Daily clearing and mindfulness are the best tools given to help us to navigate the world and life events as we move along our path. Clearing is a wonderful tool to help us with the blockages, beliefs and karmic results we may experience or have. It clears the past to prevent the same choices and energies from triggering us in the future.
I was told to stay in the Now moment. When we allow the thoughts of the past or worry about the future events to enter or brain seeks the cause and effect belief to place blame outside of ourselves for the situation. We are wrapped up in the story it tells us of why this happened or what could happen and who is to blame.
If we focus on staying in the Now this lets us be mindful. So, how do I do this? They said that perhaps when I hear myself thinking or speaking of the past or future or even moving into negative thoughts about a person or event in the now, that I say NOW. That I should tell my subconscious mind and my consciousn mind that NOW is my trigger to be in this moment and be mindful to align to my Higher Self and the joy and peace this brings, as well as the higher perspective for All involved. For when I am in the NOW that which is outside of me cannot affect me and allows me to be mindful. In this I can see that which was my tigger that needs to be cleared and transformed.
I was told I could also use this to be a my focus word in meditation. To use Now as the word that brings my drifting thoughts back into focus. I was told to remember that in thei NOW moment we are all we need to be as we align to our Higher Self through our heart.
They shared the following meditation one can use to develop this alignment if you have not done so. To align through your heart place your attention in the center of your chest where you heart chakra is located. Close your eyes from distractions and begin breathing rythmically, deeply and slowly until your can relax. Think of a sun like light shining within your chest and expanding with each breath throughout your body. With each inbreath you are brining in more light and each out breath takes away all stress. Think about someone or something you love dearly, that feels you with joy allow this to be the emotion of your shining light. As you focus upon the center of this light see a door of gold appear before you. Walk towards that door and open it. As you enter the room it is a beautiful white room with golden trim, and you feel peace and joy. Within the room you see a shining Being of Light. They greet you and tell you they are your Higher Self. They are the part of you that has always been One with the Universal Oness of Creation. They have awaited you return to connect with them. They open their arms and you enter their embrace, where you find unconditional love, oneness and acceptance. They tell you that you are loved and valued. They tell you that you are and have enough in this Now moment.
They suggest that together you agree that when you say NOW that you will return to this moment of Oneness with them. That the word now will take you to this moment of Oneness and Unity where you will feel, know and hear the highest perspective to benefit all.
NOW IS THE KEY, that your Higher Self places in your heart. They release you from the embrace and touch your heart telling you they are always with you when you place you attention upon your heart and in the NOW. They step back and you turn and walk back through the door. You know that you can now forever connect and the connection grows stronger with your attention in the Now. They have given you the KEY.
Now is all we have. The past is the lessons we have experienced in order to learn. The future we create by our choices NOW.

The answer is NO!!!!! It is never to late to awaken to the light. From the beginning of the Divine Plan it has always been prepared for those who choose the light even in the last moments of a Galactic Point of Transformation.
Let me share first what I have come to understand from Commander Ashtar in service with him and from the Galactic Council of Light regarding this and then we will look at what you can do from this point forward. For I know you are saying I am so late how do I catch up.
Don’t worry be happy. Don’t worry be happy. That is the song that is running through my head as I begin writing this. How can that be of help? There is so much to worry about in the world and I am not prepared spiritually from what I read and hear about Ascension.
The angels say ‘elation’ which comes from joy and happiness lighten the energies and help us focus on the positive which opens our heart to receive the light love and alignment needed for Ascension. So what is going to be shared here will hopefully help you to focus on the joy and possibilities and let go of the FEAR. Fear is the lowest energy possible and what will prevent many from shifting and desiring to shift spiritually, because it consumes their focus, energy and keeps their vibration too low. This is why the choice is so important now to begin to shift that focus and let go of the Fear to come into balance and harmony of Love, compassion, caring and unity. I feel like a broken record writing this each message, but some one is always in need of hearing it.
What has the Galactic Council done to prepare for ones who make last minute choices? In order to understand this, I will repeat some information I wrote about before to help you understand. Before 1987, it was believed that the Ascension of Earth would be the point of a cataclysmic action that would wipe out most people as has happened in the past when the magnetic poles shifted and the ‘great flood’ occurred which sank Atlantis. Very few people were seeking Ascension and alignment to the Higher Wisdom, Light and Will of Creation through their Higher Self. Only person here or there were becoming Enlightened and developing Self Mastery.
There were ones who were seeking but would probably not be ready to Ascend before the predicted event. The Council of Light that guide the Divine Plan for our Universe are the directors who of the Plan and Commander Ashtar and his Fleet of Light Ships, ‘The Galactic Federation of Light” who serve under them protecting, monitoring and guiding humanity. They had prepared quarters to accommodate many. However, even for them ones had to have reached a certain level of vibration and clarity to be able to exist upon their ships. Thus, there are the also the Federation of Light ships which are of a lower vibration that the ships of Commander Ashtar’s fleet which also have quarters prepared to take care of their Star Family who are able to move into a matching vibration. They exist on 4D and can move into 3D easily. While for the Ashtar Command are 5D and higher in vibration.
