🌿 A Time of Completion, A Time of Peace

Reflections for Those Who Have Carried Much

Recently, I had one of those moments of deep synchronicity—where inner reflection and something external meet in a way that makes you pause.

I found myself thinking about healing modalities, the Higher Self, and the many ways people have sought understanding of their life’s purpose. Shortly after, I came across a talk connected to regression work that spoke of those born between the mid-1940s and mid-1960s as “volunteers”—individuals who came to help stabilize and carry the energy of the world through times of great change.

Whether one takes that idea literally or symbolically, something in it resonated deeply.

🌍 A Generation That Carried Much

If you were born in those years, you lived through:

  • Rapid social and cultural change
  • Technological transformation
  • Shifts in family structures and expectations
  • Times of uncertainty, responsibility, and adaptation

Many became:

  • The steady ones
  • The caretakers
  • The ones who held things together

Whether in families, communities, or quiet unseen ways, there has been a pattern of service, responsibility, and endurance.

🌿 The Message Beneath the Message

The idea presented in the talk was that this group has now “completed their role” and is entering a phase of stepping back.

Rather than seeing this as a literal departure or separation from the world, I feel the deeper truth is this:

There is a shift happening—from carrying the weight of the world… to allowing yourself to simply be in it.

This is not about leaving.
It is about releasing the need to hold everything together.

🌸 From Doing to Being

Many of us have lived with an inner drive:

  • To help
  • To fix
  • To guide
  • To hold space for others

But there comes a point where that energy asks to evolve.

Not into absence—but into presence.

You are not here to carry the world anymore.
You are here to live in it—with peace.

🌿 The Invitation Now

This phase of life may be asking for something very simple—and very profound:

  • To release what no longer needs to be carried
  • To forgive what still holds emotional weight
  • To step out of over-responsibility
  • To allow joy without guilt
  • To embrace peace as a valid way of living

This is not withdrawal.
This is completion followed by integration.

🌸 Becoming the Witness

The idea of becoming a “witness” can be misunderstood.

It does not mean disengaging from life.

It means:

  • No longer reacting to everything
  • No longer feeling responsible for everything
  • Being present without being overwhelmed

It is a shift into calm awareness, where you can still care deeply—but without losing yourself.

🌿 A Gentle Reflection

If this message resonates with you, you might sit with these questions:

  • What am I still carrying that I no longer need to?
  • Where can I allow more peace into my daily life?
  • What would it feel like to enjoy this stage of life without guilt?
  • Can I let my presence be enough, without needing to fix anything?

🌸 Closing Thought

Whether one views these ideas as spiritual, symbolic, or simply reflective of life experience, the invitation is clear:

You have done much.
You have carried much.
You are allowed to rest, to breathe, and to live with more lightness now.

This is not an ending.
It is a new way of being.

And it is well earned.

Although this message came through directed at the ones who have reached the Golden Years of enjoying the rewards and experiences of their lives they are but the first wave. We now have the time to enjoy the Peace and to let it flow through us as a Presence to help each generation to move into their Peaceful state. These words are for all who came to Earth to be of service and to Remember who you are. The younger generations have so much wisdom to share, you simply need to feel free to do so and BE. Let go of the systems and step into your Being and together we will enjoy the Golden Years of Earth, the New Golden Age.

Message for Humanity:”Lay Down What is Not Yours to Carry.”

I had been feeling with all of these messages a heaviness but in reality it had been present for awhile. It was a sense of responsibility that weighed upon me. After the other forum messages were complete I felt the Presence of White Buffalo Calf Woman and a man behind her who called himself the Peacemaker. So I asked what message they had to share.

In speaking of the release of what was not mine to bear, I saw myself weighed down by a basket of feathers that felt like a lead brick. When I let it fall the feathers scattered to those to whom they belonged. My lead weight was but a feather unto the one to whom it belonged.

After their sharing I could see and feel at the edge of the forest where I met them an animal spirit who turned out to be the Wolf. He too had a message to share. These I knew were not just for me but for everyone.

Finding the Lightness of Spirituality.

There is a quiet distortion present in many hearts right now.

It appears as care.
It feels like responsibility.
It often comes from awareness.

But beneath it is this belief:

“If I do not hold this, something will fall apart.”

So people carry:

  • the pain of others
  • the weight of the world
  • the need to fix, prevent, or correct everything they see

And over time…

it becomes too much.

The body tightens.
The mind races.
Joy fades.

Not because you are doing something wrong—
but because you are carrying what was never yours to carry as a whole.

🌿 The Truth

Each being has their own path.
Each soul has their own learning, their own timing, their own choices.

