Balancing Non-Physical Bodies for Health and Harmony: A Holistic Approach to Healing

It is important to love ourselves enough to take the time to heal.

When one speaks of healing they usually refer to a physical problem. Fewer people seek emotional or mental healing until they become extreme. Many aren’t even aware of the past life and ancestral/DNA influenced problems that need healing or of that we have non physical bodies that are part of our physical well being.

It is important to realize that often the source of our physical problems originate in one of our non physical bodies, the mental, emotional or spiritual body. I have written about this before but since we are discussing healing I have been told to do so again.

For us to be in optimal health we need to have each of our non physical bodies clear just like we care for our physical form so that they can all operate in balance and harmony. In creation spirit is the source which creates from thought which ripples forth through upon the seas of possibility to create material form. So we see the spiritual body, the mental body, the emotional body/the sea and finally the material form being interrelated. These levels below that the spirit created were to be the way in which spirit was able to explore, learn and expand within itself the balance of shadow and light.

For the true pure essence of Creator/Universal Mind and Oneness to flow through us we need to be clear of blockages so that we can walk in balance and harmony and the light and love essence of creation flow through us and transform the shadow into light and uplift and upgrade all creation.

How do the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies affect us? If we are emotionally upset may find we have difficulty thinking, our emotional imbalance affecting our mental body. We can become unfocused and confused. We may experience digestive issues and our physical body is now out of balance. This is because we no longer feel empowered and our solar plexus chakra which works with our stomach is out of balance.

If we are having extreme mental stress from our job or other life issues, we may become easily angered. We may find we are not paying attention to what is going on around us and suddenly we have an accident. If we are eating a lot of genetically modified food or processed food we may find we are having physical problems, which can cause us mental and emotional distress.

If our beliefs are not aligned to spirit we can find ourselves struggling to make choices that bring satisfaction and can cause stress and physical disturbances. One may resort to using alcohol or drugs to forget about their problems, leaving their spiritual body open to astral attachments from entities seeking to feed off this energy.

In a past life perhaps we were betrayed by someone we trusted and we were persecuted for our beliefs. Each strong emotion, thought or physical trauma imprints deeply in our DNA and our soul imprint. It is recorded to be balanced at some point and if not in the same incarnation , the imprint remains and is reunited with us in another incarnation. This betrayal can surface as a mistrust of others, and not wanting to get close, even mistrust of ones in authority. So we become a loner, unable to function easily in a group environment and problems with authority figures.

It could be ancestral recorded in our DNA. Perhaps your grandparents were part of the trail of tears. The imprint of being ripped from their homes and forced to endure a long march in brutal conditions, causing starvation and death. Imprinted on their DNA and passed down to you a fear, a pain, and mistrust of government and white people. A lack of self worth, anger, and feeling powerless.

There are many layers of our being that we need to be sure are clear, for all of this is an illusion of human creation. It is part of a program to learn about the shadow to expand and explore before we go forth to Create in the Infinite. Nothing is worth retaining that prevents us from Being Free. It can be easy or hard, depending on the intent and strength of our desire to not let go, but it is worth the effort.

Embracing Authentic Self: Accelerating into 5D Vibration

Your words and actions are the truth you project.

Do they match that which you say you believe?

Are you living your authentic self?

We are in a time of amazing opportunity for transformation of self to be that which we believe to be the best self possible. Earth is transitioning from 3D chaos to 5D organic existence. We are being given the opportunity to move forward with Earth, by the Universe sharing all the energies we need to do it.

These energies are intended to aid us and are activating energies which mean they activate within us that which exists. If you have done your spiritual work to clear old blockages and outdated beliefs, they are providing you with energies to accelerate into 5D levels of vibration to move with Earth easily.

If you have within you fear, anger, hatred, judgement, violence, prejudice or any other separatist, controlling or limiting energy including a lack of self love or non forgiveness then these too are being activated and accelerated. Not as a punishment, because the energy is neutral it simply provides the possibility of activation, but as a tool that we can use to identify and clear. We are being show these aspects so that we can make a choice to continue forward as we have or to look at them and make the choice to be free.

These energies are not a punishment, but a clear tool to aid us in this process. If we choose to look at those aspects of ourselves which we most often lock away behind a wall because we don’t like them, that which is termed the shadow self, we are given accelerated tools of transformation and release. What used to take years of therapy, counseling and for some living in isolation to identify, deal with, release and transform can more easily be accomplished.

