I cannot say that this will be an actual event or not. The idea is not of about an event that should cause fear or anxiety. I think the message here is about what we can do to stay in balance and harmony and prepare for anything that might happen as a result of the Ascension of Earth and Humanity. No matter the events around you, the message shared here can help you to see what you can do personally. Beautiful message on how to focus and prepare for you personal and the planetary Ascension, and whatever events and changes must happen for this to happen.
Commander Ashtar :The Role of Ultraterrestrials in Earth’s Ascension
There are many images of Commander Ashtar available on the internet. I asked and this image came forth, I like this image myself.
As we have come to a time when even the United States government has admitted to the possibility of Extraterrestrials it is time to address this with understanding. There are extraterrestrials, who are not necessarily more advanced spiritually than we are but can have advanced technology. They exist on a 3D or 4D level. Some belong to what is called the Galactic Federation, which is not to be confused with the Galactic Federation of Light. The Galactic Federation consists of Beings from planetary systems who have made agreements to work together, but are still growing spiritually and are may or may not be Ascended Beings.
Here on Earth we have subterrestrials. These involve ET who have been involved with or lived upon Earth and are now living underground. Please do not confuse these species with the Beings of Light who exist in the Levels of Hollow Earth like Shamballa. These subterrestrials are Beings who work with governments or to control systems on Earth. This does not mean that they are all doing this but you need to be aware.
Not all that glitters is of the LIGHT.
Then there are Ultraterrestrials who are Beings who have Ascended to 5D or beyond or who have never incarnated into lower dimensions. Commander Ashtar and the Galactic Federation of Light which is under his command Fall into this category. While most noted for his Ashtar Command, he is an Ultraterrestrial Master who works with the higher Angleic Realms including the Seraphim. Others who work in this level who serve the Source of All Creation are Metatron, Michael, Melchizedek, Christ, Zarathurstra, Buddha and Thoth.
Commander Ashtar works with Metatron and Melchizedek to recalibrate Earth’s energy fields. His command exists across celestial dimensions to ensure a smooth transition into the New Earth Star Golden Age for those aligned to the Ascension Path. They are diligently focusing on helping as many as are willing and desiring to make this transition.
I wanted to share this because as we come to a time where we have so many wanting to connect and work with Estraterrestrials it is important to remind us that even though ones may be open hearted it doesn’t mean they are spiritually more advanced than you are and their advice is greater and should be followed. Do not give over your authority and direction to others.
It took me a long time to connect with Commander Ashtar 40 years to be be exact. Why? Because years ago when so many were preparing for the ET’s to evacuate us from planetary shifts, something felt strange. My inner guidance wasn’t to participate. I was told that there is no where else to go to not be fooled and focus on my personal growth. I didn’t fully understand this at the time.
Now I understand that even though there was purpose in those who were preparing at that time in case humanity did not shift, to prepare to evacuate the light workers and those ready we embodied here to help humanity and Earth to make the shift and Ascnesion to 5D or highers. This is why we were here, in 3D there was no where else for us to go. We came to clear the path, uplift, enlighten and merge the timelines for Ascension.
When I began this journey in this lifetime, humanity had not reached the 1987 Harmonic Convergence Shift. It was needed for as many as possible to keep focusing not on leaving and escaping the mess we had created but to bring more light into the planet. In 1987 the Harmonic Convergence and the coming together of massive numbers of humans around the world in groups to pray for Earth and Humanity ushered in the fullness of the Violet Flame of Transformation brought by St Germain and Archangels Zadkiel and Amethyst. This was preparation for the 25 year period leading to the 2012 End of the Cycle, the ending of the outbreath of Creation and the 20 year inbreath.
The outbreath is the expansion of existence. The inbreath is the time when that which cannot or chooses not to move forward to higher existence either returns to source for transformation or to a location of vibrational match. Then in 2032 the outbreath of the next expansion of creation , the new golden age begins. I share this in the context of Commander Ashtar because he has been a guardian of the gateway, and part of the team that actively works to prepare and guide us in our process so that as many as possible can participate and Ascend. He also oversees Galactic Federation teams that are watching and monitoring the lower ET’s who would like to interfer and stop our progress.
Do ones have agreements with ET’s to be taken and experimented upon? I don’t know, perhaps or perhaps they simply choose to believe this so they can handle the situation. Are there ‘good’ and ‘bad’ ET’s? I would say there are spiritually more evolved and technological ET’s who are not more advanced and perhaps less advanced than us spiritually, and there are A.I. created helpers. I know the Commander Ashatr and his command are bringing the higher light. There are ones within the Galacitic Federation who bring higher guidance and some who bring guidance no greater than your own.
YOU ARE A SOUL IN HUMAN FORM. Place your trust in opening your heart and folllowing your inner guidance. Only connect through your heart and soul to other Beings. Protect, Discern and test spirits. There is no us or them in this. It is a matter of do you want to evolve and be Free to experience Creation and Infinite possibilities or more of what we see around us.
You can only discern to the level you are clear and aligned. You need to make the effort to reach upward to higher dimensions through inner work and preparation. Don’t just wait hoping someone will save you. I say even to ones awaiting a Savior that even Christ said “these things I do you can do and more”. However you must make an effort.
One thing I am learning from Commander Ashtar as well as the rest of my guides is ‘DONT WORRY BE HAPPY”. What they mean is not to ignore what is happening around you but worry does nothing but rob us of joy and takes us out of this now moment where we connect with our Highest Being and the Universal Oneness. Worry won’t change anything, all it does is lower our vibration to attract more of the same. Focus upon clearing the energies that connect you to worry and ask for understanding. Find balance in your life between work, family, obligations, spiritual growth and FUN. When we lighten up, we become lighter and align to the higher energies and can recieve more guidance and direction.