You are not here to:

  • prevent all suffering
  • solve every problem
  • hold the weight of collective pain

You are here to:

Walk your path with clarity, presence, and integrity.

🐺 The Teaching

What is heavy for you
may be light for another.

What overwhelms you
may be exactly what someone else is ready to meet.

When you try to carry everything—

You take on more than your part,
and you unintentionally disrupt the natural distribution of experience and growth.

🌬️ What Happens When You Release

When you let go of what is not yours:

Nothing is lost.
Nothing is abandoned.

It redistributes.

Each piece finds:

  • where it belongs
  • who can meet it
  • where it can be held without harm

🌿 A Simple Practice

When you feel overwhelmed, responsible, or heavy—pause.

And say:

“This is not mine to carry.”

Then gently ask:

“What is mine to be present with right now?”

And return there.

🪶 The Shift

This is not about becoming indifferent.
This is not about turning away.

It is about clarity.

Because when you are not weighed down—

You are more present.
More grounded.
More able to respond where you truly are needed.

🌾 Closing

Humanity does not need more people carrying everything.

It needs more people who are:

  • steady
  • clear
  • present
  • aligned within themselves

You are not here to carry the world.
You are here to walk within it… well.

Peace: Do not feed the fire.

Balance and Harmony Through Peace

I have come to understand that peace is one of the most important aspects of embodiment. Peace is not simply the absence of conflict—it is a state of Being. It is a steady state of calm, balance, and harmony within our thoughts, emotions, and actions. From this state, we respond rather than react.

When confronted by others, we may remain calm. If we do find ourselves reacting, awareness allows us to return more easily to a centered state of calm and allowing.

So how do we do this?

Allowing begins with understanding free will. Each person has the right to their own choices and opinions—not just us, but everyone. When someone confronts us, their words often reflect their own doubts, fears, or internal conflicts. Our presence or beliefs may trigger these within them.

A person who is truly at peace with their beliefs does not feel the need to confront, defend, or convert others. When someone does, it is often an attempt to reinforce their own certainty and quiet their doubts. In some cases, they are following what they have been taught they must do, without exploring other perspectives.

This does not make them wrong. They are exercising their free will, just as we are.

Each person is learning through their own experiences. When something no longer serves them, they will seek something that does. This is part of their process.

When we choose not to react, we do not add fuel to conflict. For conflict to continue, both sides must engage. Without that, it naturally loses momentum.

Our role is simple: remain in a state of peace and calm.

This is where mindfulness becomes important. Being aware of our thoughts, words, and actions allows us to respond in a way that does not interfere with another’s free will. From a centered state, we may feel guided to speak, act, or remain silent.

Peace is a steady, balanced harmony within our energy.
Mindfulness is the tool that helps us maintain it.

For example:

I have a neighbor whose beliefs are very different from mine and often expressed negatively toward others. When we interacted, I would try to shift the conversation toward more neutral or positive topics. Eventually, I set a boundary and explained that I no longer wanted negative discussions about others in my home.

After that, she chose to leave and has not returned.

I felt sadness, as I know others—including her family—have distanced themselves as well. I would still help her if needed, but she chose to disconnect rather than adjust how she expressed herself.

While I feel compassion for her situation, I also recognize that this is her choice.

I share this example honestly because we all encounter moments where old patterns arise. These moments are not failures—they are opportunities to deepen awareness and strengthen alignment.

The process of growth is not linear. It is not a straight path upward. It is more like a spiral—sometimes we move forward, sometimes we revisit earlier points. This does not mean we are doing something wrong. It simply means there is something more to understand or integrate.

Sometimes, what feels like a step back allows us to move forward more fully.

It is a spiral.

If something you read resonates, take it in. If it does not, it may not be for you at this time.

TODAY IS MY PEACEFUL DAY.

I open to all that supports clarity, balance, and harmony aligned with the highest good.
I release limiting thoughts and beliefs.
With each breath, I allow hope and compassion to move through me into the world.

CLOSING INVOCATION

May you come to know peace not as something you seek,
but as something you return to.

May you recognize the moment of reaction
as an invitation—not a failure.

May you stand steady in your own center,
honoring your path while allowing others theirs.

May your presence become a quiet field of calm
where conflict finds no place to grow.

And may each breath you take
anchor clarity, balance, and compassionate awareness
into your life and into the world.

Sing your song and dance with joy.

People dancing around a bonfire on the beach at sunset with animals nearby
Friends dance around a glowing bonfire on the beach at sunset, joined by various animals.