The key is you must make the choice, be willing to do this, focus upon it with intent to release, transform and be free. I am not saying each one will be easy. Some of these emotions, memories and beliefs are deeply embedded within us. Some are ancestral and in our DNA, or are from prior lives, or childhood. Some we were taught by our parents, families and people we trusted to be truth and the way things should be. However, the world changes and evolves and we must decide if those truths are making us happier and creating a better world for ourselves and all life. This is not about saying you are bad or wrong. We each have chosen to participate and create the world in which we live. We seek ones who believe the same to validate those beliefs. We have the right to make that choices and live it as long as we desire.

However, if you are finding it is not as satisfying as you once felt, then perhaps it is time to reevaluate them. We are being given so much help in order to make this as easy as possible for the Universe loves us and wants the highest and greatest good for all. Energies of release and transformation are coming forth to help us.

One of the best tools is the Violet Fire of Transformation from the Source of Creation which will remove and transmute any energy we are ready to release. Bring it down to the subatomic level of your being to release that which keep you from enjoying freedom to move into 5D level of vibration and Ascension with Earth.

There are many levels of release and transformation but we are being given the tools to make it easier. However, we must do the work no one can do it for us. For we are given free will to make the choice of how we want to live, learn and explore life and creation. We do not judge you as right or wrong, we are simply offering an alternative. If you are ready to live a life of freedom from chaos to explore the possibilities of the Universe, begin the process now.

We don’t need a space ship to see the wonders possible, for it exists within our light body to travel to the Infinite ends of existence and create more. This is the freedom that awaits us. We can’t reach that if we want to hold on to hatred, anger, violence, separation, fear and all the other changes that tie us to 3D chaos reality. One day all will make the choice of freedom, but it may not be as easy to do as it is now with all the help available.

Where do you begin? Begin by being mindful of your thoughts before you speak and act. Stop before you speak, take a deep breath and ask yourself is this kind, helpful, uplifting and unifying? If not, then ask yourself what it is within you that causes you to have this thought that would hurt another or cause separation. This is what needs to be released and transformed.

It is a process. When you can identify it, you need to be willing to release it. When you are ready to release it call for help and ask that the Violet Fire of Transformation, a gift of the Universe to come into your being to the subatomic level to release the energy or thought. Ask that the cause, core memory , record and effect of this original creation be released and transformed. Then ask that the clear diamond light of purity fill those cleared spaces with light and love.

Think of the Violet Fire as a flame that moves through you clearing and burning away the debris. If it is a thought form or belief you can also think of it as a camp fire, into which you write the thought on a piece of paper and say, I release this old belief or memory into the fire of transformation to be released of the cause, core memory, record and effect it has had upon me – TO BE FREE.

This is where you begin, by making the choice and taking control of your thoughts, words and deeds which create your future. There are more steps to take and we will be looking at them in the days ahead, but this begins your process. Love yourself, forgive yourself, embrace yourself and others who are part of you. We will look at that which is ancestral in your DNA, your inner child that has been affected and locked away since childhood, we will look at past lives.

I plan to create and offer in my esty shop MP3 meditations for ones to use to look at each of these areas and to move to release and transform them. For most of us have many layers of clearing and it helps to have something to refer back to and aid us in this process. I will let you know if you are interested when they are ready.

Confused Saviors

Living from the heart versus the ego.

We have had many cults and cult leaders in the last century who gather followers and believers. The followers can become quite fanatical in their beliefs and support of their leader. Some leaders may have started out inspired and spiritually directed. Others began as either grifters or narcissitic sociopaths. Not being in judgment of these people simply stating from a palce of detached observation. A grifter is someone who is charming, charismatic in appearance or speech and uses these to entrap or trick other people out of their money. A narcissitic sociopath is someone who manipulates or harms others for their own personal gain. They live in a deluded reality with a need for power, money and control. They have little or no moral codes and use charisma and humor to charm others. They are impulsive and can be aggressive, disregarding rules, laws and social norms as below them.

How do we fall under their spell? We have been trained since birth to be disempowered and to bow to the rewards and punishment system of society in order to be liked and accepted. Even some of the religious systems speak of a Prophet or Leader who will return to either save us or judge us as unworthy. This connects to our own training to do what we are told is right, in regards to beliefs and actions so that we can be one of the ‘chosen’. This open a place in our lives for someone to step in who speaks with authority, and perhaps even demonstrates traits we believe are part of the package of being saved, to take over our lives and even money. 

At first they are loving and supportive, but as they begin to be worshipped by followers, who follow without question, they have a strong choice to make, to move the followers inward to find their own Divine connection or to increase the personal rewards to ego, and create a stronger bond to themselves. This usually involves some sort of fear factor, that if they leave they will either be ‘damned’ to hell or they will be harmed. The other factor may be playing on their ego, that they have something that ones outside their group do not have, they are chosen. They have the right to judge others, and either obtain more followers through charisma or fear. These ones also are ego lead to power and control.

