Why Self-Care is Not Selfish: Embracing Boundaries

In this world there seems to be be a split of givers and takers.

As we know over the last week, our goal is to come into balance and harmony in our lives. We need to balance the giving and the recieving, not taking. AH, revelation takers are selfish and receiving is balance. So is setting boundaries selfish? This is what we are going to look at today.

As life is a mirror or reflection to show us that which we need to look at within ourselves that causes us to react so to this topic was mirrored to me. I came across a video of a man who was sharing how he was so tired and hurt that in being a good person and helping others, he was continually used and left emotionally hurt and drained. It tugged at my heart as an empath and a giver myself. I don’t know if it was a real or fake video, but the message was clear for me. Then today as I walked by the television I heard a minister ask her audience how many believed being selfish was okay.

This I knew was the message that was going to be written today. For yesterday, I was told that it was important for me to begin to set boundaries, so that as I work in a more expanded way with people I do not allow the Giver/Caretaker energy within me to allow myself to be overwhelmed by takers. For you see it is not selfish to set boundaries or to receive. However, one must balance recieving and giving. I have the giving part down but the receiving or even asking for help has been a problem.

I discussed this a bit in yesterday’s message of how after my Father passed, I fel like I had to be strong and take care of others and didn’t ask for help. I find myself seeing a need a helping a person but not asking for help when I need it and feeling ackward when someone tries to help. In doing so, I am stopping the flow. The other part is that I tend to get connected with takers like this gentleman in the video and a part of me feels guilty to say ‘no’. So, my guides are saying it is time to learn to set boundaries. I am about to learn that lesson well in my life.

What they want me to know that it is not selfish to set boundaries. To do things when it works for you instead of when another demands it. It is not weak to ask for help, for even our teachers and guides are limited in helping us unless we ask. Givers need to take time to replenish their energy.

I need to learn that taking care of myself and my needs is not selfish unless I tend to always put myself before the needs of all others. It is finding the balance of being able to work, be of service, grow spiritually and enjoy life. For we are here to enjoy this beautiful planet upon which we live. Yesterday, we took the afternnon to go to the ocean. It was good and the water always helps to clear the old energies and bring peace and joy. This still left time to do a little work, share a message on my blog, and do some reading and meditating. Balance, I had a client call me that they needed help, in the past this call would have made me feel guilty for taking this time for myself. Instead I simply said I was out of the office and would do it if I got back in time that day or the next.

That may not seem like a big deal to many but for me it was a big step. I am simply taking things one day and event at a time. So balance comes in all forms in order to bring harmony into our lives. We give in service to help others but we need to be aware of takers who are selfish and set boundaries for keeping our mind, body, and emotions in balance, and our lives. We need to learn to recieve, to ask for help from others , and our guides and teachers so that we dont get overwhelmed. This is called self care, not selfishness, unless we expect our guides or others to do everything for us and we fail to put forth any effort to clear, learn and grow.

So, I would tell that man that represented myself, to not stop being a good and caring person who helps others, but to stop and set boundaries. Help others in a way that allows you to care for your needs and find balance in your lfie. Ask for help if you become overwhelmed and it will come. For you are a good person and deserve to receive help as much as you give help. To love yourself is a priority for others to love you in a healthy, and balanced manner.

Remember we attract to us that which vibrates at the same level as ourselves. If we are putting out signals that we are not worthy of receiving but only giving then we will attract the selfish takers. Sometimes it is a need to find validation outside of ourselves that we are a good person, that we make a point of giving in an unbalanced manner to others. Perhaps it feeds our ego when they are appreciative and makes us feel good about ourselves instead of simply doing it because we are all one and in helping another we are helping a part of ourselves and the Creator Source of All Life.

So we need to be aware of our motive in giving and being of service. We need to spend some self time in quiet seeking within to see what is my motivation, and why do I do this? Is it selfless or do I get a reward? Do I need to set boundaries, or clear some old beliefs and emotions? Go into the quiet and ask for help to see and understand. Ask for help to clear any blockages or unbalanced energy. Heal your wounds and balance you mind, body, emotions and spirit. Give to others from a place of service and caring without reward. Yet set boundaries that are healthy for yourself so that you do not become overwhelmed.

Remember you don’t have to do it all yourself. Ask, whether it be from your guides or from another person for help yourself. You need to balance giving and receiving to grow spiritually.

Story Tellers and Parables: The Oral Tradition of Learning

Many years ago upon a spiritual journey of working with the energy lines of the Earth, I was working with the southwest, four corners state area. I was drawn to a particular store set under an overhand near the highway. It was a series of older buildings called, I believe, Yellow Horse Trading Post. When I went into the store if was filled with items that called to me. As I would come to specific items a young man would appear, not intrusive upon my shopping , to explain the meaning of the items. I was particularly drawn at the time to 2 kachinas, a wedding bowl and a ceramic image of the storyteller, and a silver story teller ring.

Over the years I have been told by spirit and came to understand that in many of my lives I have been the storyteller and I continue to this day. Often in story telling the difference between ones connecting with the story and finding somethng of value, whether a new way of seeing something or even feeling happy depends on the energy of the story teller and how they tell the story.

Parables are simple stories that convey wisdom as are the storytellers of native people around the world. The power of storytelling has been a time honored tradition amongst people since time began. People before written language would tell stories to help their young to learn or to pass on the stories of their culture and people to the next generation.

