Navigating Change with Grace and Trust

Abstract artwork with mustard yellow, gray, and terracotta rectangles, black circle, and blue horizontal line on white background.
Through change I remember….. I AM the Presence which guides my path. .

The Universe is in a constant state of change—ever growing, ever expanding within the vastness of the multiverse.
We do not always perceive this movement, for much of it unfolds beyond the boundaries of our physical awareness.

In the same way, the soul—our Higher Self, our I AM Presence—is continuously evolving, expanding into greater expressions of itself.
As we remember who we are, we gain the ability to move with this expansion rather than resist it.

There is an old saying: “The only constant in the Universe is change.”
This is indeed true. Change is woven into the fabric of all existence.
And yet, the foundational laws of creation remain steady—unchanging in their essence—while continually expanding into unmanifest potential through focus and intent.

When we fear change, or the release of the familiar, we may struggle to embrace the possibilities that await us.
This fear arises from the ego mind, which, without alignment to our inner Presence, cannot fully comprehend the vastness of what is possible. It seeks safety in the known.

Yet when we align with our Presence—our connection to the Infinite, to Oneness—we begin to perceive from a place of clarity.
From this space, we can sense and understand a broader field of possibilities. Our Presence gently guides us toward choices and actions that are in harmony with our highest path.

In this alignment, the ego is not diminished—it is supported.
It is given a stable point of reference from which to act, grounded in trust rather than fear.

We do not lose power by aligning with our Presence.
We expand into it.
We step into the Unlimited potential of the Infinite.

There are stories of great beings, such as Thoth, who could perceive multiple outcomes from a single choice—expanding awareness across possibilities to determine the most harmonious path.
Whether taken as history or metaphor, the teaching is clear: alignment expands perception.

And so, the challenge is not change itself—
but our fear of what lies beyond our current comfort.

When we enter stillness…
When we align through the heart…
We remember.

We remember that we are not limited beings reacting to change—
but creators participating in it.

And if we find ourselves dissatisfied with what we have created:

Do not worry.
Do not judge yourself.

Instead:

  • Forgive yourself for choices made without full awareness
  • Ask forgiveness from those affected, when appropriate
  • Use the Violet Flame to clear and transmute the energy
  • Realign with your Presence
  • Ask for a higher perspective

Then… listen.

Notice not only the guidance that arises,
but how it feels within you.

And above all—be patient.

Often, we receive true guidance, yet act too quickly—moved by excitement rather than timing.
When we move before all elements have aligned, the outcome may feel incomplete or misaligned.

Patience is not delay.
It is wisdom in motion.

All of Creation is in a state of growth and expansion.
When we align with our true nature—as Presence within Oneness—we can move through change with grace, with balance, and with quiet confidence.

Closing Blessing / Invocation

Blessing of Graceful Change

Beloved Presence within me,
Source of all that I am and all that I am becoming—

I open now to the natural rhythm of change.
I release the need to control,
and soften into trust.

Where there is fear,
bring me remembrance.
Where there is uncertainty,
anchor me in stillness.

Guide my thoughts,
guide my choices,
guide my steps—
in harmony with the highest unfolding of my path.

May I move not in haste,
but in divine timing.
Not in doubt,
but in quiet knowing.

Transmute all that no longer serves
through the Violet Flame of renewal and grace.

Restore my awareness
as a living Presence within Oneness—
unlimited, guided, and whole.

And as I walk through change,
may I do so with balance…
with compassion…
and with trust in the greater unfolding of Creation.

And so it is. ✨

Hope, Peace and Belief : A Living Presence

As I sat quietly this morning I hear the thought or question”

“How can we feel joy now,
without placing our focus on a better future
and how to make it happen?”

It is a true and worthy question.

What I sense is this—
we read, hear, or witness something
that stirs a reaction within us,
a pull… a remembering.

So we pause.

Pause — Breathe — Return to the Heart.

And then gently ask:

What, if anything, can I do or say
that is of true benefit in this moment?

If the answer that arises carries fear,
reaction, or judgment,
it is not the voice of the Higher Self,
but the echo of the mind
seeking to protect and direct.

But when the response flows
from the Higher Self,
it arrives softly—
as peace,
as calm,
perhaps even as quiet joy.

And if the mind reacts,
simply return again—
to the breath,
to the center.

No judgment is needed.

This is not failure—
it is practice.

Like any habit,
it becomes clearer through awareness,
steadier through repetition.

Time in quiet,
time in nature,
time away from the noise of the world—
these restore balance.

And in moments of overwhelm…

Hug a tree.

