The Power of Attention: Fostering Growth Without Enabling Dependence

Where we place our attention is our ‘god’ of the moment.

What are you feeding in your life ? What is it that you give of your energy to and attention? What is taking from you that which is your source that feeds you with peace and abundance?

This morning I was awakened from a dream. In the dream I was being taken advantage by an employer whom I didn’t trust. I reported it to the police and quit. I asked what this meant and a client came to mind. I have tried several times to quit this client but feel sorry for her struggle and continued forward. However, this morning I awoke with the realization I could no longer do this. It is not worth my worrying about her business failing if she isn’t going to do something about it.

Why do I share this? Because we need to have compassion and help others but sometimes we have to realize there is no more that we can do, unless they change something in their lives. We are simply letting them draw upon our energies to perpetuate a situation that serves no one. My time and energy would be better spent doing that which is of service to the Divine Plan and Universal Oneness. Perhaps someone else could better serve her needs and help her.

We have been discussing giving and receiving and helping people from the perspective of the ones who give and the ones who receive. The person I speak of is a very good person who gives of hte little she has, and that is why I have continued herlping her, but after 5 years it isn’t getting better and I have done all I can to help, so it is time to step back and perhaps allow her other choices as well as myself. Sometimes, we can be enable someone in continuing in a pathway that isn’t helping them by helping them to survive in that pattern.

Sometimes, our help or their situation is a karmic pattern from which one of us or both have come to learn a leasson.

That which prevents us from seeking our inner spiritual growth or service is a lesson to be learned. It this situation being of service to the higher perspective for each of you? It is causing you to worry and take from your peace? Is it creating a hindrance to the ones involved?

There is a differnce in giving someone a hand up to rise out of a situation in which they find themselves that is not creating a better life for them, and in giving them a hand out of our time, money and energy that enables them to continue in a destructive or non productive pattern of behavior.

This is where our personal growth and alignment to our inner guidance is of such great benefit. Our Higher Self, Source, and our guides all see things from a higher perspective for the good of all. They can see the pattern and potential outcomes of situations and choices that we cannot. They will try to send us signs to help us if we aren’t listening such as the dream I had. If we ask then they will tell us, but we have to ask for they can’t directly interfer only give us nudges, signs and whisper suggestions hoping we hear.

So this is the middle path of the ones who give and the ones who receive. It is where we place our attention. Sometimes we get stuck in believing we need to help everyone, and we can’t because of their personal karmic lessons or we take on karma ourselves. We have to look at situations and ask what is the best way to help and should I do so. It is not every karmic to give to someone whom you see can use a meal, a blanket, a smile, a kind word. Where we can get into karma is enabling them to stay in a beggar situation by giving without helping them to help themselves. Sometimes, they don’t want help, but you will need to learn to discern the difference.

Why do I say this? Interestingly, On the weekend of the Harmonic Convergence in 1987, we were hosting the event in a local park. There was a homeless man who lived there who came to sit with us and watch. I spent time with him during break and asked him about his life. As I share this note we were in southern california, and when I asked where he stayed he said he lived in the large hollowed out tree. I ask how he survived, he said he did odd jobs, ate at local program locations where they had showers and food. I asked why he didn’t stay in shelters and he said he didn’t want to be confined. He liked living outside. Every situation is different. Until we speak to someone we don’t know their story and if they need or want help.

Perhaps you don’t want to speak with a homeless person, or give them money, thinking they will use it for drugs or alcohol and some will. You can give them food or leave food in gathering places, leave clothes or blankets. We aren’t being asked to place our attention on all the homeless or ones in need. Ask what you should do and how you can help and how much. Don’t allow this to take attention from another service you are being called to do to help with the greater process of Ascension for Earth and Humanity.

Everything is about Balance within us and in our lives. Attention is a big part of this process for our attention is required to manifest what we need for ourselves and our spiritual growth and service. If we are placing it on things which are distracting us from our purpose, then we are serving or benefiting no one.

If you have children they need attention for they are a choice you made and a commitment until they are adults. They are the future and deserve to be shown how to connect with their own spiritual direction. They deserve to be loved and guided and to learn to enjoy life. In this you are giving and receiving between yourself and your children in a balanced and harmonious way.

Seek guidance within as to where and how much of your attention to give any situation. Do not ignore the needs of others for we are all One and part of the same Source and need to help all to benefit from their inner connection.

It can seem a balancing act to just help someone, but you will learn to go with the flow as you follow your inner guidance. Just ask what to do in a situation and then follow your inner knowing, your heart guidance. A balance to help but to not take away their lesson or enable another to continue a destructive behavior and take of your time and energy to do so. A rich person can fund a project or center that gives a platform for ones called to help others to provide the needed services. A homeless person can volunteer to help clean the center and or serve in some way to give back for the help given and thus the giving and recieving is balanced.

Attention – inner guidance helps us to know where to place our attention to manifest the highest good and potential for all involved. Remember where we place our attention is what the universe believes we want and so they send the energy of manifestation to that upon which we focus.

Finding Harmony: A Journey through Conspiracy Theories

As I began this sharing, I found it being inspried by Buddha and it really does round out the teachings.

The world is filled with conspiracy theories based on half truths amd inuendo which is designed to lead us into fear, separation and keep our focus and energy on something other than our spiritual freedom.

Are there events and topics for which the truth of the events have been kept hidden from us. Most assuredly yes. The biggest example is the UFO conspiracy. They have been spotted, reported and even painted or depicted in art and on walls of canyons for millemium. The government knew and tried to hide it from us for whatever reason. Never in anyway condoning what they have been doing, yet if one thinks about it the radio broadcast of the ‘War of the Worlds’ with Orson Welles in 1938 created mass panic in those who missed that it was only a program. Obviously, it might have caused our government to pause when a craft crashed in New Mexico. However, everything after that was designed to hide information and technology from us for ‘someone’s’ benefit. The War of the Worlds is their excuse to control information and direct our attention as desired and even to divide us.

This being just the first of many events that caused conspiracy theories to spiral into society. I have taken red pill and followed the road of conspiracy in my life until I realized that most often through earthly sources we will never have the whole truth only that which someone wants us to know. They feed us the conspiracy to guide us down their ‘yellow brick road’. I don’t take the blue pill of forgetfulness and compliance. As in all things there is a middle road.