Many who fall into their spell are sad, depressed, have issues with self love, and self worth. They may be at loose ends having ended a job or relationship, even parting from family. They may have been in a controlling and abusive relationship. These emotions leaving them vulnerable to the promise of something loving and greater than themselves to give them hope. Some have left a mainstream religion, but with the memories of the beliefs and words of their parents and society ringing in their DNA. They are searching for something greater and more inspiring, to be part of something greater than themselves. This new religion or group promises to show them a greater path and they will become stronger and more in control of their lives, and even an inspiration to others. Each of these is an issue with ego not being balanced to the heart, that leaves one vulnerable to a cult leader.

We are used to others making laws and rules that we are supposed to follow in order to be liked, accepted and succeed in society. So following the rules is easy for them. The leader just has to find the right key to trigger ones to follow them. Perhaps they have the ability of verbal persuasion, a type of hypnosis through words. They might know mind control techniques. Some make know some forms of manifestation or magic to appear supernaturally gifted. What ever the means, they are the savior, the chosen one and they will choose those who will be the saved and blessed people. 

They can either create more self doubt, and misguided beliefs in their followers or appeal to their own ego in order to control them. If ones awaken at the time of control to what is happening in their lives, and they loss of power and control, they are often trapped in the web and through force not allowed to leave, through threats of harm to themselves or loved ones. 

We have seen many lead to death of individuals or the entire cult. Once one is connected it is hard to break away. If that is possible, they should seek medical evaluation of their body and counseling fo some knid. Either psychiatric or spiritual. Unfortunately, their are ‘archons’ of many types who have developed and controlled the direction politically, economically and socially for many milleniums on earth. They are quite adept at the mechanisms they use like mind control in many forms used to entrap and enslave the energies of humanity spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically. We have been conditioned by the ancestoral training and the systems of the planet to fit into the systems, whether political, familial, societal, country, ethnic, racial or economic. All systems have rewards and punishments involved with conforming to its rules. So it is no surprise we may conform to a cult. 

We seek something more in life, hope for something to escape the chaos around us. It is hard for ones to leave because the feras and doubts which allowed them to become a part are now even more deeply embedded in their minds. If they leave they are in need of healing the inner child the pain and teachings, healing the heart to connect to the Divine within to bring light to the shadow of the mind. 

The work of healing the inner child and embracing the shadows to be whole begins in the heart. We move into the heart, opening it to connect with our Soul so that it might take it’s place as the guide of the mind. This will lead us back to freedom and unity for the authority and control of others upon the Earth. We seek to bring the light into the shadows of our heart and mind, within our very DNA, that comes from this life, past lives on earth, other planets and dimensions, and from our ancestors and their karmic links. We can use the Divine Violet Fire of transmutation to help us to recognize, release and transform these energies, beliefs and blockages to be Free. Then we can bring the Golden Light of the Creator into every cell and subatomic particle of our body and DNA so that we become protected, whole, unifed and a guiding light unto others to be Free.

It takes a village to help each other. We need to seek love within the heart to allow our Soul to help us be Free. Seek not another in the form, for the Creator is within. 

The final thought is those who would entrap others – let go- it is not our part to seek revenge, but to forgive others, for to continue to hold anger ties us to them energetically. When we forgive, release and transform that energy with the violet flame, we are free. Then it is their own part to deal with the karma they have created.

Freedom and Synchronicity

Signs are all around us trying to verify our truth or get our attention.

Today, I am participating in a virtual event for which I am so thankful my spiritual guides prompted me to participate. I live in California and it is taking place in Spain so it was not feasible for me to be there for this one day event in person. This is one of those times when the internet is such a blessing.

I am sharing that because of the synchronicities involved. The program is 8 hours ahead of me and so I am awake during the middle of the night to be a part, but it is so freeing. So far we have done a clearing and removing of the veils of illusion of the third eye to activate to a higher perception. Yesterday, a message came to me from my I AM Presence about a meditation to do and it reminded me of parts of the meditation we did today.

Then, we were part of a meditation to clear all contracts, cords, agreements, energies, entities, etc., etc. from our first incarnation until now, from our physical, mental, emotional, and akashaic, and to input a clear new intent of higher purpose into our fields. As I thought about this now during our break, it reminded me of the message yesterday from my I Am that spoke about the wisdom now opening to me to be shared as a teacher to help others. It had taken a great deal for me to begin to be a blogger, and to share with others. Those old fears were finally cleared today.

