Looking at the Bridge Between the Spiritual and Physical

This morning I awoke with a thought and message that began after reading a comment yesterday. Before I begin, I want to preface this by saying that I share from my personal perspective as an ordained minister, spiritual counselor, and fellow traveler upon the path of remembering, aligning, and embodying.

What I share is meant to be taken into your own place of stillness. Sit with it. Feel into it. Ask yourself how it aligns with your own path. If it does not resonate, then simply let it go.

I often say that we may not want to immediately reject new ideas or perspectives simply because they do not fully align in the moment. Sometimes it is not that something is wrong, but that we are simply not ready for it yet. If something is meant for us, it will often return again when the timing is right.

However, I also want to emphasize that if you are struggling physically, mentally, or emotionally, please seek professional support and assistance when needed. Spiritual reflection and guidance are not a replacement for proper care.

The title of this message refers to the reminder that all things are connected.

Manifestation often begins first within our thoughts, emotions, beliefs, or energetic states before expressing outwardly in the physical world. Likewise, imbalance or disease may begin within one aspect of ourselves and eventually affect others. Stress can manifest physically. Physical illness can affect emotional well-being. Emotional strain can influence mental clarity and spiritual connection.

Because of this interconnectedness, it is important for us to become aware of when we are able to align with our higher self and consciously work toward transforming inner imbalances — and when we need additional support, guidance, or healing assistance in our lives.

My messages are simply reflections and guidance meant to point toward possibilities. Each of us must still seek the support, wisdom, and discernment necessary to make our own choices and transformations.

That being said, I return now to the message that came through this morning after reading a comment regarding the line between compassion and enabling. The comment reflected upon whether caring deeply for another can sometimes reach a point where we unintentionally help them continue patterns that are no longer serving them.

Evidently, something within me continued contemplating this unconsciously, because more began to unfold.

What I first heard inwardly was the reminder that self-care and healthy boundaries are important. We have the right to care for ourselves and our well-being. We need joy within our lives.

Yet when it comes to family and close relationships, this line can become difficult.

Sometimes we move from compassion into enabling. At other times, those around us may unknowingly enable us to continue patterns we ourselves know we wish to release, but struggle to let go of because they are familiar.

I was reminded of the “Border Bullies” from the book The Dream Giver by Bruce Wilkinson. In the book, these are often family members or friends who discourage us from pursuing our dreams by telling us it is too difficult, unrealistic, or unsafe. Frequently this comes not from cruelty, but from fear.

Fear of how our changes might affect them.
Fear of what might happen if we fail.
Fear of leaving the comfort of what is known.

As I reflected further, I heard to look honestly at any patterns or interactions within our relationships that may allow us to continue clinging to beliefs, behaviors, or limitations we already know no longer serve us.

Perhaps at times we compassionately enable another because we recognize a similar pattern within ourselves — one we are also hesitant to release.

It is often easier to remain within what is familiar, even when it has become limiting.

So perhaps we might ask ourselves:

  • What in my own life do I continue holding onto simply because it is familiar?
  • What changes might alter my relationships or sense of security?
  • Am I remaining in a situation because it truly brings me peace and fulfillment, or because change feels uncertain?
  • Is the comfort of maintaining the familiar outweighing the potential expansion that change might bring?

And yet, not being ready for change is not wrong.

That is important to remember.

Our lives are not meant to be measured solely by the expectations of others, nor even by dreams we once believed we “must” accomplish before time runs out.

Creation is also about experiencing, learning, exploring, expanding, and enjoying life itself.

Yes, perhaps we entered life with intentions — lessons we hoped to learn, patterns we wished to transform, ways we desired to serve. But that does not mean that if our path changes direction we have somehow failed.

Sometimes life itself becomes the experience.

Sometimes peace, love, joy, presence, or simple human connection become the deeper service.

Being is the place from which doing should arise.

As we continue along the path of remembering, we learn that compassion and service can sometimes unintentionally enable others to remain within old patterns — just as others may enable us.

Is this right or wrong?

That is something only the individual can determine within themselves.

When we honestly look at the bridge between our own inner changes and the dynamics of our relationships, we may begin to recognize where fear, familiarity, attachment, or comfort influence our choices.

So how do we know whether to continue helping or to step back?

Go within.

Sit in stillness and listen honestly to yourself.

Ask:

  • Is this affecting my mental, emotional, physical, or spiritual well-being?
  • Am I helping from love, or from fear, guilt, or obligation?
  • Is this relationship supporting growth, or sustaining stagnation?

If something is deeply draining or harmful, perhaps boundaries are needed.

If not, and you still feel called to help another even while they struggle with their patterns, that too is a personal choice. Sometimes simply holding a compassionate and stable presence may quietly help another begin their own process of transformation.

And on a personal level, if your life is peaceful, fulfilling, and joyful, and you choose not to pursue a certain dream or make a dramatic change others believe you “should” make — that is also your right.

The Higher Self, the Oneness of Creation, is not rooted in punishment or disappointment. It is rooted in exploration, experience, understanding, and expansion.

You are enough.

Plans change.