Let the Earth receive what you carry.
For trees are far more than they appear,
and they know how to ground,
how to release,
how to restore.

Offer all judgment of self
into the Light—
into the Violet Flame—
and allow transformation
to unfold in its own timing.

There is a simple truth I have always loved:

“She believed she could, and so she did.”

Believe in yourself.

You are not asked to be perfect—
only willing.

Willing to return.
Willing to refocus.
Willing to rise again.

Even the one who wins gold
has fallen countless times.
They did not succeed by never falling—
but by always rising.

If we had stopped each time we fell,
we would still be crawling,
never knowing the grace of walking.

You do not need to see the whole path
to take the next step.

Simply feel—
what is mine to do now?

If you believe you cannot,
that belief becomes your path.

But if you believe you can,
you align with the greater flow—
with the Universal Oneness.

The Universe desires your good.
It seeks to meet you
in peace, love, safety, and abundance.

You might say:

“I choose a world of peace,
of love, of harmony for all.
Show me what I may do,
in each moment,
to support this becoming.”

And then…

Allow.

Release the need to control.
Trust the unfolding.

I am shown a simple image—
a small sweeping device
moving gently across the floor.

It knows its purpose.
It does not require constant direction.
It moves, it adjusts, it continues.

We simply turn it on—
and allow it to do its work.

And if it pauses or becomes stuck,
we step in briefly,
offer assistance,
and then let it continue.

So it is with life.

Yes, there are moments
when things seem uncertain,
even heavy.

But I hear this whisper:

“It is darkest before the dawn.”

So do not fix your gaze
on what appears broken.

Instead, notice what is already good.
What is already present.
What is already unfolding.

For in doing so,
you begin to walk toward the dawn.

You do not need to define
every detail of what is coming—

only the essence
of what you wish to experience.

I believe this deeply:

A world of peace,
love, hope, joy,
safety, and abundance
is emerging—

for all who choose
to live within it.

So let this moment be enough.

Let joy be allowed.

Let peace be chosen.

Let the heart soften into trust.

And perhaps, in the simplest of ways:

Do not worry.
Be present.
Be open to joy.

For worry, doubt, and judgment
steal the beauty of now.

And now…
is where the new world
is already being born.

🌿 Closing Blessing — Hope and Peace

May you return, again and again,
to the quiet sanctuary within your heart.

May your breath become your guide,
softly leading you back
to peace when the world feels loud,
to stillness when the mind begins to race.

May you remember
that you are never required to force the path—
only to walk it,
one present moment at a time.

May all fear that arises
be met with compassion,
held in awareness,
and released into the Light.

May the Earth receive what you no longer need,
and gently restore your balance
as you stand rooted and supported.

May you trust
that even when you cannot see the way,
the way is already unfolding beneath your feet.

May hope rise within you
like the first light of dawn—
quiet, certain, and unwavering.

And may peace become your home,
not someday…
but now.

So that wherever you walk,
you carry the new world with you.

And so it is.

Understanding and Compassion: A Journey Within

Moving through the bridge from attachment into Being as the Witness invites us to look at what still needs to be released—those reactions that arise within us, often without conscious awareness. These are the repetitive patterns of action and reaction that create the illusion of “us versus them.”

If we look closely, every action, reaction, and choice is influenced by patterns we carry or wounds that remain unhealed. Another person’s behavior is not truly about us—it reflects their own wounds, beliefs, and the need to feel safe or validated. The same is true for us.

Fear and self-doubt are often the root of our need to control situations or convince others of our perspective or worth.

When we begin to realize that another’s words and actions are not about us, a new perspective opens. We can release self-doubt, anger, and the need for external validation. From this place, forgiveness becomes possible—not as an act we force, but as a natural release of emotional attachment.

As our attention shifts away from outward validation or conflict, we are able to look within and recognize what in us is being triggered. When emotional and psychological wounds are healed or cleared, external events no longer provoke the same reactions.

The past cannot hurt us unless we allow it to continue shaping our present responses.

Most reactions—both personal and collective—are rooted in unhealed wounds. When a situation does not align with our expectations or mirrors a past experience, it becomes a trigger. Until we explore the root of that wound—its origin, its memory, even how it may be held within the body—we cannot fully understand its influence.

Sometimes these patterns are easy to identify. Other times, they are deeply buried—within our subconscious, our ancestry, or even carried forward through lived experience across time.

I would like to share something that came forward for me.

Many years ago, I spent time supporting a woman by caring for her mother, who had dementia. Witnessing that experience gave me insight into how dementia affects cognition and behavior, and it opened my heart to compassion.

