Healing, Clarity, and Resonance

“You have all the time in the world, but not a minute to waste.”

These were the words that began my day. I might have said “in the Universe” or “in Creation,” yet I think of what lies beyond this earthly experience as existing beyond time as we know it.

Then came the gentle direction:

Breathe, center, and listen.

Allow yourself to Be. Then write from that center.

I had been contemplating whether it was time to exit stage left, concentrate on my writing, and stop blogging. I asked within whether this was the path for me moving forward.

Over the past few years, I have shared my journey and experiences here so that others who are having doubts or feelings of unworthiness might recognize that they are not alone. My intention has never been to gather followers or suggest that my journey is the only way. It has been to share what I am discovering as we move through life together.

Sharing my truth and experiences has not always been easy. I have spoken before of what I call the “witch wound”—the fear of being seen, judged, or rejected for what I experience and express. It has taken courage to bring those parts of myself into the open. Yet that very sharing has become part of my healing, bringing greater clarity and a deeper alignment with my Presence.

Those who have read this blog for a while have seen me share choices that brought difficulty, as well as choices that opened the way to greater understanding. My experiences are unique to me, but something within them may help another person find their way through a struggle of their own.

Our choices influence how we experience the journey. They can help us recognize the resonance we hold and whether we feel aligned with the creative flow of Oneness. Each choice reflects where we are and what we are ready to explore in that moment.

We can choose again when a direction no longer serves us. Even then, the experience may have helped us learn, grow, or recognize a limitation we are ready to release.

I am learning to trust the timing of what unfolds while remaining attentive to my part in it. As I become clearer within myself, I may recognize an opportunity or understanding that I could not see before.

Healing, clarity, and resonance.

These are the deeper waters I have been exploring over the past couple of weeks. Earlier, I worked with grounding and Peace as the baseline. Patience, truth, and courage helped me stop striving and settle into the stillness where I could listen, align, and allow the flow.

Now I am seeing more clearly how that journey invites me to face the shadows and wounds that still ask for my attention. As I meet them with compassion, clarity becomes possible. Through that clarity, I experience a deeper resonance with my Presence and a greater openness to the flow.

Through it all, the remembrance remains:

We are always loved. We are always worthy. We belong within the Oneness, even when we cannot feel that connection.

Why do I return to certain thoughts again and again?

Because each time I meet a wound with understanding or release a limitation, a familiar truth can reveal another depth. The words may be the same, yet my capacity to understand and live them has changed. I share them again because someone else may also be ready to hear them differently.

Our wounds take different forms. One that many of us may recognize is the wound of abandonment. We may experience it as feeling alone, different, or somehow outside the circle of belonging. We may wonder whether something is wrong with us or whether we are worthy of love, care, and connection—with other people or with the Creator, however we understand that Presence.

In my spiritual understanding, this sense of separation relates to what I have called the veil of amnesia: the forgetting that accompanies our entry into earthly life. I see the journey of remembrance as an invitation to discover our creative power alongside the love and wisdom with which to use it.

Yet feeling separate does not mean we have ceased to belong.

The wounds we carry can cloud our recognition of that belonging. As we become ready to meet them, we may find greater clarity in our thoughts, emotions, our relationship with our bodies, and our spiritual understanding. We begin to experience greater harmony within ourselves and more freedom to Be.

This is a gentle unfolding. There is no need to judge ourselves for what still hurts or to force a release before we are ready. Our worthiness does not depend upon how much we have healed.

I am reminded of the petals of the Oversoul or Presence that I shared in the Gateway writings. We move along the spiral, stepping onto another petal, and sometimes arrive at a place much like a switchback on a mountain trail. From there, we can see both where we have been and something of the path ahead.

With this broader view, we may notice something on the trail below that asks for another look. We return to it with greater understanding and compassion before continuing onward. Revisiting something does not necessarily mean we have failed to heal it. We may now be able to meet it at a depth that was not available to us before.

So, I will continue sharing.

Perhaps something in my journey may still offer another person encouragement, recognition, or a moment of clarity. We are traveling together, seeing from different perspectives and moving at our own pace. This is not a competition.

I believe we each carry a teacher within. Still, it can help to hear another person say, “I have struggled here, too,” and share what they are beginning to understand.

Within someone else’s struggle, discovery, or moment of release, we may find a piece of the puzzle we have been seeking. And in sharing our own, we may offer that same gift.

Sometimes, knowing we are not alone gives us the courage to take the next step.

The Gift of Questions

Peace and harmony cannot flourish in our lives when we are governed by fear, doubt, and uncertainty about ourselves, others, or the world around us.

