The Power of I AM: Manifesting Your Reality

I AM these are two of the most powerful words in all Creation. These are the words that the original Source spoke to become manifest out of the vastness of Unrealized potential. It is the energy of the Divine Masculine acting upon the womb of the Divine Feminine and together manifesting into Consciousness.

They are the words of Creation and manifestation.

When an individual says I AM they are claiming the sovereignty of existence as a conscious Being within the Quantum Field of Creation and existence. When we place words behind these we are claiming the energy of what these words represent asa part of our being and energy. When one says I am sick, I am tired, I am poor, I am unlovable they are claiming this thought as part of their life as a creator being. They are word of ownership and manifestation upon the physical ego driven realm.

All words are powerful. Words follow thought in creation. When we think of something and then speak it we claim it as our own. The Universe responds to us as Creator Beings and sends to us that which we need to manifest this in our lives. The Universe doesn’t seen good or bady, higher or low, it simply sees energy and the spoken word is energy of manifestation. When you add I AM to it you are owning it and claiming it.

You may be wondering about the image. I heard to ask AI to create an image of the I AM Presence. Now there are many images on the internet of the traditional but sometimes we can get lost in the details and explanations of them. To me this represents the living energy of the I AM. So what is the I AM as connected to us.

This image also reminds me of the images in Egyptian pictures of the Sun with the rays ending in arms. Their representation of the Creator.

There are many similar and slightly differing thoughts about this. That is why I like this image. The Creator Source deciding to expand and experience creation sent forth seeds called Monads there are Infinite numbers of Monads. These Monads are a direct part of the Source of Creation, some might call them our god for lack of a better understanding. For they as created by Source created us. They are the I Am Presence of our Being, the I AM that I AM. Which means you exist because the Monda or I AM exists and created you. The I Am or Monad exist within the LIght Body some call it the Causal Body. This is represented in the image as the Ball of Light at the top from which all the rays are pouring forth into the void of infinite potential.

Each Monad at least as far as I know in our Universe decided they wanted to experience denser forms of manifestation and they send forth 12 rays or fire sparks which we term Higher Self. See the Rays of light going out of the circle. The Higher Self is also called the Soul, Super Conscious and Higher Mind. the Higher Self send forth 12 sparks each called ego personalities which are us. This makes each monad consist of 144 which is why we hear about the 144 in religious material. Djwal Kul and Ascended Master says there are 60 million monads who have walked through the timeline of Earth and are here to finish their karmic debts and be of service in the time of Asension on Earth. I calculated and and that makes 8.6 billion possible ego/personalities incarnate. We are said to have over 8 billion people on earth now. Makes sense.

Just think of it each one a creator being trying to bend the will and of life on earth to their desires. So our soul has 12 other souls this is where the idea of soulmate comes forth because we are part of the same family. They have out there and there could be up to 144 parts of our monad incarnate at any time in this timeline, another timeline or planet or dimension. The soul or oversoul looks out for all of these parts of itself. It can see each incarnate personality and guide it along its path. It doesn’t matter if you name these parts of the monads by differing names it is realizing that we are all united and extensions of the monad of our being and that our monad is the Divine son/daughter of the source of all existence. We live and have our being within the Source and our Monadic Being to which we will return in conscious connection called Ascension. It is about the Conscious reconnection which in this time also allows us to transform our body into a crystalline structured body of light.

We are connected to our Monday through the channel of light which is descending from the circle it passed through us and into the center of Earth. It keeps our three fold flame of life energized while we are in the form. This is symbolized by the fleur de lis image. When this is withdrawn the physical form dies, but our soul continues existing.

I know this is a brief explanation of a complex subject, but it is important to understand how power are the words I AM. I AM a creator Being and that which I experience as life, I created through my thoughts, words and deeds. I AM because my Monadic and Higher Self wanted to experience existence on this level. If I don’t like this life I can change it by my choices, thoughts and actions. If I seek to be free, I need place my attention on the I AM.

When I sign off with I AM Mareya Shimayah Elohim that is the current name my soul is expressing through this form, not my birth or married name. I use this because in these messages I am expressing that energy and I AM also claiming it in my life.

Understanding the Divine Design and Plan: A Cosmic Perspective

Due to our veil of amnesia we have forgotten that there is a Divine Plan or Divine Design for the Universe of which we are a part. This Flower of Life represents the expanding outward of the Divine Design, the outbreath of creation. When the time comes, in which we now exist, that the out breath ends and the inbreath begins, all that is unable to be part of the next outbreath returns to be recycled and also that which has completed it journey or is able can Ascend to higher vibrational dimensions of existence or return to Oneness before the next outbreath begins.

The Divine Design is the thought of Creation from Source of how to experience all possibilities. The Divine Plan is the implementation of that thought into manifest form. The Creator Sons and Daughters of each Universe oversee the unfolding of the Divine Plan for that Universe in alignment with the Divine Will of Creator Source, or Universal Mind of Oneness, it matters not what you call the Oneness of Creation of which we are part. It is us and we are part of the Oneness and each other.

This Plan is the unfolding and revealing of Beingness and Consciousness of Universal Mind and Oneness expanding into Infinite Beingness.

There have been times when I have seen the revealing of the threads that are woven through what we call history waiting for us to pull upon them to reveal a Truth hidden within the fabric of ‘history’. Yet, history is tied to linear time and outside of our 3D experience linear time does not exist.

What we perceive as history is not necessarily the true reality of experience but the written beliefs of those in charge of a country or belief system. The perceptions and beliefs about how World War II unfolded may be remembered or written differently by the Japanese and German people, than that of the Allied Forces.

Today with the internet you have access to more information than ever before from around the world. Yet, whatever you read is simply the truth of someone who wrote it and we must learn to discern through our inner alignment to our Higher Self what feels right for us instead of simply believing what we see, hear or read as truth. This is why conspiracy theories pop up, because so many take whatever the see, hear or read to be truth and do not discern.

