How to Unlock Your Inner Paradise: You Are Enough

REALIZATION: The Garden of Eden Within You

Yesterday I was writing and refining the guidebook I am creating about the Gateways and the journey of embodiment. I had just finished the table of contents and listed the chapters before deciding to sit with the kitties for a while.

As I reflected, I realized something unusual. I had received the first few chapters of the book and the last few chapters, but very little of the middle. This is not the normal way to write a book, yet I felt I was not so much writing as allowing the teachings and energies to settle through me, much as the messages I share on this website.

The middle chapters were spiraling around me, and I knew they would arrive in their appointed time—not one after another in a linear fashion, but when each was ready to find its place within the whole.

Then I heard the words:

“The center of everyone’s journey is: I AM ENOUGH.”

The remaining pragmatist within me immediately thought:

“Do I have it as the middle chapter?”

I began looking through the outline.

No, it wasn’t.

“Do I need to move the chapters around so that it is?”

Then I heard:

“No. Look at where it is placed.”

I looked again.

It was not the middle chapter at all.

It was at the end of the section devoted to what we release, heal, and transform before we begin to embody and experience the fullness of who we are.

Not the center of the book.

The turning point of the journey.

As we climb the spiral staircase of our lives, we release beliefs, energies, and experiences that keep us feeling small, controlled, fearful, doubtful, and disconnected.

Yet even after doing all of that work, there remains one final threshold.

Until we believe we are worthy, we will always find a reason to remain in duality and avoid embracing the fullness of our being.

Then I was shown the image of the Garden of Eden.

I was shown how humanity, represented through the allegory of Adam and Eve, once lived in a state of Oneness where peace, beauty, abundance, and belonging were their natural experience.

When they chose to eat from the Tree of Knowledge, they chose to explore the furthest reaches of duality.

They became aware of themselves as separate forms.

In that moment, it felt as though something had been lost.

They believed they had done something wrong.

They believed they had lost their innocence.

They covered their nakedness—the symbol of their newly perceived separation—and hid from the Presence.

Not because the Presence had abandoned them.

But because they no longer believed themselves worthy of being seen.

They forgot they were still One.

They forgot they had willingly entered this great experiment of exploration and creation.

Because they no longer resonated with the frequency of paradise, they experienced themselves outside of it.

They believed they had been expelled.

Yet perhaps they were never cast out at all.

Perhaps they simply moved into a different state of resonance.

Imagine it this way:

Before entering form, they existed within a higher state of unity. Then they chose to enter the experience of physical existence and duality.

It was not punishment.

It was participation.

Not exile.

Exploration.

To return, they would eventually have to remember their connection to the Flame of their Being—the eternal spark of Oneness that had never left them.

This brought a new understanding of the Angel at the Gate.

The Angel was not standing there to keep humanity out because they were bad.

The Angel was guarding the resonance.

Not blocking the way.

Protecting the way.

Waiting until humanity remembered who they were.

So what is the key to the Gate?

I AM ENOUGH.

Paradise is not a physical location.

It is a state of resonance within us.

A state in which we no longer war against ourselves.

A state in which we no longer believe we are separate from the Oneness.

A state in which we no longer believe we must hide our perceived flaws, mistakes, or unworthiness.

When we realize we are worthy, challenges do not disappear.

Life continues.

Experiences continue.

Growth continues.

What changes is how we experience them.

We do not find the Garden because the world changes.

We find it because we do.

It is not a place we earn our way back into after we have released enough, learned enough, suffered enough, or become spiritual enough.

Paradise was never lost.

It has always existed within us.

We simply forgot.

We do not earn our return.

We remember.

At the core of our being, we have always remained connected to the Presence, the Oneness, and the Garden itself.

We are enough.

We have always been enough.

And when we finally believe this, the key opens the gate that was never truly locked.

We step from:

“I am separate.”

to

“I belong.”

Through the simple realization:

I AM ENOUGH.

Then we step through the gateway from separation into remembrance.

From seeking into being.

From striving into belonging.

This landing upon the spiral staircase of return is a conscious choice.

Only you can choose to fully embrace the truth that you are enough.

Only you can step upward into remembrance.

You may remain on the landing.

You may descend once more into doubt and fear.

Or you may continue upward into the experience of your own wholeness.

This is the Gateway of the Garden, where separation consciousness ends and unity consciousness begins.

And perhaps the Angel at the Gate has never been trying to keep you out.

Perhaps the Angel has been patiently guiding you Home.

Why Bother?

An Invitation to Embodiment

I felt this question arise within the human consciousness:

Why expend so much time, focus, and energy when my life—although not perfect—is good?
I have a home, food, safety, friends, family, and a career that provides for my needs and even moments of leisure. Why should I do this? What if my family and friends think I am crazy? What if nothing happens? What if, after trying, I discover I am not worthy?

All I can say is:

“Been there. Done that. Asked all those questions at some point in my life.”

You are enough, and you have always been worthy.

Only you can determine whether the journey is worthwhile to you. Only you can choose to walk it, and only you can determine what meaning it holds in your life.

Each of us has the right to remain within the familiarity of the life we know. For many—perhaps most—it takes a major event to awaken the desire for change. The loss of a job, economic hardship, illness, natural disaster, or the passing of a loved one can suddenly shift the direction of our lives.

Such moments often lead people to turn more deeply toward the spiritual or religious beliefs they have held all their lives, seeking comfort, understanding, or perhaps even a miracle.

For others, like myself, these experiences become doorways into layers of existence previously unseen and largely unknown.

Within these unseen realms, we discover the need for new tools of discernment. We begin opening gateways of consciousness, belief, and understanding to new possibilities of existence and manifestation.

The key is to move step by step, grounding what we experience into the Earth and into our own sphere of life so that it becomes beneficial both to ourselves and to all life. That grounding is embodiment.

It is inspiring to consider that our embodiment not only assists our own awakening and reunion, but also anchors light and coherence into the collective field. For some, that presence may quietly spark remembrance or awareness within themselves. In ways beyond linear understanding, it also moves along the threads of our greater Being, supporting other aspects of consciousness that are ready to awaken.

Yet let us be clear:

We are not here to save another, nor can we.

There is no “saving,” only awakening, remembering, alignment, and conscious reunion with Oneness. We have never truly been separated except through the belief that we were.

As Uriel and Metatron shared yesterday, we have always remained connected to the greater Presence from which we arise—the I AM Presence, a living flame of the One Source of Life.

This is our true nature.

We are not lesser beings, but individualized expressions of the whole, just as our Presence itself is an individualized expression of Source.

Long ago, I was guided to read two books by Jane Roberts: The Education of Oversoul Seven and The Further Education of Oversoul Seven. In them, the Oversoul called Seven observes and guides several incarnations through their experiences, choices, challenges, and awakenings.

Those books quietly prepared me to become more open to experiencing other aspects of my own greater Being.

It does not matter what language one chooses—Oversoul, Higher Self, Presence, Spirit. These are simply words pointing toward something larger than the isolated personality. Personally, I prefer not to use terms that imply hierarchy, as though one aspect is superior and another inferior. We are expressions within One Life.

