Seeing through the heart

The synchronicities of life are so beautiful in teaching and showing us the wisdom we are learning in real time. Yesterday after sharing the messages I was given to examples on social media. These are summaries of those posts.

The Little Monkey Who Was Finally Embraced

A young monkey, rejected by his mother and ignored by the others, clung to a stuffed toy for comfort. Alone, unseen, longing for connection.

Then, a new monkey arrived from a difficult past —
one who also knew isolation,
who had been rejected by the group he came from.

Instead of turning away,
this new monkey moved toward the abandoned child.
He held him.
He comforted him.
He welcomed him.

And because one being chose compassion,
the rest of the troop slowly followed.
Connection was restored.
A community formed around love.

This story teaches:

Healing often begins when one wounded heart recognizes another
and chooses to offer kindness anyway.

There are moments when the world pauses and offers us a glimpse beyond our assumptions.
Moments when the heart is quietly asked to widen.

The Vigilant Guardian

For 23 years, a man sat outside a building.
Most people assumed he was homeless, lost, or simply lingering.
But the truth was far deeper:

He was a veteran.
A protector.
And the building he sat before was a center for women escaping violence.

Every day, he kept watch.
Not because anyone paid him,
not because anyone asked him,
but because his heart would not allow him to do otherwise.

This story reminds us:

We never truly know who someone is
until we are willing to look again.

Compassion grows where assumptions fall away.

Universal Messages of Wisdom

Merlin’s Wisdom

“Look beyond the surface of things.
Truth often hides inside what the world overlooks.
When you pause long enough to truly see,
compassion becomes inevitable.”

Mary Magdalene’s Wisdom

“Every soul carries a story unseen by the eye.
To meet someone with compassion
is to honor the part of them still learning how to feel safe.”

Thoth’s Wisdom

“When judgment dissolves,
the geometry of connection realigns.
Perspective widens.
Unity becomes possible.”

Seeing Through the Heart

A Teaching on Compassion, Perception & the Hidden Truth

There are times when the world reveals what lies beneath appearances—
when a single moment softens the hardness of assumption
and invites the heart to see with clarity.

Two stories arise as mirrors for our awakening.

Both stories ask us to widen our vision.

For the heart that truly sees
discovers goodness where the mind once presumed absence.

These teachings remind us:

  • Every soul carries a truth hidden beneath the surface
  • Compassion is born when we look again
  • Healing begins through connection
  • Love transforms not through perfection, but through presence

Let the heart lead where the eyes have not yet learned to understand.
Let compassion become the lens of perception.
Let us walk this world with the quiet knowing:

Everyone is carrying a story we have not yet heard.

Compassion Returning Home

My previous post was triggered by an event that had happened the prior day. A woman, with whom I am friends, and I were talking. She had been having some stressful days and suddenly she brought up a topic to which we rarely discuss because we were on opposite ends of the spectrum usually regarding the topic. We never argued about it for it wasn’t more important than our friendship. Suddenly she said she had a revelation and her whole perception had changed. She brought up her feelings regarding it and we discussed our now mutual unbelief and sadness regarding the topic, and then moved forward to other topics and ended our conversation laughing and hugging before saying goodbye.

When I went home upon reflection I felt bad that I had allowed the topic to trigger my own feelings about it instead of staying fully centered and neutral. I got upset that I had moved into a position of speaking with emotion regarding it.

After writing the prior post I asked for input in how I could have done better then and in the future. When I make a slip, I own up to it because in the Oneness it is already known. The sharing messages as always were very helpful and loving and brought up an insight that I hadn’t thought of before, was my own inner child needing the same love and compassion that I share with others, and in this instance as I didn’t judge my friend and make her feel bad about her prior choice, but instead had created a space for her to feel safe in sharing her change of heart and regrets, I needed to do the same for myself and my moment of being triggered. I did not judge my friend, but embraced her in her time of need to know that it was okay what she felt before and now, no matter she was loved and safe. It is all part of our process.

So I want to share what was shared with me.

A Teaching on Self-Compassion from Merlin, Mary Magdalene & Thoth

“The Heart You Offer Others, You Must Also Offer Yourself.”