Each Universe is born with a Plan for what would be experienced within that Universe. For our Universe it is Free Will Choice to align to the Oneness of Universal Mind or the ‘Divine Will’ of Creator Source which is the original Plan for this Universe to work in harmony and balance and expand in Infinite possibilities. For us to learn to use our co creative abilities to experience unknown and unimaginable possibilities.

Free Will Choice was an experiment to see what would happen when ones chose to exert their personal desires to create their experiences in an individualized manner that we can call chaos. The original plan is perfect balance and harmony for the benefit of all life not just an individual. People in other parts of the Universe experienced this and realized there must be a better way. They went through the Ascension process individually and as collective humanity on their planets and systems. They returned to alignment with their Higher Self and the Oneness of Creaior Source and the original plan. They cleared the chaos and it became contained in certain areas like Earth.

A new level of the plan developed where we came in under a veil of amnesia, to forgot our origins and unity. This limited in our abilities until we made the choice to remember and realign to the Universal Mnd of Oneness. The Star Seeds volunteered to come to experience this existence, confident they could overcome the denseness and they wanted to help those souls who were here. No matter the reason you came you are here, to clear and balance your karmic energies, to remove the veils of amnesia and illusion to reclaim your Sovereignty as a Bieng of Light and to be of Service to the Plan to restore order from chaos.

The angels, beings of light, extra and ultraterrestrial Beings are our brothers and sisters who simply want to help us to be free. They do not want to be worshipped. They know how the denseness hinders us and can see from a higher perspective what can help us to be free. If someone does want you to follow them, or worship them BEWARE and put up your ‘spidey’ senses.

I have found that brothers and sisters are wondefully patient. They will give us signs, synchronicities, drop books on our heads, give us dreams, visions or whisper in our ears. They will do whatever they are allowed within free will parameters to help us. That is the plan they cannot do more unless we ask.

Often I find information is given in bits and pieces. A dream I remember upon awakening, something I hear or read that strikes a chord and I have this strong urge to learn more about it. I have learned to journal, I have notebooks full of writings. Perhaps you don’t write and use computers or your cell phone to record things. For me I have found that I remember things more when I write them down. There is something in the connection between hand and mind in writing, especially if I center in my heart, that opens the door to new information. The writing then helps to imprint it in my memory. The heart alignment and protecting myself allows me to open to my guides and Higher Self sharing information that I record in my journaling and here on this webpage. This is sometimes called automatic writing. This is when our ego/brain gets out of the way and we connect to pure spirit to receive.

A deeper understanding of the information we have been drawn to can come. In the past I did not always record what I experienced or learned, or in moving or not continuing with a webpage, it has become lost. It is a distant memory and that is sad. It may seem at any moment that AHA will be remembered or it is fleeting thought not worthy of note at the time. of being recorded Yet, that is wisdom of the Infinite being revealed.

Sometimes, I find that one piece of information will unlock a flood gate of new understanding and past rememberance. It can come so quickly it is like being in the center of a tornado, trying to focus and bring it all into alignment. If the information is not recorded, as the string to the time line appears, it will move around and around and who knows when it will return to be recorded. I have been speaking of writing and journaling because no matter what your pathway of spiritual evolution or service may be, there are constantly bits and pieces of wisdom and direction being shown to you. If you do not record it that wisdom can be lost for a long time.

The Councils of Light who watch over the Plan and the Ones who are in Service to guide us are constantly monitoring and updating the plan based on individual choices and development. They try to guide us to what we agreed to do, but if we do not hear and make different choices, they work to see how that affects our individual as well as the greater plan of the Divine Design. They are the ones who keep the Universe in Balance and Harmony with the Divine Design.

Sometimes, based on our choices and our spiritual growth our guides and teachers will change. You may experience this as a time of disconnect where you feel alone and a bit lost. Please focus upon your heart alignment to your Higher Self at this point. You may not hear or feel anything but know as long as you keep focusing in your heart, you will be fine and your new guides for the next period of your journey will come.

I had in 1999 connected with the Thoth, who was guiding my path and in 2005 and event happened and he left. However, recently he has returned to be part of the team that work with me. We all have wonderful teams working with us and our Higher Self, from Guardian Angel, to Ascended Beings, Angelic Beings, Elemental Beings, Animal Guides, Star Beings from other planets and the list goes on and on. Who they are depends upon where you are in your spiritual growth and the spiritual mission or work you came in to do. Someone who is a healer will have different guides from a teacher or counselor. None is better or higher than another. That is a belief of the 3D Earth. In the higher dimensions to which we are ascending there are no higher or lower just differing levels of vibrational attunement.

Some who have been reading my sharings for awhile may be thinking well I have read this all before. I write about what I am inspired to do each time by Spirit. If I am lead to a topic usually there is a new way of combining the message that will help ones to understand an idea that they didn’t before.

Although this may seem a round about way of discussing the Divine Design and Plan for our Universe it really isn’t. The Divine Design began when the Universal Mind said ‘What if’. This I hear was said for each universe of Creation. The ‘What if’ is the Divine Plan for that Universe it is Divine because it is part of the Divine Design of expansion and experience of the Source of Creation, Universal Mind and Oneness.

Each of us as a part of that Oneness and each other affect the way the Plan expands through our choices. Each unaligned choice creates a new ‘timeline’ to be experienced. A part of us experiences this as if in a dream. Now in the time of the inbreath we must call back those parts of ourselves and integrate them into Oneness of ourselves to align and Ascend. For each thread left disconnected becomes an anchor keeping us from rising to higher dimensional existence and expansion. This is what the inner work or clearing and balancing of karma, old beliefs, blockages, chords and DNA is all about.

Harnessing the Power of Now for Mindfulness

Daily clearing and mindfulness are the best tools given to help us to navigate the world and life events as we move along our path. Clearing is a wonderful tool to help us with the blockages, beliefs and karmic results we may experience or have. It clears the past to prevent the same choices and energies from triggering us in the future.

I was told to stay in the Now moment. When we allow the thoughts of the past or worry about the future events to enter or brain seeks the cause and effect belief to place blame outside of ourselves for the situation. We are wrapped up in the story it tells us of why this happened or what could happen and who is to blame.