So this is the message from and about Commander Ashtar. He works with the myriad of Light Beings, the highest Order of Angelic Beings who are guiding and helping us along the Ascension path. He coordinates with the Councils of Light, Earth, multidimesional and galactic levels and the Galactic Federation of our Star Families who have volunteered to help watch over us and help us. Yet through it all he is a compassionate, loving and caring perosn who is loved by all under his Command.
I personally want to close with this thought. There is much happening in the world around us. Don’t focus upon what you don’t want but on the Outbreath of the Golden Age before us. It is within our grasp. I have found that the Beings of Light rarely focus upon the daily earthly events for they are mere distractions to our energy that keep us from our higher goals, development, purpose and enlightenment. They only come into a message or guidance if they have a purpose or a lesson to teach us about our blockages and beliefs. They focus instead upon where we are going and how to get there on a spiritual level. You can be aware of the world events, for the purpose of sending light, love, peace and requests for the Beings of Light to help. However, don’t let these events consume or take any of your energy to move forward or take you joy.

Hell and the Moon: Symbols of the Journey of Self-Awareness
In some religions Hell is where evil dwells and the damned reside. It is a place of fear, pain, suffering and judgment. Hell can also be a cage or prison with which we surround ourselves with limiting beliefs and negative judgments of others. When we judge another we are judging a part of ourselves. Hell only exist in our mind and is created by our limited beliefs. What we perceive in another that triggers us means we have something within us that connects to that action, belief or truth they hold. We then need to look within to see.
Perhaps we are judging ourselves and even doubting our own beliefs and their energy, words or actions are triggering us to doubt ourselves and our beliefs so we react to defend our beliefs and maintain status quo in our life. After all, our brain/ego mind loves status quo, the familiar. Why? Because it knows all the ins and outs, the good and bad and how to protect you in that familiar state of status quo. To seek the unknown is scary your ego goes into fight or flight. It must judge the others actions, being or words as bad in order to know you will stay in familiar and be safe.
Yet this is Hell, for you are cutting yourself off from the very energy and focus you need to set yourself free. Often we criticize ourselves for not being good enough, knowing enough, we see our imperfections and it is easier to stay in the dark and familiar than to accept that if we release this belief we can be free and all we can possibly BE. Self criticism is destructive it cause spiritual, mental and emotional paralysis. Self awareness, sees the areas that you need to address, release and transform. You can see when you fall down and as we discussed in a prior message take steps forward even if you have taken 2 steps back. You realize you need to stop beating yourself up and go for balance, the middle path. Take sometime off for self care and self love to heal and rebalance.
I always remember my Father telling me when I was a child that the only Hell is here on Earth and we create it. How true this is.
Take time each day to journal. It is very therapeutic. Write about your day, your good thoughts and events and the not so good thoughts and events. Don’t judge yourself or others simply write about how it made you think and feel. If you could have done something differently write that too. Perhaps you see a repeating pattern that is causing you to stumble. Forgive yourself and others and use the violet flame of transformation through your body and energy bodies around you. Know that in doing this, you have completed this day with nothing to take forward into another.
At the end of each week have a day when you review the week and see any patterns or thoughts about the week and what you have experienced and learned. See it as learning from which you grow and expand into new levels of understanding and conscious Being.
The moon represents light in the darkness, the ebb and flow of energy like the tide. The stages of the moon represent how we grow and change through our life. Think of the moon as the light illuminating the darkness where judgement, hate and fear exist that create a mental and emotional state of hell.
The moon represents the Divine Feminine energy as the Sun does the Divine Masculine. The Divine Feminine is the nurturing, intuitive womb of creation, the unlimited potential of Creation. The cycles of the moon allow for seedlings to grow and germinate in order to burst from the soil and grow towards the sun. So too can we see the moon representing the places within us that we keep in darkness, hidden from the light so that we don’t have to feel the pain or confusion it brings in our world of familiar.
When the light shines upon it they come forth and we can see and transform them no longer allowing them to keep us small and fearful. We can stop believing in limited thoughts like we are sinful and deserve to be punished. That we are not worthy and need someone to tell us what to do, believe and how to live our lives. We understand that we do not need someone else to make things right, instead of trusting and seeking the Truth of our Soul or Being that we are Creator Beings in a school of learning. When we release the need for someone else to tell us or do it for us, we take back authority in our lives. When we align and open our hearts to the Universal Oneness, we tap into the Quantum field of Creation and Infinite Being and Possibilities.
Life is an uphill battle when we place our lives and power in the hands of others. They direct our lives instead of tapping into the realization that all knowledge is available to us. See how far you have come, for if you hadn’t made a choice to seek and become you wouldn’t be reading this right now. Don’t think so much about how far you may have to go or what you believe you are lacking or doing wrong. Think about you are exactly where you need to be learning exactly what you need to learn to take the next step.
Find that balance and harmony of the middle path. It is important to grow right now for sure. However, it was never meant to be another challenge, job or hardship in your life. It is the opening of the door to the Unlimited possibilities. Embrace it with joy. If it doesn’t bring joy, let it go for now and take smaller steps that allow you joy and balance in your life.
You are so loved. Each of you is surrounded by Beings who love you and want to help you. They want you to be happy, safe, healthy and experience unlimited abundance. Ask them to guide you, open your heart to your Higher Self the Love within. Protect yourself each day from the thoughts of the world, ask Archangel Michael to surround you and keep them away. He will help you to cut cords of attachments from others they vampirize your energy.