Buddha taught the path of the middle way between aestethism and self indulgence. The middle way says that in between any two opposites lies emptiness, or sunyata, which is not nothingness but a vast creative potential. The middle way is similarly fluid and full of possibilities. The Middle way is also used to describe the realization of being free of the one-sidedness of perspective that takes the extremes of any polarity as objective reality.

If we look at this perspective of the middle way as emptiness it is the void of unlimited potential of creation. Conspiracy is the essence of Schroedingers cat in which at one moment the cat in the box is both alive and dead, until you look inside. The cat is the conspiracy theory which as long as we don’t know the actual TRUTH of it and can continue to be divided. The truth we hold in the moment is relative and limited it keeps us divided from each other in our beliefs unless we are willing to take the middle path.

The middle path understands that we create our reality by the focus we choose to take in any situation. Because our thoughts, intent and focus create our perspective of a situation or our lives and create our experience. Thus what better way to control a society and divide it than by creating a conspiracy and promoting two sides. It depends on from whom you take the red pill the perspective you choose to hold. You can continue to follow the path they lay before you or choose to take back your authority. If not you will continue to participate in the us or them reality they feed you in the Matrix we call Earth reality.

One day I awoke and realized the futility and control that the red pill of conspiracy can hold. I let it go and instead took the white pill of seeking to release all beliefs, blockages and seals upon my spiritual Beingness.

I didn’t realize it was the ‘Middle Way’ at the time. Let us look at the middle way for it is the essence of balance and harmony that we have been exploring over the last few weks.

The Middle Way leads us to understand:

How to balance between overworking and being lazy. Learning self care that we see where we are working too much and need to step back and restore ourselves. We should not ignore our duties and expect others to take care of us, but instead set achievable step by step goals in our life.

Mindfulness is something I speak of often, and even this has a Middle Way. Buddha says to remember to stay aware of our thoughts, speech and action yet being flexible to the situation and not rigid in our reactions of self judgment when we don’t live up to our own expectations of perfection. Allow room for growth and don’t set unattainable goals. Learn to balance self discipline and self compassion realizing your personal limits of the moment.

The middle way is finding a balance and moderation between eating, working, playing, and spiritual growth. Set aside time from work for relaxation and hobbies you enjoy. Joy lightens our energy so the we can embrace the light and love more easily. Don’t allow your life to become too rigid or too chaotic but create a balanced routine.

Be kind to yourself and others, don’t be overcritical or judgmental of self or others. Watch for ego that can lead to a confidence of you are right or your beliefs are correct and that allow you to judge others based on your criteria. Face challenges with calm and avoid impulse decisions and excessive worry.

The Middle Way isn’t about mediocrity or allowing others to be right over youself but understanding that what we percieve is based upon our inner perception. The MIddle Way leads to inner peace and harmony that aligns us to the Universal Oneness. By balanceing the extremes of excess and lack we find harmony in life grounded in mindfulness and compassion.

All things are fluid and created by our thoughts. ” When we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change.’ Dr. Wayne Dyer. Is the essence of moving from an ‘Us or them’ point of view or the extremes of ‘conspiracy theory’ which is ultimately and us or them. I can hear voices and minds reading this and saying but it’s true there was a cover up of Rosewell and JFK.

Think of this – we are on the brink of planetary Ascension into 5D and how and where you place your attention, thoughts and energy will determine whether you are a match to move into this state. The choice is yours. You can continue to focus on the conspiracy and give those who perpetuate it as ‘important’ your energy and authority to siphon your energy for their use. It is as if you are taking the blue pill of forgetfulness while thinking you are awake. If you have watched Matrix, you will understand you are still in the tube being fed the illusion that someone wants you to understand and believe. Think they are doing this as the ones on the other side think the same thing.

In the end what I am saying is at this time – what is more important that you know the answer to your conspiracy theory to shove it the faces of others to prove your belief is correct and perhaps miss your opportunity to be Free and Create a world to your liking in peace, balance, harmony and unity. It is time to decide what is more important to you. The remnants are fighting for control of the reality we see. Will you believe one side over the other and allow them to tell you what is right or wrong and how to live your life? Or will you take the ‘white pill’ and move into alignment with the ‘middle path’ which connects through your heart and bypasses the ego brain directing you to connect with the Universal Mind of Oneness that is the Void of Unlimited Potential and Infinite Creation.

As always the choice is yours. No matter what you choose it is your path to follow and eventually all paths lead back to the center or Source where it all began. Some paths just take longer.

Escaping the Glamour Trap: Embracing Spiritual Mastery

Glamour is an illusion that something outside of ourselves can make us happy and complete.

There is an old saying that the love of money is the root of all evil. In reality it is the fear of looking within ourselves to find out who we truly are that is the evil, or opposite of living an infinite life. In the image above we have two women. On the left is a woman clothed in the riches of the world, but she is standing in darkness. On the right is a woman clothed in simple elegance, and wearing a crown of spiritual light as well as a tiara like the other woman. Her riches coming from within and not from the world. The left side of our brain is the lower mind of ego and the right is the intuitive connection to higher realms.

We came onto this earth to seek true value of love and self esteem which come from within and not from the material world of illusion. Each of us has a different glamour which can trap us in our growth. This subject came to me with the quote:

Don’t follow me, I may not lead

Don’t walk in front of me I may not follow

Just walk be side me and be my friend.

Today, Jesus said to me that it is in this walking side by side that we can share the mystery and wonder of what unfolds for us and within us.

Glamour I am reminded is the need for fame, wealth, possessions, control, recognition, and power. These are traps and controls of the mass consciousness. I see even in the spiritual sector that ones are constantly watching for more followers, why? What does it matter if what we are doing is truly for service? Do we need to have 50,000 follower are even 100 to be of service? If we are doing what we are guided to do, if what we share helps 1 person, that is good. Even if no one sees it, if we are doing what we are guided to do from within our soul, then it is set within the etheric realms and mass consciousness and will have an affect as guided by spirit and you may never know. We don’t need to know for that is of ego. This is not judgment of another just an observation. I have struggled with the opposite for years of not wanting notariety because I did not want followers. I want to help people find the wisdom, power and authority within yourselves.

