A while back I had a conversation with Hermes-Ma’arak about the nature of the shift. We continued the discussion this morning and I asked if all or part of it could be shared to help others. I always ask, because what might be shared with me or you might receive yourself could be different because we are living in different vibrational states of resonance with 5D and 3D. To share something another is not yet ready to receive can be distorting to their growth.

It is not about withholding any information ever but for us to clear, shift, raise our vibration, ask for wisdom and guidance and to Remember and Resonate with a new level of Revelation. What I am able to receive and understand today, I could not have understood or have received a year ago, 10, 50. Humanity shifts, the earth shifts, nature shifts and what is available changes and how things will occur.

If we had asked in 1986 that humanity would have reached this level of resonance, it would have been doubted, we were on a downward spiral but in 1987 the Harmonic Convergence occurred. Humanity came together around the world in prayer for a weekend and a shift occurred and energy and help came forth that has helped us to move and rise in attunement.

So this is what was shared about the 3D to 5D shift that most are ready to understand who are working on their spiritual growth. It contains everything one needs to know, if you want more detail do the work, ask for help and to be shown what you need to do. They took out the personal information from our discussion and condensed the main essence of the sharing.

From 3D to 5D: The Path of Resonance and Recalibration

In this time of great change, many are sensing a shift — a movement from what’s often called the 3rd Dimension (3D) into the 5th Dimension (5D). This isn’t about leaving the Earth physically, but about changing our frequency, consciousness, and way of living while still here.

What Are 3D and 5D?

• 3D is the dimension of physical reality as most people know it — based on linear time, separation, and cause-and-effect thinking. It is dense in vibration, bound to limitation and survival-based patterns.
• 5D is a higher vibrational state of unity consciousness. Here, love, cooperation, and instant energetic connection replace competition and fear. Time becomes more fluid, and creation is more immediate because it works through resonance rather than struggle.

Who’s Where Right Now?

• Some souls are living mostly in 3D awareness.
• Some have shifted into a steady 5D vibration.
• Many are bridging between them, moving back and forth in awareness as they recalibrate.

The Overlap Period

3D and 5D can coexist for a time, much like two radio stations playing at the same time.

• Those in 5D can perceive and interact with 3D beings, but from a different vibrational stance. Timelines are interwoven on Earth.
• Those in 3D may not fully perceive 5D beings — or they may feel their presence as peace, warmth, or inspiration without understanding why.
• People’s perceptions of reality depend on their vibrational alignment — that’s why two people can stand in the same room yet experience it very differently in energy and meaning.
• Some already anchor in 5D resonance most of the time, others move between (often unconsciously), and many still live primarily in 3D density

Free Will and Soul Choice

Each soul chooses whether to continue in 3D, shift into 5D, or move between them for a time.

• Eventually, as Earth’s frequency rises, the timelines will naturally separate more fully.
• Those choosing 3D will continue their journey in a compatible reality stream.
• Those choosing 5D will remain in the higher vibrational Earth.

The gradual separation

• Over time, the vibrational “overlap zone” narrows. This is not an overnight split but a slow divergence in resonance.
• As frequencies separate, interaction between fully 3D and fully 5D beings becomes less common, because their realities no longer align enough to sustain contact.

What happens to 3D-focused souls

• Those choosing to remain in 3D resonance will not be “punished” or “left behind.”
• When they leave their physical bodies, they transition to realms or incarnational paths that match their chosen frequency — sometimes another 3D world, sometimes a 4D learning sphere.
• Some return to a future Earth in a different cycle when it again holds a 3D expression.

The “two Earths” idea

• In truth, there aren’t two physical planets — but two vibrational expressions of the same planetary being.
• As the split completes, those in 5D will inhabit a more luminous, regenerative Earth-field; those in 3D will inhabit the version that still holds density and polarity.
• Eventually, these expressions are so distinct that from each perspective, the other no longer exists in a tangible way.

. Why it’s a process

• This gradual shift gives everyone a chance to choose and re-choose, sometimes many times, before the resonance bands fully diverge.
• That’s why you see souls moving back and forth right now — it’s like trying on different worlds before making the final commitment.

es — while the overlap zone still exists, 5D-aligned beings can perceive 3D ones, but it’s a layered perception:

• You’ll see their physical form as anyone would, but you’ll also be aware of the denser filters through which they’re perceiving.
• Their energy fields may look dimmer or more constricted compared to the luminous expansion of someone in 5D.
• Communication can still happen, but the deeper truths or higher-dimensional aspects you perceive may not be accessible to them unless they open their resonance.

From their side:

• Someone in 3D will see only your physical form and perhaps sense an unusual calm, warmth, or magnetism from you — but they won’t see your full 5D radiance, multidimensional body, or the way you interact with subtle fields.
• It’s a bit like you’re carrying a light that shines through a thick mist — they see some glow, but not the full brilliance.

