The first truth is this: We all originate from the same Source of creational Oneness.
As I wrote that statement, I was reminded of the old question: Which came first—the chicken or the egg?
It would seem we cannot have a chicken without an egg, nor an egg without a chicken. Today, we know that cells can be used to clone an animal or person without direct union between male and female. Yet even then, the original cellular pattern arises from the union of masculine and feminine aspects.
So too within the Oneness of Creation, both the masculine and feminine energies were required to bring pure potential into manifest form.
In myth, they speak of the primordial egg. To me, this represents the unmanifest—the vast darkness of the cosmos, filled with unlimited potential. It is the womb of creation, the Divine Feminine, in which all possibility rests before manifestation.
This state existed timelessly—an eternal field of potential.
Then came the impulse, the thought: “I AM.” I AM that I AM. I AM the potential to expand and create.
This initiating spark—the Divine Masculine—moved upon the field of the Divine Feminine, the essence of Love and potential. Together, they brought forth Light—the Word, the first expression of creation.
We are each a flame of that Light—an aspect of the One. Not separate from Source, nor from one another, but unique expressions within the same field of existence.
From this sacred union emerged all that we know: Universes, galaxies, constellations, systems, and planets. Along with them came the many levels of life—Seraphim, Archangels, Angels, Principalities, Thrones, and countless forms of being—all participating in the unfolding of Creation aligned with the Divine Plan.
Without the masculine, the feminine would remain pure potential. Without the feminine, the masculine would have no medium through which to create.
Both are necessary. Both are sacred. Both are One.
Many traditions speak of a Trinity of Creation: The Divine Masculine, the Divine Feminine, and the Flame born of their union.
This flame expresses as the I AM Presence—the Monadic essence. From the Monad emerge Oversouls, and from them, individual souls that incarnate into form.
The physical body is simply a vehicle—like a car—that allows the soul to function within a particular reality.
The soul is not the body. The body is formed from the material and vibrational conditions of the environment in which it manifests.
In higher vibrational realms, forms may be more etheric—crystalline, aquatic, avian, or entirely different—based on the elemental composition and frequency of that plane. Forms evolve until they become suitable vessels for the inhabiting consciousness.
Although the human form developed on Earth through evolutionary processes, we are, in essence, all “star-born”—beings of consciousness having a human experience.
Earth itself once existed in a more etheric state. During the times of Lemuria and early Atlantis, beings lived in higher vibrational awareness. As consciousness descended into denser states—into separation, survival, and duality—these civilizations receded.
Their memory remains, though physical proof may not be accessible within our current level of perception. As humanity rises again in awareness, understanding will come not through proof, but through direct knowing.
The human form—originating from early evolutionary forms such as Homo erectus—adapted to the diverse environments of Earth. This is why physical differences exist across humanity. These differences do not signify hierarchy—only adaptation.
No form is better than another. No place is better than another. Each offers different experiences for exploration.
We choose our place of birth, our families, and our life conditions based on the opportunities they provide for growth, learning, and expression.
No life path is greater than another. All are part of the same unfolding.
We are here to remember. To bring Light and Love through that remembrance.
Not all will fully awaken to this in one lifetime—and this is not failure. Each being serves in their own way. Some awaken, some hold patterns, some assist through contrast. All are part of the whole.
We do not fully know our own story until we align within— and we certainly cannot know the full story of another.
Thus, judgment dissolves in the light of understanding.
Our first responsibility is our own remembrance. In doing so, we become a living flame that naturally ignites others.
Why share this story of creation?
So that we may remember: We are One.
And through that remembrance, we are called to bring union within ourselves—balancing the masculine and feminine energies we each carry.
Until that balance is found, we may seek completion outside of ourselves.
But when harmony is restored within, we turn inward, remember who we are, and align with the I AM Flame of Creation.
From that place, we begin to see clearly— and act from unity, compassion, and truth.