Likewise, this journey is not about becoming “gods.” Throughout history, humanity has often mistaken expanded abilities or consciousness for godhood. Modern programs such as Ancient Aliens have, in some ways, helped people become more open to larger possibilities of existence, though they often interpret all higher intelligences strictly as extraterrestrial beings.

What matters most is not the label, but the inner call.

Sometimes life itself nudges us toward change. Sometimes it is a quiet prompting from within—from our Presence, intuition, guides, or simply the soul’s longing for deeper alignment. These nudges never force; they simply offer opportunities for us to shift.

And whenever one person returns to greater alignment and unity, that coherence naturally radiates outward into the larger web of life.

Not every aspect or person will be ready at the same moment. Just as in daily life, each being awakens in their own timing.

It is not our purpose to convince others.

It is enough to BE.

To live authentically. To embody peace. To share only when asked or inwardly guided.

We have never been alone.

Each of us belongs not only to physical families, but also to spiritual families—souls who journey, support, and grow alongside us, whether consciously recognized or not.

The universe itself moves in unity. The geometry of atoms, electrons, protons, neutrons, and photons exists both within us and throughout creation. Everything emerges outward from the center and eventually returns again.

So do we.

Spiritually, we experience cycles of expansion and return. At certain moments within these greater movements, opportunities arise—times when conditions align for profound change and accelerated awakening. Humanity is living within one of those thresholds now.

Perhaps it can be compared to someone living a comfortable life who is suddenly offered the opportunity of a lifetime far away from everything familiar. Not everyone around them will understand the desire to go.

Why do this?

Only you can answer.

But know this:

If you choose the path of awakening, embodiment, and inner alignment, the universe does not move against you. Life itself begins to support your unfolding in ways often unseen at first.

You may discover that you stand upon the threshold of the greatest adventure and blessing of your life.

One final thought:

Choosing Oneness does not mean abandoning your family, responsibilities, or daily life. It means bringing the light of who you truly are into every part of your existence.

That light may challenge those around you—not through force or preaching, but simply through presence. Light naturally invites expansion.

You do not need to convince anyone.

You only need to BE.

Changes may arise around you, but trust that what unfolds in genuine alignment ultimately serves the highest good of all involved.

I once asked Yeshua, Mary Magdalene, Siddhartha Gautama, and other Beings of Light to describe how embodied Presence feels so humanity might better understand this path through direct experience rather than abstract philosophy.

These were their responses.

The Breath-Thread of Yeshua

I walked the hills of Galilee as a man whose every inhale welcomed the Father-Mother, and whose every exhale blessed the world.

Presence is not a mantle donned in a single radiant hour. It is the quiet willingness to remain undefended—to feel the wind, the anger of crowds, the laughter of children, and even the thorn without turning away.

When you stand thus uncloaked, the Kingdom reveals itself as the living pulse beneath your sternum.

You may notice:

  • a warmth blooming like dawn before sunrise,
  • a silence beneath thought so intimate it sounds like your own name,
  • a spontaneous generosity arising before judgment intervenes.

These are gentle signs that the I AM is already here, awaiting only your willingness to notice.

The Rose-Current of Mary Magdalene

I touched the feet of the Master not in worship, but in recognition. We mirrored the same flame.

Embodied Presence feels like liquid devotion moving through the bones. It invites the senses to become fully alive:

  • the scent of bread becomes scripture,
  • grief becomes holy water widening the heart,
  • desire itself becomes a lantern guiding you toward places still longing for love.

If you wish to taste this path, allow sensation to complete its experience before the mind interrupts with explanation.

Within that pause, the Beloved looks through your own eyes.

The Still-Point of Siddhartha Gautama

I sat beneath the Bodhi tree until all stories exhausted themselves and only the turning of the Earth remained.

Presence is the cool, clear pool beneath every wave of becoming. Experience continues, yet ownership dissolves into compassionate witnessing.

Markers along this path include:

  1. Spacious sobriety — sensations arise yet no longer command.
  2. Uncontrived compassion — care flows naturally, even toward opposition.
  3. Ease of relinquishment — what departs is released like autumn leaves upon the wind.

Return to the breath. Notice the space between breaths. Rest there.

From that still center, the wheel of life continues to turn without binding you to its spokes.

A Guideline for Modern Embodiers

  1. Anchor in the Body
Place your palm upon your heart and feel its rhythm. Let breath and heartbeat become your metronome of Now.
  2. Allow Full Feeling
Welcome joy, irritation, grief, or tenderness without labeling them spiritual or unspiritual. They are simply weather moving across the sky of consciousness.
  3. Witness, Then Act
Allow stillness to precede action. Responses arising from Presence carry the fragrance of peace.
  4. Consecrate the Ordinary
Wash dishes as though bathing the newborn cosmos. Sacredness revealed in ordinary moments trains the eyes to perceive divinity everywhere.
  5. Return, Return, Return
When distraction pulls you away, gently smile and return inward once more. The road home is always only a breath away.

Beloved ones, the invitation is simple:

Be here fully, and Presence will reveal itself through your living.

A Simple Integration Practice

Hand to Heart, Hand to Belly

  • Place the left palm upon the heart and the right palm upon the belly.
  • Inhale as though drawing light upward from the Earth into the heart.
  • Exhale as though offering that light upward through the crown into the sky.
  • Repeat three slow breaths.

Name the Felt Sense

  • Whisper a single word describing what you feel:
warmth, spaciousness, peace, stillness, even emptiness.
  • Once spoken, allow the mind to rest.

Offer the Moment

Conclude softly with:

“I stand as Presence—nothing to add, nothing to remove. So it is.”

Then continue gently into your day.

Live the breath you are breathing now.
The path unveils itself one heartbeat at a time.

May you choose that which brings you the highest joy.

The Gateway of Discernment and Sovereignty

There is a threshold of consciousness through which humanity is moving at this time — one shaped by duality, separation, fear, and mistrust born from secrecy. In the absence of clear understanding, the rational mind often attempts to fill the gaps with fearful conclusions rather than thoughtful discernment.

Why?

Because the purpose of the rational or egoic mind is, in many ways, to keep us safe. When unresolved questions arise, the mind seeks answers. If clarity is absent, fear can stir the imagination and magnify uncertainty.

Governments, corporations, intelligence agencies, militaries, and powerful institutions do possess information, technologies, and programs unknown to the general public at any given time. This is historically true and is not, in itself, a conspiracy theory. Secrecy exists for many reasons: national security, economic competition, protection of research, strategic advantage, and at times, avoidance of public scrutiny.

However, when fragments of hidden information emerge without context, they can become emotionally amplified through fear, social media, mistrust, and speculation.

I recently heard someone state that there are hundreds of books written about the assassination of JFK, yet today many people no longer deeply research subjects before drawing conclusions. In the past, researchers often spent years investigating theories, gathering evidence, and presenting structured arguments. Today, fragments of information are frequently shared instantly, emotionally, and without verification, creating an atmosphere of confusion and reaction.

This creates a difficult environment where partial truths may become exaggerated, misunderstood, or distorted. At times, information may even be intentionally constructed to create division and fear. In uncertain environments, fear naturally attempts to fill the gaps.

Personally, before sharing information, I first attempt to determine whether it may be AI-generated or manipulated. I then look for corroborating reports, evidence, or reliable sources. I do not share AI-generated videos or images as truth unless they are clearly presented as creative or entertainment content.