So, as we are participating in Earth being in a state of ‘flux’ as part is 3D and part is 5D, we are experiencing that to which we are energetically, mentally and emotionally focused and attached. The emotions like fear, control, anger, judgment, hatred, violence and war for example keep one in 3D. When one shifts their energy and tire of the games of these emotions and seek unity, compassion, caring, love and hope they awaken.
As I said, it has been anticipated that as ones see the increase of lower energies and their destruction they will choose to awaken, just as it was known that when it was believed we would suffer cataclysmic destruction ones would call out and awaken. So the accommodations were prepared to lift off those who could vibrationally move into the ships. While in the ships they would be healed and wisdom shared to help them further align to their Higher Self and the Oneness and raise their vibration to 5D or higher. Then they could go to that which matches their vibration, either the new Earth or another dimension or perhaps the planet of their origin.
As to those who choose not to move upward and are vibrationally not able to move beyond 3D. Do not worry for there is always a place where ones can continue to grow. There are at times one who have separated so far from oneness into self will control that they loose connection to their soul. They become an empty shell and they are ‘recycled’ back to Source or the Creational Potential to become a new spark of Creation.
The Source of Creation no matter what name you choose is the Oneness of All Life from which All Life came forth and to which it will one day return into Unity. This is the symbol of the yin and yang, the light in the dark and the dark in the light. They will eventually balance for all must one day balance.
So now that you know what is prepared what can you do if the time is very short. Don’t worry be happy!!!!!
By this we mean to take your focus off of the events happening in the world. They are designed to keep you locked into fear, anger, separation and control. These are the energies of the systems of the world that have controlled humans for millennium. When you place your focus on that which you desire you let go instead of that negative information and events happening around you, you lighten your energy. When you focus upon centering in your heart and seeking in each thought, word and deed to speak and act with love, caring and compassion you lighten your energy and begin aligning with your Higher Self. This allows your higher self to guide you to make choices and take actions from a Higher Perspective. Visualize at the end of each day a Violet Flame swirling around you and through you. Then ask that the Golden White Light of Creation fill all the spaces clear and surround you with Light of Protection. Each morning and at night ask Archangel Michael to surround you with his Blue Flame of Protection and to cut any chords or attachments that are not of your highest good. Sometimes we have a connection with another that we have chosen that benefits both of you in your spiritual growth and mission. However, often we let down our guard and ones who would control us or non physical entities can attach to us through chords to control us or to live off our energies and need removed.
This Violet Flame is a gift to humanity to clear mis-qualified energies and blockages to allow the light to flow through us more easily and raise our vibration. At the end of each day take a moment before invoking the Violet Flame to ask or see if there were choices you made, actions you took or words you spoke that were of fear, anger, judgment etc. If so ask the Violet Flame to transform, transmute and change these energies. Ask to be forgiven by those you may have hurt and forgive those who hurt you. Ask that the cause, core memory record and effect of these be transmuted and with an open heart release them. This can help if they are from a past life, DNA/hereditary or early childhood.
Try to stay aligned in your daily life to the heart. When you focus in your heart center with your attention you can feel a shift in your energy. Be mindful to do this when you have a thought that is fearful, judgmental or angry and invoke the Violet Flame to clear it, do this before you speak or act upon this thought and in your heart ask your highest self to guide you to the highest choice and perspective to benefit all involved.
These may sound like a lot, but it doesn’t need to take hours of your day. Just a few minutes to prepare, protect and align in the morning. To start to be mindful of your thoughts, words and deeds in the day. To review for a few minutes at the end of the day to clear and balance the energies of that day.
Listen to music that uplifts throughout your day. Sit or take a walk in nature to clear energy. Take a few minutes even 5 to sit quietly and speak to the Universe with thanks for your Blessings and to ask for guidance and listen. Be aware of signs or whispers around you trying to get your attention to help you. You will find as you shift your focus from the problems in the world to seeing the beauty you will – LIGHTEN UP- and be HAPPY. This is what the systems don’t want, but you can buck the system and be FREE. It doesn’t take you spending hours in meditation, or taking classes and spending lots of money with readings or tools.
All these may help but you have all you need within you. You are directly aligned through your heart with the Quantum Field of Creation. That which awaits us whether on the New Earth, your home planet as a Star Seed, or the Infinite possibilities of the 7th, 8th or 9th dimension is AMAZING. Think about what you want and you will attract it to you. Focus upon the bad, negative and what you don’t want and IT OWNS YOU.

Star Center of Creation
May you find the joy within you. Don’t be afraid to dance in the sun and the moonlight. To hug a tree or smile at another person. Bring joy into your life and the world.
We have reached the extremes of duality at this time. In the Universal Law of Cause and Effect we must balance the scales at some point along our journey and we are being given a unique opportunity at this time in the Great Cosmic Cycle. The Creator wishes for each of us abundant health, joy and financial or physical prosperity.
And Jesus said to his disciples, “Truly, I say to you, only with difficulty will a rich person enter the kingdom of heaven. “Matthew 19:23. Why would this be if the Creator wishes us to have abundance? It is similar to the quote ‘money is not evil it is the love of money’. If the Creator asked you to sell or give all of your riches to the poor to Ascend, would you gladly do so? Or would you hesitate? It is the placing of material objects, wealth and the systems of the world before the Creator that makes the difference.
