This is an update given to me as I was walking after posting this blog. In this blog I speak of the CE5 protocol. To some the cautions regarding this may appear to mean it is not a good method. That is not the intent. The person who created it I am sure had the highest of intent, as in shown in their emphasize on heart center, love, clearing, protection and meditation. Where the caution comes in is to repeat, we can only access energy as high as we are vibrating due to spiritual work and clearing, so that the Light protects us. Even then we need to challenge beings as to their intent and vibration. To invite someone to meet, even stating in the highest good, is an open invitation for ones to try to deceive you. If you have not developed discernment you could place yourself in a learning situation which you did not intend. All are lessons, we simply try to caution you so you can make an informed choice.
I first learned about lenticular clouds when I visited Mt. Shasta about 40 years ago. On Mt. Shasta they are a common sight there and have been for a very long time. Lenticular clouds are created by craft to hide themselves as simple cloud formations. I share this because of synchronicities that have been coming up.
Recently I had a contact with Commander Ashtar through a friend who is a medium. I have worked with many different groups that brought forth information from Commander Ashtar, but I was told my focus was not to be on the Extra terrestrial connections but on the Creator Source within. Why? Because as in the past ones could get confused and worship them, and we are to keep our focus on our spiritual growth. This can happen with Light Beings and the Angelic realm as well with us worshipping them, but they do not want that and if you feel an angelic or light being trying to get you to worship them, they are not of the light. The same can be said for the connection between the Galactic Federation of Light servers and the lower vibrational non terrestrials. The Galactic Federation of Light will tell you as will Angelics to test and verify what they are sharing.
My contact with Commander Ashtar and my Yeti guide Lars came about the time I began working with the Corridors of Light. I had been calling upon the Galactic Federation of Light as part of the establishment of corridors along with Native Americans, elementals, Angelics, Dragons and Unicorns with Archangel Michael to prepare and integrate the corridors with Mother Earth for optimum levels. They prepare for the higher realms to bring in the energies and the GFL are ones who also focus and guide energies to the ground levels.
Then, few days ago I came across the CE 5 protocol from several different sources. So, as usual I go with the flow. Basically, this is a meditational process which is heart centered to connect with our Star and Galactic Family of Light. So, I wondered if it was something I was being guided to do. You can google CE 5 protocol to find out more. I was guided for some help and guidance in this process to a gentleman who emphasizes being heart centered in the process to connect with the highest energy.
As I contemplated doing this for as a Shaman in many lifetimes I never would share something to be done with another without verifying and investigating myself. Thus, I asked and synchronicity prevailed. Elizabeth April a channel for beings who are to be from the GFL had the same question and asked it in a video. The basics of their response was that although it might be a good method, there are many caveats. One, we can only connect with ones to whom we are a vibrational match, and any fear, stress, blockages etc within us will cause us to attract lower vibrational entities both ET and not. Right now due to the moment in time we are existing, many lower vibrational ET’s have come in to watch the events upon the Earth and try to interfere and abduct humans to create a scenario to their liking. You see we are prophesized to become like the Peace Keepers of the Universe.
IF WE COME TOGETHER IN UNITY AT THIS TIME 2024 AND LET GO OF OUR DUALITY POWER PLAY CONSCIOUSNESS, TURNING TO UNITY AND COOPERATION INSTEAD THAT IS OUR DESTINY. However, if we choose the current pathway then CHAOS continues.
A POINT IN TIME OF CHOICE TO A GREATER EXISTENCE.
Thus they caution us at this time to be aware that we may not get what we are seeking because of our energy and consciousness and may just be setting appointments with a very undesirable encounter.
ALL THAT GLISTENS IS NOT LIGHT.
All is born of the One Source and returns to it. However, in our Universe we have freedom of Choice and as beings with the power of thought to create our existence, what we think does so. This means just not ourselves but all around us on Earth and in the Universe. That is why we have hatred, war, chaos, power seeking, controlling people. Think of them as a test. Do you want to place your focus there and give them energy? If you fight against them it is feeding their energies because you are focusing your creative energy there instead of on a positive outcome.
Focus on what you want and not want you don’t wantfrom a heart centered state of balance and harmony.

Humanity needs to know that we are awaiting a time of maturity. In this I would say maturity is the ability to see things from a balanced perspective of emotional stability and caring. To be able to see things from a higher perspective.
Think of it like being a parent. Would you want your Mother or Father to be emotionally unbalanced, drunk or abusive. For you would spend your life unsure of how they will react from minute to minute to what you say and do.
