Divine Verification

We need but ask.

As I have been working with the inspiration of the Cities of Light and created Star Center of Creation, my process is different than that given to the groupofforty by the Arcturians. Not wanting to overstep and to be sure I am purely following direction I asked for verification. I have been feeling this is one the direction so many starseeds are going to be serving in the future to help establish the Higher Light of Ascension on Earth. It will not be in place of any other service but in addition. Something which we will do from our home area in which we live. It only takes a small amount of time to maintain this once it is set up and that is not a great deal of time.

I will not go into the process at this time for I am still working with it myself. This writing was to share how spirit responds when we ask. I had asked a few days ago and yesterday the verification came. Dear Diana Cooper a sweet and loving lady, teacher and author sent an email. I had not seen this information in any of the message or emails from her before. Yet, I was not surprised since in our we had been anchoring energies from the Galaxy and other planets during our last few meditation webinars.

Yesterday she shared how she had established rings of light, much like medicine wheels, on her property. Each one has a unique pattern and color set to connect with differing planetary bodies and constellation who are bringing greater light for Ascension to Earth. They then activated these and will maintain the energy connection, similar to what I have been inspired yet slightly different.

My verification. She has a unique inspiration to the same concept. Creating anchoring points of light on the Earth. I heard to incorporate her circles, into what I have been inspired to do so that each person can do as much as they feel inspired to do. Whether it be one medicine wheel of light, or planetary circle of light or a home or area of light or a group doing a larger city of light. It is time for us to be active participants in anchoring more light on Earth to help alleviate the imbalances of growth and expansion for earth and humanity.

I will share my site and the ideas when they are up or even more in other writings. However, the main point here is when we ask for verification it is given and to trust our inspiration for there is not always only one way to do things and when we work together with Divine Inspiration we can Manifest a Divine Reality on Earth. The point is inclusion and not exclusion. Let us realize that we need to bring down the walls of thought that limit or unity.

I Am Presence

Standing in the Light and Love

I would like to clarify any chance of misconception which my prior writing may have created regarding working with guides and Beings of Light. The subject of my last blog wasn’t about giving up my authority and power to make choice in regards to my life and spiritual growth, it was about coming together in Unity with others in order to be of Service for the upliftment and enlightenment of Earth, humanity and All Life on Earth.

In Essence we are all One, thus we are coming together with other parts of ourselves to be of Service to All Life. The Divine Mission or Service which we each came in to do is part of why we are here on Earth. In addition to the mission we each came in to do, we came to grow Spiritually and hopefully to Ascend to unity consciousness with our I AM Presence. We also came in to bring more light and energy into the planet to help Earth as well as life on earth.

While service is about coming together with others both human and Beings of Light in order to increase the energy of our service. In asking our guides and teachers to help with parts of our service and growth should not be about giving over our choices and power to them for what we do, but realizing that they see things from a higher perspective. In 5D they see time not as linear but circular and can see the quantum possibilities of certain paths and choices.

Thus they can share this with us, and even guide us to books, courses, people and location where we can synchronistically encounter that which can help us for the greater good of ourselves and others, both in our personal growth and service. We still have the right and purpose to connect within to our own soul guidance as to if it feels right to us. If we choose not to follow the guidance, that is not wrong just our choice of experience and purpose.

For energies to fully enter the earth, grids and mass consciousness of the creative field of Earth, it needs to be anchored through the human form. However, they can’t do this without our permission. Those who are Beings serving the Divine Unity Consciousness do not interfere in our personal choices. That is why we must ask for help and give them direction.

In our spiritual work it is time to overcome the exclusiveness to begin the inclusiveness of Unity Consciousness. Coming together on multiple levels. While our spiritual growth and Ascension path is personal the end result is bringing us together with the other parts of us in unity through our I AM Presence. In our Ascension we take back authority that we have given to the powers of the systems of Earth. We release their influence and hold to turn to the Divine within us so that our will becomes the Divine will of Creation for the betterment of All Life.

Then together we work to create a Divine Reality on Earth for All Life.

It is up to us to protect ourselves from 4D and 3D lower energies that seek to control us. It is up to us to clear the old belief of the systems of the Earth that keep us from Being one with the Divine within us. It is up to us to learn how to discern the level of the energies around us and who are sharing information with us, not simply reaching out to anyone to tell us what to do. Instead learning to discern it is a process, of first learning to bring down the halls around the heart and to move within to the light, love and guidance it brings. There you can discern the lower and higher vibrations. You can know the guidance of what to do and with whom to connect and work.

There is no all or nothing. It is about learning, growing and Being , so that all you do comes from a place of Being. All that we experience and choose has a purpose, as do all that people and events that enter our lives. It is up to us to make the highest choices and seek unity instead of division through love, compassion, caring, forgiveness and hope.

You are in control of your choices. Don’t be a victim, instead take responsibility for your choices and the results. Live from the heart centered guidance. Unite with others to help to MANIFEST A DIVINE REALITY.

Synchronicities and Unity Consciousness

Life is full of Amazing events if we pay attention.

This writing came today as I finish a wonderful Healing of Space-Time Ceremonial Healing with Nickolaos Baralos. He is a pure and high spiritual Being that I am honored to know. I have taken several of his initiations, reiki attunement courses and attunements and each is a wonderful clearing and enlightening experience. The reason I speak of this is because it is another synchronistic step in a wonderful adventure of spiritual growth and service. Too often we are unaware of what is happening around us and miss out on many opportunities to grow and be of service. Recently the synchronicities have been increasing for me. This is because I was asked by my guides and teachers to give them something to do. You see, as I have said before, due to free will choices on Earth, they can only help us if we ask them. They are also limited as to what they can do for the Earth to the extent of human and earth evolution being unified.