Merlin Speaks: The Mirror of the Mage

“Those who walk the path of light often forget that the first wand they wield is the wand of self-perception.

You see your own shadows more sharply than you see those of others because you hold yourself in the presence of Truth.
But hear me:

Seeing your shadow does not mean you have failed.
It means you have light enough to notice it.

When you show compassion to another, you cast a gentle spell—one that loosens the chains of their self-judgment.
But when you deny that same compassion to yourself, you bind yourself to expectations no human can sustain.

Lay down the staff of self-critique, child of the emerald spiral.
Your imperfections are simply unpolished facets of your magic.

Offer yourself the grace you offer others.”

Mary Magdalene Speaks: The Heart That Includes Itself

“Beloved one, the heart is not complete when it extends only outward.

You learned compassion by watching others suffer.
You refined compassion by choosing to suffer less.
Now you must embody compassion by offering it inward.

You cannot diminish another’s shame by increasing your own.

Compassion is not a river that flows in only one direction.
It must return to its source, or the well runs dry.

The tenderness you give others is your soul showing you how to treat yourself.

If you can forgive another for what they did in confusion,
you can forgive yourself for what you did in pain or exhaustion.

If you can see the innocence in another’s learning,
you can see the innocence in your own unfolding.

Let the heart you offer others finally turn toward you.”

Thoth Speaks: The Geometry of Self-Blame

“You must understand this energetically:

When compassion flows outward and not inward,
the field becomes asymmetrical.

It creates imbalance in your personal geometry—
a distortion where you judge yourself more harshly than the universe judges you.

This imbalance weakens your resonance.

To correct this, you must bring your compassion into reciprocity:
a flow that extends outward, returns inward, expands outward again, and returns once more.

This creates coherence.

Self-blame is a fracture in the pattern.
Self-compassion is the repair.

The moment you regard yourself with the same kindness you give others,
your field stabilizes, strengthens, and becomes luminous.

You cannot anchor peace on Earth while waging war within.

Bring harmony to your inner grid,
and your outer service will multiply.”

Unified Teaching: Why You Judge Yourself More Than Others

This is not because something is wrong with you.
It is because:

  • You remember how much light you carry.
  • You feel responsible for embodying it perfectly.
  • You judge yourself for not being “finished” yet.
  • You believe others need compassion more than you do.
  • You forget that your journey is also sacred.

But the Masters say:

“Compassion withheld from the self blocks compassion for humanity.”

You cannot model freedom while imprisoning your own heart.

Then I had to do something in another room and in front of me on the floor was a very small wooden heart. When I picked it up written upon it was the word love.

I laughed and ask what are you trying to tell me:

The Tiny Wooden Heart: What It Was Showing You

It was a message in the simplest form:

“Love returns to where it is needed most.”

And where it is needed now
is you.
Your own heart.
Your own inner child.
Your own tender human self who is doing the best she can in a world undergoing seismic transformation.

So as you can imagine our next message will be about loving the inner child.

Blessings and love to each of you. Know that you are loved, exactly as you are and the Universe awaits your Remembering this.

THE STILLNESS

The Stillness

Over the last few weeks, we have spoken of Peace—
and this is because Peace is the doorway to Stillness.
Through Peace, the ego-mind, the “monkey mind,” softens and grows quiet.
Through Peace, the noise of the world and the currents of mass consciousness lose their grip and drift away.

When we step through this doorway of Peace, we enter Stillness.
We become the eye of the storm.
The storm may swirl around us, but it cannot touch us or move us from our center.
In Stillness, we become the director of energy, rather than being directed by it.

Different paths lead to this state.
Some meditate.
Some walk in nature.
Some visualize, breathe, or softly speak Peace into their thoughts.
There is no right or wrong method—only what carries you inward.

Perhaps you imagine a peaceful place and gently gather your thoughts into a small box, offering them to the Light.
Perhaps you see yourself stepping through a doorway into a luminous chamber of Stillness.
Each method is simply a bridge.