If we focus on staying in the Now this lets us be mindful. So, how do I do this? They said that perhaps when I hear myself thinking or speaking of the past or future or even moving into negative thoughts about a person or event in the now, that I say NOW. That I should tell my subconscious mind and my consciousn mind that NOW is my trigger to be in this moment and be mindful to align to my Higher Self and the joy and peace this brings, as well as the higher perspective for All involved. For when I am in the NOW that which is outside of me cannot affect me and allows me to be mindful. In this I can see that which was my tigger that needs to be cleared and transformed.

I was told I could also use this to be a my focus word in meditation. To use Now as the word that brings my drifting thoughts back into focus. I was told to remember that in thei NOW moment we are all we need to be as we align to our Higher Self through our heart.

They shared the following meditation one can use to develop this alignment if you have not done so. To align through your heart place your attention in the center of your chest where you heart chakra is located. Close your eyes from distractions and begin breathing rythmically, deeply and slowly until your can relax. Think of a sun like light shining within your chest and expanding with each breath throughout your body. With each inbreath you are brining in more light and each out breath takes away all stress. Think about someone or something you love dearly, that feels you with joy allow this to be the emotion of your shining light. As you focus upon the center of this light see a door of gold appear before you. Walk towards that door and open it. As you enter the room it is a beautiful white room with golden trim, and you feel peace and joy. Within the room you see a shining Being of Light. They greet you and tell you they are your Higher Self. They are the part of you that has always been One with the Universal Oness of Creation. They have awaited you return to connect with them. They open their arms and you enter their embrace, where you find unconditional love, oneness and acceptance. They tell you that you are loved and valued. They tell you that you are and have enough in this Now moment.

They suggest that together you agree that when you say NOW that you will return to this moment of Oneness with them. That the word now will take you to this moment of Oneness and Unity where you will feel, know and hear the highest perspective to benefit all.

NOW IS THE KEY, that your Higher Self places in your heart. They release you from the embrace and touch your heart telling you they are always with you when you place you attention upon your heart and in the NOW. They step back and you turn and walk back through the door. You know that you can now forever connect and the connection grows stronger with your attention in the Now. They have given you the KEY.

Now is all we have. The past is the lessons we have experienced in order to learn. The future we create by our choices NOW.

I’m awake – Is it too late? Letting Go of Fear: Steps to Raise Your Vibration

The answer is NO!!!!! It is never to late to awaken to the light. From the beginning of the Divine Plan it has always been prepared for those who choose the light even in the last moments of a Galactic Point of Transformation.

Let me share first what I have come to understand from Commander Ashtar in service with him and from the Galactic Council of Light regarding this and then we will look at what you can do from this point forward. For I know you are saying I am so late how do I catch up.

Don’t worry be happy. Don’t worry be happy. That is the song that is running through my head as I begin writing this. How can that be of help? There is so much to worry about in the world and I am not prepared spiritually from what I read and hear about Ascension.

The angels say ‘elation’ which comes from joy and happiness lighten the energies and help us focus on the positive which opens our heart to receive the light love and alignment needed for Ascension. So what is going to be shared here will hopefully help you to focus on the joy and possibilities and let go of the FEAR. Fear is the lowest energy possible and what will prevent many from shifting and desiring to shift spiritually, because it consumes their focus, energy and keeps their vibration too low. This is why the choice is so important now to begin to shift that focus and let go of the Fear to come into balance and harmony of Love, compassion, caring and unity. I feel like a broken record writing this each message, but some one is always in need of hearing it.

What has the Galactic Council done to prepare for ones who make last minute choices? In order to understand this, I will repeat some information I wrote about before to help you understand. Before 1987, it was believed that the Ascension of Earth would be the point of a cataclysmic action that would wipe out most people as has happened in the past when the magnetic poles shifted and the ‘great flood’ occurred which sank Atlantis. Very few people were seeking Ascension and alignment to the Higher Wisdom, Light and Will of Creation through their Higher Self. Only person here or there were becoming Enlightened and developing Self Mastery.

There were ones who were seeking but would probably not be ready to Ascend before the predicted event. The Council of Light that guide the Divine Plan for our Universe are the directors who of the Plan and Commander Ashtar and his Fleet of Light Ships, ‘The Galactic Federation of Light” who serve under them protecting, monitoring and guiding humanity. They had prepared quarters to accommodate many. However, even for them ones had to have reached a certain level of vibration and clarity to be able to exist upon their ships. Thus, there are the also the Federation of Light ships which are of a lower vibration that the ships of Commander Ashtar’s fleet which also have quarters prepared to take care of their Star Family who are able to move into a matching vibration. They exist on 4D and can move into 3D easily. While for the Ashtar Command are 5D and higher in vibration.

So, as we are participating in Earth being in a state of ‘flux’ as part is 3D and part is 5D, we are experiencing that to which we are energetically, mentally and emotionally focused and attached. The emotions like fear, control, anger, judgment, hatred, violence and war for example keep one in 3D. When one shifts their energy and tire of the games of these emotions and seek unity, compassion, caring, love and hope they awaken.

As I said, it has been anticipated that as ones see the increase of lower energies and their destruction they will choose to awaken, just as it was known that when it was believed we would suffer cataclysmic destruction ones would call out and awaken. So the accommodations were prepared to lift off those who could vibrationally move into the ships. While in the ships they would be healed and wisdom shared to help them further align to their Higher Self and the Oneness and raise their vibration to 5D or higher. Then they could go to that which matches their vibration, either the new Earth or another dimension or perhaps the planet of their origin.

As to those who choose not to move upward and are vibrationally not able to move beyond 3D. Do not worry for there is always a place where ones can continue to grow. There are at times one who have separated so far from oneness into self will control that they loose connection to their soul. They become an empty shell and they are ‘recycled’ back to Source or the Creational Potential to become a new spark of Creation.