So, I gave a few of them things to do. Now the key is we also tend to get mental/rational when we are inspired, trying to control and figure out how and when things should happen. There is a difference between manifesting something for ourselves personally, like a new car and manifesting/creating a spiritual center or specific spiritual service. The personal items we must have a deep connection and strong vision with details of what we wish to manifest. However, with spiritual service, we have the general outline, the desire to do the work, but need to ask for guidance and help and allow the Universe to take care of how and when.

Now we can get frustrated, because we are used to being in control of things, but we are entering a realm of the greater good, and unity consciousness with this. I am not going to go into detail about this and many may not agree with this brief description but please have patience with my sharing and it may make more sense. I will try to be as brief and concise as possible, for I am a storyteller by nature and tend to expand into details.

I want to clarify that our true goal is Ascension and that is an inner personal journey and to be of Service to the Divine. What I am discussing today is the part of the journey that has to do with Divine Service to humanity and the planet. I am not suggesting we give away our personal power to other Beings, but that we are all One in Spirit and in Service we can work together and the process be so much stronger. The non physical Beings of Light need to work with us and by our request in order to serve to enlighten and help Earth and Humanity.

The synchronicities leading to the Healing/Attunement today began long ago. I was a young person who was lucky to have a father and mother who allowed me to explore new information while also exposing me to the accepted church rules and regulations. I explored the metaphysical from the time I could read. I knew from the age of 8, I would one day walk and work with Christ. However, growing up in a church atmosphere, I had the understanding of Christ as a Savior. Still, I had spiritual gifts and studied the greater wisdom and one day, I was shown the hypocrisy in my church and left the church but not my spiritual journey. I am not saying all churches are hypocritical, this was simply my experience. Probably part of my process to get me to focus on what was needed for my growth.

This allowed greater opportunities to explore. I knew when I met my first husband that we had been together in prior lives. It was a bumpy road until we parted. One day at work, a man drove up and said he was told to give me a book. It was called ‘Cosmic Conflict’. I was aware of spaceships all my life, one even appeared over my grandparents farm, which was a mile away, and I knew they would come at night to our house, but Archangel Michael protected me.

I was told once that I would live west of the Mississippi. Growing up on a farm in Indiana, that was not the first thought I had. However, the book the man gave to me, caused a coworker to ask me about help with a spirit. That request lead me to meet a lady who had a meditation and metaphysical sharing group that allowed me to learn more and to open up more. Through this group I met a woman in California, and attended a gathering. I won a contest that provided the funds to do so. At the gathering I met man people from around the USA and world. A journey began that moved me from Indiana, to North Carolina, across the USA in an amazing journey that ended in California. Where I have lived for over 37 years. Interesting, while I was in North Carolina, I was told to move to California, but I didn’t know what to do, and that weekend one of the ladies I met in California who lived here, called and asked me what I was doing. I told her I was contemplating moving to California but wasn’t sure how and she said come and stay with me and figure it out. So 2 days later I left and had an amazing experience in my journey.

I have had so many wonderful adventures during the journey here, being of service clearing and activating areas. I met my second husband at my job and we moved to Sun City/Heliopolis. There I spent much time meeting, serving and growing. Finally, realizing that the reason for being in that area had changed, I was guided by Archangel Michael to move to Monterey area where I currently live.

The synchronicities include a journey to visit the lady I met back in Indiana who was now living in Sedona in the early 1990. There I was introduced to the Keys of Enoch and The Emerald Tablets of Thoth. These lead to the Melchizedek Method and understanding the Merkabah, the Language of Light or Inscription, Healing on a Quantum level, and the influence of the Galactic Beings with humanity as well as the Ascended Beings and Angelic Beings. In Indiana I did the transcription of messages given to a group form Ashtar. It seems like things were always blending together to give a more complete and unified picture.

Events happened that caused me to take a slower path once I move to Monterey. Yet, I continued learning and expanding. The Healing I did today with Nickolaos came as a result of reconnecting to him recently after several months. When I shared about the recent vision I had regarding the Cities of Light and Star Centers of Creation, it felt right to him. The course I took released the karmic limits and final heart blockages which was needed. The Cities of Light I will explain briefly for it is still a formation process but the information came to me and after an attunement with the Arcturians from TomaJoy she is a wonderful reader. She had done some wonderful readings that spurred this current flow of synchronicities. So let me begin there and work forward. She did some reading that were so beautiful, detailed and insightful from many of my guides . These inspired me and it was as a result of these that I began asking my guides to help me in my manifestation process. I assigned Merlin to the manifestation, magic, earth and nature connections. To help me to learn to communicate and work with nature, elementals etc. I assigned Saint Germain to guide my clearing and transformation process. I assigned Thoth to guide my writing, courses, teaching process and what I needed to learn and do. I assigned Mary Magdalene to my heart opening process and the Divine Feminine.

It is not about sitting back and waiting, but being active, staying in the now, not focusing on the past or future and allowing the Divine Unity consciousness and Beings of Light to set up timing and methods that benefit all.

Immediately I was guided to a course I mentioned earlier Arcturian Healing. I had been connected years earlier when I lived in Sun City to the Arcturians but hadn’t done anything with them. I signed up for the course to my surprise it was in another language with subtitles. Luckily the meditation were in English and the Study book. However, I found if I just turned off the sound and read the words it was easy to follow. I know there are other Arcturian Healing courses being offered, but I am glad I connected with this one, Thanks to Thoth. For the instructor helped me to understand more fully the connection of our quarternary non physical bodies to our physical health and well being. He also discussed the philosophy spiritual of the Arcturians and other teachers that were the basis of his work.