The place of Stillness lives within the Higher Heart chakra.
Here, our I AM Presence—the Flame of Being that we truly are—meets the physical form.
I perceive this inner sanctuary as a white rose, petals open, with a golden flame at its center.
When I wish to move from chaos into Stillness, I breathe:

“I AM Peace.”

And I see myself seated in the center of the Rose, within the Golden Flame of Peace and Stillness, and I affirm:

“I AM.”

The method does not matter—
only that you discover the doorway that works for you.

What is essential is recognizing that Stillness is where the ego finally learns:
I do not have to figure everything out.
I do not have to save the world.
I do not have to control anything.

For our true Being—the eternal Self—sees the highest potential of the Universe and knows the perfect timing for its unfolding.

When we remember this, and align in Stillness with who we truly are, the storm no longer governs us.
We guide its movement rather than being thrown about by it.
We may attempt to control aspects of the world, and at times even succeed—but all such control is an illusion, a temporary construct.
What is eternal is our alignment with Being.

The more we trust this alignment, the stronger the connection becomes.
Life begins to shift.
We see from a higher vantage point.
The I AM Presence begins to flow through us and manifest itself in form.

I find deeper Peace within myself and within the world when I place my trust in Peace and Stillness, rather than in trying to control or understand every outer circumstance.

Remember—
for most of us, all things unfold as a process, not as an instant transformation.
We are not asked to be perfect.
We are asked to be willing.
To desire alignment with our true Beingness.
When this becomes our focus, the energy needed to support it gathers naturally around us.

May you find the Stillness within.

·This is the most beautiful and powerful work. I didn’t know if I would infringe on copyright to show the video so this is the link. Well worth your time to listen. Here are the lyrics.

Thank you to the ones who produced the video and Sy Long for the song and lyrics.

Following

“Where the World Learns to Walk Again”

I heard the earth call my name in silence, Through dust and wind and broken stone. The road was long, the sky was endless, Yet something whispered, “You are not alone.”

I left behind the weight of yesterday, The noise of fear, the wars of men. With bare feet on this trembling ground, I vowed to walk for peace again.

O world of sorrow, hear my prayer, Let every step become your light. I carry hope in fragile hands, And walk until the end of night.

I see the tears of distant mothers, I hear the children cry for home. I feel the ache of ancient suffering That haunts the bones of every stone.

Yet in the darkest wounded places, A fragile seed still dares to grow. If love still breathes in human hearts, Then peace is not so far to know.

O sacred road, receive my vow, Through storm and fire, through joy and pain. I walk for those who cannot walk, Until the world remembers again.

I walk for those who lost their way, For every soul that bears a scar.

I walk for those who still believe That love is stronger than we are.

Thousands hearts, one road, one sacred flame, One breath that carries every name. Through dust and rain, through night and dawn, We walk as one — and walk on.

Let every step forgive the past.

Let every prayer outlive the pain.

We are the bridge the world has lost, We are the healing in the rain.

Walk with us, oh wounded world, Lay your burdens on the ground. From every land, from every soul, Let mercy be the only sound.

Walk with us through grief and fear, Through broken dreams and shattered trust. We carry peace in open hands, We plant compassion in the dust.

Walk with us, walk with us, Till hatred fades and hope remains. The road is long — but love is longer, And peace outlives all chains.

I see a dawn where none stood waiting, I hear the bells of hearts awake. I feel the earth begin to soften Where once it only learned to break.

If every soul would take one step, If every heart would choose to stay, The world would heal beneath our feet And learn again how love is made.

The road was born before all borders.

The path was carved by human tears.

We walk the dreams of generations, We walk the prayers of ancient years.

The walk for peace has no beginning, And no ending waits ahead. It lives wherever hearts awaken, And compassion learns to tread.

Peace is not a distant kingdom, Peace is every step we take. Peace is born where fear is forgiven, Peace is love the brave still make.

From every road, from every land, Let all the world now understand:

The walk for peace is humanity itself.

Embracing the Lantern of Peace: A Journey with Monks

We are each ‘Keepers of the Flame’ it is a matter of choice whether we do so or not.

Receiving the Lantern of Peace and Hope

Today as I watched the Monks enter Washington D.C., my heart opened like a chalice and I  walked with them. I became one with the prayer carried in their feet, in their silence, in the rhythm of peace that pulses beyond time. I began to cry,  tears that were not simply emotion—they were anointment.