We are all a part of the Creator and a part of each other. Jesus in Matthew 25:40 says, ” Verily I say unto you, In as much as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.” Among the many sins of Sodom described in Genesis 19, her people were “arrogant, overfed and unconcerned; they did not help the poor and needy” (Ezekiel 16:49).
Wealthy people, self-reliant and well provided for, have a much harder time humbling themselves and admitting weakness than those who are poor. They often find it hard to admit that there is something beyond their control that has power greater than theirs. This same principle can apply to those who rely on their intelligence, good luck, or other attributes instead of on the Source of All Life.
This is not a criticism of wealth or wealthy people for there are many good people of wealth who give to the poor and care for the Earth and ALL Life on Earth. They understand the concept of Love, compassion, unity and caring. They continue to receive for they give and share. The law of karma or cause and effect may mean that a person is poor in one life and rich in another or vis versa for the purpose of balance to see the opposite of what their actions were and how they affect others.
This is not meant as judgment but a ‘wake up call’ for those who love money, wealth and control or ego centered attention for their mental, or physical gifts over their spiritual alignment and service. You see wealth can be more than just money as stated before it can be pride in your intellect, you physical beauty or athletic ability, pride in your accomplishments or career success that makes you feel you are more worthy or entitled than others. There is even the Spiritual Pride that one belongs to a specific church or religion and so they are better than others. They believe they are worthy or saved because they support the church financially and go to service every week. Thus, they are better than another who doesn’t.
The point they are missing is these are things of the material world – YOU CAN’T TAKE IT WITH YOU WHEN YOU LEAVE THE FORM. We ALL have areas in our lives that reflect an aspect of this upon which we need to place our inner work effort to clear and to be mindful of our thoughts, words and deeds regarding them.
I was reminded by Metatron this morning of being more mindful. One need not go to extremes either. You are not asked to give up all your wealth to the poor, but one needs to be willing and in this you know they do not own you, but you own them. DON’T LET EGO FOOL YOU IN THIS. You are probably saying but I can do that. Can you give up your car and face the aspect of walking or riding a bike or bus everywhere? Can you give up your house and live on the streets?
Again you are not being asked to do that, the Universe doesn’t want to deprive you and force you into destitution. You are simply being asked to think about your priorities and your spiritual alignment.
Do you walk your talk?
The Third Pillar of Islam is charity.
Allah says in the Qur’an; “It keeps one away from sin and saves the giver from the moral ill arising from the greed and love of wealth.
“He who sleeps on a full stomach while his neighbor goes hungry is not one of us.”
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
For Buddha who was wealthy, he tried the way of poverty to see if he could understand the higher perception of Spirit. He found that did not fulfill his journey either. He realized the middle way was the path way to enlightenment. Giving and receiving, balance and harmony in all things in life.
This can have many layers like an onion. For instance, I was called to move from Indiana my home many years ago to do the work of spirit. As I began my journey I found I could only take what fit in my car and had to leave the rest behind. I stored it in my parents home. I know I have shared this before but for those new it is being shared as an example. I was moved to North Carolina and finally to California. When I reached California, events happened that caused my parents to move here and all my material goods came with them. They only stayed a short while and returned to the midwest.
The point being I was ready to leave it all behind. I have accumulated much in this life time and given away much. In fact I am being told daily to clear the clutter of my accumulated items. I give of my finances, time and wisdom that is no problem. I do have a habit of accumulating things like books, crystals, clothes and animals in need. This is the layer of my onion. When I am asked to move I am ready, but I have all these objects or animals that I have to decide about. The animals always move with me they are not disposable.
The focus being this.
We are in a time of Spiritual Freedom and Enlightenment being available to all who are ready. I am not wise enough to decided if anyone but myself is ready. For me the ego/personality what another chooses makes no difference as to what I choose to do or how I choose to act regarding this topic. In fact I have to ask for guidance from the Creator, My Higher Self and my guides and teachers, the wiser brothers and sisters that help me in many areas of my life. I ask what is holding me back or needs to be addressed. Today, I found that I need to be more mindful. So I will adjust to be more aware.
This is being shared so perhaps the one reading if may take a look and see where they stand in relationship to this topic. The goal is for all to Ascend who wish to do so. My wish and service is to do whatever I can to help others to awaken and align to the Divine Light within them. In the meantime I continue to do the inner work personally to be clear and Free and of Service.
We each have to balance the scales of the effect of our choices at some point. Only you can find what is needed for you and make the changes. There is no need to judge your point of growth against where another is for each path is different. We can only balance our own personal scales, no one is going to do it for us. It may be a choice we made that we thought was wise and we come to see it was not so wise and affected others not just ourselves. This scale will need o be balanced. However, the ones who are with you to guide you on the other dimensional realms when asked will do what they can to help and guide you in the right direction to clear the effect and balance the scales. Sometimes we have to take an action to clear our choices and balance the scales.
This is the perfect time to look within and around you and see what needs to be changed or balanced so you can walk the middle path to alignment and freedom from the systems of the human control.