When the higher light comes to a person, as it is coming into Earth in abundance now, it activates. If you are filled with unbalanced emotional or mental blockages, anger, fear and other lower energies, these will be amplified. The same can occur if we of the higher dimensional energies were to come in mass. We could cause great imbalances within humanity. Also, it requires a great deal of energy for us to move from 5D and above down to 3D to manifest and with free will mandates, we are limited in what we can do until we are told it is time.
We do come into the Earth atmosphere at times to do that which we are called to do and we use lenticular clouds to hide our presence from the masses. We monitor humanity for extremes such as nuclear and atomic energy, so they do not get used to create problems that would extend beyond your system. We also direct energies and work to help Earth with her Ascension process to stabilize as much as possible. When asked by individuals to help in situations we do what is allowed according to Higher Directives.
We are very happy to see so many Light Workers now awakening and helping to create a personal Light Corridor where they live or in greater areas and connecting together. This is why we have connected with this one at this time for she is actively working on this process. The stage of Earth’s development and that of humanity is attracting Ones of lower dimensions and higher dimensions. It is best to stay heart centered and soul directed when attempting to connect with us or any unseen being. For like the earlier description of an unbalanced parent if you come into the desire to connect with ones unseen, your energy pattern will attract beings of the same energy level.

They are our brothers and sisters, not to be worshipped as has happened in past times. We need to be spiritually prepared to connect with them as such, our wiser big brothers and sisters here to help us not to be worshipped. Until we are ready they will remain
Where we focus our attention with Intent and strong feelings manifests. The stronger our feelings and the clearer our focus and intent the quicker this happens.
We create the world we experience each day of our lives. Yes, it is the norm in today’s society to say, “No, I am a victim of the actions of others.” Yet, even in an event in which another does something to us physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally or even financially, we have to be aware of our choices that might have put us in that position. If we listen from our hearts, there are always signs to warn us to be-ware or be aware of what is happening.
I remember reading about a young girl who told how her mother always told her not to go out at night alone. She was in at college and through with classes and decided to walk to the store and was robbed. Luckily that is all that happened. Was she a victim? Yes, she suffered from the actions of another. Did she have responsibility for being there at that time that made it possible, even though that mother voice in her head said she shouldn’t? Yes , she did.
I am an independent bookkeeper. One day a manager of a store called me to say that the electric company had called and needed payment or they would shut off the power. I knew that the electric company was automatically paid, but even if I didn’t I would have confirmed if payment was due before I sent a payment.
On September 11, 2001 many people did not get on certain planes, or go into the office on that date because they felt that they shouldn’t do so. One lady told her brother on September 10, that she felt she was going to die, and she did go into work the next day and passed in the horror of the twin towers of New York City. Those who died were victims of the choices of terrorists. Yet, did they each have a warning sign, feeling or signal which they ignored.
Each choice we make creates the actions and perspective we have of events we experience in life. We have the choice to listen to the signs and signals or ignore them.
Not all possible choices or signs are ones that create negative situations or experiences. I was told when I was 16 that I would live west of the Mississippi. Didn’t seem that possible growing up on a farm in Indiana. Then I married and it seemed even less likely. One day a man came to where I worked and brought me a books called “The Cosmic Conspiracy” by Stan Deyo. I did not know the man nor did I ever see him again. He simply said he was told to bring me this book. That moment in time set me on a path of spiritual growth and experience beyond belief. It opened doors that eventually lead me to California.
So from that day forward, I try always to watch for signs, feelings and messages. I find Spirit is accommodating whenever possible to my life and work, but I try to keep focused upon what is to be done. I try to keep my will out of the way as much as possible to keep the intent pure to what is needed for the highest good and to feel the joy, peace and thankfulness for being able to participate in what is needed to aid the higher vision for humanity.
So, I apply with intent, focus and feeling the concept of mindfulness to remember no my will but the highest perspective possible in life. If I choose not to participate that is my right, but that does not make me a victim of life. I can’t say but my family needed this or that, for if we truly want something we focus on making it happen, the more we desire it the more likely we are to make it happen. The key is purity of intent, is it for personal power and glory or for love and a desire to help create a better world.
We are at a unique moment in time. The changes happening in governments all over the planet will determine the experiences of humanity as a whole. We can sit back and say well what can I do, I am a victim. Of course there is also the option, that I will force my point of view on others because it is right and the only way. That is power and control focus of ego consciousness.
THE HIGHER PERSPECTIVE is for people around the world to say, “OK, enough is enough. I don’t want this chaos, pain, hurt and violence anymore. I don’t want to see people being killed or suffering. I want to see a better world of abundance, security, love, compassion and hope for all. LET US OPEN THE BOX AND LET OUT HOPE. Let us make the choice to drop the us and them and seek ‘we’.