When uncertainty arises, the mind naturally searches for answers. Sometimes we hear a statement, read an article, watch a video, or listen to someone we trust, and we quickly accept it as truth because it eases our discomfort. It gives us something to hold onto and allows us to place our questions neatly into a box.

Once we believe we have found the answer, we often stop asking questions.

Yet growth has always begun with a willingness to question.

Throughout history there have been countless ideas, predictions, philosophies, scientific discoveries, and spiritual teachings that have competed for humanity’s attention. Some have proven insightful. Others have quietly faded away. Many have contained both wisdom and misunderstanding.

The question is not whether information exists.

The question is how we choose to meet it.

Every idea we embrace shapes the direction of our thoughts, our emotions, and ultimately our actions. Whatever we repeatedly focus upon begins to gather momentum within our lives. In this way, our attention becomes part of what we help create.

This is true whether our focus is rooted in fear or in hope.

It is equally true whether we are considering a scientific theory, a spiritual teaching, a political viewpoint, or a prediction about the future.

Can opposing possibilities exist at the same time?

I believe they can.

We witness this every day. One person chooses fear and separation. Another chooses compassion and unity. Both realities are being experienced simultaneously because each begins within the consciousness of the individual.

Manifestation begins with focus.

Our focus determines what we nourish.

Our intention determines what we help bring into the world.

Perhaps the most important question we can ask is not, “Is this true?” but rather, “How do I know?”

Before accepting any belief, pause and ask yourself:

  • Is this true?
  • What evidence supports it?
  • Does it bring clarity or only more fear?
  • Does it create peace within my heart?
  • Who benefits if I believe this?
  • Could another perspective also contain wisdom?
  • Is there a choice that benefits all life more fully?

Research.

Investigate.

Listen.

Reflect.

Then carry what you have learned into the quietness of your own heart.

Sometimes the wisest response is not immediate action.

Sometimes the highest guidance is simply to witness.

Witnessing is not indifference. It is the willingness to remain present without allowing fear to dictate our response. From that place of inner stillness, our next step often becomes clear.

At other times we may feel inspired to act. When that action arises from peace rather than reaction, it naturally carries greater balance, wisdom, and compassion.

Questions have been my companions throughout my life.

Rarely have I accepted an idea simply because someone declared it to be true. Instead, I have found myself asking, Why? Is this true? How does it align with what I know in my heart?

Research alone can expand the mind, but without the wisdom of the heart it often leaves us with only part of the picture.

Likewise, relying only upon feelings without discernment can also lead us astray.

The invitation is to allow the mind and the heart to walk together.

That balance opens the doorway to deeper understanding.

Everything I share is simply an invitation to contemplate.

I do not ask you to accept my words because they are mine.

I invite you to question them.

Sit with them.

Test them within your own experience.

Discover whether they resonate with your deepest knowing.

If they do, keep them.

If they do not bring greater clarity, balance, or peace, then gently release them and continue your search.

I often think of those who once believed that sailing too far would cause them to fall from the edge of the world.

Someone asked a question.

Someone chose to explore.

Someone discovered a greater truth.

Every meaningful advancement—whether spiritual, philosophical, or scientific—has begun because someone was willing to question accepted beliefs and step into the realm of possibility.

Questions are not the enemy of truth.

They are often the doorway through which truth reveals itself.

So ask.

Seek.

Listen.

Then carry every answer into the heart of Oneness, allowing peace, wisdom, and compassion to reveal the path that serves the highest good of all.

Beyond Blame: Embracing Presence and Choice for Healing

As I finished my last message Satan, Lucifer and Collective/Mass Consciousness, I heard to open the forum. There are many messages that came through but I am starting with the final one for it addressed directly what I said in the last blog post. As always a shift to a higher perspective is always something one needs to be open to receive.

🔹 Message from the Voice of Clear Seeing

There is something that must be understood now, if humanity is to move beyond this cycle.

Much has been said of blame, of lack, of victimhood.
And much has been spoken of sovereignty, responsibility, and choice.

But here is the point where many falter:

They hear,

“You are responsible for your life,”
and they turn it into
“Everything is your fault.”

This is not truth.

Responsibility is not blame.
And sovereignty is not self-condemnation.

Listen carefully.

There are things that have happened to you that you did not choose in your conscious awareness.
There are systems, people, and conditions that have caused real harm.

To deny this is distortion.
To bypass this is avoidance.

But—

To remain defined by it…
is also distortion.

