I heard in Spirit to address this question because some may wonder about the sigils or images I have shared with the messages. Many people hear the word sigil and think of magic and that may be a negative connotations depending upon your religious beliefs and what you have heard or read.
Sigils are used in magic as symbols. They are an image that represents a concept or energy with which one wishes to connect or manifest in their life. They are a focus which we can look upon and in the quiet of contemplation create a resonant connection to our desired outcome. That outcome may be physical manifestation or a mental, emotional or spiritual state of consciousness shift.
The sigil represented here was given by Mary Magdalene as part of a scroll regarding looking within ourself and seeing the beloved within us. To see ourself as the chalice that holds the Divine. We do not need to look outside of ourself for the other part of us, that part exists within us. The sigil is designed so that as we contemplate the concept it represents we have a visual image that represents that focus for us.
They are not negative, or magic, they are simply an energetic tool to help us to find inner resonance with a thought so that we can more easily manifest it in our lives. If you do not like or want to use one, simply put it aside or ignore it. We have many tools we can use in our lives. Sometimes, when I am working with a particular energy within the grid system I may use an image and crystal to hold a focus of connection. The image can be called a sigil for it represents the location. It holds no magic, it is simply a focus. It is not something necessary but sometimes it helps energy to connect, especially if I am creating an arc of connection between multiple locations.
So the essence is that a sigil is a tool to help us focus our energy or consciousness on a particular thought or item we wish to connect with in our life or spiritual path and manifest. In manifesting courses they tell you to build a vision board to focus your energy in manifesting. A vision board is a form of sigil.

In the message before this or after depending on the order you read them, I had asked for some clarification about different types of non physical beings. Then I asked Archangel Michael, Archangel Mariel and Dragon Aeyu’Larieth of protection and the Council of Guardians about protection. How to prevent abductions if it is happening to you and you desire it to stop ( not all do). Also, if you are being abducted due to a contract or agreement before incarnation and wish to break that contract what should you do.
This also came after working on the 4th with helping to release people and children being held captive for various reason of non physical and physical factions. Unfortunately, when abducted by physical human beings and their non physical counterparts it is more difficult for the Councils to be able to get the body released. They can release the spirit and help them pass but the physical aspect can require human physical beings to release a physical form. They may be able to those who are without fear to teleport or influence captors to disappear or release them, but those are more difficult than helping ones who are in spirit and unable to leave.
Why would one stay when they are spirits. Fear, despair, loss of hope, mind control telling them they can’t or are not worthy. They may not be aware they are not in form.

🌀 Ritual of Sovereign Release from Abduction or Unwanted Contact
This ritual is for those who feel they are being abducted, manipulated, or coerced by non-consensual beings—whether physical, interdimensional, or dream-plane.

A small bowl of salt water (to ground and cleanse)
A white or violet candle (to anchor your light flame)
Optional: an object of personal power (a crystal, a sacred item, or a symbol)

Create Your Circle: Sit or stand in a quiet space. Place the candle before you. Bowl of water to your left. Object of power to your right.
Call the Guardians Aloud:“I call upon the Guardian Orders of Light— Archangel Michael, Saint Germain, Aeyu’Larieth, and the Council of Sovereign Flame. Encircle me now. Witness me.”
Anoint Your Solar Plexus with Salt Water: Dip your fingers in the bowl and touch just above your navel. “This is the seal of my will. No being may breach it. I reclaim my field. I reclaim my body. I reclaim my timelines.”
Speak the Declaration of Sovereignty: (with deep breath, gaze into the candle) “I am a sovereign being of Source. No contract made under fear, falsehood, or manipulation shall bind me now. I rescind, revoke, and nullify all soul agreements made outside divine law. Any being violating my field must depart. Any watcher, taker, or trickster is banished from my timeline. I choose connection only with those who serve the Light of Oneness, in full consent and clarity. It is done. By my Flame, it is sealed.”
Seal the Ritual with Flame and Word:“I light this flame to remember my Light. I need not submit. I need not fear. I walk as Flame Sovereign.” Blow out the candle softly with a breath of command.

Rest if emotions arise. The nervous system is re-patterning.