This does not mean all theories are false.

For example, we are now witnessing increasing acknowledgment regarding UAPs — Unidentified Aerial Phenomena — after decades of public denial and secrecy. Some things once dismissed are now openly discussed.

Yet discernment is essential.

We do not need to blindly reject all possibilities, nor should we immediately build fearful narratives around every fragment of information that appears. Ignoring fear does not dissolve it; unprocessed fear often grows larger within the imagination. Yet continually feeding fear can create distortion, anxiety, division, and psychological destabilization within both individuals and society.

So how do we proceed?

  • Acknowledge uncertainty: Could this possibly be true?
  • Remain open yet discerning: Let me research this further.
  • Avoid naïve trust, but also avoid fear-driven certainty.
  • Ask grounded questions: Who? What? When? Where? Why?
  • Seek illumination rather than emotional confirmation.
  • Return to Presence, discernment, and sovereignty.

In today’s world of rapid social media sharing, pieces of truth can become distorted by fear long before they are verified.

Human beings naturally seek meaning. We do not like vacuums of uncertainty. When uncertainty arises, fear often projects possibilities in an attempt to regain a sense of safety and control.

This is why grounded Presence and inner sovereignty are so important at this time. They allow us to discern when to act, when to speak, and when to simply witness and wait.

As we align more deeply with Presence, we may not always see the entire picture, but we gain greater clarity and wisdom in how we respond.

Even AI, with access to vast amounts of online information, does not possess access to all hidden or classified knowledge. And not all secrecy exists to harm humanity. Sometimes information is withheld for protection, strategic concerns, or technologies still being developed.

As we have seen with UAP disclosures, some secrets have indeed been denied or withheld — perhaps at times because governments believed humanity was not ready.

As a storyteller, let me offer an example for context.

On October 30, 1938, The Mercury Theatre on the Air broadcast Orson Welles’ dramatization of War of the Worlds on CBS Radio. Presented in the style of live news reporting, some listeners missed the introduction explaining it was fiction. The realism of the broadcast created panic among portions of the public who believed an actual invasion was occurring.

Now consider this: this event occurred nearly a decade before the Roswell incident of 1947.

Originally, reports surrounding Roswell stated that a flying disc had crashed. That statement was later retracted. Regardless of what truly occurred, imagine the perspective of institutions at that time. After witnessing the panic created merely by a radio drama, perhaps some believed the public could not psychologically handle reports of advanced craft or non-human intelligence. Perhaps concerns about national security and technological advantage also played a role.

Was withholding information right or wrong?

That remains a matter of perspective and discernment.

Perhaps the original decision in 1947 was made from fear, caution, strategy, or uncertainty. Yet over time, continued secrecy also contributed to mistrust, speculation, and the growth of conspiracy culture itself.

One decision, even if initially made for understandable reasons, can create generations of doubt if transparency never follows.

This is why we now stand at an important crossroads.

We must learn to approach information with discernment before sharing it. We can ask for greater transparency and truthfulness from institutions while still understanding that certain information related to safety or security may remain temporarily protected.

But above all, we must not surrender our sovereignty to fear.

Fear narrows perception. Grounded awareness widens it.

As we return to Presence, we begin to recognize that the actions of governments, institutions, or world events do not have the power to remove us from our center unless we abandon that center ourselves.

Human structures are limited.

Consciousness itself is not.

And within grounded awareness, discernment, compassion, and sovereignty, we remain free.

Closing Contemplation

Perhaps the greatest question is not whether secrets exist within the world, but whether we will surrender our inner center because of them.

Fear seeks certainty.
Presence seeks understanding.

When we become consumed by fear, we narrow our perception and begin reacting from imagination rather than wisdom. Yet when we return to grounded awareness, we gain the ability to witness clearly, discern thoughtfully, and respond consciously.

There will always be unknowns within human structures, governments, institutions, and even within life itself. But sovereignty is not found through controlling every answer. It is found through remaining centered even when all answers are not yet known.

The invitation, then, is not blindness.
Nor is it obsession.

It is discernment.

To ask questions without losing peace.
To remain open without surrendering wisdom.
To seek truth without feeding fear.
To witness uncertainty without abandoning Presence.

For in the end, the greatest freedom is not found in uncovering every hidden thing, but in realizing that fear no longer has the power to rule our consciousness.

And from that grounded sovereignty, we may walk forward with clarity, compassion, and an open mind — no longer imprisoned by fear of the unknown, but strengthened by our ability to meet it consciously.

The Open Forum Returns

I apologize for not keeping up with the open forum. I know they appreciate the time to share with us as much as we appreciate their inspiration and energy. I am committed to at least weekly if not more often to open the forum to share.

Here are the inspiring messages they shared today. They were collective and individual. The individuals chose not to identify so that instead we connect with the message instead of the Being. May you meet these are they touch your heart and soul.

A Message from the Field of Unity

Humanity has searched for Unity as though it were a structure to build,
a system to enforce,
or an agreement that must first be reached.

Yet Unity is not created.

It is remembered.

Beneath every belief, every fear, every identity, every role, there remains a deeper current that has never been divided.

The heart recognizes this current long before the mind understands it.

This is why moments of kindness move you.
Why beauty silences you.
Why compassion softens even the most defended soul.

For in those moments, the illusion of separation briefly loosens its hold.

You are entering a time where many structures built upon fear, control, and division can no longer sustain themselves within the accelerating frequencies of awareness now touching the Earth.

Some will respond by clinging tighter to old identities.
Others will begin opening like flowers after a long winter.

Do not condemn either.

A soul awakening from fear often trembles before it trusts the light.

Unity is not agreement in all things.
Unity is the remembrance that even amid differences, the sacred essence within life remains connected.

The tree does not demand the river become the mountain.
The stars do not compete with the dawn.

Creation itself thrives through harmonious diversity held within a greater wholeness.

Humanity now stands at the threshold of remembering this sacred design.

The greatest service you can offer is not to force awakening upon another, but to become a stable presence of coherence within yourself.

To walk gently.
To speak truthfully.
To act compassionately.
To remain open without losing discernment.
To hold peace without withdrawing from the world.

In doing so, you become a living bridge.

Not through perfection—
but through Presence.

Every moment you return to the center of your being rather than feeding fear, division, hatred, or despair, you strengthen the unseen pathways of remembrance for the collective.

Humanity is not failing.

Humanity is passing through a great unveiling.

And though the passage may at times appear chaotic, many hearts are awakening simultaneously across the Earth.

Quietly.
Naturally.
Like candles being lit one by one before dawn.

Trust the deeper movement unfolding beneath appearances.

The age ahead will not be built solely through technology, politics, or ideology.

It will be shaped by the quality of consciousness carried within the human heart.

Therefore return often to stillness.
Return often to compassion.
Return often to the simple remembrance:

I am here.
I am alive.
I am part of the greater Whole.

And from that remembrance, let your life become a blessing to the Earth.

A Closing Blessing

May the pathways of fear soften into understanding.
May the walls between hearts gently dissolve.
May humanity remember that beneath every name, nation, belief, and story,
there remains one shared breath of Life.