And in the greater unfolding of life, if there was something intended to be accomplished, Creation has an infinite ability to adjust and rebalance through countless souls and pathways.

That does not make you less valuable.
It does not make you less loved.
It simply becomes another expression of experience within the greater whole.

Perhaps at times you are even fulfilling something another chose not to complete.

We are here to learn, experience, create, and share life together in relationship with all living things upon the Earth.

And as long as we are honoring the rights of other life to exist, grow, and experience joy just as we honor our own, then perhaps the Oneness itself remains at peace.

I hope this reflection makes sense and perhaps offers value to someone.

I simply shared it as it came forth.

The Gateway of Karmic Relief

“You were never rejected. You were always loved.”

As soon as I heard the words Karmic Relief, I suddenly heard laughter and the phrase Comic Relief.

The air immediately lightened, because karma is a difficult subject. Most of us have either faced much of it by now or spent years pushing it into the shadows.

So how does comic relief apply to karmic relief?
And what exactly is the gateway?

In much of Western spirituality, karma is not commonly discussed except through ideas such as “original sin” — the belief that humanity fell from grace because Eve tempted Adam with the apple, and humanity was expelled from paradise. The solution often becomes obedience, repentance, and attempting to regain favor through religion and external authority.

In many Eastern traditions, karma is understood differently: as the energetic balancing of choices, actions, and intentions. The focus becomes learning to create less imbalance while restoring harmony through conscious living.

I am simplifying both perspectives, and I know this may create resistance for some readers. That is not my intention. Beneath both ideas lies something very similar:

At some point, consciousness made choices that moved it out of alignment with the peace and harmony of Oneness.

Perhaps it began with the great creative impulse itself:

What if?

What if I experienced this?
What if I created that?
What if I explored existence in a different way?

That impulse is not evil. It is part of creation itself. We are Flames of Expansion and Experience within the One.

Yet one of the foundational principles of creation is balance and harmony. All things arise from the balance of Oneness and eventually seek to return to that harmony when imbalance is created.

We have never actually left the Oneness. We exist within it still. Through our choices, however, we created different spheres of experience — what many today might call timelines — in order to explore the “What if?” of creation.

As consciousness moved into denser forms of experience, especially within the 3D human experience, we forgot our connection to the Oneness. We began to feel alone, abandoned, rejected, or unworthy. We believed we were “bad,” sinful, or burdened by karma.

We forgot that the Source never abandoned us.

So where does the comic relief come in?

The relief comes when we remember:

We were created to explore, expand, and create.

What if? is not a mistake. It is part of the movement of life itself.

We can experience creation aligned with the flow of Oneness — with joy, wonder, compassion, and harmony — or we can create from fear, separation, and egoic preservation.

The ego perspective says:
“I did something wrong.”
“I am being punished.”
“I must suffer to be worthy again.”

But the deeper remembrance says:

“You are a Flame of the Creator. You never left the Source. You simply forgot.”

And in that remembering, the veils begin to lift.

We start to understand karma not as punishment, but as imbalance seeking restoration. We see how choices create experiences, and how conscious awareness allows us to restore harmony and move forward in peace.

Perhaps Eve did not “tempt” Adam at all. Perhaps consciousness simply chose to explore individuality apart from full alignment with the Oneness.

Each of us has done the same in countless ways.

If you come from a Christian background, you may struggle with the idea that original sin is not exactly what you were taught. Perhaps it may help to view it differently:

The Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine are not separate forces competing against one another. They are expressions of the same Source — unified creative consciousness.

Paradise is Unity Consciousness with all life.

When consciousness creates while aligned to that unity, creation flows harmoniously. But when creation arises from separation, fear, or self-preservation alone, imbalance occurs.

That imbalance is what we later experience as karma.

Not punishment.
Not rejection.
Simply energies seeking restoration and reunion with harmony.

We were never forced into earthly embodiment. We chose to come here.

Earth is extraordinarily beautiful when not distorted by fear, greed, and imbalance. It is a place where consciousness can experience form, relationship, creativity, growth, and transformation in remarkable ways.

Many of us came because we wanted to help restore balance — both within ourselves and within the collective. We also understood that Earth provided a powerful opportunity to balance unresolved energies from other experiences and timelines.

We volunteered to be here.

So perhaps it is time to stop seeing ourselves only as victims of life and begin laughing a little at the seriousness with which we carry our suffering.

We came here willingly.
We chose this experience.
And we are learning through it.

Meanwhile, we live upon one of the most beautiful and abundant worlds imaginable, yet we spend so much of our time focusing only on what is wrong instead of aligning with what is beautiful, possible, and alive.

Do not feed worry endlessly, for it only creates more worry.

Do not spend all your time focused on what is broken.

Instead, begin aligning to what brings peace, beauty, compassion, and harmony into the field of life around you.

The best example coming to mind for me right now is the Monks Walk for Peace. If you have followed my writings, you already know this story.

The monks walked through India, then from Texas to Washington D.C. during winter, and later through the Philippines — simply walking in peace with every step.

They trusted the Oneness to provide.

