In the message before this or after depending on the order you read them, I had asked for some clarification about different types of non physical beings. Then I asked Archangel Michael, Archangel Mariel and Dragon Aeyu’Larieth of protection and the Council of Guardians about protection. How to prevent abductions if it is happening to you and you desire it to stop ( not all do). Also, if you are being abducted due to a contract or agreement before incarnation and wish to break that contract what should you do.
This also came after working on the 4th with helping to release people and children being held captive for various reason of non physical and physical factions. Unfortunately, when abducted by physical human beings and their non physical counterparts it is more difficult for the Councils to be able to get the body released. They can release the spirit and help them pass but the physical aspect can require human physical beings to release a physical form. They may be able to those who are without fear to teleport or influence captors to disappear or release them, but those are more difficult than helping ones who are in spirit and unable to leave.
Why would one stay when they are spirits. Fear, despair, loss of hope, mind control telling them they can’t or are not worthy. They may not be aware they are not in form.

The Seraphim are the First Voice of the Source of Creation. From them flow the blueprints of Creation. As the beautiful Beings of the Ocean came forth, I was surprised to find there were Seraphim who work specifically with the Ocean. This is their message to us.

Where we place our focus in situations, the choices we make, our belief system and our experiences shape the way in which we perceive the world and how we continue to experience it.
I love the way in which teaches and lessons from my higher self and guides tend to come in sections, perhaps I am a slow learner and it takes me longer to understand. I like to think it is because I need to see it from different perspectives so that I can share it with others because we all come from different perspectives in how we perceive the world.
I awoke on Monday morning with the nudge to write this blog. Yet, it has taken me 4 days and much has happened since I originally started. I wondered why and now as I am writing this I realize that my perception on Monday is different that it is today. Why? Not, because events in the world based on choices by humanity have come into play and I have had to reevaluate and readjust my perspective.
I thought about should I write more, my blog yesterday although probably my shortest yet, stated my shift in perspective and hope and focus for the future. Yet, I awoke with the same song in my head as Monday. The highlighted words are the ones that were running through my brain, but the message involved all the words of the song.

So what is my new understanding and message about this topic today.
DARKNESS AND LIGHT
One of the pieces of the thought came from a message brought forth by the Higher Self of another. When they were asked what message they would share with people it was “Darkness doesn’t exits. It doesn’t exist. It is a construct of human thought. Humans created it and thus they believe it exists. But outside of the consciousness of humans on Earth it does not exist.”
This would be a hard concept for many to believe and/or understand for we have within our belief systems and media that concept of dark/light, good/evil. Belief in these concepts allow us to blame something outside of ourselves for our problems and to justify our actions and words.
This allows us to be the victim and not have to accept the consequences of our choices and actions. ‘The devil made me do it.” Every thought, every word, every deed in our life is our choice. We can stop at any time and be mindful and take authority over ourselves and our lives. This is called Self Mastery and Sovereignty.
The ‘devil/evil/darkness’ don’t exist outside of our thoughts. There is an influence that we can choose to allow in to fog our thoughts. Whenever a planet is created it has a creational matrix. That matrix holds the thought/vision of the way the planet looks and the akashic of the various life forms on the planet and individual akashic information. The energy of thought patterns agreed upon create new accepted forms and systems upon the earth. This is called mass consciousness. When we are born we receive of veil of amnesia that causes us to forget we are sparks of creation and we are connected into mass consciousness mainframe in order to understand and operate on earth within the creation matrix. HOWEVER, unfortunately this records all thoughts higher and lower vibration of all humans for all time. This is the influence outside of ourselves over which we must take mastery that our thoughts are ours alone and aligned to our higher self and the greatest good for all to obtain SELF MASTERY and FREEDOM or SOVEREIGNTY. It always comes down to our free will choices.
The darkness exists only in our thoughts, we created it and now we must make a choice to disconnect from it. However, first we must remove the remnants of energy it has within ourselves to stop the triggers. The darkness/shadows we hold within our DNA, our memories, our inner child, our beliefs, experiences, vows and contracts from other lifetimes, our karmic patterns. Our inner child holds the traumas of this life. Our DNA holds the trauma of our ancestors and our past lives. We store within our energy bodies the past life memories, or contracts, vows, agreements and even chords of connections to others which karmically connect and influence us.
