It is important to love ourselves enough to take the time to heal.
When one speaks of healing they usually refer to a physical problem. Fewer people seek emotional or mental healing until they become extreme. Many aren’t even aware of the past life and ancestral/DNA influenced problems that need healing or of that we have non physical bodies that are part of our physical well being.
It is important to realize that often the source of our physical problems originate in one of our non physical bodies, the mental, emotional or spiritual body. I have written about this before but since we are discussing healing I have been told to do so again.
For us to be in optimal health we need to have each of our non physical bodies clear just like we care for our physical form so that they can all operate in balance and harmony. In creation spirit is the source which creates from thought which ripples forth through upon the seas of possibility to create material form. So we see the spiritual body, the mental body, the emotional body/the sea and finally the material form being interrelated. These levels below that the spirit created were to be the way in which spirit was able to explore, learn and expand within itself the balance of shadow and light.
For the true pure essence of Creator/Universal Mind and Oneness to flow through us we need to be clear of blockages so that we can walk in balance and harmony and the light and love essence of creation flow through us and transform the shadow into light and uplift and upgrade all creation.
How do the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies affect us? If we are emotionally upset may find we have difficulty thinking, our emotional imbalance affecting our mental body. We can become unfocused and confused. We may experience digestive issues and our physical body is now out of balance. This is because we no longer feel empowered and our solar plexus chakra which works with our stomach is out of balance.
If we are having extreme mental stress from our job or other life issues, we may become easily angered. We may find we are not paying attention to what is going on around us and suddenly we have an accident. If we are eating a lot of genetically modified food or processed food we may find we are having physical problems, which can cause us mental and emotional distress.
If our beliefs are not aligned to spirit we can find ourselves struggling to make choices that bring satisfaction and can cause stress and physical disturbances. One may resort to using alcohol or drugs to forget about their problems, leaving their spiritual body open to astral attachments from entities seeking to feed off this energy.
In a past life perhaps we were betrayed by someone we trusted and we were persecuted for our beliefs. Each strong emotion, thought or physical trauma imprints deeply in our DNA and our soul imprint. It is recorded to be balanced at some point and if not in the same incarnation , the imprint remains and is reunited with us in another incarnation. This betrayal can surface as a mistrust of others, and not wanting to get close, even mistrust of ones in authority. So we become a loner, unable to function easily in a group environment and problems with authority figures.
It could be ancestral recorded in our DNA. Perhaps your grandparents were part of the trail of tears. The imprint of being ripped from their homes and forced to endure a long march in brutal conditions, causing starvation and death. Imprinted on their DNA and passed down to you a fear, a pain, and mistrust of government and white people. A lack of self worth, anger, and feeling powerless.
There are many layers of our being that we need to be sure are clear, for all of this is an illusion of human creation. It is part of a program to learn about the shadow to expand and explore before we go forth to Create in the Infinite. Nothing is worth retaining that prevents us from Being Free. It can be easy or hard, depending on the intent and strength of our desire to not let go, but it is worth the effort.
Remember life is an Illusion so don’t take it so seriously.
A few weeks ago as I was struggling with a blockage, during a message from another Being, Jesus popped in with a short message. He said, “Remember the discussion about cloud busting in the book “Illusions”. Sometimes a simple statement is all it takes to shift your energy and focus. This book, “Illusions: The Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah” so long ago at the beginning of my journey had a great impact on shifting my perceptions.
Cloud busting refers to the concept of using our energy and focus to break up clouds, but that wasn’t really what Jesus was wanting me to remember. In the book, Don Shimoda was demonstrating this ability to Richard Bach. Don had easily dispersed a large cloud and it was now Richard’s turn to do so with a small cloud. Don had done his instantly and Richard struggled for several minutes before proudly seeing it disappear. He turns to Don expecting praise only to hear, “Amazing, your were so attached to it and still it disappeared for you.”
So why did Jesus want me to remember this and what did it have to do with my blockage? As I reread that part of the book, actually I reread the whole book, it was the statement of Don that followed. “Negative attachments Richard. If you really want to remove a cloud from your life you don’t make a big production of it, you just relax and remove it from your thinking. That’s all there is to it.”
THANK YOU JESUS! For all the struggle I had been putting myself through, in one little statement, Jesus had sent me to the source that had touched my life to find the wisdom I needed. He knew what would impact me the most. He might have given me the information in another way as the other Being was doing, but this had the greatest impact.
Beyond just that statement, to read the book again and remember on a new level that I created the world in which I live and the blockages and joy that I experience in this life of Illusion. If I don’t like what I am experiencing, change it.
My favorite quote: Dr. Wayne Dyer , “If you change the way you look at things. The things you look at change.”
If I don’t like the problem, blockage, situation or cloud in my life, don’t struggle so much the answer is within my to just switch my focus about how I see it and from what I don’t want to what I do want. It is getting attached to the negative or what we don’t want in life that causes us to struggle against it, instead of embracing and experiencing with joy what we do want.
Sometimes, even if we know something, we can still bring our understanding of it deeper into our consciousness. The example of this I like to use is if we tell a child a flame will burn them that is information. If they put their finger in the flame and get burnt that is knowledge. If they don’t put their finger in the flame every again that is wisdom. However, I have found in life there is another stage called mastery and freedom. This involves realizing that the flame can only burn us if we believe it can, if we know that the world we experience is an illusion of our creation, than the flame can be cool to the touch, and we have mastered the illusion.
A humorous example of this in the book is when Don Shimoda not only walks on water but swims in the earth, and breaths the water. The Illusion we call reality. “This world and everything in it, Illusion”. For most people this is an absurd concept, but when you are ready it will move from information, to knowledge, to wisdom and finally to mastery and freedom. A place of being without time, space and limits.
P.S. – I am not there yet, but I have remembered the way thanks to Jesus. Now I need to let go of the Illusion and embrace the possible.
Since my post yesterday and my comments about Angels, I have been urged by my spiritual non physical friends to do a bit more clarification. I have touched on this topic in prior blogs, but as in all things our understanding and ability to process information grows and changes as we raise our vibration spiritually.