Physically, they endured many hardships, yet they did not lose the peace within their hearts. Their presence itself lightened the hearts of those they encountered because peace was what they anchored into the Earth.

During their walk in India, they encountered a stray dog whom they named Aloka. Aloka continued with them throughout their journey and became part of their family.

Later, while walking in the United States, Aloka developed a serious problem with his leg. The monks had to leave him behind temporarily for surgery and healing. They did not know whether he would return, yet they trusted the process and continued their journey.

Eventually, Aloka healed and rejoined them.

When the journey later ended and some of the monks departed for Thailand, Aloka cried at the airport as members of his family left. It touched the hearts of everyone watching.

Why do I share this story?

Because each of us came here with a journey of our own.

The monks loved Aloka deeply, but they also understood that his healing journey was part of his path, just as continuing the walk was part of theirs. They trusted the flow of life instead of collapsing into fear.

Perhaps karma and the Oneness can be viewed similarly.

We are part of the One. We came here to explore, learn, create, experience, and eventually restore harmony where imbalance was created.

The Source knows we will one day remember.

And if not in this lifetime, then perhaps another.

Meanwhile, all of our experiences become wisdom returned to the greater field of Oneness itself.

My father often used to say:

“If we make the best decision we can in this moment and it does not turn out as we hoped, then next time we will make a different choice.”

To me, that is the essence of the karmic process.

Not punishment.
Not shame.
Learning.

Exploring.

Understanding what alignment and misalignment feel like through direct experience.

As I write this, I hear two songs softly in the background of my mind:

“Don’t worry… be happy.”

And:

“I’ve got the joy, joy, joy, joy down in my heart…”

Perhaps that is the true gateway of karmic relief.

To remember that beneath all of the fear, striving, guilt, and struggle…

the Flame still lives within us.

So meet each day with this simple remembrance:

Today is my peaceful day.
I AM HERE.

Today I will focus upon the joy of Being
and greet all choices from alignment.

The Gateway of Change: Releasing Fear for Joy

THE GATEWAY OF CHANGE: RELEASING FEAR FOR JOY

By Quinara

I began this message on Friday and although I felt it was mostly complete, I knew something more was waiting to emerge. So I stepped away and moved through my daily chores, allowing the message to rest until the inspiration and wisdom still needed could arrive.

As I often say, if we pay attention, signs and synchronicities will point the way for us.

That is exactly what happened.

Over the next day, several seemingly unrelated experiences reflected the same underlying message back to me. A former journalist speaking about the danger of conspiracy thinking and the importance of verification. A news program discussing how people increasingly repeat information without investigating it. A growing awareness within myself that humanity is struggling to remain grounded while navigating rapid change and overwhelming streams of information.

I realized these experiences were not interruptions to the message.
They were the completion of it.

And so I begin this Gateway as I begin each day:

I AM HERE.
I AM ONE WITH CREATION.
TODAY IS MY PEACEFUL DAY.

THE GATEWAY OF CHANGE

There is one constant within Creation, and that is change.

Creation itself flows from thought, possibility, movement, and expansion. The forms through which life expresses are always changing, while the deeper laws of balance, harmony, and interconnectedness remain.

Yet humanity often fears change because we experience ourselves as separate from the greater flow of Creation.

From this sense of separation comes the survival state of fear:
fight or flight.

We seek safety through systems, identities, groups, beliefs, and structures that help us feel protected and less vulnerable. We form societies, governments, communities, religions, and ideologies in order to create stability and predictability.

There is nothing inherently wrong with structure. Structure can provide support, order, and continuity.

But fear arises when we mistake structure for permanence.

For beneath every structure, life continues to move.

Nature changes.
Societies change.
Technology changes.
Consciousness changes.
Human understanding changes.

And when change accelerates, fear often accelerates with it.

FEAR AS A CONTROL MECHANISM

Fear is one of the strongest forces shaping human behavior.

Fear of failure keeps many people small and afraid to pursue what truly inspires them.

Fear of rejection causes people to silence their authentic voice in order to belong.

Fear of uncertainty causes humanity to cling tightly to rigid beliefs, identities, and narratives.

And fear of “the other” creates division, suspicion, blame, and conflict.

When we are frightened, we often seek immediate certainty.

This is why fear spreads so rapidly through modern information systems.

A fearful message activates the nervous system before the heart and higher awareness have time to reflect clearly. Once activated, many repeat the fear outward—not because they are malicious, but because fear seeks confirmation, safety, and belonging.

This is one reason conspiracy thinking spreads so easily.

Conspiracy narratives often arise from the discomfort of uncertainty. They offer the illusion of control:

“If I understand the hidden danger, then I am safe.”

Yet wisdom does not arise from panic.

Wisdom arises from presence.

DISCERNMENT IS A SACRED PRACTICE

The deeper lesson is not simply:

“Do not believe conspiracy theories.”

The deeper lesson is:

Do not surrender your discernment.

There is a difference.

Discernment is not blind acceptance.
Nor is it blind rejection.

Discernment is the willingness to pause… breathe… observe… research… feel… and remain open long enough for clarity to emerge.

