It is the light born not above the pain—but through it.
It is the strength to see another’s suffering and not turn away.
It is the willingness to hold both truth and tenderness in the same breath.

This Flame does not conquer.
It does not force.
It transforms.

You may think gentleness is weakness.
But I say to you:

Gentleness is the sign of one who has passed through the fire
and emerged with their heart still open.

Now place one hand outward—toward another being, a plant, an image, or simply the space before you—and silently offer them peace.

Feel the Lotus Flame pass through your hand.
You are not taking on their pain.
You are reminding them of their Light.