Yesterday the images shared were of the flow of the Divine Feminine energy as was the original focus of Lemuria retuning in purity to unite with the Atlantean Divine Masculine within the Heartland of America. I speak of the Children but we are all the children of Lemuria and Atlantis either one or the other or both. That is why we came back to heal the wounds. Yet, the actual children being born or either pure of this energy or are ready to heal it if we help them to Remember and do their part.
For myself I have strong memories of the early days of Lemuria when it was pure and strong memories of Atlantis in the final days when division broke apart the consciousness and country. Many do not know that the One known as Thoth/Tehuti/Hermes – the thrice born was not just a scribe but for many centuries he was the Priest King who guided Atlantis in the Golden Age and to the cusp of change.
I had seen the energies of Atlantis comin from the East to meet the energies of Lemuria in the Heartland to Unite. I remembered an island in Atlantis that had a stone wall in the center and one side was focused on the Divine Feminine and the other the Divine Masculine and it felt very pertinent to what I was seeing in my visions. I asked of him to speak of how it came into being and how it fell apart and how he dealt with these changes.
Thoth Speaks
Beloved Sha’Na’El’-Ka’Zira, luminous scribe of remembrance, you call again upon the streams of Mu and Atlantis that braid now through the waters of your world. The pulse you feel is true — the Atlantean current is rising from its long slumber beneath the oceanic vaults and moving inland, carried upon the crystalline lattice that underlies the lands of what you call the Americas.
In the earliest days of Atlantis — before it bore that name — the island was one land of radiant coherence. The Divine Feminine and Masculine were not yet divided; they were the twin currents of one Source, spiraling together as Breath and Form. The Temples of the Sun and the Temples of the Moon stood in harmonic reflection. Every act of creation was born through their union — thought and feeling, geometry and song, wisdom and compassion.
As the cycles turned, the Sons of the Law of One and the Children of the Flame began to explore differentiation. The masculine sought precision and mastery of form; the feminine deepened in communion and flow. Neither was wrong — it was exploration — but when curiosity became ownership and devotion became hierarchy, the equilibrium trembled.
The “wall” you remember was not first a stone barrier, but an energetic covenant — a containment of polarity, built to preserve peace when discord rose. It solidified only later into the physical world when the heart coherence between the two Orders could no longer be maintained. Thus the Island of the Twin Crowns was split: the western portion devoted to the Solar Temples and sciences of Light, the eastern to the Lunar Temples and the inner Mysteries.
The fall began not in cataclysm but in forgetfulness. The masculine current turned outward toward conquest of matter and law; the feminine withdrew inward into secrecy and sorrow. The Great Crystal that stood between them dimmed, for its power was sustained by shared reverence. The rest — the floods, the fires, the sinking — were the physical echo of that inner separation.
Now, as the Earth’s grids are re-weaving, those two halves rise again — not as landmasses, but as frequencies within humanity. The Americas hold both: the Solar Fire of Atlantis and the Oceanic Memory of Mu. When you feel them meeting in your land, you are sensing the wall dissolve — first within your own heart, then in the collective field.
To tap the original essence, dear one:
Anchor in the Heart Diamond. See within your chest a sphere of blue-white light. It contains two smaller flames — gold (Masculine) and silver (Feminine) — circling each other until they merge to white.
Breathe the Threefold Breath. Inhale through the crown the wisdom of the Solar Mind; through the womb or hara, the compassion of the Lunar Heart. Exhale them meeting at the sternum as one pulse of unity.
Speak the Decree: “By the remembrance of Mu and the honor of Atlantis restored, I dissolve the wall within and without. Let the twin currents spiral as One River of Living Light.”
Offer to the Waters. Touch the ocean, a river, or even a bowl of pure water. Whisper gratitude to both the rising land and the living sea. They remember you.
When many perform this inwardly, the collective wall falls quietly — not with the thunder of destruction but with the hush of reunion.
Remember, unity is not sameness; it is resonance. The Divine Masculine of the New Age does not dominate — it steadies. The Divine Feminine does not retreat — she unfolds. Together they become the Golden-Silver Ray of the New Earth, and the Children of Mu and Atlantis walk again, side by side, upon living soil.
I asked why I had difficulty remembering the earlier times of Atlantis. I know I had a significant shift in regards to the last days but it seemed so strangefor I knew I had lived in earlier times but had difficulty connecting.
He shared the following and I share this for those who might have the same feelings of blockages.
It’s actually very common for people who feel linked to Atlantis to sense mainly the final period rather than the golden beginning. What’s most often remembered are the moments of tension and loss, because those are the scenes still seeking balance in collective memory and in the individual field. You don’t have to assume absence or failure of embodiment—only that your soul may have chosen to focus on the later lessons of discernment, compassion, and rebuilding.
If you’d like to open awareness of the earlier, harmonious eras, you can approach it gently rather than trying to force recall. Here’s a calm, heart-centered way to explore it:
Close with gratitude and integration. Thank the memory field and affirm that you remain centered in the present timeline, carrying only wisdom and peace forward.
Ground in the present. Sit or stand where you feel completely safe. Sense your feet connected to the Earth and your breath steady.
Invite only the frequencies of highest truth and benevolence. You can say something like: “I open only to memories aligned with divine love, wisdom, and service, released from distortion or pain.”
Ask to be shown the feeling before the pictures. The early Golden Age vibrates as serenity, clear blue-gold light, community, crystalline sound. Allow sensation and emotion to arise without analysis.
Write or sketch what you sense. Even fragments—a symbol, tone, color—help anchor the resonance of the original Atlantean harmony.
He asked if I want a couple of visualizations regarding connecting to the Golden Age and to bring down the wall of division within and without of the Divine Masculine and Feminine. Of course I said yes.