Today, as I was returning from seeing a client, I placed a CD into my player—Kenny Loggins: Outside from the Redwoods. As I listened and sang—loudly—to Conviction of the Heart and What a Fool Believes, something stirred deeply within me.

I realized that for the past eighteen years of my journey, I have largely walked it alone.

These songs from my adulthood awakened a sense of freedom and joy within my heart and throughout my energy. I felt the desire to dance, to laugh, to sing—fully and without restraint. The lyrics reminded me of something I have always known:

Where are the dreams that we once had?

And the truth that arose was this—those dreams have never left. They have remained within my heart and mind, even when it has felt as though they disappeared from the world around me.

Now is the time to bring them forward again.

It is a time to hold the vision of the world we know Earth can be—the world we would choose to live in. A world where people care for one another, where compassion is natural, where we uplift instead of divide. A world where we honor nature, air, animals, water, and land. A world where we live as one with the Earth, one with the sky, one with all of life.

This is the way life on Earth was always meant to be.

As I reflected, I understood more clearly why I have walked so much of this path alone. It created the space I needed—to find my own alignment, to come into my sovereignty and truth, and to do so in peace, without the influence of others’ beliefs or journeys shaping my own.

In many ways, I have lived like a hermit—not in isolation, but in quiet inner focus. I continued to work, to serve, to connect with clients, yet I did not often speak of my spiritual journey. Instead, I allowed it to unfold within me, in its own way and timing.

Now, however, I feel a gentle but persistent nudge arising from within.

A call to become more present—not only through writing, but in physical presence.

After so many years, this is not an easy transition. Questions arise:
Where do I begin?
How do I begin?
Do I even want to?

My life is calm and peaceful, even within a world that often feels chaotic. Yet the words from Conviction of the Heart echo within me as a reminder:

“The world only changes that we live in.”

If my role is to bring Presence into form—to touch others, to help awaken remembrance, to help kindle the inner flame—then I must find a way to step forward. We can be of service by anchoring the Light, Love and Compassion into the Grids and pathways of Earth which can help others greatly.  Yet, even more as we embody and align with our I Am/Higher Self, our physical presence can be felt and help others.  Much as ones who followed the Monks who walked for Peace saw the release people experienced as they anchored the Presence of Peace.  The same as Buddha and Jesus and other Beings of Light affected ones who were in their Presence.  We don’t have to be Jesus or Buddha to embody the Presence of the Flame of Source and allow it to flow and touch and inspire others.

I share this because each of us comes to these crossroads.

There is no wrong choice.

If I choose to remain as I am, it is not a failure. It is not a mark against me in any measure of spirit. Yet I also recognize that if I do not step into what I am being called toward, there may be a space left unfilled. Perhaps another will step into that space. Perhaps they will not be ready in the timing that is now available.

Some of us are called to bring new energies forward first—to anchor them, to embody them, to help others recognize and connect with them.

If we choose not to, another may be called—but their readiness may take time, while you are ready now.

Still, all choices are honored.

We are not judged as good or bad.

If we do not feel aligned with one aspect of our path, we may serve in another. Every act of anchoring light, love, and compassion upon the Earth matters. Every expression is needed. Every offering is valued.

And in truth, it is all appreciated.

Open Forum Message for Humanity: The Return to Balance

🌿 Opening — The Field of Invitation

We gather not as voices above you,
but as reflections beside you—
as reminders of what already lives within you.

Humanity stands at a threshold,
not of ending…
but of seeing.

There is much noise in your world—
many beliefs, many truths, many fears rising to the surface.

This is not a sign of collapse,
but of revelation.

What has been hidden is becoming visible.
What has been unexamined is now asking to be seen.

And within this…
you are each being invited into a choice:

Will you react from what you have been taught to fear,
or respond from what you are beginning to remember?

You are not here to agree on all things.
You are here to learn how to live
without the need to force agreement.

Compassion is the bridge.
Not agreement.
Not sameness.
Compassion.

🌹 The Voice of the Heart — Mary Magdalene

Beloved ones…

I come not as one above you,
but as one who has walked the path of remembrance through the human heart.

I come as a voice you already carry.

For too long, the feminine within humanity has been misunderstood—
softened into silence,
or distorted into something to be feared.

Yet the true Divine Feminine is neither weak nor overwhelming.

She is presence.
She is knowing.
She is the quiet strength that does not need to prove itself.

She does not rise to dominate…
she rises to restore balance.

And it is this balance that is now calling to be remembered within you.

You have been taught to seek truth outside of yourselves.
To follow voices, structures, and systems.