When the Creation process began with the Infinite Unlimited Potential of the Divine Feminine Energy and the Impetus of thought, creation and expansion of the Divine Masculine levels of vibration and dimensions and types of existence have been created. There are Universes, Galaxies, Suns, Moons, Planets, systems and myriads of Beings. Some are simple infinite light which never takes form for it is beyond form, it is that which in form exists. We call this Creator Source, the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine aspects of Creation. From this source came forth Angelic Beings to oversee creation, we call them Seraphim, Cherubim, Thrones, Principalities, Elohim, Ophanim, Archangels and Angels. They administer the Creation and represent differing aspects of Creation. They work with the Elementals, the Nature Spirits, the Devic Beings, the Light Beings, the Ascended Beings and Masters of Light. There are also the Demigods and the Monads that birth Higher Selves, Souls and Incarnational Ego personalities (of which we are). These Beings are all 5D or higher life forms that do not have dense physical forms like us but have forms of LIGHT. They can manifest to us in their light form, contact us mentally/telepathically or with energy, and in some rare cases will manifest a physical form, but that is the least desired for them. Why because the dense atmosphere and low vibration of earth in 3D is intense. This morning I was shown it was like going into a burning building without protective gear to rescue someone. The smoke is thick and makes it hard to breath and focus on where to go, and the heat of the fire is painful. Sometimes, you get to the person and they don’t understand you are there to help or they are scared and get confused.
All these levels of life exists before we even reach the level of physicality of form and the animals, mineral, vegetable, tree, earth, air, water, birds, trees, forms that live in trees, forms that live in water, humanoid forms, alien forms, animal forms. These 5d and above levels are different vibrational levels. They are termed higher because the rate of vibration of the existence is faster. They don’t exist above us by around us.
Even though we perceive them as non corporal and inorganic, in reality they are the organic or original form of being and we are the holographic, mind created inorganic existence. Yeah, I hear you. NO WAY. Well as with all things it is a matter of perspective. This is why in physics they speak now of parallel time lines and parallel universes. The concept of every thought we have and the choices create a parallel existence in which all possibilities are lived and experienced. In one time line Jesus never died on the Cross and it is a whole different experience.
Now this isn’t about time lines and jumping them that is another topic. This is about Angels, Aliens and Demi-gods. So we discussed how Angels and Archangels came into being to guide us. They are each an aspect of Universal Being and Truth. For instance, Archangel Chamuel brings an understanding of unconditional love and acceptance, and how to open our heart. Archangel Raphael helps us to learn healing, abundance and higher science. Archangel Gabriel brings communication on a higher level, purity and truth.
We are not giving up our power and authority in check with them, for like all life in including us they are part of the Oneness of Creation and part of Us. They bring a specific energy to us and also they will simply come to help us because they are caring Beings of Light. They do not exist in any specific form but as Light in their natural state. However, they can assume any appearance that is needed or desired in order to make ones comfortable. They do not have wings, what ones called wings are the appearance of the light flowing from their heart center through the back of their form. The Archangels oversee the Angels and Elemental masters in creation and are in service to assist us in our spiritual process of freedom and Ascension. When you call upon an Archangel it is the energy of that Beings Service that calls forth the form which comes to you and connects with you or manifests to you. They like to call them their legions of service. Thus they are everywhere, at all times, with anyone who needs or calls upon them.
As I said they oversee the work of the Elemental Masters, who oversee the elemental beings like the fairies, gnomes, undines, water sprites, the air, fire and earth elementals.
We also have beings of Light who come from other dimensions and Universes who have volunteered to come to help us at this time. These are Universes that are 5D and above and these beings like Unicorns, Dragons, Blue Avians, Yeti, and other Beings in myriads of forms including the beings of the Ashtar Command help to monitor those of less than pure intent from our Universe, to help to direct new energies coming from higher levels to help us and to answer our calls for help.
The Ashtar Command is of a higher dimensional existence, and they oversee all that is happening in our process and coordinate between higher dimensions, the Galactic Councils, and the Galactic Federation of Light. The Galactic Federation of Light Being an organization of Beings from differing Galaxies that have overcome the threat of war and chaos in their systems and have banded together to prevent it returning and to help us in our process.
There are also alien species of higher technology that are both of malevolent and benevolent intent who visit our planet. They are monitored by the Galactic Federation of Light and the Ashtar Command. This is why discernment is important and protection in making contact with non physical beings whether alien, angelic or any other form. The benevolent ones are mostly part of the Galactic Federation of Light or they are Ascended Beings of their systems. The malevolent are simply like spreading their chaos, fear and control and wish to do so here with the vulnerable who agree.
We also have subterranean Beings who have existed here on our planet for millions of years and consider their home. They have worked hard to control and influence humanity to their wants and needs, because we are like ants they can’t get eradicate. So why not use us to aid them.
I need to clarify that the Angelic and Light Beings are pure but between us and them lies the 4D realm of Astral existence. This is what one might call purgatory. It is where ones who still cling to earth life and don’t seek the higher existence go, the ghosts, this is where the records of mass consciousness exist, it is where the thought created entities of control and fear exist. These are the ones who tap into the energies of the ones who are unprotected, open and vulnerable to feed off their energies and attach to them and even control or possess their energies for their own benefit. If a being opens to telepathic communication with non corporeal beings without discernment and protection, these ones can appear as an angel or being of light whom you are seeking and fool you. They have no greater knowledge than they did while alive.
Then we have the demi-gods. These are what we term the mythological beings whom other times on earth called Gods. Now some would say they are ancient aliens, with misunderstood technology, and they consider angels the same. These demi gods are creator beings of higher dimensions. When we are free of our constraints of consciousness and Ascend to higher states of existence our abilities to create will increase and we will create systems and travel to into the far reaches of the unlimited potential some call the void. These ones came to earth to show us the possibilities that exist. Were they aliens? Some were and they either rose to the task of helping us or they fell under the influence of worship.
The misunderstood concept is that if one come to us they must be aliens. I term aliens ones who come from our universe and use physical ships to travel. These Beings do not use physical ships, they use their light vehicle to travel through dimensions of existence by thought. They can come together and form larger merkabas of light that many beings can utilize together. They are Archetypal Beings. They like Archangels brings certain concepts to us to teach us. They brought concepts in the stories about them to teach us about how to seek higher states of Being. Sometimes, they worked through incarnational beings and ones recognizing the message and energies would worship them.
Some of these beings are what we now call Ascended Beings who originated or Ascended either here on Earth or somewhere else. Then there are the ones whom are termed, Ultra Terrestrials existing in the 8th dimension and above. I will speak briefly here about Thoth for I know the most about him. He came from another system answering a call to help humanity. He says, in the translations shared by Rev. Maia Nartoomid,(http://www.spiritmythos.org/holy/light/thoth/thoth01.html) that Ultra Terrestrials are Ascended Beings from whom we have descended. He differentiates ET from Ultra terrestrials by stating that the E.T. have various levels of spiritual and technological development, but lack the high degree of spiritualization of their heart center. He says many of the ET are creations of the Nephilim.
