Reflections on the Path of the Higher Heart

I grew up being told we must go to church on Sunday, proclaim our belief in Jesus to be saved, be baptized, and read the Bible. These practices were presented as the way to belong, to be right with God.

But something deeper within me always stirred—a remembrance.
Not of something learned, but something lived.
Something I already was.

I now speak not of converting, convincing, or commanding belief—
but of remembering.
Remembering the truth that already lives within us.
Remembering the spark of Source we each are.
Remembering the path of the higher heart.

✧ The Origins of Belief

Every religion and sacred tradition began with someone—
a mystic, a teacher, a witness to the Light—
who had a direct experience of the Divine.

These moments of union inspired others, who gathered to listen.
Stories were shared, teachings recorded, rituals formed.
Sacred texts were written. Practices created.
But over time, the mystical fire became structured.
The path turned into a program. The freedom into form.

Yet the true purpose of these sacred encounters
was not to create systems of control—
but to awaken us.
To inspire us to remember the flame within.
To open our hearts.

✧ The Heart: Gateway to the Higher Self

When humanity fell under the veil of forgetting,
we lost touch with our inner compass.
The ego-mind became our navigator—seeking control, safety, and logic.
But the heart—our true guide—remained waiting.

The journey of return begins with information.
Information becomes knowledge.
Knowledge transforms into wisdom—
but only when felt through the heart.

The heart is the bridge between the mind and the spirit.
It opens the doorway to the Higher Heart,
where the Threefold Flame of Wisdom, Love, and Truth resides.
Here lies our true sovereignty.

Beings like Yeshua, Buddha, Zoroaster, Kuan Yin, Merlin,
and many others touched this flame.
They remembered.
And in remembering, they shone a path
not of dogma, but of inner illumination.

✧ The Inner Path and the Power of Discernment

This journey can be lonely.
Many of us are walking without a physical community to support us.
And yet, the sacred moment always comes
when we must choose for ourselves—
aligned with our Higher Self,
even when no one is watching.

Discernment is our compass.
Especially now, when the world is filled with voices—
blogs, media, teachings, and technologies—
some distorted, some divine.

What resonates with your heart is for you.
What does not may serve another.
There is no need for judgment—only clarity.

✧ A Daily Sacred Act

Before opening your computer or phone,
pause and invoke the Violet Flame of Transmutation.
Let it flow through the power lines, satellites, servers, mainframes,
and all circuits of communication.
See it clearing distortions, uplifting consciousness,
and preparing a field of harmony for the day.

Just a moment of intention from you—
and from many around the globe—
can ripple through the grids
like a symphony of clarity and love.

✧ Message from the Circle of Light ✧

Mary Magdalene steps forward with tears in her eyes, saying:

“The remembrance you carry is sacred. The world does not need more belief—it needs more embodiment. Let your heart be the altar, and your life the offering.”

Kuan Yin bows with grace:

“Be gentle with yourself and others. Compassion is not agreement with distortion—it is clarity with kindness. Let your discernment be soft as silk and strong as diamond.”

Yeshua places his hand upon your crown:

“I did not come to be worshipped, but to reflect the Light you carry. You are not separate from the Divine. You are the living temple.”

Melchizedek speaks in tones of geometry and light:

“The structure of your soul is perfect. Let your beliefs spiral upward into knowing. And from knowing, become Presence.”

Zoroaster whispers through flame:

“Truth is not hidden. It is eternal. Speak it not as a sword but as a beacon. The fire in your words shall awaken the just.”

Buddha smiles serenely:

“There is no path but now. There is no need to strive. Be fully present, and the illusion of separation dissolves.”

Merlin chuckles and taps his staff:

“Oh, the stories you once believed! Let the old myths fall. You are the myth becoming real. The magic lives in you.”

St. Germain stands with violet light streaming through him:

“Let this day be consecrated. Each breath is an alchemical act. You are the keeper of the Violet Flame now—use it to liberate not only yourself, but the world.”

✧ A Closing Prayer of Sovereign Remembrance ✧

Beloved Flame within, ignite.
May the veil fall gently away,
and the truth of my being rise like the sun.
I remember who I am.
A spark of Source.
A sovereign soul.
A living expression of Wisdom, Love, and Truth.

I walk not in fear,
but in the light of Knowing.
I follow no dogma,
but the rhythm of my Higher Heart.

I walk with the masters,
not behind them.
I walk with the Divine,
not beneath it.
I walk as the One I have always been.
I believe—because I remember.

So it is.

The Heartland Is Awakening: A Message of Hope and the Power of Peaceful Unity

First I would like to thank Portland for starting this wonderful process of peaceful protest. I want to also acknowledge that New York and other states are also following the pattern of unity. This is focused on the Heartland because it is exactly that for the USA and their joining is a sign for the Universe, Humanity and Earth.

‘The universe hears, sees and feels your unity. Force does not know how to deal when there is not oppositional force. To see the absurdity of the belief of control confuses and allows their energy to disperse”

From Portland to Los Angeles, to North Carolina, and New York each area is finding their way. It is East to west and North to South. The HEART must awaken to peace, love and unity to break free of the systems of control. This is moving through the world on a spiritual level and playing out on the physical level to anchor it on Earth.