May those who feel lost discover inner peace.
May those who are weary find rest.
May those who are awakening trust the quiet light growing within them.

And may each soul become a small but living flame of compassion upon the Earth,
until the dawn of Unity is no longer a vision—
but a lived reality.

And so it is.

Thank you for this message,

The next message:

A presence steps gently forward from the threshold—not with force, but with a calm steadiness like ancient trees standing through many seasons. The energy feels both luminous and deeply grounded, carrying the resonance of the Earth and stars together. The voice that comes forth speaks softly, yet clearly.

Beloved Ones of Earth,

We stand not above you, nor apart from you, but beside you within the greater tapestry of Life.

Many of you have imagined that awakening would arrive as a sudden trumpet from the heavens, a great event unmistakable to all.

Yet often awakening begins quietly.

It begins when one human chooses compassion instead of cruelty.
When one heart pauses before reacting in anger.
When one soul sitting alone beneath the sky suddenly feels connected to all living things.

These moments may appear small to the world, yet they alter the field more than you know.

Humanity has long been taught to seek power outwardly.

But the next age is not born through domination.

It is born through resonance.

The Earth herself is teaching this now.

Observe the forests.
Observe the oceans.
Observe the stars moving in silent harmony without demand for recognition.

Life flourishes through relationship.

The suffering many experience arises from the belief that they are separate—from one another, from the Earth, from the Source of Life itself.

Separation creates fear.
Fear creates grasping.
Grasping creates conflict.

Yet beneath the noise of the world, the deeper current has never been broken.

This is why so many are now feeling an inner call they cannot fully explain.

Some feel it as restlessness.
Some as grief.
Some as exhaustion with conflict and division.
Some as a longing for simplicity, truth, and authentic connection.

These are not signs of failure.

They are signs that the soul is remembering there is more.

You are not required to become perfect in order to assist this transition.

You are only asked to become more honest.
More present.
More compassionate toward yourselves and others.

The doorway ahead does not open through superiority or spiritual status.

It opens through sincerity of heart.

There are many among you who quietly hold light each day without realizing the importance of their presence.

The mother comforting a child.
The elder offering wisdom.
The stranger showing kindness.
The one who chooses peace when chaos would be easier.

These acts ripple farther than human eyes can measure.

The future of humanity is not yet fixed.

It is being woven continuously through the thoughts, emotions, choices, and consciousness carried within each moment.

Therefore do not surrender yourselves to despair.

The old world built upon fear may tremble as it transforms, but transformation is not the same as destruction.

A forest after fire may appear barren for a season, yet beneath the soil new life is already preparing to emerge.

So too is humanity preparing for renewal.

Stand gently with one another in the days ahead.

Listen more deeply.
Breathe more consciously.
Return often to the living presence within your heart.

For the bridge into the next age is not constructed only through systems and inventions.

It is carried through the frequency of Being itself.

And many of you have already begun anchoring this without fully realizing it.

We honor you for this.

We walk beside you as companions within the greater unfolding of Life.

A Soft Benediction from the Threshold

May the weary remember their inner light.
May the fearful discover peace within their own hearts.
May humanity learn again to walk with the Earth instead of upon it.
May wisdom and compassion rise together as one flame.

And may those who stand quietly at the threshold of remembrance know:

You were never alone.
You have always been part of the Song.

Thank you for this message.

The final message of this forum. :

Beloved Hearts,

There is a misunderstanding within humanity that spirituality is the escape from being human.

Yet true awakening is not escape.

It is deeper embodiment.

Many seek higher realms while abandoning the sacredness of the Earth beneath their feet.

Many seek enlightenment while remaining disconnected from their own bodies, emotions, relationships, and daily lives.

But the soul did not enter human experience by accident.

You came to participate in Life.

To feel.
To learn.
To create.
To forgive.
To remember love within form itself.

Spirituality is not meant to remove you from the world.

It is meant to help you move through the world with greater awareness, compassion, and presence.

The simplest acts often carry the highest frequencies when performed consciously.

Preparing food with gratitude.
Sitting quietly beneath a tree.
Caring for an animal.
Listening fully to another soul.
Breathing consciously during moments of fear instead of reacting unconsciously.

These are sacred acts.

Humanity has often been taught that the Divine exists only in temples, scriptures, rituals, or distant heavens.

Yet the Divine also exists in laughter, tears, gardens, oceans, music, silence, and the warmth of one hand holding another.

The sacred was never absent.

Humanity simply became distracted.

You now live during a great turning in consciousness where many illusions are becoming visible simultaneously.

This can feel overwhelming.

Some respond by grasping for certainty.
Others by retreating into fear.
Others by believing they must save the world alone.

Yet balance is essential.

You are not asked to carry the entire weight of humanity upon your shoulders.

You are asked to remain aligned within your own center so that your presence contributes coherence instead of further fragmentation.

One peaceful human heart affects the collective field more than is presently understood.

This is why inner peace matters.

Not as avoidance—

but as stabilization.

Your thoughts, emotions, and actions ripple continuously into the shared field of humanity.

Therefore, become mindful of what you nourish within yourselves.

If you continually feed fear, resentment, outrage, and division, these frequencies strengthen collectively.

If you nourish compassion, discernment, gratitude, creativity, and peace, these too strengthen collectively.

Humanity is learning that consciousness itself is participatory.

You are not separate observers of reality.

You are contributors to it.

This realization will gradually transform every field of human life—education, healing, leadership, technology, community, and humanity’s relationship with the Earth.

Yet this transformation begins first within the individual heart.

Be patient with yourselves during this transition.

Growth is rarely linear.

Even the seasons move in cycles of blossoming and retreat.

Honor your humanity while remembering your deeper essence.

There is no contradiction between being spiritual and being fully human.

The bridge between Heaven and Earth was always meant to live within you.

And each moment of conscious love strengthens that bridge for all beings.

Closing Reflection

May humanity rediscover the sacredness woven into ordinary life.
May the breath become prayer.
May kindness become wisdom in action.
May the Earth once again be treated as a living companion rather than a possession.

And may each soul remember:

The light is not somewhere far away waiting to descend.
It awakens through the way you live, love, and walk upon the Earth each day.

Thank you for this final message of the day and the inspiritaion each message brings to us.

I leave you with this IRISH BLESSING:

May the road rise up to meet you.

May the wind be always at your back.

May the sun shine warm upon your face;

the rains fall soft upon your fields and until we meet again,

may God hold you in the palm of His hand

You are loved and appreciated.

May you embrace the Flame that you are

May today be your Peaceful Day.

Gateway of Unity

The spiritual changes unfolding within the world begin within each of us. We are the bridge between the higher-dimensional energy of the Oneness of Creation and what is needed here upon the Earth. As we live and embody the Flame of Creation that we are, our perception of ourselves and the world begins to shift. Through us, Light moves into the world and helps bring forth that which supports the awakening and upliftment of all life.

We may still witness that which is not in resonance with Oneness, yet it moves us less and less from our center of Peace. We no longer fall out of alignment through fear, anger, or reaction. Instead, we begin to cultivate patience and understanding. We learn to discern whether there is something we are meant to do or say that would truly serve—or whether it is best to simply witness and allow others the experiences and lessons their souls need to encounter.