During this time I was also guided to the work of Zaneta Ra, who brought forth the Seraphim teachings. Her books are available on Amazon. They are amazing, a complementary , yet in depth and enlightening understanding of creation and Ascension. The Arcturian Healing was based on the Books of David Miller and his messages from the Arcturians. The wisdom of both being complementary and enlightening. There are many more points of the synchronicity that I won’t go into because this would get way too long. However, before I started the healing course, as I did the Arcturian Attunement with Toma Joy and it was perfect for they opened and adjusted my chakras to be able to receive the energies and information that was coming. I had to laugh because the first words they said were, “About time”. They said they had been with me a long time and they have been helping with this process since being reattuned.

I was guided to read a couple of the books of David Miller, which thanks to my guides helped to explain other information I had received in the past. I had mentioned before about being told that I would be part of a program called “Star Centers of Creation”. At the time I felt it would be like a retreat center for people to come and learn, heal and reset and connect with nature. I also heard there would be an “Interspecies Communication Center”. This would be to work with and heal with non human forms of Beings like birds and animals. However, also felt the Interspecies Communication had to do with Angelic Beings, Masters, and Galactic Beings actually physically manifesting and communicating with people.

What I have been shown from the works of Zaneta Ra/Seraphim and David Miller/Arcturians is a greater understanding of the 3rd, 4th and 5th dimensional energies. I understand how difficult it is for them to manifest on the 3D and how it could affect those who are not prepared. There is great details given to request our help to heal the earth, bring forth greater energies, and to affect the consciousness field of earth. During this time, a group with which I do service meditations and energy upgrades, has been working on the same process. This group is guided by Diana Cooper -www.dianacooper.com.

She is a sweet and loving soul. Her focus is helping us to prepare for the new Golden Age and Ascension, with the Angelic Beings and Ascended Beings. The next synchronicity of Unity came with the groupofforty.com which is part of the work of David Miller. Their work is to manifest cities of light around the planet and link them, and these will be corridors through which the Arcturians are sending light and help to the planet. They are created by people and maintained by people in the area in which they live to be able check on them and to keep them clear and active, and under the direction of the Group of Forty. My way is a bit different.

This was a synchronicity for me that lead me to understanding that with my guides and the Arcturians, the Star Centers of Creation are actually cities of Light. That right now we need instead of retreat areas, that we clear and activate the areas in which we live and link them into the Earth and through the grids with each other to create areas of light to aid in the upliftment, protection and enlightenment of All life wthin the area.

I had noticed that I have been reconnecting with ones whom I have known and lost touch with over the years. We are all part of the same consciousness, the Unified Field and it is no coincidence that groups are being guided to look to similar work to help the earth and humanity. What is needed however, is not for groups be be exclusive, but inclusive. We need group to let go of the need to control and exclude other beliefs, to realize that it is when we open our hearts and minds to new information we tap into the universal wisdom and guidance that will allow for the transformation of all life.

I could go on and on, but you see what I am trying to share. Today the Healing was to heal the karma and thought, of time and space with love and light. The main point brought to me was unity and to allow others their truth while sharing ours with love as guided. To be in the NOW and help the earth, humanity and all life in whatever way we are guided.

For me that is establishing a city of light, the beginning of the Star Centers of Creation, which is the website I was told to create to share the work. This is not just an Arcturian work, it is Galactic, Human, Angelic and Earth working in harmony. It must come from our impetus and that is where I am.

These are a few of the synchronicities that I have experienced by always being open to new understanding and wisdom. Knowing that all has something to teach us, if we only listen. REMEMBER – our guides need us to ask and direct them, to work together with them to create a NEW EARTH of Unity and Peace.

NO ONE LEFT BEHIND

It was deemed to be so if we choose to Ascend.

A few decades ago, after the Harmonic Convergence in which humanity showed our desire and willingness to return to Unity Consciousness, it was decided that as Lady Gaia/ Earth ascends anyone who chooses Ascension will be given all the help possible to do so. Also, all possible energy would be supplied to help as much as possible within the parameters of self will, so that the control of mass consciousness would ease for as many as possible to make that choice.

It is the right of those who prefer the 3D ego consciousness of greed, self preservation and control to continue in that mode of consciousness. There will be a time when all will make the choice of Unity Consciousness, if not now then later. Why? All is part of Creator Source or Universal Oneness. As we are expanding forth we remain connected to this Oneness through our heart. We simply have to make our choice to remember, desire to reconnect and help is provided.

No one is chosen over another, we make the choice. The chosen are the ones who choose to Ascend. The Ones who desire to remain in ego consciousness now, when they finally make the choice to Ascend will be welcomed home to unity with love as much as the first who returned. There is always joy when we return to unity consciousness.

As a part of the Universal Oneness, that is called Creator Source, we are all inherently good and deserving of joy and abundance. The ‘fall’ was a fall in consciousness from 5D or higher to 3D that occurred when we chose to incarnate on earth, that we must raise back to Unity. It need not be a struggle, the Creator or Universal Oneness Consciousness wants us to be happy and prosperous. Thus, we need only remember and accept that we are part of the all of existence and All Beings. The connection to the Divine Presence Consciousness is within us. You are the teacher, the savior for whom you have been waiting. The answers to all your questions lies within you.

It is not wrong to seek knowledge from others, for we are taught and live our lives on earth in a singular fashion. On Earth we are taught that information comes to us from outside of ourselves. That is why discernment and protection are needed, and a heart centered focus. This is needed for us to be able to understand that each person is either giving us the best that they understand, which may not be the best for us or they might be trying to deceive and control us. We only can distinguish from a heart centered state of being.