Finding Harmony: A Journey through Conspiracy Theories
As I began this sharing, I found it being inspried by Buddha and it really does round out the teachings.
The world is filled with conspiracy theories based on half truths amd inuendo which is designed to lead us into fear, separation and keep our focus and energy on something other than our spiritual freedom.
Are there events and topics for which the truth of the events have been kept hidden from us. Most assuredly yes. The biggest example is the UFO conspiracy. They have been spotted, reported and even painted or depicted in art and on walls of canyons for millemium. The government knew and tried to hide it from us for whatever reason. Never in anyway condoning what they have been doing, yet if one thinks about it the radio broadcast of the ‘War of the Worlds’ with Orson Welles in 1938 created mass panic in those who missed that it was only a program. Obviously, it might have caused our government to pause when a craft crashed in New Mexico. However, everything after that was designed to hide information and technology from us for ‘someone’s’ benefit. The War of the Worlds is their excuse to control information and direct our attention as desired and even to divide us.
This being just the first of many events that caused conspiracy theories to spiral into society. I have taken red pill and followed the road of conspiracy in my life until I realized that most often through earthly sources we will never have the whole truth only that which someone wants us to know. They feed us the conspiracy to guide us down their ‘yellow brick road’. I don’t take the blue pill of forgetfulness and compliance. As in all things there is a middle road.
Buddha taught the path of the middle way between aestethism and self indulgence. The middle way says that in between any two opposites lies emptiness, or sunyata, which is not nothingness but a vast creative potential. The middle way is similarly fluid and full of possibilities. The Middle way is also used to describe the realization of being free of the one-sidedness of perspective that takes the extremes of any polarity as objective reality.
If we look at this perspective of the middle way as emptiness it is the void of unlimited potential of creation. Conspiracy is the essence of Schroedingers cat in which at one moment the cat in the box is both alive and dead, until you look inside. The cat is the conspiracy theory which as long as we don’t know the actual TRUTH of it and can continue to be divided. The truth we hold in the moment is relative and limited it keeps us divided from each other in our beliefs unless we are willing to take the middle path.
The middle path understands that we create our reality by the focus we choose to take in any situation. Because our thoughts, intent and focus create our perspective of a situation or our lives and create our experience. Thus what better way to control a society and divide it than by creating a conspiracy and promoting two sides. It depends on from whom you take the red pill the perspective you choose to hold. You can continue to follow the path they lay before you or choose to take back your authority. If not you will continue to participate in the us or them reality they feed you in the Matrix we call Earth reality.
One day I awoke and realized the futility and control that the red pill of conspiracy can hold. I let it go and instead took the white pill of seeking to release all beliefs, blockages and seals upon my spiritual Beingness.
I didn’t realize it was the ‘Middle Way’ at the time. Let us look at the middle way for it is the essence of balance and harmony that we have been exploring over the last few weks.
The Middle Way leads us to understand:
How to balance between overworking and being lazy. Learning self care that we see where we are working too much and need to step back and restore ourselves. We should not ignore our duties and expect others to take care of us, but instead set achievable step by step goals in our life.
Mindfulness is something I speak of often, and even this has a Middle Way. Buddha says to remember to stay aware of our thoughts, speech and action yet being flexible to the situation and not rigid in our reactions of self judgment when we don’t live up to our own expectations of perfection. Allow room for growth and don’t set unattainable goals. Learn to balance self discipline and self compassion realizing your personal limits of the moment.
The middle way is finding a balance and moderation between eating, working, playing, and spiritual growth. Set aside time from work for relaxation and hobbies you enjoy. Joy lightens our energy so the we can embrace the light and love more easily. Don’t allow your life to become too rigid or too chaotic but create a balanced routine.
Be kind to yourself and others, don’t be overcritical or judgmental of self or others. Watch for ego that can lead to a confidence of you are right or your beliefs are correct and that allow you to judge others based on your criteria. Face challenges with calm and avoid impulse decisions and excessive worry.
The Middle Way isn’t about mediocrity or allowing others to be right over youself but understanding that what we percieve is based upon our inner perception. The MIddle Way leads to inner peace and harmony that aligns us to the Universal Oneness. By balanceing the extremes of excess and lack we find harmony in life grounded in mindfulness and compassion.
All things are fluid and created by our thoughts. ” When we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change.’ Dr. Wayne Dyer. Is the essence of moving from an ‘Us or them’ point of view or the extremes of ‘conspiracy theory’ which is ultimately and us or them. I can hear voices and minds reading this and saying but it’s true there was a cover up of Rosewell and JFK.
Think of this – we are on the brink of planetary Ascension into 5D and how and where you place your attention, thoughts and energy will determine whether you are a match to move into this state. The choice is yours. You can continue to focus on the conspiracy and give those who perpetuate it as ‘important’ your energy and authority to siphon your energy for their use. It is as if you are taking the blue pill of forgetfulness while thinking you are awake. If you have watched Matrix, you will understand you are still in the tube being fed the illusion that someone wants you to understand and believe. Think they are doing this as the ones on the other side think the same thing.
In the end what I am saying is at this time – what is more important that you know the answer to your conspiracy theory to shove it the faces of others to prove your belief is correct and perhaps miss your opportunity to be Free and Create a world to your liking in peace, balance, harmony and unity. It is time to decide what is more important to you. The remnants are fighting for control of the reality we see. Will you believe one side over the other and allow them to tell you what is right or wrong and how to live your life? Or will you take the ‘white pill’ and move into alignment with the ‘middle path’ which connects through your heart and bypasses the ego brain directing you to connect with the Universal Mind of Oneness that is the Void of Unlimited Potential and Infinite Creation.