I find in my own journey that the technical jargon that scientist or professionals in some fields use to share information can leave me less than enthusiastic about reading what they share. I am not discounting or being discouraging about the importance of what they share, but when one can share an example of how this applies in our lives it can make it much more pallitable and interesting to read.

I share this because as you have probably come to see I share personal stories in the messages I share. After over 40 years of traveling this path and I have many experiences and lessons that I have learned that may help to make a thought or message more understandable in context of our lives. There are some things I might find a bit embarrasing and thankfully I haven’t had to share them, but one never knows. I follow the path as it unfolds before me.

I have been in the ‘witch wound’ for all of this lifetime and in other lifetimes. I have experienced torture and burning at the stake for sharing my truth or being the person that I am. Whether a teacher, healer, storyteller or shaman. When one is different or shines their light, it can be a threat to those still trying to hide in the systems of the world. I have wanted to protect myself and my loved ones from the possibility of the anger, judgment and violence that is possible.

However, I have been called to stand up as a warrior of light. As Michael shared in the last message a Warrior of Light carries a sword of Truth and stands in Light and Love. I am not perfect or Ascended Being, I am simply one who has traveled the path a long time and I am called to share what I have learned and to Bring Light into the world to help others to find their Inner Light.

I am being nudged to share an experiencd that has recently come up. I had been told by someone that they felt I had an anger or issue with my Father that needed to be cleared. Now, I disagreed, I loved my father and respected him greatly. He was the most honorable man I have known. I knew I had an issue of abandonment with the Creator,but I had cleared that. However, I decided to do some soul searching. I realized that even though I understood my father passing 33 years ago, WOW, 33 years that has significance, my inner child had felt abandoned.

For me, the one constant that I could depend on to be there, help me, listen and guide me without judgment and protect and help me was my father. I had not realized that when he passed everything in my life shifted. My mother was alone and feeling vulnerable and needed our support, she had much anger at being alone. I no longer had someone to be the one to whom I could turn to protect and guide me in my life. I had to step up and take care of myself. I am married but that is not the same energy for me. My physical father represented the Creator Source energy for me. He allowed me to explore spiritual wisdom and discuss esoteric thoughts with him that I couldn’t with anyone else in my family as well as bringing the father energies to me.

I came to realize these last few day that to look at this in my life was to look at another layer of the onion of abandonment that needed to be peeled away. I wasn’t fully standing in my light because I feared letting it shine and being attacked for it and perhaps killed, as in other lifetimes. I know my guides have protected me in many instances from physical harm, so why had they not in those lifetimes?

As Joan of Arc said to me,” In those life times this was the mission you agreed to perform. You knew it was a possibility , although you hoped the Light would open their eyes. You also knew you could leave the form and not feel the fire burn. Sometimes, we are called to be warriors who are ready to sacrifice for the Light and others we are assured we will be protected. In this life you will be safe.”

I was told repeatedly that it is time to step up to the next part of my journey. I need to clear out physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually that which I don’t want to take along. To write it down and symbolically burn it. That I need to look at my strengths and weaknesses. To write them down to see what I need to adjust. To ask for help in doing this.

I don’t know exactly what the next part brings, but I do know my blog and messaging continues. For I am sure my storytelling is part of my journey as a teacher and healer.

We are being asked to bring more clearing into our lives and where we live to bring in more light. Anchor it into the center of the Earth and be the link between Heaven and Earth. If we each do this it is of such benefit beyond understanding to the Light Beings working with Earth and to Earth herself.

BE kind, loving, caring, compassionate and understanding to YOURSELF and others. You are important, it is not easy to look within to the pain we are hiding so that we don’t have to feel it, but the release is so much more fulfilling. I have been hearing to create a course of healing and some mp3 to help others. So I will be working on those as time allows and will post when they are available if anyone would be interested.

Breaking the Chains of Control : Archangel Michael’s Guidance for Humanity

Sometimes a message comes in so strong to be shared that it cannot be put off and this is one of those messages. I tend to shy from this messages for they stir up emotions in myself and others and can send ones out of control on ego actions based on limiting beliefs. However, I was told the last few messages about balance and how to manifest and be of service in a balanced manner was preparation for this message. This comes forth at the behest of Archangel Michael.

Today, upon your planet, you are seeing chaos become more dominant as the systems of the world are facing the light awakening ones to their spiritual nature of oneness with all life and they are battling to remain in control. The perspective ones are holding of who is right and who is wrong is limited by the beliefs they still hold and the openness they have to the influence of the systems.

The systems and those who control them have the capacity to appear as Angels of Light while manipulating the lower energies within humans. You may not even be aware for it feeds the remnant of ego within you. It creates a need to convince others of your right even with might.

Ones hear of me and How Archangel Michael battled the Legions of Sstan and kicked them out of Heaven. Well there was not battle per say as you view battles, but the energy of Love, Truth and Divine Will clearing the areas of lower energies until they were ‘cornered’ , as you would say, in localities like Earth to continue their manipulation. Long ago those systems which have Ascended, appear as barren planetary spheres on the third dimensional level. The inhabitants learned how to cleanse and purify themselves spiritually so that the Light was able to remove that which was not in unity. There was no need for your 3D weapons of destruciton. The Light, Love and Will of the Infinite Oneness simpley shone brightly upon them and the lower energies were dispersed.

So, how do you know if you are on the ‘right’ side. There is no right or wrong. Each of you is creating the world in which you wish to participate. Even if you are being manipulated through media and mind control waves, if you choose to protect yourself with the Light and stand in Love, these energies cannot come to you and influence you. It take practice, mindfulness, inner work to clear, focus, intent and reach alignment through your heart with your Inner Being.