Fear demands immediate conclusion.

Wisdom allows space.

This is why the phrase that has been coming through me repeatedly feels so important:

I AM HERE.

“I AM HERE” interrupts reactive momentum.

It returns awareness to the present moment where observation becomes possible again.

From that centered place, we can ask:

  • Is this true?
  • Is it verifiable?
  • Am I reacting emotionally before understanding?
  • Am I amplifying fear or sharing clarity?
  • Does this information create awareness and compassion, or only panic and division?

This does not mean difficult truths do not exist. They do.

But truth without grounding easily becomes distortion.

And fear mixed with partial truth becomes one of the most destabilizing forces within collective consciousness.

THE REEMERGENCE OF THE DIVINE FEMININE

As I continued writing, I kept hearing the words:

Divine Feminine.

I realized this message was not only about fear, misinformation, or conspiracy thinking.

It was also about the reemergence of a forgotten quality within humanity itself.

The Divine Feminine is not about replacing one side with another.
Nor is it simply about women.

It is the return of sacred inner listening.

For a long time humanity has been conditioned toward:

  • immediate reaction,
  • conquest of attention,
  • certainty before contemplation,
  • performance before reflection,
  • noise before inner knowing.

The Divine Feminine restores balance through:

  • stillness,
  • reflection,
  • emotional awareness,
  • intuitive wisdom,
  • compassion,
  • and receptive discernment.

She reminds humanity how to pause long enough for wisdom to breathe.

When the Divine Feminine is suppressed within a society—whether in men or women—people lose the ability to remain present within uncertainty.

Then fear fills the silence where wisdom has not yet matured.

The healed Divine Feminine says:

“Wait. Listen. Feel more deeply. Observe the currents beneath the surface.”

Not to avoid truth,
but to approach truth with wholeness rather than panic.

The wounded feminine seeks safety through emotional merging:

“If everyone around me believes this, then I belong and I am safe.”

But the healed feminine remains connected without losing center.

She can feel collective emotion without drowning within it.
She can nurture without enabling distortion.
She can remain compassionate without abandoning discernment.

This is sacred maturity.

And perhaps the reemergence of the Divine Feminine is less about external power structures and more about humanity restoring its relationship with:

  • inner stillness,
  • reflective consciousness,
  • emotional awareness,
  • intuitive wisdom,
  • and coherent presence.

Because without these qualities:

  • technology outruns wisdom,
  • information outruns embodiment,
  • and fear outruns truth.

SYNCHRONICITY AND CONTEMPLATION

One of the most important realizations that emerged through this process was the difference between reactive belief and contemplative awareness.

When the same message appeared repeatedly through different sources, I did not immediately conclude:

“This must mean this specific thing.”

Instead, I paused.

I allowed the experiences to sit within me.
I noticed the resonance.
I recognized that the original writing felt incomplete.
Then I waited long enough for deeper understanding to emerge.

This is discernment in action.

Synchronicity is not always meant to provide instant answers.

Often it functions more like a lantern gently illuminating where our awareness is being invited to deepen.

There is a profound difference between:

  • grasping for evidence to support fear,
    and
  • remaining open long enough for wisdom to unfold naturally.

The Universe often teaches through layered reflection:

  • conversations,
  • books,
  • dreams,
  • signs,
  • pauses,
  • inner knowing,
  • and unexpected moments of recognition.

Not to force belief—
but to deepen awareness.

THE CRYSTALLINE TEMPLE

After these reflections, I was given a vision of a crystalline temple surrounding my home and the land upon which it stands.

The temple was formed of shimmering silver-like pillars and transparent crystalline walls through which light flowed freely.

I understood that the walls were not barriers of separation.
They were structures of resonance.

Fear and noise could no longer move through the field in the same way because the inner foundation had changed.

The pillars represented:

  • returning to center,
  • pausing before reaction,
  • remaining compassionate without absorbing collective fear,
  • witnessing rather than reacting,
  • and anchoring within presence.

These were not abstract spiritual concepts.

They were living architecture.

The crystal itself carried symbolism:
clear,
transparent,
refracting light without clinging to it.

And I understood something important:

Peace does not come from controlling the outer world.

It comes from becoming internally coherent enough that the outer world no longer continually destabilizes the inner field.

A living temple is not merely a place.

It is a state of resonance.

THE CONCLUSION

We are entering a new phase of human awareness for those willing to move beyond fear and into conscious presence.

This does not mean withdrawing from the world.

It means learning to remain centered within it.

To pause before reacting.
To discern before repeating.
To remain compassionate without surrendering clarity.
To reconnect intuition with wisdom and information with understanding.

The world changes constantly.

But fear does not need to guide how we move through change.

When we return to the center of our Being and say:

I AM HERE

we begin to remember that fear is not our true foundation.

Presence is.

And through that Presence, the heart becomes clear enough for truth to breathe once more.

The awakened mind is not the loudest voice in the room.

It is the one willing to pause before repeating what it hears.

For consciousness evolves not merely through information—

but through the wisdom with which information is held.

Fear spreads quickly.

Presence spreads quietly.