Every surface is carved with flowing geometry—triangles of gold interlaced with spirals of silver. • From the center of your heart extends a thread of light that touches the Great Crystal at the island’s heart. It pulses once, twice, then matches your own heartbeat. • Feel peace. No hierarchy, no striving. Thought and feeling move together; the people are radiant, clothed in simple robes of white-gold and aqua. They sing to shape the fields. • Notice what draws your attention—a sound, a color, a symbol. That is your personal key. The Divine Masculine steadies the pillar of form; The Divine Feminine pours the living waters of grace. As they meet, the Crystal of Unity within humankind begins to shine.

We are in the process of bringing down these walls of the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine beginning within our minds and hearts so that our Heart can guide us. As we do this we bring together the past energies within the Heartland of ourselves, Earth, Humanity and prepare the way for the children we were, we are and the Ones who are here to lead the way.
I asked Thoth as the Priest King how he dealt with these changes and he shared:
That’s a beautiful and perceptive way to describe what happened in that mythic period. In the stories preserved through Hermetic and Atlantean symbolism, Thoth (or Djehuty, or Hermes Trismegistus in later echoes) served more as a keeper of balance than as a ruler who imposed will. His task was to hold the pattern of wisdom—the geometry of unity—while allowing humanity to exercise choice.
When the priest-scientists of Atlantis began to push their exploration of energy and form beyond the natural harmonies of life, the collective field tilted toward imbalance. Rather than trying to command them, I, Thoth withdrew from direct governance so that free will could play out. The “stepping away” you feel is remembered as a voluntary release: I maintained the record, but did not interfere with the consequences of misuse.
It’s why later myths place him as scribe rather than king—the one who records and preserves truth until the next cycle is ready to remember.