Until we reach the point of knowing and Being from a place of Oneness consciousness, the other parts of ourselves who have remembered their Oneness are trying to help us. They come not from a physical connection but an inner connection to remind us who we are. In this too we need to use protection and discernment, for there are energies in the ethers (non physical) realms of earth that try to tap into our telepathic/ inner hearing to control us.

As long as we believe that only one man could ever manifest the perfection of the Divine, we will feel ourselves weak and unable to be the True Essence of the Creator Oneness that we are in Reality. All religions sprang from the sharing of inspired wisdom of ones who tapped into Universal Oneness. They did not teach others while alive to seek them, but whatever form they understood to be Universal Oneness and the Source of Creation. The limits of them as being the only ones able to connect to the Source of Oneness came afterwards, along with rules and rituals in which to do this if we want to be accepted and worthy.

This may have had purpose at one point in time, but it no longer serves to set us free but instead to keep us controlled and separate from the Divine within us. It keeps us looking without for that which exists within us.

So to return to the title of this writing, No One Left Behind, this is the Desire of All Oneness outside of our 3D limits and they seek to help us in our journey. It means that NO ONE who desires to seek Freedom and Ascension of consciousness back to Oneness, that which some term Heaven and Creator, will be left behind as Earth Ascends. Earth is returning to 5D from 3D and all who are able will do so along with her. That is why the abundance of help is being made available to us, so that if we choose, we can do so. However, we need to make the choice and ask for help. Due to free will choice they cannot interfere is we choose to stay in 3D. We will simply move to incarnate in another 3D system when Earth moves to 5D to experience the same as we do now. Is this hell punishment,? Well, it depends on how you look at the state of the humanity at this time.

Do not fear, you will not be left behind if you want to explore the greater existence, you need but ask for help and seek to let go of the limits that you have been taught to believe.

Creativity

Purity and clarity of intent, focus and energy manifest.

Today upon awakening I heard and recorded,

” In manifestation, clarity and purity of intent with joy or passion are essential.”

I didn’t think much more about it. I have been focused upon learning the Arcturian healing technique. I decided to pull 3 cards from the Angel deck I have to see what energies would be good upon which to focus. When I say pull, I shuffle and watch for the cards that fly out or stick up, for that is how my guides help me. The cards were, Imagination, Creativity and Archangel Gabriel. Synchronicities I love them.

The imagination card speaks of how our thoughts are the building blocks of life from which everything originates. It further says when we add creativity (the other card I pulled). It reminds me that from a bridge, to a castle or an airplane, everything begins with a thought which is then given energy and emotion to manifest in the physical plane. It reminds me to use my creative imagination to expand my horizons and manifest the life I want.

When we hold a vision with purity and clarity, the angels see it and draw forth the energies we need to manifest it. Decide what one wants to manifest, and speak, “I hold the highest possible positive outcome of this or something better, in alignment with the greater good for all. “

The next card was creativity, which suggests I explore the possibilities and to let my imagination flow. It also suggest asking my guides and angels to direct me to something worthwhile and to help me to channel the energies. If one is not focused and able to channel the energies we can become restless and dispirited and give up on the vision manifesting. The angels remind us we are co-creators with the Divine and need to use our energy, purely and with joy. An affirmation being ” I enjoy my creative abilities and use them with purity of intent.”

The final card being Archangel Gabriel. Archangel Gabriel brings guidance, clarity, purification, communicates Divine Will, and bring Divine Grace. He helps us to release old patterns and thoughts which keep us in a lower vibration. He helps us to find discipline, clarity and joy. An Affirmation to use, “I am the purity and light of the Divine.” Call on Gabriel to help us to become clear, to release the old, and begin to find focus and purity of intent and purpose to manifest that which we desire in our lives.

So these cards truly came together to help bring more clarity and direction about creating and manifesting, which is what I am needing as I proceed forward to manifest the mission I feel called to do. At first though I was surprised the cards didn’t have a direction regarding the healing work. Then I realized that the first lessons of the healing course I am taking has to do with manifestation. It was directed to how disease manifests in our physical form, mental, emotional or energetic patterns and why. Now, I see the pattern and reasoning of my guides.

You see, we have four main bodies that interact consistently as we live in our 3D form. There are more as we raise our frequency to more subtle levels, but in our 3D they are the physical, energy/astral, emotional and mental bodies. The last three all being on more subtle 4D energy levels. For us to be healthy, happy and able to manifest what we desire and even to live hundreds of years without physical deterioration, our 4 bodies must be operating at maximum clarity in balance and harmony with each other. Disease can begin on the physical level, due to foods we eat.

For instance, an animal who is mistreated, fed chemicals and killed in an horrific and frightening manner for human consumption will have fear, chemical and maybe even diseases within its meat. When we eat this meat, the fear of the animal cannot be processed by our physical form, but is still present in the meat and so that energy goes to our emotional and mental bodies to be processed and we become out of balance. This can create fear in us, feelings of pain and anger, that is present and we have not obsorbed it.

The same as when someone has a transplant. The memories of who we are exist in our DNA and blood. When we take on the organ of another person, the energies of their thoughts and emotions cannot be utilized by our physical form and so they move to our mental and emotional body to be processed. Thus, this is why some will find new interest, or emotions after a transplant.

As with Creation beginning as a thought which with the emotion of desire to manifest it is spoken and the energy needed to materialize it is called forth, the same can happen in our form. We have anger and fear, or belief patterns that are intense and out of balance with the Oneness of Creation. These imbalances create a dis-ease within the physical form. Now when it moves from subtle bodies to physical it is clearing the subtle levels and bringing them into balance. The desire is for us to then with a clarity of intent, to move into a focus of release and transformation to clear it from the physical. This is a simplified explanation for which I am sure you have many doubts and questions. My point in sharing this was to show how all things work together.