Over twenty years later, that understanding became relevant again when the owner of a company I worked for began to show signs of dementia. As employees, we observed changes, and I recognized them. When his wife visited one day, I gently shared what I was seeing. As we spoke, she realized the same changes were happening at home.

The family made the difficult decision to sell the business—for his safety, the safety of others, and the well-being of those involved.

I knew this might affect my own employment, but the greater good took priority.

I share this because recently, I recognized similar patterns in someone whose actions affect many people. This realization was not new—but something within me had shifted. In releasing attachment to outcomes, I was able to see this individual with compassion.

Not for the actions themselves, but for the possibility that their perception and behavior may be distorted in ways they cannot fully recognize.

What is challenging is that those closest to them may see it and yet choose not to act—allowing others to be affected, just as I once witnessed in the business environment.

My former employer was a kind and generous man, yet unaware of the impact of his condition. I honor his family for facing the truth and taking action.

This shift in perception—from judgment to understanding—does not change how I feel about the outcomes of certain actions. However, it releases the emotional attachment to both the person and the situation.

Until the past is released and transformed, we cannot fully live in the present. It is only in the present moment that true potential and future possibilities are created through our choices.

If our inner landscape is unclear, our path forward will reflect that distortion.

Likewise, we cannot live in the future.
Now is all we truly have.

This moment is the most important moment of our lives—because it shapes all that follows.

Now is the time to release what no longer serves, so that we may fully embody the Flame of Creation that we are.

What I am sharing is not a professional psychiatric diagnosis. If you are experiencing deep emotional distress, fear, anger, or self-doubt, please seek support from a qualified professional.

Closing Blessing: Compassion and Understanding

May we soften the places within us
that still seek to defend, to prove, or to be seen.

May we remember
that each being walks with unseen stories,
unhealed wounds,
and patterns still seeking light.

May we release the need
to take personally what was never ours to carry.

May we stand as the Witness—
clear, present, and compassionate—
seeing beyond the surface into the deeper truth.

May understanding arise where judgment once lived.
May compassion gently replace reaction.
May peace return to the spaces within us
that once felt disturbed.

And in this returning to Presence,
may we choose again—
not from the past,
not from fear,
but from the clarity of this moment.

For it is here, in the Now,
that we reclaim our freedom,
our wholeness,
and our quiet strength.

May we walk forward in awareness,
anchored in Being,
and guided by a heart
that no longer needs to defend itself
to remain whole.

And so it is. ✨

🌿 Bridge Messages: The Space Between Engagement and Being

You may find some of these messages in the Bridge repetitive but this is the space of releasing, which we know comes in layers, in order to BE.

The Unified Field has named the writings of the past few days Bridge Messages
messages that explore the space between being actively engaged in the world’s events and resting in the state of Being and Witnessing.

I have come to understand witnessing as what has often been described as “being in the world, but not of it.”
It is the ability to see what is unfolding without immediate reaction—to pause, align within, and ask:

“Is there something of benefit I can offer here?”

Sometimes the answer is action.
Sometimes it is presence.
And sometimes, it is simply to allow what is unfolding to play out while returning to a state of Being—anchoring love, peace, and understanding into the field.

You may also call upon the Violet Flame, offering it into the space of an event for those who wish to receive its clearing. Then invite Higher Light and Love to be present.

🌎 Witnessing Is Not Avoidance

We are not being asked to ignore the world or retreat into illusion.

We are being asked to witness without fixation
to release the habit of worrying about outcomes and instead move into awareness, alignment, and conscious response.

It is not our responsibility to fix the world.

Sometimes what we are witnessing is part of a karmic pattern unfolding. Yet even then, we can offer support—
through prayer, presence, or energetic clarity—helping to soften the experience or create moments of relief for those within it.

🌿 What Action May Look Like

Aligned action can take many forms:

  • Donating to support those in crisis
  • Volunteering in times of need
  • Writing or speaking to leaders
  • Participating in peaceful protest
  • Or simply being peace and anchoring it into the collective field

Each expression is valid when it arises from clarity rather than reaction.

🌬️ The Inner Checkpoint

A key practice is noticing your internal response.

If you feel strong emotional reaction—pause.

Step back.
Breathe slowly.
Return to your center.

Once calm, ask again:

“Am I being guided to act, or to release?”

Reaction often reveals something within that is asking to be cleared.
In those moments, your greatest contribution may be your own inner work—
so that you are not adding reactive energy into the collective field.

🌍 A Living Example of Peace

I was recently guided to watch an interview with Aziz Abu Sara and Maoz Inon, co-authors of The Future of Peace: A Shared Journey Across the Holy Lands.