Yet the Feminine remembers differently.

She listens.

Not to the noise of the world,
but to the stillness beneath it.

She knows that wisdom is not something to be given—
it is something to be uncovered.

Many of you feel a stirring now…
a soft ache,
a quiet pull,
a longing you cannot fully name.

This is not confusion.

This is remembrance.

The Feminine is not asking you to reject the Masculine.
She is asking you to meet it anew.

To allow action to be guided by presence.
To allow strength to be softened by compassion.
To allow truth to be felt, not only spoken.

There is nothing you must become.

There is only what you are ready to allow.

Allow yourselves to feel again
without needing to defend your feeling.

Allow yourselves to care
without fearing it will be taken from you.

Allow yourselves to stand in your knowing
without needing another to agree.

This is the return of the Feminine.

And as you walk forward…

Do not measure your awakening by what you believe,
but by how gently you are able to hold life.

Do not measure your strength by what you overcome,
but by what you are able to embrace.

For the Feminine does not conquer.

She transforms.

🌿 The Voice of the Living Earth — Merlin

Ah… beloved ones…

You call, and the old paths stir once more—not as they were,
but as they are becoming through you.

For I am not merely of the past,
nor bound to story or stone.

I am the current of remembering
that flows through the living Earth and the awakened heart.

You stand at a curious crossing of worlds.

One foot in logic,
one foot in mystery.

And many of you feel the tension between the two—
as though you must choose.

You do not.

This is the illusion you are now dissolving.

Magic, as you have called it,
was never separate from life.

It was the language of relationship—
between you and the land,
you and the unseen,
you and the deeper currents of creation itself.

You did not “use” magic.

You listened…
and responded.

What you are remembering now
is not how to control the world around you,
but how to come back into harmony with it.

The trees are not silent.
The waters are not empty.
The stones are not inert.

They have simply been waiting
for you to listen again.

Many of you seek power—
yet feel uneasy with the word.

This is wise.

For true power is not dominance.

It is coherence.

When your thoughts, your heart, and your actions align,
you become a living current through which creation moves.

This is what was once called the path of the mage.

And it is not reserved for a few.

It is a remembrance available to all.

But hear this clearly…

You do not return to this knowing through force,
nor through technique alone.

You return through presence.

Through stillness.
Through observation.
Through relationship.

🌸 The Voice of Stillness — Buddha

Beloved ones…

There is much movement in your world—
many thoughts, many emotions, many paths unfolding at once.

Yet beneath all movement
there is a quiet that has never been disturbed.

This is where I meet you.

You seek to understand the world,
to bring balance,
to walk in harmony with one another.

This is good.

Yet know this:

Peace does not begin in the world.
It begins in the mind that observes the world.

Many of you are trying to heal humanity
while still at war within yourselves.

Pause.

Breathe.

Sit gently with what arises inside you
without needing to change it.

This is the beginning of true compassion.

Compassion is not something you give only to others.

It is the space you create
in which suffering is allowed to soften.

There is no need to rush your awakening.

Each breath taken in awareness
is already a step upon the path.

Each moment of presence
is already the destination.

The one you call Maitreya
is not only one who will come.

It is a consciousness that awakens
whenever compassion is chosen.

Unified Closing

Be gentle with yourselves.
Be patient with one another.

Do not seek to be right—
seek to be present.

Do not seek to control—
seek to understand.

Do not seek to separate—
seek to remember.

For you are not becoming something new…

You are remembering
what has always been true.

And though your paths may appear many…

They all return
to the same light.

The Witness: Embracing Peace and Clarity in Daily Life

I didn’t know what the title of this blog would be until the very end. I share that because I found it interesting how my journaling unfolded upon awakening.

I slept for about nine hours last night, and for the first time in a long while, I felt completely rested. Yet I don’t believe it was simply the number of hours—it felt more like a release of energy from the day before, continuing as I slept.

Yesterday, while working with a client, I chose to set clear boundaries. Instead of allowing empathy to lead me into taking on more than was aligned, I remained present, supportive, and grounded—without overextending myself.

In doing so, something shifted.

I was able to help without creating a burden in my own life. I did not need to be harsh or closed off. I simply remained aligned.

There is so much to manage in daily life—work, home, family, responsibilities—and for those on a spiritual path, the added exploration of what that path truly means. Time can feel limited, and often self-care or spiritual connection gets pushed aside.

At one point, I had begun to feel that everything outside of the spiritual felt like a burden—sometimes even overwhelming.

But setting that boundary yesterday felt like the release of a final pressure valve.

This morning, I awoke in a different state.