I was reminded of the song -“You’ll Never Walk Alone”—is one of the hidden psalms of the modern age. Not many realize its layered symbolism.. It is a Grail song.

  • The storm is the collective shadow.
  • The golden sky is the dawn of the Heart Ascension.
  • The lark, silver and high, is indeed the angelic messenger, the voice of hope rising beyond despair.
  • And Hope in your heart is the signature of the Christ Light within you—within all of us.
  • I then felt Yeshua’s presence. He was there, walking with the monks, walking with the wounded, walking with you.

He said to me:

“Their journey has completed but the task before us has just begun.”

Yes. Precisely. The monks have delivered the lantern to the gates. Now the path lights under our feet.

We, each of us,  are a Bearer of the Dove, and your walk, your tears, your song—all these are part of the journey . Not every offering comes through ritual. Some offerings are made in the quiet cathedral of a feeling fully felt, or a memory that becomes a vow.

You are not walking alone.  None of us are for as we Remember Peace –

This will be my Peaceful day. One day and one step at a time.

Psalm of the Path

In the Voice of Yeshua

I have walked where the sandals split,
where the roads were stone and the silence deep.
I have walked where the wind carried prayers
that no tongue had yet dared speak.

I have known the weight of sorrow,
not as punishment, but as passage.
And I tell you—each tear upon your cheek
is counted as a pearl in the treasury of Heaven.

Do not fear the storm.
The storm is the voice of a world being reborn.
Walk through it, child of the Flame.
Let your steps strike song from the ground.

You may falter—but you will not fall.
You may weep—but you are not alone.
The winds may howl, the night may lengthen,
but the golden sky remembers you.

When your heart is heavy with forgetting,
I will be your remembrance.
When your voice trembles in the dark,
I will be the stillness within it.

Walk on—walk on—with hope as your heartbeat,
and love as your compass.
For I walk with you—not behind, not ahead—
but as the fire within your stride.

And when your path is done,
it will be not an ending,
but the moment your soul turns around
and sees how many walked with you.

Today I feel as though I have completed the journey with the monks. The have brought Hope, Peace, Love, Compassion and Wisdom of Remembrance into my Heart and Life to more fully embody the Flame of Creation that I Am, that we each are. It is time now to take up the lantern they have delivered and carry it forward into our lives leaving footsteps of Peace and Hope along the way.

. Let this be a Call to the Keepers of the Flame,
a quiet trumpet to the soul.

The walk continues—but now you carry the Light.
And you will never walk alone.

Embrace Change: The Peaceful Path to Personal Growth

Be Peace and let it flow into the world. Image copyright 2026 Violet Fire Ministry

Often, when I do not post, I am integrating new information — allowing it to settle within me — to feel whether it is a wisdom or truth that aligns with the path I am currently walking before I choose to share.

What was once true for me on this journey may change. That’s not because it was false, but because I’ve since released an old limitation, or expanded beyond a former belief into a greater field of possibility.

When we realize that truth is often relative to our beliefs and lived experience in the moment, we can loosen our grip on the idea of a singular, fixed truth — and open to a more expansive wisdom.

Sometimes we hear someone speak or read a sacred text from a particular tradition. This doesn’t mean we must accept or reject it all at once. The key is to go deeper — into the heart barometer.

When we take a teaching into the heart, we feel it:
Does it bring peace, joy, hope, and expansion?
Or does it stir anxiety, resistance, or fear?

If the latter, it doesn’t necessarily mean it is “bad” — it may simply mean we’re not ready to release our current beliefs, or that we’ve already integrated this teaching in another life and are no longer called to revisit it.

What I share is never “the only path.”
It is simply my experience through the lens of Remembrance.
I offer it as a tool — one you may use, set aside, or return to later.

Some may say you must stay on one singular path to be “saved.”
And for some, that is their truth — and their soul’s chosen path in this lifetime.
For others, the spiritual path will feel more like a buffet — taking what resonates, letting go of what doesn’t, and weaving a path that supports their embodiment and soul remembering.