Just as I wish to understand how to manifest and share my mission, as I am learning this new healing method it to is about manifestation of disease and how to heal it. My guides are helping me to realize that I need to bring all my bodies into clarity and balance, by healing them so that I can manifest with purity. It doesn’t do anyone any good to share with them what happens in the manifestation and Ascension process, without sharing how to heal and clear their thoughts, words, deeds, energies, emotions and physical form.

Clearing, balancing, healing, protection and discernment are the basics of our spiritual growth. From this state of clarity we can do things with ease. Even in the healing process of another, as one is helping another we must be clear ourselves and create a clear and safe environment in which to work. No one can heal you only the Divine within you. Another can help to direct the energies of the Divine into you to help bring release and rebalancing, but if you do not change the root cause the imbalance will return.

Today is the lesson of the importance of focusing not one gifts we can reactivate like psychic abilities, but placing our attention on healing and clearing our quaternary bodies and bringing them into balance. From here we can access the higher energies of our Being.

Animals & Humans

Learning to understand and heal together

I am going to include not just 4 legged animals in this blog as part of what is shared, but birds, bats, fish, alligators, whales, dolphins, octupus and any other non human living sentient life form. Why? Because if you watch a program about the zoos or have watched any facebook or twitter videos about animals you would understand. I have seen pictures of flamingos running to be embraced by their caretakers, or an alligator pet wanting to cuddle and be petted. I have seen videos of bats holding onto their caretakers, and dolphins and whales interacting with a child or adult. Animals , birds or aquatic life, they are not just an object to be used and discarded but a living breathing in some form sentient life form.

When they get close to a human, they form a bond, as we do with each other. It may not be exactly the same and they communicate through touch, telepathic images and their own vocalizations. Did you know cats don’t normally meow with other cats but with humans. They only meow with another animal when warning it to keep its distance or during mating season for that purpose.

I saw a wonderful video of a gorilla at a zoo wanting to see the baby a woman had brought to the zoo. It looked with curiosity and then ran off and returned with its own baby to show it to the human. Animals, birds and aquatic life all have a reason for being upon the earth. Most if not all have come from other planets, just like our souls to experience the life upon Earth. They come with open hearts, to learn, explore and to teach humanity and work with us to make this place a shinging star. Unfortunately, the experience so many have with humanity has been disturbing and has taught them fear, anger and the need to protect and defend themselves from us.

Like the elemental kingdom, we have abused the purpose we came forth with of being the guiding force of love and creation to a higher state, and have fallen into cruelty, greed, neglect and control energies which have created imbalances in the systems of the earth. Humans have animal instincts that are part of our genetic makeup as we are connected to the creational matrix of the earth. We have the fight or flight instinct which was a energy to keep our physical form safe especially in the early stages of evolution just like the animals.

This instinct was not supposed to be the dominating influence in our lives that colored the decisions we make and the actions we take. We came in to be guided by our souls and to make choices based upon the greater good for all life. The fight or flight was just to keep the physical safe, and was to be under the direction of the soul. However, due to circumstances, we forgot that we are a soul having a physical existence and came to identify as a physical form separate and alone. In this state of separation our instinct is to control our environment to serve us and if we can’t control it to protect ourselves by any means or to flee to fight another day.

Animals have these same instincts. The greatest threat to all non human life is humans. When we have blockages in our lower chakras systems which causes us to identify with the lower energies of these chakras we are more fear based and make choices that are not for the growth of ourselves or the planetary life and systems.

There is an example that comes to mind. People who have a blocked base chakra live in fear of not having enough resources. This can manifest in many ways from hoarding, stealing, to killing others to control land and resources. Animals will kill to eat or survive. They will fight for the right to reproduce. There are stories of big cats hunting down humans in revenge, but this is a learned behavior from humans not a natural instinct. Some may disagree with this statement, but it is what I have understood from spirit.

A mother cat in the wild may abandon a new born, that is ill or disabled and may not survive, because they have little resources or the ability to help the baby and need to put their energy into those that will survive. Some male species will kill babies in order to trigger the female into reproduction. You will see that many predator or hunter species will first go after, babies, elderly, or sick prey first. Of course they are the easiest to catch and kill, but also instincts tells is to cull the herd. Many life forms will care for their babies, elderly and sick, rarely do they abuse them. The instinct of the old and sick is often to go off alone to die so as not to hinder the rest of the herd.

We as humans find there are ones who will abuse or neglect the helpless, the sick, the elderly, the weak or young. Whether this be animal or human. For some it is a learned behavior having been abused or neglected when they were young and acting upon the fear, hurt and frustration they felt and placing it upon others.

We all have within us the shadow or inner child who has been hurt, abandoned, neglected, and shut behind a door or wall of energy to keep it safe and so we don’t have to face the pain, or so we think. However, this pain seeps through and colors our thoughts, choices, words and actions until we take down the wall and open the door to face the inner pain.

Until we make the choice to reconnect with our soul guidance, we are not so different than the animals. Perhaps in some way we are worse, for the worst of their actions is for survival or are learned behaviors from the actions they suffered under humans. A wonderful step is to take time to step into nature and to be with animals and to learn to open our hearts to other people, nature and life forms. To move within to our hearts and let our hearts guide us and the love within move outward to others.