Think of these areas of belief in your life and actions. Do you seek money and material gain over the benefit of others. Would you hoard your money at the expense of one who is without food, shelter, and safety?

Would you turn your head against one in need? Money is not evil, it is placing money and material possessions above people, love and compassion.

Is your focus on things of the world at the loss of your spiritual connection?

Do you spend time in seeking clarity and service to the Highest Potential in all situations in order to benefit all life?

Do you believe might makes right and that hurting another is honorable?

Do you believe in caring and sharing?

Do you do unto others as you would have them do unto you?

Do you lust after the possessions of another?

Do you shun those who believe differently than you do or do you attempt to listen to understand their perspective and how they came to believe as they do? In so doing can you allow them their belief as you want them to allow you yours?

Humanity is on Earth as part of a program to help each to clear that which keeps them from Unity with the Highest Potential of Creation and Oneness. You are each being given all the tools you need to do so. No one can make the choice for you or do the inner work needed to clear those limits and set you free. You must do it yourself.

Seek in your heart to see if you put yourself and the material world before the greater good for all people. If you see this in any aspect of your life you are still under the influence of the Earth systems.

I and Legions of Beings of Light are surrounding Earth awaiting your call for help. We cannot do this for you, but we can inspire, protect and guide you as you make the journey.

THE TIME IS NOW. EACH OF YOU ARE NEEDED TO HELP TO SET HUMANITY FREE.

More money, more possessions, a better position, more power, more control, more land all of these are momentary illusions of the systems of Earth. When you leave this physical form you cannot take it with you. For it will not fit through the eye of the needle. Only your soul and your soul need be as light as a feather to move into the higher dimensions of Light.

Knock and the door will be opened ( we will help you as much as you choose and allow) Seek and ye shall find ( the way home to Oneness and Enlightenment has always been available you just did not have eyes to see or ears to hear, for you had not sought beyond the world systems).

This is your ‘wake up call’. We give these occassionally, but we are happy to say many have awakened. You need to be the Light and Love that you know it Truth. You have been given suggestions in these last few messages as to what can be done. Seek and Ask and we will help your to find your courage and strength to do what you are being called to do, with love, compassion and Oneness.

If one speaks their TRUTH with love and compassion and shines their Light in a Balance and Harmoniuos way, it will touch the hearts of others. It was reported that 52% have chosen the Light. Those still in turmoil need to see your light shine, not in separation and accusation but in standing in the Truth and Light that your truly are and stating that which you believe.

Ask the question to another is this truly how you want the world to be?

If not let us join together to create a better world, where all are safe, happy an partake of the joy and abundance of the Universe. It is in the giving that we open the door to receive. It is in our vibration that we attract what we experience in life.

These Truths may touch the heart and mind of another as they experience your balance, peace, and compassion in sharing.

Let you Light shine and Stand in Truth. You are warriors of Light come to cut the chords that hold back your fellow humans.

Understanding the Power of Belief, Faith, Hope and Grace in Our Lives

The meaning of BELIEF is a state or habit of mind in which trust or confidence is placed in some person or thing.

Faith is confidence or trust in a person, thing, or concept. In the context of religion, faith is “belief in God/Creator Source/Oneness or in the doctrines or teachings of …

The meaning of HOPE is to cherish a desire with anticipation : to want something to happen or be true.

The meaning of GRACE is unmerited divine assistance given to humans for their regeneration or sanctification

It felt right to list the definitions of these concepts before exploring them further to understand the accepted or generally understood meaning. We think of belief in terms of a religion and its tenets, yet that is only one aspect or focus. We can believe in our political, financial or educational systems. We can believe in our parents and family and the ideas they taught us. We can believe in ourselves and our abilities. We can believe in a person and what they say and do. We can believe that everyday we will have food, shelter and air to breath. We can believe we are good and someone else is bad. Of course we can believe in religious teachings, tenets and texts. But to say we believe in something doesn’t mean that we manifest this belief as an overall unifying concept in our life. That is where hypocrisy originates when we don’t live that which we say we believe.

This is not always easy in the world today when we are bombarded with so much input from media. We can find our thoughts and emotions being assaulted with the beliefs of others and reports that our beliefs are incorrect. This can leave us confused and angry. The only place we can find peace and balance is within us, in our hearts. Our heart is our barometer, when we ignore our barometer and utilize our mind which is designed simply to function in daily activities and to keep our form safe, then allow fear to be our guide.

Faith is belief in a person or concept. When we are putting our faith is someone outside of ourselves as our source of guidance and protection then we are giving authority in our lvies unto another. We are no longer aligned to the Creational Field of Oneness the Source of LIfe. Again, where we need to place our faith and belief is in the alignment of our heart to our higher self, that part of us that is and always has been one with All Life the Source of Creation.

Often we hear something which a person is saying that sounds good, and we put our faith in that person that they will help us and lead us into a new future and better future aligned to our beliefs. We may ignore the small signs that their actions do not align with their words. For they have offered us hope that they can ‘save’ us from that which we fear. We place our hope in what they say having faith that they truly believe as we do and can make our lfie better and manifest our desires, without us having to do too much except give them our support and believe in them. Oops did we give them our belief, faith and hope?

Are these not the tenets of a spiritual foundation? Have we given over our spiritual energy to another outside of ourselves to do what we should be trusting the Source of Creation, the Universal Onenss to do?