I was guided to this link which is a follow up to the message I shared from them about a Light coming in and this explains it and what happened. It also was for me a confirmation of what I shared earlier today and over the last few days. The Light wasn’t anything scary, many didn’t even know what it was but it offered us Unity Consciousness with each other Earth and All Life.

Last night I awoke in the middle of the night. It was one of those times when you know you aren’t going to be able to go right back to sleep soon. Usually I will get up and go into the other room so I don’t disturb my sleeping husband but I heard don’t stay here and relax into the experience.
Almost immediately I saw images of drops of energy like atoms or electrons moving around in random patterns. They were everywhere and would bump into each other. Sometimes this would result in an explosions, sometimes they would simply merge into one and others simply bounced off and continued along their way. Slowly they began integrating and combining more and more. The explosions became less and it appeared there were two growing balls of energy. There were still a few singular that would bounce off of each but they were less and less. Sometimes one or more would leave one circle and bounce around and then join the other. Eventually One ball or circle became larger than the other. As it grew more and more light began to pour into it and more left the other circle or ball to join the lighted ball. Finally, the One ball was much larger and the other ball seemed to simply disappear into the darkness as the larger ball became the New Earth.
We are in the stage where the ball or circle of light is growing and more are leaving the other ball to join the ball or circle of light. I heard to be at peace and tell others to be at peace. Don’t join in the bumping into each other that causes explosions. It is all aligned and moving forward. When we pay attention to the bluster as ones bump into us they are simply wanting to take our light to feed their discontent and ego. Stay protected in the light and speak your truth as guided, but don’t feel the need to convince anyone uless you feel that inner guidance, NOT the ego wanting to be right or convince another of your perspective.
There is no need, it is more important to feed the ball or circle of light. It is in the Light which this circle shines that will draw the ones still uncommited or those who have thoughts or doubts within the other circle. When they see the peace and light you project instead of fear it creates doubt and confusion as to their path and causes them to seek that light and peace for themselves.
When you enter this state as part of the circle you are disconnecting from the chain of control called mass consciosuness.
For ones to understand, I will share this concept. Each planet has a creational matrix. This matrix is composed of all the consciousness patterns of life forms that compose the planet from the Soul of the planet, to the soul of trees, animals, cetaceans, birds, reptiles, flowes, and elementals. All that exists whether an individual soul or group soul has a pattern within the creational matrix of Earth. This creational matrix is the agreed upon patterns in which all that exists on earth is held and how it will appear to each of us. That is why a tree looks as it does and not like a flower, or a table or chair appears as they do. We have agreed that each item appears the way it does from within the creational matrix.
It holds the history of all that has existed upon the earth the akashic records. It also contains what we term mass consciousness whis is the thoughts, feelings as result of individual or group events or actions. It is through this creational matrix that the so called butterfly flapping its wings can affect the weather on the other side of hte world. Or someone wanting to control the actions of humanity can feed their belief to affect the thoughts of others.
It is by mindfulness that we disconnect from the mass consciousness matrix which is a control mechanism at this point. We no longer need to hold onto the patterns of the old way of being on Earth for the New Earth is manifesting and we can now shift our connection and perspective to this large ball of light that has been growing. It doesn’t matter what they do in the old circle of mass consciousness once we are disconnected for we have tapped into the Eternal and Infinite circle of Light. When we are connected to the New Earth energies we can bring more Light and Love or Compassion energy into the Old Earth consciousness to help light the path for others. They will see it and feel it in your Presence and want to partake. It is then that when you speak they will hear the Truth you have to share and it will open a door within them that was previously closed.
I was told to continue writing , sharing, healing and teaching and those who desire will be guided to read. Do not worry those connected to the Light will be safe. As you each ask that your light be shared with each other, earth, nature and those focused upon the light it will grow, the strength and size of your ball of light will grow. Do not feed the darkness within yourself or the World. They thrive upon attention, chaos and controversy. Allow them their games, there is no war to win, they love the fight, the peace holds no thrill no energy to feed the machine.
As I write this I am reminded of the Movie Matrix. If you never watched it you might find it interesting. For we are at the point where ones who had been feeding the machine and living their dream world inside a generated holographic program are unplugging. This enrages the matrix machines the result of the human created AI who had taken over and enslaved them as energy food, while giving them a dream life that they thought was real. In the movie they fight back against the machines to take back their world. In reality we don’t need to fight the machines, we simply need to shift our focus from feeding the darkness through chaos and fear to coming into Unity through love and compassion.
As we stop the fear focus and focus upon Unity we join the New Earth 5D reality and live in 5D upon this 3D planet until the Ascension is complete and the 3D and those who choose not to seek the light of Freedom will simply receed back into the darkness. Yet, realize this darkness is of their choice and when they are ready they will choose something different. Sometimes, a soul can get so distanced from the light that it may need to be ‘recycled’ back to source to be transformed and renewed. These larger cycle moments are those opportunities. It gives them a chance to start again. Sometimes, they have volunteered to be a catalyst appearing as the darkness to make us aware of the light and as the process completes they will step out of the darkness and into the light.