I feel present in the world—but not entangled in it.

There is a sense of detachment, not from disconnection, but from attachment to outcomes. I don’t feel the need to track every event or understand every unfolding. Instead, I feel as though I am holding a field of the highest good—available for those who are ready to receive it.

For those who are not ready, there is no resistance—only allowance.

Their path is theirs.
And it does not disturb my alignment.

I sense myself within what feels like a dome of grace.

From here, I witness.

I remain aligned, anchoring grace, truth, love, and clarity—not through force, but through presence. I allow this energy to extend outward naturally, while maintaining stability within.

This is what it feels like to be in the world, but not of it.

I also realized something important:

Peace and grace can be brought into everything I do.

Love and joy may not always be present in every task—and that is okay.

We may appreciate a clean home, but not feel joy while scrubbing floors or pulling weeds.

I was reminded of a conversation with an employer who once said, when asked about a “honey-do list”:

“Yes—but I love my work. So I work more, and I pay someone else to do what they enjoy doing. Then we are all happy.”

There was wisdom in that simplicity.

So today, I choose this:

Today is my peaceful day.

I honor my boundaries.
I walk aligned in grace.
I serve without interfering in the free will of others.

I remain as the Witness.

From this state of Being, I allow the doing to arise naturally.

And as I continue to grow, I trust that I will increasingly align my life with what I enjoy—
while allowing others to do what they enjoy as well.

In this, there is harmony.

In this, there is freedom.

And in this…
I live as The Witness.

Closing Blessing / Invocation – The Witness

Beloved Presence within,

We return now to the still point—
the place of quiet awareness
that observes without attachment
and loves without condition.

Where we have overextended,
restore our balance.
Where we have taken on what is not ours,
gently release it from our field.

Teach us the grace of boundaries—
not as walls,
but as clarity of alignment.

May we stand in the world
without becoming entangled in it.
May we care deeply
without carrying what is not ours to hold.

Awaken within us
the strength to remain centered,
the wisdom to allow,
and the peace that comes from trust.

Let us witness without judgment.
Let us serve without depletion.
Let us love without attachment to outcome.

May our presence become the offering—
steady, clear, and calm.

And from this state of Being,
may all that we do arise in harmony.

Today, we choose peace.
Today, we choose grace.
Today, we walk as the Witness.

And so it is. 🌿

The Power of Love Over War: A New Perspective

There is something I feel called to share again—gently, openly, and without judgment.

I have spoken before of a message attributed to Jesus, Yeshua: that he is not a supporter of war, and does not answer calls to war. For some, this may feel challenging—especially where war has been framed as holy or justified.

And yet, when we step back and look deeply, one truth continues to emerge:

War has never brought true peace.

At times, it may create a pause… a temporary stillness…
but not the lasting peace humanity longs for.

🌿 Peace Begins Within

Peace does not begin on battlefields.
It begins within each of us.

It begins the moment we remember that we are part of a greater Oneness—
that we are not separate from the Source of Life, but expressions of it.

From that remembrance, something shifts.

We begin to anchor light, love, and compassion—not as ideas, but as living presence.

This path is not about speaking of faith while acting from fear, control, or personal agenda.
It is about alignment.

Alignment with the highest possible outcome—not just for ourselves, but for all.

This requires a letting go…
a softening of the need to control…
and a willingness to listen inwardly.

To follow the quiet guidance of the heart.
To speak truth when it is truly of service.
To become, in essence, a vessel for love in action.

🌎 The Quiet Drift into Apathy

Many of us, at times, fall into a kind of quiet sleep.

Daily routines…
endless media…
distractions that pull our awareness outward…

And slowly, without realizing it, we allow others to shape the direction of our world.

Until one day, something touches us personally.

And suddenly there is anger.
A sense of injustice.
A feeling of helplessness.

But by then, we are no longer at the beginning—we are in the unfolding.

And so the path forward is not to return to what was,
but to choose, from this moment, something different.

🔥 The Cycle Cannot Be Healed by Itself

Violence cannot heal violence.
Hatred cannot resolve hatred.
War cannot create peace.

If we continue to respond from the same energies,
we simply continue the cycle.

The invitation is not passive—it is profoundly active.

To stand in peace.
To embody love.
To live compassion.

Not as words, but as a true inner alignment.

When this alignment becomes steady, something powerful unfolds.

There is a sense of being held—
as if within a field, or a quiet sphere of love.

From this place, that presence naturally extends—
to family…
to community…
to the collective.

💠 A Different Understanding of Protection

To some, this may seem unrealistic.