Glamours of the world are illusions and traps to keep us from the real focus that will bring us freedom and satisfaction, our spiritual journey and unity to the Divine Higher Self within us. All other glamours, of are momentary and pass from us when we leave this life or even before. Fame, celebrity recognition, money, leadership is illusive and subject to the whims of society. NO ONE can take our spiritual freedom from us once we have obtained it unless you choose to give it away. We gave away some of our attainments to come into this world to help others to be free. Yet, even if one person makes that choice it was worth it.

It is within each of us to tap into this energy, wisdom, love and power of Infinite Being and Freedom. When you are ready you need to focus upon it and ask for help and it will come. For me it is my service to share with love that which I understand to be truth at this time with others with love. We are all on a pathway of learning and spiritual evolution, even those we call Ascended Masters, they are simply at a different level of freedom and understanding.

Our ability to understand truth and get past the glamour and illusion of structured society is constantly expanding. As we raise our energy and vibration we can tap into higher perspectives and wisdom. We can understand why no matter how much fame we have, power or money, it will never be enough to fill the whole within us.

I was told that even the spiritual journey can be a glamour trap. We continue reading books, taking classes, being part of groups, thinking just one more will be the one to set us free. It will be the one to bring me mastery. That is an illusion for the Mastery lies in the quiet time within us. The time time spent facing the blockages, doubts, fears and beliefs that limit you and keep you trapped in the structures and systems of the world of glamour and illusions.

Glamour says if I have this I will be happy. It will fill that space within me. Perhaps you believe that if you meet your twin flame you will be happy and complete. The truth being that unless you are spiritually prepared you take the chance of both of your creating karma and disharmony in your relationship. Just because you are twin flames, doesn’t mean you can’t have a bad relationship if you are both still struggling with personal issues.

One may think if I am President of a corporation or country and have power to control things to my liking I will be happy. If I have more weapons I can make people do what I want. If I am a celebrity then everyone will love me. Glamour, wealth and power are all Illusions.

They will never bring lasting happiness. It is in spiritual mastery and that you find true freedom, fulfillment and abundance that lasts. Wealth or abundance coming from spirit is a gift to share with others without thought of benefit to you or thanks, but for the pure joy of knowing you helped to make life easier for another. Then perhaps they are able to think of something greater than the day to day struggle. A hungry man cannot think of much beyond his aching stomach. It leaves him without hope as does the hurt or starving animal you see on the street.

The structures of men will fall but that which the Universe created will last. That is why the megalithic sites were built of stone, not because they didn’t have trees but because they knew that stones would last for a very long time. What serves us to seek to go into space and take our chaos with us, when we can travel to infinite places and create new worlds when we are spiritual masters. This is true glamour.

I was guided as I wrote this to create a face book page Star Center of Creation where ones can share of their thoughts, insights, struggles, and healing. ‘Illusions’: Overcoming Negative Attachments and Embracing Joy

Remember life is an Illusion so don’t take it so seriously.

A few weeks ago as I was struggling with a blockage, during a message from another Being, Jesus popped in with a short message. He said, “Remember the discussion about cloud busting in the book “Illusions”. Sometimes a simple statement is all it takes to shift your energy and focus. This book, “Illusions: The Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah” so long ago at the beginning of my journey had a great impact on shifting my perceptions.

Cloud busting refers to the concept of using our energy and focus to break up clouds, but that wasn’t really what Jesus was wanting me to remember. In the book, Don Shimoda was demonstrating this ability to Richard Bach. Don had easily dispersed a large cloud and it was now Richard’s turn to do so with a small cloud. Don had done his instantly and Richard struggled for several minutes before proudly seeing it disappear. He turns to Don expecting praise only to hear, “Amazing, your were so attached to it and still it disappeared for you.”

So why did Jesus want me to remember this and what did it have to do with my blockage? As I reread that part of the book, actually I reread the whole book, it was the statement of Don that followed. “Negative attachments Richard. If you really want to remove a cloud from your life you don’t make a big production of it, you just relax and remove it from your thinking. That’s all there is to it.”

THANK YOU JESUS! For all the struggle I had been putting myself through, in one little statement, Jesus had sent me to the source that had touched my life to find the wisdom I needed. He knew what would impact me the most. He might have given me the information in another way as the other Being was doing, but this had the greatest impact.

Beyond just that statement, to read the book again and remember on a new level that I created the world in which I live and the blockages and joy that I experience in this life of Illusion. If I don’t like what I am experiencing, change it.

My favorite quote: Dr. Wayne Dyer , “If you change the way you look at things. The things you look at change.”

If I don’t like the problem, blockage, situation or cloud in my life, don’t struggle so much the answer is within my to just switch my focus about how I see it and from what I don’t want to what I do want. It is getting attached to the negative or what we don’t want in life that causes us to struggle against it, instead of embracing and experiencing with joy what we do want.

Sometimes, even if we know something, we can still bring our understanding of it deeper into our consciousness. The example of this I like to use is if we tell a child a flame will burn them that is information. If they put their finger in the flame and get burnt that is knowledge. If they don’t put their finger in the flame every again that is wisdom. However, I have found in life there is another stage called mastery and freedom. This involves realizing that the flame can only burn us if we believe it can, if we know that the world we experience is an illusion of our creation, than the flame can be cool to the touch, and we have mastered the illusion.

A humorous example of this in the book is when Don Shimoda not only walks on water but swims in the earth, and breaths the water. The Illusion we call reality. “This world and everything in it, Illusion”. For most people this is an absurd concept, but when you are ready it will move from information, to knowledge, to wisdom and finally to mastery and freedom. A place of being without time, space and limits.

P.S. – I am not there yet, but I have remembered the way thanks to Jesus. Now I need to let go of the Illusion and embrace the possible.

Unveiling the Mysteries of Angels, Aliens, and Demi-Gods in Creation

Who are they really?

Since my post yesterday and my comments about Angels, I have been urged by my spiritual non physical friends to do a bit more clarification. I have touched on this topic in prior blogs, but as in all things our understanding and ability to process information grows and changes as we raise our vibration spiritually.