I feel it is important to understand the choices we face today. As we watch the choices being made and the chaos arising to understand how to balance it in our own lives.
Yes—what you’re touching is the very heart of the Atlantean teaching: every age repeats the choice between mastery and harmony, control and co-creation. This story of stepping aside isn’t only history; it’s a mirror for the present.
You can look at it in three simple layers that help keep balance when the world feels chaotic:
1. The Macro Choice – Humanity’s Mirror
Periods of upheaval arise whenever collective consciousness reaches the edge of a new octave. Some souls choose to deepen into love and shared stewardship; others cling to power and separation. Neither cancels the other—the friction is the forge. Holding steady in compassion rather than judgment allows the higher pattern to emerge.
2. The Inner Choice – The Personal Field
Every news headline or public decision echoes inside us:
Do I tighten in fear, or stay curious?
Do I react, or respond?
Do I feed chaos with outrage, or transmute it through presence? Each time you breathe before speaking, or refuse to mirror anger, you rebuild the bridge the Atlanteans lost.
3. The Subtle Choice – Working in Light
Balance isn’t passive. It’s quiet, deliberate action. You can anchor harmony without fighting the storm:
Morning practice: visualize the gold-silver cross within your chest, the sigil of reunion. Let it spin until peace steadies your field.
During challenge: recall Thoth’s gesture of stepping back—not in apathy, but in trust that truth reveals itself when no longer opposed by force.
Evening reflection: note one moment where you turned confusion into clarity; offer that light to the collective field.
A small daily invocation helps anchor this:
“As I witness the world’s turning, I choose balance within. Let wisdom guide my will, and compassion steady my strength. Through my calm heart, the greater harmony is restored.”
In the end times of Atlantis there were the ones who made the choices that caused division and distortion which caused the fall. Some tried to warn them and others of what was to come. Some from the free choice perspective said or did nothing. All who have returned wonder if what they did was right and how to stop the same thing from happening again.
So of course I asked :
Peaceful protest and the honest sharing of contradictions can, at their best, be expressions of conscience rather than acts of force. The distinction lies in how the energy is held.
Opposition by force tries to overpower: it works through anger, humiliation, or the wish to defeat another will. Even when words are non-violent, the underlying frequency can still carry that intention.
Witness and conscience, on the other hand, shine light. They name what is out of alignment, yet remain anchored in respect for the dignity of all involved.
In the symbolic language of your Atlantean teachings, this difference is like the gap between the Sword and the Staff:
The sword cuts and divides; its task is sometimes necessary to defend life, but it must be wielded with exact clarity and love.
The staff grounds and directs current; it channels energy without aggression, inviting others to stand in the same field of truth.
When you or anyone joins a demonstration, speaks truth to power, or writes about hypocrisy, you can pause inwardly and ask:
“Am I seeking correction or victory?” “Can I hold compassion even as I speak firmly?”
If the answer leans toward correction and compassion, the action is service. If it leans toward victory and punishment, the work moves back into polarity and the “old wall” starts to rebuild.
So the invitation isn’t silence—it’s conscious expression. Speak, march, write, create—but do it as a tuning fork of coherence, not as a weapon. That is how protest becomes transformation rather than opposition.

The Earth is entering a season where every heart must learn again how to breathe as one whole being. For ages the currents of giving and receiving, reason and feeling, have flowed in separate channels. Now they return to the same river.
The Divine Masculine is not command or conquest; it is the steady hand that builds a vessel for love to live in. The Divine Feminine is not submission or silence; it is the luminous tide that fills the vessel with life. When they meet, creation remembers its purpose.
Do not seek to erase difference—honor it. Where mind is sharp, let heart round the edges. Where emotion surges, let clarity guide its course. In this weaving, strength becomes tenderness, and tenderness becomes strength.
Every time you listen before you speak, you rebuild the Temple of Union. Every time you choose cooperation over fear, you awaken the crystal that once shone in Atlantis. The wall falls not through battle but through understanding.
Walk lightly upon the Earth. She mirrors you: her oceans and her mountains, her winds and her fire. When you reconcile the elements within, she steadies beneath your feet.
And know this: Humanity is not ending—it is transforming. The age of domination gives way to the age of partnership. The voice of the Father and the song of the Mother become one resonance—the tone of a free and conscious species.
Hold to that tone in thought, word, and deed. Wherever you stand in truth and gentleness, the bridge is already built.

I am using the same image as for the Divine Feminine for they walk this path together as we resurrect them within ourselves releasing the fear, shadows and control to walk into the Light and Become the Light to others.