WE THE PEOPLE – United we stand and divided we fall. If we focus on love and compassion and coming together. It doesn’t matter what person or group of people are leading a country, if we do what we know to be the best and kindest actions and choices in our lives. Working together with each other instead of drawing lines in the sand. If this we do eventually the old order will fall for it will no longer be fed by anger and division and a NEW era of leadership will emerge in which we all prosper and are safe and loved.
YOU MUST MAKE THE CHOICE TO LET GO OF THE OLD and CHOOSE THE HIGHER PATH OF UNITY.

Music is important in our spiritual process, music and sound even the lyrics for they cause us to focus on a feeling or intent. So lately my attention is being draw to lyrics as signs as well as programs, shows, feather, etc. I have also tried to pay attention but I am now being asked to focus upon these ‘signs’. I will discuss how music was a sign in this in just a bit.
Several years ago this crop circle appeared with the image of an alien and what was concluded to be a binary code message to humanity. Below it is the translation to which scientists agreed. On the right side of the picture was an answer to the message humanity sent forth into the cosmos about who we are which appeared in a crop circle. Crop circles are signs to try to communicate with us and also to imprint energies into the earth.
“Beware of the bearers of false gifts and their broken promises. Much pain but still time. (Word damaged.) There is good out there. We stand against deception. Closing of the conduit (ringing of the bell). “
It is always helpful to be open to what is happening around us. To watch and listen to the sights and sounds, and the inner impressions we hear, sense, feel and sometimes smell or taste. You might catch a whiff of Roses that signify Mother Mary is close by. You might smell the aroma of the cigar your father smoked as he tries to connect with you to bring you a message of love and encouragement. You might hear the faint whisper of your name as your guardian angel calls to you. You might see a feather fall from the sky where there is no bird which is your guide trying to tell you they are there.
You don’t need to think of this as religious or spiritual if you are agnostic or atheist. It is not something outside of you but the highest functioning part of yourself trying to connect with you and help you. Consider these synchronicities or de ja vu events. It doesn’t matter what we believe as long as we open and ask for help or more to be shown to us of the mysteries of existence, the guidance will come.
Yesterday, we made a trip from the central coast of California to LA to take a birthday cake and spend a few hours with my mother in law. She is old and in a nursing facility because of her limited physical abilities. Unfortunately, she was physically and mentally not in a state to visit. Within me was the desire to wish and want to heal her. I do not practice physical hands on healing. I know that I can channel healing (reiki) and other modalities of energy work, however, I have also come to know and understand that healing comes from within the individual.
As I ask her about what she was feeling physically, I realized that she was limiting her own comfort by what she was choosing to do and not do as suggested by her doctor. Any healing without a shift in consciousness and perspective will not last. So, I was told there was nothing I could do but I could ask for the Archangel Raphael to heal or help her in accordance with her Higher Self.
For you see we don’t always know the lessons or reasons one choose what they experience in life, and we can take on karma by interfering. There are wonderful healers who know what they are doing and can help people tremendously. The ‘key’ at this time is for us to begin to take responsibility for our own healing. For my mother in law she was making choices and so I was told to step back and let the higher Angels step in if she desired their help.
I know this might not seem like it belongs in a writing about signs, but it was a sign for me. To be aware of the signals from others beyond the physical and our personal thoughts and desires to help another in order for us to understand there is a bigger picture being shown by subtle signs and signals. Sometimes, even if we have an ability, it is not for the highest good to use it unless guided to do so.
SIGNS – physical symptoms are SIGNS that something is not in balance within our quartenary bodily system. For us to be in optimum health our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies must be clear, balanced and working in harmony. So as we left I was reminded again about how we can only do what we are guided and to give to those who work from a higher perspective to do the rest. LET GO AND LET GOD.
ALSO, I was told to remember to remind EVERYONE, it is important for us to focus our attention on what is happening around us and to let go of the distractions of media and electronics, SO WE CAN SEE THE SIGNS. SIGNS ARE EVERYWHERE.
I kept hearing that humanity needs to become aware of what is happening around them. We are locked into electronics and are missing the signs and we are at a critical point.
TIMING is always important and so when you put timing , signs and synchronicities together, THE UNIVERSE IS SCREAMING AT US. In the last two weeks there was a reminder over and over again beginning with the book ” MYSTIC IN THE MEWS” about people turning off distractions and paying attention to what is happening around them for more and more signs are coming to help us awaken, come together and focus a new INTENT and world in the days ahead.
The day before we left on our trip I was guided to listen to three different youtube videos with perspectives on the same subject. The future of the US elections. I do not take sides and I don’t get involved in the news and struggles of what is being bantered about politically. I felt sad there is so much division regarding leadership in our country and others around the world right now, that there is no outstanding leader that the majority say that’s the one worthy of leading our country.