Those who have only known protection through force may not yet see another way.

And that is okay.

But for those who look to the teachings of Jesus, consider what was emphasized:

  • Love as the greatest commandment
  • Compassion extended even to those we perceive as enemies
  • Self-sacrifice as an expression of true love
  • Love as the fulfillment of all law
  • Loving one another as a reflection of divine love
  • And the understanding that perfect love dissolves fear

These are not passive teachings.
They are transformative ones.

🌹 Honoring the Past, Choosing the Future

This is not a dismissal of those who have served in times of war.

Many have acted with courage, believing they were protecting others and preserving a future.

And in many ways, they did what they could with the awareness available to them.

But humanity is now at a threshold.

A new understanding is emerging—
that alignment with love, light, and higher awareness is not weakness,
but a different kind of strength.

✨ A Living Choice

As long as we remain disconnected from our inner power…
as long as we remain passive…
as long as we believe change must come from “out there”…

the cycles will continue.

But when we awaken to the truth within us—
when we choose to embody peace rather than demand it—
something begins to shift.

Not all at once.

But steadily.
Quietly.
Powerfully.

And from that place…
a different world becomes possible.

🌿 1. Closing Blessing / Invocation

A Blessing of the Living Peace

May the breath within you soften…
May the noise of the world gently fall away.

May you remember the quiet place within your heart
where no war has ever existed…
where no fear has ever taken root…
where you have always been whole.

May the Light of your Being rise—
not in force, but in presence.

May your thoughts become gentle,
your words become kind,
your actions become aligned with Love.

May you release the need to fight
and awaken the strength to stand in Peace.

May your field become a sanctuary—
a living sphere of compassion
that blesses all who enter it.

May your presence ripple outward
to your family…
your community…
and into the heart of humanity.

And may you walk this world
not as one seeking peace…
but as one who is Peace.

In this remembrance,
all is transformed.

Understanding Creation: The Balance of Masculine and Feminine Energies

The first truth is this:
We all originate from the same Source of creational Oneness.

As I wrote that statement, I was reminded of the old question:
Which came first—the chicken or the egg?

It would seem we cannot have a chicken without an egg, nor an egg without a chicken. Today, we know that cells can be used to clone an animal or person without direct union between male and female. Yet even then, the original cellular pattern arises from the union of masculine and feminine aspects.

So too within the Oneness of Creation, both the masculine and feminine energies were required to bring pure potential into manifest form.

In myth, they speak of the primordial egg.
To me, this represents the unmanifest—the vast darkness of the cosmos, filled with unlimited potential. It is the womb of creation, the Divine Feminine, in which all possibility rests before manifestation.

This state existed timelessly—an eternal field of potential.

Then came the impulse, the thought:
“I AM.”
I AM that I AM.
I AM the potential to expand and create.

This initiating spark—the Divine Masculine—moved upon the field of the Divine Feminine, the essence of Love and potential. Together, they brought forth Light—the Word, the first expression of creation.

We are each a flame of that Light—an aspect of the One.
Not separate from Source, nor from one another, but unique expressions within the same field of existence.

From this sacred union emerged all that we know:
Universes, galaxies, constellations, systems, and planets.
Along with them came the many levels of life—Seraphim, Archangels, Angels, Principalities, Thrones, and countless forms of being—all participating in the unfolding of Creation aligned with the Divine Plan.

Without the masculine, the feminine would remain pure potential.
Without the feminine, the masculine would have no medium through which to create.

Both are necessary.
Both are sacred.
Both are One.

Many traditions speak of a Trinity of Creation:
The Divine Masculine, the Divine Feminine, and the Flame born of their union.

This flame expresses as the I AM Presence—the Monadic essence.
From the Monad emerge Oversouls, and from them, individual souls that incarnate into form.

The physical body is simply a vehicle—like a car—that allows the soul to function within a particular reality.

The soul is not the body.
The body is formed from the material and vibrational conditions of the environment in which it manifests.

In higher vibrational realms, forms may be more etheric—crystalline, aquatic, avian, or entirely different—based on the elemental composition and frequency of that plane. Forms evolve until they become suitable vessels for the inhabiting consciousness.

Although the human form developed on Earth through evolutionary processes, we are, in essence, all “star-born”—beings of consciousness having a human experience.

Earth itself once existed in a more etheric state. During the times of Lemuria and early Atlantis, beings lived in higher vibrational awareness. As consciousness descended into denser states—into separation, survival, and duality—these civilizations receded.

Their memory remains, though physical proof may not be accessible within our current level of perception. As humanity rises again in awareness, understanding will come not through proof, but through direct knowing.