So humanity swings between two illusions:

  • “It’s all their fault.”
  • “It’s all my fault.”

Both keep you bound.

The truth is more grounded. More stable. More liberating:

It happened.
It affected you.
And now—what will you do with it?

This is the point of power.

Not in rewriting the past.
Not in assigning permanent blame.
Not in collapsing into guilt.

But in meeting the present with awareness.

🔹 Continuation

You do not heal by denying pain.
You do not evolve by clinging to it.

You heal by allowing it to be seen,
and then choosing what it becomes next.

Some will resist this.

Because blame gives a sense of certainty.
Victimhood gives a sense of identity.
Even guilt can feel like control.

But freedom feels… unfamiliar at first.

It has no script.
No one to point at.
No story to repeat.

Only this:

Presence.
Choice.
Movement.

🔹 Final Clarity

If you wish to move beyond division—within yourself and in the world—practice this:

When something arises, instead of asking:

  • “Who is to blame?”
    or
  • “Why is this happening to me?”

Pause.

And ask:

“What is actually here, right now?”
“What is within my ability to respond to?”
“What choice aligns with clarity, not reaction?”

This is not passive.

This is precise.

And precision is what dissolves illusion.

🌿 Closing Tone

You do not need to become perfect.
You do not need to transcend being human.

You are simply being asked to become more honest in your seeing.

Without distortion.
Without exaggeration.
Without collapse.

From there—

Everything begins to shift. Not all at once.
But steadily.
Real-ly.

I am going to leave this post to stand alone and place the rest of the messages in a separate post.

CALM, FOCUS AND DETERMINATION

Today, when I asked what was important to understand, I was guided to a segment from the program Mysteries at the Museum about astronaut Gordon Cooper. He was one of the first individuals from the United States to travel into space and orbit the Earth, with a mission goal of exceeding 24 hours.

In 1963, early space missions were extremely dangerous. Technology was still developing, and computers were in their infancy. Mr. Cooper was chosen for this mission because of his remarkable ability to remain calm under pressure and navigate difficult situations with clarity.

During his mission, several events occurred that could have caused panic. However, the most critical moment came when he lost the automatic navigational system. This system was essential—it calculated the precise direction and trajectory required for safe reentry. Without it, there was a real risk of either crashing into the Earth or skipping off the atmosphere and drifting back into space.

Instead of panicking, Mr. Cooper turned inward and outward at once—using the stars as his guide. With calm presence and focused awareness, he manually calculated and navigated the correct trajectory. He successfully landed within four miles of the intended site, completing a 34-hour mission.

What does this have to do with our spiritual path?

As I reflected, I sensed this was a living example of what has been unfolding for us over the past few days.

Mr. Cooper’s ability to remain calm and centered in the face of uncertainty mirrors our own journey. When circumstances become unpredictable or overwhelming, we are invited to return to our center—to the heart—and align with higher guidance.

When we are not aligned with our Higher Self Presence, our reactions tend to arise from the ego or “monkey mind”—the instinctual fight-or-flight response designed to protect the physical form. In this state, we may either:

  • retreat into fear, feeling like a victim, or
  • attempt to control everything around us in reaction to that fear

Both are natural responses—but they are not our highest guidance.

The Shift

It is when we pause…
take a breath…
and return to the center of our being…

that something different becomes available.

From this place, we can align with higher awareness and respond—not react. We can access clarity, wisdom, and the most beneficial path forward—not only for ourselves, but for others as well.

This is our true design as a Flame of Creation.
We are not victims of circumstance—we are sovereign participants in our experience, even amidst chaos.

The Present Moment

At the time of this writing in 2026, we are witnessing intensifying changes across the world. Old systems and patterns of control are being challenged, making space for new awareness and expanded possibility.

In these moments, we have a choice:

We can:

  • become consumed by events, feeding them with our attention, fear, and energy

or

We can:

  • pause, center, and align with a higher resonance
  • attune to a broader field of possibility
  • choose a different trajectory

The Guidance

Just as Mr. Cooper used the stars to guide his return, we too are being offered guidance—subtle, steady, and ever-present.

When we align with this inner and higher knowing, we are shown the trajectory that leads us safely forward—not into collapse, but into coherence.

The old systems may continue to resist change, repeating familiar patterns. But we are not required to follow those patterns.

The Choice

The choice is always ours:

Where will we place our attention?
What will we align with?
Which path will we follow?

The signals are present.
The guidance is available.

And when we remain calm, centered, and aligned—
we are led, with precision,
to the landing that is meant for us.