What is the point when it seems to just be getting worse and pulling the nation apart. I was guided to these perspectives to help me understand. First let me say I am a strong believer that Earth is Ascending and that those ready will Ascend with her into a new consciousness 5D paradigm of Unity and Oneness. To be part one must choose to do so and focus upon releasing that which would stop them from doing so.
That is why many of us came to Earth to be part of this shift of paradigm and to help others to awaken. I also believe that if enough of us let go of that which keeps us separate and come together with a higher focus we can change the world and bring 5D into the planet for all to partake. If we can do this, we will experience a shift the allows for all to move forward working in Unity.
The first video was by the Farsight Institute of Remote Viewing. There remote viewing is done blind by the viewer. They are not told where or whom they are viewing. They are given a code to focus upon and then they record what they see. This focus was on the two US conventions. This video showed riots outside of each and violence and destruction.
So the second video was by a women who claims to channel the Galactic Federation. Her guides from the GF upon speaking about the candidates said it did not matter which candidate won the vote they were both differing perspectives of the same ‘OLD’ paradigm. With one it would be a bit slower process and not as dramatic for the shift and the other would bring a quick and dramatic shift. The element that fascinated me was they said it did not matter who won the vote, that the election would be decided by the choice or focus of consciousness of humanity.
As I asked what this meant I was then guided to a podcast which was the interview of a Canadian Astrologer. Beautiful lady, who had much wisdom to share. She had focused what she shared on the birth chart of the US. For a country can be guided by planetary energies at the time they are formed, much as we are by our birth date. She said that in the next few years beginning now we are at the same astrological chart as when the US was formed on July 4, 1776.
Remember we were born of a revolution. She said that is why there is so much division now and violence to come. Back to the energy of the revolution. She said basically the same about the candidates, but added that the popular vote nor electoral college will determine the outcome. She said that it is time that the younger generation is ready for change and those who Light workers. She said that there might not even be an election but a consciousness revolution that brings about a new order. Not a violent change like in the farsight images, although I feel those will still happen at the conventions, but by election time humanity can COME TOGETHER with focus and intent on a new way of living in peace and unity and decide the OLD no longer works and we want something different. She said it looks like by 2026 we will be in a whole new way of living and being by the choice of humanity.
THIS REQUIRES focus, choice, unity, and intent on peace, love and hope for a better future.
INTERESTING – I was wondering is this really true.
Yet, the more I look around on the internet, the more I see people speaking about this same idea of letting go of Division and focus on coming together.
One of the key ways a person who is learning to connect with non physical beings is connecting through the heart, and learning the vibrational feeling of the Presence of differing guides and Light Beings. Then to be sure if feels good, unifying and not fearful or bringing about duality and separation. Always ask for a sign of verification and they will tell you to question and verify if they are of the light.
SO I DID this morning. – I like to ask for a Dragonfly it is my connection and verification from Metatron. Sure enough within a minute one flew by. So I feel that this is at least at this time a direction of flow of the energies. This does not mean that at anytime, by the choices ones make that the direction cannot change.
So this brings me back to music as a sign. As we started out drive home I kept hearing to listen to Phil Collins. The first CD I listened to didn’t seem to have what they were wanting me to hear. So I put in a second one of his hits.

This song reminds us that while so many have so much, we can choose to ignore the needs and suffering of many around us. Yes, we can believe that it was their choice to be in that condition or that we can’t do anything to help them. Yet, I think what we are facing now is that a FEW coming together with a focus of abundance, hope, joy, peace and love – CAN MANIFEST A NEW WORLD- a doorway for others who choose to participate to walk through to a higher state of being.
Sometimes, ones cannot dig themselves out and look to walk through a door when they are hungry, hurting and feeling alone. Sometimes one just needs to shift their focus to be healed, and when they see that doorway open they can let go of all the pain they have been holding and be healed.
To manifest a new world, it requires a team to do this a unified focus of intent.

There are many other lyrics to this song but they were not part of the message or sign. I was being told that something is coming and to feel for I have been waiting for this all my life.
Which circles back to the timing and sign of the book Allan Ishac wrote Mystic in the Mews. Why did it come out now. It speaks of ones awakening, coming together to bring about a focus of a new world. There are no accidents it was either a predetermined part of the Greater or individual plan, or a choice we made that create the world we experience.
We can at any moment change the way we look at things and things we look at change.
If that was not enough I was draw to open the book Angelic Mysticism by Georgios Mylonas to a page that spoke of Angels and how they are pure consciousness of power and qualities of expression of the Divine, but can choose to take human form at will. It goes on to say that we humans too on an energy and mental level can take any form even if our physical form doesn’t shift. We can express different qualities and aspects of Being by visualizing or imagining what we want to see or express and feel an attune to what it would be like. Practice to shift and focus our energy individual and mutually through spiritual attunement and focus of pure Intent.