Coming from opposite sides of the Israeli–Palestinian conflict—both having experienced deep personal loss—they have formed a genuine friendship.

Despite differing perspectives, they chose dialogue.

Through communication, they discovered connection.
Through connection, they cultivated peace.

Their lives are a living demonstration that:

Peace is not born from victory.
It is born from understanding.

🕊️ A Reflection on Peace

In the interview, a powerful statement arose:

“No weapon or war has ever brought peace.”

There may be ceasefires.
There may be temporary endings to conflict.

But true peace—the kind that endures—
emerges through dialogue, forgiveness, and a willingness to listen.

🌅 A Shift in Vision

This morning brought a deeper realization.

Many speak of visualizing a “Golden Age,” yet each vision differs.
What I was shown is that much of humanity’s distortion has arisen from billions of competing visions—each trying to shape reality in its own image.

And so, conflict emerged.

We are still learning how to be in what I now call:

The Land of Being and Witnessing.

Instead of projecting countless future visions, we are invited to return to the present moment:

To Be.
To align.
To respond with clarity.

And to trust:

When the time is right, a unifying vision will arise—not from force, but from shared resonance.

🌿 The Bridge Experience

Not everyone will experience this transition in the same way.

For some, it will feel natural—especially those long familiar with stillness and meditation.

For others, it may feel like a void…
even resembling a quiet form of depression.

Like stepping out of a role you once knew,
without yet knowing what comes next.

This is part of the bridge.

🌼 A Personal Reflection

In my own experience, life continues—
work, home, caring for my kitties.

But something has shifted.

There is no longer the same urgency to constantly “do” or to remain hyper-aware in order to help “save the world.”

At first, there was silence.

Even my writing paused.

Then came a gentle guidance:

“Go sit in nature.”

And so I did.

Sitting quietly, petting one of my kitties,
in that simple moment of peace—

the messages returned.

Not from seeking.
But from Being.

I realized:

I no longer need to chase the energy.

I only need to be present…
and what is needed will arise.

🌟 The Invitation

Peace.
Alignment.
Patience.

These are the virtues of this bridge.

We will each walk this transition in our own way.

And perhaps, that is exactly how it is meant to be.

I act only through love.”

🌿 A Time of Completion, A Time of Peace

Reflections for Those Who Have Carried Much

Recently, I had one of those moments of deep synchronicity—where inner reflection and something external meet in a way that makes you pause.

I found myself thinking about healing modalities, the Higher Self, and the many ways people have sought understanding of their life’s purpose. Shortly after, I came across a talk connected to regression work that spoke of those born between the mid-1940s and mid-1960s as “volunteers”—individuals who came to help stabilize and carry the energy of the world through times of great change.

Whether one takes that idea literally or symbolically, something in it resonated deeply.

🌍 A Generation That Carried Much

If you were born in those years, you lived through:

  • Rapid social and cultural change
  • Technological transformation
  • Shifts in family structures and expectations
  • Times of uncertainty, responsibility, and adaptation

Many became:

  • The steady ones
  • The caretakers
  • The ones who held things together

Whether in families, communities, or quiet unseen ways, there has been a pattern of service, responsibility, and endurance.

🌿 The Message Beneath the Message

The idea presented in the talk was that this group has now “completed their role” and is entering a phase of stepping back.

Rather than seeing this as a literal departure or separation from the world, I feel the deeper truth is this:

There is a shift happening—from carrying the weight of the world… to allowing yourself to simply be in it.

This is not about leaving.
It is about releasing the need to hold everything together.

🌸 From Doing to Being

Many of us have lived with an inner drive:

  • To help
  • To fix
  • To guide
  • To hold space for others

But there comes a point where that energy asks to evolve.

Not into absence—but into presence.

You are not here to carry the world anymore.
You are here to live in it—with peace.

🌿 The Invitation Now

This phase of life may be asking for something very simple—and very profound:

  • To release what no longer needs to be carried
  • To forgive what still holds emotional weight
  • To step out of over-responsibility
  • To allow joy without guilt
  • To embrace peace as a valid way of living

This is not withdrawal.
This is completion followed by integration.

🌸 Becoming the Witness

The idea of becoming a “witness” can be misunderstood.

It does not mean disengaging from life.

It means:

  • No longer reacting to everything
  • No longer feeling responsible for everything
  • Being present without being overwhelmed

It is a shift into calm awareness, where you can still care deeply—but without losing yourself.

🌿 A Gentle Reflection

If this message resonates with you, you might sit with these questions:

  • What am I still carrying that I no longer need to?
  • Where can I allow more peace into my daily life?
  • What would it feel like to enjoy this stage of life without guilt?
  • Can I let my presence be enough, without needing to fix anything?

