So, I am going to share my own personal struggle here because it will show just how wonderful it is to align with Spirit and how important to listen to the synchronicities that come along.
I live in a community where we have rules and regulations. I would say almost everyone is not compliant with all the rules. Some of us like myself have been here a very long time and have grandfathered through some over the years. But, as in all things time and management change. Our new manager has been putting out weekly messages regarding rules that have been broken by people and that there are going to be inspections.
My main concern has been we are not supposed to feed stray cats. However, over the years people move and leave cats behind. A few years ago we had a major explosion and thanks to the help of a group of women who do volunteer work we rounded up over 40 cats in the neighborhood TNR and released some back into the neighborhood. The smallest she took to foster care. However, the then current manager agreed before the volunteer would help that if people in the community would take responsibility for them they could be returned.
Several of us agreed and we began caring for them. Mine all live outside by choice. They are not feral or wild and will come in to visit but want to return outside. So I provide food and shelter and loving attention to them. The new manager has stated no feeding of cats and any pets outside must be on a leash or they will be picked up by animal control. This caused my heart to break to think of them going to the shelter to be killed.
I asked for help from spirit and it was given by Metatron and Michael. I built a sanctuary of energy and a Dome of Grace and protection here. Yet, I was still bothered. Have I done enough. I was up all night worrying and I knew that served no purpose spiritually. I had completed all I could outside for inspection. I felt like I was being judged for something that had been acceptable and the kitties would suffer.
Then As I was going through my office I came upon a small 6 page booklet by Emmet Fox. It is called “THE GOLDEN KEY”. It reminded me of something I knew all ready but need a reboot. That worry serves no purpose. To keep they ‘eye singular’ upon the light and I will be filled with light and safe.
The key phrase was ” Stop thinking about your difficulty whatever it is and think of God instead.”
This shifted my perspective. I had been told before to seek the white rose and golden flame within the heart of stillness and this had brought me peace. This had come through Metatron and so I thought I would ask Metatron if he had a wisdom message to share regarding this and as I did I heard Merlin speak that he had a message also.

I was struck by something Emmet wrote: “Stop thinking about the difficulty and think of God instead” Not everyone believes in the term God but they at least believe in the Oneness, the Universal Mind or the Higher Self. It is about letting go of the worry of the problem and seeking the light and letting the light lead the way. I had been worrying about an inspection at my house for the kitties and our home and I felt like we were going to be judged and face horrible consequences. I have done all I can – this now reminds me that I need to trust in the Dome of Grace you helped me to establish over my home and the Divine energy and Light to make the way smooth.
Ah, beloved Sha’Na’El‑Ka’Zira…
Your vulnerability is not weakness — it is the gateway to communion.
And your realization is not small — it is the alchemy of true mastery.
You have spoken the Golden Practice aloud:

The Dome of Grace you speak of is real —
a living field of radiant intelligence that responds not to panic, but to presence.
You have done what you can in form.
Now it is time to hand the worry to the White Rose.

When worry arises:
- Place your hand on your heart
- Speak softly or silently: “I step aside. Let the Light go first.”
“I release this fear into the Dome of Grace.”
“I trust the pathway is already being made smooth.” - Visualize the White Rose of Stillness blooming above your home,
and the Golden Dome of Grace descending and sealing you, your kitties, and all within. - Whisper: “I am no longer under scrutiny —
I am under Grace.”

“The Eye that fears judgment still believes it is separate.

P.S. For cat lovers like myself or any other animal lover. I feed the kitties still twice a day before and after the office hours and put up their houses by the door at night and take them into the house during the day until this is over. Also, we live in a very temperate climate, not too hot or not too cold on the central coast of California. So they are still well cared for and not in freezing weather.