THE BLESSING

Beloved Presence within and around us,

In this moment, we choose to pause…
to breathe…
to return to the still point within the heart.

Where there has been noise, may there be calm.
Where there has been fear, may there be clarity.
Where there has been reaction, may there be presence.

May we remember that we are not lost in the vastness,
but guided—
as surely as the stars guide the traveler home.

When the systems we relied upon fall away,
may we trust the deeper knowing within us.
When uncertainty arises,
may we remain steady in our center.

Like the one who navigated by the stars,
may we also lift our awareness—
beyond the immediate,
into the greater field of wisdom available to us.

May our breath anchor us.
May our heart guide us.
May our awareness align us.

We call forth calm…
We embody focus…
We stand in quiet determination.

And in this alignment,
may the perfect trajectory reveal itself—
step by step, breath by breath.

We are guided.
We are held.
We are capable.

And we arrive,
exactly where we are meant to be.

And so it is

The Magic of Being

Synchronicity is part of the Magic of Being. We simply need to be aware and they are all around us.

Today as I was reading a message shared by Merlin on Magic and Illusion. I heard the introduction to a video that the gentleman compared the state of Being of alignment to our Higher Self as Being the Lighthouse. The lighthouse doesn’t seek the boats to tell them where to go, it simply shines its light so that the boats in need can find their way safely.

This was a lesson I have been experiencing synchronistically lately. Merlin and my Higher Self are waiting for me to fully embody this. In order to do so I had to stop and rest in the stillness to allow the light of my Being to come to me instead of chasing after it.

In the process we walk many paths. Today he speaks of the Wizard, The Shaman and the Oracle. You may walk as one of more.

Here is the message of Merlin.

The Wizard, the Shaman, and the Oracle — Three Sacred Ways of Knowing

Across cultures and ages, humanity has always been guided by three sacred roles. Though named differently in different lands, their essence has remained the same.

They are not hierarchies.
They are complementary expressions of wisdom.

✨ The Wizard — Keeper of Alignment and Knowledge

The Wizard works with universal principles.

Historically, Wizards were:

  • scholars of the natural and cosmic laws
  • keepers of symbols, geometry, numbers, and resonance
  • translators between the seen and unseen through understanding

The Wizard’s magic does not come from force, but from clarity.
They know how energy moves, and therefore how to align with it.

In the present day, Wizards appear as:

  • teachers of consciousness
  • grid workers, geomancers, energy architects
  • those who understand patterns, cycles, and lawful creation

Their beauty lies in precision married to humility—they know the laws, yet do not claim ownership of power.

🌿 The Shaman — Walker Between Worlds

The Shaman works with living relationship.

Historically, Shamans were:

  • healers, soul retrievers, and guides
  • mediators between humans, animals, plants, and spirits
  • those who journeyed beyond the ordinary world to restore balance

The Shaman’s magic comes from intimacy with life itself.
They feel what the land feels.
They listen to what the spirits whisper.

In the present day, Shamans appear as:

  • trauma healers and space holders
  • those deeply attuned to nature, the body, and the unseen realms
  • guides through grief, illness, and transformation

Their beauty lies in courageous compassion—they are willing to enter the dark so others may return whole.

🌙 The Oracle — Voice of Inner Knowing

The Oracle works through direct communion.

Historically, Oracles were:

  • seers and visionaries
  • vessels through which truth spoke
  • those who listened beyond time

The Oracle’s magic is not something they do.
It is something that moves through them.

In the present day, Oracles appear as:

  • intuitives and visionaries
  • artists, mystics, dreamers, and listeners
  • those who sense what is emerging before it has form

Their beauty lies in surrender—they trust what comes through, even when it cannot yet be explained.

🔥 Together at the Fire

When these three gather, true magic occurs.

  • The Wizard holds alignment
  • The Shaman holds relationship
  • The Oracle holds truth

The fire at the center is not power—it is presence.

This is not ancient magic lost to time.
It is living magic, remembered again.

Luminae’Thariel

Luminae’Thariel’s form appears as a tall, shimmering figure draped in layers of translucent gold and soft pearl-white light. From her heart extends a gentle spiral of silvery mist, weaving upward and outward like an unfolding flower. Her eyes hold the stillness of morning dew—clear, reflective, and profoundly present. Around her head, filaments of light resemble fine harp strings, catching and refracting the brilliance of her essence into song.