There is so much healing that can happen when we connect with non human life forms and nature. There was a time long ago when we had an ice age. There were not farms to grow food, and so we were hunters and gathered of the bounty we could find of nuts and plants. We find the aboriginal and native peoples of the earth, did this in harmony, and were thankful to the life forms that gave to them meat, tools from bones and skin for the clothing and shelters. They did not take more than needed. They lived in harmony with the earth and life around them as much as possible but they were in survival mode. Living from the base and sacral chakras. Life was hard and there was much to fear in order to survive. The meat they ate had lived a natural life. They were not produced in industrial situations of abuse, neglect, force feeding, pain, hurt and finally the fear or being kept in confined areas and then herded and horrifically slaughtered.

Eventually, the ice age ended and people began to form communities and developed farming. It was here in the cities that people lost contact with nature and animals, and became fear and ego focused. People working on the farms still worked with nature but began to see animal husbandry in an industrial sense. They still allowed animals and livestock to live a grazing life until the 20th century. It was then that industrial farming and animal husbandry took on an inhumane nature. Big industrial farms took over and we lost the love and connection of the small farmer who loved the land and put into his work this emotion that went into the energy of their products. The small farmer was one with his land and cared for his animals. That which they produced had this energy imbued within it. The industrial farmers and animal industry use and abuse the land and animals with chemicals and inhumane conditions.

I am not advocating veganism or not in this statement. I am simply pointing out that there are better ways in which to produce meat for human consumption that would be of a more natural and less fearful and stressful nature for the animal. It is helpful if we make the choice to only purchase humanely grown meat products and organically grown vegetables and fruit. By our choices of what we purchase we change demand in the market, and the market guides production.

Inhumane animal husbandry at the point of slaughter causes fear which goes into the meat when an animal experiences it before death. This fear is then eaten by a human and goes into their energy and body to increase the fear already there. Animals sense this within us as we interact with them. We need to at least ask that the energy of the food we eat be transformed and cleared by the light of creation and be thankful to those that gave of their life that we might eat.

There is a wonderful opportunity for us to live in harmony with all life and nature on this planet. It is an individual choice we need to make. We can learn to communicate and connect with them by taking the time to do so. Care about the animals you see in stressful and neglectful or harmful situations. Get them the care, food and safety they need. The same as we should be doing for our children, disabled and elderly people. We tend to neglect and discard those that are not useful to us. Yet, we all have choicea to make about our time and attention in life and that is our right. There is no judgment of your choices, simply offering new thoughts and possibilities to help create a better world. We need only do little things to make a difference in the world.

Seeing if an animal we hear howling has food, is hurt or just fearful and alone. See if your elderly neighbor needs help in some manner. Pick up the trash you see along the curb in front of your home, and of course don’t just throw trash from your car window or drop it on the ground but put it in a dumpster.

Try going into nature and simply walk, sit or listen to the words you hear in the silence. Watch the birds and insects as they go about their lives and teach you about working together. Hug or pet an animal and let the love in your heart flow to them. Listen to the wind and let it sweep away those thoughts and energies which you no longer need.. Be aware that we are all connected by the energies of Creation. There is a creational matrix of which we are a part and when we are in balance and harmony we help the whole to be so.

Animals, birds, aquatic life, insects, reptiles all have something to teach us, it is time we begin to listen. It will make us better people and help improved the world.

No Quick Fix to 5D

To be free and move into 5D requires choices and releases from you.

There are many teachers who share new techniques on how to activate your kudanlini, move into 5D energies and Ascend. If it were just that easy we would all be doing it.

Once long ago on a planet called Mars, people used artifical means by which to move into higher energies. Believing they could fully Ascend. When their planet was made uninhabital they came to Earth, to Atlantis to continue their process. They brought the habits and beliefs with them. For awhile the inhabitants of Earth were able to help them to live a more spiritually balanced life, but soon the memories and beliefs of the past took over and influenced them and the inhabitants of Earth. Or so one of the timelines of the inorganic world tells the tale of history.

There is no quick fix to spiritual clearing, transformation and growth. The closest and best tool is the Violet Flame of the Creator which is designed to clear our cells to the sub atomic level so that our electrons can function to their full potential. It will also release and transform blockages in our energy fields as we recognize them and make the choice to be free. We can even send it forth to clear the energies around others, to help them to breath in the light and love, as well as situations and areas of conflict around the world. It won’t interfer in personal choice, but will clear the lower energies surrounding people to help them to see other possible solutions.

One may use a tool or process to activate their kundalini without doing the clearing work, but it will only work to a certain level, it will only rise to the level possbily of the third eye, but for most to the top of the spine, the alta major chakra. This is a fail safe for which only the soul/Higher Self will allow the energies to rise when it is known we are spiritually ready. It is not a punishment, but a safeguard that we do not have access to energies for which we are not prepared spiritually to utilize. For us to fully activate our kundalini, we must clear our blockages and outdated beliefs. Clear our energies fields and chakras. Activate our chakras and balance them into a unified field. Open our heart chakra fully, and connect to our higher heart. This will allow the stop gap to our alta major to be opened and the connection to our crown chakra so that the kundalini can flow freely. This allows the energies of Source to flow freely through us igniting the fire within our cells that transform them into a diamond light of purity.

I have seen that some of the spontaneous combustion situations occur because this light comes in and the cells begin to ignite but the energy blockages and lower energies have not been cleared and instead of transforming into light they ignite and burn from the inside out. Source and All Beings of Light want us to Ascend, to be happy, prosperous and live fully in the 5D reality, but we must make the choice to make the changes needed for this to happen.

There is no quick fix. I have seen people do damage to their cellular structure trying to force the kundalini. I am not saying that there are not techniques out there that can work, but I would be sure I was clear before I tried them, the result may be worse than your current situation. It may be that the euphoria and effect will only last temporarily until the lower beliefs and enery blocks you have within you once again surface their head and cause you to fall backwards, perhaps creating even deeper blockages.

