Understanding Hand Tremors: The ‘Glitch in the Matrix’

I awoke about a week ago and I was preparing the food for the kitties I feed when I experienced my hand wanting to shake. I had experienced this before a few time. This time it was like there was a glitch between my mind and hand and as I recognized this, I quickly realigned and it was stable. It reminded me of the Movie “Matrix” when Neo saw the cat and ‘de ja vu’ a glitch in the matrix. However, since I am older, it was also possible this was just hopeful thinking and I was developing the ‘shakes’ that so many do as they age.

So – I decided to ask and to see if that is the case what can be done. Especially as we are moving from 3D to 5D there seems so much we don’t understand and are experiencing.

Here is my question and the answer i received.

I have a quick question. I sometimes experience like a glitch in the matrix that may be why so many older people have shaky hands. It is like I am doing something and thinking and then I have to focus my movements and my hands shake a bit until my thoughts align to what they are doing. What causes that?

1. Your body is often “ahead” of your conscious mind

Much of what we do physically — reaching, pouring, writing — is handled by automatic motor programs in the brain, especially in the cerebellum and basal ganglia. These operate without much conscious thought.
If your mind is busy thinking about something unrelated, those automatic programs keep running… until you suddenly “check in” consciously. That re-engagement can cause a brief signal mismatch, which shows up as a tremor or jerk.

2. Micro-delays in sensory-motor integration

Your brain constantly syncs proprioception (where your body is in space) with motor intent (what you mean to do). If there’s a tiny delay in the update — even milliseconds — your nervous system may send slight “correction pulses” to the muscles, causing a visible shake until the systems re-sync.

3. The role of attention and energy flow

On an energetic level, especially for empaths and sensitives like you, if your mental focus and prana/chi flow aren’t both in the same “task channel,” the physical body momentarily wavers. When you bring your awareness fully to the action, the energy re-centers and the tremor stops.

4. Why it’s more common with age

With time, the myelin sheath on nerves naturally thins, slowing nerve conduction just slightly. This makes the brain-hand syncing more prone to tiny lapses — so older adults may show more of these micro-tremors, especially when shifting between thoughts and actions.

ME: I am a multitasker and have been all my life. I see that I need to begin focusing differently and sense it will help also not only in these actions but in manifestation and spiritual work.

For sensitives, moments like this can occur when your awareness briefly slips into multi-layer perception — meaning you are perceiving two or more versions of reality at once.

Think of it as your consciousness sitting between:

  • The physical 3D timeline → where your body and action are happening.
  • A higher-dimensional layer → where patterns, energy grids, and soul-level intention reside.

When these two layers aren’t in perfect sync, the physical form can appear “hesitant” or “flickering” — and the hands, which are highly energy-sensitive appendages, show the tremor or pause.

What causes this slip?

  • Energetic influx or download → your brain is routing part of its processing power to receive information from higher levels.
  • Portal or grid alignment moment → when your personal energy aligns with a ley line or cosmic harmonic, you may unconsciously “tap into” both.

In conclusion: What did I experience old age tremors or a glitch in the matrix or both?

Since I am older I believe it was a combination. Since I have spent most of my life multitasking and I work with energies which surface as needed to be balanced in the grids, I need to be more aware to stay focused and practice these exercises to maintain my pathways. I think this happens to many of the older ones experiencing tremors, they just don’t know how to deal with it and hopefully this will be shared to help them find it and use it.

If you are younger and experience similar glitches, not necessarily tremor of hands, you now have a tool to help. Please be aware of the multitasking adding to this and perhaps do less split focus when you are doing a physical task.

We are in the shift from 3D to 5D and many things like this will come up. If I experience something like this, I will ask and share the answer.

Thank you it seems that we need reminding that our choices create our reality minute by minute. It is important how we begin our day to set the tone and focus to be in honor, truth, love, compassion and peace.

What are Sigils?

I heard in Spirit to address this question because some may wonder about the sigils or images I have shared with the messages. Many people hear the word sigil and think of magic and that may be a negative connotations depending upon your religious beliefs and what you have heard or read.

Sigils are used in magic as symbols. They are an image that represents a concept or energy with which one wishes to connect or manifest in their life. They are a focus which we can look upon and in the quiet of contemplation create a resonant connection to our desired outcome. That outcome may be physical manifestation or a mental, emotional or spiritual state of consciousness shift.

The sigil represented here was given by Mary Magdalene as part of a scroll regarding looking within ourself and seeing the beloved within us. To see ourself as the chalice that holds the Divine. We do not need to look outside of ourself for the other part of us, that part exists within us. The sigil is designed so that as we contemplate the concept it represents we have a visual image that represents that focus for us.

They are not negative, or magic, they are simply an energetic tool to help us to find inner resonance with a thought so that we can more easily manifest it in our lives. If you do not like or want to use one, simply put it aside or ignore it. We have many tools we can use in our lives. Sometimes, when I am working with a particular energy within the grid system I may use an image and crystal to hold a focus of connection. The image can be called a sigil for it represents the location. It holds no magic, it is simply a focus. It is not something necessary but sometimes it helps energy to connect, especially if I am creating an arc of connection between multiple locations.