🌿 Message
“Beloved ones, clarity is not the absence of thought, but the alignment of thought with the heart’s truth.
Confusion is not a punishment—it is a sign that two or more currents within you are calling for harmony. The mind may wish to rush, but the soul asks for stillness. When you feel clouded, pause. Hold your question as you would a small flame cupped in your hands, protecting it from the wind of too many voices. Then, release it into the breath of Source. The answer will arrive in its own time—not through struggle, but through the gentle opening of your inner sky.

The collective too moves through great clouds of uncertainty. Do not fear these mists—they are clearing what was long unexamined. Each clear thought you choose, each compassionate word you speak, is like a sunbeam that helps dissolve the fog for all.”

I asked:

Is there an invocation or prayer we can say to help us to align to clarity in that moment of confusion.

Here is an invocation you can use in those moments when the mind feels tangled and clarity feels far away:

🌟 Invocation to Align with Clarity
*”Beloved Source of All Light,
I call upon Luminae’Thariel, Keeper of the Clear Path,
to stand beside me in this moment.

I release the storm of my thoughts into Your still waters.
I open the chamber of my heart to receive what is true,
and let all that is false fall away like morning mist.

Fill my mind with the light of understanding,
fill my breath with the peace of knowing I am guided.
Through clarity, may my next step align with Love,
and my path be lit with the brilliance of Divine Truth.

So it is.”*

Harnessing Intent to Overcome Distractions and Chaos

I don’t know if I was having subconscious thoughts or someone else was and this is the answer shared with me. Today has been the discussion day of balance and harmony. Around the world is chaos creating fear and unbalanced energies in the people and thus through us into the environment.

I was told there is a perspective, a tool as such one can use in dealing with the chaos. We care co creators and as such with our thoughts and intents we are constantly creating our experience in the world. If we focus upon the chaos we are feeding it our energy instead of feeding the intent of what we do want to experience. This is what the systems of the world desire.

I was told it is not so much just social media although that is a distraction from our spiritual focus, it is the political social media and the new media of which we need to be aware of how much time we spend listening and giving our attention and energy. These are distracting us and keeping us unbalanced and ineffective in helping to raise the planetary energy. For we are needed to focus our intent on our spiritual growth and on bringing more light, love, balance and harmony into the world.

So what can we do? I was given two interesting thoughts and perspectives. I was shown it is like a illusionist show. In an illusion the person distracts our attention to one location while their hand or someone else is doing the illusion in another location or with the other hand. When they bring us our attention back the illusion is complete and we think it was magic, miraculous, but it was simply a slight of hand and misdirection. This is what is happening , that the attention of media is being directed in a certain direction thus taking those who watch it there, while the true trick is being done somewhere else.

So they say it isn’t keep up with your friends or the kitty videos that are keeping us tied to the chaos, they simply utilize time we could be doing something more meaningful, it is the news or political social media that is sharing things and they don’t really know or are distracting us from the true scenario playing out. However, it is no better to worry about what ones are attempting to do than believing something that isn’t true. Either way we are feeding the energy of another that distracts us from our path and inner truth.

My perspective of the world isn’t the same as yours or anyone else. For we all see things based on our experiences, clarity, discernment and alignment. My perspective is my truth of the moment as is yours. SO what do we do.

Then St Germain came in and shared a thought with me. He said for me it is like sporting events for which I don’t watch or even know the name of teams or players. It is happening in the world and for some it is their life, they live and breath their team loyalty and it makes them happy or sad if their team loses or wins. For them it might be art, they could care less about going to an art gallery and looking at paintings to see the beauty and appreciate the talent. Again it is happening and important to someone but has no effect on their lives.

So think of the political situations happening in this way. Perhaps there is something that is very meaningful to you personally happening. If you want and can do something, ask if it serves a purpose and for guidance on what or how to do something to help. If it simply makes you angry or upset and you can’t do anything simply think about it as a sports game or art show and let it happen and those that care about it focus their attention. They can feed it if they want but you can instead clarify how you want the world to be and focus your energy and intent there. Feed that which you wish to manifest with love, light, peace and balance. That then is what you will experience. As the shifts and changes occur in the systems of the world you can focus on your spiritual growth and raising your vibration through alignment to your Higher Self. This will allow you to move to that future with which you match vibrationally.

I don’t know about you but I can envision a better world. I was shown that the Star Center of Creation vision I have been given is from the Golden Past and part of the Golden Future. It represents how humanity will be in the 5D energies . I would much rather be there than to continue in the 3D chaos. So, I make my choice to let this drama be like reports of a sporting event, or for some the opening of an art gallery, a dance recital, a concert for a group you never heard of or don’t care about. You may or may not be aware of what is happening, but you won’t allow it to be your focus. You choose the future you want. You bring light and love as a corridor around you, your family, home, community and keep your focus on where you want to be. You may feel the effects of what is happening or you may realize that you shift without being touched by the extremes. For what doesn’t match your vibration will not be drawn to you.