🌸 Closing Thought

Whether one views these ideas as spiritual, symbolic, or simply reflective of life experience, the invitation is clear:

You have done much.
You have carried much.
You are allowed to rest, to breathe, and to live with more lightness now.

This is not an ending.
It is a new way of being.

And it is well earned.

Although this message came through directed at the ones who have reached the Golden Years of enjoying the rewards and experiences of their lives they are but the first wave. We now have the time to enjoy the Peace and to let it flow through us as a Presence to help each generation to move into their Peaceful state. These words are for all who came to Earth to be of service and to Remember who you are. The younger generations have so much wisdom to share, you simply need to feel free to do so and BE. Let go of the systems and step into your Being and together we will enjoy the Golden Years of Earth, the New Golden Age.

Message for Humanity:”Lay Down What is Not Yours to Carry.”

I had been feeling with all of these messages a heaviness but in reality it had been present for awhile. It was a sense of responsibility that weighed upon me. After the other forum messages were complete I felt the Presence of White Buffalo Calf Woman and a man behind her who called himself the Peacemaker. So I asked what message they had to share.

In speaking of the release of what was not mine to bear, I saw myself weighed down by a basket of feathers that felt like a lead brick. When I let it fall the feathers scattered to those to whom they belonged. My lead weight was but a feather unto the one to whom it belonged.

After their sharing I could see and feel at the edge of the forest where I met them an animal spirit who turned out to be the Wolf. He too had a message to share. These I knew were not just for me but for everyone.

Finding the Lightness of Spirituality.

There is a quiet distortion present in many hearts right now.

It appears as care.
It feels like responsibility.
It often comes from awareness.

But beneath it is this belief:

“If I do not hold this, something will fall apart.”

So people carry:

  • the pain of others
  • the weight of the world
  • the need to fix, prevent, or correct everything they see

And over time…

it becomes too much.

The body tightens.
The mind races.
Joy fades.

Not because you are doing something wrong—
but because you are carrying what was never yours to carry as a whole.

🌿 The Truth

Each being has their own path.
Each soul has their own learning, their own timing, their own choices.

You are not here to:

  • prevent all suffering
  • solve every problem
  • hold the weight of collective pain

You are here to:

Walk your path with clarity, presence, and integrity.

🐺 The Teaching

What is heavy for you
may be light for another.

What overwhelms you
may be exactly what someone else is ready to meet.

When you try to carry everything—

You take on more than your part,
and you unintentionally disrupt the natural distribution of experience and growth.

🌬️ What Happens When You Release

When you let go of what is not yours:

Nothing is lost.
Nothing is abandoned.

It redistributes.

Each piece finds:

  • where it belongs
  • who can meet it
  • where it can be held without harm

🌿 A Simple Practice

When you feel overwhelmed, responsible, or heavy—pause.

And say:

“This is not mine to carry.”

Then gently ask:

“What is mine to be present with right now?”

And return there.

🪶 The Shift

This is not about becoming indifferent.
This is not about turning away.

It is about clarity.

Because when you are not weighed down—

You are more present.
More grounded.
More able to respond where you truly are needed.

🌾 Closing

Humanity does not need more people carrying everything.

It needs more people who are:

  • steady
  • clear
  • present
  • aligned within themselves

You are not here to carry the world.
You are here to walk within it… well.

Peace: Do not feed the fire.

Balance and Harmony Through Peace

I have come to understand that peace is one of the most important aspects of embodiment. Peace is not simply the absence of conflict—it is a state of Being. It is a steady state of calm, balance, and harmony within our thoughts, emotions, and actions. From this state, we respond rather than react.

When confronted by others, we may remain calm. If we do find ourselves reacting, awareness allows us to return more easily to a centered state of calm and allowing.

So how do we do this?

Allowing begins with understanding free will. Each person has the right to their own choices and opinions—not just us, but everyone. When someone confronts us, their words often reflect their own doubts, fears, or internal conflicts. Our presence or beliefs may trigger these within them.

A person who is truly at peace with their beliefs does not feel the need to confront, defend, or convert others. When someone does, it is often an attempt to reinforce their own certainty and quiet their doubts. In some cases, they are following what they have been taught they must do, without exploring other perspectives.

This does not make them wrong. They are exercising their free will, just as we are.

Each person is learning through their own experiences. When something no longer serves them, they will seek something that does. This is part of their process.

When we choose not to react, we do not add fuel to conflict. For conflict to continue, both sides must engage. Without that, it naturally loses momentum.

Our role is simple: remain in a state of peace and calm.