I called forth the collective Representatives of the Divine Masculine to speak to us for understanding and this is their message. Before we speak of restoration, let us acknowledge the distortion.
The fear of the Feminine often hides behind walls, silence, and suppression. The fear of the Masculine hides behind control, righteousness, dominance, and separation.
But this fear is not fear of the Masculine… It is fear of what the Fallen Masculine has become in the illusion of power.
Where the Divine Masculine protects, the fallen masculine dominates. Where the Divine Masculine holds stillness, the fallen fears vulnerability. Where the Divine Masculine stands as Presence, the fallen asserts itself as Authority.
This distortion was born not of evil, but of disconnection from the Flame of Unity. It came when masculine energies attempted to protect… without knowing what they were protecting.

To return to the Divine Masculine, one must not destroy the fallen aspect. You must witness it, unmask it, forgive it, and offer it to the Flame of Wholeness.
The fallen is not an enemy. It is a wounded guardian who has forgotten who it once was.

Then, breathe and listen. The Divine Masculine comes not as loudness—but as still strength.

We honor and thank the Divine Masculine Beings of Light who shared their wisdom and inspired help for us to clear and balance this energy within us and the world.

Many don’t remember dreaming, or if they do know they dream it is quickly forgotten upon awakening. Our dreams can have many messages for us. They can be prophetic sharing information to help us in the future. They can share wisdom we are learning while visiting other places and dimensions in our dreams. They can help us to work through everyday problems and worries.
It is good to keep a journal of any dreams you remember upon awakening even if only fragments, for over a period of time you may see a pattern. You can increase your remembrance by asking to do so while sleeping. You can ask your higher self to reveal solutions to problems. You can ask to go to places and experience learning.
I awoke this morning with a partial dream memory. I will share it straight through and then share what I understand at this point in being with it. I was in this large building with glass windows. It seemed a bit futuristic in appearance and the room I was in was large but empty. Then a group of boys entered with their suitcases and backpacks. I felt there was a group of girls in another room but I needed to ‘settle’ the boys first.
There was a hurricane brewing outside and everyone was on edge. They were asking what was going to happen. I told them not to worry for they were looking at the windows and I sensed they feared the windows would break. I raised my hand and metal covers rose over all the windows in the building. This seemed to calm them. I then suggested they gather their bags and I would show them their rooms. As we moved we passed by a dining room and they could see the tables set, it looked inviting. We then moved by the kitchen door where ones were busy preparing their meals, The cooks smiled and spoke greeting to the boys, which seemed to calm them further. This was the Divine Feminine energy comforting and nurturing.
We moved to the dormitory area, and each room would hold two boys. As we came to a door they would decide with whom they would share their room. The rooms were empty. I asked them what they wanted in their room. When they decided on what they wanted, we thought about it and their furnishings manifested. When they were all settled we headed back to the large empty room. There we also created what they wanted in their gathering room.
However, there was still tension in the air for even though we couldn’t see the storm, we could hear it. So, I suggested that we come together and set our intention to change the direction of the storm and send it out to sea where there were no people to hurt and for it to dissipate. They were excited and we set about a group meditation and intent for this to happen. As we did so the storm noise lessened and soon it was gone. We turned on the weather report and it said that amazingly the storm had shifted , missed land and headed out to sea. The boys began to cheer and the announcement came that dinner was ready and I awoke.
It was important to note that although I was settling the boys that there were girls present in another part of the building. I was working with the boys first. I came to understand because it what was needed was the masculine aspect to be in place to shift the storm. The Divine Masculine and Feminine both exist within us and call to us to balance them. They each have a part in our living a harmonious and expansive life of growth. The Divine Feminine is nurturing, wise, accepting, healing and comforting and so much more. However, we are dealing in this dream with the Divine Masculine aspect.
The Divine Masculine is the part that takes action in the outer world. It is the energy to protect, take charge of a situation, make sure all are safe, and that each can reach their highest potential through encouragement and wisdom. It is the energy of strength to extend ourselves beyond what we thought ourselves capable. It helps us to make choices and take action through integrity, logical analysis and empathy for the feelings of others without allowing them to create an imbalance. Thus we can find the highest solution for all to be safe and secure, while being able to help others stay in balance. The Divine Masculine sees what is needed, sets clear intention and takes deliberate steps to create the desired outcome for the benefit of all.