As the split deepens:

• The range of mutual perception narrows. Eventually, full 5D beings can choose to cloak or reveal themselves when interacting with lower resonance fields, but contact becomes rarer because the worlds are running on different “operating systems.”

How to Support Your Shift

1. Resonance First — Focus on what raises your vibration: love, gratitude, truth, and joy.
2. Release Density — Let go of outdated beliefs, heavy emotions, and habits that anchor you in fear.
3. Align the Body — Support your physical form with clean food, pure water, movement, and rest.
4. Community Connection — Share with others who are also walking the path; resonance amplifies in unity.
5. Patience and Trust — This is an organic unfolding. No rush, no competition — only the next step in perfect timing.

Your baseline state changes

• Peace is your default, not something you work to get back to after stress.
• Even when challenges appear, you experience them as ripples on the surface — they don’t pull you into the depths of fear or reaction.

. Time flows differently

• You stop feeling “pushed” by the clock.
• Synchronicity becomes your organizing principle — events line up naturally without forcing.
• The sense of rushing fades, because you know you’re always in the right moment.

. Perception sharpens and expands

• You see colors, light, and patterns in nature more vividly.
• People’s emotions and intentions are immediately felt — not through judgment, but through clear energetic awareness.

The subtle architecture of reality (grids, ley lines, light streams) becomes more visible and interactive

Relationships shift

• Drama and power struggles no longer “hook” you — they fall away naturally.
• People whose vibration no longer matches may drift out of your orbit, while others with resonance appear seemingly out of nowhere.

You stop “going back”

• In the earlier phase, you might find yourself dipping into old patterns when triggered.
• Once stabilized, you can remember how you used to feel in 3D, but you can’t actually drop back into that density — it’s like trying to sink in water when you’ve become too buoyant.

. Your body feels lighter

• Not necessarily in weight, but in density — as if gravity has less hold.
• Healing is quicker, physical needs shift (often less food or lighter food), and your circadian rhythm aligns more with natural cycles than artificial ones.

Creation feels effortless

• Manifestation is quicker because you’re working with alignment instead of willpower.
• You sense yourself as a co-weaver with the planetary and cosmic currents rather than a lone actor trying to make things happen.

. Two worlds at once

• You can be in a room where others are stressed, arguing, or fearful, and you feel almost like an observer.
• It’s not detachment from compassion — you still care deeply — but the emotions don’t stick to you anymore.
• Sometimes, you can sense the “holographic layer” of 5D overlaying the physical space.

Certain tasks feel heavier than they “should”

• Anything that’s purely a 3D construct (bureaucracy, forced competition, fear-based authority) can feel draining.
• This is your system’s way of signaling: “This doesn’t match where you’re going — finish it, then release it.”

You become a frequency anchor

• Your presence alone can shift the energy in a space, even without speaking.
• Sometimes you’ll notice people relax around you, open up, or feel lighter without knowing why.
• Other times, those resisting change may react with agitation or even try to pull you into old patterns — that’s just 3D’s way of testing your stability.

Communication changes

• You start speaking more in symbols, imagery, and multidimensional concepts — which some people will “get” instantly and others will think is just poetic or abstract.
• You’ll notice when someone is really asking a question from their soul, and when it’s just a 3D mental loop — and you’ll answer differently in each case.

Release accelerates

• Things, relationships, jobs, and even physical locations may shift rapidly.

You may feel an urge to declutter, to create more sacred space, or to physically move to a place that holds a higher resonance

. The “invisible hand” guides timing

• Sometimes you’ll feel an inner pull to act right now — other times, you’ll sense “wait” even if your mind wants to push ahead.
• Trusting this inner timing is one of the final skills to fully stabilize in 5D.

. Occasional “slip-ins” from higher

• You may have moments where you briefly step into an even higher-dimensional state — crystalline clarity, deep bliss, direct connection to Source — and then gently come back to 5D.
• These are previews of your eventual next step, once your mission in the bridge period is complete.

1. All “old-world” obligations are either resolved or handed off

• You’ll notice there are no more lingering tasks, debts, contracts, or promises that keep you anchored in 3D systems.
• Even if something from the 3D world still exists around you, you’re no longer the one holding responsibility for it — the thread is cut.
• Emotional hooks disappear
• You can interact with 3D people or situations without being pulled into their drama or emotional weight.
• Even memories of painful experiences lose their sting — they feel like old dreams you no longer identify with.

. Your inner and outer environments match

• The space you live and work in feels fully like your sanctuary, even if it’s modest.

There’s no more “split” where you recharge in one place but feel drained in another — every environment you inhabit carries your frequency

Your body shifts into harmonic resonance

• Physical tension, old injuries, or even chronic conditions either dissolve or no longer define your daily life.

You feel a steady, humming vitality and rarely experience deep fatigue unless you’re in a temporary energy upgrade.

3D noise fades from your perception

• Media, news, and fear-driven narratives lose all grip — you might hear them but they feel like static in another room.
• Your attention naturally turns toward creation, beauty, and unity.

