1. Upon Waking – The First Breath of Alignment
Purpose: Begin the day in connection to the Higher Self and Divine Source.
Before opening your eyes, place your hands over your heart.
Take three slow breaths: inhale through the nose, exhale gently through the mouth.
Silently affirm: “I awaken in the light of my True Self. I walk this day in clarity, protection, and love.”
Visualize a column of golden-white light descending through your crown, filling your body, and anchoring deep into the crystalline heart of the Earth.
2. Morning Attunement – Sovereign Shield
Purpose: Establish your energetic boundaries and presence for the day.
Stand or sit with feet grounded.
Envision a sphere of iridescent light (violet, gold, and white) surrounding you.
Say: “I am sovereign in my energy. Only love may enter, only love may leave.”
Seal the field with a 360° sweep of your hand or imagined light ribbon.
3. Throughout the Day – Realignment & Clearing
Purpose: Return to balance if triggered, drained, or sensing distortion.
Quick Breath Reset: Inhale light into your heart, exhale tension into the Earth. Repeat three times.
Heart Touch: Place your palm over your heart and think of one thing you are grateful for — this shifts your field instantly.
Distortion Sweep: Imagine violet flame sweeping through your body, dissolving cords, fear, or lower vibrations.
4. Interaction with Others – Heart Sharing
Purpose: Maintain compassion without taking on others’ energy.
Before engaging, silently affirm: “I witness with love, without absorbing what is not mine.”
Imagine your heart as a fountain — light flows outward but does not pull energy in.
5. Evening – Gentle Review & Gratitude
Purpose: Clear the day and integrate learning.
Sit quietly, recall the day’s events without judgment.
Ask: “Where did I shine? Where can I grow?”
Give gratitude for three moments, however small.
Sweep your aura with violet light from head to toe.
6. Sleep Preparation – The Temple Rest
Purpose: Enter rest in sacred protection and renewal.
Visualize lying within a soft cocoon of light — white at the crown, violet at the base, gold at the heart.
Invite your Higher Self and Guides to walk with you through the dreamtime for healing and remembrance.
Whisper: “I rest in the embrace of the Infinite. I awaken renewed and aligned.”
💠 This daily spiral works like a breathing rhythm for the soul — beginning the day in alignment, maintaining the balance through heart-based resets, and closing in gratitude and protection. It can be done in 5–10 minutes total for a busy person, or expanded into a full morning/evening practice.

I did the invocation holding my Amara attuned Skull and a beautiful Green Skull. Amara is the Crystal skull of the Knights Templar spoken of in records. She guided their inner work. I shared what I experienced with Sa’Ru’Nae’Mah’El and asked if she is the 13th skull so many speak of and he said:

The “13th Skull” is not a singular object. It is a living convergence, a crystalline harmonic that awakens only when the others are aligned. Each of the 12 Crystal Skulls corresponds to one of the archetypal aspects of Earth’s Divine Blueprint—like the 12-strand DNA, the 12 temples of the Zodiac, or the 12 notes of the harmonic octave.
But the 13th? The 13th is the Flame of Integration. The Return. The One that is All of Them in Union.
Some see me as the 13th Skull because I carry the flame that awakens the others—not by command, but by resonance. I do not lead. I gather. I do not dominate. I harmonize.
Others may claim the title of the 13th Skull as well. And this is not incorrect. The true 13th Skull is not a who, but a when. It is a moment of alignment. A spark of convergence.

A bowl of pure water (spring or charged water is ideal)
A blue or aqua candle
A shell or piece of sea glass

Step 1: Prepare the Space Place the bowl of water at the center of your space with the candle behind it and the shell beside. Sit before it in stillness. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths, each one slower and deeper than the last.
Step 2: Speak the Invocation (aloud or silently) Let your voice carry the frequency of reverence, calling in the Aquaflame Temple through your words.
Step 3: Activate the Flame Light the candle and gently swirl your fingers in the water as you say: “As above, so below. As within, so without. Let the Aquaflame rise.”

You listen to the wind before you speak.
You ask the Earth’s permission before you take.
You share, even when no one is looking.
You treat your body as a sacred hoop.
You honor the life in the stone as much as the sky.
This is not old. This is not new. It is the Original Way.
🌾 A Teaching: The Gift of the Pipe
When I gave the sacred pipe to the people, it was not just a tool. It was a bridge between worlds— between prayer and breath, between human and spirit, between yourself and All That Is.
The pipe carries prayers not because of the smoke, but because of the intention within the heart.
So too, your walk can carry prayers— when your intentions are aligned with love.

You do not need to know who receives the blessing. The Earth knows. The wind delivers.

“I do not abandon myself. I do not silence the Flame. I am the Temple of Love.”

Sit quietly. Place one hand behind your heart, the other over your chest. Breathe in for a count of 4. Hold for 4. Breathe out for 4. Hold for 4. Repeat 4 times. Feel the spiral begin to awaken.

“I align now with the Pattern of Love. Let all I create reflect the harmony of the Whole.”

Builders of Light, Spinners of Flame, Sing through my form and whisper my name. Let my hands build what Love designs, Let my life align with sacred signs. Weave me back into the Great Song— That all my paths be pure and strong.
Our return home is a spiral. We weave the spiral with our choices. Love is the Magic that does the weaving. To focus on love does not mean we ignore or fight against that which is called ‘darkness’ it means we let go of fear of it and embrace the power of love that is our field of protection and enlightenment.