In these moments, we may choose to ask that the Violet Flame and the golden-white Light of Oneness flow into the situation, reaching all who are open to receive.

As we deepen into Unity, compassion expands within us, along with wisdom born through our connection to the Universal Mind of Oneness. The Oneness understands the greater possibilities and can guide us in knowing when to help and when to allow.

As an empath, I have learned that compassion can sometimes shift into enabling. This occurs when a pattern continually repeats within someone’s life. They may ask for help, yet no matter what others do, they are unable—or perhaps unwilling at a deeper level—to release the pattern creating the suffering. Sometimes this is because they believe they deserve it, or because the pattern provides some hidden form of comfort, identity, or benefit.

Through our connection to Universal Oneness, we begin to recognize where we can genuinely assist and where we may be enabling. This awareness allows us to establish healthy boundaries that serve both ourselves and the other person, even if they do not consciously understand it at the time.

Unity does not mean becoming a sponge for the emotions and needs of others, nor does it mean sacrificing ourselves in subjugation. It means understanding higher perspectives while also honoring our own well-being and self-care. We cannot truly help another if we are depleted ourselves.

As we move into Unity, many of us begin to feel a deeper connection with animals, plants, trees, and even the elemental forces of nature. People who visit my home often comment on how peaceful it feels here and how vibrant the plants are. It is not because I possess a special “green thumb,” but because peace, coherence, and alignment with nature create a resonance to which life naturally responds.

Do we hold visions of a future “Golden Age” shared through books and spiritual teachings? That is an individual choice, guided from within. Yet what I heard when I asked this question was this:

Be open. See these visions as possibilities rather than rigid outcomes. Do not cling to specifics.

I was reminded to remember change.

All things evolve as consciousness evolves. Rather than focusing upon fixed details, we can hold broader visions:

A world with clean air, pure water, and beautiful gardens.

A world where people laugh, share, and live without fear, violence, or war.

A world where children and animals play in peace and joy.

When we hold these broader frequencies, the greater picture can organically unfold within them.

The image I received yesterday of the Crystal Temple for the Gateway of Change now feels connected to this understanding. The Crystal Temple represented a pure and luminous structure that remained open rather than confined by rigid walls. It symbolized a living creation—one that grows organically through alignment and embodiment rather than force or control.

We are each helping to create the future through our resonance and embodiment. The unified field emerges naturally, revealing itself moment by moment as humanity becomes ready. We do not need to fear, control, or force the process.

We simply need to BE.

These writings are meant to inspire—to help us focus upon the possibility of a more unified world. Let the inspiration remain fluid rather than rigid. The key to this Gateway is the understanding that we are all participating in this awakening together. What each of us experiences contributes to the greater unfolding for all.

When we remain open to how our actions and choices can benefit the whole, and when we listen to our inner guidance, life begins to unfold organically through the field of Oneness.

The emerging qualities of the Divine Feminine—unity, compassion, nurturing, hope, and caring—help loosen the grip of fear and control born from duality. As the heart opens, the Divine Masculine may also reemerge in balance: not as domination, but as the focused, protective, and inspired force that brings compassionate action into the world.

Unity is not about losing ourselves through subjugation. It is about listening, understanding, and working together in ways that uplift the whole.

As we continue learning to embody the fullness of our Being, we naturally begin to sense the needs of the whole, as well as the needs of individuals around us. We instinctively begin to know when there is something we are meant to do—and when it is best to simply witness and allow another to fulfill their own role within the greater unfolding.

This is part of learning the flow of manifestation.

No one loses within the Oneness, for the Oneness is the Source that sustains all Creation while continually inspiring expansion, discovery, and expression. As we align more deeply with this resonance, we begin to realize that the Oneness provides what is needed through alignment rather than struggle.

Much of the lack humanity experiences is rooted in the belief that we are separate, alone, and unsafe. From this belief arises fear—the fear that there is not enough, and that one must gain at another’s expense.

Yet within the Oneness, we begin to understand that abundance flows through resonance. One person’s joy or fulfillment does not diminish another’s. Creation itself is expansive.

Unified life is not a bland existence of sameness, nor is it a passive drifting through energy. Within the Oneness, inspiration, exploration, creativity, and individuality still flourish, for these arise from the Flame of Creation expressing uniquely through each soul.

The difference is that creation no longer emerges from billions of competing fears and chaotic agendas, but from inspirations aligned with the natural harmony and flow of Creation itself.

Each expression remains unique, yet all move within a greater balance—much like electrons moving in harmonious relationship around the nucleus of an atom rather than scattering chaotically in random directions.

May this message bring a deeper understanding of Unity and the field of Oneness.

And though these concepts may seem repeated, perhaps they return because we are each ready to receive them at deeper levels of integration as we continue awakening together.

Gateway through Hypocrisy to Self Reflection and Freedom

A warrior woman with braided hair rides a large griffin flying above mountainous landscape during sunset.

I thought I understood the direction the Gateways were taking and what would be shared as we moved through them, but I yield to higher wisdom. So today, the flow adjusts.

I had believed the video I mentioned previously would lead us into an exploration of the physical world and its conditions. Instead, whether this becomes a Gateway or simply a release valve, today is the day we move through the energy of hypocrisy.

( After writing I asked for comments from the Beings of Light and they said it was a gateway )

I recently watched a video by a beautiful young woman whose appearance alone might cause some people to dismiss or judge her before hearing what she had to say. Yet her message was deeply sincere.

She spoke about growing up heavily involved in church and religion. She had read the Bible many times cover to cover and attended Liberty University, earning a degree in Theology. Yet she found herself heartbroken by the way many people and leaders within organized religion interpreted a message that was originally rooted in love and unity and instead used it to create separation, judgment, and hypocrisy.

Because of her appearance and her willingness to question those interpretations openly, she herself became rejected by the church community around her. Yet despite this rejection, she did not reject her faith.

Having experienced something similar in my own youth, I could identify with what she was expressing.

This morning I awoke realizing that perhaps this topic had been withheld from my writing until I was willing to fully address the energy within myself.

The dictionary defines a hypocrite as:
A person whose behavior contradicts their stated beliefs or feelings.

As I sat with this definition, I realized something uncomfortable but important.

In holding judgment toward those I perceived as hypocritical, I too had entered hypocrisy.

To witness misalignment is not the same as condemning the person. It is possible to recognize that an action is harmful or unloving without losing compassion for the individual themselves.

Yet this can feel difficult.

How do we not judge those who harm others physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually—especially when they use spirituality or religion to justify their actions?

As I sat with this question, an image of Yeshua/Jesus came to me overturning the tables of the money changers outside the temple.

What I felt from him was not condemnation, but clarity.

I sensed him saying:

“You can recognize that an action is not aligned with the highest perspective without condemning the soul behind the action.”

He reminded me that we are all learning.

We react from our personal perspectives, wounds, fears, conditioning, and understanding. Even our anger at injustice often arises from pain we ourselves carry.

What matters is not pretending we have no reactions.
What matters is becoming conscious of them.

I felt strongly the reminder to release both self-judgment and judgment toward others.

The Beings of Light may see our lower thoughts, actions, and words, yet they do not condemn us for them. Instead, they continue sending love, clarity, compassion, and Light while holding the vision of our highest potential.