Then another synchronicity, as I was sitting here waiting for the session to resume after their lunch break, it is about 5 am here, I was drawn to a book I recently purchased by Dr Joe Dispenza. I was draw to his sharing that for years he had been cautious in his writing as a doctor/scientist to be aware that what he shared would not bring ridicule by the scientific community. Then one day his perspective shifted and he realized that was no longer a blockage. The two meditations today were about releasing that which holds us back, and to open to the higher perspective and seeing all not from a judgment of them or ourselves, but from a perspective of love, compassion and allowing. That anothers perspective is simply that and can only affect me if I allow it.

My work is to grow and free myself spiritually and to share my experiences and understanding in a way to help others to do the same. It is not my part to try to force or control another to change, or to limit myself by allowing their beliefs to influence my choices. All I can do is share my understanding of truth a the moment and in faith that it will help another. How another interprets or understands what I share, I cannot control nor do I want to do so. For it is in the choices we make and the experiences we have that we learn and grow.

Today, I was freed to see the Divine in All and to let go of the veils of illusion which have kept me from being free. The steps we take can be giant leaps or baby steps, each situation is different. Sometimes we take 4 steps forward and tomorrow 1 step back. However, I was reminded yesterday to ask myself – “Am I Present”. This means to realize if I am looking to the past and allowing the old beliefs to limit me. Am I looking to the future, and anticipating what might happen. Am I being present in this moment, in my heart, where I can connect to my Soul guidance, and my I AM Presence and receive the higher perspective before acting, speaking or doing.

We all will reach a space of self mastery, enlightenment and self awareness, where we live in a state of BEING and all that we do comes from that space. That is freedom and the synchronicities become more prevalent. That is my goal, and what I hope to share with others along my journey so that we can all live in the Moment, guided by our I AM Presence, our soul and together usher in a new state of Being for All.

Purpose

If you feel like you don’t belong in this world, it is because you were born to created a new world.

I had written this blog originally yesterday, and when I woke up early I found this quote on social media and realized it was part of the message of purpose. So I felt drawn to write on this topic before posting the original message. I have felt different from those around me most of my life. My viewpoint of the world was different and if I shared outside of my father, most thought I was a bit strange. I spent much of my life trying to fit into society while still holding onto as much of my inner feelings as possible.

It wasn’t until I was in my late 20’s until I met some people who were like me and I was able to see that there was a place where I fit in, but it also brought forth a duality in my life. I lived two almost separate lives. Yet both were needed to show me what it was that was of value to me and to set me on the path of my purpose in life. It has taken me 40 plus years to get to this point and there is still work to be done in clearing and transforming to fully manifest my purpose. However, that doesn’t mean your path will take so long. It is with each of us along the way, as we clear our energies, it goes into the creational matrix and makes it easier for others to do so, and our numbers grow.

So, there is a reason why we don’t feel we fit into the world systems, it is because our purpose is to transform and create a new world. However, it is not through anger, prejudice, violence, war or control. It is from Being the Divine Essence which we truly are within ourselves. We each have within us a need for a purpose and reason for being here. If we don’t have a purpose or focus for our lives, we can fall into depression, hopelessness, or overindulgence and dependency on stimulation or substances to dull the feeling of something missing in our lives. We are like a rudderless ship unsure of our abilities to choose the next step to take to feel fulfilled. Yet choice is our most important tool for any right action in our lives.

With each instant in our life we have a choice. The choice we make determines our next step. Even not choosing is in and of itself a choice to give up our power to another person, event or the whimsy of “fate”, or whatever serves that purpose or idea in the moment.

Purpose can be either inner or outer directed. The outer directed comes from the world systems. They have values they deem appropriate for us to follow to give us a purpose which they control. We should have a house, a family, a career, and follow the rules of societies systems. That is our purpose to seek wealth, status, security and to follow the morals of our belief system of domestication. In the outer directed purpose we have given over the ultimate control of our lives to the systems of the world. Our roadposts of accomplishment must click off the boxes to which we were domesticated. We may be satisified for a short time, but soon we become restless and need more, and the world systems tell us what the next goal should be. If we try to deviate the border bullies will tell us to stop being foolish and live the life we are supposed to live.

However, that isn’t the purpose we came into this world to live. We came in to live the inner directed purpose. Now this doesn’t mean it doesn’t involve us living in the world and having the career, family and home if that is what makes our heart sing and brings us joy. You see that is how you know you are on track in life. When you think about something and your heart rises up in joy and anticipation, that is something you should seek. As you grow spiritually, you will come to have other ways of knowing. You may hear, see, sense, feel, or there may be signs along the path that let you know you are doing that which you came into this life to do.