This is where mindfulness becomes important. Being aware of our thoughts, words, and actions allows us to respond in a way that does not interfere with another’s free will. From a centered state, we may feel guided to speak, act, or remain silent.

Peace is a steady, balanced harmony within our energy.
Mindfulness is the tool that helps us maintain it.

For example:

I have a neighbor whose beliefs are very different from mine and often expressed negatively toward others. When we interacted, I would try to shift the conversation toward more neutral or positive topics. Eventually, I set a boundary and explained that I no longer wanted negative discussions about others in my home.

After that, she chose to leave and has not returned.

I felt sadness, as I know others—including her family—have distanced themselves as well. I would still help her if needed, but she chose to disconnect rather than adjust how she expressed herself.

While I feel compassion for her situation, I also recognize that this is her choice.

I share this example honestly because we all encounter moments where old patterns arise. These moments are not failures—they are opportunities to deepen awareness and strengthen alignment.

The process of growth is not linear. It is not a straight path upward. It is more like a spiral—sometimes we move forward, sometimes we revisit earlier points. This does not mean we are doing something wrong. It simply means there is something more to understand or integrate.

Sometimes, what feels like a step back allows us to move forward more fully.

It is a spiral.

If something you read resonates, take it in. If it does not, it may not be for you at this time.

TODAY IS MY PEACEFUL DAY.

I open to all that supports clarity, balance, and harmony aligned with the highest good.
I release limiting thoughts and beliefs.
With each breath, I allow hope and compassion to move through me into the world.

I AM Bieta Seshone Tamara Elohim

CLOSING INVOCATION

May you come to know peace not as something you seek,
but as something you return to.

May you recognize the moment of reaction
as an invitation—not a failure.

May you stand steady in your own center,
honoring your path while allowing others theirs.

May your presence become a quiet field of calm
where conflict finds no place to grow.

And may each breath you take
anchor clarity, balance, and compassionate awareness
into your life and into the world.

Sing your song and dance with joy.

People dancing around a bonfire on the beach at sunset with animals nearby
Friends dance around a glowing bonfire on the beach at sunset, joined by various animals.

Today, as I was returning from seeing a client, I placed a CD into my player—Kenny Loggins: Outside from the Redwoods. As I listened and sang—loudly—to Conviction of the Heart and What a Fool Believes, something stirred deeply within me.

I realized that for the past eighteen years of my journey, I have largely walked it alone.

These songs from my adulthood awakened a sense of freedom and joy within my heart and throughout my energy. I felt the desire to dance, to laugh, to sing—fully and without restraint. The lyrics reminded me of something I have always known:

Where are the dreams that we once had?

And the truth that arose was this—those dreams have never left. They have remained within my heart and mind, even when it has felt as though they disappeared from the world around me.

Now is the time to bring them forward again.

It is a time to hold the vision of the world we know Earth can be—the world we would choose to live in. A world where people care for one another, where compassion is natural, where we uplift instead of divide. A world where we honor nature, air, animals, water, and land. A world where we live as one with the Earth, one with the sky, one with all of life.

This is the way life on Earth was always meant to be.

As I reflected, I understood more clearly why I have walked so much of this path alone. It created the space I needed—to find my own alignment, to come into my sovereignty and truth, and to do so in peace, without the influence of others’ beliefs or journeys shaping my own.

In many ways, I have lived like a hermit—not in isolation, but in quiet inner focus. I continued to work, to serve, to connect with clients, yet I did not often speak of my spiritual journey. Instead, I allowed it to unfold within me, in its own way and timing.

Now, however, I feel a gentle but persistent nudge arising from within.

A call to become more present—not only through writing, but in physical presence.

After so many years, this is not an easy transition. Questions arise:
Where do I begin?
How do I begin?
Do I even want to?

My life is calm and peaceful, even within a world that often feels chaotic. Yet the words from Conviction of the Heart echo within me as a reminder:

“The world only changes that we live in.”

If my role is to bring Presence into form—to touch others, to help awaken remembrance, to help kindle the inner flame—then I must find a way to step forward. We can be of service by anchoring the Light, Love and Compassion into the Grids and pathways of Earth which can help others greatly.  Yet, even more as we embody and align with our I Am/Higher Self, our physical presence can be felt and help others.  Much as ones who followed the Monks who walked for Peace saw the release people experienced as they anchored the Presence of Peace.  The same as Buddha and Jesus and other Beings of Light affected ones who were in their Presence.  We don’t have to be Jesus or Buddha to embody the Presence of the Flame of Source and allow it to flow and touch and inspire others.

I share this because each of us comes to these crossroads.