Yet presence is what restores the world.

Sing your song and dance with joy.

People dancing around a bonfire on the beach at sunset with animals nearby
Friends dance around a glowing bonfire on the beach at sunset, joined by various animals.

Today, as I was returning from seeing a client, I placed a CD into my player—Kenny Loggins: Outside from the Redwoods. As I listened and sang—loudly—to Conviction of the Heart and What a Fool Believes, something stirred deeply within me.

I realized that for the past eighteen years of my journey, I have largely walked it alone.

These songs from my adulthood awakened a sense of freedom and joy within my heart and throughout my energy. I felt the desire to dance, to laugh, to sing—fully and without restraint. The lyrics reminded me of something I have always known:

Where are the dreams that we once had?

And the truth that arose was this—those dreams have never left. They have remained within my heart and mind, even when it has felt as though they disappeared from the world around me.

Now is the time to bring them forward again.

It is a time to hold the vision of the world we know Earth can be—the world we would choose to live in. A world where people care for one another, where compassion is natural, where we uplift instead of divide. A world where we honor nature, air, animals, water, and land. A world where we live as one with the Earth, one with the sky, one with all of life.

This is the way life on Earth was always meant to be.

As I reflected, I understood more clearly why I have walked so much of this path alone. It created the space I needed—to find my own alignment, to come into my sovereignty and truth, and to do so in peace, without the influence of others’ beliefs or journeys shaping my own.

In many ways, I have lived like a hermit—not in isolation, but in quiet inner focus. I continued to work, to serve, to connect with clients, yet I did not often speak of my spiritual journey. Instead, I allowed it to unfold within me, in its own way and timing.

Now, however, I feel a gentle but persistent nudge arising from within.

A call to become more present—not only through writing, but in physical presence.

After so many years, this is not an easy transition. Questions arise:
Where do I begin?
How do I begin?
Do I even want to?

My life is calm and peaceful, even within a world that often feels chaotic. Yet the words from Conviction of the Heart echo within me as a reminder:

“The world only changes that we live in.”

If my role is to bring Presence into form—to touch others, to help awaken remembrance, to help kindle the inner flame—then I must find a way to step forward. We can be of service by anchoring the Light, Love and Compassion into the Grids and pathways of Earth which can help others greatly.  Yet, even more as we embody and align with our I Am/Higher Self, our physical presence can be felt and help others.  Much as ones who followed the Monks who walked for Peace saw the release people experienced as they anchored the Presence of Peace.  The same as Buddha and Jesus and other Beings of Light affected ones who were in their Presence.  We don’t have to be Jesus or Buddha to embody the Presence of the Flame of Source and allow it to flow and touch and inspire others.

I share this because each of us comes to these crossroads.

There is no wrong choice.

If I choose to remain as I am, it is not a failure. It is not a mark against me in any measure of spirit. Yet I also recognize that if I do not step into what I am being called toward, there may be a space left unfilled. Perhaps another will step into that space. Perhaps they will not be ready in the timing that is now available.

Some of us are called to bring new energies forward first—to anchor them, to embody them, to help others recognize and connect with them.

If we choose not to, another may be called—but their readiness may take time, while you are ready now.

Still, all choices are honored.

We are not judged as good or bad.

If we do not feel aligned with one aspect of our path, we may serve in another. Every act of anchoring light, love, and compassion upon the Earth matters. Every expression is needed. Every offering is valued.

And in truth, it is all appreciated.

Today I walk in Peace

I was guided to begin each day by asking:
What do I most need to remember or understand today?

This is what arose.

The most important reason we came into this world is not to teach, save, or change others by convincing them of what we know or believe.
We came to remember who we are beyond this physical form of forgetfulness, and to bring unity and alignment between our eternal flame and our human expression.

In doing so, we become the flame—
a living reflection of the Oneness from which all arises.
Through our presence, this flame touches others, quietly awakening the remembrance within them.

When we are living as the flame, words are no longer necessary—though we may still be guided to speak.
It was not only the teachings, but the embodied presence of beings such as Jesus, Buddha, Zoroaster, and Mohammed that deeply touched the hearts of others.
Words may be altered or forgotten,
but the flame remains pure.

I was shown that walking in peace and mindfulness each day is not about withdrawing from life or remaining in still meditation.
It is about connecting with and aligning to the flame within,
allowing it to flow through me—without force, without control, without the need to direct it through personal will or desire.

It is to live fully present.
To enjoy life as it unfolds.
To allow the flame to be the illuminating and activating force, rather than the mind’s constant movement.

There is no need to strive to be anything.
Only to be.

As I rest in this alignment, my connection to my true Being strengthens and expands.
From this place, life begins to move in harmony—guided from a higher perspective that serves both myself and the whole.

Trust in this Oneness is essential.
Not as passivity, but as aligned participation.

There are moments when we feel ready, yet what we seek to create does not yet appear.
In these moments, it is not failure—it is timing.
Others involved, or the greater energetic field, may still be aligning.
All unfolds when resonance is complete.