For those who move into 5D New Earth there are Infinite possibilities for us to learn and create in the Infinite potential.
On a personal level they shared that today I had realized and made my final disconnect from that matrix of mass consciousness, one of those AHA moments. That is why this could come. What I had felt about the horrific earthly cataclysms of nature not occuring was a result of the many light workers awakening and bringing more light into where they lived, creating these corridors of light and linking them together. In doing so we are feeding the earth energies to help her to make the transition easier for herself and all life upon Earth. As we disconnect from the Mass consciosuness matrix we are able to bring in higher light levels to aid in this process for EARTH and ALL LIFE upon Earth.
I was reminded of a question I asked Source about why I was not seeing clairvoyantly like I had in prior lives. Just a few days ago I had started a lesson in clairvoyance with Master Merlin and was wondering if this would open my gift. The answer prior from Source had been that I had shut if off myself and to go back to the beginning to find out why. Last night I realized that I had shut if off until I could disconnect from the matrix of mass consciousness so that the chaos could not tap into it. I have had them approach me in spirit about things before and I always refuse to help them. This doesn’t mean they didn’t receive help elsewhere but I have not concsiously given it. However, they have a way of tapping into anyone connected whenever they let down their guard or they succomb to high emotions especially fear and anger. These are like pipelines to access our energies.
I believe now I can open this gift that I chose to close. It is important to remember that we need to stay centered and aligned. It is hoped this helps us all to understand the importance of mindfulness to keep us aligned to the Light and Oneness so we can disconnect from the mass consciousness control and vampirization of our energy. This allows us to focus and connect on the Unity of the New 5D Earth and existing as the Light we truly are while walking upon the Earth. In this Archangel Michael reminds me of how other planets had been freed by the Presence of Ones of Light bringing that Light into the planet with Truth and Love, without every swinging a sword, firing a gun or setting off a weapon of mass destruction.
I hope this is helpful to others as you contemplate what is happening in the world of change right now. It is now in this moment that you can have you AHA moment and Let Go and disconnect from the Matrix.

I believe that the energies coming to us as Mother Earth Ascends are awakening all Humanity. We are all awakening at differing rates and in differing ways. Those who align first will help on the physical leve by Being the Light they are to guide by example and sharing wisdom. Do not worry if you desire it will come. I truly believe only those who chose to stay in 3D duality will not make the transition. The goal is no one left behind. We are simply releasing the old for the new golden age to come.
YOU ARE ENOUGH AND YOU ARE LOVED.
There is nothing that you have done in this school of learning that stops the Love and compassion of the Universe from coming to you. That does not mean you will not have to balance those energies that were less than Divine. You may think you are good enough or wise enough to do that which you are inspired to do . Perhaps you believe you are not good enough or worthy to Ascend. Know that if you desire and make the choice all you need to is ask. The help and guidance you need will come as you move into thoughts of Unity and compassion over fear and control.
Know within you exists the spark of the Creator just awaiting your aligning to it. Who you truly are is not this form. Your are made of Starlight and gold, you are the Light awaiting to expand into the Darkness.
Do not let the world tell you that you are less or deserve less. You are loved and you are enough. Turn you attention to the love and let within.
Take some time for yourself. Perhaps you have children and think you can’t. There must be a way. Ask your spouse and make a deal you each have a day for yourself while the other takes care of the children. No spouse or the other parent is unwilling to help, perhaps you have a friend or your parents who would help. You will never know unless you ask. You just might find they are more than willing to help to give you some time, a break to connect with your spirit and pamper and love yourself.
We cannot accept or love another until we find peace and love rfor ourself.

The purpose of this web page and the writings shared is to help each of you to reconnect and align to the Divine Higher Self within you to guide you on your path of Ascension. Ascension meaning that you have cleared your energies of all that is outdated and blocking your pure alignment and have come into self mastery of thought, word and deed. You have thus raised your vibrational rate to 5D while walking in this form manifesting your Unity consciousness and are free from control of the systems of Earth.
The purpose of spiritual gifts is alignment to the Unified Field and should not be the focus of your spiritual journey, although that is your choice. However, be aware in doing so you may create karmic energy for yourself that needs balanced. Instead they are the gift you receive as part of your Unity and Service to the Higher Perspective, Wisdom, Light and Love.
This page is intended for you to be guided by the highest light and wisdom possible that exists within your heart connection.
You will see some messages just have my signature and some my name with a Being of Light’s name, or sometimes they may send a message direct. Even when it is just my signature, usually I have been guided strongly to share something that I have come to understand about something. Usually this is coming directly from my Higher Self and connection with the Universal Mind to understand. If there is with my name the name of a Light Being, Ascended Master, Angel or any other Beings name, that is because they work working directly with me in understanding and what needed to be shared. Then either the entire message or within a writing may be a direct message from a specific Being which I will note.
Our guides and teacher, or Beings of Light are like our older and wiser brothers and sisters. They are not attempting to tell us what to do, but if we ask or are open they will work with signs, inspiration or direct guidance through the gifts of spirit that we have activated to help us with their wisdom of the higher perspective that benefits all life. If a person in physical or a spirit tries to tell you what to do – Be Careful and Discerning. This is why it is important to do the inner work of clearing and aligning through your heart before you seek to connect with non physical beings or even to become a follower of physical teacher. Another aspect I was shown long ago was to beware of those who want to be GURUs and collect followers to support them.