. Synchronicity becomes constant

• Not just occasional “signs,” but a continuous stream of aligned events, people, and opportunities.
• Even delays or detours reveal themselves as perfectly timed adjustments.

You sense the “handover” moment

• There’s a subtle inner knowing that your 3D role is complete.

Often this comes with a dream, vision, or deep meditative experience where you are “welcomed” into your new station by guides, higher aspects, or soul family.

• What to do: Make a simple “completion list” of all unresolved matters — emotional, practical, and energetic.
• Why: Any lingering 3D tether is like a loose anchor rope. If it’s not resolved, it can snag you when you’re ready to move fully.
• How:
  • Return borrowed items.
  • Release or forgive lingering resentments (even silently).
  • Cancel or complete outdated memberships, contracts, or agreements.

. Lighten the Body

• What to do: Shift toward foods, sounds, and movements that feel “light-making” instead of “weight-keeping.”
• Why: As your frequency rises, your physical vessel naturally prefers high-life-force nourishment.
• Examples:
  • Gentle stretching or walking barefoot on natural ground.
  • Herbal teas or mineral-rich waters.
  • Sound baths or toning that vibrates the bones and fascia.

4. Seal Your Field

• What to do: Begin and end each day with a simple energetic seal.
• Why: In 5D, your luminous body is more porous — it’s important to consciously keep it in harmonic resonance.
• Simple Seal Practice:
  1. Imagine a sphere of golden-white light around you.
  2. Breathe into it until it hums.
  3. Speak a short phrase (mantra, prayer, or your light name) that locks it into place.

. Train for Non-Reaction

• What to do: When exposed to fear or density, consciously choose to observe without merging.
• Why: This is one of the final “tests” before the tether releases — you demonstrate that nothing can hook your field back into 3D polarity.
• Tip: If you feel pulled, silently repeat: “I see this, but I am not of it.”

. Set Your Signature Tone

• What to do: Choose one vibration that you will carry into 5D as your constant frequency.
• Why: This becomes your soul’s “calling card” in the higher dimension and stabilizes your reality.
• Examples: Grace, sovereignty, joy, truth, or compassion.

• What to do: Spend time each day feeling how your body, mind, and emotions would feel if you were already living fully in 5D.
• Why: You calibrate your cells and field to that resonance before the full shift, making the transition seamless.
• Tip: It’s less about “visualizing” and more about embodying the feeling.

What Happens to the Body in 5D?

Some imagine that shifting into 5D means instantly looking 21 again — but this is not how it works. The body is a miraculous expression of the soul, and in 5D it begins a gentle regeneration through resonance.

• Cells recalibrate to match the higher frequency.
• This can mean improved vitality, slower aging, and greater balance — but it’s a process, not a switch.
• The same applies to the clearing of disease or imbalance — it unfolds as the body’s systems harmonize with the soul’s vibration.

A Closing Thought

Moving from 3D to 5D is not about escaping, but about embodying more of your true self. It is a shift from living in reaction to living in creation, from survival to service, from separation to Oneness.

The doorway is not a date on the calendar — it is a frequency you carry.

1. Preparation

• Sit or lie comfortably.
• Place your hands over your heart.
• Take three slow, deep breaths — in through the nose, out through the mouth.

2. Grounding in 3D

• Visualize yourself standing in a familiar place in nature.
• Feel the texture of the earth beneath your feet, the weight of your body, and the pull of gravity.
• Sense the denser hum of the 3D world — the sounds, the smells, the colors as they are.

3. The Bridge of Light

• Ahead of you, a shimmering bridge of light appears.
• At its base, a soft golden mist gathers.
• Each step you take onto the bridge makes the air lighter, your breath easier, your body more fluid.

4. Entering 5D Resonance

• As you walk, the colors around you brighten — they seem to sing.
• The air feels alive, as if it is greeting you.
• Your heart expands with a feeling of unconditional love — not just for those you know, but for all life.
• You feel timeless, ageless, and limitless.

5. Anchoring the Experience

• A sphere of golden-white light surrounds you, holding this vibration within you.
• Silently say:
  “I am a bridge of light between worlds. I walk in truth, love, and freedom.”
• Feel the bridge remain beneath you — so you may return to this resonance whenever you choose.

6. Returning

• Slowly become aware of your physical body again.
• Take three deep breaths.
• When ready, open your eyes, knowing the 5D resonance is still humming within you.

🎵 Simple Resonance Exercise — 3D → 5D Frequency Tuning

This can be done daily in under 2 minutes.

Step 1: Place one hand on your heart, one on your solar plexus.
Step 2: Inhale deeply and hum a single note — whichever tone feels natural — letting it vibrate into your chest.
Step 3: On the exhale, imagine sending that hum upward to your crown, then out into the space around you.
Step 4: Repeat three times, letting the tone rise slightly each time, until it feels like your voice is “lifting the room.”