We must make the choice to do the work to clear ourselves. Someone may tell you they can clear them, but like in healing it is only permanent if you are actively participating , fully and consciously ready and willing to release and transform them.
THIS NEEDS BE DONE WITH LOVE AND FORGIVENESS. This isn’t about saying I am bad for having these thoughts or energies within me. It is about saying I NO LONGER WANT OR NEED THIESE AS PART OF MY LIFE. I have learned whatever lesson they were to teach me. I forgive myself for my past actions, I forgive others who I believe may have hurt me or actually did.
I love myself as I am . I know that I am loved unconditionally as a spark of creation and as such all life is part of me and worthy of love.
I realize that we are all learning and they choices others make can only affect me if I choose to focus on them as having a harmful affect on me. It is the right given to all of us to choose. However, it is where we choose individually to focus our thoughts and attention that create our experience of events.

That is one of my favorite quotes of all times. It sums up how we create our world and experience by where we choose to focus our attention. In a book called “Love without End” by Glenda Green she writes about Jesus coming to her to paint a picture of him and during those sessions they talk and it is the sharing they have that is written in the book. He speaks much about loving each other and to learn to perceive the world with the ‘innocent eyes of a child’.
Innocent objective perception is what a child has. They come into a world and all things are new. They don’t see bad or good, they simply look, see things as they are without a story or judgment and experience it. Their parents teach them to judge through rewards and punishment for accepting and continuing to live by their beliefs and viewpoints. For that is how they learned to view and live in the world.
In the song the neon lights are the perceptions and beliefs we hold that are embedded in us by the media as well as the people in authority in our lives from early childhood. An authority can even be peers or social groups to which we wish to belong. They tell us what to believe and how to act.
The Sound of Silence is within us. This is the place where we connect to the Soul Spark that we truly are, our Higher Self that is and always has been ONE with ALL THAT IS. It is our true guiding light. The Neon signs are simply a distraction from our Inner Light and guidance within the Silence.
People talking without speaking, when ones reiterate old beliefs without thinking about if that really rings to the truth of their being. People appear to listen but in reality they are not hearing the other for they are thinking of what they will say next to bring forth and defend their perspective. Why do we need to defend our perspective or convince others? Do we have doubts? Why can we not simply allow them their beliefs as we want them to allow us ours?
How many are called to bring forth a message and yet the fear of reprisal from others prevents them from answering their call and they remain silent. Recently I was reminded of the witch trials and the Inquisition of the ‘dark’ and middle ages. A time when those who were different were persecuted and killed for simply thinking, looking and acting differently.
These memories are resurfacing to be cleared at this time. All that is a blockage within us are surfacing to be cleared so we can be free. This blog isn’t about telling you how to clear them but to say it is time to choice where you will focus your energy.
Will you rage against the ‘darkness’? Or will you turn your head and focus upon the light. Will you waste your energy attempting to change the minds of ones who will not hear you? Or will you clear the clutter within your own being so the light may shine purely through you to touch their hearts. You cannot change another’s mind, but the LIGHT can enlighten and light the way for them to make the choice themselves.
BE THE LIGHT IN THE WORLD. Don’t rage against something but instead
Be the change you want to see in the world. Place your focus upon being Light, Love and Compassion. Let us change the NEON light’s message.

Archangel Uriel would like to speak today of our coming into our Sovereignty and Power.
Upon the Earth today is prevalent very much the belief that power is money and control. That to be able to be more powerful than others is the ultimate in being a Sovereign Being. That you are showing you are better or know more than others and they must follow your dictates. This is from the Ego. It is not of Divine origin.
What is true Sovereignty and Power?
This comes from within you with a heart and mind connection to the Higher Mind of Creation and the essence of Divine Love. This is the balance of the masculine and feminine within yourself to your Higher Self. When you make this connection you are able to allow the flow of wisdom, truth and love to flow through you into the world. You are filled with the wisdom of Unity consciousness which is the source of greater expansion and creation. You find the Truth of the Divine within you and express it in your words, thoughts and actions. When you connect fully with the Higher Self you become the embodiment of your true Sovereign Being.
In this state of Beingness you begin to manifest the True Essence of who you are and what you bring to the Earth and Humanity. It is time to begin to let go and connect with your heart guidance. When you are able to do this you will find the truth within you, not of the earthly systems but of the Divine. It is not easy to let go of the old, it requires time, patience and the quiet to connect and receive.