SO , my friends I think we are at the brink of something wonderful and new but it requires us making a choice to focus and do our part to make it happen.

Well the choice is yours – but it you open the box who knows what you will find, that was the choice Pandora faced.
As just about everyone knows the short version is Pandora was a gift and a curse to Promethus from Zeus for daring to bring fire to humans. There are two versions about what was in the box and the box. In one she was told to safeguard this box and in the other the box was already in the house of Promethus and she was told not to open it.
The first version of what was in the box is that it contained all the miseries in the world, and out of curiosity she opened the box she was to safeguard and they came flooding out. She quickly closed the box when she realized what was happening and so Hope remained in the box. Hope which would be the saving grace of humanity.
Another version says that the box had blessings for the world and that she was supposed to open it in the proper time, but she decided to do so out of curiosity and this changed the blessings into misery and woe, with hope still remaining in the box. But, there is a deeper meaning and Pandora would like to share with us.
Greetings, I am the archetypal energy referred to as Pandora. I represent the curiosity and impatience of self will. I represent each individual when you made that first choice to do your self will instead of aligning to the direction of your soul and the Oneness. I am that which is impatient, curious, and unaligned to the higher perspective of Being.
Think about this for a moment. There is the Unlimited Potential of that which ones call the Void. Within the unlimited potential is the essence and unity of Creation. Within the Unity is Universal Mind the Will of manifestation and creation. This one says , “What if ….” and all the Universe stands ready to manifest this desire of the will of expansion and creation.
The Higher Realms do this in Unity and Joy for they each have their part and they do it with perfection. They are part of the Oneness of One Mind, One Heart, One Being from which creation began, within which creation exists and expands. The plan on how this happens is perfection. Until self will enters the picture. We always have the right to make a choice even in Oneness, however when we have 7 billion beings on one planet alone making individual choices, we have chaos and misery.
YET, there is always HOPE. Hope is part of Grace that embraces us home to unity, allows for us to choose without judgment. Hope calls to us to focus upon our hearts so it will open to more love and compassion. Hope sparks a flame which flickers with the desire to live in a world of Peace, Joy and graciousness. If we had not hope there would be only despair.
Self will is what caused the first humans the archetypal Adam and Eve to choose to seek knowledge and experiences beyond the unity consciousness of paradise. It is that which takes us from a state of Infinite Being to a limited existence such as experienced here on Earth.
I am an archetype a conceptual being of a parable who represents an aspect of life. When you focus on hope and let go of the focus on the misery on earth you will return to Unity Consciousness. That is why the systems of the world keep the stories and actions of war, anger, separation, despair, poverty and lack among the masses so that they will believe that is all that is possible. This keeps you from thinking about the Freedom and Hope that is available if you will simply shift your focus from that which tells you that this is all there is to HOPE.
One of the biggest lesson I came into this life to learn is patience. It took me a long time to understand why patience is so important and when I did it has become easier to keep a good attitude while being in the waiting period of patience. For I came to understand that in spiritual growth and work we are not alone and often it is not just us manifesting or doing the work, especially larger projects. Thus, we might be ready but not all of the others are ready or have made the choice as to if they wish to do their part. So on the inner levels those Beings of Light who are in charge of the direction of this project are making adjustments to fill the empty spots or adjust the plan or project to fit the people involved and ready.
Another aspect is that we don’t see the greater picture or overall vision of how this part may also need to fit in with other parts. This is a matter of ‘timing’ For instance as I spoke in one of the prior messages, in order to manifest Star Centers for interspecies communication it is first needed for the energies to be raised in an area or upon the earth and that is why the development of corridors or cities of light was brought into the thoughts of groups around the planet to manifest. So if one keeps focused on the Star Center instead of yielding to the inner direction of corridors of light, a center could have opened but the energy would be too low for the intent of Light Beings being able to manifest and interact with humanity. It requires patience to wait for the right timing and connection to inner guidance to be able to make the shift of focus.
I like to call this hearing ‘listening grace’. Listening is the channel through which grace is given unto us as guidance for the smoothest pathway forward in our lives.
Buddha came to teach us wisdom. It is with wisdom that we can learn to listen, and wait patiently upon the direction of proper timing to act. Buddha taught us to BE and to do from a place of Being and Oneness.
Within our heart lies the three fold flame of Love, Wisdom and Power/Divine Will. Each must be in balance with the others. We needed wisdom to understand Unconditional love over human concepts of love which Jesus brought us. We needed love and wisdom in order to be able to understand and embrace the Will of Oneness which is the Power of Freedom, which brings us into Unity with our I AM Presence.