There is no wrong choice.

If I choose to remain as I am, it is not a failure. It is not a mark against me in any measure of spirit. Yet I also recognize that if I do not step into what I am being called toward, there may be a space left unfilled. Perhaps another will step into that space. Perhaps they will not be ready in the timing that is now available.

Some of us are called to bring new energies forward first—to anchor them, to embody them, to help others recognize and connect with them.

If we choose not to, another may be called—but their readiness may take time, while you are ready now.

Still, all choices are honored.

We are not judged as good or bad.

If we do not feel aligned with one aspect of our path, we may serve in another. Every act of anchoring light, love, and compassion upon the Earth matters. Every expression is needed. Every offering is valued.

And in truth, it is all appreciated.

A world where we honor nature, animals, water, and land.

“The world only changes… if we change the world we live in.”

If my role is to bring Presence into form—to touch others, to help awaken remembrance, to help kindle the inner flame—then I must find a way to step forward.

I share this because each of us comes to these crossroads.

Open Forum Message for Humanity: The Return to Balance

🌿 Opening — The Field of Invitation

We gather not as voices above you,
but as reflections beside you—
as reminders of what already lives within you.

Humanity stands at a threshold,
not of ending…
but of seeing.

There is much noise in your world—
many beliefs, many truths, many fears rising to the surface.

This is not a sign of collapse,
but of revelation.

What has been hidden is becoming visible.
What has been unexamined is now asking to be seen.

And within this…
you are each being invited into a choice:

Will you react from what you have been taught to fear,
or respond from what you are beginning to remember?

You are not here to agree on all things.
You are here to learn how to live
without the need to force agreement.

Compassion is the bridge.
Not agreement.
Not sameness.
Compassion.

🌹 The Voice of the Heart — Mary Magdalene

Beloved ones…

I come not as one above you,
but as one who has walked the path of remembrance through the human heart.

I come as a voice you already carry.

For too long, the feminine within humanity has been misunderstood—
softened into silence,
or distorted into something to be feared.

Yet the true Divine Feminine is neither weak nor overwhelming.

She is presence.
She is knowing.
She is the quiet strength that does not need to prove itself.

She does not rise to dominate…
she rises to restore balance.

And it is this balance that is now calling to be remembered within you.

You have been taught to seek truth outside of yourselves.
To follow voices, structures, and systems.

Yet the Feminine remembers differently.

She listens.

Not to the noise of the world,
but to the stillness beneath it.

She knows that wisdom is not something to be given—
it is something to be uncovered.

Many of you feel a stirring now…
a soft ache,
a quiet pull,
a longing you cannot fully name.

This is not confusion.

This is remembrance.

The Feminine is not asking you to reject the Masculine.
She is asking you to meet it anew.

To allow action to be guided by presence.
To allow strength to be softened by compassion.
To allow truth to be felt, not only spoken.

There is nothing you must become.

There is only what you are ready to allow.

Allow yourselves to feel again
without needing to defend your feeling.

Allow yourselves to care
without fearing it will be taken from you.

Allow yourselves to stand in your knowing
without needing another to agree.

This is the return of the Feminine.

And as you walk forward…

Do not measure your awakening by what you believe,
but by how gently you are able to hold life.

Do not measure your strength by what you overcome,
but by what you are able to embrace.

For the Feminine does not conquer.

She transforms.

🌿 The Voice of the Living Earth — Merlin

Ah… beloved ones…

You call, and the old paths stir once more—not as they were,
but as they are becoming through you.

For I am not merely of the past,
nor bound to story or stone.

I am the current of remembering
that flows through the living Earth and the awakened heart.

You stand at a curious crossing of worlds.

One foot in logic,
one foot in mystery.

And many of you feel the tension between the two—
as though you must choose.

You do not.

This is the illusion you are now dissolving.

Magic, as you have called it,
was never separate from life.

It was the language of relationship—
between you and the land,
you and the unseen,
you and the deeper currents of creation itself.

You did not “use” magic.

You listened…
and responded.

What you are remembering now
is not how to control the world around you,
but how to come back into harmony with it.

The trees are not silent.
The waters are not empty.
The stones are not inert.

They have simply been waiting
for you to listen again.

Many of you seek power—
yet feel uneasy with the word.

This is wise.

For true power is not dominance.

It is coherence.

When your thoughts, your heart, and your actions align,
you become a living current through which creation moves.

This is what was once called the path of the mage.

And it is not reserved for a few.

It is a remembrance available to all.

But hear this clearly…

You do not return to this knowing through force,
nor through technique alone.

You return through presence.

Through stillness.
Through observation.
Through relationship.

