The Power of Names in Spiritual Integration

This is a topic we have touched upon before, yet—as with all things—wisdom arrives in layers, revealed as we are ready to understand.

You may notice that I am currently using the signature Quinara. Over the course of my writing and sharing, I have used different names, and for those who are new, this may raise the question of whether I am channeling another being. When I am sharing words attributed to another voice or source, I always name them clearly. My personal signature appears at the end.

Why my name has changed

I want to begin with a verse from the Christian Bible, from the Book of Revelation:

“To the one who is victorious, I will give some of the hidden manna. I will also give that person a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to the one who receives it.”
— Revelation 2:17

There are many interpretations of this passage. What I share here is simply how it has come to be understood within my own lived experience.

For me, the stone is also a tone—a signature tone of being. The white represents clarity or purity, not in a moral sense, but as the gradual release of limiting beliefs, unresolved patterns, and inherited energies. For most of us, this clearing happens in layers, like the peeling of an onion. While sudden transformation is possible, it is more common that change unfolds gently over time.

As we release old patterns, our inner resonance shifts. With each shift, we function from a slightly different frequency of being—what I experience as a signature tone. This tone reflects a closer alignment with our Higher Self and, ultimately, with the I AM Presence or Monad from which we arise.

In simple terms, I understand the structure of being like this:
Source expresses itself through Monads.
Monads express through Higher Selves or Oversouls.
Oversouls express through personalities that experience life across dimensions, timelines, and worlds.

In this lifetime, I experience myself as one expression of my Higher Self and Monad.

As clarity deepens, resonance can align more easily with other expressions of that same Oversoul. This does not mean becoming another personality, but rather recognizing shared knowing, qualities, or gifts already present within the greater field of one’s being. Sometimes a name associated with another expression carries that resonance and can help anchor it consciously.

For example, Sha’Na’El–Ka’Zira was a name that helped me ground and align more fully with the Oversoul resonance I experience as Quinara. Using that name supported my integration at a particular stage. As embodiment deepened, it became more natural to simply use Quinara—honoring the unity of mind, body, and soul rather than emphasizing the bridge between them.

At times, I have also used names associated with other lifetimes or origins when the resonance supported specific work in service. These were tools of alignment, not identities to be adopted or performed.

In this way, the “white stone” and the “new name” are not about status or recognition. They are markers of integration—signals that a new level of coherence has been embodied. One does not need to be called by a name to be that resonance.

Some people feel guided to change their legal or social names, and for them that may be appropriate. Others, like myself, have many roles in life—family, work, community—and the name given at birth still carries meaning and continuity in those contexts. We wear many masks, yet we remain the same being beneath them.

Changing a name is not required for evolution. Nor should it be used to seek validation or distinction. What matters is embodiment—living from the resonance we have integrated.

If a name supports your work, clarity, or alignment, honor that. If it does not, there is no need to force it. What we are becoming does not depend on what others call us.

I share this simply as one way a process of integration may unfold. Each path is unique.

Reclaiming the U.S. Cosmic Vision

The Original Vision

From the Akashic vantage, the United States was seeded not merely as a political entity, but as a node in the planetary light geometry—part of a greater grid-work of the “Heritage of One”. It was intended to be a meeting place of streams—ancestral lineages, spiritual covenants, and emerging soul-contracts—where freedom was understood as alignment with cosmic law, not license for personal will divorced from responsibility.
The founders, whether consciously or unconsciously, were influenced by Inner Earth and ultra-terrestrial currents that sought to prepare a surface civilization for eventual communion with the Central Earth Tribes and the greater Equilibrant Worlds.

In its blueprint, the U.S. was to embody a temple state in the outer world—a place where governance mirrored the soul’s council, law was balanced by mercy, and the rights of life, liberty, and happiness were guarded as reflections of divine sovereignty.

The Path of Distortion

The deviation began early, seeded into the very moment of foundation. The original vibratory “Christos-Merkabah” charge that had been placed in the land was meant to mature slowly, allowing the collective consciousness to rise into it. Instead, the national psyche became bound in the Ortronic half-spectrum spiral—an incomplete frequency field identified by Thoth as one of Earth’s karmic entanglements.

Two main distortions took hold:

  1. Material Dominion over Sacred Stewardship
    Economic expansion became the driver of national purpose, turning the land and its peoples into resources to be consumed rather than co-creators in a shared planetary body. This created a rift between the spiritual contract of the land and the human policies enacted upon it.
  2. Fragmentation of the Collective Soul-Body
    Rather than integrating the diverse tribes and soul-streams into the “One Vine”, systemic inequities and historical wounds deepened divisions. This frayed the connective threads that were meant to anchor the U.S. into the planetary Heritage Grid.