I was told I am an Oracle of Divine Grace and that is the name of this site. I am not a medium, channel or psychic. I am not here to tell fortunes or predict the future. I am not here to tell you what to do, you have free will choice to do what you feel or want to do. I have come in service to the Light to bring Light to help clear the chains and illusions from the heart, minds and eyes.
Free will choices have lead to the chaos we see around us, with 8 billion people trying to bend the world to their point of view. This is why the inner work and alignment through the heart to our Higher Self that is One with the Source of All Life, the Quantum Field of Universal Mind and Unified Creation, which some call Divine Will is essential for the manifestation of the Highest Potential for All Life and abundance for ALL.
I have had abilities since birth, and each of you has the potential to reclaim and utilize your gifts of spirit that are available through your inner work and alignment also. I have been clairsentient, clairvoyant, clairaudient, claircognizant for as long as I can remember. I have felt, known and seen things but I have never felt like offering services as a psychic. I have offered a reading to help ones at the crossroads only on their spiritual path. Why? Because my purpose is not to tell you who to marry, which job to take, when you will get what you want, but to help you to connect to your inner guidance. Sometimes that means we reach a choice or crossroads where we just are stuck and need some perspective of what the higher possibilities available to us would be so we can make the correct choice. I will not tell you what choice to make, only the highest potential I am shown that you came to Be and Do.
There is nothing that I know, do or share that isn’t available to you when you do the inner work and align to your Higher Self. This is my wish for each of you.
I am being guided to prepare some MP3 meditations to help us with differing aspects and connections. I am also preparing a Course of spiritual clearing, the inner work and alignment. I will be offering some energy clearing for healing in the future as my time opens. There is only so many hours in the day. I also am holding a vision for Star Centers of Creation a pattern for places where we can go in the future and or live in the Golden Age that is coming in order to be in balance and harmony with Earth, Nature, all non human life and the Spiritual realms of Light.
My purpose is to share wisdom and healing/clearing to help you to BE in form that which you already are in your Soul.
I will tell you that Earth is Ascending and we all have the opportunity to do so with her if that is our choice and we are willing to do the inner work to prepare and raise our vibration to 5D to do so. It is my understanding that cataclysmic events like super volcanos or flipping of the axis are events we have moved beyond thanks to ones, since 1987, working diligently on themselves and working to help Earth with cleansing and transforming the energies.
I will say the nuclear/atomic disruption is the one in human control that it is important that we hold the light of transformation of those energies from being a possible choice. However, the fact that 52% of humanity is focused on the light and hopefully that percentage is growing daily makes that possibility less likely.
There will be cleansing events but those who pass have chosen to do so and those who do not will be guided to safety before. The GFL under Commander Ashtar are prepared to help ones in need who make last minute choices with the physical form and others may leave form and be guided by Beings of Light. I do not see any major events. Even the Flash of Light from the video shared in the last message – IF this is to occur – is not something to fear, but an enlightening energetic event for our benefit. I am being shown it is like the kundalini awakening within us. This burst of light that forever transforms us but doesn’t hurt us. Again, I don’t know if this event will happen, I am not guided to pay attention to predictions, for we have free will to change all things and we have.
I am being told that we have been taught to fear the sun and its energy rays. The sun brings us light for our transformation and for physical life on Earth. Do not fear the Sun, do not fear anything. When you fear something that lowers your vibration and you loose alignment to the possibilities of the Cosmos. One thought I was told long ago was that all fear comes from a belief in death as the ultimate end. For we have with the veil of amnesia forgotten that we are Souls moving in a human form. The form may die but we continue on. Our ego/mind in this belief of death of the form means we are gone, has the fight or flight trigger that has taken control of our lives, and allowed others to control us through the fear of pain and death. You can if you are in pain, leave the form at anytime when you are aware, just like you can astral travel. This is all I will say on that subject at this time.
Simply remember this thought – even the grand design and Divine Plan are subject to adjustments due to the choices of humanity. As I stated earlier, the destructive forces that could have happened, we have through our choice for Light instead of fear have adjusted the need and opened new avenues of Freedom through balance and harmony. WE determine the future through our focus, energy, choices and intent.
Hopefully, one day I will have the messages all categorized to find more easily by area of interest, usually I forget and I know it would be more helpful.

I cannot say that this will be an actual event or not. The idea is not of about an event that should cause fear or anxiety. I think the message here is about what we can do to stay in balance and harmony and prepare for anything that might happen as a result of the Ascension of Earth and Humanity. No matter the events around you, the message shared here can help you to see what you can do personally. As we have come to a time when even the United States government has admitted to the possibility of Extraterrestrials it is time to address this with understanding. There are extraterrestrials, who are not necessarily more advanced spiritually than we are but can have advanced technology. They exist on a 3D or 4D level. Some belong to what is called the Galactic Federation, which is not to be confused with the Galactic Federation of Light. The Galactic Federation consists of Beings from planetary systems who have made agreements to work together, but are still growing spiritually and are may or may not be Ascended Beings.