This one does not find the quiet so easy to practice, but she is learning. One needs to clear energies to let go of the thoughts that try to influence you in your lives. It is in the quiet where one can learn the difference between the input and interference of the world to the clarity of your true knowing. In your lives you are bombarded daily with media. Especially with your cell phones making internet a constant part of your life. You have allowed the phones and media to take control of your life. This one recently learned that it only takes 60 seconds for media to put you into alpha state of suggestibility. It has made an impact on her focus and practice with electronics and media.
It is time to take control of what you digest in your mind and energy bodies from the world around you. Be mindful that you can turn off your media and the world will still continue without constantly hearing what others want you to know . Begin to make the Infinite connection where you receive the input and energies to transform your life and the world. Begin by turning off the input for a few minutes each day and a few more the next. If it is not essential to have your phone on all the time, remember that they will leave a message or call you back if it is important.
This one thought as I said that , “There was a time in the past when we didn’t have cell phones or even answering machines and we survived and thrived.” Technology is a blessing to humanity if used as a tool and not allowing it to control or direct your lives. In allowing others to control your time, you are giving up your sovereignty. You believe it is more important to answer each phone call that comes in even if it is a ‘spam’ as you call it than to connect to the Universal Oneness and Nature. The program on your television, the internet programs or games are more important than the wisdom of the Universe, the caring for the needs of yourself and others around you.
You hold the power in your hands to turn off the machines and reclaim your time, thoughts and focus to be guided by the higher perspective, love and light. Now is the time to begin, just start a few minutes a day, and increase it a few more each day. Take that run without your music or phone and allow the world and universe to speak to you. Take a walk in nature with your phone turned off. Sit down to a meal without a phone or television. Turn off your computer and sit and talk with others.
Take charge of your life and you will find love, joy, wisdom, and truth exist within you of a higher vibration that you have ever experienced before. You will fill that which you need to transform inspire you to greater heights. You will take back the sovereignty and find your true authentic self.

I AM URIEL
The image was chosen because we begin our journey in Unity with the Alpha of Creation and the Omega or end is Unity with the Alpha again. In this is sovereignty of Being. I did not realize that Uriel would be discussing the Alpha state of consciousness, which is the state of light trance or suggestibility. This is where we can begin to connect with the Inner Oneness, but the deep connection is in Theta. However, the Alpha state has been abducted by the mass consciousness control mechanism to influence our thoughts, beliefs and understandings and actions. They tell us what to buy, when to do something, how to act and think. We have to learn to move beyond Alpha to Theta to connect to the higher mind and oneness. This is what I have been working with recently since learning about the abduction of the Alpha state and to what Uriel was referring in the message. I just wanted to clarify the image. The pyramid points us upward to remember we are the connection between Heaven and Earth. Our journey is completed when we return finally (omega) to reunion with our Higher Self (Alpha) where we began this journey of exploration.
In order for there to be changes in the world it must begin by changes within ourselves.
Power and Sovereignty begin within.
In order for there to be changes in the world it must begin by changes within ourselves. All that we want and need in our lives and in the world comes first from a thought or desire within us upon which we focus our intent.
That which is manifest in our world came about as a result of individual and or collective desires. Sometimes it takes a group agreeing to something like creating a religion or forming a new country. An important factor is does it come from an ego based mind or a more unified loving perspective. For those which come from an ego based desire are ones which are limited by 3D existence.
However, we only have control over our own individual focus and desires. For manifestation begins with a thought or desire, upon which we focus our intent and energy until it manifests in our lives or we choose to stop focusing upon it. In that case it may still manifest but not in the same manner as we thought and desired or simply slip away.
The speed of manifestation in our life depends upon our feelings or belief about ourselves, our abilities and power to influence our life direction and our future. Many see power, control and manifestation/abundance to be desired and complementary abilities and or energies. Power and manifestation are complementary but are limited by our ego direction which has a control focus. If our ego is directing, then we are limited to a 3D focus of power and manifestation. If we are unity and universally focused through the heart we are in the unlimited power of abundance and manifestation.
Do you believe you are a victim of others or the world? Or are you the directing you life and actions?
Dr Wayne Dyer said,” When we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change.”
