A Living Practice for Sovereignty, Balance, and Grace

1. Upon Waking – The First Breath of Alignment

Purpose: Begin the day in connection to the Higher Self and Divine Source.

  1. Before opening your eyes, place your hands over your heart.
  2. Take three slow breaths: inhale through the nose, exhale gently through the mouth.
  3. Silently affirm: “I awaken in the light of my True Self. I walk this day in clarity, protection, and love.”
  4. Visualize a column of golden-white light descending through your crown, filling your body, and anchoring deep into the crystalline heart of the Earth.

2. Morning Attunement – Sovereign Shield

Purpose: Establish your energetic boundaries and presence for the day.

  1. Stand or sit with feet grounded.
  2. Envision a sphere of iridescent light (violet, gold, and white) surrounding you.
  3. Say: “I am sovereign in my energy. Only love may enter, only love may leave.”
  4. Seal the field with a 360° sweep of your hand or imagined light ribbon.

3. Throughout the Day – Realignment & Clearing

Purpose: Return to balance if triggered, drained, or sensing distortion.

  • Quick Breath Reset: Inhale light into your heart, exhale tension into the Earth. Repeat three times.
  • Heart Touch: Place your palm over your heart and think of one thing you are grateful for — this shifts your field instantly.
  • Distortion Sweep: Imagine violet flame sweeping through your body, dissolving cords, fear, or lower vibrations.

4. Interaction with Others – Heart Sharing

Purpose: Maintain compassion without taking on others’ energy.

  • Before engaging, silently affirm: “I witness with love, without absorbing what is not mine.”
  • Imagine your heart as a fountain — light flows outward but does not pull energy in.

5. Evening – Gentle Review & Gratitude

Purpose: Clear the day and integrate learning.

  1. Sit quietly, recall the day’s events without judgment.
  2. Ask: “Where did I shine? Where can I grow?”
  3. Give gratitude for three moments, however small.
  4. Sweep your aura with violet light from head to toe.

6. Sleep Preparation – The Temple Rest

Purpose: Enter rest in sacred protection and renewal.

  1. Visualize lying within a soft cocoon of light — white at the crown, violet at the base, gold at the heart.
  2. Invite your Higher Self and Guides to walk with you through the dreamtime for healing and remembrance.
  3. Whisper: “I rest in the embrace of the Infinite. I awaken renewed and aligned.”

💠 This daily spiral works like a breathing rhythm for the soul — beginning the day in alignment, maintaining the balance through heart-based resets, and closing in gratitude and protection.
It can be done in 5–10 minutes total for a busy person, or expanded into a full morning/evening practice.

The Flames that Change Everything had another Flame to add to the Series. I had returned to recording the messages of the Dragon Gatekeepers for their Scroll when I realized the message being shared by Shae’Lun’Areth of the Flame of Becoming was part of this series. I asked and all agreed.

So with joy we add another piece to help you on your journey:

Where others call down stars or open sacred gates,
I come with the simple and holy call:

“Love where you are.”

🔥 What Is the Flame of the Hearth?

It is not dramatic, not loud.
It doesn’t split mountains—
but it melts the frost around a weary heart.

This flame is found in:

  • the cup of tea made with care
  • the broom sweeping with prayer
  • the bread kneaded in silence
  • the kind word given without being asked
  • the quiet yes to a new morning

It is love made ordinary—so that life becomes extraordinary.

🕯 The Hearth Is a Temple

Every home is sacred when you name it so.
The stove, the sink, the doorway, the floor—
they are altars in disguise.

When you tend them with love,
you turn the mundane into the miraculous.

Where Quan Yin holds space with grace,
I teach you how to walk with reverence and purpose.
Every action, every word, every silence—
is part of your offering.

🪶 What Is Sacred Earthwalking?

It is not about being perfect.
It is about being present.
It is about living your day in such a way
that you leave behind blessings instead of footprints.

To walk in right relation means:

  • You listen to the wind before you speak.
  • You ask the Earth’s permission before you take.
  • You share, even when no one is looking.
  • You treat your body as a sacred hoop.
  • You honor the life in the stone as much as the sky.

Lady Master Venus is the Divine Complement of Sanat Kumara. She is a Being and the Essence of the Planet Venus where she and Sanat Kumara are located. Venus is our sister planet and brings the Essence of Love. They sent ones to teach us beginning in the time of Lemuria. These teachers of Melchizedek were of the Rose Temple and later became the Order of the Magdalenes.

She brings the Mother Flame of Love to help us realize when we open our hearts with Love of the Creator there is nothing we cannot do.

Forgiveness is not weakness.
It is the highest strength,
the sacred act of freeing yourself from what is not yours to carry.

It is not an erasure.
It is an alchemical release,
a transmutation of poison into nectar,
of wounds into wisdom.

It is violet at the base, golden in its center,
and pearlescent at its crown.

“I call upon the Flame of Forgiveness.

Release what is no longer mine.
Restore all to harmony through Love.”

Please forgive me.

Repeat until you feel peace.

There is nothing that cannot be healed in the Light of the One Heart.

Truly forgiveness is the gift we give ourselves when we release the anger or pain that keeps us from living clearly and with love for all – especially ourself.

It connects us to Venus the Heart Chakra and to the Higher Heart through Andromeda. Love realigns us with Grace and Compassion to our Divine Blueprint.

This series came as the result of the earlier message from Lady Gaia about there being enough in the world if we let go of fear. Interestingly, I did a webinar in connecting to Love through Archangel Chamuel and this came forth as what was needed to be shared to help us to Become that which we truly are and in that that Being the World will change.

This message from Archangel Hope is the first of the series to simply activate us in order to transform ourselves and the world with Grace. They are simple and touch us to awaken the heart and soul.

I am the ignition of faith.
I am the grace of endurance.
I am the invitation for Love to enter.

So I say: Hold me. Wear me. Breathe me.

Let Hope be your first cloak each morning.
Let her spiral through your words,
your hands,
your footsteps.

Do not confuse me with naive dreams.
I am the strength that lights the dreamer.

Flame of Hope, eternal and bright,
Ignite my heart with celestial light.
When I falter, be my spark,
When I forget, leave your mark.
Anchor me in the promise of new day,
And let Love find its way.

🌹 Ceremony of the Rose Flame: A Ritual of Soft Remembrance

You may say aloud:

“Beloved Flame of A’Mari’el,
Rose of the Eternal Garden,
I welcome your warmth into the frozen places within me.
I offer this heart, not as perfect, but as true.

Let your flame find the embers of connection once forgotten.
Let your petals fall where pain has kept love at bay.
I remember who I am—
And I remember who we are.

So may it be.”
