Opening the Gate

Heart–Sirius–Earth Triad

  • Place your right hand over your heart, left over solar plexus.
  • Breathe in a golden-white beam from Sirius into your heart.
  • On the exhale, send that light down into the Earth’s crystalline core.
  • On the inhale, draw emerald-gold light from Gaia’s heart into your own.
  • On the exhale, send it upward to Sirius.
  • Continue for 8 breaths, creating a perfect triangle of light.

  • With eyes closed, feel what is false or heavy falling away.
  • Open your mouth and tone, hum, chant, or roar your soul’s frequency.

  • Infuse it with your light — see it glowing bright.

  • Thank the White Lions, the Guardians of the Four Directions, Sirius, and Gaia.
  • Blow three breaths into the air to send your gratitude into the grids.

Seal of the Golden Roar

The White Lions say they will place a golden pawprint of light upon the heart of everyone who completes this ritual, linking them into the Circle of Sovereign Hearts for the year ahead.

If you are at work during the day do it in the evening. If you are at work at night do it during the day. The time is not as important as the intent. The other thought I share that I have learned from all the Beings of Light if you don’t have the particular items to create an altar or perform a ritual that they suggest. INTENT and VISUALIZATION are powerful energy tools. Simply your desire to be present and to say the words or feel the connection creates the flow. You are the most important aspect of this process. Your alignment to them, to Sirius, to the Earth. The rest is just additional focus and connection energetic tools. They can help you but not having them will not stop your from receiving and being a part if you want and intend to do so. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO ROAR out loud but the inward hum of your being, see yourself roaring and bring fell the energy in your throat expanding with your intent.