All choices are part of the experience of earth life. It is by outer and even non choices that we might have not so good experiences and encounters , and even think we have failed in a goal, but this teaches us what not to choose the next time, or what we don’t want in life. The messages shared on this site are never about shaming or telling someone what they should or should not think do or say. That is your choice, and experience to have. It is about sharing thoughts and possibilities of how we can look at our life and see if there is a greater opportunity for joy based on differing choices and perspectives. It is about the way in which we can shift if we desire into a new perspective and way of living. It is about helping you to connect within so that you can experience the heart song of being aligned to the Divine energies of Creation. To experience the joy of seeing your life change to happiness, abundance, good health, love and peace with each step you take and each choice you make. However, that manifests in your life is your choice and will be perfect for you at that moment in your life.

As we age, we look back in our life and can see where we could have made better choices at any given time. However, the choices we made were the best we could at that time in our lives, the same for our parents and all others. If we had a higher perspective at the time, we would have been able to make different choices. However the experiences of that choice, helped us to see what was right for us and what was not. That is the great experiment of Earth, to allow us to experience many things. The consequence of drugs and alcohol will cloud the ability to even know what choice we made or the results so it is difficult to learn from choices made during an experience we can’t remember. However, we can learn from the overall effects addictive behavior has on our lives.

There is not a better time nor has there been more help available to us to help us in our shift from the higher Light of Creation, and it may be a long time before it happens again. So now is an opportunity that it would be sad to waste.

Your main spiritual purpose in being here is to free yourself from the systems of the earth in order to be a shining Light of Creation, a beacon for others to see and desire to be free. So we can walk forth together into the vastness of possibilities awaiting. You had forgotten, but now you remember.

Hope, Belief, Faith

Freedom, wisdom and truth come when we have moved through hope and belief into faith.

“Hope is a desire or want for something to be true or to appear and exist in your life. You might say, “I hope I can get that job.”Hope is a desire or want for something to be true or to appear and exist in your life. You might say, “I hope I can get that job.” “I hope I will win the lottery.” “I hope it won’t rain today.” Hope leaves way for the possibility that the objective of your hope may not manifest so that you will not be so dissapointed if it doesn’t. It is part of our ego protection that attempts to balance our spiritual desires of manifestation to keep us from being hurt.

Belief is the acceptance that something is true or exists. Belief would like proof, but is willing to hold onto the idea that it is possible or probable and base our actions and reactions upon that belief. Belief is the next step from hope. Hope really doesn’t hold a belief one way or another, it simply exists in the moment of the desire entering our thoughts and emotions. Whereas , belief can be a powerful thought form or motivator. It can lead us to extremes of actions in a hope of proving our belief is correct. Belief still leaves us vulnerable to doubt. That which would challenge or belief or cause doubt triggers the ego to fight or flight mode. Belief needs proof to alleviate all doubt.

Faith is the complete trust or confidence that what we believe or think is true. Faith is without doubt and doesn’t need proof to believe. It is at this point in our spiritual journey where we have mastered the self doubt and limiting beliefs. We are at one with the greater I AM Presence of our Being and we are able, through our thoughts and energy, to draw to us that which is required in order manifest all our hopes, wants, desires and need. We are without doubt, unshakable in our belief that that in which we have placed our Faith is Truth.

There was a Tibetan mystic names Unjetsun Milarepa who would take his students to a cave in the mountains. There he would put his hand into a wall, which became malleable to his touch, and not solid in appearance. When he withdrew his hand, it would leave an imprint in the wall. Thus, he showed to his students that at the same instance the wall can be either solid or malleable . At the same time, it is both. It is our perception and belief which determines which appearance we hold at the moment. Think of the idea of jumping time lines discussed yesterday. It is our perception that determines our life, our future, based on our perception and choices. Our perception and choices are based on our beliefs.

It is always our thoughts and beliefs which determine what we will experience at any given moment of our lives. In the above example the wall can be either the solid object which we are domesticated to believe it is, or we can realize that all creation is made up of moving electrons, which can take any desired form at any instant in time. It is our thoughts which make it solid, our belief it is solid, and we hold that belief with our faith that the wall is solid.

When we are able to let go of that belief and realize that in any instant we are creating the reality we see, and by our thoughts we can change it. In that instant, any hope we have in our heart and mind, we are able to believe we can create it and have faith it will appear for as long as we need or desire.

Where are you in your spiritual process?

Are you at hope, belief or faith?