Across the country, something extraordinary is happening.

People are standing up—not with fists or weapons,
but with whistles,
songs,
laughter,
and bright, playful costumes that mock the heaviness of fear and control.

What we are witnessing is not just political action.
It is the beginning of an energetic repatterning of the Heartland—
a rising wave of coherence and courage that is reshaping the emotional grid of the continent.

In North Carolina,
in Indiana (my birthland),
in Michigan and Minnesota,
people are choosing to stand together without violence,
without hate,
and without despair.

They are choosing truth,
community,
and a simple, powerful message:

“No more.”
“We see what is happening.”
“We stand together.”

This is one of the most powerful things human beings can do.

**Because when people stand in unity without fear, distorted power loses its strength.

When people use sound—whistles, chanting, harmony—
the emotional grid begins to heal.
When people laugh at distortion, oppression cannot take root.**

This is ancient wisdom.
It is how truth-energy moves through communities.
It is how large-scale change begins.

The Heartland—often misunderstood as quiet or divided—
is revealing its true nature:

steady, humorous, grounded,
and deeply resistant to tyranny.

And what makes this moment so beautiful
is that ordinary people are using the most human tools—
humor, music, presence, creativity—
to dissolve fear and reclaim their voices.

This is not rebellion.
This is coherence.

This is the Dove Harmonic emerging:
the energy of peace, unity, softness, and emotional clarity
that begins to spread when the heart of a nation awakens.

And we are seeing it now in real time.

If you feel discouraged by the heaviness of the world,
look again.
Look to these communities standing together.
Look to the people singing and laughing and saying “Enough.”

They are showing us a new way forward—
a way that does not mirror the aggression it seeks to transform,
but rises above it.

A way that remembers:

True power does not need violence.
True courage does not need anger.
True unity does not need enemies.

This is the beginning of something new.
A breath of hope.
A shift in the grid.
A reminder that the human spirit is far more resilient, creative, and luminous than we have been led to believe.

Let their voices inspire you.
Let their courage steady you.
Let their humor lighten you.
And let their unity remind you that transformation does not always come through force.

Sometimes it comes through a whistle.
Sometimes through a song.
Sometimes through a costume that makes everyone laugh.
Sometimes through a simple, steady standing-together.

May this message reach whoever needs it.
May it encourage the awakening that has already begun.
And may we each take our place in this rising wave of peaceful, joyful truth.

The Heartland is awakening.
And we are awakening with it.

The dove of peace is descending into the heart.

A’Mari’El – Healing Relationships

As I opened the forum. The second to come forward was A’Mari’el and she speaks to our earlier topic of Relationships and healing. We welcome her beautiful sharing.

🌹 Ceremony of the Rose Flame: A Ritual of Soft Remembrance

You may say aloud:

“Beloved Flame of A’Mari’el,
Rose of the Eternal Garden,
I welcome your warmth into the frozen places within me.
I offer this heart, not as perfect, but as true.

Let your flame find the embers of connection once forgotten.
Let your petals fall where pain has kept love at bay.
I remember who I am—
And I remember who we are.

So may it be.”

(You may hold a rose quartz, or fresh rose petal, and breathe deeply three times into the heart.)

Abundance

Abundance is a state of mind originating in the heart.

A few thoughts of focus on the subject.

There is so much information on the internet about Abundance. Books, webinars, attunements, blockage removal for abundance, the list goes on and on. Abundance is the natural spiritual state for all life. We block it due to fears of lack, which are part of the fight or flight nature of our animal instincts. This comes from the ego/mind which believes itself separate from the Creator due to the veil of amnesia we have until we have stepped onto our Ascension path.

This morning a few thoughts came forth to be shared from Archangel Raphael and Archangel Chamuel. They may seem an unlikely pairing for abundace, the Archangel of healing Raphael and the Archangel of Love/Heart Chamuel but not really. For you see we must heal the heart and all the pain and hurt we have surrounding our heart which has created walls to prevent it from opening. For our heart is where our connection to the Creator resides. When it is open we are moving in alignment with the Infinite and all is possible. When the heart is closed and walled up, we are directed by our ego/mind which says, we must keep ourselves safe from lack and the pain of others.

First I was reminded of the power of prayer. For whenever we have a situation in which we need healing, direction, inspiration or help of any kind, we need to take it within to our Soul, which is the intermediary to the I AM Presence. The I Am Presence being that part of the Creator which is you. As we take our request with humblesness, hope, faith and gratitude to our inner sanctum of the heart, we connect to the guidance of the Creator through our Soul and I AM Presence that are one with the Creator. If you heart is blocked or you have fear, it is important to ask for help to transform or heal, release and transform the energy which is present. You can ask Archangel Raphael to help you to do this.