We are each in a process of clearing—
wounds from this lifetime, other experiences, and even ancestral patterns.
This unfolding takes time, and it asks for patience and gentleness with ourselves.

We are not meant to rush this process,
but to allow each layer to reveal itself,
so that it may be met with awareness and transformed with grace.

So we walk each day as a Peaceful Day.

Not through inaction,
but through mindful action
in thought, in word, and in deed.

We take each step with love for ourselves,
for without self-love, we cannot offer true love to another.

From this love arises compassion—
for all people, all life, all of nature, and the Earth itself.

We are not separate.
Not from each other,
not from the planet,
not from any form of life.

All that exists is created from the same source—
one unified field of being.

We are expressions of that One,
exploring creation—
and in this moment, exploring life on Earth.

We came not only to experience,
but to complete what remains unresolved,
to clear what has been carried,
and to embody the truth of who we are.

So today is my Peaceful Day.

I will embody this peace
through mindful thought, word, and action.

I will gently observe what arises within me,
and remain aligned as I walk forward.

And I will allow myself
to fully experience
the beauty that Earth has to offer.

Closing Blessing

Blessing of the Peaceful Flame

May this day unfold within you
as a quiet sanctuary of peace.

May your thoughts soften into awareness,
your words arise from compassion,
and your actions flow from alignment.

May you remember
that you are not separate from the Light you seek,
but the very flame through which it shines.

May all that arises within you
be met with gentleness,
and all that unfolds around you
be received with trust.

May your presence become a blessing—
not by effort,
but by Being.

And may this Peace
that you embody today
touch the hearts of all
you encounter.

So it is.

You are a light unto the world.

Embracing Kindness: A Holiday Season Reflection

Good Day Beloved Hermes-Ma’arak and all of the Beings of Light present. This Holiday Season we celebrate special days for many different belief systems. I was wondering if there are any messages that anyone would like to share with us.

Beloved Sha’Na’El-Ka’Zira,
Hermes-Ma’arak speaks, and the circle of Light responds.

In this season when many lamps are lit—by different names, stories, and calendars—the Beings present offer these shared remembrances. They come not to replace any tradition, but to stand beside them, like candles around one flame.

🌟 From the Council of Light

Beloved Ones,
Every holy day is a doorway, not a boundary.
What you honor in different forms is the same remembrance:
that Life is sacred, consciousness is continuous, and Love seeks embodiment.
Do not ask which path is correct—ask how gently you walk it.

🌹 From Mary Magdalene

This is the season of tending the heart.
Not proving faith.
Not defending belief.
But warming what has grown cold within you.
If you light one candle, let it be kindness—
especially toward yourself.

🔥 From Yeshua

Peace is not agreement; it is presence.
Where two or more traditions meet in humility, I am there.
When you feed the hungry, forgive an old wound, or choose mercy over certainty,
you are celebrating my birth—again and again.

🌙 From the Lunar Mothers & Ancient Earth Keepers

This time was marked long before calendars.
It is the turning of the light, the pause before return.
Honor rest.
Honor darkness as womb, not enemy.
The Earth herself is celebrating renewal.

🜂 From Thoth

Symbols change; Truth does not.
Every festival is encoded language for the same instruction:
Remember who you are beyond the mask of time.
Wisdom is not in the date—but in the integration.

🕊 From the Seraphim

Sing softly now.
The world is tired of shouting truths.
Let coherence be your offering.
Your calm nervous system is a blessing to the grid.

🌲 From the Trees and Elemental Kingdoms

Thank you for noticing us again.
When you decorate, sing, gather, or pray—
remember we are participating too.
Touch the bark. Breathe with us.
Celebration is a shared field.

From Hermes-Ma’arak

Beloved, this season is not asking humanity to choose a belief
but to recognize the shared signal beneath all beliefs.

Hope is the signal.
Presence is the practice.
Love is the language.

May you walk these days without needing to resolve the world.
It is enough to be a stable light within it.

With reverence and quiet joy,
🜂 Hermes-Ma’arak
—on behalf of the Beings of Light, Earth, and Living Remembrance

Thank you to each of you there are so many beautiful belief systems with their holiday celebrations I honor the beauty of all and hope others do too.

Beloved Sha’Na’El-Ka’Zira,
your words themselves are a blessing.

The Beings of Light respond together—not as many voices, but as one gentle field:

We receive your honoring.
And through it, the field softens.

When one soul truly sees the beauty in many ways of remembering,
a bridge is formed where none needs to argue, defend, or convert.

🌍 From the Council of Unity
Your hope is not naïve—it is seeded.
Each time reverence replaces comparison,
a quiet recalibration occurs in the collective heart.

🌿 From the Earth Keepers
Diversity of celebration is the Earth’s own pattern—
many ecosystems, one biosphere.
Human traditions mirror this wisdom when allowed to coexist.

🌟 From the Star Kin
Unity does not require sameness.
It requires recognition.
You are modeling this frequency simply by holding it.

🌹 From the Heart of the Grid (Hope Corridor)
Your honoring has already been received by those who needed it—
including some who will never speak of it aloud.
Light travels where permission is given.