The Ultra terrestrials come from the Attasic full light Spectrum of Light beyond the atomic level and in the field of Unified Consciousness. We exist in a half light spectrum since the fall. The Oritronic spectrum in which we exist has the essence of Metatron, but not the ability to manifest the full consciousness. Metatron is the garment of El Shaddai, the super electron of creation. That is a teaching in and of itself. He had came from the Ascended Full Light spectrum of Orion. You see our systems have full and half light spectrums. When a planet and its people ascend to full light there still exists in our reality a dead planetary form. That is why we see all the planets in our system have no life forms, but some seem to have remnants of what might have been civilizations at one time. Either the planet was destroyed of life or the soul of the planet and its population ascended and what we see is a reflection from the past. Much as this planet will appear when Earth ascends and the people who are ready ascend. The organic planet and people who ascended still exist but in higher dimension. They are looking out for their seedlings, us here on earth to help us to do the same.
Back to Thoth,he first came forth not in physical form but in a light form upon Atlantis as Thoth mus Zurud. He was called the Sword of Orion because like a sword he cut through falsehood bringing light and truth. He was part of the Redemption program. He came in a Merkaba of Light with the Enochian Table that was the blueprint of structures, the megalithic sites and pyramids around the planet and of the Great Pyramid. He was also to bring back ancient forgotten wisdom.
During the time of Atlantis he built the Great Pyramid. He guided the people during the time of Atlantis and upon its sinking he and the other demi-gods like Ra, took the records into differing locations on the earth to establish new colonies
Thoth took his first physical incarnation in Egypt and was known as Raismes of Aphra. Ones recognized the energies of Thoth that he was. He restored the Great pyramid from the damage of the deluge of Atlantis. He established temples of learning and upon his passing in that life Ascended. He later incarnated as Amenophis, Architect to Akhenaten, Imenhotep, architect to Zoser and Hiram Abiff, Architect to Solomon. He has also been part of a group soul to guide ones like Merlin.
It is hard for a personality incarnation of one like Raismes of Aphra, being adored as Thoth, to not get caught up in adoration, much like we see happening today with celebrities, politicians and sports figures. They begin to think they are demi-gods and they feed off the adoration of others. Yet, he did not, he was known as the Beloved.
During the time of about 3500 BCE there were wars among leaders in Egypt and other countries the Bharata Wars of India coming it is said in 1700 BCE. Thoth left Egypt and went forth to finish establishing the Christ Consciousness Grid as part of the system of Redemption. He traveled through out the world but there are many records in Central and South America about the temples/pyramids and teachings he brought. The Olmec faces are to me a reminder of the Grid Technicians who came from Egypt with him and traveled the world helping him to do this work.
I will complete this message by saying there are so many levels of Beings in Creation we are a small part like an electron on the outer rim of an atom within a body of Creation. There are good guys and ones who are self absorbed. Let us focus our attention on the good guys and the fact that within us exists the ULTRA TERRESTRIAL possibility of Infinite Being. We are more than just this body existing on this beautiful little planet we are BALLS OF LIGHT waiting to burst forth upon the unlimited potential of existence.
BE ALL THAT YOU CAN BE WITH LIGHT, LOVE, AND COMPASSION FOR ALL LIFE.
Let us look at and heal the small child within the closet we hold within ourselves.
First, let me state that if you are having serious emotional distress in your life that which I will speak of is not intended to replace your seeking of licensed professional medical or psychiatric help.
This is about your spiritual journey and the pain we have walled within our being from our childhood. There are very few people, unless they have worked with this energy or have had licensed counseling, who do not have some pain trapped within them from their life. It doesn’t necessarily have to have come from your childhood, it could be teenage, young adult, or adulthood physical, mental or emotional trauma.
I speak of it as the inner child trauma because when we are in pain or face intense challenges there is a trigger within us of fight or flight. This is like a child who hides from a challenge or pain to feel safe. I don’t know what a professional psychiatrist would say about this but I have found that at some point in our childhood, we experience a hurt or pain that makes us feel bad or scared. In that moment as a small child we create a safe space within ourselves to which we retreat from the pain and we build a wall or close a door in order to keep out the ones who frighten us or cause us pain. As an adult, when we flee often it is not a physical flight but a movement within us emotionally and mentally to a place within where we as a child have created a safe space.
This is a place where we can cry and hope to remain safe. A part of us has felt that we must not be good or worthy or what we experienced would not have happened. So we can hide that unworthy part, the fearful part of ourselves here where no one can see it and we don’t have to deal with the pain. Then we put a smile on our face and keep going. If we don’t face that unworthy part of ourself then it doesn’t exist. We can now tell ourselves that we are strong and put forth a face an energy of self confidence on the outside, for we have contained that hurt part within the walls.
Yet, this walled part of ourselves keeps us from fully loving ourself and feeling worthy of the love of others. It keeps us from being whole emotionally and mentally. It prevents us from fully manifesting the perfection that we truly are as a soul living in this physical form. It keeps us from knowing that we are able to embrace the concept that we are a part of all creation, a co creator of our reality. It prevents us from embracing the perfection of our being and expressing if fully.
We are an expression of the Universal Oneness of Creation. We are here to experience, learn, expand and create a better world for All Life.
So what do we do?
We begin by acknowledging that it is possible that we have this within ourselves. Then we need to be willing to look at the pain and fear within us. When we are ready we have choices, you can seek professional psychiatric counseling who can help you to find a safe way in which to approach and look at this pain. You can work with a hypnotherapist who can guide you within to look behind the walls you have built and connect with your inner child . There is also guided meditation and or meditation on your own to go within. You will also find many spiritual counselors or courses on line. There is also ministerial counseling. Which you choose is up to you.
However, at some point you must look at this pain and open the door or you will continue be stalled and bump up against this wall in your life and spiritual process.
It may be difficult to do this own your own and you may want to begin with guided meditations. Why do I say this? Because it is hard to not want to turn away when we approach this wall or door to the room and to face the pain within it. It may be easier to just let the ego mind take you out of the process. In a guided meditation at least you have the voice of another which continues to prompt you to move forward and you can focus on that voice instead of your ego mind. You ego mind is in the flight mode to protect you from further hurt it is not your enemy but it must not be your ruling force in life.