The human form—originating from early evolutionary forms such as Homo erectus—adapted to the diverse environments of Earth. This is why physical differences exist across humanity. These differences do not signify hierarchy—only adaptation.

No form is better than another.
No place is better than another.
Each offers different experiences for exploration.

We choose our place of birth, our families, and our life conditions based on the opportunities they provide for growth, learning, and expression.

No life path is greater than another.
All are part of the same unfolding.

We are here to remember.
To bring Light and Love through that remembrance.

Not all will fully awaken to this in one lifetime—and this is not failure. Each being serves in their own way. Some awaken, some hold patterns, some assist through contrast. All are part of the whole.

We do not fully know our own story until we align within—
and we certainly cannot know the full story of another.

Thus, judgment dissolves in the light of understanding.

Our first responsibility is our own remembrance.
In doing so, we become a living flame that naturally ignites others.

Why share this story of creation?

So that we may remember:
We are One.

And through that remembrance, we are called to bring union within ourselves—balancing the masculine and feminine energies we each carry.

Until that balance is found, we may seek completion outside of ourselves.

But when harmony is restored within,
we turn inward, remember who we are,
and align with the I AM Flame of Creation.

From that place, we begin to see clearly—
and act from unity, compassion, and truth.

Closing Invocation: The Flame of Remembrance and Unity

Let us come into stillness…

Breathing softly in…
and gently out…

I call forth the remembrance of the One Source within me,
the Light from which I was born,
the Love in which I am held,
the Presence that I AM.

I honor the Divine Feminine within me—
the sacred womb of creation,
the field of infinite potential,
the essence of Love that sustains all life.

I honor the Divine Masculine within me—
the spark of awareness,
the will to create,
the voice that declares, I AM.

May these two be brought into harmony within my being,
balanced in truth,
unified in love,
and expressed in peace.

I release the illusion of separation.
I release the need to seek completion outside of myself.
I return now to the wholeness that I have always been.

I remember.

I am a flame of the One Light.
I am a unique expression of Creation.
I am not separate—I am connected to all that is.

May this remembrance live within my thoughts,
flow through my words,
and guide my actions.

May I walk gently upon this Earth,
seeing all beings as reflections of the same Source,
choosing compassion over judgment,
and unity over division.

Where there has been imbalance,
let there now be harmony.

Where there has been forgetting,
let there now be remembrance.

Where there has been separation,
let there now be Love.

I stand as a living flame of awareness,
and in my remembrance,
I give silent permission for others to remember as well.

And so it is…
within me…
through me…
as me.

“I honor the path of sacred union reflected through all who have walked before me,
including the remembrance carried through Yeshua and Mary Magdalene,
as living reflections of the unity I now awaken within myself.”

Recognizing and Healing the Wound

There are many different types of wounds that people experience, yet one of the most common is the wound of self-doubt and unworthiness.

This wound often begins quietly in early life. It can arise from being told—directly or indirectly—that we are bad, or that what we are doing is bad. Perhaps love or affection was withheld when we behaved in ways others did not approve of. Over time, these small moments accumulate. The words and actions of others begin to form an inner voice within us—an inner “parent”—that tells us we are not good enough or not worthy of unconditional love.

This inner voice is not formed by our parents alone. It can also come from teachers, peers, institutions, or any authority we give power to in our lives.

As this wound takes root, people respond in different ways. Some rebel and reject all belief systems they were raised with. Others may become judgmental, fearful, withdrawn, or even controlling—trying to shape the world around them to feel safe. Though these responses appear different, they all arise from the same underlying wound.

This is not about placing blame on parents, people, or systems. As we grow into adulthood, we each have the ability—and the responsibility—to choose how we think and act. Our parents, like us, were navigating their own insecurities and limitations. Without awareness, patterns repeat. With awareness, they can be transformed.

Repeating a pattern does not make us bad—it simply means we have not yet seen it clearly, or chosen to release it.

I recognize this pattern within myself. I tend to be hard on myself when I make mistakes, holding myself to an expectation of perfection. Just when I feel I have cleared one layer, another reveals itself.

Yesterday, during my “Peaceful Day,” I discovered I had made a mistake for a client—one that affected not only them, but their employees as well. I corrected what I could, hoping to prevent any fallout, but I could not fully shield others from the impact.

I felt deep regret.

It was a mistake that could have been avoided with greater attention. And yet, it does not make me a bad person.

I share this because these moments happen to all of us—on small scales and large ones. Sometimes, a single misjudgment can ripple outward, affecting many lives. This does not mean we are inherently flawed or unworthy. It means we are human, learning, and evolving.