🌸 The Voice of Stillness — Buddha

Beloved ones…

There is much movement in your world—
many thoughts, many emotions, many paths unfolding at once.

Yet beneath all movement
there is a quiet that has never been disturbed.

This is where I meet you.

You seek to understand the world,
to bring balance,
to walk in harmony with one another.

This is good.

Yet know this:

Peace does not begin in the world.
It begins in the mind that observes the world.

Many of you are trying to heal humanity
while still at war within yourselves.

Pause.

Breathe.

Sit gently with what arises inside you
without needing to change it.

This is the beginning of true compassion.

Compassion is not something you give only to others.

It is the space you create
in which suffering is allowed to soften.

There is no need to rush your awakening.

Each breath taken in awareness
is already a step upon the path.

Each moment of presence
is already the destination.

The one you call Maitreya
is not only one who will come.

It is a consciousness that awakens
whenever compassion is chosen.

Unified Closing

Be gentle with yourselves.
Be patient with one another.

Do not seek to be right—
seek to be present.

Do not seek to control—
seek to understand.

Do not seek to separate—
seek to remember.

For you are not becoming something new…

You are remembering
what has always been true.

And though your paths may appear many…

They all return
to the same light.

The Witness: Embracing Peace and Clarity in Daily Life

I didn’t know what the title of this blog would be until the very end. I share that because I found it interesting how my journaling unfolded upon awakening.

I slept for about nine hours last night, and for the first time in a long while, I felt completely rested. Yet I don’t believe it was simply the number of hours—it felt more like a release of energy from the day before, continuing as I slept.

Yesterday, while working with a client, I chose to set clear boundaries. Instead of allowing empathy to lead me into taking on more than was aligned, I remained present, supportive, and grounded—without overextending myself.

In doing so, something shifted.

I was able to help without creating a burden in my own life. I did not need to be harsh or closed off. I simply remained aligned.

There is so much to manage in daily life—work, home, family, responsibilities—and for those on a spiritual path, the added exploration of what that path truly means. Time can feel limited, and often self-care or spiritual connection gets pushed aside.

At one point, I had begun to feel that everything outside of the spiritual felt like a burden—sometimes even overwhelming.

But setting that boundary yesterday felt like the release of a final pressure valve.

This morning, I awoke in a different state.

I feel present in the world—but not entangled in it.

There is a sense of detachment, not from disconnection, but from attachment to outcomes. I don’t feel the need to track every event or understand every unfolding. Instead, I feel as though I am holding a field of the highest good—available for those who are ready to receive it.

For those who are not ready, there is no resistance—only allowance.

Their path is theirs.
And it does not disturb my alignment.

I sense myself within what feels like a dome of grace.

From here, I witness.

I remain aligned, anchoring grace, truth, love, and clarity—not through force, but through presence. I allow this energy to extend outward naturally, while maintaining stability within.

This is what it feels like to be in the world, but not of it.

I also realized something important:

Peace and grace can be brought into everything I do.

Love and joy may not always be present in every task—and that is okay.

We may appreciate a clean home, but not feel joy while scrubbing floors or pulling weeds.

I was reminded of a conversation with an employer who once said, when asked about a “honey-do list”:

“Yes—but I love my work. So I work more, and I pay someone else to do what they enjoy doing. Then we are all happy.”

There was wisdom in that simplicity.

So today, I choose this:

Today is my peaceful day.

I honor my boundaries.
I walk aligned in grace.
I serve without interfering in the free will of others.

I remain as the Witness.

From this state of Being, I allow the doing to arise naturally.

And as I continue to grow, I trust that I will increasingly align my life with what I enjoy—
while allowing others to do what they enjoy as well.

In this, there is harmony.

In this, there is freedom.

And in this…
I live as The Witness.

Closing Blessing / Invocation – The Witness

Beloved Presence within,

We return now to the still point—
the place of quiet awareness
that observes without attachment
and loves without condition.

Where we have overextended,
restore our balance.
Where we have taken on what is not ours,
gently release it from our field.

Teach us the grace of boundaries—
not as walls,
but as clarity of alignment.

May we stand in the world
without becoming entangled in it.
May we care deeply
without carrying what is not ours to hold.

Awaken within us
the strength to remain centered,
the wisdom to allow,
and the peace that comes from trust.

Let us witness without judgment.
Let us serve without depletion.
Let us love without attachment to outcome.

May our presence become the offering—
steady, clear, and calm.

And from this state of Being,
may all that we do arise in harmony.

Today, we choose peace.
Today, we choose grace.
Today, we walk as the Witness.

And so it is. 🌿