When the Creation process began with the Infinite Unlimited Potential of the Divine Feminine Energy and the Impetus of thought, creation and expansion of the Divine Masculine levels of vibration and dimensions and types of existence have been created. There are Universes, Galaxies, Suns, Moons, Planets, systems and myriads of Beings. Some are simple infinite light which never takes form for it is beyond form, it is that which in form exists. We call this Creator Source, the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine aspects of Creation. From this source came forth Angelic Beings to oversee creation, we call them Seraphim, Cherubim, Thrones, Principalities, Elohim, Ophanim, Archangels and Angels. They administer the Creation and represent differing aspects of Creation. They work with the Elementals, the Nature Spirits, the Devic Beings, the Light Beings, the Ascended Beings and Masters of Light. There are also the Demigods and the Monads that birth Higher Selves, Souls and Incarnational Ego personalities (of which we are). These Beings are all 5D or higher life forms that do not have dense physical forms like us but have forms of LIGHT. They can manifest to us in their light form, contact us mentally/telepathically or with energy, and in some rare cases will manifest a physical form, but that is the least desired for them. Why because the dense atmosphere and low vibration of earth in 3D is intense. This morning I was shown it was like going into a burning building without protective gear to rescue someone. The smoke is thick and makes it hard to breath and focus on where to go, and the heat of the fire is painful. Sometimes, you get to the person and they don’t understand you are there to help or they are scared and get confused.

All these levels of life exists before we even reach the level of physicality of form and the animals, mineral, vegetable, tree, earth, air, water, birds, trees, forms that live in trees, forms that live in water, humanoid forms, alien forms, animal forms. These 5d and above levels are different vibrational levels. They are termed higher because the rate of vibration of the existence is faster. They don’t exist above us by around us.

Even though we perceive them as non corporal and inorganic, in reality they are the organic or original form of being and we are the holographic, mind created inorganic existence. Yeah, I hear you. NO WAY. Well as with all things it is a matter of perspective. This is why in physics they speak now of parallel time lines and parallel universes. The concept of every thought we have and the choices create a parallel existence in which all possibilities are lived and experienced. In one time line Jesus never died on the Cross and it is a whole different experience.

Now this isn’t about time lines and jumping them that is another topic. This is about Angels, Aliens and Demi-gods. So we discussed how Angels and Archangels came into being to guide us. They are each an aspect of Universal Being and Truth. For instance, Archangel Chamuel brings an understanding of unconditional love and acceptance, and how to open our heart. Archangel Raphael helps us to learn healing, abundance and higher science. Archangel Gabriel brings communication on a higher level, purity and truth.

We are not giving up our power and authority in check with them, for like all life in including us they are part of the Oneness of Creation and part of Us. They bring a specific energy to us and also they will simply come to help us because they are caring Beings of Light. They do not exist in any specific form but as Light in their natural state. However, they can assume any appearance that is needed or desired in order to make ones comfortable. They do not have wings, what ones called wings are the appearance of the light flowing from their heart center through the back of their form. The Archangels oversee the Angels and Elemental masters in creation and are in service to assist us in our spiritual process of freedom and Ascension. When you call upon an Archangel it is the energy of that Beings Service that calls forth the form which comes to you and connects with you or manifests to you. They like to call them their legions of service. Thus they are everywhere, at all times, with anyone who needs or calls upon them.

As I said they oversee the work of the Elemental Masters, who oversee the elemental beings like the fairies, gnomes, undines, water sprites, the air, fire and earth elementals.

We also have beings of Light who come from other dimensions and Universes who have volunteered to come to help us at this time. These are Universes that are 5D and above and these beings like Unicorns, Dragons, Blue Avians, Yeti, and other Beings in myriads of forms including the beings of the Ashtar Command help to monitor those of less than pure intent from our Universe, to help to direct new energies coming from higher levels to help us and to answer our calls for help.

The Ashtar Command is of a higher dimensional existence, and they oversee all that is happening in our process and coordinate between higher dimensions, the Galactic Councils, and the Galactic Federation of Light. The Galactic Federation of Light Being an organization of Beings from differing Galaxies that have overcome the threat of war and chaos in their systems and have banded together to prevent it returning and to help us in our process.

There are also alien species of higher technology that are both of malevolent and benevolent intent who visit our planet. They are monitored by the Galactic Federation of Light and the Ashtar Command. This is why discernment is important and protection in making contact with non physical beings whether alien, angelic or any other form. The benevolent ones are mostly part of the Galactic Federation of Light or they are Ascended Beings of their systems. The malevolent are simply like spreading their chaos, fear and control and wish to do so here with the vulnerable who agree.

We also have subterranean Beings who have existed here on our planet for millions of years and consider their home. They have worked hard to control and influence humanity to their wants and needs, because we are like ants they can’t get eradicate. So why not use us to aid them.

I need to clarify that the Angelic and Light Beings are pure but between us and them lies the 4D realm of Astral existence. This is what one might call purgatory. It is where ones who still cling to earth life and don’t seek the higher existence go, the ghosts, this is where the records of mass consciousness exist, it is where the thought created entities of control and fear exist. These are the ones who tap into the energies of the ones who are unprotected, open and vulnerable to feed off their energies and attach to them and even control or possess their energies for their own benefit. If a being opens to telepathic communication with non corporeal beings without discernment and protection, these ones can appear as an angel or being of light whom you are seeking and fool you. They have no greater knowledge than they did while alive.

Then we have the demi-gods. These are what we term the mythological beings whom other times on earth called Gods. Now some would say they are ancient aliens, with misunderstood technology, and they consider angels the same. These demi gods are creator beings of higher dimensions. When we are free of our constraints of consciousness and Ascend to higher states of existence our abilities to create will increase and we will create systems and travel to into the far reaches of the unlimited potential some call the void. These ones came to earth to show us the possibilities that exist. Were they aliens? Some were and they either rose to the task of helping us or they fell under the influence of worship.