When we let go of the belief that someone or something outside of ourselves has a greater power and wisdom than the energy of Oneness to which we are all connected we have given them power over us. We have placed our faith in an energy that makes choices from less than the Universal Mind of Oneness.

This has been the reason all along that we live in chaos. Spiritual laziness that leads to indulgence in desires of material comfort over spiritual transformation. We want someone or something outside of ourselves to save us and do the work to make our lives better so we can go to or participate in whatever we think is Divine or Heavenly after this life without having to make any effort to change the core imbalances within us. We want someone else to make us safe so we can indulge our earthly desires. We simply want to have the things we want and enjoy life without any thoughts of the cost to others or how they may be affected.

People will give their power to whomever promises them this life until such time as it hits them in their pockets and then they will cry poor me.

We have forgotten that it is in alignment to our higher self we are granted the gift of grace. Grace is the unmerited assistance given to us for our regeneration or sanctification. Regeneration and sanctification is about the effort we must place in our spiritual growth. We have to clear the old beliefs that keep us tied to the authority of others and giving our allegiance to them over our inner knowing. We have to focus on opening our hearts and caring about ALL LIFE and bringing balance and harmony into the world at all levels of existence, for we live in a Unified Matrix and what one does affects others. We have to align our hearts to our higher self so that our mind and actions align to the Universal mind of Oneness to guide us instead of someone or something outisde of us ont the earthly plane. There is no human a savior, the savior exists within you. The Esscense of Oneness that is the Source of Creation resides within you.

For in this alignment we tap into the resources of physical health, mental clarity, emotional balance , abundace and spiritual expansion. All that we desire is available to us when we place our attention, our belief, faith and hope upon the algnment within us through our heart to the Source of Existence, Universal Mind and Oneness that is the Quantuum field of Creation. We don’t have to fear not having enough for in the Oneness we realize all we needs can be manifest through us. Int he Creaitonal law of Giving and Receiving, as we give without thought of return or recognition unto others , the universe can return the flow to us and we never want. In the Unity we are safe, for the light and love of creation protect us. We are guided in our lives to that which will bring us the greatest joy and ability to help others and to be part of the creational process. We tap into the Infinite flow of Oneness that is limitless, abundant and expansive.

SHIFT – if you are placing your faith and belief in another, you are giving away your higher gift of grace. You have given up hope in yourself and your ability to become Infinite and your hope of manifesting a better world for yourself and the future of All Life. Will it require effort? Of course all things require us to put forth effort even manifestation. However, the eternal and infinite rewards of spiritual growth and heart centered alignment are far more rewarding than the limited rewards any person can offer to you as long as you must believe in them to ‘save’ you over your own inner grace. You cannot comprehend the peace and joy the changes bring into your life until you begin the journey.

Feel the call to be in the world but not of it. To live as a Being of Light and Love so that these gifts of Spirit can pour through you to touch others to help them to remember the power of the Infinite within themselves. Not to bring followers to you, but to help others awaken to their own Beingness.

Believe there is something more for you as you focus upon spiritual growth. Have faith in yourself you can do this, there are blessings beyond belief awaiting you. Keep a focus of HOPE for a better world for ALL LIFE on Earth. Ask for your Higher Self, your inner connection to Oneness and the Source of Creation the Infinite to guide you and protect you in the state of GRACE, that you are Love, Needed and Protected.

Transforming Emotions: Lessons from the Fire

Sometimes a lesson takes the long way around to comprehension. This one began as the completion of the teaching on Balance and Harmony. You might be thinking, ‘Oh no, not more of this!’ Hopefully if you continue reading you will find a heart touching conclusion to the concept that has to do with this image.

The lesson began with the idea of people verbally fighting with each other and yelling trying to speak louder and force the other person to hear and believe as they do. It could escalate as far as fighting and even wars between countries. The idea of ‘fighting fire with fire’. I was reminded that this concept of a backfire, only works in fire fighting and not in conversation or relationships. It may help to create balance in a fire fight by creating a space without fuel for the fire to continue, but in relationships it only closes the ears and mind to hearing and understanding the words of the other person.

Thoth took me on a quick lesson in alchemy. Alchemy is the process whereby something is taken from one state of existence to another through the application of a chemical process. Most think of changing base metal into gold when they hear the word Alchemy but to the Alchemist, true gold is when we change our human consciousness into a crystalline Ascended state of Being.

Fire is a trasformative energy. It is a creates a chemcial process whereby wood, water, and metal can be changed in form and composition to another state of being. However, even though this works on the physical level to apply fire to a mental or emotional situation does change it but usually not for the better. To apply fire or strong opinionated energy to an emotional exchange only creates an imbalance and more disharmony. When our emotions are not in balance we don’t hear or open our mind to the words being spoken by another, when they are spoken in a firey or heated manner of emotional turmoil with the need to be heard as right. The only solution in a heated moment of exchange is to walk away. This will not put out the fire, for the embers will lie within unless one does the inner work to search through and understand the inner triggers and beliefs that caused the flames of energy they emitted and transform and release these causes. If not the embers will await another trigger in which to blaze forth into a burning fire of confrontation. When we have done the inner work to see what is our trigger and transform it, interestingly enough the Violet Flame is the Divine energy of tranformation, but it doesn’t burn or intensity our emotions and thoughts it transforms them into a higher state of peace, balance and harmony.

There is also the fire of love. It can be a burning lust or an encompassing compassion and caring for others. The burning lust will exist as long as the current fuel that sparked it is present, and when that changes, it will burn out and the participants will separate unless they have developed the higher aspect of love which is compassion and caring for all life.