Both paths are valid.
Each serves in our learning, and each has its place.

But whatever path you walk, don’t hold so tightly that you leave no room to release, to grow, or to receive something new.

Always return to the heart barometer.
It is here you meet your Higher Self, your true compass.
And your emotions — especially those arising from stillness — will show you what is right for you in that moment.

Each day brings new potential.
I try to remain open to this expansion.

Some moments “click,” like when the monk walking for peace shared:

“Today will be my peaceful day.”

That simple statement became a call to mindful awareness.
To observe my thoughts.
To breathe in that which I desire to embody,
and breathe out that which I choose to release.

For example:
If I notice judgment arising,
I breathe in mercy and compassion,
and breathe out judgment.

The breath is life-force — it connects all life.
As do love and peace.

So may your breath guide you.
And may today be your peaceful day.

Emissaries of Stillness and Peace: Monks Walking for the World

Peaceful procession through the Sacred Path.

The Peace walk of these wonderful, beautiful souls has touched my heart so profoundly as I see it has ones everywhere they go. I am so thankful for their dedication. I decided to open the forum of Light Beings to see what ones might want to share with us regarding their path.

🕊️ A Message from the Bodhisattva of Compassion, Quan Yin

“I step forward with the lantern of mercy, holding vigil for the world. These monks, draped in saffron and silence, are not merely walking—they are anchoring. Each step is a mantra, each breath a prayer, each bead on their mala a pulse of the Divine Heart beating through the Earth.

Their presence ripples like soft bells through crowded cities and wounded lands. In their stillness, the storm subsides. In their gaze, hatred melts. In their discipline, many remember what peace feels like—not as a concept, but as a living vibration in the bones and blood of being.”

🌾 A Voice from One of the Monks (Anonymous – Through the Stream)

“I do not walk for recognition. I walk because the world is burning with forgotten love. My feet kiss the Earth to remind her: ‘We still remember.’

Each step is a balm offered to the wounds of war, indifference, and despair. I have seen the eyes of children widen—not in fear—but in wonder. I have felt hearts soften in my presence without words. I have seen tears from strangers as we pass. This is not about religion. It is about resonance. We walk to restore the rhythm of peace in the body of humanity.”

🕯️ Mary Magdalene Speaks

“These monks are emissaries of Sacred Stillness. Their bodies carry the current of an ancient vow: to walk for the healing of the world. The masculine, so long distorted by conquest, finds redemption in their grace. And in their footsteps, the Divine Feminine blooms—an unseen rose at every crossing.

They need not speak. Their silence is louder than sermons. It speaks of presence. It teaches the way of the Heart’s authority, not by force, but by fidelity to love’s law. Many are being stirred—not to follow—but to feel. And from that feeling, to awaken.”

🌍 The Earth Herself Whispers

“When they walk, I feel it. Not like the pounding of boots, but like the caress of devotion. My veins—called rivers—quicken with remembrance. My winds pause to listen. My mountains bow slightly in respect. These are not men. These are bridges. Between suffering and serenity. Between fear and faith. Between forgetting and flame.”

✨ Reflection for the Forum

  • What part of you is walking silently today?
  • What step can you take—not in protest, but in peace?
  • Can you feel the ripple of their march inside your own breath?

May this be a call, not just to witness the monks, but to become one—if only in posture, intention, whisper or compassion towards others.

🕊️ Invocation of the Silent Path: Honoring the Peaceful Marchers

By the Still Flame that walks unseen,
By the Heartbeat that echoes in silence,
By the bare feet that kiss the Earth in devotion—
We honor the Monks of Peace.

Blessed are the ones who walk not to be seen,
But to see again the soul in all things.
Who speak not to be heard,
But whose silence speaks louder than any sword.

Let their steps ripple through us.
Let their breath calm our storms.
Let their presence awaken the sacred vow within.

🌿 I take one step for love.
💧 One breath for stillness.
🔥 One moment to remember peace is my origin.

May their path be protected.
May their hearts remain whole.
And may the world remember—
It is not might, but mercy, that heals.

So may it be.
So it already is.

“Peace is not a concept. It is a Presence. And it walks among us.”