The Source of Creation no matter what name you choose is the Oneness of All Life from which All Life came forth and to which it will one day return into Unity. This is the symbol of the yin and yang, the light in the dark and the dark in the light. They will eventually balance for all must one day balance.

So now that you know what is prepared what can you do if the time is very short. Don’t worry be happy!!!!!

By this we mean to take your focus off of the events happening in the world. They are designed to keep you locked into fear, anger, separation and control. These are the energies of the systems of the world that have controlled humans for millennium. When you place your focus on that which you desire you let go instead of that negative information and events happening around you, you lighten your energy. When you focus upon centering in your heart and seeking in each thought, word and deed to speak and act with love, caring and compassion you lighten your energy and begin aligning with your Higher Self. This allows your higher self to guide you to make choices and take actions from a Higher Perspective. Visualize at the end of each day a Violet Flame swirling around you and through you. Then ask that the Golden White Light of Creation fill all the spaces clear and surround you with Light of Protection. Each morning and at night ask Archangel Michael to surround you with his Blue Flame of Protection and to cut any chords or attachments that are not of your highest good. Sometimes we have a connection with another that we have chosen that benefits both of you in your spiritual growth and mission. However, often we let down our guard and ones who would control us or non physical entities can attach to us through chords to control us or to live off our energies and need removed.

This Violet Flame is a gift to humanity to clear mis-qualified energies and blockages to allow the light to flow through us more easily and raise our vibration. At the end of each day take a moment before invoking the Violet Flame to ask or see if there were choices you made, actions you took or words you spoke that were of fear, anger, judgment etc. If so ask the Violet Flame to transform, transmute and change these energies. Ask to be forgiven by those you may have hurt and forgive those who hurt you. Ask that the cause, core memory record and effect of these be transmuted and with an open heart release them. This can help if they are from a past life, DNA/hereditary or early childhood.

Try to stay aligned in your daily life to the heart. When you focus in your heart center with your attention you can feel a shift in your energy. Be mindful to do this when you have a thought that is fearful, judgmental or angry and invoke the Violet Flame to clear it, do this before you speak or act upon this thought and in your heart ask your highest self to guide you to the highest choice and perspective to benefit all involved.

These may sound like a lot, but it doesn’t need to take hours of your day. Just a few minutes to prepare, protect and align in the morning. To start to be mindful of your thoughts, words and deeds in the day. To review for a few minutes at the end of the day to clear and balance the energies of that day.

Listen to music that uplifts throughout your day. Sit or take a walk in nature to clear energy. Take a few minutes even 5 to sit quietly and speak to the Universe with thanks for your Blessings and to ask for guidance and listen. Be aware of signs or whispers around you trying to get your attention to help you. You will find as you shift your focus from the problems in the world to seeing the beauty you will – LIGHTEN UP- and be HAPPY. This is what the systems don’t want, but you can buck the system and be FREE. It doesn’t take you spending hours in meditation, or taking classes and spending lots of money with readings or tools.

All these may help but you have all you need within you. You are directly aligned through your heart with the Quantum Field of Creation. That which awaits us whether on the New Earth, your home planet as a Star Seed, or the Infinite possibilities of the 7th, 8th or 9th dimension is AMAZING. Think about what you want and you will attract it to you. Focus upon the bad, negative and what you don’t want and IT OWNS YOU.

The Power of Attention: Fostering Growth Without Enabling Dependence

Where we place our attention is our ‘god’ of the moment.

What are you feeding in your life ? What is it that you give of your energy to and attention? What is taking from you that which is your source that feeds you with peace and abundance?

This morning I was awakened from a dream. In the dream I was being taken advantage by an employer whom I didn’t trust. I reported it to the police and quit. I asked what this meant and a client came to mind. I have tried several times to quit this client but feel sorry for her struggle and continued forward. However, this morning I awoke with the realization I could no longer do this. It is not worth my worrying about her business failing if she isn’t going to do something about it.

Why do I share this? Because we need to have compassion and help others but sometimes we have to realize there is no more that we can do, unless they change something in their lives. We are simply letting them draw upon our energies to perpetuate a situation that serves no one. My time and energy would be better spent doing that which is of service to the Divine Plan and Universal Oneness. Perhaps someone else could better serve her needs and help her.

We have been discussing giving and receiving and helping people from the perspective of the ones who give and the ones who receive. The person I speak of is a very good person who gives of hte little she has, and that is why I have continued herlping her, but after 5 years it isn’t getting better and I have done all I can to help, so it is time to step back and perhaps allow her other choices as well as myself. Sometimes, we can be enable someone in continuing in a pathway that isn’t helping them by helping them to survive in that pattern.

Sometimes, our help or their situation is a karmic pattern from which one of us or both have come to learn a leasson.

That which prevents us from seeking our inner spiritual growth or service is a lesson to be learned. It this situation being of service to the higher perspective for each of you? It is causing you to worry and take from your peace? Is it creating a hindrance to the ones involved?

There is a differnce in giving someone a hand up to rise out of a situation in which they find themselves that is not creating a better life for them, and in giving them a hand out of our time, money and energy that enables them to continue in a destructive or non productive pattern of behavior.

This is where our personal growth and alignment to our inner guidance is of such great benefit. Our Higher Self, Source, and our guides all see things from a higher perspective for the good of all. They can see the pattern and potential outcomes of situations and choices that we cannot. They will try to send us signs to help us if we aren’t listening such as the dream I had. If we ask then they will tell us, but we have to ask for they can’t directly interfer only give us nudges, signs and whisper suggestions hoping we hear.

So this is the middle path of the ones who give and the ones who receive. It is where we place our attention. Sometimes we get stuck in believing we need to help everyone, and we can’t because of their personal karmic lessons or we take on karma ourselves. We have to look at situations and ask what is the best way to help and should I do so. It is not every karmic to give to someone whom you see can use a meal, a blanket, a smile, a kind word. Where we can get into karma is enabling them to stay in a beggar situation by giving without helping them to help themselves. Sometimes, they don’t want help, but you will need to learn to discern the difference.