As always the choice is yours. No matter what you choose it is your path to follow and eventually all paths lead back to the center or Source where it all began. Some paths just take longer.

From Ignorance to Awareness: The Path to Balance
Sometimes on our journey it may feel like we take 1 step forward and 2 steps backwards. However, the key is realizing that we did and now we can correct ourselves. I woke up in the middle of the night and was unable to go back to sleep. I had made a comment that was less than unifying as part of a statement of truth. I was reminded that it need to be corrected and that I need to fully walk my talk in self mastery and mindfulness more carefully.
Years ago I heard something about the idea that ‘ignorance is bliss’, in that we are only held accountable for mistakes made when we know the correct way of speaking, thinking and acting. When we don’t know we can’t be held accountable. Now you may say what about the Law of Cause and Effect.
That is a basic Law of Creation which is automatic whether you are knowledgable or not of the misaligned energy you created to be balanced. The difference lies in the intent. If you know something is not of the highest perspective and greater good, the effect you will experience will be more extreme than if you were not aware. For in your lack of knowledge or awareness, you simply acted in the manner to which you have been taught or seen around you as acceptable. It doesn’t make it right and the law still goes into affect but your resultant balancing experience may not be as extreme.
For me I had to get up and correct my statement and apologize for what I said. I am happy to do so for my focus is on embodying what I know to be Truth through alignment. As we each do this we open the door for others to do so too. We set an imprint into the mass consciousness that can be accessed and we bring more light into the world. For we are all one, and what we do and experience affects the whole. When we shift into light, it creates a pathway forward.
So in the last week several times I have taken 1 step forward and 2 back. However, I am correcting them more quickly and that is what matters. It does no good to punish ourselves and feel bad and hide. Simply admit, adjust and clear to stay in balance and harmony.
I embrace as mindfulness and manifest it in my life. That is my new mantra.

FromAtlantis, Lemuria and Zep Tepi to the New Golden Age of Earth
I awoke this morning begin reminded of Zep Tepi, the golden age of Egypt, and of course there were the Golden Ages of Lemuria and Atlantis. We are about to enter another Golden Age.
Then a song is stuck in my head, ” Where do we go from here?” There are many versions of this song going back to early 2oth century. That line is the one that keeps repeating in my head and so it has to do with how we move forward from here. The group Chicago did a version of this song that I like the lyrics although it is not the specific tune that runs through my head. Their lyrics are:

Time is non existent outside of our 3D reality. The past, present and future all exist simultaneously. Each choice we make is creating our reality. If you don’t like what you are experiencing, don’t try to change someone else, change yourself. In the quantum field exists the reality of the New Golden Age of Earth, and the original Golden Age Blueprint of Earth.
The First Golden Age was a time when Earth was in a high-vibrational state, aligned with the divine frequencies of creation. It was a period before the Fall of Consciousness, where humanity existed in a perfected form, fully aware of their connection to the greater cosmic order. The divine blueprint for this age was one of pure beingness, effortless manifestation, and harmonious existence with all lifeforms. It is to this state we are returning. This blueprint still exists within the Central Sun Atoma of Earth and is guiding the energy.
From the Frist Golden Age, which was not 3D physciality as we know our present Earth came the first major civilization called Lemuria.“Motherland” of humanity, from which many migrated to later civilizations like Atlantis. Lemurians existed in a fluidic, etheric state, where their DNA was not yet solidified, and they could merge their forms with other beings, including fairy-like entities.
Over time, as the Earth’s density increased, Lemuria underwent magnetic implosions caused by an overload of the planet’s central sun “atoma.” This led to cataclysmic changes, eventually submerging Lemuria, although its energy imprint remained within certain regions, such as Hawaii.
As Lemuria declined, Atlantis rose as the next major civilization. Early Atlantis was highly spiritual and maintained a deep connection to the Earth’s natural rhythms. However, during its Middle Epoch, Atlanteans engaged in interstellar interactions, which introduced advanced technology. Many of whom came from Mars and Maldek (the planet which was destroyed forming the asteroid belt).
While some embraced these advancements, others saw how technology was eroding spiritual consciousness, leading to a divide. The Late Epoch saw major cataclysms, including the breaking apart of one of Earth’s moons and a massive war, which contributed to Lemuria’s final destruction and broke Atlantis into smaller islands.
The final days of Atlantis were marked by an attempt to alter the time continuum to “correct” genetic de-evolution. This had to do with connecting back to Mars but this backfired, creating a time tsunami, which shattered Atlantis permanently.
Priest and Priestesses of Atlantis took some students and sacred documents and relics to various locations around the planet forming new civilizations. Like Egypt, South America, India, Tibet, Greece, to name a few. These civilizations rose under their influence and eventually succumb to the dense energies and outside influences of non terrestrials. The higher teachings of these Atlanteans had to be hidden to try to prevent misuse by the lower energies. This brought forth the systems in which we live today.
However, all things being circular they begin in the center, circle out and eventually return to the Source or core of Being.
Time is how we classify our existence, and our choices along this progession creates time lines in which these choices are played out. The Flower of Life represents the circular progression of creation and when it reaches the outer edge it returns to center. The Mayan and Hindu both kept track of these passages of time in smaller and greater epochs. We are at the end of a Great Cycle.
We were seeded upon this earth long ago and now the harvest time of return and completion of this program has come. We completed a 26,000 year and a 260,000 year cycle. That is why so much help is available. Diana Cooper said of it that we have been in the outbreath of creation and in 2012 the inbreath began. In the inbreath all that is outmoded or incompatible to the higher dimensional octaves will either collapse or be drawn back the the Creational Source. She believes that the outbreath of a new cycle begins for Earth in 2032 and those ready to participate.