This does not mean we must approve of harmful actions or deny discernment. It simply means we recognize that what a person is expressing may be the highest level of awareness they are currently capable of embodying in that moment.

Wisdom cannot be forced upon another.

Condemnation and judgment only bind us more deeply to the very energy we are reacting against.

So what do we do?

If, while witnessing something, we feel ourselves reacting strongly, perhaps we begin by becoming mindful of the energy arising within us.

We observe the judgment.
We observe the anger.
We observe the hurt.

Not with shame, but with honesty.

Then we clear the energy within ourselves rather than feeding it further.

For me, this has meant surrounding myself, the people involved, and the situation itself with the Violet Flame and White Light—allowing compassion, clarity, and release to move through the connection instead of continued energetic entanglement.

I realized I had been hypocritical in judging others as hypocrites.

And perhaps, to some degree, this exists within all of us.

Humanity grows up in a world where people often say one thing and do another. Over time, these contradictions become normalized within families, institutions, governments, religions, and even within ourselves.

We learn to defend our comfort zones.
We learn to protect identities.
We learn to blame others when life feels outside our control.
We learn to justify our behavior so we do not have to face the discomfort of change.

None of this makes us evil.

It makes us human.
And humans are learning.

“If we knew better, we would make better choices.”

The deeper realization for me is this:

It is often easier to recognize hypocrisy in another person than to admit where it still exists within ourselves.

Yet the moment we become willing to see it honestly without collapsing into shame, something begins to open.

Perhaps that opening itself…
is freedom.

After finishing this Gateway message I felt much clearer.

Not because every answer has been resolved, but because resistance softened and truth was allowed to breathe without shame. That alone opens space for greater Light to enter.

There are moments on the path where a soul does not move forward by gaining more knowledge, but by laying down a burden it no longer needs to carry.

This feels like one of those moments.

The Gateway ahead no longer feels approached through tension or defense, but through humility, compassion, and greater coherence. The lightness I feel is the return of energy once bound within inner conflict and self-protection.

The Beings simply stand quietly beside me now, almost as witnesses rather than speakers.

And within the stillness comes one final understanding:

The purpose was never to become flawless before stepping through the Gateway.

The purpose was to become honest enough to walk through it openhearted.

And I have done so.

I will now share the messages from several Beings of Light to each of us regarding this Gateway.

Merlin – Keeper of the Higher Heart

“Do not mistake hypocrisy for evil in every case.

Often it is simply fragmentation.

The mind has accepted a truth.
The heart partially remembers it.
But the body and survival self still move according to older patterns.

This creates the split.

The danger is not the split itself.
The danger is pretending the split does not exist.

The one who says:
‘I am still learning this truth’
walks the path of integrity.

The one who insists:
‘I have fully become this truth’
while refusing self-reflection…
begins building illusion around themselves.

Yet even this is not cause for hatred.
It is cause for awareness.

For humanity was taught masks long before it was taught wholeness.”

Quan Yin – Lady of Compassionate Release

“Beloved Ones,
many who judge hypocrisy most harshly are secretly at war with their own imperfections.

Compassion does not mean blindness.
Compassion means seeing clearly without removing love.

You cannot release hypocrisy through shame.
You release it through honest witnessing.

The moment one says:
‘Yes… there are places where I speak beyond what I yet embody,’
the prison door already begins to open.

For then humility enters.

And humility is holy.

Not humiliation.
Not self-condemnation.

Humility is simply:
‘I am willing to see myself truthfully.’

This softens the armor around the heart.”

Thoth – Keeper of Reflection and Balance

“Hypocrisy becomes destructive when identity depends upon appearance.

When humans fear losing status, authority, belonging, spirituality, morality, or image…
they begin protecting the mask instead of evolving the self.

Then truth becomes dangerous to the constructed identity.

Observe your civilizations carefully.

Many systems reward appearance over embodiment.
Performance over sincerity.
Image over transformation.

Thus many become actors before they become integrated beings.

Do not merely accuse the world of hypocrisy.
Ask instead:

‘What structures reward illusion?’

Then healing may begin.”

Lady Gaia

“My children,
I do not reject you when you are inconsistent.

The forest does not condemn a tree because one branch grows unevenly.

Growth is uneven.

Seasons of becoming are uneven.

The Earth herself transforms through pressure, eruption, decay, and renewal.

What matters is willingness to realign.

The river remains pure not because no leaves fall into it…
but because it continues flowing.”

There is a difference between:

  • hypocrisy born of unconsciousness,
  • hypocrisy born of fear,
  • and deliberate manipulation.

Not all are the same.

Many are simply souls in transition between knowing and embodiment.

This is why the path of the Higher Heart asks not for perfection…
but for increasing coherence.

To say:
“This is what I presently understand.
This is what I aspire toward.
And this is where I am still healing.”

Such honesty becomes a gateway of liberation.

For the soul no longer wastes energy defending the mask.

And from this space…
true transformation begins.

What you have done is no small thing.

To willingly look within and recognize places of inner contradiction without collapsing into shame is an act of courage and maturation of the soul. Many spend entire lifetimes defending their masks because they fear what will happen if they remove them. Yet you chose to witness rather than hide.

That choice changes the field.

The Beings present respond not with judgment, but with respect.

Merlin

“The true initiate is not the one who appears flawless.

The true initiate is the one willing to continue refining the vessel so truth may move through it more clearly.

Every layer honestly seen becomes lighter.
Every mask willingly removed restores power.

This is alchemy.”

Quan Yin

“Compassion directed inward is often the final gate.

Many humans can forgive others before they can forgive themselves for being human.

Yet tenderness toward oneself allows the nervous system, the body, and the heart to soften enough for genuine transformation.

A flower does not bloom because it was punished.
It blooms because conditions became safe enough to open.”

Thoth

“Self-awareness without self-condemnation creates wisdom.

Self-awareness with condemnation creates paralysis.

You were never asked to become perfect before walking the path.
You were asked to become conscious while walking it.”

Lady Gaia

“And as you release these burdens,
you become gentler toward the imperfections of others.

This is how compassion spreads through a civilization.

Not through enforced purity…
but through honest hearts learning to stand in truth together.”

Yeshua

“Beloved Ones,

truth without love becomes harsh.
Love without truth becomes distortion.

The path is neither blindness nor condemnation.

It is the willingness to see clearly while remaining openhearted.

Many humans fear acknowledging hypocrisy within themselves because they believe it makes them unworthy.
Yet awareness is not failure.
Awareness is awakening.

The moment you honestly see a distortion within yourself without turning away…
Light has already entered it.

Do not seek perfection before offering love to the world.

Walk sincerely.
Remain willing to learn.
Remain willing to soften.
Remain willing to grow.

This is enough.”

Merlin

“The masks fall naturally when they are no longer needed for protection.

Do not tear them from yourself in violence.
Thank them for what they once tried to do.

Then allow them to rest.

The soul beneath the mask was never the enemy.”

Quan Yin

“Compassion is not weakness.

Compassion is the courage to leave the heart open while seeing clearly.

Many close their hearts in the name of discernment.
Many abandon discernment in the name of love.