So the essence is that a sigil is a tool to help us focus our energy or consciousness on a particular thought or item we wish to connect with in our life or spiritual path and manifest. In manifesting courses they tell you to build a vision board to focus your energy in manifesting. A vision board is a form of sigil.

Breaking the Chains of Control : Archangel Michael’s Guidance for Humanity

Sometimes a message comes in so strong to be shared that it cannot be put off and this is one of those messages. I tend to shy from this messages for they stir up emotions in myself and others and can send ones out of control on ego actions based on limiting beliefs. However, I was told the last few messages about balance and how to manifest and be of service in a balanced manner was preparation for this message. This comes forth at the behest of Archangel Michael.

Today, upon your planet, you are seeing chaos become more dominant as the systems of the world are facing the light awakening ones to their spiritual nature of oneness with all life and they are battling to remain in control. The perspective ones are holding of who is right and who is wrong is limited by the beliefs they still hold and the openness they have to the influence of the systems.

The systems and those who control them have the capacity to appear as Angels of Light while manipulating the lower energies within humans. You may not even be aware for it feeds the remnant of ego within you. It creates a need to convince others of your right even with might.

Ones hear of me and How Archangel Michael battled the Legions of Sstan and kicked them out of Heaven. Well there was not battle per say as you view battles, but the energy of Love, Truth and Divine Will clearing the areas of lower energies until they were ‘cornered’ , as you would say, in localities like Earth to continue their manipulation. Long ago those systems which have Ascended, appear as barren planetary spheres on the third dimensional level. The inhabitants learned how to cleanse and purify themselves spiritually so that the Light was able to remove that which was not in unity. There was no need for your 3D weapons of destruciton. The Light, Love and Will of the Infinite Oneness simpley shone brightly upon them and the lower energies were dispersed.

So, how do you know if you are on the ‘right’ side. There is no right or wrong. Each of you is creating the world in which you wish to participate. Even if you are being manipulated through media and mind control waves, if you choose to protect yourself with the Light and stand in Love, these energies cannot come to you and influence you. It take practice, mindfulness, inner work to clear, focus, intent and reach alignment through your heart with your Inner Being.

Think of these areas of belief in your life and actions. Do you seek money and material gain over the benefit of others. Would you hoard your money at the expense of one who is without food, shelter, and safety?

Would you turn your head against one in need? Money is not evil, it is placing money and material possessions above people, love and compassion.

Is your focus on things of the world at the loss of your spiritual connection?

Do you spend time in seeking clarity and service to the Highest Potential in all situations in order to benefit all life?

Do you believe might makes right and that hurting another is honorable?

Do you believe in caring and sharing?

Do you do unto others as you would have them do unto you?

Do you lust after the possessions of another?

Do you shun those who believe differently than you do or do you attempt to listen to understand their perspective and how they came to believe as they do? In so doing can you allow them their belief as you want them to allow you yours?

Humanity is on Earth as part of a program to help each to clear that which keeps them from Unity with the Highest Potential of Creation and Oneness. You are each being given all the tools you need to do so. No one can make the choice for you or do the inner work needed to clear those limits and set you free. You must do it yourself.

Seek in your heart to see if you put yourself and the material world before the greater good for all people. If you see this in any aspect of your life you are still under the influence of the Earth systems.

I and Legions of Beings of Light are surrounding Earth awaiting your call for help. We cannot do this for you, but we can inspire, protect and guide you as you make the journey.

THE TIME IS NOW. EACH OF YOU ARE NEEDED TO HELP TO SET HUMANITY FREE.

More money, more possessions, a better position, more power, more control, more land all of these are momentary illusions of the systems of Earth. When you leave this physical form you cannot take it with you. For it will not fit through the eye of the needle. Only your soul and your soul need be as light as a feather to move into the higher dimensions of Light.

Knock and the door will be opened ( we will help you as much as you choose and allow) Seek and ye shall find ( the way home to Oneness and Enlightenment has always been available you just did not have eyes to see or ears to hear, for you had not sought beyond the world systems).

This is your ‘wake up call’. We give these occassionally, but we are happy to say many have awakened. You need to be the Light and Love that you know it Truth. You have been given suggestions in these last few messages as to what can be done. Seek and Ask and we will help your to find your courage and strength to do what you are being called to do, with love, compassion and Oneness.

If one speaks their TRUTH with love and compassion and shines their Light in a Balance and Harmoniuos way, it will touch the hearts of others. It was reported that 52% have chosen the Light. Those still in turmoil need to see your light shine, not in separation and accusation but in standing in the Truth and Light that your truly are and stating that which you believe.

Ask the question to another is this truly how you want the world to be?

If not let us join together to create a better world, where all are safe, happy an partake of the joy and abundance of the Universe. It is in the giving that we open the door to receive. It is in our vibration that we attract what we experience in life.

These Truths may touch the heart and mind of another as they experience your balance, peace, and compassion in sharing.