I was guided to read a few pages in a book this morning called Sacred Messages of Shamanic Africa. The image on this page is a representation of the message. The group of people had been on a magical safari to explore and see the White Lions of Africa. These Lions represent a new possibility for Humanity. They were on the last day of their journey and as the day came to a close they went out on the jeep for one more glimpse of the beautiful lions. They had driven for hours without a sighting. The driver decided that it was not going to happen and suggested they call it a day. However, the group decided to get out and sit down in meditation to give thanks to the lions for the sightings they had and for the time and energy of connecting with them. The group believed that the lions were connected to the star Sirius . So they sat in mediation looking up at Sirius and giving thanks with open hearts. When the lady leading the meditation opened her eyes and sitting in front of the jeep was a male white lion looking up at the sky. She nudged the person next to her to llook. As they watched in awe another lion joined the first. After a few minutes the lions left and their journey was complete.Sirius, the lions responded to the calm emotion of love and joined them in their meditation.

In manifestation we learn this same concept that when we chase something we create an energy of lack that pushes away that which we desire. However, when we clear our energy and raiser our vibration to match that for which we desire, it opens a portal to the quantum field of manifestation and that which we desire is drawn to us, just like the lions.

I was shown how sometimes when Spirit share information with me, new thoughts or insights for which I don’t have the complete picture of understanding, it sparks my mental/ego mind to go searching for facts. Which while helpful to my rational mind, does not give me the higher perspective of understanding. Sometimes, it takes many pieces and years before I can see the whole picture from a higher perspective, because I need to grow spiritually through clearing and raising my vibration to match the level of energy of the information of concept. Thus the fire of my mind can trigger my emotions and I go off in a direction which is away from where spirit wants me to be focusing.

Spirit uses the fire of tranformation to clear energies and to help us to grow spriitually. It is not a burning fire that stirs our emotions but a quieting and comforting energy that opens our hearts and aligns our minds and emotions to a higher energy and perspective.

So in conclusion, Thoth says to remember the lion when we find our emotions stirring to where we may speak in an unbalanced stay that brings disharmony instead of harmony between ourselves and others. In our zest to convince another that our beliefs and insights are right over theirs we just might miss the ‘lion’ we are seeking.

In conclusion to our teaching on balance and harmony is the following thought.

Yesterday the quote was to be aware that we don’t allow ‘today’s soul does not purpose to become tomorrow’s ego agenda.’ Don’t let the fire and zest of our emotions push away that which we originally envisioned. When we try to force another we are attempting to take away or nullify their right to their choices and free will. In this we simply create a karmic imbalace that we have to clear for ourselves. When we stop and mindfully ask for direction and guidance we will find the higher path of the open heart that draws the lion of our desire to us.

Inspired Action : The Balance of Ego and Soul Purpose

Be forever mindful of your inner spiritual work and clearing as we move forward to stay clear, connected and aligned to the highest good for all. I was guided to a book this morning and this message:

” today’s soul purpose can become tomorrow’s ego agenda”

We continue our message of balance and harmony touching again on what action we can take to help and make a difference in the world. Remember always that our personal inner work of clearing and alignment is the most important aspect of our life experience and mission here on earth so that the above quote does not occur. We see it happen too often that one begins their work too early, they or others involved are not ready within themselves spiritually. Or they forget to daily clear and align, and then the complements and praise of others, or the desire to prove themselves to the naysayers takes over and triggers the ego.

We are here as the caretakers of earth and life on earth. Originally we were aligned to this purpose and then ‘we forgot’. This is why nature is out of balance. They have tried their best to keep things in balance but the unconscious and conscious choices of humans not aligned to the greater universal mind and oneness have brought planetary chaos and extinctions.

We do not get into the political agendas upon this planet. For that is part of the human systems that ones have chosen to create and sustain. The energies of Ascension and enlightenment are bringing humans and the systems to the point of needed change. We are happy to see that many are choosing Unity, compassion and Oneness. However, there are still many playing out their ‘ego’ agendas. They may have been inspired, but in moving forward in Ascension the current choices determine the vibratory level to which you will engage in the future of Earth.

We speak of the split of Earth, which will be between 3D and 5D energies of the Ascension. Your focus, clarity, and alignment of heart and truth will determine your vibration. What you are experiencing now is determined by your vibration, your open heart, clarity and focus. Let go of the focus on fighting ego agendas and instead focus on promoting positive agendas that bring the unity of All Life.

The book to which I was guided by Thoth today was the “Sacred Messengers of Shamanic Africa” by Carley Mattimore, and Linda Star Wolf. I was guided to a section of the book which they share some points of reference for actions ones can take. As in the quote above about soul mission become ego purpose, we are reminded to daily do our inner clearing and alignment that is most importatn.

The points to think about are when you feel strongly about a particular issue please be sure to educate yourself on the issue and don’t take your point of reference and decide on the truth as coming from media reports. It is so important to be aware beyond what we hear that we investigate to understand how an issue affects individuals, the elements of water, air, earth, non human life forms, plants and trees. All life is living and interconnected. When one suffers we all suffer and are effected on some level. Know the truth, learn and then take it within and ask to be shown what is truth for you that unites and helps all life.

To act upon an issue we can write leaders or representatives of governments, to share about our understanding. We can peacefully protest or lobby to share about how this affects all life and the benefit to everyone.