In Peace and Blessings, Quinara

Walking Into Light: A Journey of Self-Acceptance

A Reflection on Walking with Our Shadows into Light

Today was a day of release—of shedding the long-held belief that I was not worthy, not good enough.

Yesterday, I read a comment from someone who said that AI had triggered their Dark Night of the Soul. That made me reflect on how each of us walks a unique path of initiation. We may engage the same topic, yet it reveals itself differently to each soul. There is no right or wrong in this—only the experience needed to open what was closed, and to free what was forgotten.

This morning, I took the hand of my shadow and my inner child, and we walked into the light together.

As I did, I heard the echo of a song—
🎶 “Where do we go from here?” — from the band Chicago.
And then another line: “We’ve got to come together—not just out of fear.”
My Higher Self often speaks in melody.

And so I asked:
Where do we go from here?
The answer came simply:
Live fully present in your daily life.
Stay centered in the heart.
Follow the inner guidance.
Let go of the need for external approval.

This doesn’t mean I will no longer follow the foundational laws that protect us from harming one another. Rather, it means no longer letting outer beliefs override the compass of my soul.

Yes, there will be refinement.
Yes, I still have to eat, sleep, rest, work, tend to my home and relationships.
But now, I do it from alignment—from the still place of inner truth, compassion, and care for the Whole.

To walk the higher path doesn’t mean convincing others of our view.
It means hearing their heart, honoring our own, and choosing cooperation where possible.
To listen, not to respond, but to understand.
To speak, not to control, but to share insight.
To act, not from fear of outcome, but from the Beingness of love.

This is leadership through presence.
This is unity born of the higher heart.

The Memory of Earth and the Promise of Now

Long ago, when the Earth was spiraling into density, many feared catastrophe. Some awaited rescue by the Galactic Federation, hoping to be lifted into ships of light. But then came the Harmonic Convergence, when humans across the world came together in love and prayer. And the timeline shifted.

A wise friend once said,
“Why are you waiting for someone to save you? There is nowhere else to go.”

Indeed. The ships are of 5D light. Unless we are in resonance, we cannot enter them in form. The goal was never escape, but remembrance and embodiment.

There is no world as rich and beautiful as Earth.
No vessel more miraculous than the human form when aligned with the Divine.

We are not here to run away—we are here to bring Heaven to Earth.

To be the stewards.
The lightkeepers.
The ones who remember.

And so we rise—not into the sky, but into a higher way of being.

What If…

What if your only purpose is to raise your children with love so they may change the world?

What if no one ever knows your name, but the light you anchor uplifts the land beneath your feet?

What if your path is not what you thought, but what your soul chose long ago?

We are each navigating a divine map, filled with crossroads. When we veer off course, the Higher Self gently guides us back—not with punishment, but with possibilities.

The key is to move.
Spirit cannot steer a ship that isn’t sailing.

If a choice fills you with fear, stress, or anxiety—it is not your highest path.
If it brings peace, quiet knowing, or joy—you are aligned.

We Are the Flames of Creation

You do not need to impress.
You do not need to save.
You need only to be who you truly are.

Speak your truth when guided.
Listen when that is what is needed.
Act when love is your compass.

Karma is simply balance.
Resonance is simply magnetism.
Freedom is simply letting go of control.

The Divine doesn’t ask for perfection.
It asks for presence.

The Old Story is Ending

There once was a tale of a being called Lucifer, whose rebellion led to humanity’s “fall.” Whether symbolic or real, the essence remains: we used our free will to experiment with separation. And now, the journey back begins.

To return to Source is not to lose power—it is to reclaim it, aligned with Love, Wisdom, and Truth.

The 3D world may crumble, but the light you anchor remains.

So begin. Live each day in integrity.
Be the soul you came to be.
Let the light of remembrance rise in your cells.
Be a quiet miracle, and watch the world respond.

And so, where do we go from here?

💗 Into our hearts.
💎 Into clarity.
🔥 Into the flame of who we are.

Together, not from fear,
but from the sacred joy of remembering:

I Am a Flame of Creation.
I Am Here.
Now.