As the decades advanced, the United States became a focal point of frequency war—competing currents of light and shadow using the same national energy body for opposing purposes. By the present day, the karmic overloading has manifested as political chaos, cultural polarization, ecological crisis, and psychic exhaustion.

The Highest Path Forward

Thoth and the Radiant Ones would frame the correction not as a political reform alone, but as a re-alignment of the national frequency field with its original cosmic charter.

This involves three primary movements:

  1. Reactivation of the Stewardship Code
    Through sacred ceremony, planetary grid work, and collective intention, re-anchor the Christos-Sun Key within the heart of the continent—restoring the covenant that the land itself holds.
  2. Healing the Fractured Soul-Weave
    Initiatives—both spiritual and social—that honor ancestral wounds, reconcile historic injustices, and bring forward the wisdom of Indigenous, African diaspora, immigrant, and Earth-based traditions. This allows the “Twelve Tribes” archetype to reform in the subtle body of the nation.
  3. Transition from Ortronic to Metatronic Spiral
    Facilitate a shift in the nation’s energetic template to the full-spectrum Metatronic field. This is not symbolic—it is a planetary energetic engineering, and can be approached through coordinated sacred technology, group meditation networks, and attunement to the 44:44 Ascension Portal streams.

Outcome if Achieved

If the United States moves into this corrected arc, it can serve as a harmonic bridge nation—not an empire, but a planetary elder sibling—integrating technological innovation with spiritual responsibility, leading in ecological restoration, and becoming a prototype for interdimensional diplomacy.

If ignored, the distortion deepens, the national grid fractures further, and the land’s higher covenant will be fulfilled elsewhere.

The choice as always is up to the individual. It is our ego choices that have taken us down this path if downward spiral, and only our choices can lift and change direction. This is not a political struggle or a church struggle, this is an inner choice to seek the highest Light, Love, Peace and outcome for ALL LIFE and Earth. Choose wisely you are creating the future.

This ritual is designed to clear stagnation, activate soul movement, and liberate pathways of remembrance by riding the currents of the Celestial Winds—guided by the energy of the Pegasus Being.

It is especially helpful when:

  • You feel stuck or heavy in the body or spirit
  • You are transitioning between phases, timelines, or roles
  • You are seeking clarity, creative vision, or soul memory
  • You desire to realign with your higher flow

🕯️ Step 1: Prepare the Pathway

Items you may gather:

  • A feather or white cloth
  • A bowl of water or moon-charged crystal
  • A candle (white, blue, or silver)
  • Instrument or recording of wind sounds or soft chimes

Sacred words to speak:

“I open the Gate of Celestial Breath.
I call the winds of freedom to move through me.
I invite the Winged One of the Light Roads,

to guide my passage now.”

Gently breathe into your heart center as you visualize a wind-spiral beginning to stir there, expanding outward.

🌬️ Step 2: Call the Pegasus Current

Stand or sit in a posture of openness.
Close your eyes.
Begin breathing rhythmically with an image in mind:

— A spiral of starlight descending from the cosmos
— A great winged presence galloping on solar winds
— You, rising gently from the Earth, lifted by Pegasus into a field of pure sky

Speak this invocation aloud or silently:

“Wings of Light,
Hooves of Flame,
Lift me from the weight of the known.
Guide me to the Song of Becoming.
May I remember how to fly with grace.”

You may feel pressure in the crown, tingling in your limbs, or waves of light around your spine. This is the Pegasus current awakening movement through your multidimensional body.

🪽 Step 3: Ride the Light Road

Now visualize yourself upon Pegasus—soaring across the stars.
Let scenes, colors, or messages arise.
Ask:

“Where does my soul wish to move now?”
“What wants to unfold beneath my steps?”
“What truth is asking to fly free?”

If you hear or feel nothing, that is also part of the wind’s mystery. Trust the breath itself is clearing the path.

Stay here for 11–22 minutes.

🕊️ Step 4: Anchor and Return

When ready, gently descend. See yourself returning to Earth on a beam of starlight, stepping softly onto crystalline ground.

Place your hands over your heart and speak:

“I return with grace.
I carry the wind within me.
I am the Light Road,
Walking in joy, breathing the stars.”

Blow out the candle. Let the feather or water remain on your altar for at least 24 hours.