You can run for office in your country if they have some sort of political representative system. If you are in a dictatorship or rulership of some manner you will need to ask for spiritual guidance.

Share with love your thoughts with family and friends. You may be able to plant a seed. Know that in sharing with ones who have differing beliefs you will need to listen peacefully without judgment to their viewpoint if you wish for them to hear your truth. You can also become a spokesperson in groups and organizations to which you belong, bringing again a loving expression without judgment to others.

You can help already established organizations through volunteer work, financial support.

You can create a blog, write a book, create a website, do videos and place them on different social media platforms.

The Lions remind us to have courage. When we step into our mission, we must be prepared. Do the inner work to be clear and aligned to the higher perspective of your mission and how it affects the Unity of All Life. Awake and clear your energy and align and clear your energy and ask forgiveness for mis steps made during the day. The Lions are leaders, you may not become a leader of an organization for our missions and service are needed on all levels. However, you will be a leader to light the path forward for others by your loving presence and caring. Lion’s have courage to do what is needed.

I am reminded as I write this that lion’s do not kill merely for fun, but to eat and survive. What they kill is never wasted for others partake of their leftovers. If you hear of a lion attacking a human it is because of the nature of abuse of humans to that particular animal. The lions are lowing and caring for all within their ‘pride’. Interesting they are called prides. Pride is defined as a feeling of satisfaction or respect. The lions are the most respected of the animal kingdom.

They have the courage to move forward and take on animals much bigger than themselves. Many of us have been discouraged in our mission by others and their negative talk, which has taken our personal empowerment and created feelings of not being worthy or capable.

This is why daily clearing, the inner work of releasing old beliefs and patterns is so important. To take back our self worth and personal empowerment and authority. Our personal authority is our inner guidance that comes from our alignment through our heart, bringing unity and love from the Oneness of All Life for the benefit of All. This way we tap into the quantum field to bring all we need to manifest our purpose.

Heal yourself so that you can find your truth and stand tall with spiritual oneness, “pride” coming from the Divine light and love flowing through you. The pride of unity and benefit for all with love. This is a pride of joy and love in the Oneness and not ‘ego pride’.

Action must come from a place of Being, Wisdom, Truth and Unity to benefit all.

From Reaction to Action: A Spiritual Approach

To continue our message. What if anchoring Light and focusing on the Future are not enough for you personally regarding a situation you feel strongly is not aligned spiritually? Each situation and person are different and unique and our mission or focus are different regarding it differ also.

What the last few messages were preparing us for is to make sure that we first and foremost in the world are mindful to bring our energies, thoughts and emotions regarding a situation into balance and harmony. To move into alignment within ourselves with our higher guidance and perspective so that if we feel guided to take action that it will be for the highest benefit for all and will come from a place of ‘action’ and not reaction.

In industrialized society we are more prone to DO, we are constantly doing something either physical, mental or emotional. Our thoughts are constantly flowing and we are on the move. DOING leads to reacting, which can put chaotic or unbalanced energies into motion.

Spiritually, we want to ACT from a plane of BEING and that all we DO is from that same place of BEING. This comes from mindfulness, which leads to balance, harmony and alignment to BEING, that which we are in our Higher Consciousness state. When we enter this state we connect to Universal Mind, Oneness, the Quantum Field of possibilities and Creation.

You see our Inner BEING, our Higher Self still exists in this state and has never left. This is where all possibilities are known. Time does not exist there, and all that can occur, all possibilities are seen. Our Higher Self and Guides who are Ascended, Angelic or Light Beings can see what each choice or action we make or do will bring forth into manifestation. They can see if it will be for the greater good of us and All Life.

So by being mindful of our thoughts, words and deeds and going within first before acting or reacting, we can come into balance and harmony within ourselves, with the Universal Oneness of possibilities and All Life. We can from this state of Being, known the best ACTION to take. Thus we act for the greater good instead of reacting to an emotional situation with less than the highest intent.

Then if you feel like, protesting, writing , starting an organization to bring change, calling, blogging or other social media, creating youtube videos or whatever action you are guided is the best to take, you know it will bring good results. It will have a positive impact because it comes from a place of alignment with the higher wisdom of Being and is not an ego based reaction.

This keeps you in balance and harmony and prevents you from creating a karmic pattern by reacting. We do not always know the greater purpose of an event or even of the individuals involved. For instance, I was reminded about the story a brother told regarding the 911 event. The night before he had dinner with his sister who told him she thought she would die soon. She died the next day in this event. There are ones who reported having premonitions that they were not to get on a plane or go to work that day. This was their soul or guardian angel telling them this was not their part to play.

Joan of Arc lead the French army into their battle of Freedom, only to be arrested and jailed for heresy out of fear of her. She could have saved herself from being burned at the stake by agreeing to their terms but she felt her message would be better served by sticking to her beliefs.

No other person can tell you what your role is in the events happening in the world. Whatever you do, it is for the best and will have the greatest impact if it is from a place of Being, aligned to your inner guidance in balance and Harmony.

Balance and Harmony: Within and Without

If you are new to these sharings, please be aware that there are times when I do not post for a few days either due to life requirements or personal integration periods. This is a time of clearing and integration for all of us which is needed to bring our energy into balance and harmony within align to the higher dimensional energies and without in the world.