The misunderstood concept is that if one come to us they must be aliens. I term aliens ones who come from our universe and use physical ships to travel. These Beings do not use physical ships, they use their light vehicle to travel through dimensions of existence by thought. They can come together and form larger merkabas of light that many beings can utilize together. They are Archetypal Beings. They like Archangels brings certain concepts to us to teach us. They brought concepts in the stories about them to teach us about how to seek higher states of Being. Sometimes, they worked through incarnational beings and ones recognizing the message and energies would worship them.

Some of these beings are what we now call Ascended Beings who originated or Ascended either here on Earth or somewhere else. Then there are the ones whom are termed, Ultra Terrestrials existing in the 8th dimension and above. I will speak briefly here about Thoth for I know the most about him. He came from another system answering a call to help humanity. He says, in the translations shared by Rev. Maia Nartoomid,(http://www.spiritmythos.org/holy/light/thoth/thoth01.html) that Ultra Terrestrials are Ascended Beings from whom we have descended. He differentiates ET from Ultra terrestrials by stating that the E.T. have various levels of spiritual and technological development, but lack the high degree of spiritualization of their heart center. He says many of the ET are creations of the Nephilim.

The Ultra terrestrials come from the Attasic full light Spectrum of Light beyond the atomic level and in the field of Unified Consciousness. We exist in a half light spectrum since the fall. The Oritronic spectrum in which we exist has the essence of Metatron, but not the ability to manifest the full consciousness. Metatron is the garment of El Shaddai, the super electron of creation. That is a teaching in and of itself. He had came from the Ascended Full Light spectrum of Orion. You see our systems have full and half light spectrums. When a planet and its people ascend to full light there still exists in our reality a dead planetary form. That is why we see all the planets in our system have no life forms, but some seem to have remnants of what might have been civilizations at one time. Either the planet was destroyed of life or the soul of the planet and its population ascended and what we see is a reflection from the past. Much as this planet will appear when Earth ascends and the people who are ready ascend. The organic planet and people who ascended still exist but in higher dimension. They are looking out for their seedlings, us here on earth to help us to do the same.

Back to Thoth,he first came forth not in physical form but in a light form upon Atlantis as Thoth mus Zurud. He was called the Sword of Orion because like a sword he cut through falsehood bringing light and truth. He was part of the Redemption program. He came in a Merkaba of Light with the Enochian Table that was the blueprint of structures, the megalithic sites and pyramids around the planet and of the Great Pyramid. He was also to bring back ancient forgotten wisdom.

During the time of Atlantis he built the Great Pyramid. He guided the people during the time of Atlantis and upon its sinking he and the other demi-gods like Ra, took the records into differing locations on the earth to establish new colonies

Thoth took his first physical incarnation in Egypt and was known as Raismes of Aphra. Ones recognized the energies of Thoth that he was. He restored the Great pyramid from the damage of the deluge of Atlantis. He established temples of learning and upon his passing in that life Ascended. He later incarnated as Amenophis, Architect to Akhenaten, Imenhotep, architect to Zoser and Hiram Abiff, Architect to Solomon. He has also been part of a group soul to guide ones like Merlin.

It is hard for a personality incarnation of one like Raismes of Aphra, being adored as Thoth, to not get caught up in adoration, much like we see happening today with celebrities, politicians and sports figures. They begin to think they are demi-gods and they feed off the adoration of others. Yet, he did not, he was known as the Beloved.

During the time of about 3500 BCE there were wars among leaders in Egypt and other countries the Bharata Wars of India coming it is said in 1700 BCE. Thoth left Egypt and went forth to finish establishing the Christ Consciousness Grid as part of the system of Redemption. He traveled through out the world but there are many records in Central and South America about the temples/pyramids and teachings he brought. The Olmec faces are to me a reminder of the Grid Technicians who came from Egypt with him and traveled the world helping him to do this work.

I will complete this message by saying there are so many levels of Beings in Creation we are a small part like an electron on the outer rim of an atom within a body of Creation. There are good guys and ones who are self absorbed. Let us focus our attention on the good guys and the fact that within us exists the ULTRA TERRESTRIAL possibility of Infinite Being. We are more than just this body existing on this beautiful little planet we are BALLS OF LIGHT waiting to burst forth upon the unlimited potential of existence.

Embracing Authentic Self: Accelerating into 5D Vibration

Your words and actions are the truth you project.

Do they match that which you say you believe?

Are you living your authentic self?

We are in a time of amazing opportunity for transformation of self to be that which we believe to be the best self possible. Earth is transitioning from 3D chaos to 5D organic existence. We are being given the opportunity to move forward with Earth, by the Universe sharing all the energies we need to do it.

These energies are intended to aid us and are activating energies which mean they activate within us that which exists. If you have done your spiritual work to clear old blockages and outdated beliefs, they are providing you with energies to accelerate into 5D levels of vibration to move with Earth easily.

If you have within you fear, anger, hatred, judgement, violence, prejudice or any other separatist, controlling or limiting energy including a lack of self love or non forgiveness then these too are being activated and accelerated. Not as a punishment, because the energy is neutral it simply provides the possibility of activation, but as a tool that we can use to identify and clear. We are being show these aspects so that we can make a choice to continue forward as we have or to look at them and make the choice to be free.

These energies are not a punishment, but a clear tool to aid us in this process. If we choose to look at those aspects of ourselves which we most often lock away behind a wall because we don’t like them, that which is termed the shadow self, we are given accelerated tools of transformation and release. What used to take years of therapy, counseling and for some living in isolation to identify, deal with, release and transform can more easily be accomplished.

The key is you must make the choice, be willing to do this, focus upon it with intent to release, transform and be free. I am not saying each one will be easy. Some of these emotions, memories and beliefs are deeply embedded within us. Some are ancestral and in our DNA, or are from prior lives, or childhood. Some we were taught by our parents, families and people we trusted to be truth and the way things should be. However, the world changes and evolves and we must decide if those truths are making us happier and creating a better world for ourselves and all life. This is not about saying you are bad or wrong. We each have chosen to participate and create the world in which we live. We seek ones who believe the same to validate those beliefs. We have the right to make that choices and live it as long as we desire.

However, if you are finding it is not as satisfying as you once felt, then perhaps it is time to reevaluate them. We are being given so much help in order to make this as easy as possible for the Universe loves us and wants the highest and greatest good for all. Energies of release and transformation are coming forth to help us.