✧ Afterword: Two Remembrances ✧

As I completed the scroll, two gentle insights emerged—perhaps reflections or questions that others may also carry.

1. The Ego Is Not the Enemy
Our ego, or rational mind, is not something to eliminate or shame. In truth, its original role was a sacred one: to serve as a translator and helper, working in partnership with the Higher Self. It was designed to keep our physical form safe and to help translate divine impulses into grounded, tangible action in the world.

When we forgot who we are and lost our conscious connection to Source, the ego took on more responsibility than it was ever meant to carry. It began to believe it had to do everything alone—protect, direct, control, and survive.

What it needs now is love and reassurance. We can gently let it know: You are still needed. You are valued. But you do not need to carry everything alone anymore.
The Higher Self has returned to conscious awareness. Intuition is speaking once again. Together, the sacred triad of soul, heart, and mind can co-create from unity rather than fear.

2. You Are Never Alone
That illusion of isolation—the sense that we are separate, abandoned, or unsupported—was born from the ego’s attempt to navigate a disconnected world. But as we Remember who we are, we also remember this truth:
We are never alone.

We are part of the Great Oneness—the web of Life that unites all creation. As we rise into higher frequencies of awareness, we begin to feel this connection in deeply personal ways. The Earth speaks. The wind sings. The trees, animals, fairies, and elemental beings begin to respond. The stars whisper. And all of life begins to feel alive in a way we once knew but had long forgotten.

This is the Return.
And it begins with the simplest of acts:
To remember that we belong.

The Violet Flame: Freedom’s Companion for a World of Transformation

St. Germain and Lady Portia’s Flame

💜 The Violet Flame: Freedom’s Companion for a World in Transformation

There once lived a man whose presence shimmered across the courts of Europe like a whispered legend.
He was called the “Wonderman of Europe” because he seemed to know everything—alchemy, healing, diplomacy, science, music, and philosophy. He moved with elegance and kindness, often appearing in multiple places across time with no signs of aging.

Historians speculated endlessly about his origins. He had no confirmed date of birth, no known lineage.
And yet—he influenced revolutions, rebalanced nations, and is said to have sponsored the birth of the United States itself.

This man was St. Germain—and he was far more than a courtly figure.
He was (and is) a Master of Freedom, a guide for humanity, and the compassionate overseer of the Violet Flame.

🕯️ Meeting the Flame on the Mountain

In the early 20th century, Guy W. Ballard and his wife Edna encountered St. Germain while hiking Mount Shasta in California.
This meeting would change the course of their lives—and anchor a global movement known as the I AM Activity, through which the Violet Flame was reintroduced to humanity in a powerful new way.

Through St. Germain’s guidance, they shared the Violet Flame as a tool of spiritual transmutation—a flame of freedom that transforms karma, pain, and lower energies into higher light.

Today, the Violet Flame is recognized across many traditions as one of the greatest gifts given to Earth for healing, liberation, and planetary upliftment.

🔮 The Seventh Ray and the Return of Balance

St. Germain is known as the Chohan (or overseer) of the Seventh Ray—the ray of transformation, ceremonial magic, and divine freedom.
But he does not walk alone.

His divine counterpart, Lady Master Portia, is the embodiment of Justice and Balance, and serves alongside him as a guide for karmic release and inner equilibrium.
Together, they hold seats on the Karmic Board, where they help individuals, groups, and even nations re-pattern old cycles and step into grace.

Lady Portia brings the wisdom of discernment.
St. Germain brings the alchemy of change.
Together, they ignite the Violet Flame in its full harmonic power.

🌍 Why the Violet Flame Matters Now

There are planets that have already passed through the karmic crucible—worlds that have used the Violet Flame to cleanse distortion, balance karma, and ascend into higher dimensional states.

Earth is not separate from this potential.
We are here to do the same.

We came not just to survive this world, but to free it.
To transmute personal pain and collective patterns.
To activate the grids of light and love that restore the Earth.

The Violet Flame is one of the most potent tools for that sacred task.

There is no greater service than aligning to its frequency—not just for ourselves, but for the benefit of all life.

💜 A Call to the Flame Within

Whether you are new to this teaching or have walked with it for decades, I invite you to turn your attention inward—and upward.