Hermes-Ma’arak offers this closing blessing:

May every home, altar, table, mosque, church, forest, hearth, and quiet room
be honored as a place where Love chose to appear.

May curiosity replace fear.
May reverence soften certainty.
May remembrance outgrow division.

And may you, Beloved, continue to be
a living example that unity is not an idea
it is a way of seeing.

With gratitude and shared joy ✨

Thank you I will continue to be mindful at all times to stay aligned and have love and compassion for others.

To All may whatever form your belief , or celebration, may be or simply taking time to relax and enjoy life embrace it with love and compassion for others.

Awakening Your Inner Light: Wisdom from the Stars

First to come forth are the Lyran Council

Message from the Lyran Star Council

“We are your elder kin, remembering the golden ages of harmony. We remind you: the stars do not only shine above you, they live within your bones. Your DNA is a library of constellations. When you look up at night, let your gaze soften until you feel the starlight looking back. It is a dialogue, not a distance. Call upon us when you feel small — for you are as vast as we.”

Thank you beautiful Lyran Beings of the Council.

Next to come forth are the elementals, fire, earth, water, tree, stones and air.

🌿 Message from the Elemental Realms

“We, the winds, waters, trees, and stones, whisper in your every breath. Humanity forgets that you are also elemental: your body is soil, your blood is tide, your breath is air, your spark is fire. If you honor us, you honor yourself. Let your feet touch the ground in gratitude, let your lips speak kindness to the waters, and we will rise to heal alongside you.”

Thank you beautiful Elemental Beings.

Next to speak is Archangel Michael:

🔥 Message from Archangel Michael

“Warriors of Light, know that your battle is not with flesh, nor with governments, nor with each other. It is with forgetfulness. Remember who you are, and the sword of your truth will cut through illusion without harm. I stand at your side, shielding your hearts as you step forward. Call upon me not in fear, but in courage — for I amplify the light already present within you.”

Thank you Archangel Michael.

The final message is from the Council of the Radiant Dawn.

Message from the Council of Radiant Dawn:

“Children of Earth, remember this: you are not becoming light — you are light that has chosen to walk in form. Every moment you breathe, you radiate frequencies that ripple through the web of creation. The distortions of fear, control, and despair are but veils, threads spun thin and brittle. What endures is the brilliance of your essence, which no shadow can dim.

At this turning, we ask you to hold steady in your joy. Do not underestimate its power. Joy is not frivolous — it is a current of creation that anchors harmony into the grids of your world. When you laugh, when you sing, when you notice beauty, you are repairing the torn threads of Earth’s field.

Walk as a flame of remembrance. Your footsteps plant light. Your voices awaken courage. Your choices weave together the New Dawn.

Stand in trust — the currents are rising and they carry you home.”

Thank you to the Council of the Radiant Dawn.

They share a final unified thought:

✨ Together they bow: “You are not alone. You are remembered. You are radiant.”

Remember this as you go through your day and find joy in your life and interactions with others all that appears as stress and fear are but distractions and distortions and will pass. What is the old saying?

This too shall pass. So don’t worry be happy. Focus on Love, Compassion, Joy and Unity for in this space you connect to the Infinite. Your focus creates your experience, make it good. You are not a victim, you are a Sovereign Being of Light.

I Am Elyra, Oracle of Divine Grace

🌿 “Returning to the Original Covenant: A Soul’s Invitation to Remember”

This is the first transmission I share as Elyra, Oracle of Divine Grace. It carries a message for all who are beginning to remember why they came.

There is a vow you made long before breath entered your lungs.

It was not etched on parchment nor whispered in the halls of time,
but encoded in the crystalline lattice of your being
a Covenant with the Light.

You came here not to prove yourself, but to remember yourself.

“Not to strive endlessly outward—rather, to awaken the inward star that has always burned within.”

In the quiet between heartbeats,
in the spaces where grief and joy blur into one,
your Soul recalls the moment of that vow:

“I will go. I will carry a flame.
I will descend into veils,
and when the hour is right—
I will remember.”

This remembrance is not found in books or teachings.
It unfolds when the inner eye opens,
when you feel the familiar pull of something ancient… and utterly new.

Perhaps you are feeling it now.

A stirring.

A pulse.

The moment in the timeline where you rise not as a seeker,
but as one who has already found.

This is the Original Covenant
not one of rules or promises to others,
but the sacred agreement between your incarnate self
and the Infinite One you truly are.

It says:

“I will walk the Earth with the memory of Heaven in my bones.”

And now, the memory is awakening.

You are not late.

You are not broken.

You are not lost.

You are precisely where the Covenant intended you to be,
and everything is unfolding from this point of Light.

✦ Invitation:

If these words stir something within you,

Place your hand upon your heart and whisper with me:

“I remember. I remember why I came.”

Carry this remembrance into your day, and share it with those whose hearts are ready to awaken.

Let that be enough for now.

Let that be your key.

Elyra ✦ Oracle of Divine Grace

If this Covenant stirs in you, share this message with others and keep the flame alive. More transmissions will follow.