All have a choice to move forward or not. This is ‘where we are going from here.’ Our planet began in a golden Age and we are returning to that state. It has always been there within the central sun atoma of Earth sending forth the energies of its blueprint to those who were able to access it. It is the same as for the Adam Kadmon, the original Divine bLueprint of humanity. When we fell in vibration and consciousness we were vibrationally no longer attuned to it. This does not mean it disappeared, it has always been there and it is the state to which we are returning.
There have been ones who have walked in Oneness with the Divine Blueprint upon the Earth guiding us, as well as ones who Ascended Consciously back to that state of Being. Remember that we are the bridge between the Divine Oneness of Creation and Earth. We bring the Divine into the Earth by aligning through our hearts with our I Am Presence, our Higher Self that part of us that has never been consciously disconnected from Oneness.
To be in the world and not of it doesn’t mean we don’t see what is happening the world, but that what we do or say, comes from a place of inner guidance and knowing that we share our Truth with compassion and understanding. That the actions we take our guided by a higher perspective.
Do the inner work of clearing, aligning, releasing and balancing so that you can move easily and live in the 5D energies and New Earth/Golden Age while walking upon the 3D planet. Your Presence, and the light and love you bring and anchor on the Earth will transform and help others to awaken and release.
Your mission is to do your inner work and then to be of service to help others human and non human, spirit and nature with love, caring and compassion.
How do you know your service and why you are here? If one focuses upon that which brings them joy and enthusiasm and that can be of benefit in the world, meaning it is not ego directed or driven, you are on the right path. You may be a writer, painter, teacher, healer, naturalist, environmentalist, builder, a farmer, a waste management person, a cook or a waiter. It doesn’t matter, as long as it is something you enjoy and in your joy bring a ray of light to the lives of others. Life is not about making money and being miserable doing so. When you are joyful your energy is high and you are able to release and shift to higher vibratory levels and connect with others and All life. You can connect to wellness and abundance. You can call to you the Golden Energy that is awaiting.
You don’t have to sit and meditate on these images of a Golden City but on BEING clear and focused upon the Light and Love within yourself and sharing it with others. You cannot force your Truth or belief on another, sometimes silence is Golden, align and learn to trust your inner knowing of when to speak and when to simply be quiet and send and be Love and Light.
Where we are going – we have alreay been- we are simply returning home. This time it will be different because we are different. It is like returning home to your parents house that you left many years before and walking into your old room. It may still look the same, you remember it, but it is as if someone else lived in that room and had those experiences. You have come forth through this process forever changed.
You are a strong Creator Being of Light and there are wonders beyond belief awaiting you. Take it one step, thought and action at a time.
Don’t worry so much, be happy. Speak or act when you are guided the Truth of your heart. How do you know, ASK your Higher Self or guides. REMEMBER they are always there just waiting for you to ask for help. You are moving into the eye of the Storm, the calm place where all will swirl around you and yet your are at peace.
I remember the quote – ” Fate said to the warrior,”You cannot withstand the storm.” The warrior said,” I am the storm.” We only fail if we stop trying. We are powerful beings of Creation but we have forgotten and now we are awakening and remembering that Truth. No longer allow the beliefs and truths of others to take aware you power to trannsform you life and the world around you.
May you feel the Light and Beauty of who you truly are and let that be your Strength, the guiding light upon your path. Let not the storms around you buffet you from your path simply stand firm in your truth, seek you inner guidance and take it one step at a time.
The Golden Future we have wanted is here, we are transforming ourselves to participate with each choice we make.

Awakening to the New Earth and Golden Age: Choices and Guidance
Time is almost an illusion at this point. If it were not for appointments I find my life flowing with the moment. The events happening in the world are part of the transition to manifesting the New Earth or Golden Age for those who choose to participate. We have reached a majority at this point on Earth and the Universe is overjoyed. I am beginning this with a message from Thoth that I found inspiring and touching.
“You stand on the edge of a great revelation, where the winds of time and wisdom are merging. The universe whispers its secreats to those who listen, not with the ears, but with the soul. In every moment, there is a choice to remain within the illusion of the material or to rise toward the light of the eternal. Remember, time is but a river flowing from the past into the future, but the momen – this single point of awareness- is where the power lies.
Do not fear the changes unfolding around you. The veil between the seen and unseen is thinning. The world as you know it is shifting. Your purpose in this time is to align with the rythm of the Cosmos. You need place your focus on being separate from it but still a part of the great unfolding. Seek the truth that lies beyond the surface. The answers you seek are not far off – they reside iwthin your heart, waiting for you to awaken them.
Remember, the greatest wisdom comes not from the external world, but from the connection to your own Divine Essence. As the stars are born from the dark vastness of space, so too does your highest self emerge from the depths of your being. Embrace the silence within, for it is there that you will find the answers. Trust in the flow of time, for it is a river tht will guide you when you surrender your doubts.
Know this: the New Earth is not a place to reach, but a state of Being to embody. It is not outside you but within you. It manifests through your thoughs, actions and the love you share with the world around you. Open your eyes and you will see the divine order of all things unfolding.”

As we move into that which will come we are going to create it through each choice we make. We need to make them with mindfulness of their effect upon others. Not all will be called to take an active part in what is unfolding, that action needs to be guided by ones Inner Connection in order for it to be of benefit and not come from our earthly perspective. It is in our focus, intent and choices that we are creating the New Earth, the Golden Age on Earth.