Patience is not a lack of action but waiting for the proper time to act for the right reason and in the right way. It means that we must have the right intent and consciousness in order for the outcome to be for the highest good of all. We need to be of a mindful nature in which we are listening to the higher guidance and timing. That we intend that what we do is for the greater good not to enhance our personal goals and ego. We need to understand that all needs to be coordinated in a unified manner. In this all will flow easily.
Patience is about knowing that in the end the correct time will create the greatest results with the least effort or distractions.

I am the soul which was known to many as Joan of Arc. My life and story was not long and many have forgotten the tale which surrounds my life but to this one I came to bring courage.
What is courage? Some say it is acting even though we are fearful to do that which we know is correct. I did not have fear when I set upon my journey, although I will say I did not desire to die, but I was prepared for that possibility.
I had been prepared for this service all of my life. I was born with a devotion to the Divine filling my heart. I wanted only to do that which was the will of my Father, the Creator. I was guided throughout my childhood by St Michael, St. Catherine and St. Margaret. I knew when the time came that as long as I stayed within the guidance of my heart and relinquished my will unto the Higher Will, that all would be of Divine Order.
It went as directed and I was granted the opportunity to guide the forces to bring forth the will of the Creator that France be set free from England. However, as you may know it did not go so easily for me and I was captured and after a year put to death as a heretic by burning at the stake. For this one through whom I bring this message that method of death is one she knows and remembers. It had brought fear within her, no not fear so much as a desire to remain unknown to the gifts she has to bring to humanity.
I am here to help her to bring forth the courage she needs to overcome that desire and to align fully with the Will and Focus of her mission. For you see it is not only about fear but removing the memories and blockages one has from lives in other times. We can do a work without removing the blockages, but we cannot align fully with the direction of the mission until we have cleared the blocks to open the heart so it can take command of the mind.
I just took her back to some messages about heart and mind alignment in order for her to remember that the ‘fall’ of humanity which was parabolized in the story of Adam and Eve, is the story of how ones in the past decided to partake of human choices and ego will over remaining aligned to Divine Will and heart guidance of unity.
This is the true story of my life. A young girl who fully aligned to the Divine Will and spiritual guidance became an unstoppable force to overcome forces greater than herself and to bring forth the desired plan to advance humanity. I was to be a symbol of courage, not just by overcoming fear, for I did not have any, I was sure of my direction and had surrendered my will and life unto Higher Service. There is nothing which I did, that anyone of you cannot do and you can do more. I would willingly do the same again for that is what we do as Bringers of Light, we point the way for others to be more than they can be, by aligning to the Divine within.
So, I say to each of you take courage. No matter what you are called to do, all that you need will be with you in order to complete your mission as long as you stay heart and mind aligned to the Higher Will within you.
This one asks I speak about why I died. It was because one who was to stand up for me chose not to do so. That was their choice and so their higher purpose was also diminished. However, I knew that all I would loose was my form, for I Am Eternal. It was not a pleasant event, but as this one remembers I had but to leave my form to not experience the pain. Perhaps had this not happened my story would have been forgotten.
May you each find the courage within you to connect to the Higher Will of your Divine Presence. If you ever need help just call upon me and I will be there.
Today is the first of many messages that I, or others of the Divine Feminine energies, will be bringing through to you. It has been a long process to help this one to open to our connection fully, but now we are in the infancy of our journey together with you. We hope to bring your encouragement, inspiration and grace to open your own hearts to the future possibilities.
It is quite sweet that the final piece of the puzzle in bringing this about was the presence of the energy of the swans. They had been floating through some message and information she had been receiving, but when they came through another together with my message and that of Joan of Arc, she was convinced that it was okay and time to begin.
We will come either individually or as a group to bring forth that which is needed. It is a time of balancing the masculine and feminine energies within each of you so that they can come into balance upon the planet. Long have we worked behind the scenes to keep the energies present and alive upon your realm of existence. For you seen you have created this existence in which you live and thus we are limited in how we can work with you in helping you.
We are here to open your hearts and minds to the infinite possibilities of grace to help you in releasing and being that which you truly are. Peace, balance, and Grace are the energies of the Swan which are connected to us, the Divine Feminine. Grace is the gift of spirit to you. The One Life gives to you this gift in order that you might in faith and belief let go of the idea that you are not enough.
You, my dear children, are enough. I am not simply the mother of the one many call Jesus, although that is what I am most noted for upon this realm. I am a part of the Divine Feminine energies of Creation. I have existed since the Seraphim gave birth to me. I am of the Elohim, the energies of creation. I am part of the Shekinah the Holy Spirit of compassion, love, grace, forgiveness and kindness.