Here on Earth we have subterrestrials. These involve ET who have been involved with or lived upon Earth and are now living underground. Please do not confuse these species with the Beings of Light who exist in the Levels of Hollow Earth like Shamballa. These subterrestrials are Beings who work with governments or to control systems on Earth. This does not mean that they are all doing this but you need to be aware.
Not all that glitters is of the LIGHT.
Then there are Ultraterrestrials who are Beings who have Ascended to 5D or beyond or who have never incarnated into lower dimensions. Commander Ashtar and the Galactic Federation of Light which is under his command Fall into this category. While most noted for his Ashtar Command, he is an Ultraterrestrial Master who works with the higher Angleic Realms including the Seraphim. Others who work in this level who serve the Source of All Creation are Metatron, Michael, Melchizedek, Christ, Zarathurstra, Buddha and Thoth.
Commander Ashtar works with Metatron and Melchizedek to recalibrate Earth’s energy fields. His command exists across celestial dimensions to ensure a smooth transition into the New Earth Star Golden Age for those aligned to the Ascension Path. They are diligently focusing on helping as many as are willing and desiring to make this transition.
I wanted to share this because as we come to a time where we have so many wanting to connect and work with Estraterrestrials it is important to remind us that even though ones may be open hearted it doesn’t mean they are spiritually more advanced than you are and their advice is greater and should be followed. Do not give over your authority and direction to others.
It took me a long time to connect with Commander Ashtar 40 years to be be exact. Why? Because years ago when so many were preparing for the ET’s to evacuate us from planetary shifts, something felt strange. My inner guidance wasn’t to participate. I was told that there is no where else to go to not be fooled and focus on my personal growth. I didn’t fully understand this at the time.
Now I understand that even though there was purpose in those who were preparing at that time in case humanity did not shift, to prepare to evacuate the light workers and those ready we embodied here to help humanity and Earth to make the shift and Ascnesion to 5D or highers. This is why we were here, in 3D there was no where else for us to go. We came to clear the path, uplift, enlighten and merge the timelines for Ascension.
When I began this journey in this lifetime, humanity had not reached the 1987 Harmonic Convergence Shift. It was needed for as many as possible to keep focusing not on leaving and escaping the mess we had created but to bring more light into the planet. In 1987 the Harmonic Convergence and the coming together of massive numbers of humans around the world in groups to pray for Earth and Humanity ushered in the fullness of the Violet Flame of Transformation brought by St Germain and Archangels Zadkiel and Amethyst. This was preparation for the 25 year period leading to the 2012 End of the Cycle, the ending of the outbreath of Creation and the 20 year inbreath.
The outbreath is the expansion of existence. The inbreath is the time when that which cannot or chooses not to move forward to higher existence either returns to source for transformation or to a location of vibrational match. Then in 2032 the outbreath of the next expansion of creation , the new golden age begins. I share this in the context of Commander Ashtar because he has been a guardian of the gateway, and part of the team that actively works to prepare and guide us in our process so that as many as possible can participate and Ascend. He also oversees Galactic Federation teams that are watching and monitoring the lower ET’s who would like to interfer and stop our progress.
Do ones have agreements with ET’s to be taken and experimented upon? I don’t know, perhaps or perhaps they simply choose to believe this so they can handle the situation. Are there ‘good’ and ‘bad’ ET’s? I would say there are spiritually more evolved and technological ET’s who are not more advanced and perhaps less advanced than us spiritually, and there are A.I. created helpers. I know the Commander Ashatr and his command are bringing the higher light. There are ones within the Galacitic Federation who bring higher guidance and some who bring guidance no greater than your own.
YOU ARE A SOUL IN HUMAN FORM. Place your trust in opening your heart and folllowing your inner guidance. Only connect through your heart and soul to other Beings. Protect, Discern and test spirits. There is no us or them in this. It is a matter of do you want to evolve and be Free to experience Creation and Infinite possibilities or more of what we see around us.
You can only discern to the level you are clear and aligned. You need to make the effort to reach upward to higher dimensions through inner work and preparation. Don’t just wait hoping someone will save you. I say even to ones awaiting a Savior that even Christ said “these things I do you can do and more”. However you must make an effort.
One thing I am learning from Commander Ashtar as well as the rest of my guides is ‘DONT WORRY BE HAPPY”. What they mean is not to ignore what is happening around you but worry does nothing but rob us of joy and takes us out of this now moment where we connect with our Highest Being and the Universal Oneness. Worry won’t change anything, all it does is lower our vibration to attract more of the same. Focus upon clearing the energies that connect you to worry and ask for understanding. Find balance in your life between work, family, obligations, spiritual growth and FUN. When we lighten up, we become lighter and align to the higher energies and can recieve more guidance and direction.
So this is the message from and about Commander Ashtar. He works with the myriad of Light Beings, the highest Order of Angelic Beings who are guiding and helping us along the Ascension path. He coordinates with the Councils of Light, Earth, multidimesional and galactic levels and the Galactic Federation of our Star Families who have volunteered to help watch over us and help us. Yet through it all he is a compassionate, loving and caring perosn who is loved by all under his Command.