Once your realize where your are in your process, you can ask to be shown what limiting thoughts and beliefs you hold, which block you from moving forward to the next step of the process. Once you understand what is blocking you, you are then able to transform them yourself or ask for help in order to do so.

Freedom is living in faith, in unity with your I AM Presence as the part of the Divine Creation which you truly are.

Freedom and Expansion

It might seem that this process of clearing and transformation involved in Ascension is just another job you have to add to your list and struggle to do without being sure of the results and rewards.

The key to remember is attitude if you think of something as being hard, then that is what you will draw to yourself to experience. If you think of it instead as a wonderful opportunity to free yourself of the restrictions of fear, doubt, pain and limits which will bring you joy and infinite possibilities to create a better world. It can be an adventure.

The key involves remembering you are the creator of your experiences. You might be saying but what about the person who left me with three kids or at the altar. If you look with innocent perception and let go of your emotional attachment to the situation of the past, you will remember the part you played in entering the situation, which lead to the current result. While there are victims, children, animals, old people who are unable to care for themselves who can be harmed by those in charge of their care, most of us have had some choice. I think of a report I heard recently of a girl who was kidnapped and raped while going alone at night to the grocery store. The girl stated when she was free, that her mother had told her to not go by herself, but she made the choice. Was what happened to her right? NO, but we need to take responsibility for our choices in our lives, which can lead to bad consequences.

Remember the story I told about walking down a street late at night alone, I needed to get out and think. I noticed someone walking slightly behind me across the street on the other sidewalk. For the first time in my life, I realized I had chosen to put myself in a bad situation. Which is when Archangel Michael, whom I have always felt close by protecting me say,” Do you understand? You would not leave your home and leave the windows open. Why do you choose to tempt the reaches of your protection?” I turned around and walked back to where I was staying, and the man kept on going. Would I have been safe anyway. I will never know. However, I am more aware always of the possible consequences of my choices, and listen to my intuition.

Lessons or experiences which help us to recognize old beliefs can be or appear to be difficult at times. If we feel stressed, stop take a few deep breaths and ask for help, bring in the Violet Flame to clear the energies around you and ask what you are being shown by this situation. Stopping and taking a breath, and even hugging a tree, can calm you. Using the Violet Flame will give you breathing room, to allow for your soul or guides to share guidance or wisdom regarding your situation. However you must ask for help.

Breathing and the Violet Flame are excellent tools in your spiritual box. They clear out old energies and stress and allow for you to calm and hear guidance. This is a magical time, as you clear the beliefs and blockages, you find the situations which were stressful in your life or people, either leave your life or they no longer bother you because there is nothing within you to draw those energies to you. They might say the same old thing or do the same old thing, but one day you notice, it doesn’t bother you. It simply passes by and doesn’t attach or cause a reaction. With people or a situation once there is not a reaction or interaction regarding an energy between you or with you, they will one day leave your sphere of influence.

Unless they are family and that may not be the case, but you will no longer be bothered. You simply allow them their path as you wish to be allowed your path. This does not mean you allow them to walk over you and your beliefs. You need to be your authentic self and speak your inner truth, but without malice, a desire to control the other person or the outcome, and with balance.

You will find your ability to handle situations gets easier, and you will feel more relaxed, balanced and joyful in your life. It is like taking off layers of heavy clothing that have been dragging you down. You had put them on to keep you warm and safe from the coldness of being alone and afraid, but now it is the summer of your life. Time to come into full bloom in the warmth of the Sun and you no longer need them.

Religion and Spirituality

Spirituality is stepping up our participation in our moral belief system to move us into a higher perspective of Being and Service.

This is not an either or message but a message to provide a deeper understanding of how we have evolved and devolved along our pathway of understanding and Being. Without going into the evolutionary process of the planet which was involved in this process, let us look at the point of the time of Lemuria and Atlantis. For at this point we had ensouled beings upon the planet. Lemuria being before Atlantis and then a point where both existed simultaneously. In the beginning both civilizations lived in conscious Oneness with the Creator and all life. This was a state of Spiritual awareness, where we actively participated in the creative process aligned with the Creator for the highest good of all. We could manifest instantaneously by thought and communicate with others species, and were interactive with Beings of Light, Angels, and non terrestrial Beings. All that was done was for the good of All and aligned with Lady Gaia the soul of planet Earth.

This is true spirituality. When planet earth became a planet of redemption of the ones who had fallen in consciousness to a state of duality, the process of devolving spiritually began. In the beginning the Beings of Earth were able to help the incoming ones to keep the fallen consciousness in check, but the pull of ego/self will was strong and returned. This pull affected the original souls of earth too. This lead to the decline and demise of both civilizations.