We are one, you and I at our Essence. For we are One with the All That Is. You can use whatever term you wish for the Universal Presence of Oneness, for IT IS no matter what you name this Presence to Be. We are here to help you to let go of the boxes around your heart and mind that keep your from expanding into a greater state of understanding. These boxes or walls have been built in many lifetimes, some reinforcing old walls and some creating new.
To step into the Freedom of the Infinite can be easy when one lets go of the preconceived ideas of how existence works. It is not easy for most but we will take this journey together.

Upon the spiritual growth path we are experiencing this process. Filtering out the mass consciousness and personally held thought patterns, beliefs, ideas of ideals, memories and genetic patterns to be FREE and PURE.
For me I am switching gears personally in a reverse osmosis process regarding writing and blocking for my spiritual service.
Many people as they open to Spirit become mediums and channels for non physical beings. They offer messages and guides either for free or for a fee. Some do so as a desire to be of help and service, and others to obtain notoriety and income. I am not saying that this is bad or good. I personally don’t believe in bad or good, but in choices and experiences.
I SO OFTEN remind you as you open to non physical beings, and really just in your personal life to ask for and use spiritual protection and learn discernment. To open to connect with our guides, teachers and loved ones is a wonderful experience of learning that we are not alone and that life is continuous. They can offer us help and guidance depending on the level of attainment they have reached. However, all that glitters is not gold and some are simply at a lower level non physical being trying to feed off light beings energy and will say what is needed to connect, or it can be psychic energy within the ethers and mass consciousness being sent out to ‘suggest’ like in hypnosis what we should or should not do. If we open ourselves to everyone and everything without protection and discernment we can be decieved.
Again I am not saying that they are good or bad, they are simply doing what they need or want to do as part of their choices and experiences. We can choose to participate or not. We can ask for Beings of Light to protect us until we learn to protect ourselves and to discern the vibration of the energies of different beings so that we are sure and aware of the ones with whom we are connecting. We don’t need to ask Light Beings to protect us if we are based in a heart centered focus of Unconditional Love, Unconditional Love will protect us. Unconditional Love is not the passion and lust of earthly love, but the caring and compassion for all living beings.
I will remind you here of a story in the Himalaya of Jesus, when he was ‘missing’ before his mission began. He was studying in different monasteries in Tibet. One day a hoarde was approaching the village and the people were panicking. Jesus walked to the top of the gully through which they were approaching and held up his hand and the horses bolted throwing off their riders, who fled in panic. When asked what he did. Jesus said,” I simply sent love towards them and love repelled that which did not match it’s vibration.”
To open up psychically, to other dimensions of existence as a medium, psychic, channel, translator or oracle is a responsibility that one takes on to the people with whom they share their information. We can only receive and translate what we receive at the level of attainment we have personally reached. Thus we become karmically responsible for that which we share, but as well the person listening or reading is responsible to discern the information before they use it or apply it in their lives. CHOICES it is all about how we choose and focus our attention.
Thus, to open to other dimensions is supposed to be part of our personal process in which we open to guidance, learn to discern what we receive and to put into practice by clearing and releasing the old which keeps us from reaching greater wisdom, love and light. If we stop at the psychic level and simply become a channel and don’t grow personally, we are not helping ourselves or others and that is a limit.
To use protection and discernment is to help us to learn to focus and utilize that which we are receiving to grow to and expand into greater freedom. As we learn to stand in love and light, we no longer need protection for it is always within and around us. We are thus sovereign beings within our form. There is only ONE Being in reality that is made up of all of us. There is only one Mind which is Universal, we simply tap into it at the level of vibration to which we have risen.
The reality we experience here was created by the agreement of certain conscious parameters long ago as allowed by Lady Gaia. this is called the Creational Matrix. It is a conglomerate of our mass consciousness. However, once free will and spiritually amnesia came into existence after Atlantis it has been added to by every generation of incarnational beings by their individualized thoughts, beliefs, fears, hopes, dreams. No longer does everyone have to agree all that we think and do goes into it creating CHAOS. We also have our genetic generational belief patterns in our DNA and those that we have learned as values, ideal and beliefs from our family and society in which we live.
This is a human created reality that can change in an instant if enough people agree to focus on transforming it.
There is no good or bad only choices, beliefs of what we think is real and experiences to help us learn, grow, transform and understand existence. Everything we think do and say is projected and stored in mass consciousness and can influence others. There are ones who have learned by projecting thought forms into the atmosphere as wave signals they can affect the choice and actions of others. That is why protection is essential, whether by Archangel Michael, your guardian Angel or the LOVE AND LIGHT within you. I suggest Michael and your guardian Angel simply because until one has cleared old beliefs and fears our hearts are usually enclosed within a wall of fear, disbelief, and pain which needs released and transformed to have the strength of energy to protect ourselves.