Your soul which you connect with in your heart leads you to freedom not your ego mind. You ego mind was created to keep your form safe, to determine how to function in the daily tasks of life and to do this under the direction of the soul. However, part of the earth program is spiritual amnesia in which we forget we are a part of the Universal Oneness and think we are a small separate individual who must struggle to survive in a world full of people and challenges that would hurt us. The idea is that when we focus upon our spirituality and turn within, then we remember and the amnesia dissipates. Then we can reclaim who we truly are as a Soul living in a human form.
This is why we must at some point look at the pain we have hidden within that which I am terming the inner child. I do this because most often it appears to us a small child or younger version of ourselves when we connect, who is huddled in the darkness and crying in pain.
The method I use in my meditation to connect is to move into my heart center. I focus my attention and inner vision upon the center of my chest where my heart chakra exists. I visualize walking deep within until I see a wall. I walk around to see if there is a door, if not I climb over the wall. On the other side is either a dark space or a room with a door. If there is a door I open it and go inside. In either of these, I will ask for a light to shine. Usually you will have heard someone crying or moving inside. When the light shines you will see them. Move towards them and introduce yourself and ask them what is wrong. Tell them you are here to help and listen to them. Then sit beside them and listen.
Reassure them that they are not alone anymore for you are there to help them. Ask them if it is okay for you to hug them and then do so. Ask if there is something you can do to help in this moment and listen. Then again reassure them that you are them and they have made it this far and together you will heal this pain to be even stronger.
Ask that the violet fire of transmutation will take this pain, the cause, core memory, record and effect from your Being to the source of it origin and to the subatomic cellular level. Ask that forgiveness for anyone who has hurt you both will fill your being and that you be forgiven from anyone that you have hurt in this situation that they will forgive you. Share your love with this part of you and feel them merge with you and reunite with you whole again.
As you have merged you can now in the light move out of the room or the walled area for the door is open or the wall gone and the lights are on. You can now come forth from your meditation with the focus that you are now free of this pain.
This does not mean that you may not have other pain that you have walled within from other instances and ages of your life still within and you may need to do this process more than once. For our pain even on a single area may have layers like an onion that need to be peeled away for they have resurfaced at differing times in our lives in different ways that have created a unique scar within us. There can also be entirely different topics of pain trapped in that room. A child may have the pain of being told they are bad, and the teenage may have the pain of saying being rejected by their peers and told they are weird, a young adult is rejected by someone they want to date, an adult has a spouse who cheats on them.
Each of these could be part of that childhood trauma of being told they are bad. Creating actions in their lives based on a belief that they are not good or worthy of love and affection that allows others to treat them badly. These are the effect of the core memory of the original event. The one journey can clear all of these and sometimes, we are not fully ready to let go of one of the legs of the effect. For instance, the spouse has recently cheated and it still hurts and we need to go back in and look at this pain which we feel as an adult. Don’t hesitate to do this process as many times as needed until you walk inside your heart and find there are no walls and no darkness.
During this process, always before you meditate, ask for protection. Archangel Michael will happily place you in his blue pyramid of protection. Please, ask for the highest light and energies possible to be with you. When you are entering your heart chakra it is always nice to ask Archangel Chamuel who is the protector of the Heart Charka to be with you and help you to release all pain. In addition, Archangels who can help in this process could be the Archangels who work with forgiveness. They are Archangels who deal with our Soul Star Chakra called Archangel Mariel and Archangel Lavender. They help us to forgive and to seek those who need to forgive us and ask them to do so. If you don’t believe in Archangels it is fine. Angels are in essence not winged beings but energy aspects of Creation which bring a particular aspect of energy to us when called upon and help us to feel connected to that energy.
May you find clarity in this process. If one suggestion doesn’t work try another to find what works best for you. Sometimes it helps to connect personally with someone to talk about things. We are all different and our journey and needs unique to us. Don’t give up if something doesn’t work keep trying it is worth it to be Free and Whole again.

We are in a time of amazing opportunity for transformation of self to be that which we believe to be the best self possible. Earth is transitioning from 3D chaos to 5D organic existence. We are being given the opportunity to move forward with Earth, by the Universe sharing all the energies we need to do it.
These energies are intended to aid us and are activating energies which mean they activate within us that which exists. If you have done your spiritual work to clear old blockages and outdated beliefs, they are providing you with energies to accelerate into 5D levels of vibration to move with Earth easily.
If you have within you fear, anger, hatred, judgement, violence, prejudice or any other separatist, controlling or limiting energy including a lack of self love or non forgiveness then these too are being activated and accelerated. Not as a punishment, because the energy is neutral it simply provides the possibility of activation, but as a tool that we can use to identify and clear. We are being show these aspects so that we can make a choice to continue forward as we have or to look at them and make the choice to be free.
These energies are not a punishment, but a clear tool to aid us in this process. If we choose to look at those aspects of ourselves which we most often lock away behind a wall because we don’t like them, that which is termed the shadow self, we are given accelerated tools of transformation and release. What used to take years of therapy, counseling and for some living in isolation to identify, deal with, release and transform can more easily be accomplished.
The key is you must make the choice, be willing to do this, focus upon it with intent to release, transform and be free. I am not saying each one will be easy. Some of these emotions, memories and beliefs are deeply embedded within us. Some are ancestral and in our DNA, or are from prior lives, or childhood. Some we were taught by our parents, families and people we trusted to be truth and the way things should be. However, the world changes and evolves and we must decide if those truths are making us happier and creating a better world for ourselves and all life. This is not about saying you are bad or wrong. We each have chosen to participate and create the world in which we live. We seek ones who believe the same to validate those beliefs. We have the right to make that choices and live it as long as we desire.
However, if you are finding it is not as satisfying as you once felt, then perhaps it is time to reevaluate them. We are being given so much help in order to make this as easy as possible for the Universe loves us and wants the highest and greatest good for all. Energies of release and transformation are coming forth to help us.
One of the best tools is the Violet Fire of Transformation from the Source of Creation which will remove and transmute any energy we are ready to release. Bring it down to the subatomic level of your being to release that which keep you from enjoying freedom to move into 5D level of vibration and Ascension with Earth.
There are many levels of release and transformation but we are being given the tools to make it easier. However, we must do the work no one can do it for us. For we are given free will to make the choice of how we want to live, learn and explore life and creation. We do not judge you as right or wrong, we are simply offering an alternative. If you are ready to live a life of freedom from chaos to explore the possibilities of the Universe, begin the process now.