I encourage each of you to make the choice and become dedicated to clearing all the blockages and beliefs and focusing upon your Ascension. I will do all I can to help, but you must do the heavy lifting yourself. It is like the old saying, give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. This is the focus of my spiritual mission.

Teaching is like leading a horse to water, you can do that but you can’t make them horse drink of the water. The horse must make that choice themselves, to partake and live or not and die. This is the point we are at in society at this time. We have so many people on Earth , because so many want to help and/or complete their Ascension process with Earth. Each must make that choice themselves. There is eternity in which those who choose not the Ascension path have to make that choice at another time.

A wise man once told me ” We have all the time in the world, but not a moment to waste.” Dedication, choice and discipline are the pathway home.

May you find your path and walk it, for we must each take the steps , but we are never alone.

FEAR

Bravery is acting despite our fear.

Love is the absence of fear.

Today I awoke with these thoughts moving through my energy fields. I find that although I have known peace at various times in my life, today for the first time, I truly feel that peace within all my physical and non physical energy bodies. I realized that I have let go of fear and embraced the shadows with love, compassion, forgiveness and understanding.

Fear is layered within our DNA and emotional bodies. We also, connect with it as it exists within the creational matrix and mass consciousness grids. I realized that I had finally been able to let go of the fear within me. However, like an onion which has many layers, there might be something hiding in a hidden corner of which I am not aware. If that is so, I will face that shadow with the love and support of my Soul, and my I AM Presence. I will embrace the hidden shadows if they still exist as they appear.

For now I understand them as the small child within me that has felt less than another, abandoned, hurt, bullied, shunned, not enough to meet the standards of the one in authority at the time. The small one that has climbed inside the safe place, only to find someone shut the door. They shut the door to keep from facing and experiencing the pain that I held. They built a wall around me and left me hidden in this dark corner of their heart and mind. On occassion I would knock on the door asking them to open it and let me out. I asked to know why they had abandoned me here. Sometimes, I would get angry and stir their emotions to lash out at others, especially those who had hurt me and caused me pain. Other times I would just feel more pain and hurt. They call me the dark side or shadow self. I am not a shadow but they have put me in the shadows and kept me from the light. The light I need so much to feel safe. The light that will embrace me and allow me to know that I am enough. Those who said I am not were suffering from their own pain and belief and taking them out on me or trying to force them upon me. I need the light. I need the love and warmth. When you open the door to me, we can both be healed and return to wholeness. We become strong together and take back the authority of knowing what is right for us and that we are enough. We don’t need the approval of another or to follow their beliefs. We don’t need to force ours upon them.

We are One within ourselves with All that exists. We are loved unconditionally no matter what we may have done for we are explorers upon the expansion wave of the Creator Source, experiencing that which we came to see and understand. We cannot with our logical/rational mind understand why we are experiencing all things for those choices were made before we came to this incarnation. However, the answer lies within our hearts, but first we must open the door to the closet where we have placed the inner child within the shadows and bring in the light and love to them. Embrace them with love and acceptance. Dance the dance of oneness and open your hearts together to your Soul wisdom and then you will in the quiet begin to understand. Together you are brave for you know the love and light protect you and you are enough. What you do is at this point forward Divinely guided to be for the highest good.

You are at One within and without, above and below. Peace has come with knowing you are loved and the light shines upon the path ahead. There is no fear, for fear is the absence of love and you are love manifest. You spread light and love with each step you take.

Open to the shadow with you and embrace your wholeness. YOU ARE LOVED. There is nothing to fear.

I love the synchronicity of spirit. Later after writing this I came across a quote from the movie ” Fantastic Beasts, the Secrets of Dumbledore”. It is Dumbledore addressing the only, non magical people in their group of warriors to save magic. His name is Jacob and he feels he has little to contribute. Dumbledore tells him to “Stop doubting yourself. You are a what most people seek all of their lives to be a person with a heart full of love. Only a truly brave man could open themselves and their heart up so honestly and completely.”

Be Brave – open your heart fully to love and know the Unity of Life and its abundance of Blessings and wisdom. Then the light and shadows will become as the ying and yang, blending in a dance of bliss and peace.

Spiritual Tools

They are created to help us to Be all that we can Be.

There are many tools we have available to us in our spiritual growth and Ascension process. Please do not confuse tools with spiritual gifts. Gifts are the clair(senses) and abilities we acquire as we tap into the differing levels of spiritual development, clarity and service. Tools can be physical, non-physical and even entities or Beings of Light.

A tool on the physical level can be a crystal, oracle cards, meditation, energy healers, dowsing rods, teachers, books, spiritual counselors or any person or object that aids us in clearing, activating and aligning our energies and chakras. It will help us to clear blockages, old beliefs and concepts, control seals and implants as well as attachments from other people, events and objects. They can even include,salt, trees, water, animals and flowers, as well as the essential oils created from them. These nature tools help to elevate our energies and thoughts. 

A non-physical tool can be the energies of the violet flame, resurrection flames, ascension flames, our chakra system, Divine light and energies. All that is shared with us on a non physical level to aid in our transformation and development.

Non physical Beings can be Archangels, Angels, Fairies, Elementals, Ascended Masters, Archetypes and Non Terrestrial Beings. Archangels represent orders of Beings who bring forth specific energies of Creator Source to us. For instance, Archangel Michael brings truth, communication, protection, freeing us from attachments, alignment to Divine Will and strength. You may think it is demeaning to refer to these beings as tools, but I asked and they said they are not offended for in using the term I am meaning that they are representing an energy (tool) to be used to aid us in development and that is their service to us. Much the same as we use a tool to complete a task or vision, we use their specific energy to help us to complete the task of transformation and ascension. They do not want us to worship them or see them as superior to ourselves. They are a part of the Creator and a part of us. We are family and the bring to us an energy essence tool we need. However, we are not to take them for granted for they have shared a great gift with us when they help us to be ALL THAT WE CAN BE.