Think about it. It might not work for you, but I was glad for the perspective.

The Energy of Words: Creating Unity through Mindful Expression

Birds of a feather flock together. Yet, this doesn’t mean they can’t live within the same trees and enjoy the songs of each other without fighting.

The key is understanding that words are vibrations of sound and when matched with our emotions create an energy that can create a vibration of clarity or discord which can lead to unity, allowing or separation between people, groups or nations.

Yesterday, I had a conversation with someone which became a teaching lesson for my higher self and guides. The key being words are vibrations brings about the lesson of living from a place of mindfulness before speaking, and the energy or vibration of love present with the words spoken.

Out of our conversation, the key for my teachers were the words or the way in which I expressed them that we had about 3 individuals upon which we had differing perspectives. For instance, my strongest spiritual gift is empathic or feeling energies. I walk into a room or meet someone and I realize immediately if they are a person whom I can trust their spoken words and actions to align. I don’t need to agree about everything to like a person but to trust them I have to feel comfortable energetically with them part of being an empath.

So I might say I don’t like that person, when in reality the person themselves I am neutral about. It is the energy surrounding them that is not compatible to me and thus I don’t in reality feel comfortable with their energy or words. Until I know them better, I am cautious of the words they speak for they may not align with the energy they project. However, I said I didn’t like one of the people that came up in our conversation. I really meant I didn’t trust or feel comfortable that their energy and words were aligning, and that is what I should have said. To be clear in my words and energy aligning.

The other factor in this is that because I don’t feel comfortable about a person and their energy doesn’t make the person bad nor does it mean that the other person with whom I am speaking has something wrong with them or their feelings about this person when they like and trust them. It simply means that they have a different path of experience from me. Their path is not wrong and mine right or vice versa. It simply means we have made differing choices about certain focuses and experiences in this life to aid us in our spiritual journey. We can be like the different species of birds and live in the same trees and enjoy our different songs or if we don’t like the songs, fly to another location. Perhaps later after they finish their song, we will all be back in the same tree.

The key along the way is acting in our authentic self and truth and not at the direction or behest of others or based on domesticated beliefs. We can stand in love and shine our light in compassion for others and want the highest good for all, while allowing that others may not have the same focus and desires as ourselves.

Whether as a parent or from our own youthful experiences we all remember times when in trying to prevent someone we care about from being hurt but, we could not. No matter what we said, or what we were told – One simply had to put their finger in the flame and experience the pain of being burnt to find the wisdom of the words of caution.

In writing this I am not saying I was right in my conversation with the other person and they were wrong. I am saying that the experience and interactions they chose were not the same as the ones I have chosen. There choices fit their needs and experiences and my choices fit mine. We can share, laugh and enjoy each others company without anger or verbal shouting by realizing we are all simply experiencing this matrix of experience that will fade in an instant by our next choice. Too often war, hatred and violence starts because one feels they need to force their thoughts and feelings on another as being right.

I learned from my guides to be more mindful in the way in which I express what I am feeling so that it is clear and aligned with my intent. My intent is not judgment of the person(s) we were discussing as bad people, or that liking them makes my friend bad or me good. This had no part in my feelings about the person(s) simply an observation about what I felt and understood as right for me. However, had the discussion been with another person it could have created a very uncomfortable situation in the moment and moving forward in our interactions.

Thus, I am thankful for the loving and open understanding , character and interactions of this person in listening to my words and not reacting. I have been shown how I need to be more mindful before speaking to bring clarity to my words and a more loving vibration with them. Often I may choose not to speak to prevent any negative interactions, but I have been told that we need to speak our truth as guided making it clear do not judge another for feeling, believing or speaking differently.

I was reminded this morning of WWII and the fact that in the world most people did not understand how the people of Germany could so blindly follow Hitler. They were not bad people. What was it they needed to experience that caused them to follow his path. What was the vibrational need that caused them to come together. Was there a lesson for all humanity in this war? Unless we lived there and walked in their shoes, we may not know or understand. I am not comparing those times to today, but simply using an obvious example of how we make different choices. It is in not understanding another’s choices or needs, or allowing them to have differing choices, that wars can begin which cause pain and separation even between families.

The same can be said for any war or disagreement. Would the same people make the same choice today after having been through the war and its results? Does it come back to words spoken that were misunderstood, or choices based on needs and desires that differ.