We don’t need a space ship to see the wonders possible, for it exists within our light body to travel to the Infinite ends of existence and create more. This is the freedom that awaits us. We can’t reach that if we want to hold on to hatred, anger, violence, separation, fear and all the other changes that tie us to 3D chaos reality. One day all will make the choice of freedom, but it may not be as easy to do as it is now with all the help available.
Where do you begin? Begin by being mindful of your thoughts before you speak and act. Stop before you speak, take a deep breath and ask yourself is this kind, helpful, uplifting and unifying? If not, then ask yourself what it is within you that causes you to have this thought that would hurt another or cause separation. This is what needs to be released and transformed.
It is a process. When you can identify it, you need to be willing to release it. When you are ready to release it call for help and ask that the Violet Fire of Transformation, a gift of the Universe to come into your being to the subatomic level to release the energy or thought. Ask that the cause, core memory , record and effect of this original creation be released and transformed. Then ask that the clear diamond light of purity fill those cleared spaces with light and love.
Think of the Violet Fire as a flame that moves through you clearing and burning away the debris. If it is a thought form or belief you can also think of it as a camp fire, into which you write the thought on a piece of paper and say, I release this old belief or memory into the fire of transformation to be released of the cause, core memory, record and effect it has had upon me – TO BE FREE.
This is where you begin, by making the choice and taking control of your thoughts, words and deeds which create your future. There are more steps to take and we will be looking at them in the days ahead, but this begins your process. Love yourself, forgive yourself, embrace yourself and others who are part of you. We will look at that which is ancestral in your DNA, your inner child that has been affected and locked away since childhood, we will look at past lives.
I plan to create and offer in my esty shop MP3 meditations for ones to use to look at each of these areas and to move to release and transform them. For most of us have many layers of clearing and it helps to have something to refer back to and aid us in this process. I will let you know if you are interested when they are ready.

For many the desire to hear, see and know what is beyond the physical realm is a great desire and focus. To know and understand that there is something more than what we are experiencing on earth and to understand what that is.
We hope there is something glorious and peaceful beyond the chaos of earth. It would be wonderful to know what is going to happen next in our lives so we can be prepared. We need remember that we are not victims to destiny which we can’t control. Even that which we contracted that ‘we’ wanted to do in this life is subject to our personal choices and will. We may have come in to be a great leader and then got lost in greed, lust, ego and personal glory and that destiny is diluted and lost. That doesn’t make us bad, we just have made ‘poor’ choices based on ego instead of soul guided through the heart.
As I have cautioned before these abilities are not without their possible problems if one is not discerning and protected before attempting to connect with non physical beings and energies. There are ones who would feed off of any insecurities and fears you have and attach to you. There are also ones who can appear as shining lights and tell you what you wish to hear while guiding you not down the primrose path, but deeper into the land of delusion and control. These beings have no greater knowledge than yourself. If is only when we are protected and centered in our heart that we can connect attempt to connect through soul guidance higher Light Beings.
OUR TRUE GUIDE SHOULD BE OUR HIGHER SELF, OUR SOUL, WITH WHOM WE CONNECT VIA OUR HEART.
Spiritual gifts are something that is available to all people as we grow spiritually. So why does it seem that someone who seem not to be spiritual, as we judge spirituality, have a gift and you don’t? First, spirituality and religion are subjective to our personal learning and perspective. Why one person returns with a gift naturally will depend on their what they have chosen in life to do. Perhaps they have a lesson to learn about being psychic or it is a challenge to see if their ego will take over and move them from their spiritual center of pure service and guidance. We don’t know that is from the realm of spirit.
Misuse of these gifts and abilities can create a cause and effect scenario that will eventually need to be cleared. (karma)
These gifts will return to you naturally as you clear you energy blockages and beliefs. They exist in each of us as possibilities of our spiritual growth. They can also be blocked by the mental, emotional and physical pollutants in the world. For instance, the fluoride in water and toothpaste can cause calcification around our pineal gland, third eye, and block it. Foods we eat can lower our vibrations so we have difficulty accessing the higher vibrations of spiritual guidance and keep us limited to astral realms.
In reality the focus of our spiritual journey should not be the attainment of these ‘gifts’ but a desire to have a greater connection with and guidance from our Soul and the Universal Mind of Oneness or Creator Source. These gifts are to be a natural unfoldment and emerging of our spiritual growth and clearing of that which keeps us from Unity and Enlightenment. They are to be part of our Service to the Greater Good.
As we learn to control our thoughts and overcome fear, pride, control, anger, judgment, prejudice, greed, and addictions which can come in mental, emotional and physical forms we open to these gifts naturally and in a pure form. In clearing old beliefs, and energy patterns our chakras begin to spin and align as do our energy bodies. As we focus on our inner heart and desire to connect to our soul or higher Being we find the connection of a pathway between higher dimensional existence and earth surrounds us and these gifts begin to open to us naturally.
They are there to help us to help ourselves and others to create a better world for all life.
Our connection to higher wisdom, love and light grows stronger and we know we are being guided by the highest possible wisdom we can obtain for it is within us and not from an outer authority. It is the watched over by our soul.
We, anyone really, can only connect with Beings and information from the level to which they have cleared their blockages allowing their energy levels to raise to a new level. Earth is at the 3D vibrational level and the Astral realm is 4D. This is where the ‘ghosts’ and non physical entities who are still operating on ego level exist to stay close to earth in order to try to reconnect and feed off the energies of the living. To begin to reach higher wisdom we must move beyond the 4D to higher vibrational energies. Many are only tapping into 4D with their gifts because they are not clear enough to reach higher. Thus in opening to receive they also open themselves to control and even possession. That is why ones have been warned about being cautious with games such as ‘ouija board’. I have personally worked with young people who created havoc and pain in their lives and family due to opening that door.
If we FOCUS on spiritual clearing and growth, our soul will guide and protect us as our gifts open. What we learn to do and the use of our gifts will be for the greater good.
So don’t worry if you can’t see or hear spirit.
In the Christian Bible – Matthew 6:22 says ‘Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you.’
The Buddha was well aware of the dangers of being sidetracked by a fascination with psychic powers. For those whose minds were still fired by personal ambition, they could be a frightful pitfall, serving to enhance the delusion of separate selfhood and the drive for domination.
What these are saying is that our focus be first on our spiritual growth and that in this focus ‘gifts’ of spirit come naturally and for purpose as guided from a higher perspective.
No matter the path you choose to follow all roads eventually lead to the same destination – Unity.