I personally want to close with this thought. There is much happening in the world around us. Don’t focus upon what you don’t want but on the Outbreath of the Golden Age before us. It is within our grasp. I have found that the Beings of Light rarely focus upon the daily earthly events for they are mere distractions to our energy that keep us from our higher goals, development, purpose and enlightenment. They only come into a message or guidance if they have a purpose or a lesson to teach us about our blockages and beliefs. They focus instead upon where we are going and how to get there on a spiritual level. You can be aware of the world events, for the purpose of sending light, love, peace and requests for the Beings of Light to help. However, don’t let these events consume or take any of your energy to move forward or take you joy.
In some religions Hell is where evil dwells and the damned reside. It is a place of fear, pain, suffering and judgment. Hell can also be a cage or prison with which we surround ourselves with limiting beliefs and negative judgments of others. When we judge another we are judging a part of ourselves. Hell only exist in our mind and is created by our limited beliefs. What we perceive in another that triggers us means we have something within us that connects to that action, belief or truth they hold. We then need to look within to see.
Perhaps we are judging ourselves and even doubting our own beliefs and their energy, words or actions are triggering us to doubt ourselves and our beliefs so we react to defend our beliefs and maintain status quo in our life. After all, our brain/ego mind loves status quo, the familiar. Why? Because it knows all the ins and outs, the good and bad and how to protect you in that familiar state of status quo. To seek the unknown is scary your ego goes into fight or flight. It must judge the others actions, being or words as bad in order to know you will stay in familiar and be safe.
Yet this is Hell, for you are cutting yourself off from the very energy and focus you need to set yourself free. Often we criticize ourselves for not being good enough, knowing enough, we see our imperfections and it is easier to stay in the dark and familiar than to accept that if we release this belief we can be free and all we can possibly BE. Self criticism is destructive it cause spiritual, mental and emotional paralysis. Self awareness, sees the areas that you need to address, release and transform. You can see when you fall down and as we discussed in a prior message take steps forward even if you have taken 2 steps back. You realize you need to stop beating yourself up and go for balance, the middle path. Take sometime off for self care and self love to heal and rebalance.
I always remember my Father telling me when I was a child that the only Hell is here on Earth and we create it. How true this is.
Take time each day to journal. It is very therapeutic. Write about your day, your good thoughts and events and the not so good thoughts and events. Don’t judge yourself or others simply write about how it made you think and feel. If you could have done something differently write that too. Perhaps you see a repeating pattern that is causing you to stumble. Forgive yourself and others and use the violet flame of transformation through your body and energy bodies around you. Know that in doing this, you have completed this day with nothing to take forward into another.
At the end of each week have a day when you review the week and see any patterns or thoughts about the week and what you have experienced and learned. See it as learning from which you grow and expand into new levels of understanding and conscious Being.
The moon represents light in the darkness, the ebb and flow of energy like the tide. The stages of the moon represent how we grow and change through our life. Think of the moon as the light illuminating the darkness where judgement, hate and fear exist that create a mental and emotional state of hell.
The moon represents the Divine Feminine energy as the Sun does the Divine Masculine. The Divine Feminine is the nurturing, intuitive womb of creation, the unlimited potential of Creation. The cycles of the moon allow for seedlings to grow and germinate in order to burst from the soil and grow towards the sun. So too can we see the moon representing the places within us that we keep in darkness, hidden from the light so that we don’t have to feel the pain or confusion it brings in our world of familiar.
When the light shines upon it they come forth and we can see and transform them no longer allowing them to keep us small and fearful. We can stop believing in limited thoughts like we are sinful and deserve to be punished. That we are not worthy and need someone to tell us what to do, believe and how to live our lives. We understand that we do not need someone else to make things right, instead of trusting and seeking the Truth of our Soul or Being that we are Creator Beings in a school of learning. When we release the need for someone else to tell us or do it for us, we take back authority in our lives. When we align and open our hearts to the Universal Oneness, we tap into the Quantum field of Creation and Infinite Being and Possibilities.
Life is an uphill battle when we place our lives and power in the hands of others. They direct our lives instead of tapping into the realization that all knowledge is available to us. See how far you have come, for if you hadn’t made a choice to seek and become you wouldn’t be reading this right now. Don’t think so much about how far you may have to go or what you believe you are lacking or doing wrong. Think about you are exactly where you need to be learning exactly what you need to learn to take the next step.
Find that balance and harmony of the middle path. It is important to grow right now for sure. However, it was never meant to be another challenge, job or hardship in your life. It is the opening of the door to the Unlimited possibilities. Embrace it with joy. If it doesn’t bring joy, let it go for now and take smaller steps that allow you joy and balance in your life.
You are so loved. Each of you is surrounded by Beings who love you and want to help you. They want you to be happy, safe, healthy and experience unlimited abundance. Ask them to guide you, open your heart to your Higher Self the Love within. Protect yourself each day from the thoughts of the world, ask Archangel Michael to surround you and keep them away. He will help you to cut cords of attachments from others they vampirize your energy.
