We are living in times of rapid change—socially, politically, spiritually, and relationally. Many feel unmoored, uncertain which voices to trust or how to remain true to themselves while still caring for the greater whole. In such times, clarity of personal integrity becomes not only a private matter, but a collective responsibility.
Personal integrity begins quietly. It is the inner alignment between what we sense as true, how we speak, and how we act. When this alignment is present, we are less reactive, less driven by fear or approval, and more capable of discernment. When it is absent, we often seek certainty outside ourselves—through group identity, rigid belief systems, or allegiance to voices that promise safety, belonging, or control.
This is where the tension of our time becomes visible.
Compassion Is Not Complicity
In personal relationships, compassion asks us to allow others their process of growth, even when it differs from our own. But compassion does not require silence in the face of harm. Relationships are among the most challenging aspects of human life. Whether family, marriage, friendships, or professional connections, each relationship brings together individuals shaped by different experiences, beliefs, and truths. To maintain peace, we often compartmentalize ourselves—wearing masks, softening edges, or suppressing our authentic voice. At other times, we may try to control relationships so they meet our expectations, needs, or desires.
Authenticity does not mean forcing our beliefs onto others. It means allowing others to hold their beliefs without denying our own. This is a subtle but essential distinction.
As we grow and change, relationships often become more complex. Others may unconsciously keep us “in a box,” based on who we were when they last knew us. Likewise, we do the same to them. When someone reenters our life changed—emotionally, spiritually, politically, or psychologically—it can be unsettling. We are meeting a living being, while holding a frozen image.

This distortion scales upward. In personal relationships it looks like manipulation, silence, or emotional pressure. In leadership it becomes coercion, propaganda, fear-based influence, and moral absolutism.

You are responsible for the integrity of your alignment, not the management of another’s evolution.
Practically, this means:

This message on astral travel was a gift from Hermes-Ma’arak and Thoth. I had always had a vision and dreams of flying. The reason the for the picture of the little girl levitating. I asked why it did not happen of Thoth for he spoke of astral projection and travel in the “Emerald Tablets”. For myself, I am an anchor of energies and to astral travel would disrupt this until the right time. However, in the Emerald Tablets he spoke of the dangers of Astral Travel and to move in circles instead of straight lines. I will share more of what he said later but I felt this part should be shared about thinking of your intent before doing so.

I said Tharion – Welcome. Your name sounds very familiar to me for some reason. I see the Flame Spiral as a circular staircase which we climb step by step, dimension by dimension. The Return Spiral Home. I never fear the spiral but seek to do it in the clearest of energy and reverence possible, to be worthy of the flame and to never create a distortion. I think either ones in ego rush forward desiring and knowing they came from there and should move forward easily or ones are afraid they will fail and be rejected and hesitate to start.

What does it mean to be a Sovereign Being of Light and it this different from being Enligihtened? I saw a thought posted from Psychology Today which said what if the path to enlightenment begins by accepting our insignificance and realizing that our drive for success has fueled our anxiety and disease or distress in our lives.
So, I asked of my Higher Self to see the difference between Enlightenment and Sovereignty as a place to begin.
Enlightenment
Enlightenment is the awakening of perception.
It is the realization that you are not only the body, mind, or personality, but a vast and eternal consciousness.
Enlightenment is often experienced as a dissolving of illusions — separation, fear, ego-identification — and a recognition of unity with Source.
In essence, enlightenment is about seeing through the veil to the truth of existence.
Sovereignty
Sovereignty is the embodiment of that realization.
It is the ability to stand in your own light, free from distortion, manipulation, or external control.
Sovereignty honors free will, boundaries, and discernment. It is saying: “I am aligned with Source, and from this alignment, I choose.”
While enlightenment is often a state of awareness, sovereignty is a state of being and acting in alignment with that awareness.
✧ The Relationship
One may touch enlightenment without living sovereignty (for example, awakening to unity but still allowing others to define or manipulate their choices).
One may cultivate sovereignty without full enlightenment (for example, developing strong energetic boundaries and integrity, even before fully experiencing unity consciousness).
When united, Enlightenment + Sovereignty = Embodied Mastery.
It is the dance of Awakening (seeing clearly) and Sovereignty (standing firmly) that allows the soul to ascend while rooted in love and truth.
In this I could understand how we can BE enlightened and still do or act from ego. When we are sovereign we do or act from a place of Being and Knowing in alignment with the highest perspective for all, not just self.
In this life I walked a period of time with a member of my soul family who was a dear friend. He was walking the path of enlightenment but he still had an obstacle of ego to overcome. He had due to an early life encounter had a belief about his life mission that led to him like many experiencing a savior complex. For me this has helped me to understand the place of ego in spiritual growth and service. To know this is not about me, but about us.
We the people will change the world. It will not be a singular savior outside of us but the place within us where that part of the Source of All Life has always existed. This is a flame a tri or three fold flame of love, wisdom and truth or Divine Will. Divine Will is the unifying consciousness of Being and Creating for the Highest Benefit of All Life.
This Tri Flame is a swirling spiral of Unity. It is the pathway home a Spiral of Fire and Light. We are each a spark of flame of the Oneness which came forth to experience the uniqueness of existence in multiple forms. When we begin to Remember who we are we walk the path of Enlightenment. We remember we are a Soul in a body. We begin to see release the limits of our belief and remove the veils of illusion that have kept us from this wisdom.
To become Sovereign is the final step of letting go of ego. To remember that seeking to be what society or another tells us we should be in order to be of worth and value in this world has been the source and reason our frustration, separation and limited existence. When we turn within to our inner light and guidance we realize we are now Doing from a Place of Being and have stepped into Sovereignty. What we do is not just for me but we seek to do that which benefits all.
This ignites the flame within us and opens the spiral home for full embodiment of the IAM essence that we truly are. Now we are Sovereign Beings. We have not given up our choices in seeking the Light and Unity within we have empowered the limitless potential of Creation to manifest through us.
I remember the friend I spoke of earlier as telling people, when they spoke of space ships coming to take away the chosen, or a savior descending from the sky and being raptured from the earth, “There is no where else to go.”
I realize that the true meaning for us is that at least for now we are not leaving Earth in our process, we are shifting our vibration from the limited 3D perspective to the multidimensional 5D. We are doing that right here, and then we will be prepared to participate as Sovereign Beings in the Multiverse. Until we make that shift we are not ready to participate in higher dimensional existence for our vibration does not match. So there is no where to go, until we ourselves become Enlightened and Sovereign Beings.
I had no idea where this blog was going when I began writing it. I just knew it was to be about the flame and spiral home of Sovereignty. When we open to the possibilities and release the limiting beliefs the world expands and so do we. You may in the beginning want to sometimes crawl back into your cocoon of comfort and the familiar, but if you keep moving forward you will reach the point of no return.
This is when you start the Sovereign Path of knowing you would not go back to that existence for all the money or material goods of the world. That which you have found is far beyond the material it is the limitless world of possibilities that your create by your choices which are aligned to the highest possibility.
I have provided an image of the flame for you to print and use. Our Tri heart flame is spoken most often as yellow, pink and blue. They represent wisdom, unconditional love, and truth or divine will of oneness. As we connect and activate this flame we are on the path of enlightenment. As we step onto the path of Sovereignty it changes to emerald green, violet and gold. They represent truth, transformation and Divine Light or the wisdom and energy of creation.