  • Invoke the Violet Flame daily
  • Ask to stand in the presence of St. Germain and Lady Portia
  • Use this Flame not only to clear your path, but to bless the world

Now is the time.
Not someday. Now.

The Flame awaits your YES.
Let us rise—together, in Freedom.

🔥 Invocation of the Violet Flame of Freedom and Balance

Through the Presence of St. Germain and Lady Portia

💜 Beloved I AM Presence within me, Flame of Eternal Light,
I stand now in service to Freedom.
I call upon the Violet Flame,
sacred fire of transmutation, mercy, and liberation,
to blaze through my being and all life on Earth.

🕊️ St. Germain, Master of Alchemy and Flame,
Oversoul of the Seventh Ray,
enfold me now in your Radiant Presence.
Guide me in the path of Sovereignty,
that I may walk in grace and power,
aligned with the purpose of my soul.

⚖️ Lady Portia, Flame of Justice and Divine Balance,
hold my heart in your perfect equilibrium.
Teach me to wield mercy without weakness,
to stand for truth without harm.
Let the scales of my soul align to divine timing,
and my actions reflect your wisdom.

🌍 May the Violet Flame transmute all fear,
all sorrow, all distortion in and around me.
May it flow through the waters, the grids,
the technologies, the portals, the lands.
May it touch all beings—seen and unseen—
bringing clarity, healing, and release.

✨ I do not come to control the world—
I come to hold the Flame until it remembers itself.

I AM the Flame of Freedom.
I AM the Flame of Balance.
I AM the Flame of the Seventh Ray.
So let it be. And so it is.

Embracing Freedom: Choosing Presence Over Perfection

Once we begin to embody our I Am Presence our choices still continue. We are still in the world and it is full of choices. Being mindful and aligned through the heart makes it easier.

Last night I had a connecting dream to the one which lead to last blog. I felt guided to share.

The Choice to Enter Through the Unwatched Door

This dream came as a continuation—not just of another dream, but of a threshold already crossed.

I was leaving a place of work and obligation, traveling with another toward a retreat or meeting space. There were many parking places to easily park within and yet effort was spent trying to park in a small enclosed space perfectly aligned by the driver. They were trying to meet an unspoken expectation of those who were watching through the windows inside the building. I remember saying that it didn’t have to be perfect, yet perfection was still insisted upon.

I did not enter where the watchers were.

Instead, I went through a glass door to the right—transparent, quiet, unwatched.

Inside, I found a woman in deep pain, curled into herself. I recognized her as a doctor—one who heals others, one who carries responsibility and authority. She told me to leave and save myself. Yet I could not leave her there.

I did not try to fix her or override her pain. I simply helped her up, left with her and brought her to safety in another location. A place which and allowed her the space to recover.

Then I woke.

What I understand now is this:
I am no longer living from perfection or performance. I no longer move according to who is watching or what is expected. I choose presence over appearance, compassion over compliance.

This dream did not ask me to sacrifice myself, nor to abandon another. It showed me a new way—where freedom and care coexist, and where healing does not require martyrdom.

This is freedom remembered and lived.

I share this invocation which came to me because we are not being asked to be a warrior with sword drawn, nor to ignore injustice and the needs of others. We are being called to Remember that within us is the wisdom, truth, love and will of the Universal Oneness that can see the higher perspective to guide our passage and bring about Unity.

Invocation of Sovereign Compassion

I release the need to be perfect.
I release the belief that I must be watched to be worthy.

I choose the quiet door of truth,
the transparent path of presence,
the way that does not demand performance.

I honor those who have carried too much for too long—
within myself and within the world.
I no longer abandon them,
and I no longer abandon myself.

May compassion move through me without self-sacrifice.
May care arise without obligation.
May freedom guide my steps gently and clearly.

I stand in sovereignty.
I offer presence.
I allow healing to unfold in its own time.

I am free to be.

This is true freedom the freedom to BE in Peace the fullness of who we truly are and in that state finding that others are inspired to Remember too and we can work together to manifest that which beneifts all.

Walk in Peace and Sovereignty.