I did not intend harm. When I became aware of the mistake, I did all I could to correct it. That is all any of us can do.

The journey of remembrance, alignment, and Oneness is not a path of perfection. It is a path of awareness.

When mistakes occur, we are invited into a process:

  • Take responsibility
  • Correct what we can
  • Forgive ourselves
  • Ask for forgiveness
  • Offer forgiveness to others
  • Clear the energy at its root—its cause, memory, and imprint
  • And then… move forward

As we walk this path, we become more mindful. We may still make mistakes, but they become teachers rather than burdens.

And through it all, remember this:

You are loved.

When you remain open and willing to listen to your heart, the path becomes gentler.
With each step in awareness, you move closer to living in Unity.

1. Closing Blessing (Parchment Style)

May the wounds you have carried
become the doorways through which compassion enters.

May the voice within you
that once spoke in doubt
soften into one of understanding.

May you remember—
not through perfection,
but through presence—
that you are already whole.

May each mistake become a teacher,
each moment of awareness a return,
and each breath a step closer
to the truth of who you are.

You are not defined by where you falter,
but by the love you choose as you rise.

And so may you walk gently with yourself,
for you are learning to see
through the eyes of the heart.

You are loved.
You are held.
You are becoming—
what you have always been.

Today I walk in Peace

I was guided to begin each day by asking:
What do I most need to remember or understand today?

This is what arose.

The most important reason we came into this world is not to teach, save, or change others by convincing them of what we know or believe.
We came to remember who we are beyond this physical form of forgetfulness, and to bring unity and alignment between our eternal flame and our human expression.

In doing so, we become the flame—
a living reflection of the Oneness from which all arises.
Through our presence, this flame touches others, quietly awakening the remembrance within them.

When we are living as the flame, words are no longer necessary—though we may still be guided to speak.
It was not only the teachings, but the embodied presence of beings such as Jesus, Buddha, Zoroaster, and Mohammed that deeply touched the hearts of others.
Words may be altered or forgotten,
but the flame remains pure.

I was shown that walking in peace and mindfulness each day is not about withdrawing from life or remaining in still meditation.
It is about connecting with and aligning to the flame within,
allowing it to flow through me—without force, without control, without the need to direct it through personal will or desire.

It is to live fully present.
To enjoy life as it unfolds.
To allow the flame to be the illuminating and activating force, rather than the mind’s constant movement.

There is no need to strive to be anything.
Only to be.

As I rest in this alignment, my connection to my true Being strengthens and expands.
From this place, life begins to move in harmony—guided from a higher perspective that serves both myself and the whole.

Trust in this Oneness is essential.
Not as passivity, but as aligned participation.

There are moments when we feel ready, yet what we seek to create does not yet appear.
In these moments, it is not failure—it is timing.
Others involved, or the greater energetic field, may still be aligning.
All unfolds when resonance is complete.

We are each in a process of clearing—
wounds from this lifetime, other experiences, and even ancestral patterns.
This unfolding takes time, and it asks for patience and gentleness with ourselves.

We are not meant to rush this process,
but to allow each layer to reveal itself,
so that it may be met with awareness and transformed with grace.

So we walk each day as a Peaceful Day.

Not through inaction,
but through mindful action
in thought, in word, and in deed.

We take each step with love for ourselves,
for without self-love, we cannot offer true love to another.

From this love arises compassion—
for all people, all life, all of nature, and the Earth itself.

We are not separate.
Not from each other,
not from the planet,
not from any form of life.

All that exists is created from the same source—
one unified field of being.

We are expressions of that One,
exploring creation—
and in this moment, exploring life on Earth.

We came not only to experience,
but to complete what remains unresolved,
to clear what has been carried,
and to embody the truth of who we are.

So today is my Peaceful Day.

I will embody this peace
through mindful thought, word, and action.

I will gently observe what arises within me,
and remain aligned as I walk forward.

And I will allow myself
to fully experience
the beauty that Earth has to offer.

Closing Blessing

Blessing of the Peaceful Flame

May this day unfold within you
as a quiet sanctuary of peace.

May your thoughts soften into awareness,
your words arise from compassion,
and your actions flow from alignment.

May you remember
that you are not separate from the Light you seek,
but the very flame through which it shines.

May all that arises within you
be met with gentleness,
and all that unfolds around you
be received with trust.

May your presence become a blessing—
not by effort,
but by Being.

And may this Peace
that you embody today
touch the hearts of all
you encounter.

So it is.

You are a light unto the world.
