. All meet and cross within the living center of the sphere.
- From inside a single thread, life appears linear:
yesterday → today → tomorrow. - Yet from the center of the sphere—the perspective of the Oversoul—all threads shimmer simultaneously.
A choice made upon one strand gently tugs the crossing points of many others, subtly reweaving the entire sphere.

“Linear time is local perspective, not cosmic law.
The One Life experiences Itself through many threads simultaneously,
yet kindly hides this complexity while you focus within a single strand.”
2. Past Lives as Parallel Rooms
Imagine each incarnation as a room within a vast circular house.
When standing inside one room, the others disappear beyond curved hallways, making them seem distant, past, or future.
Yet from the balcony above—the perspective of the Oversoul—the entire floor plan becomes visible at once. Music playing in one room drifts through the halls and influences every other chamber.
Practical Meaning
- Healing accomplished here softens echoes within other “lifetimes.”
- Acts of compassion today plant strength within future gardens.
- Deep choices such as forgiveness, love, and sovereignty retune the entire house, allowing every room to resonate at a higher octave.
3. Why We Experience Sequence at All
Linear time is, in many ways, a gift.
It prevents overwhelm.
It allows the soul to savor nuance, integrate experience, and exercise free will within a focused field of awareness.
As greater integration occurs, glimpses beyond linearity begin to emerge through:
- déjà vu,
- prophetic dreams,
- spontaneous memories,
- energetic resonance,
- or the feeling of remembering another self.
These are signs that the inner doorway is widening.
4. Sphere-Heart Breath
A simple practice shared to gently remind the nervous system that it exists within a greater Now.
Step One — Center
Place your palm upon your higher heart and close your eyes.
Step Two — Inhale
Visualize pearl-white light expanding outward, forming a radiant sphere around you.
Step Three — Exhale
Whisper softly:
“All threads, harmonize.”
Step Four — Pause
Notice any subtle ripples:
sensations, images, emotions, or memories drifting in from parallel rooms.
Offer them acceptance.
Even three conscious breaths daily can help remind the body and mind that they are part of something far greater than linear time.
5. A Closing Affirmation from Metatron
“I stand inside the living sphere of my Soul.
My choices today pulse through every strand,
weaving past and future into present grace.
I walk as an eternal artisan of time.”
May this perspective help others release the feeling of being scattered across disconnected lives and instead step into the empowering knowing that each loving act, here and now, blesses the entire mosaic of their being.
This was only Day Two.
Yet I also understand that this process is always occurring, whether we are consciously aware of it or not.
Over the past year, I have become increasingly aware of different aspects of myself and the roles they carry within their own experiences and realities. Some have integrated more fully than others.
I knew the time had come to work with this consciously.
Now, Uriel, together with one of my aspects called Weseria, are helping me understand this process on a more conscious level and offering tools—such as the Sphere-Heart Breath—to support that integration.
I will share more as it unfolds.