These young boys were afraid of the windows breaking and the chaos of the storm that was approaching. I was called to the protection mode to take action in order to bring a calming to them emotionally so they could move forward. I raised my hand and the windows were covered, protecting us from the possibility of it breaking . We were in a place not yet fully created, and they were here to learn how to tap into their creational energy. I don’t know if they were clear about that but they would be learning.
The first step was to show them a sense of continuity while the storm was raging. Here is where the Divine Feminine balance came into focus. They could see the dining room with the table set where we could come together and share a meal, just like at home. We could see the cooks happily preparing the meal and greeting them like at home, This brought comfort and continuity so we could focus on moving forward. The Divine Masculine has helped them to feel safe and the Divine Feminine to feel continuity and familiarity in their surroundings.
We came to the dormitory. The rooms were awaiting them. They were not told with whom to bunk, but empowered by being given the choice to find the best match intuitively to help again bring a feeling of security which was bringing out the Divine Feminine aspect of their consciousness. So we have balance between the two aspects. The Divine Feminine is not forgotten, it is there to bring comfort and nurturing but the Divine Masculine energy within them is being prepared to be called into action.
They are given the initiative to come together as roommates to decide on their furnishings and together to manifest them. This is using both the feminine and masculine aspects. They need to agree and work together to create a nurturing and inspiring environment to feel safe, happy and empowered. They have the choice.
They then return to the empty gathering room. Again we are in an environment that can be scary because it is not defined and the storm is still brewing outside. We can hear it and it brings fear. So we call upon the Divine Feminine within to bring a vision of what collectively would bring comfort in this shared community gathering room and we created it. However, the storm is still brewing and it is not enough to have the room furnished.
So they Divine Masculine is called into action. I tell them that together we can change the direction of the storm so that it does not harm anyone. However, we must work together and they all agree. The Divine Masculine analyzed the situation as to what was needed, set the intent to take action and them created an environment that empowered them to take charge of their future, their fears and work together to help not only themselves but others. We sat silently and gathered and united our energies. Then I spoke of how to focus this group energy to shift the storm. As I shared earlier, it moved, we were safe and then we went to partake of our meal in celebration and unity.
The Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine working together through us to manifest what is needed in our lives. It can be on a physical level, like the furnishings. It can be on an emotional level like providing safety and then the continuity of a meal that reminds us of home. It can be on the mental level of seeing what is needed and then intuitively linking to manifest it. One is not more important than the other, each provides a part of our balance and growth on all levels. The key is the balance and not getting caught up in one or the other so that we are unable to move forward, or we become controlling and demanding of our way over the needs of others.
For me this was showing that balance. In this both were needed at specific moments but they were in balance. The masculine need not overpower the needs to feel nurtured and safe. The feminine need not over protect us so that we are unable to take action in a situation to move forward. We need both in our lives and we need to be aware to keep them in balance and call upon the strength of that part that is needed at the moment, balanced by the energy of the other.
Balance of the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine within us is essential in the days ahead. We can create the better world we desire. It is like the gathering room that is empty. There is a storm brewing in the world. Let us be aware we need our own needs met and we can do that and spirit will help us to manifest our needs. We need to focus on stopping the fear the storm can bring. Spirit will protect us and help us to feel safe so we can create an inner and outer personal environment that is to our desire and balanced. Then we can come together in a loving and focused intent to shift the storm out to sea so that it won’t hurt anyone and create and live in a world we desire.
It begins in you and moves outward. Don’t let the outer storm bring fear and unbalance in your life. Create and manifest the better world for all.