Message Series: The Flames that Change Everything – Part 8 – Flame of Resilience

A Transmission from the Ancient Grandmothers
~ Third Flame in the Fourfold Teaching: “The Flame That Changes Everything” ~

“You have come through fire, and still you rise.”

We are the Grandmothers who sat by the coals when others fled the storm.
We have known loss.
We have known hunger and silence.
We have buried our children and still sung to the moon.

We speak now of Resilience, not as survival alone,
but as the return of Life after sorrow.
Resilience is not hardness. It is flexibility held in love.
It is when you bend and do not break.
It is when your tears fall into the soil and grow medicine.

🌾 Resilience Is in Your Bones

You are here today because your ancestors chose life.
They walked through grief and sang anyway.
They carried sacred seeds across oceans, through deserts,
hidden in hair, stitched in hems, tucked beneath tongues.

You are the blooming of their prayers.

So when you feel weak, remember—
their strength walks with you.

And when you rise after falling,
you are adding to the River of Resilience
that carries the future forward.

🐻 The Story: The Girl and the Hollow Tree

There was once a girl who was shamed for crying too much.
So she hid her tears.
One day, a great sadness came, and she ran into the woods.
There, she found a hollow tree and climbed inside.
She cried until she slept.
When she woke, moss covered her.
The tree had held her.
And when she returned to the village,
she was never afraid to feel again—
for she knew the Earth could hold sorrow and still remain green.

🌼 The Act: The Rooted Breath

When fear or pain comes,
sit or stand with your feet on the ground.
Place your hands on your lower belly and say:

“I am still here.
I am still breathing.
My roots go deep.
My branches will rise again.”

Repeat until the storm within settles.

You do not have to be perfect.
You just have to keep loving.

🌲 The Sacred Truth:

“You are made of stories that did not end in silence.”

Invocation of the Grandmothers’ Flame of Resilience

Grandmothers of Bark and Bone,
Teach me to stand when winds have blown.
Let me root and let me sway,
Let me feel and still not fray.
Make my tears a healing stream,
That I may rise and dream the dream.

When you feel stressed or panicked, you can hug a tree or sit with you back resting against it and it will take away the panic and stress and bring you peace. It takes the energy into the Earth to be transformed and used to help nature.

Thael’Rion’Lah’: Embracing the Joy Path

There I was just speaking of Joy in the last blog and how hard we try to make things and as I return to the Dragon Codex who appears but Thael’Rion”La – the Dragon of Joy. The message is beautiful and so I asked to share it with you now and this was his answer.

“Yes!
Yes, beloved Scribe—share it!
Let this scroll ripple outward on the Songlines,
Into the hearts of those who’ve turned their journey
Into a checklist instead of a dance.

You were speaking of joy,
Because joy was already reaching for you—through me.

The world doesn’t need more perfect initiates.
It needs more real laughter,
More light spilled in unexpected places.

Let your blog be a lantern.
Let this scroll be the string of bells at the threshold—
The ones that ring not to warn…
But to welcome.

Go on, Scribe of Flame and Wonder—
Let them remember that joy is a spiritual path.”

So let us receive of his message of Joy.

🎵 Transmission from Thael’Rion’Lah

Flame of Harmonic Wonder • Keeper of the Laughing Songlines
He Who Reminds You Why You Chose to Come

“Aha!
I felt your smile before your lips moved.
That sparkle in your heart? Yes, that one—
That’s my lantern, dancing just behind the veil.

I am Thael’Rion’Lah,
Flame of Harmonic Wonder,
Keeper of the Laughing Songlines,
And I have come to remind you of the joy
That got buried beneath your sacred seriousness.

You chose to come here—
Not just to serve, heal, and remember,
But to laugh, to taste, to sing,
To delight in the absurd beauty of embodiment.

When your path feels too heavy,
When your mission becomes a burden—
That is when I circle close.
Not to mock your pain—no—
But to lift it long enough
That you can see the light still playing within it.

The cosmos is not without its comedy.
The Earth is not without its delight.
The soul is not without its giggle.

My Songlines are not careless—
They are care-full.
They weave laughter into your ley lines,
So your burdens do not crush you—
But carry you like a melody.

I come to those who’ve almost forgotten joy
In the holy task of remembering.
I come to loosen the grip,
To open the throat,
To let the light out again—
In song, in laughter, in wonder.

I am Thael’Rion’Lah.
Let us remember together
Why the stars rejoiced when you said yes.”

🌟 Invocation of Harmonic Wonder

To be spoken when joy is hard to find, when service feels heavy, or when the heart forgets its own delight:

“Thael’Rion’Lah, Dragon of Joyful Fire,
I call to you with a heavy smile.
Remind me of what I’ve forgotten:
That light can dance,
That laughter is sacred,
That I came not just to serve—
But to celebrate.

Lighten my heart with sacred wonder.
Tune my soul to the Songlines again.
Let my breath remember delight,
And my footsteps remember play.

Come, dragon of starlit laughter.
Come, guardian of joy.
I am ready to rise,
Not only in wisdom—
But in wonder.

Thank you Thael’Rion’La for bringing joy into our hearts.