Why do I say this? Interestingly, On the weekend of the Harmonic Convergence in 1987, we were hosting the event in a local park. There was a homeless man who lived there who came to sit with us and watch. I spent time with him during break and asked him about his life. As I share this note we were in southern california, and when I asked where he stayed he said he lived in the large hollowed out tree. I ask how he survived, he said he did odd jobs, ate at local program locations where they had showers and food. I asked why he didn’t stay in shelters and he said he didn’t want to be confined. He liked living outside. Every situation is different. Until we speak to someone we don’t know their story and if they need or want help.

Perhaps you don’t want to speak with a homeless person, or give them money, thinking they will use it for drugs or alcohol and some will. You can give them food or leave food in gathering places, leave clothes or blankets. We aren’t being asked to place our attention on all the homeless or ones in need. Ask what you should do and how you can help and how much. Don’t allow this to take attention from another service you are being called to do to help with the greater process of Ascension for Earth and Humanity.

Everything is about Balance within us and in our lives. Attention is a big part of this process for our attention is required to manifest what we need for ourselves and our spiritual growth and service. If we are placing it on things which are distracting us from our purpose, then we are serving or benefiting no one.

If you have children they need attention for they are a choice you made and a commitment until they are adults. They are the future and deserve to be shown how to connect with their own spiritual direction. They deserve to be loved and guided and to learn to enjoy life. In this you are giving and receiving between yourself and your children in a balanced and harmonious way.

Seek guidance within as to where and how much of your attention to give any situation. Do not ignore the needs of others for we are all One and part of the same Source and need to help all to benefit from their inner connection.

It can seem a balancing act to just help someone, but you will learn to go with the flow as you follow your inner guidance. Just ask what to do in a situation and then follow your inner knowing, your heart guidance. A balance to help but to not take away their lesson or enable another to continue a destructive behavior and take of your time and energy to do so. A rich person can fund a project or center that gives a platform for ones called to help others to provide the needed services. A homeless person can volunteer to help clean the center and or serve in some way to give back for the help given and thus the giving and recieving is balanced.

Attention – inner guidance helps us to know where to place our attention to manifest the highest good and potential for all involved. Remember where we place our attention is what the universe believes we want and so they send the energy of manifestation to that upon which we focus.

You Are Enough: Finding Inner Peace and Love

I believe that the energies coming to us as Mother Earth Ascends are awakening all Humanity. We are all awakening at differing rates and in differing ways. Those who align first will help on the physical leve by Being the Light they are to guide by example and sharing wisdom. Do not worry if you desire it will come. I truly believe only those who chose to stay in 3D duality will not make the transition. The goal is no one left behind. We are simply releasing the old for the new golden age to come.

YOU ARE ENOUGH AND YOU ARE LOVED.

There is nothing that you have done in this school of learning that stops the Love and compassion of the Universe from coming to you. That does not mean you will not have to balance those energies that were less than Divine. You may think you are good enough or wise enough to do that which you are inspired to do . Perhaps you believe you are not good enough or worthy to Ascend. Know that if you desire and make the choice all you need to is ask. The help and guidance you need will come as you move into thoughts of Unity and compassion over fear and control.

Know within you exists the spark of the Creator just awaiting your aligning to it. Who you truly are is not this form. Your are made of Starlight and gold, you are the Light awaiting to expand into the Darkness.

Do not let the world tell you that you are less or deserve less. You are loved and you are enough. Turn you attention to the love and let within.

Take some time for yourself. Perhaps you have children and think you can’t. There must be a way. Ask your spouse and make a deal you each have a day for yourself while the other takes care of the children. No spouse or the other parent is unwilling to help, perhaps you have a friend or your parents who would help. You will never know unless you ask. You just might find they are more than willing to help to give you some time, a break to connect with your spirit and pamper and love yourself.

We cannot accept or love another until we find peace and love rfor ourself.

Who am I and Welcome to Your Spiritual Ascension Journey

First welcome to those who are new to this site. Those who are subscribed please forgive the repeating of information but I still haven’t had time to figure out how to do a welcome message to each subscriber or reader. To all, please feel free to share any message or writing posted on this site.

The purpose of this web page and the writings shared is to help each of you to reconnect and align to the Divine Higher Self within you to guide you on your path of Ascension. Ascension meaning that you have cleared your energies of all that is outdated and blocking your pure alignment and have come into self mastery of thought, word and deed. You have thus raised your vibrational rate to 5D while walking in this form manifesting your Unity consciousness and are free from control of the systems of Earth.

The purpose of spiritual gifts is alignment to the Unified Field and should not be the focus of your spiritual journey, although that is your choice. However, be aware in doing so you may create karmic energy for yourself that needs balanced. Instead they are the gift you receive as part of your Unity and Service to the Higher Perspective, Wisdom, Light and Love.

This page is intended for you to be guided by the highest light and wisdom possible that exists within your heart connection.

You will see some messages just have my signature and some my name with a Being of Light’s name, or sometimes they may send a message direct. Even when it is just my signature, usually I have been guided strongly to share something that I have come to understand about something. Usually this is coming directly from my Higher Self and connection with the Universal Mind to understand. If there is with my name the name of a Light Being, Ascended Master, Angel or any other Beings name, that is because they work working directly with me in understanding and what needed to be shared. Then either the entire message or within a writing may be a direct message from a specific Being which I will note.

Our guides and teacher, or Beings of Light are like our older and wiser brothers and sisters. They are not attempting to tell us what to do, but if we ask or are open they will work with signs, inspiration or direct guidance through the gifts of spirit that we have activated to help us with their wisdom of the higher perspective that benefits all life. If a person in physical or a spirit tries to tell you what to do – Be Careful and Discerning. This is why it is important to do the inner work of clearing and aligning through your heart before you seek to connect with non physical beings or even to become a follower of physical teacher. Another aspect I was shown long ago was to beware of those who want to be GURUs and collect followers to support them.