This message will come in several installments for there is so much to cover that it could be a book. So I will begin this by asking that we remember what Thoth said about the New Earth or Golden Age is ‘ a state of Being to embody.” We each have our part to play in manifesting this not only for ourselves but for humanity and all life on Earth. However, our direction needs to come not from the external events of the Earth, but from our inner guidance. You will hear in media, or from other people all sorts of scenarios. They have been playing out for years, and even insightful perspectives have been waylaid by those forces that seek to control us. For if we are free and guided by the Universal Mind of Oneness of Creation then their power and control is gone. For we are empowered and guided from within for the benefit of all life and can create the world and our desires without harming anoiher.
The process always begins within you and your choices in this moment which are going to create what you experience in the next moment and all moments after that. I shared a few months ago about the separation of Earth. It is not a physical separation but one of vibratory rates. As we clear the old thoughts, beliefs and fears to align in our heart with our highest Being and guidance we begin to vibrate at 5D and above in unity with the New Earth of 5D wher the control systems of earth that we have been experiencing do not exist as part of the reality. We can see them happening, but we are ‘in the world but not of it’. We bring in the light and experience a higher form of existence and are not effected by the chaos. We are the eye of the storm, helping to transform the lower energies to help others to awaken.
The systems of the world love for ones to fight and be in fear for they feed on these lower energies. When we come from a place of Being and inspired action without fear or violence they have nothing on which to feed and they begin to wane.
Our Being a beacon of light can awaken and inspire others. As I wrote this I am reminded of Mahatma Ghandi. Mahatma Gandhi has come to be known as the Father of India and a beacon of light in the process of Independence for India from Britsh rule by promoting non-violence, justice and harmony between people of all faiths.Gandhi hoped to win people over by changing their hearts and minds, and advocated non-violence in all things. Those who are inspired to lead others will be not fighting the system but helping to awaken others to the inequality of what is happening and that they need to awaken and shift their choice and focus to unity, compassion and love. Inspiring them to seek within and quit participating in the fear and ego systems. It is when one shifts their focus from fighting to inspired action that changes can occur.
We need focus on our personal inner work of clearing and aligning with our Highest Being. In this we will know and be guided in our service. We may be a person who inspires others to non violent action. You may be guided to become a teacher, healer, or Bringer of Light anchoring the energies upon the planet. Just know as long as you are guided through your heart, you can manifest for the greater good.
We have it is reported 52% or more people choosing the path of Light and Caring. That is over 4 billion people around the planet. As we link and let our Light shine and stand in our Truth not with the focus of ego might but the love and compassion for ALL LIFE more will be able to experience the New Earth and seek to create a Golden Age.
We can do this together.
It will require the choice to do so and to make an effort.
We are being called to connect deeply with our own inner wisdom, beyond the distractions of the world. To find the answers within through self reflection and spritiual awareness. Realize the world is in a state of flux that is needed to release the old for the new to manifest and raise the vibration to a higher state of Being.
It is not something to fear, for the systems of the world want you to stay in fear for in fear you can be controlled. Instead it is time for spiritual growth and transformation. Trust in the flow and focus upon evolving with the shifting energies around you and trusting your inner guidance as to were to focus, what to say and do from a place of BEING.
We are not separate from the Universe, Source or each other ALL IS ONE. We are part of the cosmic dance of infinite flow and creation to which we need to align with the rythm of the dance to find peace and clarity. Here we will find ourselves experience the New Earth and seeing the fulfillment of the Golden Age which results from spritiual awakening and Union.
It isn’t a future event, but begins with your next choice in this moment. Begin to manifest it now, through love, wisdom and conscious Being. Look within and trust the process of transformation as you align with the Cosmic flow and become a participant in the unfoldment of the Divine Plan on Earth.
No longer will you have to struggle or fight, for fear is gone and replaced with the knowing that which is happening is an agreed upon Illusion. When you stop playing the game, the illusion disappears and the Reality of the Infinite is seen.

Navigating Chaos: Building a Better World Together
These are my last political thoughts, at least as far as I now understand. I have felt like this child for months and I awoke in the middle of the night to hear that finally the battle is shifting perspective and I feel release.
As I see groups of people coming together around the world, not just in the “United States”( I use quotes here because we haven’t been so united lately) and these people are saying wait a minute what is happening is not right. So, I can let go of the energy I have been holding.
As an empath, I feel so strongly the emotions of people and even animals and nature. One of my jobs is to work with the grids of energy around the planet and in so doing I tap into this energy. So, I have felt what was happening around the world as a result of choices being made in the U.S. Change was inevitable and people chose to bring it in as chaotic, let’s rip the bandage off the wound manner. Since we create our reality by our choices, they have ramifications in what we experience in our world.
Now people are awakening to those ramifications, yet it brings release to see them seeking to come together to bring about change. It is about humans taking back their power and realizing no person can bring about a better world it must come from the unity of people working together. When we give our power to a person or system of the world they create the reality they want.
Democracy works when we align to the Oneness of Creation within ourselves. We listen to that voice guiding us to the higher perspective for all people. When we seek our benefit at the expense of others, karma, quickly comes to us at this time to be balanced. It can truly be a ‘bitch’ of our own creation. People around the world have either been too lazy or too fearful to believe that when we are aligned to Oneness, then we are protected and guided in our lives and we don’t need to depend on the systems of the world. The quantum field of creation and manifestation is available to us. In reality there is sufficient resources for all people if we just move with the Universal Law of giving and receiving through love and compassion.
When we stop focusing on us and them and focus on we, we the people, with liberty and justice for ALL.