When asking a specific Archangel or Light Being to help you, you are not praying to them as a replacement of the Creator. I know ones of some religions have a problem with asking non physical beings outside of the Creator for help. In fact there are correct in that we don’t need to look outside of ourselves and our own Oneness with the Creator for help and guidance. However, the Creator created helpers, the Heavenly Hosts to help us. All life is created and at one with the Creator, so there is no separation. However, even more specifically, think of Archangels and Angels as ray of energy. If you are sending love to another, you will expand your energy outward from your heart either in general to the whole planet or to a specific individual or situation. Well, love being the Essence of the Creator , the Creator has many other aspects of itself which exist as specific rays of energy to help Creation. Archangel Raphael is a ray of healing, so you can pray to the Creator for healing or ask Archangel Raphael to heal you. Praying you are acknowledging the Creator as your Source. However, you ask for Archangel Raphael to help you. He cannot interfer in your life situation and choices unless you ask for his help. Just don’t worship other non physical Beings above the Divine Creator. They are your brothers and sisters in the Light and Love of the Creator who were either created to help you like Angels or have evolved consciously back to Oneness and have pledged to help us along our path.

Prayer involves, acknowledging the power and glory of the love of our Creator. Being thankful for the Infinite Love and compassion show to us. Asking for help and thanking the Creator for the guidance and infinite Blessings and then entering listening Grace and waiting upon the direction and our signs to guide you. For our connection tot he Creator within brings us unlimited resources, infinite healing, protection, joy, peace, comfort, love and guidance. Be sure to act upon your guidance. You may not always get the answer for which you were hoping, but when you seek within you will always get the answer you need for yourself and the highest good of all life.

Archangel Raphel reminds us to not think about abundance as something we do not have and we are waiting to receive. For you see our Soul/Spirit only knows the now. So if we are saying we don’t have it and we are waiting for it to come, we are creating a permanent state of waiting. The law of magnetism and attraction means we must have the vision, feelings, and mindset in the now of that which we are seeking to bring it into our life. The stronger your vision and feeling of having it NOW, the easier and quicker it will manifest. However, always ask that this or something better which is for you higher good. See and speak about your life and be thankful for the abundance you possess now. Do you have a home? A Car? Do you have food? Are you living somewhere safe? If you begin with this you will attract more of it into your life.

Archangel Chamuel reminds us of toxic relationships. The toxic relationship could even be your own perception of yourself. Do you love yourself? Do you speak of yourself in a positive manner? Do you see the good things you do and how far you have come in your life? Do you set boundaries or let others walk all over you? Do you care for yourself phyiscally, mentally and spiritually? Do you have caring and loving people around you? Are you kind and compassionate with other? If you have toxic relationships with others and even with yourself you have walls around your heart and you are blocking the love and guidance which attracts abundance, light and love into your life. Choose the relationships in your life wisely. For that benefits you and others. You can help another person who is having a hard time in life without allowing them to take over your time and energy. There are ones who live off the light and energy of others. There are ones who ask for help but don’t want to make any changes in their thoughts and actions to make their own life better, they want to be the pity me victim. You cannot be the victim and and reconnect with your Higher Being, for that is not taking responsbility for you thoughts, words and deeds (self mastery) which is essential for enlightenment, which is essential for connecting to the Divine within and the Infinite Abundance of Creation.

As I was going to write this I was drawn to a saying someone posted on social media:

Most the scars on people’s hearts werent left there by their enemies

They were left there by the people who claimed to love them the most.

As a part of the Creator and All Life, Infinite abundance is your birthright and you deserve all the support for which you ask along yoru path of fulfilling your Divine Purpose and Ascension.

YOU ARE LOVED UNCONDITIONALLY BY THE CREATOR AND YOUR ARE NOT JUDGED.

Why because you are a part of the Creator experiencing and expanding within Creation.

Archangel Raphael reminds us that money is an exchange of energy for commodities or other energies like wisdom and healing. It is neither good nor bad. Part of the abundance consciousness is the flow of Giving and receiving. If we hoard our money, we are living in a fear of lack consciousness. Do not resent your current circumstances or even the monetary system itself. It will change as we change our consciousness frequency and the frequency of the planet and systems. See money working to create a better life for you and for all others on the planet. See it helping to make the world a better place by exchanging money for that which is needed.

Archangel Chamuel reminds us there is no need to fear a lack or loss of abundance or to try to compete for resources. In actuality there is sufficient for all if we do not hoard and we share. For instance, I and a neighbor lady who lives on social security take care of the feeding of the neighborhood cats. She cannot afford to buy cat food, so I provide it to her. She in return provides me with extra vegetables she receives. It is an even exchange so we give and receive in honor and so to the cats are fed. We need to have a Divine Mindset of Oneness, Love and Compassion for All Life. This connects us to abundance and provides a space of workign together for the greater good which opens all door to Abundance.

Open yourself to positive thoughts, experiences, and opportunities. Transform all fear and doubt with the use of the Violet Flame. There may be set backs or delays along your path but this is only temporary. Do not focus on the set back or delay for they are not of the moment , keep the faith and focus on the blessings you have and more of them.