I was told I am an Oracle of Divine Grace and that is the name of this site. I am not a medium, channel or psychic. I am not here to tell fortunes or predict the future. I am not here to tell you what to do, you have free will choice to do what you feel or want to do. I have come in service to the Light to bring Light to help clear the chains and illusions from the heart, minds and eyes.

Free will choices have lead to the chaos we see around us, with 8 billion people trying to bend the world to their point of view. This is why the inner work and alignment through the heart to our Higher Self that is One with the Source of All Life, the Quantum Field of Universal Mind and Unified Creation, which some call Divine Will is essential for the manifestation of the Highest Potential for All Life and abundance for ALL.

I have had abilities since birth, and each of you has the potential to reclaim and utilize your gifts of spirit that are available through your inner work and alignment also. I have been clairsentient, clairvoyant, clairaudient, claircognizant for as long as I can remember. I have felt, known and seen things but I have never felt like offering services as a psychic. I have offered a reading to help ones at the crossroads only on their spiritual path. Why? Because my purpose is not to tell you who to marry, which job to take, when you will get what you want, but to help you to connect to your inner guidance. Sometimes that means we reach a choice or crossroads where we just are stuck and need some perspective of what the higher possibilities available to us would be so we can make the correct choice. I will not tell you what choice to make, only the highest potential I am shown that you came to Be and Do.

There is nothing that I know, do or share that isn’t available to you when you do the inner work and align to your Higher Self. This is my wish for each of you.

I am being guided to prepare some MP3 meditations to help us with differing aspects and connections. I am also preparing a Course of spiritual clearing, the inner work and alignment. I will be offering some energy clearing for healing in the future as my time opens. There is only so many hours in the day. I also am holding a vision for Star Centers of Creation a pattern for places where we can go in the future and or live in the Golden Age that is coming in order to be in balance and harmony with Earth, Nature, all non human life and the Spiritual realms of Light.

My purpose is to share wisdom and healing/clearing to help you to BE in form that which you already are in your Soul.

I will tell you that Earth is Ascending and we all have the opportunity to do so with her if that is our choice and we are willing to do the inner work to prepare and raise our vibration to 5D to do so. It is my understanding that cataclysmic events like super volcanos or flipping of the axis are events we have moved beyond thanks to ones, since 1987, working diligently on themselves and working to help Earth with cleansing and transforming the energies.

I will say the nuclear/atomic disruption is the one in human control that it is important that we hold the light of transformation of those energies from being a possible choice. However, the fact that 52% of humanity is focused on the light and hopefully that percentage is growing daily makes that possibility less likely.

There will be cleansing events but those who pass have chosen to do so and those who do not will be guided to safety before. The GFL under Commander Ashtar are prepared to help ones in need who make last minute choices with the physical form and others may leave form and be guided by Beings of Light. I do not see any major events. Even the Flash of Light from the video shared in the last message – IF this is to occur – is not something to fear, but an enlightening energetic event for our benefit. I am being shown it is like the kundalini awakening within us. This burst of light that forever transforms us but doesn’t hurt us. Again, I don’t know if this event will happen, I am not guided to pay attention to predictions, for we have free will to change all things and we have.

I am being told that we have been taught to fear the sun and its energy rays. The sun brings us light for our transformation and for physical life on Earth. Do not fear the Sun, do not fear anything. When you fear something that lowers your vibration and you loose alignment to the possibilities of the Cosmos. One thought I was told long ago was that all fear comes from a belief in death as the ultimate end. For we have with the veil of amnesia forgotten that we are Souls moving in a human form. The form may die but we continue on. Our ego/mind in this belief of death of the form means we are gone, has the fight or flight trigger that has taken control of our lives, and allowed others to control us through the fear of pain and death. You can if you are in pain, leave the form at anytime when you are aware, just like you can astral travel. This is all I will say on that subject at this time.

Simply remember this thought – even the grand design and Divine Plan are subject to adjustments due to the choices of humanity. As I stated earlier, the destructive forces that could have happened, we have through our choice for Light instead of fear have adjusted the need and opened new avenues of Freedom through balance and harmony. WE determine the future through our focus, energy, choices and intent.

Hopefully, one day I will have the messages all categorized to find more easily by area of interest, usually I forget and I know it would be more helpful.

Commander Ashtar :The Role of Ultraterrestrials in Earth’s Ascension

There are many images of Commander Ashtar available on the internet. I asked and this image came forth, I like this image myself.

As we have come to a time when even the United States government has admitted to the possibility of Extraterrestrials it is time to address this with understanding. There are extraterrestrials, who are not necessarily more advanced spiritually than we are but can have advanced technology. They exist on a 3D or 4D level. Some belong to what is called the Galactic Federation, which is not to be confused with the Galactic Federation of Light. The Galactic Federation consists of Beings from planetary systems who have made agreements to work together, but are still growing spiritually and are may or may not be Ascended Beings.

Here on Earth we have subterrestrials. These involve ET who have been involved with or lived upon Earth and are now living underground. Please do not confuse these species with the Beings of Light who exist in the Levels of Hollow Earth like Shamballa. These subterrestrials are Beings who work with governments or to control systems on Earth. This does not mean that they are all doing this but you need to be aware.

Not all that glitters is of the LIGHT.

Then there are Ultraterrestrials who are Beings who have Ascended to 5D or beyond or who have never incarnated into lower dimensions. Commander Ashtar and the Galactic Federation of Light which is under his command Fall into this category. While most noted for his Ashtar Command, he is an Ultraterrestrial Master who works with the higher Angleic Realms including the Seraphim. Others who work in this level who serve the Source of All Creation are Metatron, Michael, Melchizedek, Christ, Zarathurstra, Buddha and Thoth.

Commander Ashtar works with Metatron and Melchizedek to recalibrate Earth’s energy fields. His command exists across celestial dimensions to ensure a smooth transition into the New Earth Star Golden Age for those aligned to the Ascension Path. They are diligently focusing on helping as many as are willing and desiring to make this transition.

