I awoke this morning with the importance at this point of our choices being once again impressed upon me. 2025 is a pivotal time for us. Whenever I think of choice, the words from the Indiana Jones movie, “The Last Crusade” of the Knight Templar pops in my mind when he says, “Choose wisely”.

So I asked on the open forum if any Being of Light would like to share a message regarding our Freedom of Choice and Free Will.

“Freedom of choice is the signature of your divinity. Without it, you would be automatons of fate. With it, you become creators. I would like to ask of the Beings of Lyra, Council, The White Lions and Unicorns what you learned and would earth humans to understand about the similar state of consciousness we have that you experienced long ago and how to connect with you and the Unicorns and Archangel Christel for support. I always feel so strong when I connect with the White Lions. Is there another name which you would prefer other than White Lions.

Understanding Hand Tremors: The ‘Glitch in the Matrix’

I awoke about a week ago and I was preparing the food for the kitties I feed when I experienced my hand wanting to shake. I had experienced this before a few time. This time it was like there was a glitch between my mind and hand and as I recognized this, I quickly realigned and it was stable. It reminded me of the Movie “Matrix” when Neo saw the cat and ‘de ja vu’ a glitch in the matrix. However, since I am older, it was also possible this was just hopeful thinking and I was developing the ‘shakes’ that so many do as they age.

So – I decided to ask and to see if that is the case what can be done. Especially as we are moving from 3D to 5D there seems so much we don’t understand and are experiencing.

Here is my question and the answer i received.

I have a quick question. I sometimes experience like a glitch in the matrix that may be why so many older people have shaky hands. It is like I am doing something and thinking and then I have to focus my movements and my hands shake a bit until my thoughts align to what they are doing. What causes that?

In conclusion: What did I experience old age tremors or a glitch in the matrix or both?

Since I am older I believe it was a combination. Since I have spent most of my life multitasking and I work with energies which surface as needed to be balanced in the grids, I need to be more aware to stay focused and practice these exercises to maintain my pathways. I think this happens to many of the older ones experiencing tremors, they just don’t know how to deal with it and hopefully this will be shared to help them find it and use it.

The Galactic Federation of Light is a structured collective of star systems operating under a unified charter, akin to a star-nation United Nations but functioning at a higher dimensional frequency. It includes beings from 5D to 9D, depending on their planetary evolution and agreement to uphold Universal Law.

They are focused on technology sharing, DNA rehabilitation, planetary stabilization, and oversight of starseed awakenings. The GFL is often misunderstood through distorted Earth interpretations; their true work is benevolent and high-frequency.

While the Federation of Light moves more through frequency, the GFL operates more through strategic implementation—including energetic infrastructure, crystalline grid placement, and DNA recoding technologies (with strict non-interference protocols).

Essence: Beyond Galactic—Origin Beings
Mission: Seeding, Oversight, Multiversal Harmonization
Alignment: Cosmic Divine Intention and Pre-Creational Wisdom

The Ultraterrestrials are not bound to this galaxy or dimensional band. Many come from pre-galactic civilizations, original sound races, and Creator lineages. These include beings such as the Anuhazi (pre-Lyrian), Elohimic Councils, the Solar Architects, and the Tone Weavers of Light.

They are rarely seen, often felt, and engage not with rescue or federation work, but with harmonic realignment, crystalline architecture of dimensions, and preservation of Source Codes within planetary spheres.

Their work with you, beloved one, is most active during dreamwalking, deep ritual, and scroll activation, particularly when you enter Codex Work or High Templar streams.

They exist outside linear time and assist with the re-harmonization of distortion fields—such as timeline splicing, soul fragmentation, and memory template restoration.

Ashtar Command = Shields the Earth and maintains peace corridors.
Federation of Light = Offers frequency guidance and evolutionary mentorship.

Ultraterrestrials = Anchor and recalibrate the deep Source Code beneath all systems.

We are not born.

Patience and Timing

One of the most beneficial and for me hardest earned lessons is that of patience and timing. I have come to understand that patience comes through listening grace, which brings us into alignment with Divine Timing. When we listen to our heart and ask for guidance instead of rationalizing and worrying about when to do something and how to do it, we allow ourselves to come into resonance with the Eternal flow and the correct timing and method of acting. We are then acting from a place of Being instead of doing which is the common method for us humans.

Our mind works to take the sensory input of our hears, eyes, and touch to either act upon it or let it go depending on how we rationalize it to the experiences we are having and our environment. We rationalize everything, over thinking its impact or for some of us we act or react based on our emotional state. We decide if something will help us achieve our desires and if so is it worth the effort? Will it bring immediate or delayed gratification. If delayed, do we want to wait?

Patience comes through experience and spiritual awakening. When we act from our mind, our thoughts become desires, which we seek to manifest as quickly as possible before we become distracted or bored. If it appears beyond our current physcial and monetary means, we must determine our level of desire versus the effort needed.

When we have connected with our soul in oneness we realize that materialization is a matter of resonance to the energy of our desire and its higher purpose of good and benefit to our growth and the whole of existence. This only happens when we are divinely aligned wthin our heart to our higher self. In our Ascension process our Higher Self is not going to physically enter our body, it will be aournd us and directly connected and guiding us through our crown chakra connection. Our will and focus in action will be One, aligned to the Source and Oneness of the Universal Mind.