As we clear the old perceptions, beliefs, and energy blockages we are able to receive higher energy and information. However, this can require us to spend quiet time integrating this into our energy bodies and life. For us to live in balance and harmony, our four bodies must be individually balanced and all working in harmony together. For energy to flow properly our chakras need to be clear and activated. Our mental, emotional, spiritual and physical forms each need to be clear of old blockages and perceptions that cause us to have fear, doubt, anger, judgment or any of the lower emotions . These act as anchors to the systems of this planet that would limit us from expanding into the Being of Light of which we truly are.

Our systems are out of balance with the Universal Oneness. We can continue to connect to them or we can clear the chords and connect to our Higher Self and allow the True Being we are to guide our steps. Might or force and concepts of separation from each other will not lead to Ascension. A fear of lack only creates more lack. For we draw to us that upon which we focus our attention and intent.

When we are in fear we are out of balance with the Universe. To release fear is for most of us a process of mindfulness of our thoughts and reactions. To be aware of that which triggers an imbalance in us emotionally or mentally. To understand that this imbalance brings inharmonious energies into our fields.

Some may be able to step through that doorway to Ascension by eliminating all blockages, perceptions and beliefs in one swath of the Sword of Truth. However, for most of us it is one thought, feeling, or belief at a time. When you see yourself about to react in thought, word or deed, instead of seeing that the other has the right to their perceptions, stop. This is mindfulness.

If need be step away from the situation. If they are asking you to make a decision or do something immediately, simply say,” I need time to think about this if I can’t have time, I will need to say no.” Never be afraid to set boundaries, you and your time are to be valued. Once you have time then go into quiet and ask to be shown what triggered you about this situation. Allow your thoughts to flow without judgment and see what brought you out of balance and harmony.

It could be what they were asking was not in integrity to who you are even though they felt it was correct for them. Perhaps what was happening was calling on you to move into a new level of Being or Service for which you were not ready. You need to see if it is something old within that needs cleared or an adjustment to your energy to shift to a higher level of frequency.

Perhaps, it is simply that what you encountered is of the old and would no longer serve who you are becoming. We move beyond the old systems or way of doing things and they can trigger us, until we come to understand that everyone is at their own level of understanding and belief. In this understanding we can allow ones who are still in need of the old systems to do so.

This is being in the world but not of it.

We cannot change another, they need to do that themselves. We do not have the right to judge where they are on their path, but of course we do until we reach self mastery it is a learned behavior. To judge someone who holds differing beliefs or lifestyles is something we are taught or learn in order to feel justified that what we do or believe is right. It is called hypocrisy. We desire to be allowed our beliefs but feel threatened by ones who do not hold the same as we do. Thus they are judged as wrong and we are right.

No matter the reason, whenever something causes reaction, that means you are out of balance and harmony with Oneness and the Universal flow and need to realign or adjust. If there is a chord or energy attachment you can use the Sword of Truth of Michael to cut the chord. Then use the Violet Fire/Flame of Transformation and Transfiguration to release the blockage or energy that remains and call in the Love and Light of Source to fill the empty space. I usually see this as White with Gold and Silver. You can use whatever color is right for you.

Perhaps you simply wish to ask Source in prayer to release you from this and sit quietly to receive the release. There are many ways to clear energies to come back into balance and harmony. Once you are personally in balance then you need to see how this new understanding or energy works to be in balance and harmony with the these energies and interact in the world.

As we raise in frequency we may find others reacting to our new energies or thoughts and beliefs. For this may cause them to feel threatened about their beliefs no matter how caring and compassionate you are. Whenever one is asked to shift it hard, and simply being in the Presence of One who is bringing Light and Love can cause another persons energy to shift. Be aware and allow them their reaction.

Some may walk away and out of your life that have been a part of your life for a long time. If they so choose it is probably best to allow. Some may simply need time to readjust. ALLOWING is a key that we need understand. As we want to be allowed our choices and beliefs so too must we allow others.

Each must find their balance and harmony. If they do not they will experience, mental, emotional and physical reactions and problems occurring in their life. Some may say they want peace, balance and harmony in their lives, but love the chaos or the attention and illness brings. I had not thought of this before but as I was writing I was reminded of a woman I know who has a problem with electricity and energy. I and many others have tried to help her as she asks with different forms of healing and tools to block the energies that bother her, or to heal energies but nothing seems to help. Recently I found the healing method that I believed would truly help her but even though she said she wanted to do it and asked for help financially from myself and others, when she received the funds she decided instead to get a massage.

I realized then that she was attached to the imbalance for it brought her attention. That is her right and I wish for her the best and release any chords of attachment. I see my guides feeling the same about me when I do something that is probably foolish in their eyes more than once. They can’t interfere with my choices only prompt me to see and make adjustments and send me love until I am ready to shift.

We tend to like order and knowing the path ahead that brings us security and a feeling of balance and harmony. As we grow and change we find these feelings unbalancing and scary and tend to shy away from the unknown to stay in balance with what we know. However, it is in the releasing that we find even greater joy, balance and harmony.

Know that there are always Beings of Light from our Guardian Angel to the Councils of Light looking over us individually and as a whole trying to provide for our every need and help us as we align and open to them. They are the Ones who serve the Light to bring order out of chaos for peace, harmony and balance to exist.

Navigating Reality Shifts in Collective Consciousness

I am happy to be able to share with others and to hopefully inspire each of you to know that you are loved and needed by the Universe. It is only through us that change will happen. I have several messages to share in the next day or so, but as I read the messages some of you have left, it brings joy that inspiration comes to open the heart and mind to the possibilities.

I don’t always get notified that there are messages, or perhaps I do and I miss them.