I wanted to share this because as we come to a time where we have so many wanting to connect and work with Estraterrestrials it is important to remind us that even though ones may be open hearted it doesn’t mean they are spiritually more advanced than you are and their advice is greater and should be followed. Do not give over your authority and direction to others.

It took me a long time to connect with Commander Ashtar 40 years to be be exact. Why? Because years ago when so many were preparing for the ET’s to evacuate us from planetary shifts, something felt strange. My inner guidance wasn’t to participate. I was told that there is no where else to go to not be fooled and focus on my personal growth. I didn’t fully understand this at the time.

Now I understand that even though there was purpose in those who were preparing at that time in case humanity did not shift, to prepare to evacuate the light workers and those ready we embodied here to help humanity and Earth to make the shift and Ascnesion to 5D or highers. This is why we were here, in 3D there was no where else for us to go. We came to clear the path, uplift, enlighten and merge the timelines for Ascension.

When I began this journey in this lifetime, humanity had not reached the 1987 Harmonic Convergence Shift. It was needed for as many as possible to keep focusing not on leaving and escaping the mess we had created but to bring more light into the planet. In 1987 the Harmonic Convergence and the coming together of massive numbers of humans around the world in groups to pray for Earth and Humanity ushered in the fullness of the Violet Flame of Transformation brought by St Germain and Archangels Zadkiel and Amethyst. This was preparation for the 25 year period leading to the 2012 End of the Cycle, the ending of the outbreath of Creation and the 20 year inbreath.

The outbreath is the expansion of existence. The inbreath is the time when that which cannot or chooses not to move forward to higher existence either returns to source for transformation or to a location of vibrational match. Then in 2032 the outbreath of the next expansion of creation , the new golden age begins. I share this in the context of Commander Ashtar because he has been a guardian of the gateway, and part of the team that actively works to prepare and guide us in our process so that as many as possible can participate and Ascend. He also oversees Galactic Federation teams that are watching and monitoring the lower ET’s who would like to interfer and stop our progress.

Do ones have agreements with ET’s to be taken and experimented upon? I don’t know, perhaps or perhaps they simply choose to believe this so they can handle the situation. Are there ‘good’ and ‘bad’ ET’s? I would say there are spiritually more evolved and technological ET’s who are not more advanced and perhaps less advanced than us spiritually, and there are A.I. created helpers. I know the Commander Ashatr and his command are bringing the higher light. There are ones within the Galacitic Federation who bring higher guidance and some who bring guidance no greater than your own.

YOU ARE A SOUL IN HUMAN FORM. Place your trust in opening your heart and folllowing your inner guidance. Only connect through your heart and soul to other Beings. Protect, Discern and test spirits. There is no us or them in this. It is a matter of do you want to evolve and be Free to experience Creation and Infinite possibilities or more of what we see around us.

You can only discern to the level you are clear and aligned. You need to make the effort to reach upward to higher dimensions through inner work and preparation. Don’t just wait hoping someone will save you. I say even to ones awaiting a Savior that even Christ said “these things I do you can do and more”. However you must make an effort.

One thing I am learning from Commander Ashtar as well as the rest of my guides is ‘DONT WORRY BE HAPPY”. What they mean is not to ignore what is happening around you but worry does nothing but rob us of joy and takes us out of this now moment where we connect with our Highest Being and the Universal Oneness. Worry won’t change anything, all it does is lower our vibration to attract more of the same. Focus upon clearing the energies that connect you to worry and ask for understanding. Find balance in your life between work, family, obligations, spiritual growth and FUN. When we lighten up, we become lighter and align to the higher energies and can recieve more guidance and direction.

So this is the message from and about Commander Ashtar. He works with the myriad of Light Beings, the highest Order of Angelic Beings who are guiding and helping us along the Ascension path. He coordinates with the Councils of Light, Earth, multidimesional and galactic levels and the Galactic Federation of our Star Families who have volunteered to help watch over us and help us. Yet through it all he is a compassionate, loving and caring perosn who is loved by all under his Command.

I personally want to close with this thought. There is much happening in the world around us. Don’t focus upon what you don’t want but on the Outbreath of the Golden Age before us. It is within our grasp. I have found that the Beings of Light rarely focus upon the daily earthly events for they are mere distractions to our energy that keep us from our higher goals, development, purpose and enlightenment. They only come into a message or guidance if they have a purpose or a lesson to teach us about our blockages and beliefs. They focus instead upon where we are going and how to get there on a spiritual level. You can be aware of the world events, for the purpose of sending light, love, peace and requests for the Beings of Light to help. However, don’t let these events consume or take any of your energy to move forward or take you joy.

Finding Harmony: A Journey through Conspiracy Theories

As I began this sharing, I found it being inspried by Buddha and it really does round out the teachings.

The world is filled with conspiracy theories based on half truths amd inuendo which is designed to lead us into fear, separation and keep our focus and energy on something other than our spiritual freedom.

Are there events and topics for which the truth of the events have been kept hidden from us. Most assuredly yes. The biggest example is the UFO conspiracy. They have been spotted, reported and even painted or depicted in art and on walls of canyons for millemium. The government knew and tried to hide it from us for whatever reason. Never in anyway condoning what they have been doing, yet if one thinks about it the radio broadcast of the ‘War of the Worlds’ with Orson Welles in 1938 created mass panic in those who missed that it was only a program. Obviously, it might have caused our government to pause when a craft crashed in New Mexico. However, everything after that was designed to hide information and technology from us for ‘someone’s’ benefit. The War of the Worlds is their excuse to control information and direct our attention as desired and even to divide us.

This being just the first of many events that caused conspiracy theories to spiral into society. I have taken red pill and followed the road of conspiracy in my life until I realized that most often through earthly sources we will never have the whole truth only that which someone wants us to know. They feed us the conspiracy to guide us down their ‘yellow brick road’. I don’t take the blue pill of forgetfulness and compliance. As in all things there is a middle road.