Due to the intervention of some Light Beings on our behalf, we were given a dispensation for human life on earth to be given another chance at redemption. We would come in with veils of amnesia as to our Being a part of the Creator and veils of illusion regarding duality from all other life. The veil of amnesia designed to limit our ability of creation to prevent destroying our planet as had occured in other places.

The veils of illusion requiring us to master the ego/self will mind and to allow us to clear the limiting beliefs and fallen energies to return to an enlightened state of Conscious Oneness once again.

In order for this to happen religions which had developed before the fall of Atlantis were active but Angels and Beings of Light came forth to help bring froth higher energies and perspectives to help us to overcome any limiting beliefs these system might hold. Most of our current religions sprang forth from the experiences or teachings of an person who was inspired intuitively or had an experience which enlightened them which they shared with others and who were inspired by what they shared.

There are so many religions and belief systems upon the Earth. Each one served a purpose for the original founder or inspired leader and for those who practice their belief system. For that is the purpose of religion to provide a system by which one can come together with others, or perhaps alone, to follow an established pathway of moral conduct and spiritual practice. Most religions have a sacred text of the teachings shared by their founder or inspired leader.

Sometimes even an inspired founder, can as ones come to listen to them and are inspired by their sharing can be overcome by the egotism and their original inspiration lost to the need to be seen as a powerful, charismatic leader in control of the lives of others, who are easily controlled by their directives. We have seen this with David Koresh, Jim Jones and Marshall Applewhite to name a few.

Religion can help us to stay focused in our busy lives, even if just for 1 day a week. It brings us rules, and practices we can use to help us to focus on our beliefs. A good example of this is the 10 commandments. Having come out of a polytheistic belief system of Egypt the Hebrew people were going to be given inspired teachings to help them to fulfill their spiritual journey. However, when they were left alone by Moses, they fell back on the Egyptian beliefs and the higher teachings were not given to them. Instead Moses went back to bring them the 10 commandments to help them to keep focused on their spiritual growth on a daily basis. One day we will know what was on the original tablets which Moses brought down. However, as of yet, few people are even able to keep the 10 commandments he was able to share with us.

The difference to this with spirituality, is that spirituality is a process whereby we live our beliefs and Oneness in every moment, it is the purpose of our lives not an addition. Spirituality, being the purpose of our lives does not mean we neglect any part of our lives, but that our spiritual thoughts, words and deeds enhance our lives to have abundance, peace, love, service and expansion into a higher perspective.

Thus, religions have their purpose in giving us a basis from which to come into our spiritual journey back to conscious oneness with the Creator. Each having its purpose for those who follow the teachings. When they are ready for something greater they will seek either within or without for more. It is the seeking within which brings them to spirituality and freedom.

It is when we stop seeking and follow another that we can be open to the cults which take over ones life and control their thoughts and beliefs. This is also a good thought to carry into all aspects of ones life. When we look someone outside ourselves in the physical world for validation as to our worth and what we should think, do and say, we have lost our power, to the victim consciousness. When we desire to control others and the world around us, we have lost our direction to egotism.

There is a balance. To find harmony in our lives, we need to seek that which inspires us to compassion, clarity, truth, hope, wisdom and service to the greater good. This lies ultimately within the heart where a soul connection exists. Your path may begin with a particular religion, and if you bring those teachings into your life and are open always to new inspiraton ,instead of simply living by rote practices you will always grow and become more of who you truly are.

Always ask for Divine protection, discernment and inspiration regarding your beliefs in order to stay centered in a higher perspective and not get caught in by the control of another.

Seek and be open, the Divine exists within and all around you.

GRACE

Throughout this life and other life times we have through our thoughts, words and deeds created hurts, pains, and other unbalanced energies with others. This unbalance creates a chord between us which will draw us together again with that soul or perhaps other souls will help us to create a similar situation through which we can balance that energy.

Grace is the gift of the Unconditional Love of the Creator which can be used to release the pain and hurt in order for both to be free. A form of this has been the Violet Flame which we can call in to help us with the process of release, transformation and forgiveness. Archangels Amethyst and Lavender also will work with the ones to whom we have created a hurt for them to forgive us. We need to forgive others, the same as we would want others to forgive us. We need also to forgive ourselves.

It is sometimes, while existing in the hurt and pain, to understand that for all souls if they knew and remembered who they are, they would not have made the choice they did which harmed or hurt another. They same can be said for ourselves. Until we can forgive ourselves for our past mistakes, we have an open sore in our fields which will attract the idea that we are not worthy of love and should be punished. This will keep us from loving ourselves, which causes us to feel unworthy of the love of others and of the Creator.