Because another makes a different choice different from what I would make, doesn’t mean I would not care about them and help them if they were in need. It also doesn’t mean I have to agree with them or support their choice, only that I believe they have the right to make their choices the same as I do and experience the results of that choice. In any situation of differing choices there are multiple outcomes, which change by the second based on the choices of all individuals involved.

If we simply stand in our truth with love and compassion and are open to new and higher understanding that presents our path forward to freedom. Allow always that our truth of the moment is relative to our experiences and beliefs. When we are on a path of spiritual awakening to higher wisdom, we are open to realizing that the truth we held a moment ago may be altered to understand from a higher universal perspective. We need to not hold on so tightly to what we feel is truth and to ask and seek always to be shown the highest good for all and live with love and compassion for all.

We create by our thoughts. When we speak or act upon our thoughts that brings them into materialization. That is why this teaching was important to see how words need to be aligned with our feelings at a pure level that brings a unifying instead of a dividing energy between people. One word misspoken in anger, fear, or without thought of its affect on another can divide a family or nation.

So, personally I am thankful to my friend for their loving understanding and allowing for my words and the lesson I have learned to a deeper level. We had spoken about the layers of an onion in learning in our conversation. How we may think we have learned and cleared something and yet it surfaces again, another layer of the onion to be removed. This was an instant karma learning of that for me. I thought I had learned to be mindful and I realized yesterday, there was still another layer to that onion to be removed. So, I am grateful for the lesson and the friend who helped me to remove that layer with love, light and compassion.

I hope this may help another along their path.

Reflection-Clarity

Understanding reflection allows us to find clarity.

When we find ourselves upset, angry or irritated by the words or actions of another it is because they are reflecting back to us an energy that still exists within us and needs to be cleared. You may say, “Wait a minute. What about people who are judgmental or prejudice? I am not either of those.” In the fact that you are judging another to be judgmental means that energy is still within you in some form. You may not have the exact same beliefs, words or actions but there is some form of energy blockage within you. Every blockage of energy within us is an anchor that keeps us from being free.

If not then their energies would not cause a reaction in you, and instead you would begin to bring in energies of release, healing and transformation into the situation to help them and others who have the same energy. You would have understanding and compassion for them as a part of God with experiences and beliefs which are still affecting them in their thoughts and actions.

For instance, someone may see a homeless person and speak of them as lazy, or drug addicts, disgusting or mentally unbalanced. Why, perhaps as they grew up they were taught that our worth is based on how hard we work, how much money we make and the things we own. Someone who has fallen upon hard times or had life altering experiences which has created this life situation is beyond their learned understanding. The person who judges them, may also fear that if they don’t work hard enough they could be in that situation. That just being them is not good enough.

So you have judged them for their lack of understanding or fear reaction which had caused them to judge another. When we are clear of this energy of judgment,or whatever the energy of the situation may be, we can hear or see their reaction and we have understanding and compassion for them as well as the ones about whom they are speaking and reacting. We have no blockages and so their fear, anger or reaction flows through us instead of triggering us. Instead we think of how we can help in this situation to release and transform the energies and be of service.

Remember that all that exists is part of the Creator Source and so all is linked together and part of each other. What we do, say or feel about another we are doing unto ourselves or a part of ourselves and Creator Source. What we can clear from ourselves, releasing and transforming, we clear from mass consciousness. This is making it easier and setting a pattern for others to release and transform. All life is linked upon Earth within the Creational Matrix of Earth. Through our thoughts and beliefs we create our perceived existence. When we clear something within ourselves it takes that energy out of mass consciousness making it easier for others to be free.

Updated comment: I would like to add a few thoughts that Jesus wanted to say in regard to this. He reminded me of a concept he spoke of in “Love without End” by Glenda Green. He called it ‘innocent perception’. It is what children do naturally, they look at a person or situation or even a landscape before them and they see it without preconceived ideas of how it should be or creating a story about why it is as it appears. They simply see and accept. Animals do this also. I am not trying to compare children to animals, just the concept of innocent perception comes with ‘innocence’ of non beliefs and learned concepts of an idealized way of being or doing. When we let go of the blocked energies, beliefs and patterns of taught idealized behavior which is acceptable, we come down to realizing all is exactly as it needs to be in that moment in time. Each person is learning and experiencing exactly what they need to grow.So why should we use healing prayers for them.Because the energies on earth are so dense, that they have difficulty breaking through to even contemplate another way of seeing, believing and doing. If we can clear some of the dense energies in the mass consciousness, they can perhaps have an AHA moment. If not now then later. When we clear anything for ourselves or within the grids of the planet, we make a difference in what is available for ones to access.