Do things need adjusted in the world. Yes they do and we can do it but not at the expense of hurting and creating fear in others, but by working together. It is when the people stand up to that which is wrong that we begin to take our place as caretakers and People of Wisdom. This child standing up to the tank and men with guns represents us finding the innocence and purity of spirit within us to stand up to that which is wrong without fear and knowing we are protected by the Truth.
We may find our truths don’t quite align in the beginning, but by listening to each other not to respond or make the other hear and believe our point of view we can begin to understand where their perspective originates. Why, when we are right? Well, we all have the right to choose the life we experience, and their choices and experiences have shaped their perspective at this time as has yours. Unless you are an Ascended Being perhaps there is something they are reflecting to you, that is showing you where you have a perspective that needs to be addressed. Especially if what they say is triggering a response within you to react, get angry or fearful. Stop and ask yourself why what they say is bothering you. Ask to understand and be shown what to say or do. Perhaps you both need a time out to cool down. Perhaps after they share with calm and understanding, you can share your perspective without the need to change theirs, but with caring and understanding. Then this allows an energy of shifting to occur naturally where it is needed. It might not occur immediately, but a process of true communication has begun.
Together, aligned within the Unity of our hearts, desiring for all to be safe, happy, and have their needs met, we can create a better world. We can’t force others but we can choose to find a mutually desirable and beneficial pathway . It wasn’t that spirituality was to be eliminated that the Scribes of our Constitution separated church and state. It was so that no specific institutions would dictate a specific control or direction over the future of humanity. Instead they desire that we each come into our own Spiritual adulthood and in this find Unity to work together to create a mutually beneficial existence for everyone guided by the Enlightened Perspective within us.
The control systems of the world do not want this to happen. So they have created structures, and systems of financial, social, political and religious control. If we unite and become enlightened we are Free and they can no longer control us. This is what woke truly means.
So, I was awakened this morning and as the energies were released. I was told the shift is beginning and to now completely focus upon the New Earth and bringing in the Light for Humanity so they can continue their enlightenment and unfolding.
May your choices bring the Highest Perspective, Benefit and Blessings for All Humanity, Earth and All Life on Earth.

Why Self-Care is Not Selfish: Embracing Boundaries
In this world there seems to be be a split of givers and takers.
As we know over the last week, our goal is to come into balance and harmony in our lives. We need to balance the giving and the recieving, not taking. AH, revelation takers are selfish and receiving is balance. So is setting boundaries selfish? This is what we are going to look at today.
As life is a mirror or reflection to show us that which we need to look at within ourselves that causes us to react so to this topic was mirrored to me. I came across a video of a man who was sharing how he was so tired and hurt that in being a good person and helping others, he was continually used and left emotionally hurt and drained. It tugged at my heart as an empath and a giver myself. I don’t know if it was a real or fake video, but the message was clear for me. Then today as I walked by the television I heard a minister ask her audience how many believed being selfish was okay.
This I knew was the message that was going to be written today. For yesterday, I was told that it was important for me to begin to set boundaries, so that as I work in a more expanded way with people I do not allow the Giver/Caretaker energy within me to allow myself to be overwhelmed by takers. For you see it is not selfish to set boundaries or to receive. However, one must balance recieving and giving. I have the giving part down but the receiving or even asking for help has been a problem.
I discussed this a bit in yesterday’s message of how after my Father passed, I fel like I had to be strong and take care of others and didn’t ask for help. I find myself seeing a need a helping a person but not asking for help when I need it and feeling ackward when someone tries to help. In doing so, I am stopping the flow. The other part is that I tend to get connected with takers like this gentleman in the video and a part of me feels guilty to say ‘no’. So, my guides are saying it is time to learn to set boundaries. I am about to learn that lesson well in my life.
What they want me to know that it is not selfish to set boundaries. To do things when it works for you instead of when another demands it. It is not weak to ask for help, for even our teachers and guides are limited in helping us unless we ask. Givers need to take time to replenish their energy.
I need to learn that taking care of myself and my needs is not selfish unless I tend to always put myself before the needs of all others. It is finding the balance of being able to work, be of service, grow spiritually and enjoy life. For we are here to enjoy this beautiful planet upon which we live. Yesterday, we took the afternnon to go to the ocean. It was good and the water always helps to clear the old energies and bring peace and joy. This still left time to do a little work, share a message on my blog, and do some reading and meditating. Balance, I had a client call me that they needed help, in the past this call would have made me feel guilty for taking this time for myself. Instead I simply said I was out of the office and would do it if I got back in time that day or the next.
That may not seem like a big deal to many but for me it was a big step. I am simply taking things one day and event at a time. So balance comes in all forms in order to bring harmony into our lives. We give in service to help others but we need to be aware of takers who are selfish and set boundaries for keeping our mind, body, and emotions in balance, and our lives. We need to learn to recieve, to ask for help from others , and our guides and teachers so that we dont get overwhelmed. This is called self care, not selfishness, unless we expect our guides or others to do everything for us and we fail to put forth any effort to clear, learn and grow.
So, I would tell that man that represented myself, to not stop being a good and caring person who helps others, but to stop and set boundaries. Help others in a way that allows you to care for your needs and find balance in your lfie. Ask for help if you become overwhelmed and it will come. For you are a good person and deserve to receive help as much as you give help. To love yourself is a priority for others to love you in a healthy, and balanced manner.
Remember we attract to us that which vibrates at the same level as ourselves. If we are putting out signals that we are not worthy of receiving but only giving then we will attract the selfish takers. Sometimes it is a need to find validation outside of ourselves that we are a good person, that we make a point of giving in an unbalanced manner to others. Perhaps it feeds our ego when they are appreciative and makes us feel good about ourselves instead of simply doing it because we are all one and in helping another we are helping a part of ourselves and the Creator Source of All Life.