One of the best tools is the Violet Fire of Transformation from the Source of Creation which will remove and transmute any energy we are ready to release. Bring it down to the subatomic level of your being to release that which keep you from enjoying freedom to move into 5D level of vibration and Ascension with Earth.

There are many levels of release and transformation but we are being given the tools to make it easier. However, we must do the work no one can do it for us. For we are given free will to make the choice of how we want to live, learn and explore life and creation. We do not judge you as right or wrong, we are simply offering an alternative. If you are ready to live a life of freedom from chaos to explore the possibilities of the Universe, begin the process now.

We don’t need a space ship to see the wonders possible, for it exists within our light body to travel to the Infinite ends of existence and create more. This is the freedom that awaits us. We can’t reach that if we want to hold on to hatred, anger, violence, separation, fear and all the other changes that tie us to 3D chaos reality. One day all will make the choice of freedom, but it may not be as easy to do as it is now with all the help available.

Where do you begin? Begin by being mindful of your thoughts before you speak and act. Stop before you speak, take a deep breath and ask yourself is this kind, helpful, uplifting and unifying? If not, then ask yourself what it is within you that causes you to have this thought that would hurt another or cause separation. This is what needs to be released and transformed.

It is a process. When you can identify it, you need to be willing to release it. When you are ready to release it call for help and ask that the Violet Fire of Transformation, a gift of the Universe to come into your being to the subatomic level to release the energy or thought. Ask that the cause, core memory , record and effect of this original creation be released and transformed. Then ask that the clear diamond light of purity fill those cleared spaces with light and love.

Think of the Violet Fire as a flame that moves through you clearing and burning away the debris. If it is a thought form or belief you can also think of it as a camp fire, into which you write the thought on a piece of paper and say, I release this old belief or memory into the fire of transformation to be released of the cause, core memory, record and effect it has had upon me – TO BE FREE.

This is where you begin, by making the choice and taking control of your thoughts, words and deeds which create your future. There are more steps to take and we will be looking at them in the days ahead, but this begins your process. Love yourself, forgive yourself, embrace yourself and others who are part of you. We will look at that which is ancestral in your DNA, your inner child that has been affected and locked away since childhood, we will look at past lives.

I plan to create and offer in my esty shop MP3 meditations for ones to use to look at each of these areas and to move to release and transform them. For most of us have many layers of clearing and it helps to have something to refer back to and aid us in this process. I will let you know if you are interested when they are ready.

When the trumpet blows the time of transformation has come.

I have written about the trumpet sounds that have been happening before. Around the planet over the last few years people have been reporting hearing the sound of trumpets. There has been no source or reason found to explain these sounds. For many to hear of this rings of the Book of Revelation and the prophecy of the sounding of the seven trumpets signaling the final days on Earth, but the book of Revelation is an allegory, a parable to be discerned. We will look at it later in more detail, but today Archangel Gabriel has a message to share.

Sound is vibration and energy. Sounds and vibration as they connect with your energy centers, your chakra system trigger codes within you allowing your DNA to upgrade and for new information and energy to flow to you and through you. Sound and vibration are trigger to help you to awaken and shift to a higher perspective.

Many think of the Book of Revelation as a book which predicts the final physical Armaggedon of Planet Earth, war to end all wars and life. This war they believe will kill all the bad people, while the good will be taken up to heaven in a rapture before it happens.

Yet, the messages found within this book are symbolic as were most of the teachings so that one will find greater understanding as they clear and evolve in Spirit to understand at higher levels of perception. One can only understand at the level of clarity, purity and vibrational attunement in which they are currently existing.

The seven trumpets represent the opening of the seven charkra energy centers within the physical form which interact with your energy bodies and connect you to your Soul or Higher Self. The battle of Armageddon is symbolic of the battle within you to overcome the ego/lower mind directed perspective of life and to connect through your heart to your Soul and Higher Mind of Universal Oneness.

On planet Earth you live in duality which is a constant battle within yourself to choose. Where do you place your attention on the ego/desires of power, control and materialism or the higher perspective of Unity and compassion and Freedom. One brings you more of the same and keeps your focus on battles which when you believe a war is inevitable you will create it. The other option is to seek your inner direction to Unity and Oneness and to see that in hurting others, you hurt another aspect of yourself and choose to create a better world.

One chose brings Infinite Blessings to you and all life. The other leads to further chaos, fear, pain and destructive actions. Do you desire to continue to battle within yourself and in the world or do you choose the path of Peace and Unity.

When you learn to align within the heart to your soul, you align to Universal Mind and Oneness. You then begin to shift the process of Ascension which leads to what ones perceive as the Rapture. It is not about chosen ones being taken, it is about choosing to be in Unity Consciousness and transforming your thoughts, words and deeds to create this state within yourself and expanding it into the world in service to others. When you Ascend you transform your form into 5D, another level of vibration and so you may become invisible to others who call you raptured. The light ignites your cellular structure to transform it. The dark is transformed into Light. The battle is over within you and what you think, do and say is aligned to the higher perspective of all to create a better world.

Humans decide if there is Armageddon, by their choice to focus upon it or to focus upon peace. You create your reality with your intent, beliefs and desires.

This is why the trumpets are sounding and you are having solar flares. Both of this are signals, energy vibrations and sounds that trigger the opportunity within you to shift your perspective and beliefs. It will trigger you to transform the shadow as you call it the lower energies into light. If you instead desire to focus upon them they will be amplified within you and the world.

You are part of the collective of Light Beings who volunteered to come to bring the energy of Christos into the world. Christos energy is your higher consciousness Light Being. That which you truly are.

CHOOSE NOW – the trumpets are sounding the call. ASK AND IT SHALL BE GIVEN – SEEK AND YOU SHALL FIND.

NO ONE LEFT BEHIND

It was deemed to be so if we choose to Ascend.

A few decades ago, after the Harmonic Convergence in which humanity showed our desire and willingness to return to Unity Consciousness, it was decided that as Lady Gaia/ Earth ascends anyone who chooses Ascension will be given all the help possible to do so. Also, all possible energy would be supplied to help as much as possible within the parameters of self will, so that the control of mass consciousness would ease for as many as possible to make that choice.