The way we look at things is our power of perception and manifestation. Power is a perception we have of ourselves, others and the world. Perception is a strong energy. If we view ourselves as powerless it will become our reality, for we will act and behave in a manner that reinforces this belief. If we recognize and believe we have the power to succeed and change our life we will begin to take actions that will manifest these changes in our life. Even in times of great despair and hopelessness the power to change that belief and move into our power exists within our hearts.
The power of one person cannot decrease the power of another unless they allow that to happen. You may think ,but what about someone that steals from another, abuses another, or any other negative action that hurts or limits another financially, mentally, emotionally or physically?
Unfortunately here in our 3D world bad things do happen and harm comes to ones who did not apparently deserve to suffer. It is sad, and a topic for discussion another time as to why this may happen, beyond the obvious exercise or misuse of power from one person or group forced upon another. However, now we are dealing with how we can make the changes on a personal level from being a victim to becoming a powerful sovereign Being.
We may suffer physically and financially and be unable to stop the ramifications to our physical form or finances, but power does not come from physical things like money or the body, not true unlimited power. One event, tragedy or set back in life doesn’t mean we are a failure or unlovable and valued person in this life. That power to overcome this belief comes from within us However, these physical or financial ramifications can only effect us long term on the mental, spiritual and emotional levels if we give them that power. Being a victim comes from long term acceptance that another has power over us, or can harm us and we have no ability to change that situation.
Money, physical harm, intimidation or any form of thought influence is only a tool that another may use to exert their 3D influence upon another. They do so that they may feel more powerful, but that is simply a lower vibration a limited energy that will end either during their lifetime or upon their death for an individual or upon the ending of a business, media source, or a political, financial and religious institution.
True power is not 3D in its source but begins within and comes from the non physical energy of creationand the key to connecting lies within the heart.
The key is that no matter the events that have happened to us so far in our lives, we always have the ability to turn within our heart and connect to the source of all Life, Love, Wisdom, Abundance, Truth, Power and Forgiveness. As we move into the heart and think of love, and ask to be given the wisdom, strength, love and power needed to make changes in your life. Then open to the love and let that energy move outward, listening to the feelings and thoughts of guidance which come to you helping you to make the changes needed. Think of the future you desire, and as long as it does not harm another living thing or person, you will be connected to the love and power of creation. This is the source of existence by whatever name you choose to call this limitless energy.
How do we change the world? We change ourselves to match the energy of love and creation which allows us to become powerful conduit of Creation that brings unlimited and eternal abundance to us and all life. One can be an agnostic and still understand the power of love, compassion and forgiveness.
A wise man once said: “If what you have been doing up until hasn’t worked, it never will”
To choose to take back our power by hurting , demeaning or stealing from another is still a part of the 3D limited victim consciousness. This only brings more of the same into an already chaotic world. It is time to change our focus and actions to be of a loving and unifying focus.
The energy of our intent and desires will manifest because that is part of the universal laws of creation. The creational energy follows thought. However, whether this is a limitless energy of eternal existence or limited to 3D physical laws is based upon our inner intent and desires.
Once we tap into the heart and love within we can begin to love ourselves and others. To see ourselves as truly worthy and strong people who feel confident and able to do anything. We can let go of the pain inflicted by others because they no longer have any power over us. For as long as we focus upon the pain and anger of the hurt they inflicted, they have power over us. We are able to become the conduit of a higher power and grace which transforms us and the world in which we live.
Others will begin to see the change and possibilities in you and seek to understand and know more. Then you can help them to make the same connection to the energy of creation and the power of abundance, wisdom, love, truth and compassion.
This begins the change in the world we want to see and it began with your choice to change.
Our source of abundance isn’t our job, another person, or an institution. Our abundance comes from our connection with Universal Oneness and Creation for it is TRULY unlimited. You will find yourself inspired by that which brings you joy, good health and abundance sufficient to help others begin along their path. Ones may need a helping hand which you can give on the physical level from your abundance in order to be able to move beyond their focus upon on their lack and pain. So that they may look without and see the Light and Love you shine as a conduit of creation, and want to learn the secret.
We can feed a person for a day, but better to teach them how to fish, for then they have the abundance of food throughout their lives.
The choice to be a free, loving, abundant and powerfully sovereign Being is yours. However, in making that choice you are opening the door for not only yourself, but others to transform and change the world.