Mass consciousness can influence our perception of what is reality and limit us from moving beyond what we perceive as reality to the true reality of infinite Being. Not only are there physical level projections coming at us that can say they are anyone or anything, but there are also lower energy beings, that we might term ghosts, incarnates, some would call demons. They are simply beings who have left the form and were at a low level of understanding and vibration which keeps them in the lower 4d. They seek light and connections to earth and so they come around ones who are open or on drugs and alcohol trying to connect and live off their energy. They will say and do what is needed to get their ‘fix’. They are not bad, simply lost and seeking and need help as we do. Some may have not so good intent and seek power and control to influence through one who is open, that is what many term demons. Again, if we are seeking higher light and love we limit their connections for they can only attach to that which is of the lower energy within us. That is why our personal spiritual work is so important either before opening, or after, to non physical communication. Usually you will know them by their message, but some can be deceptive.
Beings of Light bring teachings that encourage us and inspire us into transforming our limited beliefs and to seek spiritual growth, oneness and service in love to others.
I share all of this to get back to the title of this blog Reversing the Process. Reverse Osmosis as in the image is a filter that takes out the unwanted particles in water to create pure and clean water. Most people begin expanding into the non physical realms by connecting psychically as part of their learning process. They share, hopefully of the higher light and wisdom, and continue to grow as an individual. We can only receive, translate and share information at the level to which we have evolved. Part of this process is learning to let go of that from past lives, or learned beliefs and ideas which hinder or hold us back, THE FILTER. So they filter their old beliefs out of their energy to create a pure stream of Being and energy.
For me in this life to come forth and do this blog was a difficult choice. I have not come forth as a channel or psychic sharing messages from different Light Beings with you. Most of what I have shared has been from my process and wisdom learned. HOWEVER, that does not mean that it did not come from other Beings of LIGHT, for it did in the understanding that we are all one. My process being reverse of most people who share message from Light Beings.
I cam into this life to focus upon returning to Oneness with All That IS, to move through the Ascension Process and learn it in the many aspects to share with others. So I have focused upon that process. I have been helped by so many wonderful Beings of Light of which sometimes I am aware and other times it is synchronistic experiences which they have helped to created for me to learn and I am not aware of which beautiful soul was at the crux of it.
When I felt guided to start this blog to share of my experiences and what I have learned I knew it was good for me to not differentiate my understanding from the Oneness with All Life. In this I mean, it didn’t matter if Jesus, Buddha, or Ashtar was sharing in Essence we are All One. I needed to keep my focus there to get my full understanding of Oneness with my I AM Presence and thus ALL Life as my focus. It is not me or anyone in particular doing this work and sharing this wisdom it is the ONE within ALL of US sharing. The more I can know this, I can manifest this in my life. They have worked with me in the process of my growth, to give me confidence in myself and my oneness and that which I share, knowing the source.
In essence Beings of Light seek not notoriety or recognition for their messages, for it is given in order to help us to evolve and transform.
The second part of this for me has been that in many lifetimes I was an oracle, medium, channel, priestess or shaman. These lifetimes have not all been wonder and magic, although many were, but some have ended not so nice for me. Thus, coming into this life I did not want to be in that position until I was clear and felt ready.
I am now being told that is it time and it is not required that I not the source of a message which comes from another Being of Light, but it can be helpful to me and to them. For me it brings forth more of a unity of consciousness work that I can move into the outer world. In this I mean that in other lifetimes which were not so nice, I learned to mistrust others when sharing my gifts and built up walls. Not with the spiritual realm but the physical realm. TRUST ISSUES. I know come from a place of complete protection and must learn to trust others. I also know that a message from Mother Mary or Quan Yin may mean more to some people than a message shared just by me. So, I am reverse osmosis the process going from the pure protected level and diving back into the world of chaos but in a sovereign state of being in this lifetime.
I do this in service to ALL.
One last note I am told to make. I do not share my birth name for still the message is not about me but about you and your connection with source. On messages I share not from other Beings of Light it will be signed either , Marguerite ( this is the name Metatron gave me) or Mareya Shimayah Elohim (this is my current spiritual name). These names are only signposts for me to help me to grow spiritually into new essences of my Being. They are not important. It is not important what I am called, for the message is what is important and coming into Oneness.
A last note on names. Most of us influenced the name we are given at birth for a specific vibration or tone. This tone mixes with our energy tone/vibration within our blood crystals and DNA. Together they form our signature, the tone we are within the Music of the Spheres. As we clear the limiting beliefs, blockages and patterns we begin to have a new tone, and we find we have a new ‘name’ which fits more who we now are energetically within the Oneness. The variance of our tone to the purity of Oneness lessens. We embody more of our true essence and sing a tone of purity. In the Christian Bible it says