It is the right of those who prefer the 3D ego consciousness of greed, self preservation and control to continue in that mode of consciousness. There will be a time when all will make the choice of Unity Consciousness, if not now then later. Why? All is part of Creator Source or Universal Oneness. As we are expanding forth we remain connected to this Oneness through our heart. We simply have to make our choice to remember, desire to reconnect and help is provided.

No one is chosen over another, we make the choice. The chosen are the ones who choose to Ascend. The Ones who desire to remain in ego consciousness now, when they finally make the choice to Ascend will be welcomed home to unity with love as much as the first who returned. There is always joy when we return to unity consciousness.

As a part of the Universal Oneness, that is called Creator Source, we are all inherently good and deserving of joy and abundance. The ‘fall’ was a fall in consciousness from 5D or higher to 3D that occurred when we chose to incarnate on earth, that we must raise back to Unity. It need not be a struggle, the Creator or Universal Oneness Consciousness wants us to be happy and prosperous. Thus, we need only remember and accept that we are part of the all of existence and All Beings. The connection to the Divine Presence Consciousness is within us. You are the teacher, the savior for whom you have been waiting. The answers to all your questions lies within you.

It is not wrong to seek knowledge from others, for we are taught and live our lives on earth in a singular fashion. On Earth we are taught that information comes to us from outside of ourselves. That is why discernment and protection are needed, and a heart centered focus. This is needed for us to be able to understand that each person is either giving us the best that they understand, which may not be the best for us or they might be trying to deceive and control us. We only can distinguish from a heart centered state of being.

Until we reach the point of knowing and Being from a place of Oneness consciousness, the other parts of ourselves who have remembered their Oneness are trying to help us. They come not from a physical connection but an inner connection to remind us who we are. In this too we need to use protection and discernment, for there are energies in the ethers (non physical) realms of earth that try to tap into our telepathic/ inner hearing to control us.

As long as we believe that only one man could ever manifest the perfection of the Divine, we will feel ourselves weak and unable to be the True Essence of the Creator Oneness that we are in Reality. All religions sprang from the sharing of inspired wisdom of ones who tapped into Universal Oneness. They did not teach others while alive to seek them, but whatever form they understood to be Universal Oneness and the Source of Creation. The limits of them as being the only ones able to connect to the Source of Oneness came afterwards, along with rules and rituals in which to do this if we want to be accepted and worthy.

This may have had purpose at one point in time, but it no longer serves to set us free but instead to keep us controlled and separate from the Divine within us. It keeps us looking without for that which exists within us.

So to return to the title of this writing, No One Left Behind, this is the Desire of All Oneness outside of our 3D limits and they seek to help us in our journey. It means that NO ONE who desires to seek Freedom and Ascension of consciousness back to Oneness, that which some term Heaven and Creator, will be left behind as Earth Ascends. Earth is returning to 5D from 3D and all who are able will do so along with her. That is why the abundance of help is being made available to us, so that if we choose, we can do so. However, we need to make the choice and ask for help. Due to free will choice they cannot interfere is we choose to stay in 3D. We will simply move to incarnate in another 3D system when Earth moves to 5D to experience the same as we do now. Is this hell punishment,? Well, it depends on how you look at the state of the humanity at this time.

Do not fear, you will not be left behind if you want to explore the greater existence, you need but ask for help and seek to let go of the limits that you have been taught to believe.

Synchronicities

Synchronicities are all around us but we don’t see them until we look.

Carl Jung is the first person to really touch on synchronicities in our modern philosophy. He called them, ” circumstances that appear meaningfully related yet lack a causal connection.” However, from a spiritual level of discernment once we understand that they exist and are signs of guidance, we begin to see them in our lives.

Synchronicities are guidance that is directed from our guides and teachers, the higher spiritual levels to help us to find our focus and direction along our spiritual path. They are for most people always present, we just don’t notice or call them a coincidence. When we become serious seekers and ask for help we begin to notice them happening more and more. Do they increase or are we just finally paying attention? Perhaps it is a little bit of both. Why? Because when we begin asking our guides and teachers for help they are able to do more, and so these events of synchronicity can increase and/or we are just listening or looking for guidance more intently.

Let me share the most recent for myself. I am writing a book and want to do a course and mp3 to go with it. In this process I realized that for the courses or working with individuals, they need not only the information for ascension but some basic clearings or perhaps energy healing and alignments. I had asked that Thoth one of my guides take charge of the information and guidance I needed to complete this work. Which was the beginning of inspiring this part of the process. In so doing, I saw a course being offered on Arcturian Healing and since I have felt a deep connection to the Arcturians for many years, and they are high spiritual healing beings, I decided to sign up. At the same time, a beautiful teacher with whom I love doing webinars for healing of the individual, humanity and planet had an offering for Light Body activation and Cellular upgrades for the individual and planetary work. I had signed up but for some reason, missed the time, luckily she sends the recording which is always as effective. Why, because time is irrelevant outside of our earthly limited consciousness. We can connect to any event if we allow ourselves to let go of our limited focus of events being sequential only.

Anyway, syncronistically, I felt guided to check out a favorite readers offerings and she had an arcturian attunement. I felt it would be wonderful to do that before taking the healing course. When she did the attunement what actually happened was that they checked my chakras and found that 4 were sufficient to receive the next set of energies but 3 were not and they worked on them. These were healers who stated they were with me through most of my lifetimes on earth and elsewhere in this Universe. Their opening statement was ,”It’s about time.” What I didn’t understand at the time, was that the next set of energies they were speaking about was the webinar which I had missed. This webinar was to Activate the Light Body and Updgrade the Cellular structures. As it began I realized that had they not done the chakra upgrade, I would not have received the energies in this webinar as strongly and easily.

My many thanks to Thoth and my other guides for helping me, guiding my connection and even forgetfulness of the webinar event until timing was correct. I am currently in the process of the Arcturian Healing course and understand why this particular course. Interestingly, it is in Spanish and I speak english, but it has subtitles and it has explained some concepts of the balance of mind, heart and body that I needed to understand in the healing process from the personal to universal level. Thoth and my other guides had been telling me that I needed to have more heart and mind coherence and now I have a greater understanding of how and why.