What I was reminded in reading was something I heard the other day. It was a reminder that the earth is separating. Not on a physical level but an energetic level. I have shared about this before but what the person said struck a chord within me. To remember as the Soul of the Earth is Ascending to 5D those who are ready can Ascend with her. That what is happening now is that separation of energy manifesting within the collective consciousness.

Remember we are all connected through the grids of the Earth which contain the mass consciousness and the maintain the apparent solidity of form we experience as earth structures. Meaning all life is energy vibrating on the level of atoms and electrons. It is our focus and intent that bring that energy into the form of a chair or building. Along the way in creation of Earth it was agreed upon how differing forms would appear to all of us and it was agreed that is how it should be.

When we are born our consciousness is connected to that part of the grid so that we can function in society and maintain the physical reality. That being said, we are now experiencing the split whereby those who Ascend will find life and reality different. In all manifestation and in Ascension in order to connect to that reality our vibration must match that which we desire. To Ascend we must vibrate at a 5D or higher frequency.

How do we do this with clearing, focus, clarity mindfulness, integrity, love, compassion and caring. In order to do this we have to let go of focus upon the lower energies and place our focus, intent and action upon the higher frequencies and unity through the heart. As we do this our vibration will rise and we can move into 5D. If we focus upon the chaos , it is like an anchor that keeps us tied to the 3D energy and reality.

I remember the words, said that struck a chord with me were – Right now people are experiencing differing realities. Because some are focused and operating on a 5D level and others 4D or 3D. This is why someone may see something or experience it and for you it is not part of the reality you experienced.

For instance near where I live storage batteries from Tesla and another company are stored in a building. A few weeks ago these batteries caught fire and put forth toxic gas. Interestingly, the toxic gas quit spreading at the road at the farside of the housing addition where I live. It never came past that location. There were road, school and business closures because they could not use water to put it out. The batteries had to burn out themselves. I never had fear about it. Although I can understand the ones who had to evacuate and lived near it. However, the point in relevance here, is there are ones who still write on the neighborhood site that they see smoke coming from the storage facility and they are worried. My husband went by when he went to the post office and said there is no smoke. Yet, their fear has caused the situation to continue for them. Are they experiencing it as a different vibrational reality from myself. I don’t know, but this was just an example.

So many are in fear right now. To focus upon the fear will only bring more fear. As an empath, I sometimes have difficulty when the fear levels get too high in mass consciousness and have to take time to recenter and rebalance. The key to moving forward is to seek that which inspires you to see unity, compassion, caring, integrity and honesty. Make your personal growth a strong focus. I know we are all busy and it is difficult especially if you have a home, family, job and children. My guides keep telling me to limit social media. I don’t use my phone for this but I do look when I am on my laptop. So I am trying to do better. They say we waste a lot of time. Well maybe you don’t but obviously they think I do.

Fear is another anchor that keeps us from growing and expanding. Believe me when you ask for protection it comes. There are many helping us to keep moving forward. They say new energy levels of LOVE are pouring into the planet to help balance the anger, division and fear.

Shekinah is the Comforter, the Divine Feminine, represented by the DOVE. She brings to us that which we need to be balanced and in harmony and unity with each other and Earth. She says to call upon her and she will fill you with her Light and enfold you in love and comfort in times when you feel unbalanced, fearful, angry or unloved.

Understanding Spiritual Growth and Guidance

What we learn along our spiritual journey is sometimes (quite often) we think we understand something only to be shown there is more wisdom to be learned.

The last couple of days I have been writing about the understanding of Christ in relationship with Buddha, Jesus, Michael, and working with guides, teachers and the process of communicating or channeling. We are at such an important juncture upon Earth it seems an important concept for ones to understand.

The information was flowing and I felt perhaps this was one of the things I came to do to share and help ones to understand. I asked that question and was told that this isn’t my main purpose, and that I needed to stop writing for there were pieces of understanding on the topic which I still needed to understand at a higher level.

So many synchronicities have been happening and changes in my energies that are opening new pathways of connection. After that message another synchronicity brought me to more information that I need to be with to see and understand more.

Yet, I feel the push to share something at this time and when I feel that I know it is important. We are at the precipice of changes and choices that shape the future of ourselves and humanity. All life is one within the quantum field of Universal Consciousness which is the Source of Creation. Thus, our guides and teachers are one with Source and One with Us. Simply another part of the One and of Us. It is not a dishonor of Jesus, Buddha, Allah to communicate with them if you are doing so from your personal connection or from a trusted source and verifying all you hear with your inner guidance.

Please know that a message is only as pure as the source or person bringing it through. One may be clear at one point and then ego takes over and they are now bringing forth messages from their ego or the collective consciousness that can be corrupted by lower forces. This doesn’t mean they are even aware that they have lost their pure connection.

Christ is a consciousness level and Office of Redemption energies. It is a body of energies that was once within each of us but is now outside of our 4 body system and awaiting our seeking, clearing and realigning to it to take us to unity with our I AM Presence and Source.

This is an overview of the information but many need to understand the flow of Unity and Creation and where Christ, Jesus, Michael, Buddha and the other Masters and Beings of Lights come into the plan. We need to understand giving our power to another to guide us instead of seeking within and how there will come a time when we will know that we can trust a message and when the message is not aligned to our path or that of humanity.

I simply want to share to protect, discern, clear you energies and move into your heart to be sure that you are following your true path. Do not allow the folly of the world to lure you from this moment and the Truth and Integrity of your Light and Love so needed in the world.