Remember the Creator loves us without judgment for we are part of the Creator, exploring and learning. Grace is understanding that we are all learning and growing. We don’t understand are probably even know the circumstances either evident or hidden that have occurred in the life of another which lead them to the choice they made which caused harm or hurt to us. When we can call on Grace to be able to forgive them, we can open our heart to receive love and see from a higher perspective the Divine within them, who is in pain, lost and alone, who strikes out at others first before others hurt them.

Our life and experiences of pain and hurt build up walls around our heart, that locks out others, but locks out our Soul and I AM Presence from helping us, guiding us, healing and comforting us. Grace if we ask, will transform our actions and relationships with Creator love and unconditional acceptance.

Beloved Creator grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace,wisdom and spiritual growth;
Taking this chaotic world as it is with innocent perception and without judgment, not as I would have it;
Trusting that You will make all things right,as you are allowed to move within and guide the words and actions of myself and others,
I surrender to your Will;
That I may be happy in this life
and supremely happy with You in my life.

Please, Beloved Creator, the Source of All Life, I ask of you to come into my life and offer your grace. I am open to it and ready to accept it. Allow my heart to always be focused on You and make my desire to live for You.I know that your grace is bestowed no matter what, so I just ask for it today. I may not always be perfect, but I strive to be better. I ask that the Angels and Archangels of Love, Wisdom and Compassion, help me to clear and transform that which keeps me separate from unity with you and all life. Help me see the clear path in front of me so I can walk in Unity with you, guided by my Soul and I Am Presence to bring your Light and Love into the world.

May the Grace of the Creator be with you. You need but ask. Call forth the Violet Flame to clear that which keeps you from believing you are less than you are – A Being of Light.

Woke

What does it mean to be awake?

Today in our society the term woke can be either an idealistic term or a derogatory term based on your perspective. All of these perspectives are based upon our physical forms and structures. They represent belief systems which ones have upon which they judge the actions of others and their own action in attempts to support their beliefs.

I had to look up woke to understand of what they are speaking for the term means something different for myself. I see that for some groups of people it represents being aware of racial, financial, ethnic and political injustice and inequality. For others it means that the ones supporting the woke philosophy are trying to destroy their structures and create change that they do not desire.

The idealist and the pragmatist of history battling within a new forum. I remember a quote ‘ “for history is written by the victors and framed according to the prejudices and bias existing on their side.” So often the structural energy of control will take a term which denotes change and alter it to their point of view. This is not meant to point a finger or judge any particular group but to look at the higher persepctive of the term ‘woke’ or awakened and what it means to be a person who is awake as I understand the term.

To be awake moves beyond the physical level of existence where people tend to place limits based on beliefs and ideas in order to judge the validity or perspective of a concept.

For over a century those who serve the Universal Mind of Creator Source have been bringing more Light and energies of transformation to our planet in anticipation of this time of Ascension. The Ascension of Earth, allows for the Ascension of all those ready upon our planet to move with the Soul who embodies Earth. Those who are not ready will move to another 3D earthly planet to continue the incarnational pattern until they choose to be Free.

This process of the Light Beings who have been working to help us is called a “WAKE UP CALL”. They have been calling us to awaken from the veils of forgetfulness and illusion to remember that we are in reality Souls/Beings of Light who are incarnate within a human form upon earth. We have chosen this path in order to experiences, expands and be of service in the enlightenment and Ascension of Earth and All Life in and upon the Earth.

Part of the process of awakening on the physical level will involve ones understanding that all life is equal and that there is sufficient for all. Letting go of old limiting beliefs which are indoctrinating us to specific points of views that limit our understanding and interactions with each others. Seeing all experiences from a higher perspective and acting from the perspective of unity and Oneness for the betterment of All life.

The idea of being awake, was taken by the structures of control and tainted to create division amongst humanity by creating fear that the ideal one holds as the perfect life will be destroyed by others who hold a differing point of view. So instead of seeking the understanding from within the heart and intuition of the Divine Universal Mind they seek from the rational mind.

FEAR keeps us limited. One may not think they are in fear, but whenever we have less than compassionate understanding for another, we are operating on a judgmental level which lacks love and a higher perspective. This does not make us bad, just limited in our understanding and perspective by the teachings and ideals of the world we have been given thus far in our life.

When we awaken we remember that we all agreed to come here to experience this life so that we could help in the Ascension process of life on Earth. All labels are meaningless unless they help us to be FREE of the limits of fear.