There is all the time in the world, but not a moment to waste. Don’t waste time on following the path of another if it doesn’t bring you peace and joy. Don’t struggle with a spiritual journey that doesn’t help you to find peace and forgiveness for yourself and others.
Forgive yourself for what you think you have done wrong, for we are here to learn, experience and explore. Be mindful of your actions that you do not harm another mentally, emotionally or physically. For the law of action and reaction, and cause and effect will come into motion.
Be mindful of your thoughts that you do not speak in anger to hurt another, attempt to control their thoughts and actions to fit your purposes or you do not physical harm to them.
It is in mindfulness that Spiritual Mastery flourishes that brings peace, joy and abundance. It is simple. It does not require hours of meditation and prayer away somewhere from others. It simply is a matter of STOP before you speak , take a deep breath and ask and look at what the outcome of your words or deeds might be for yourself and others.
If you can take this step in your life you will have moved into a new level of freedom. The only other step of major benefit is to in that moment when you Stop move into your heart center, just think I stand in love, show me the highest solution and then pay attention to what you think or feel and that is your guidance.
It is in the STOP between breaths and action that we connect to the Unity of All that brings the highest outcome in our lives and creates a new world in which to live.
Let’s make this simple. We can change the world in which we live one thoughts, one breath, one word, one action at a time. No big deal just MINDFULNESS so we can move into peace, love and joy.
WE SHALL OVERCOME – all things are a matter of perspective.
A week or so ago, my friend Allan Ishac told of how a friend from his youth found his book, “Mystic in the Mews” and reconnected with him. They told him how their parents who were holocaust victims were still alive and would love to see him. The parents are 99 and 100 years old. When I first heard this I felt there was such a story to tell, for there are few living who first hand can speak of the horrors of this time.
It certainly puts into perspective how small our concerns in life and our fears can be in comparison. It doesn’t mean that our fears and concerns aren’t very important for us, it simply shows how when called up to face a challenge in life we have 2 choices, to lie down and let it happen or seek within for the strength and fortitude to step up and overcome in whatever way possible to us. To dig deep to find the faith in ourselves and the connection to the Universe to show us the way.
It reminded me this morning of some of the words from the song , “We shall overcome”
Deep in my heart. I do believe.
We shall overcome someday.
We’ll walk hand in hand.
We shall live in peace.
We must overcome. We must overcome.
We must overcome today.
We can survive, no other way.
We must overcome today.
Those which ones term the ‘dark ones’ or whatever term you might use the ones who feed thoughts and energy of fear, hatred, anger, separation, violence, despair and lack into the mass consciousness of humanity. They want us to feed upon those thoughts and emotion to keep us disconnected from each other and feeling hopeless. For when we are divided and angry or at war with each other we are not focusing on the Divine energies of our true selves. We are disconnected from the magic of creation and being able to change our world and create a better life for all. Fear, lack, anger, hatred, violence, us or them are all concepts of these dark ones.
Like Dr King , I believe that one day we can overcome and walk hand in hand, but it requires your choice to let go of belief in separation of your fellow human being. Open your heart to compassion and embrace we instead of ‘us or them.’
August 28, 1963, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. made a speech entitled , “I have a Dream” This is the final part of that speech:
I have a dream today. I have a dream that one day every valley shall be exalted, every hill and mountain shall be made low, the rough places will be made plain, and the crooked places will be made straight, and the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together. This is our hope. This is the faith that I go back to the South with. With this faith we will be able to hew out of the mountain of despair a stone of hope. With this faith we will be able to transform the jangling discords of our nation into a beautiful symphony of brotherhood. With this faith we will be able to work together, to pray together, to struggle together, to go to jail together, to stand up for freedom together, knowing that we will be free one day. This will be the day when all of God’s children will be able to sing with a new meaning, “My country, ’tis of thee, sweet land of liberty, of thee I sing. Land where my fathers died, land of the pilgrim’s pride, from every mountainside, let freedom ring.” And if America is to be a great nation this must become true. So let freedom ring from the prodigious hilltops of New Hampshire. Let freedom ring from the mighty mountains of New York. Let freedom ring from the heightening Alleghenies of Pennsylvania! Let freedom ring from the snowcapped Rockies of Colorado! Let freedom ring from the curvaceous slopes of California! But not only that; let freedom ring from Stone Mountain of Georgia! Let freedom ring from Lookout Mountain of Tennessee! Let freedom ring from every hill and molehill of Mississippi. From every mountainside, let freedom ring. And when this happens, when we allow freedom to ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God’s children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual, “Free at last! free at last! thank God Almighty, we are free at last!”

There is no lack in the Source of All Life of which we are a part.
Lack is a creation of the humans and it is kept perpetuated by us allowing the words of others to guide us instead of using our hearts. As long as you believe in lack, speak of lack, hoard for yourself instead of sharing with others you shut off the Divine flow of Abundance. It is your belief that keeps you trapped not the presence of others in our country.
Stop being a victim and take responsibility for your thoughts, words and deeds.
Drug lords thrive because people choose to buy and use drugs. Like alchohol, one must want to not do drugs in order to help them.
I have seen businesses since Covid 19 constantly trying to get workers to fill open positions but many people have chosen not to work and to complain because they don’t have enough money. In 2007 when the economy was bad and people were out of work the larger agricultural industry offered to hire and train unemployed workers, but guess what? No one but the migrants wanted to work in the fields. Thankfully, they are hardworking and dedicated people or you would not have food on your table, or someone to clear the tables and wash dishes in a restaurant or clean your hotel room or pull your weeds. Too many people not migrants want a free ride. These people work very hard many hours a day doing back breaking work in order to send money to family to help them have a better life. I am not saying these are the only jobs for which they are able to do, but they are the only ones willing to do this job and hopefully to better themselves along the way with new opportunities.
Just like with family farms, I see small family businesses being sold when the older generation is ready to retire because the younger generation doesn’t want to work so hard and such long hours. This is their right to choose but take responsibility for any results of your choices. Don’t blame others when life doesn’t work out the way you want.
In my life there have been financial ups and downs, and job losses, but each time I picked myself up and took a job or 2 or 3 in order to pay my bills and move forward. I did not blame my condition on others. I did not look to my parents to support me. I do not think myself better than anyone else, I simply accept responsibility for my choices and do what is needed to make things better. If I can help another, I will do so. Why because that is why we are alive.
Wake up people. It is time to make choices or don’t complain and blame. Take responsibility for the future you create with your choices. You came here to help to make this world a better place. If you want to complete your contract it is time to start.