So, that which you think is a chance coincidence, is probably your guardian angel or guides trying to get you to listen. Mine have on more than one occassion saved my life, or moved me from one place to another, or helped me to encounter a person I needed to meet, or caused a book to fall on my head. Listen, look, ASK for help and guidance. They are limited in what they can do unless we ask. They can set up a meeting but we must choose to be aware that we need to meet that person, read that book, or take that course in order for it to benefit us.

When we ask they can do so much more. My guides made the point of saying that they wait for us to ask them to help. That they are not offended but delight when we give them tasks to do. That is why I asked Thoth to take over in regards to the work I am doing and he is wonderfully taking charge. There is a balance of allowing them to take care of the synchronicity and details of certain parts and being aware of when it is our part to be active. We can have a vision and see that main steps needed to come to the completion of that vision. When we ask for our guides to help, we need to release trying to control the details. What I mean is if you need funds, don’t say I want to win the lottery, that limits them. Say, I need funds to be able to manifest this project and ask you to guide me and help to manifest what is needed. You may find you meet the perfect person to be your partner.

Be aware, pay attention and be prepared. ASK and you will recieve an abundance of help and guidance, and synchronicities will abound.

Confused Saviors

Living from the heart versus the ego.

We have had many cults and cult leaders in the last century who gather followers and believers. The followers can become quite fanatical in their beliefs and support of their leader. Some leaders may have started out inspired and spiritually directed. Others began as either grifters or narcissitic sociopaths. Not being in judgment of these people simply stating from a palce of detached observation. A grifter is someone who is charming, charismatic in appearance or speech and uses these to entrap or trick other people out of their money. A narcissitic sociopath is someone who manipulates or harms others for their own personal gain. They live in a deluded reality with a need for power, money and control. They have little or no moral codes and use charisma and humor to charm others. They are impulsive and can be aggressive, disregarding rules, laws and social norms as below them.

How do we fall under their spell? We have been trained since birth to be disempowered and to bow to the rewards and punishment system of society in order to be liked and accepted. Even some of the religious systems speak of a Prophet or Leader who will return to either save us or judge us as unworthy. This connects to our own training to do what we are told is right, in regards to beliefs and actions so that we can be one of the ‘chosen’. This open a place in our lives for someone to step in who speaks with authority, and perhaps even demonstrates traits we believe are part of the package of being saved, to take over our lives and even money. 

At first they are loving and supportive, but as they begin to be worshipped by followers, who follow without question, they have a strong choice to make, to move the followers inward to find their own Divine connection or to increase the personal rewards to ego, and create a stronger bond to themselves. This usually involves some sort of fear factor, that if they leave they will either be ‘damned’ to hell or they will be harmed. The other factor may be playing on their ego, that they have something that ones outside their group do not have, they are chosen. They have the right to judge others, and either obtain more followers through charisma or fear. These ones also are ego lead to power and control.

Many who fall into their spell are sad, depressed, have issues with self love, and self worth. They may be at loose ends having ended a job or relationship, even parting from family. They may have been in a controlling and abusive relationship. These emotions leaving them vulnerable to the promise of something loving and greater than themselves to give them hope. Some have left a mainstream religion, but with the memories of the beliefs and words of their parents and society ringing in their DNA. They are searching for something greater and more inspiring, to be part of something greater than themselves. This new religion or group promises to show them a greater path and they will become stronger and more in control of their lives, and even an inspiration to others. Each of these is an issue with ego not being balanced to the heart, that leaves one vulnerable to a cult leader.

We are used to others making laws and rules that we are supposed to follow in order to be liked, accepted and succeed in society. So following the rules is easy for them. The leader just has to find the right key to trigger ones to follow them. Perhaps they have the ability of verbal persuasion, a type of hypnosis through words. They might know mind control techniques. Some make know some forms of manifestation or magic to appear supernaturally gifted. What ever the means, they are the savior, the chosen one and they will choose those who will be the saved and blessed people. 

They can either create more self doubt, and misguided beliefs in their followers or appeal to their own ego in order to control them. If ones awaken at the time of control to what is happening in their lives, and they loss of power and control, they are often trapped in the web and through force not allowed to leave, through threats of harm to themselves or loved ones. 

We have seen many lead to death of individuals or the entire cult. Once one is connected it is hard to break away. If that is possible, they should seek medical evaluation of their body and counseling fo some knid. Either psychiatric or spiritual. Unfortunately, their are ‘archons’ of many types who have developed and controlled the direction politically, economically and socially for many milleniums on earth. They are quite adept at the mechanisms they use like mind control in many forms used to entrap and enslave the energies of humanity spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. We have been conditioned by the ancestoral training and the systems of the planet to fit into the systems, whether political, familial, societal, country, ethnic, racial or economic. All systems have rewards and punishments involved with conforming to its rules. So it is no surprise we may conform to a cult. 

We seek something more in life, hope for something to escape the chaos around us. It is hard for ones to leave because the feras and doubts which allowed them to become a part are now even more deeply embedded in their minds. If they leave they are in need of healing the inner child the pain and teachings, healing the heart to connect to the Divine within to bring light to the shadow of the mind. 

The work of healing the inner child and embracing the shadows to be whole begins in the heart. We move into the heart, opening it to connect with our Soul so that it might take it’s place as the guide of the mind. This will lead us back to freedom and unity for the authority and control of others upon the Earth. We seek to bring the light into the shadows of our heart and mind, within our very DNA, that comes from this life, past lives on earth, other planets and dimensions, and from our ancestors and their karmic links. We can use the Divine Violet Fire of transmutation to help us to recognize, release and transform these energies, beliefs and blockages to be Free. Then we can bring the Golden Light of the Creator into every cell and subatomic particle of our body and DNA so that we become protected, whole, unifed and a guiding light unto others to be Free.

It takes a village to help each other. We need to seek love within the heart to allow our Soul to help us be Free. Seek not another in the form, for the Creator is within. 

The final thought is those who would entrap others – let go- it is not our part to seek revenge, but to forgive others, for to continue to hold anger ties us to them energetically. When we forgive, release and transform that energy with the violet flame, we are free. Then it is their own part to deal with the karma they have created.