Buddha taught the path of the middle way between aestethism and self indulgence. The middle way says that in between any two opposites lies emptiness, or sunyata, which is not nothingness but a vast creative potential. The middle way is similarly fluid and full of possibilities. The Middle way is also used to describe the realization of being free of the one-sidedness of perspective that takes the extremes of any polarity as objective reality.

If we look at this perspective of the middle way as emptiness it is the void of unlimited potential of creation. Conspiracy is the essence of Schroedingers cat in which at one moment the cat in the box is both alive and dead, until you look inside. The cat is the conspiracy theory which as long as we don’t know the actual TRUTH of it and can continue to be divided. The truth we hold in the moment is relative and limited it keeps us divided from each other in our beliefs unless we are willing to take the middle path.

The middle path understands that we create our reality by the focus we choose to take in any situation. Because our thoughts, intent and focus create our perspective of a situation or our lives and create our experience. Thus what better way to control a society and divide it than by creating a conspiracy and promoting two sides. It depends on from whom you take the red pill the perspective you choose to hold. You can continue to follow the path they lay before you or choose to take back your authority. If not you will continue to participate in the us or them reality they feed you in the Matrix we call Earth reality.

One day I awoke and realized the futility and control that the red pill of conspiracy can hold. I let it go and instead took the white pill of seeking to release all beliefs, blockages and seals upon my spiritual Beingness.

I didn’t realize it was the ‘Middle Way’ at the time. Let us look at the middle way for it is the essence of balance and harmony that we have been exploring over the last few weks.

The Middle Way leads us to understand:

How to balance between overworking and being lazy. Learning self care that we see where we are working too much and need to step back and restore ourselves. We should not ignore our duties and expect others to take care of us, but instead set achievable step by step goals in our life.

Mindfulness is something I speak of often, and even this has a Middle Way. Buddha says to remember to stay aware of our thoughts, speech and action yet being flexible to the situation and not rigid in our reactions of self judgment when we don’t live up to our own expectations of perfection. Allow room for growth and don’t set unattainable goals. Learn to balance self discipline and self compassion realizing your personal limits of the moment.

The middle way is finding a balance and moderation between eating, working, playing, and spiritual growth. Set aside time from work for relaxation and hobbies you enjoy. Joy lightens our energy so the we can embrace the light and love more easily. Don’t allow your life to become too rigid or too chaotic but create a balanced routine.

Be kind to yourself and others, don’t be overcritical or judgmental of self or others. Watch for ego that can lead to a confidence of you are right or your beliefs are correct and that allow you to judge others based on your criteria. Face challenges with calm and avoid impulse decisions and excessive worry.

The Middle Way isn’t about mediocrity or allowing others to be right over youself but understanding that what we percieve is based upon our inner perception. The MIddle Way leads to inner peace and harmony that aligns us to the Universal Oneness. By balanceing the extremes of excess and lack we find harmony in life grounded in mindfulness and compassion.

All things are fluid and created by our thoughts. ” When we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change.’ Dr. Wayne Dyer. Is the essence of moving from an ‘Us or them’ point of view or the extremes of ‘conspiracy theory’ which is ultimately and us or them. I can hear voices and minds reading this and saying but it’s true there was a cover up of Rosewell and JFK.

Think of this – we are on the brink of planetary Ascension into 5D and how and where you place your attention, thoughts and energy will determine whether you are a match to move into this state. The choice is yours. You can continue to focus on the conspiracy and give those who perpetuate it as ‘important’ your energy and authority to siphon your energy for their use. It is as if you are taking the blue pill of forgetfulness while thinking you are awake. If you have watched Matrix, you will understand you are still in the tube being fed the illusion that someone wants you to understand and believe. Think they are doing this as the ones on the other side think the same thing.

In the end what I am saying is at this time – what is more important that you know the answer to your conspiracy theory to shove it the faces of others to prove your belief is correct and perhaps miss your opportunity to be Free and Create a world to your liking in peace, balance, harmony and unity. It is time to decide what is more important to you. The remnants are fighting for control of the reality we see. Will you believe one side over the other and allow them to tell you what is right or wrong and how to live your life? Or will you take the ‘white pill’ and move into alignment with the ‘middle path’ which connects through your heart and bypasses the ego brain directing you to connect with the Universal Mind of Oneness that is the Void of Unlimited Potential and Infinite Creation.

As always the choice is yours. No matter what you choose it is your path to follow and eventually all paths lead back to the center or Source where it all began. Some paths just take longer.

From Ignorance to Awareness: The Path to Balance

Sometimes on our journey it may feel like we take 1 step forward and 2 steps backwards. However, the key is realizing that we did and now we can correct ourselves. I woke up in the middle of the night and was unable to go back to sleep. I had made a comment that was less than unifying as part of a statement of truth. I was reminded that it need to be corrected and that I need to fully walk my talk in self mastery and mindfulness more carefully.

Years ago I heard something about the idea that ‘ignorance is bliss’, in that we are only held accountable for mistakes made when we know the correct way of speaking, thinking and acting. When we don’t know we can’t be held accountable. Now you may say what about the Law of Cause and Effect.

That is a basic Law of Creation which is automatic whether you are knowledgable or not of the misaligned energy you created to be balanced. The difference lies in the intent. If you know something is not of the highest perspective and greater good, the effect you will experience will be more extreme than if you were not aware. For in your lack of knowledge or awareness, you simply acted in the manner to which you have been taught or seen around you as acceptable. It doesn’t make it right and the law still goes into affect but your resultant balancing experience may not be as extreme.

For me I had to get up and correct my statement and apologize for what I said. I am happy to do so for my focus is on embodying what I know to be Truth through alignment. As we each do this we open the door for others to do so too. We set an imprint into the mass consciousness that can be accessed and we bring more light into the world. For we are all one, and what we do and experience affects the whole. When we shift into light, it creates a pathway forward.

So in the last week several times I have taken 1 step forward and 2 back. However, I am correcting them more quickly and that is what matters. It does no good to punish ourselves and feel bad and hide. Simply admit, adjust and clear to stay in balance and harmony.

I embrace as mindfulness and manifest it in my life. That is my new mantra.