So, put on your tool belt and start manifesting the world we need and want by Being all you can BE.

Remember you have to ask for the non physical beings to help or the flames of transformation and resurrection to come because of free will.

Reflection-Clarity

Understanding reflection allows us to find clarity.

When we find ourselves upset, angry or irritated by the words or actions of another it is because they are reflecting back to us an energy that still exists within us and needs to be cleared. You may say, “Wait a minute. What about people who are judgmental or prejudice? I am not either of those.” In the fact that you are judging another to be judgmental means that energy is still within you in some form. You may not have the exact same beliefs, words or actions but there is some form of energy blockage within you. Every blockage of energy within us is an anchor that keeps us from being free.

If not then their energies would not cause a reaction in you, and instead you would begin to bring in energies of release, healing and transformation into the situation to help them and others who have the same energy. You would have understanding and compassion for them as a part of God with experiences and beliefs which are still affecting them in their thoughts and actions. 

For instance, someone may see a homeless person and speak of them as lazy, or drug addicts, disgusting or mentally unbalanced. Why, perhaps as they grew up they were taught that our worth is based on how hard we work, how much money we make and the things we own. Someone who has fallen upon hard times or had life altering experiences which has created this life situation is beyond their learned understanding. The person who judges them, may also fear that if they don’t work hard enough they could be in that situation. That just being them is not good enough. 

So you have judged them for their lack of understanding or fear reaction which had caused them to judge another. When we are clear of this energy of judgment,or whatever the energy of the situation may be, we can hear or see their reaction and we have understanding and compassion for them as well as the ones about whom they are speaking and reacting. We have no blockages and so their fear, anger or reaction flows through us instead of triggering us. Instead we think of how we can help in this situation to release and transform the energies and be of service. 

Remember that all that exists is part of the Creator Source and so all is linked together and part of each other. What we do, say or feel about another we are doing unto ourselves or a part of ourselves and Creator Source. What we can clear from ourselves, releasing and transforming, we clear from mass consciousness. This is making it easier and setting a pattern for others to release and transform. All life is linked upon Earth within the Creational Matrix of Earth. Through our thoughts and beliefs we create our perceived existence. When we clear something within ourselves it takes that energy out of mass consciousness making it easier for others to be free.

Updated comment: I would like to add a few thoughts that Jesus wanted to say in regard to this. He reminded me of a concept he spoke of in “Love without End” by Glenda Green. He called it ‘innocent perception’. It is what children do naturally, they look at a person or situation or even a landscape before them and they see it without preconceived ideas of how it should be or creating a story about why it is as it appears. They simply see and accept. Animals do this also. I am not trying to compare children to animals, just the concept of innocent perception comes with ‘innocence’ of non beliefs and learned concepts of an idealized way of being or doing. When we let go of the blocked energies, beliefs and patterns of taught idealized behavior which is acceptable, we come down to realizing all is exactly as it needs to be in that moment in time. Each person is learning and experiencing exactly what they need to grow. So why should we use healing prayers for them. Because the energies on earth are so dense, that they have difficulty breaking through to even contemplate another way of seeing, believing and doing. If we can clear some of the dense energies in the mass consciousness, they can perhaps have an AHA moment. If not now then later. When we clear anything for ourselves or within the grids of the planet, we make a difference in what is available for ones to access.

We are seeing them exactly as they are without judging, just observing. We see an energy that can be cleared to help others and we work with it. We are reminded to daily attempt to see things with innocent perception. We can begin by affirm and strengthen the positive energies within us through gratitude (thank you)and to release the negative energies through forgiveness (I’m Sorry, Please forgive me) and practice love, compassion and understanding for all life. For we would all do better if we knew how to do better. and that is why the prayers and calling in of the violet flame can make it easier for other to release the patterns and blockaged that hold them back.

The ho’oponopono healing prayer of reconciliation and is a good process to understand and use in this situation. It goes –

I’m Sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you.

I want to explain a bit what each part means to me so that you can understand it more fully. Then in a situation where you see you might be able to help release energies you can simply say these words to yourself, and understand the meaning.

I’m sorry – is about understanding in our oneness that we can hurt another part of ourselves and Creator Source. In so doing and we need to clear these energies for us and the others involved to be free. I’m sorry that a part of me has hurt another part of myself. 

Please forgive me -In asking for forgiveness for ourselves and others for the energies, beliefs and actions which have or are occurring, we allow for the process of forgiveness and release to begin for all. For we are part of the Creator experiencing and expanding as are all others and what we do for ourselves we do for all.

Thank you – is knowing that as we are all one, when we are sorry and ask for forgiveness in the whole, the Source always loves us and we are always forgiven. We can be thankful also for the learning experiencing and a chance to be of service.

I love you – Love of the Creator, ourselves and all others. Love is the essence of being and existence. I know that as we gain wisdom we would not knowingly do or say anything to hurt another. It is only in our confusion or lack of clarity and understanding that we do so. When one feels love they are released and transformed. In loving them we send love from our heart to their heart and help them to be uplifted.

Thus ,in understanding what the prayer means in a situation you can begin to say the words and know within you automatically the meaning. Helping to transform and release not just the immediate situation, but the energy within mass consciousness for everyone trapped by this control mechanism. 

You become the change you wish to see in the world with clarity.