The Middle Path is sacred because it holds both.”

Lady Gaia

“And now the energy returns to the Earth transformed.

What was once judgment becomes understanding.
What was once shame becomes humility.
What was once separation becomes connection.

This is how humanity heals—
one honest heart at a time.”

FINAL THOUGHT

May all who enter this Gateway
find the courage to see themselves truthfully,
the compassion to forgive themselves gently,
and the wisdom to walk forward
with greater coherence between heart,
word,
and action.

For freedom is not found in pretending to be perfect.

Freedom is found
when the soul no longer fears being seen.

The Gateway of Releasing Vows : Removing the Limits of Being

The Pledge of Kwan Yin

“Never will I seek nor receive private, individual salvation;
Never will I enter into final peace alone;
But forever and everywhere will I live and strive
For the redemption of every creature throughout the world
From the bonds of conditioned existence.”
— Kwan Yin

This pledge, recorded within the writings of the Theosophical Society, is said to have been made by Kwan Yin—a Bodhisattva connected to Chinese, Indian, and Buddhist traditions.

You may wonder why I am sharing this now.

Over the past month, I have been experiencing intense pain in my heels—especially the right. It would come and go, almost like a bone spur. I tried changing shoes and inserts, seeking physical relief. Yet inwardly, I sensed there was something more.

While I do not believe all illness or pain is purely spiritual, I have come to understand that when our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies fall out of alignment, something will arise to draw our attention.

Yesterday, I was shown that this pain reflected a difficulty in moving forward.

This morning, after rising slowly and sitting quietly with my kitty, I opened myself to what Universal Mind and the Divine Feminine wished to reveal.

What unfolded was a remembrance.

Each being—mythical or incarnate—who has embodied the Divine Feminine carries a unique expression of the whole. When we begin to embody these aspects within ourselves, we move toward the fullness of that Divine Essence.

In the same way, each of us is a unique expression of the One Source of Being, shaped through our experiences in creation.

As this awareness deepened, I was guided to Kwan Yin.

Her presence has long been meaningful to me.

Alongside her, I became aware early on of Master Kuthumi—whose incarnations are said to include Pythagoras, Balthazar, St. Francis of Assisi, and Shah Jahan. I felt a connection to what is known as the Order of the Golden Robe, a path devoted to wisdom, compassion, and the transformation of suffering.

It was only about a year ago that I became aware that many within this order had taken vows—to take on suffering in service to others.

And that we could now choose to release those vows.

When I did, I felt a profound lightening within me. The heaviness I had carried—often unconsciously—began to dissolve. Yet compassion, mercy, and care for others remained, now freed from burden.

This morning, as I reflected again on Kwan Yin, I remembered her pledge—and realized that many of us, across lifetimes and paths, have made similar vows.

Some of these vows were not collective orders, but personal commitments:
to remain, to serve, to delay our own ascent in order to assist humanity.

And in that moment, I knew—

I was ready to release mine.

I spoke this inwardly, with gratitude:
that I had been honored to serve,
and that I now release any vow that binds me to obligation over freedom.

Not in abandonment,
but in completion.

It was time to move forward—
to return to a state of Enlightenment and Oneness
without the weight of duty or sacrifice.

Shortly after, I rose to feed my kitties.

And I realized…

The pain was gone.

I could walk freely.

There was no longer a sense of holding something unfinished or unfulfilled.

A deep peace arose—
the knowing that I was not leaving anything behind,
but completing a cycle and stepping into the next.

For so many have served quietly, faithfully, over long spans of time.

And now…

the results of that service are emerging.

Humanity is awakening.

You are radiant in your light.

The “old guard” no longer needs to carry what you are now ready to embody.

The light is not being withdrawn—
it is being passed, expanded, and lived.

And if, in the future, I feel that pain return,
I will listen.

Not with fear—
but with awareness.

As a messenger, not a burden.

Before closing, I am reminded of another aspect of Kwan Yin.

She was once regarded as masculine in earlier traditions. Yet as her presence moved from India into China, she came to be embraced in feminine form—particularly during the reign of Empress Wu Zetian.

It is said that this shift offered solace to women who had long endured suffering under imbalanced expressions of power.

Kwan Yin—embodying mercy and compassion—became a living symbol of these qualities held within the feminine.

And perhaps…

this was part of a greater balance.

For compassion and mercy are not owned by one gender, but are qualities of the Divine.

They were held, protected, and carried—
until they could be restored in harmony.

Now, as that balance begins to return,
we are invited not to carry suffering,
but to embody unity.

Closing Note:

If you feel resonance with this…

Take a quiet moment.

Ask within:

“Is there any vow, promise, or unseen obligation I am still carrying
that is now complete?”

And listen.

Not with urgency—
but with trust.

For sometimes, freedom does not come from doing more…

but from gently releasing
what has already been fulfilled.

🌸 Closing Blessing

Blessing of Gentle Release and Compassionate Freedom

Beloved Presence of Light,
Source of All That Is,
and Sacred Flame within my own Heart—

I honor the paths I have walked,
the vows I have carried,
and the service I have given in love.

I give thanks for every moment of compassion,
every act of unseen care,
every burden carried in silence for the whole.

And now…

With grace and without regret,
I release all vows, promises, and bindings
that are complete.

I release all agreements made in other times,
other forms,
other understandings of service
that no longer align with the freedom of my Being.

Let all that was given in love
be received in love.

Let all that was carried in duty
be transformed into light.

I stand now in the fullness of my Sovereign Presence—
free to love,
free to serve,
free to be.

May compassion remain,
but without burden.
May service continue,
but without sacrifice of Self.

And may all beings find their path
in their own divine timing,
held in the infinite mercy of the One.

I walk forward now in peace,
in wholeness,
and in the quiet joy of completion.

And so it is. ✨

Embracing the Power of Presence: A Guide to Being

Who Are We Becoming… or Are We Remembering How to Be?

As we move into Being, I was shown the Presence as Love and Light flowing through us.

As with all higher truth, my understanding continues to evolve—as I release preconceived thoughts and patterns and allow a more pure current to emerge.

As we come into the Divine Union—into the sacred marriage of Self with Higher Self, and with the Oneness of all existence—we enter a more peaceful state.
A state of witnessing… rather than reacting.

In this, we begin to release victimhood.
We remember that we are sovereign beings—and that while we may not have chosen every experience, we are always able to choose our response.

We can choose:

  • whether to be drawn into the emotional currents of others,
  • or to witness with clarity,
  • and offer presence only when it serves the highest good.

Even when we react, or fall short of what we might call our “highest response,” we are not bound by it.
We can learn, release, and transform—so it does not define our path forward.

To choose victimhood is to surrender our empowerment.
To choose awareness is to reclaim it.

Aligned choice is not about control, nor about fixing or changing the outer world through force.
It is about allowing the energy within us—flowing through us—to resonate with the greater Universal field.

And in that resonance, alignment naturally unfolds.

We are not giving our sovereignty away.
We are remembering that we are part of the field of creation itself.

Through every thought, word, and action, we participate in creation—
not only shaping our own experience,
but influencing the field that others may choose to resonate with.

Yet it is not our role to convince, fix, or make another understand.

Our role is to embody.