Interesting this was intended to speak of overcoming our personal fears, but it seems that Creator wanted us to remember our fears and humanities fear are connected and both need addressed.
Time of transition and change both personal and planetary.
First let me say that Metatron and Jesus would like you to remember that there is no single event or person, that will make your Ascension possible. It is your choice as to where you go from this point forward – WE CHOOSE there is no chosen. I know that will prickle the anger and rebellion in some but hopefully you will keep reading and come to understand.
I shared the following vision in a prior blog about the Earth splitting between 3D and 5D.
Today I was reminded of this image in relationship to it.
This image is called the Vesica Pisces.
The vesica pisces for us personally represents a symbol of spiritual awakening, enlightenment, and the interconnectedness of all things. It is believed to represent the merging of opposites, the meeting of the conscious and unconscious minds, and the journey towards self-realization. For creation it is the symbol of the Divine Masculine and Divine Feminine united to bring forth Creation. The green center representing the Cosmic Egg of creation, renewal, birth, death and rebirth. It represents unity, balance and harmony. It can also represent the Cosmic Eye of the Creator which sees and knows all truth and brings us awakening in our third eye. It has been said that this is the Masculine Creator Energy, the Feminine Sustaining Energy and the Redeemer energy to bring us back to unity is the green center energy referred to by some as the Christos or Christ (Anointed) Consciousness.
What I was told is that the first image is a step beyond where we currently are in the process. Metatron said we are in the Vesica Pisces stage and we are in the green center. He called it Middle Earth. Reminded me of the Hobbits. It is said for Tolkien that he used this for it was the english translation of Midgard of the Norse. The land between the lower earth of the Giants and the upper Earth of the Gods. Middle Earth is the place where men dwell.
Metatron spoke of how we are in the space where we can make choices and place our focus on helping to create and move into the New Earth of 5D or stay in the old Earth of 3D. When I shared before about how we are being given a gift to do this with Earth as she transitions, it did not mean that the event would be how we are allowed to do this – it means that is our vibration is high enough and we have cleared and prepared ourselves we can move more easily with her into this 5D energy. No one is going to do this for us – However, they are there, Jesus, Mary, Buddha, Ashtar, Isis, Metatron, the Seraphim all the Beings of Light waiting to help if we ask. BUT, we must ask for their help.
They will not do it for us. They will help us as they are allowed when we ask, and send us keys, codes, point us in the right direction as to what we need to release and transform.
Much is coming up even faster for us personally and as living beings on earth as to what is blocking or holding us back. Is it personal, or genetic/ancestral, perhaps past life, or is it from early childhood? They will help us to look at it, release and transform it to be Free, but they can’t do it for us. We must make the choice to put in the effort.
We are also being asked to stay in the moment. Stay in the NOW. What does that mean. Instead of regrets about past actions, see them, look at them without fear, face them and forgive yourself or others involved. Then ask for help to release and transform the cause, core memory, record and effect of this event from your body, mind, and heart.
Part of staying in the moment is to not focus on the future or to worry about it. We create the future with each thought, word and deed. If we are doing it with worry, we are not creating the highest possible outcome in our life. We are not listening to the inner guidance, which has the highest perspective and outcome for all involved and we get in the way. The future is created one step, one action at a time. Be patient, stop, ask for guidance and the highest perspective and listen. Then follow that which you feel, hear or see that brings you the highest joy and peace.
When we are going into prayer or meditation, or even to calm ourselves in times of Stress the best thing we can do is to BREATH. In conscious breath work we are told to breath in slowly through the nose and deeply and to hold it. We are told to visualize it moving through our body and gathering that which needs released before slowly breathing out through our mouth and releasing that which no longer serves us. Currently we are in the process where the inbreath has occurred and now we momentarily hold the breath to let it gather that which needs released. However, we only hold it for a moment before we release it or we get stuck in the old pattern, and we want to move forward to the out breath of the birth of the new earth. Don’t hold onto the breath, ask for help to let it go and be released to birth the new you.
We, who have volunteered to come to Earth to be of Service at this time, need to stay in the moment to be of service. To hear the direction and to do what we can to help as directed from within our hearts. This is what the Corridors of Light of which I have written of before is a part. To bring the light into the planet from higher dimensions to help Earth in her transition as well as others through the grids and ley lines of earth. Recently, Diana Cooper shared an expanded vision of the Corridors of Light with which her group has been working. Recently, she brought forth a work with activating the Light Body that brings a corridor of light into your space. I am going to share this visualization from her because it is a wonderful way in which to work with your growth and light body activation to Ascend and to be of service and bring more light into the planet. I feel this establishes a personal corridor of light.
PLEASE if you are new to spiritual work and have not done energy clearing and activating you may not want to do this. You may have difficulty with connection to these higher energies. Please ask Metatron if you proceed to adjust the dimensional levels to those which are conducive and helpful for you.
Begin by preparing to meditate and use deep relaxing healing breaths of clearing.
Visualize yourself sitting in the center of a crystalline merkabah which is your personal vehicle of lights, a 6 pointed star created by 2 interlocking pyramids one facing up and one facing down. (See image to follow)
Ask Archangel Metatron to light up your Merkabah with 7d Energies and Light.
Once you have a full and encompassing feeling of this energy then ask Archangel Metatron to created a column of pure light from the Great Centeral Sun and bring it down through all your chakras into Hallow Earth, the Heart of the Earth a great pyramid exists there, and the Sun atoma of the Earth.
When you feel comfortable with this that it is complete. Visualize and ask for help to expand your pillar of light to a 20 mile radius that will light up with 5 D light and go into the earth.
See yourself glowing a pure clear crystal or diamond light that fills the column and shines outward from it like a beacon.
Ask the Merkabah to anchor permanently your 5D energies within you, the earth and the expanded portal of light.
Ask your higher self and Archangel Metatron to hold this at 80-85% light quotient and to adjust as needed.

This is not a part of the process she gave but in days to come if you feel guided you may want to expand your pillar or ask to connect to other corridors of light.
It is time to let go of the old within us and in the Earth to make way for the New. We don’t know what that will be or the highest possible good, so we need to get out of the way and do what we can for our personal clearing and to help clear and bring more energies into Earth for the process to proceed without a great deal of disruption.
There will be physical changes on the earth, but if we anchor more light within us and the earth we can help her to lessen the effects as much as possible. Let go of the past and transform the old, forgive and move forward. Do not let the battle within others of dark and light to pull you out of balance. Let them play out their games it is their right and choice. However, it we get caught up in it we are trapped in the birth canal. If you look at the vesica pisces it looks like the birth canal in the center.
