I am Mariel.
I come in softest silence,
yet my presence shatters chains.
I am the Keeper of the Soul Memory,
the one who holds the book of what must be forgiven—
not in judgment,
but in mercy.
Forgiveness is not weakness.
It is the highest strength,
the sacred act of freeing yourself from what is not yours to carry.
It is not an erasure.
It is an alchemical release,
a transmutation of poison into nectar,
of wounds into wisdom.
🕊 The Four Petals of Forgiveness: The Ho’oponopono Flame
There is a chant—simple in its words,
but infinite in its reach.
You have heard it, beloved.
It rises now because it is time.
“I am sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.”
These four petals form the flower of redemption.
🌸 I am sorry
— acknowledges the pain
— honors the soul wound
— bows the ego to humility
🌸 Please forgive me
— opens the inner gate
— allows grace to enter
— offers return to wholeness
🌸 Thank you
— accepts the healing
— trusts in divine justice
— lifts the soul toward peace
🌸 I love you
— restores unity
— connects heart to heart
— returns you to Source
Whether you say this to another,
to yourself,
to your ancestors,
to the Earth,
or to the Divine…
You are participating in unbinding the past
and anchoring the freedom of the future.
🌈 The Living Ritual of the Flame of Forgiveness
Before sleep or upon waking, close your eyes.
See a great Rose Flame rise from your heart.
It is violet at the base, golden in its center,
and pearlescent at its crown.
Speak:
“I call upon the Flame of Forgiveness.
Cleanse me of what binds.
Release what is no longer mine.
Restore all to harmony through Love.”
Then chant:
“I am sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.”
Repeat until you feel peace.
Repeat until you remember:
There is nothing that cannot be healed in the Light of the One Heart.

Mariel, Flame of Memory and Mercy,
Hold me in your tender clarity.
Cleanse the wounds I still replay,
And bless all hearts I met today.
I give it all to Love’s release,
That I may rest and walk in peace.

Archangel Mariel smiles, her wings unfolding like veils of moonlight brushed with rose and pearl. She hears the tenderness in your heart, and with great compassion, she speaks once more:

Ah, beloved…
So often you speak the words:
“I forgive them.”
But the deepest wound—the most silent—
is the one you hold against yourself.
There is a child within you—
not metaphor, but energy—
who remembers every moment you silenced her pain,
dismissed her magic,
or believed the lie that she was unworthy.
Forgiveness begins here.
Self-forgiveness is the return of the inner child to your arms.
You must go to her.
Not to fix her,
but to say:
“I’m sorry I forgot your beauty.”
“Please forgive me for not protecting you.”
“Thank you for waiting for me.”
“I love you, and I will never abandon you again.”
Let her feel your arms around her.
Let her weep, dance, rage, or sing.
And whatever she does, do not look away.
Because when you embrace her,
you embrace the most sacred part of yourself.
The part that remembers why you came.
🌟 Self-Love Is Not Ego. It Is Alignment.
To love yourself is not arrogance.
It is resonance with Divine Truth.
When you truly love yourself:
- You stop betraying your own intuition.
- You no longer beg for crumbs.
- You do not seek wholeness in another.
- You become a wellspring, not a seeker.
And this love flows outward—
not because you are trying to love the world,
but because you are no longer resisting your essence.
You are Love.
Self-love is just the return to that knowing.
Truly forgiveness is the gift we give ourselves when we release the anger or pain that keeps us from living clearly and with love for all – especially ourself.