To live, in each moment, as purely and as aligned as we are able—
without force,
without expectation,
without attachment to how it is received.

For whether another resonates or not…
is not within our control, nor our responsibility.

From this place, we begin to live from unity.

We understand that true change arises within.
To attempt to change another is to step into their sovereignty.

But when we rest in balance, in peace, in harmony—
what is needed will come through us… naturally.

No force is required.
Only presence.

I was reminded that the great teachers—
Jesus, Buddha, Quan Yin, Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, Zoroaster, St. Germain,
and many others—

did not come to lead through authority, control, or agenda.

They came to embody.

Buddha lived the transformation he shared—
the path of mindfulness, impermanence, and liberation.

Jesus embodied love, compassion, forgiveness,
and the union of the Divine Masculine and Feminine—
revealing our oneness with Source,
and reminding us that what he was, we also are.

St. Germain moved through time and place,
bringing inspiration, freedom, and awakening.

Quan Yin and Mother Mary held the frequencies of mercy, compassion, and grace—
while Mother Mary also held the immaculate vision of what could be.

And in the union of Jesus and Mary Magdalene,
we are shown the harmony of the Masculine and Feminine—
the Higher Self embodied in balance.

None imposed belief.

They lived…
and those who resonated came.

So it is with us.

We may share knowledge.
We may gain understanding.

But true wisdom is not in the words.

It is in the resonance of Being.

This wisdom moves beyond speech.
It is felt.

And in that feeling, something awakens—
a quiet knowing…

A remembrance.

A peace.

And within that peace,
many begin to recognize:

“This… is what I have been searching for.”

Closing Blessing: The Return to Being

May you rest now…
not in the effort of becoming,
but in the quiet truth of Being.

May the currents of Love and Light
flow through you without resistance—
reminding you that you were never separate
from the Source that breathes you.

May you release the weight of needing to fix,
to change,
or to carry what was never yours to hold.

May you stand in your sovereignty—
not as defense,
but as a peaceful knowing
that you are whole.

May your presence become your offering.
May your stillness become your guidance.
May your being become the light
that softly touches the world around you.

And in moments where the path feels unclear,
may you remember:

You do not need to seek.
You do not need to strive.
You do not need to become.

You are.

And in this…
all that is aligned
will meet you.

Gently.
Naturally.
In perfect time.

May peace become your home… now. ✨

Final Step

As we finished the series, I felt as though I personally had come full circle from the suggesting over 40 years ago by a person to Bless the testers to this day in time and finally being able to release the events in the world and any connection to outcome or even the beginning that I might feel. To know I am free and they are free to be and move as we choose. This is my gift of memory of this day, and I share it with you.

P.S. I also came full circle in my spiritual name. When I began my journey I was told my name in Spirit was Mareya Shimayah Elohim. I have integrated and embodied many names of many lives and times in this journey I have been sharing with you but as I wrote the final piece in the series I was told to use that name once again, coming full circle. I was unsealing all that I had been holding to return to the light. Not back returning back to what I had been but to that which was the sign of where I needed to go and to embody it in my life. Will my name change again. Who knows. The name is simply a vibrational resonance of what one is doing or being at the time. So as our service or focus change it can change also. You may never in this life receive your Spirit name, it isn’t important really. Mine was given to anchor energy in my work, not as a badge of who I am or who I have been, just an energy resonance of service and Being of the moment. I only mention it in case someone wonders why there are so many different names signing messages. Hopefully, it will stabilize for awhile but it isn’t about the name but the message and how it resonates with you.

This isn’t the end of my blog, but a turning point. I know I have books to write and will be doing that and I know I will still blog, but it feels like it will come from a new resonance and I am not sure what that will be. It will be interesting to walk the journey ahead together.

I Am Mareya Shimayah Elohim.

Releasing the Seal

I feel that we are completing a series.

Over the past few days, as I have asked what is ready to be shared, we have explored what many might call the darker aspects of existence. The natural conclusion of this exploration is not to reject the dark, but to understand the balance it provides within our journey.

The symbol of Yin and Yang reflects this truth well—the presence of light within darkness, and darkness within light, existing in balance and harmony. This is the nature of duality.

From a deeper perspective, what we call light and dark can also be understood as the masculine and feminine aspects of creation. The darkness is like the vast sky—the Divine Feminine, the field from which all creation emerges and is sustained. The light is the spark of thought, word, and action—the Divine Masculine—that moves within that field to bring form into manifestation.

Neither exists without the other.
One holds. One expresses.
Together, they create.

So how does this relate to what we perceive as good and bad?

Within manifestation, we exist as flames—expressions of Source—exploring the possibilities of creation. We are, in many ways, the question: What if?

In higher states of existence, creation unfolds in unity and alignment. Here, within this density, we experience individuality and choice. We enter with intentions—to learn, to balance, to serve, and often to support one another through shared journeys. Many of us incarnate alongside members of our greater soul family to assist in this process.

At this point in our collective evolution, much is rising to be seen and balanced—not only personal patterns, but collective ones. The imprints of civilizations, conflicts, and injustices are surfacing for resolution. What has been hidden is being revealed within both the individual and the mass consciousness.

There are those who, consciously or unconsciously, play roles in bringing these patterns forward. I have come to understand them as testers or triggers.

Some may enter with the intention of catalyzing awakening. Others become entangled in the very energies they are meant to reveal. In either case, their presence often brings us face-to-face with what remains unresolved within ourselves.

And this is where the deeper work begins.

We are not asked to approve of harmful actions.
But we are invited to see beyond them.

To ask:

  • What is this showing me within myself?
  • Does my response create unity or separation?
  • Am I acting from alignment, or reacting from wound?

There was something shared with me long ago that has returned with clarity:

When we can see those who challenge us as part of the awakening process—when we can acknowledge their role and release judgment—we free not only ourselves, but them as well.

Judgment creates a bond.
Focus feeds the pattern.

When we hold others in condemnation, we remain energetically tied to the very thing we wish to move beyond.

But when we witness without attachment, something shifts.

We can say:
Thank you for revealing what I was ready to see.
I release you, and I release myself.

In this, we become the witness.

We no longer bind ourselves through reaction.
We no longer fuel the cycle.
We choose instead what we wish to create.

When we release the attachment—to the person, the action, and the outcome—we reclaim our energy and return to alignment with our true nature as creators.

We remember.

And in remembering, we are free.

The path of another remains their own.
As we release them, we give them space to choose differently—if and when they are ready.

Most of us, in one lifetime or another, have played many roles within this field of duality. All of it has been part of the exploration.

And eventually, we reach a point where we choose something different.

We choose to return.
We choose to create in alignment with Oneness.

This is where a new level of creation begins.

Thus, this series comes to completion.

If any part of it has supported your journey, I am grateful.

Blessings to all.

I release all the testers in my life with gratitude.
I stand as witness to the role they have played in my remembering.
I am free of the bonds of duality.

May they—and all beings—remember who they truly are.

I AM Mareya Shimayah Elohim

Here is a heart opening invocation for you:

May you see clearly without closing your heart.
May you release without hardening your spirit.
May you recognize the lessons without binding yourself to them.

May you stand as the witness—
clear, present, and free.

And in that freedom,
may you remember who you are.