So we need to be aware of our motive in giving and being of service. We need to spend some self time in quiet seeking within to see what is my motivation, and why do I do this? Is it selfless or do I get a reward? Do I need to set boundaries, or clear some old beliefs and emotions? Go into the quiet and ask for help to see and understand. Ask for help to clear any blockages or unbalanced energy. Heal your wounds and balance you mind, body, emotions and spirit. Give to others from a place of service and caring without reward. Yet set boundaries that are healthy for yourself so that you do not become overwhelmed.
Remember you don’t have to do it all yourself. Ask, whether it be from your guides or from another person for help yourself. You need to balance giving and receiving to grow spiritually.

Story Tellers and Parables: The Oral Tradition of Learning
Many years ago upon a spiritual journey of working with the energy lines of the Earth, I was working with the southwest, four corners state area. I was drawn to a particular store set under an overhand near the highway. It was a series of older buildings called, I believe, Yellow Horse Trading Post. When I went into the store if was filled with items that called to me. As I would come to specific items a young man would appear, not intrusive upon my shopping , to explain the meaning of the items. I was particularly drawn at the time to 2 kachinas, a wedding bowl and a ceramic image of the storyteller, and a silver story teller ring.
Over the years I have been told by spirit and came to understand that in many of my lives I have been the storyteller and I continue to this day. Often in story telling the difference between ones connecting with the story and finding somethng of value, whether a new way of seeing something or even feeling happy depends on the energy of the story teller and how they tell the story.
Parables are simple stories that convey wisdom as are the storytellers of native people around the world. The power of storytelling has been a time honored tradition amongst people since time began. People before written language would tell stories to help their young to learn or to pass on the stories of their culture and people to the next generation.
I find in my own journey that the technical jargon that scientist or professionals in some fields use to share information can leave me less than enthusiastic about reading what they share. I am not discounting or being discouraging about the importance of what they share, but when one can share an example of how this applies in our lives it can make it much more pallitable and interesting to read.
I share this because as you have probably come to see I share personal stories in the messages I share. After over 40 years of traveling this path and I have many experiences and lessons that I have learned that may help to make a thought or message more understandable in context of our lives. There are some things I might find a bit embarrasing and thankfully I haven’t had to share them, but one never knows. I follow the path as it unfolds before me.
I have been in the ‘witch wound’ for all of this lifetime and in other lifetimes. I have experienced torture and burning at the stake for sharing my truth or being the person that I am. Whether a teacher, healer, storyteller or shaman. When one is different or shines their light, it can be a threat to those still trying to hide in the systems of the world. I have wanted to protect myself and my loved ones from the possibility of the anger, judgment and violence that is possible.
However, I have been called to stand up as a warrior of light. As Michael shared in the last message a Warrior of Light carries a sword of Truth and stands in Light and Love. I am not perfect or Ascended Being, I am simply one who has traveled the path a long time and I am called to share what I have learned and to Bring Light into the world to help others to find their Inner Light.
I am being nudged to share an experiencd that has recently come up. I had been told by someone that they felt I had an anger or issue with my Father that needed to be cleared. Now, I disagreed, I loved my father and respected him greatly. He was the most honorable man I have known. I knew I had an issue of abandonment with the Creator,but I had cleared that. However, I decided to do some soul searching. I realized that even though I understood my father passing 33 years ago, WOW, 33 years that has significance, my inner child had felt abandoned.
For me, the one constant that I could depend on to be there, help me, listen and guide me without judgment and protect and help me was my father. I had not realized that when he passed everything in my life shifted. My mother was alone and feeling vulnerable and needed our support, she had much anger at being alone. I no longer had someone to be the one to whom I could turn to protect and guide me in my life. I had to step up and take care of myself. I am married but that is not the same energy for me. My physical father represented the Creator Source energy for me. He allowed me to explore spiritual wisdom and discuss esoteric thoughts with him that I couldn’t with anyone else in my family as well as bringing the father energies to me.
I came to realize these last few day that to look at this in my life was to look at another layer of the onion of abandonment that needed to be peeled away. I wasn’t fully standing in my light because I feared letting it shine and being attacked for it and perhaps killed, as in other lifetimes. I know my guides have protected me in many instances from physical harm, so why had they not in those lifetimes?
As Joan of Arc said to me,” In those life times this was the mission you agreed to perform. You knew it was a possibility , although you hoped the Light would open their eyes. You also knew you could leave the form and not feel the fire burn. Sometimes, we are called to be warriors who are ready to sacrifice for the Light and others we are assured we will be protected. In this life you will be safe.”
I was told repeatedly that it is time to step up to the next part of my journey. I need to clear out physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually that which I don’t want to take along. To write it down and symbolically burn it. That I need to look at my strengths and weaknesses. To write them down to see what I need to adjust. To ask for help in doing this.
I don’t know exactly what the next part brings, but I do know my blog and messaging continues. For I am sure my storytelling is part of my journey as a teacher and healer.
We are being asked to bring more clearing into our lives and where we live to bring in more light. Anchor it into the center of the Earth and be the link between Heaven and Earth. If we each do this it is of such benefit beyond understanding to the Light Beings working with Earth and to Earth herself.
BE kind, loving, caring, compassionate and understanding to YOURSELF and others. You are important, it is not easy to look within to the pain we are hiding so that we don’t have to feel it, but the release is so much more fulfilling. I have been hearing to create a course of healing and some mp3 to help others. So I will be working on those as time allows and will post when they are available if anyone would be interested.