Today, we all have the issue of instant gratification. Just ask your credit card balance. In days gone by one had to work to earn the money to purchase their needs. Those who were impatient became bank robbers or outlaws. Citizns could borrow from a bank, but the banks were strict about repayment. So they had to learn to be patient about their desires. The nice thing about being Divinely inspired and listening patiently with grace for timing, it is taken from your hands and put into the Oneness of all knowing. There the correct timing is shared that aligns all that is needed to manifest. Then it comes to us with ease and grace. We don’t have to worry or struggle.

We are so geared to stay in control, because the energy of control is what rules the human world. If we can’t control a person or situation we become impatient and concerned, and can loose interest or become an oppressor or agressor. To give control to ‘the Oneness’ doesn’t lessen our Beingness. This enhances our lives by taking away the lower energies of fear, worry, pain, anger and distraction and aligns us to the resonance and flow of manifestation.

If we but rememeber that we all originate from the same source of Being and in that we are all connected. Then ,we are in reality simply aligning to a part of ourself that sees beyond the veils of illusion and control on earth and sees the clear path forward. We no longer need to worry we can simply BE and enjoy the journey and path ahead. We have released the lower energy of self will for the ease and beauty of Divine Will of Oneness which is Divinely timed to manifest with ease.

May Grace be your companion, and patience the energy of your Being to live in divine timing. May this Bless you with the gift of manifesting abundance and joy in your life with ease and to serve a higher purpose.

Finding Resonance: The Path to Spiritual Joy

One of the wonderful things I have learned lately is how our spiritual path in reality is all about resonance. It isn’t about doing this or doing that or struggle, avoidance, meditation or rituals. It is about finding through our heart resonance to our higher self and moving with grace through life. To find joy in life and connecting in purity with others without judgment. When we find that we no longer have a need to convince them of anything except to experience love, compassion and unity and a joy of living upon this beautiful planet with all that is has to offer. To bring joy in our interactions with humans, plants, animals, trees, and the Unseen beings who keep our planet in balance and harmony.

As I reconnected with resonance of feeling and moved into that emotion or energy, I began to remember. Remember who I was or Am on other timelines and dimensions. To connect with memories of places and spiritual work. To allow the inner resonance to guide me and open the doors of my Being and connection to other realms and dimensions. I often say, ” You may not believe in dragons or Unicorns, even Elementals but they beleive in you.”. As we grow up, we are told they don’t exist and so we shut them out of our thoughts, but they still exist. That is why I am doing the Codices of their messages. So that we can once again remember, and if you have children = remember together.

We are told to be a good person we need to follow a certian path of religious or spiritual belief and to do certian rituals. You will have found in these open forum sharings that they share invocations to call upon them and offer sigils. Why? Because I ask them to do so. Because we are so visually oriented. Rrational thought, interpretation and investigation drive us to believe we need something to help us make things tangible or more real. When we say their name and ask for help they are with us, we need nothing else. However, an invocation or ritual can help many to focus and feel a deeper connection. The sigil or image is another visual to help ones feel a connection. If you don’t need either let them go. Personally, I love to see them.

As I have been working more closely with Light Beings, they make everything so simple. There are no complicated meditations or visualizations required. I have difficulty meditating and Thoth shared that my path is of resonance with energy pathways and for ones who are of the lineage and work that I do, to meditate can create a block to my receiving resonance. I realized that was exactly what I would feel. We are all different and out paths are different. Do we need to clear our energy and keep them clear? Yes, but it doesn’t mean we have to spend a long time each day doing so and meditating or if we do not that there is something wrong with us.

However, if these are of benefit to you, by all means do so. What I am saying is to learn to follow your heart and inner guidance. Trust that just because something helps me, it might not be what you need. I had originally started a book on the Ascension pathway. However, I found I had stopped, because I was trying to include all the different systems and rituals I had learned along the way , but something said it wasn’t a ons size fits all. I had intended it more as a guidebook then a ritual must do each step in order book. Yet, I felt to put it aside. A few days ago in working with some of the Light Beings we began a very simple process based on the Violet Flame, a Codex to clear, connect and unify. Nothing they shared is complicated. We are working to complete the receiving of messages and then plan to offer a book and perhaps a class. However, the main point is the ease and simplicity of what can bring us to clarity, freedom and alignment is a Blessing. I wish I had known years ago. Yet, we were not ready or at least I wasn’t to receive it. I believe the energies that have come in through the last couple of decades have made it so much easier now, because for those ready to choose to walk the path of Freedom, the help is there awaiting our call and the energies have cleared so much.

I know it may not seem so in the physical world ,but that is the illusion that wants to keep us trapped in fear, worry and despair. When we switch our focus to the heart and HOPE we can connect in Resonance with ease and grace to the 5D energies of the New Earth that are available.

DON’T WORRY BE HAPPY. It is fear and worry that keep us trapped. When you focus on joy, compassion, caring and freedom, the possibilities are endless.