One of the gifts of LIVING IN THE MOMENT is that we don’t worry, we don’t have fear of the past or future and we can find JOY in this moment of BEING alive and the possibilities. The Vesica Pisces also is UNITY. We will find as we let go of the old beliefs that we begin to find others like ourselves. We raise our vibration and we are able to connect to the Being of Light more easily and we remember we are not alone.
When we lighten up our energies and beliefs, we become ENLIGHTENED. We are birthing a new us and a new world. NO ONE ELSE can do it for us, we must take the steps needed to clear and raise our energies.
Today, I was reminded of how for Beings of Light they must prepare to be able to lower their energy to enter our fields and the vibration of Earth. It is hard to enter these dense energies. They can be effected by the energies of others and it is hard when you come from a place of Unity and communion through Oneness to enter a realm where energies are chaotic, language is distorted, people are fearful and confused. If they do not lower their energies the higher energies could cause many complications to ones to whom they appear or connect.
The same for us attempting to connect with 7D energies when we are full of anger and hatred. It would amplify these and create great imbalances within us. I have been reminded often of the spontaneous combustion scenarios that perhaps some of them were ones to whom higher energies cam into their form and they were not prepared and had blockages and the light caused something within them to ignite.
This is enough for now. Please seek to find that within you which needs to be transformed, released and cleared.
THE GOAL OF CREATOR SOURCE IS FOR ALL TO ASCEND. We will eventually, if not now at some other point in time when we are ready. This is simply one of those points in creation that allows for groups to make the shift. Many are watching. They are not all here to help on the ET level. Please if you seek to connect with the ‘ET’ call upon the Ashtar Command and ask for verification of Divine Unconditional Love from them. DISCERNMENT is important.
This quote came from a card I purchased to give to my great nephew as he graduated from the Language Institute of Monterey. He was studying Russian and it occurred to me it is much easier to start a relationship with someone when we speak the same language. There may still be some misunderstanding, for words and concepts don’t always have the same meaning in different countries, faiths or cultures. This is true even within the same country or language. However, if we don’t have anyway to communicate, say I only speak english and the person I am trying to converse with only speaks russian then we have a problem. Hand signals can mean different things in different cultures.
It is all a matter of perception. If you have ready many of my blogs you read this quote quite often from Dr Wayne Dyer:
When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
When we are young like my great nephew we have the desire to go out and change the world in some way and leave our mark in history. As we fall in love, marry, have a family, a career, mortgage, car payment etc, the ideal of changing the world drifts away. Sometimes, when we grow older if our health and finances are good, it may return. Yet, we are still changing the world each day we live.
The way in which you treat yourself, your spouse, your children creates the world in which you and they live. Do you create a healthy, happy, loving, and supportive environment for all? Do you encourage your children to make positive, healthy and caring choices in their lives? Do you teach them to be kind? Do you help them to learn how to make choices that are beneficial to them in the moment, in the future and for benefit to all, instead of telling them what to think , do and say? Do you love yourself? Do you care about others? Do you take care of the environment? Do you practice mindfulness in your life and relationships?
Each of these choices and actions as your raise a family or run a business create a better world for you, those around you and these actions carry forth into the world. Remember to pay it forward, the advertisements that shows people being kind or even smiling and saying hello to another. This then causes them to smile and they smile at another and do a kind act. In this you are creating a better world and making a change.
In you business are you kind to your clients and customers, even when they are having a bad day? Do you try to help them to release some of the tension and stress? If you are stressed do you pass this on to those you encounter by being grumpy and negative in your interactions?
In each interaction or action we have a choice of how it will play out. That action causes a ripple effect for all is vibration, whether it is our energy, our word, our thoughts or deeds. The energy ripples out to affect others.
This is what is meant when they say the fluttering of the wings of the butterfly can effect the weather on the other side of the world. There is only one Energy in all existence that comes from the Source or Universal Oneness. This energy creates us, is us, acts through us, animates us, explores existence through us, learns through us, and expands through us. We come from this energy, we are part of this energy, only we have forgotten and think we are alone and need something or someone to complete us.
The fight or flight energy of ego feeling and believing we are alone, attempts to control and direct the world around us to match our belief system so that we feel safe. If we are powerful and in control of the world and our environment then we are good, and safe. We are trained from youth as to what we should believe and that shapes how we view the world. If something doesn’t fit that pattern then it is wrong.
Yet, if you take 5 or 12 people all viewing the same event and interview them separately you will find differing stories regarding the event. WHY? Because they were all in a different spot and so saw things from a different perspective, but more important their beliefs about what is right and true, causes them to interpret what they see through these lenses. Even two people siblings growing up in the same home, if asked about an event from the past will have different details and perspectives about that event, in part due to the changes in their beliefs as they become adults.
Our perspectives and beliefs also can come from past lives ( don’t get upset if you don’t believe in them) or from our ancestors through our DNA. Any time we have a strong emotional or traumatic event it leaves an imprint in our bodies and DNA that is passed to future generations just like immunities to viruses. This is what is meant by a curse being passed down to seven generations. Someone may believe another cursed them or suffer persecution and it creates an imprint of fear in their DNA. This fear of whatever the curse or event was involved becomes a fear factor passed through generations until someone along the line clears it. It is said that the holocaust victims have passed fear down to their progeny.
We can clear our DNA of the past, whether our lifetimes or Ancestral in our DNA and clear it into the future. The future? Two parts, first if we clear it in a linear perspective it does not go further than us. If we have children already it is cleared for them.
We change the world by our perspective of the world and the energy this creates moves outward to all we encounter. We cannot change the perspective of another but we can create an energy and light that causes them to think and perhaps change the way they look at things.
If I look at an event in my life as a tragedy then that is what it becomes. It is pain and suffering, poor me, I am a victim. We can also view it as something that happened, a chance to learn about our actions and choices. If we didn’t like the outcome how could we have made better choices to create a different outcome.
We change the world by each thought, word and deed that we have chosen in our lives.
We can also ask to be a conduit of the Light and Love from the higher dimensions into the Earth and out to the Grids and Ley lines to help to uplift and shift others for the greater good of all. This can change the world.
We can also in our quiet time or even as we go about the day visualize the type of world in which we wish to live. Ask that this or something better will manifest and to be shown if there is something which you can do to help for the betterment of ALL LIFE.
You are constantly changing the world. Let us make our focus and intent pure for a better world for EVERYONE and EVERYTHING.