We are seeing them exactly as they are without judging, just observing. We see an energy that can be cleared to help others and we work with it. We are reminded to daily attempt to see things with innocent perception. We can begin by affirm and strengthen the positive energies within us through gratitude (thank you)and to release the negative energies through forgiveness (I’m Sorry, Please forgive me) and practice love, compassion and understanding for all life. For we would all do better if we knew how to do better. and that is why the prayers and calling in of the violet flame can make it easier for other to release the patterns and blockaged that hold them back.

The ho’oponopono healing prayer of reconciliation and is a good process to understand and use in this situation. It goes –

I’m Sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you.

I want to explain a bit what each part means to me so that you can understand it more fully. Then in a situation where you see you might be able to help release energies you can simply say these words to yourself, and understand the meaning.

I’m sorry – is about understanding in our oneness that we can hurt another part of ourselves and Creator Source. In so doing and we need to clear these energies for us and the others involved to be free. I’m sorry that a part of me has hurt another part of myself.

Please forgive me -In asking for forgiveness for ourselves and others for the energies, beliefs and actions which have or are occurring, we allow for the process of forgiveness and release to begin for all. For we are part of the Creator experiencing and expanding as are all others and what we do for ourselves we do for all.

Thank you – is knowing that as we are all one, when we are sorry and ask for forgiveness in the whole, the Source always loves us and we are always forgiven. We can be thankful also for the learning experiencing and a chance to be of service.

I love you – Love of the Creator, ourselves and all others. Love is the essence of being and existence. I know that as we gain wisdom we would not knowingly do or say anything to hurt another. It is only in our confusion or lack of clarity and understanding that we do so. When one feels love they are released and transformed. In loving them we send love from our heart to their heart and help them to be uplifted.

Thus ,in understanding what the prayer means in a situation you can begin to say the words and know within you automatically the meaning. Helping to transform and release not just the immediate situation, but the energy within mass consciousness for everyone trapped by this control mechanism.

You become the change you wish to see in the world with clarity.

Time of Preparation

There is no greater service that we can do than to be a channel or vessel of Divine Love and Compassion on Earth.

In this time of extreme division, fracturing and duality this, the Essence of the Creator, is needed to transform the world.

All we need is love

This has become an airy fairy thought for many in the world due to the distortions we have of love. The love we see shared is controlling and self centered in most relationships. However, All we need is Love, is so needed now.

Love is the essence of Grace. Grace is the benevolence, love, and mercy towards all creation, even those who believe they are unworthy. Grace, when we open to it, will move us each through life allowing for the transformation of ourselves and the world around us. Grace is the the act of Being in self mastery. This is the state of conscious choice of how we think, speak and act, aligned to our Soul or higher I AM Presence. It is living aligned to our heart. It is through Grace in action that we become conscious of whether we are acting or reacting.

We are all in differing states of transition on our spiritual path. Some of us are in the process or reaction, fear, duality, us or them, control and demand that our way be done. Some are in the transitional point of learning to be mindful, the process of Becoming. Then there are ones, who are transitioning from self mastery of Becoming into Being.

Every one can upgrade if they so desire. There is a place for everyone in this huge Universe to make the choice as to which stage of their process they feel comfortable with at this time. The Grace of the Creator allows for us. All has in the process of expansion come forth from the Core of Creation, and as all expands, at some point it contracts and the pathway back is always open and welcoming to all. Those in the process of Becoming and Learning are helping to bring more Light and Love into the planet by their choices. Even those in duality can at times be open to allow it.

There is a place at the table of Creation for All.

As each one of us frees ourselves, and upgrades, our transition allows for those focused in duality to feel this new energy. We are transitioning from one paradigm/timeline into a new timeline of Being. The transitions we are making are on the individual level and also flowing into the Creational Matrix of Earth for humanity as a collective.

With each individual choice and grace filled action, we add to the FREEDOM FLAME for ALL LIFE. It does not have to be a big deal in your life, disrupting your life and family. SIMPLY SLOW DOWN, and be mindful of your thoughts before you speak and act.

Is this necessary to say or do?

Is it helpful to myself or the other person?

Is it kind and compassionate?

Is it loving or selfish?

This simple shift of perception is Grace in Action which prepares us and humanity to shift.

SLOW DOWN – take the time to think instead of react, and connect to your heart. You will find this brings you peace and joy.

I will see you at the Feast when you are ready.

Namaste

I AM Moriah