Navigating Reality Shifts in Collective Consciousness

I am happy to be able to share with others and to hopefully inspire each of you to know that you are loved and needed by the Universe. It is only through us that change will happen. I have several messages to share in the next day or so, but as I read the messages some of you have left, it brings joy that inspiration comes to open the heart and mind to the possibilities.

I don’t always get notified that there are messages, or perhaps I do and I miss them.

What I was reminded in reading was something I heard the other day. It was a reminder that the earth is separating. Not on a physical level but an energetic level. I have shared about this before but what the person said struck a chord within me. To remember as the Soul of the Earth is Ascending to 5D those who are ready can Ascend with her. That what is happening now is that separation of energy manifesting within the collective consciousness.

Remember we are all connected through the grids of the Earth which contain the mass consciousness and the maintain the apparent solidity of form we experience as earth structures. Meaning all life is energy vibrating on the level of atoms and electrons. It is our focus and intent that bring that energy into the form of a chair or building. Along the way in creation of Earth it was agreed upon how differing forms would appear to all of us and it was agreed that is how it should be.

When we are born our consciousness is connected to that part of the grid so that we can function in society and maintain the physical reality. That being said, we are now experiencing the split whereby those who Ascend will find life and reality different. In all manifestation and in Ascension in order to connect to that reality our vibration must match that which we desire. To Ascend we must vibrate at a 5D or higher frequency.

How do we do this with clearing, focus, clarity mindfulness, integrity, love, compassion and caring. In order to do this we have to let go of focus upon the lower energies and place our focus, intent and action upon the higher frequencies and unity through the heart. As we do this our vibration will rise and we can move into 5D. If we focus upon the chaos , it is like an anchor that keeps us tied to the 3D energy and reality.

I remember the words, said that struck a chord with me were – Right now people are experiencing differing realities. Because some are focused and operating on a 5D level and others 4D or 3D. This is why someone may see something or experience it and for you it is not part of the reality you experienced.

For instance near where I live storage batteries from Tesla and another company are stored in a building. A few weeks ago these batteries caught fire and put forth toxic gas. Interestingly, the toxic gas quit spreading at the road at the farside of the housing addition where I live. It never came past that location. There were road, school and business closures because they could not use water to put it out. The batteries had to burn out themselves. I never had fear about it. Although I can understand the ones who had to evacuate and lived near it. However, the point in relevance here, is there are ones who still write on the neighborhood site that they see smoke coming from the storage facility and they are worried. My husband went by when he went to the post office and said there is no smoke. Yet, their fear has caused the situation to continue for them. Are they experiencing it as a different vibrational reality from myself. I don’t know, but this was just an example.

So many are in fear right now. To focus upon the fear will only bring more fear. As an empath, I sometimes have difficulty when the fear levels get too high in mass consciousness and have to take time to recenter and rebalance. The key to moving forward is to seek that which inspires you to see unity, compassion, caring, integrity and honesty. Make your personal growth a strong focus. I know we are all busy and it is difficult especially if you have a home, family, job and children. My guides keep telling me to limit social media. I don’t use my phone for this but I do look when I am on my laptop. So I am trying to do better. They say we waste a lot of time. Well maybe you don’t but obviously they think I do.

Fear is another anchor that keeps us from growing and expanding. Believe me when you ask for protection it comes. There are many helping us to keep moving forward. They say new energy levels of LOVE are pouring into the planet to help balance the anger, division and fear.

Shekinah is the Comforter, the Divine Feminine, represented by the DOVE. She brings to us that which we need to be balanced and in harmony and unity with each other and Earth. She says to call upon her and she will fill you with her Light and enfold you in love and comfort in times when you feel unbalanced, fearful, angry or unloved.

Quantum Revelation: Be Kind to Yourself

If you have been reading my blog you know I have been in a clearing and releasing period. So many people are and we are all handling it in different ways. Currently, I am in the busiest time of my ‘muggle’ work and recently we also had the situation of a elderly neighbor who fell Christmas at her daughters and she broke her arm. They brought her home and left her alone. We normally take her to the store, and help her but now she has doctors appointments and therapy to which she needs help. She cannot see very well, can’t drive and is very hard of hearing.

I share this neither to complain or for recognition but it is a part of a realization or revelation which I had this morning. I could have set boundaries and said well it’s not my problem. However, that is not in my nature or my husband’s to not help any living thing animal, bird or human when they are in need. We all need to set boundaries so one’s don’t take advantage, but human compassion is also needed. At the time I write this the LA fires have been going for 5 days, we have fire fighters coming from different places, including Canada and Mexico. BLESS THEM ALL AND KEEP THEM SAFE.

However, I digress from the Revelation. Recently, and especially during times of clearing and releasing patterns of self doubt, depression, fear, and beliefs are surfacing. For me it was what am I doing wrong that I can’t move from my muggle work to my spiritual work and manifest the vision I was given. What am I doing wrong or what is wrong with me? I feel like I have been spinning my wheels. It is quite expensive to live where we do on the Central Coast of California. My hopes of retiring on social security and doing spiritual work does not seem feasible. It becomes tiring with work, spiritual studies, home, helping neighbors, trying to do some spiritual writing when time allows. To add helping neighbors and there is not time left over.

Yesterday, I took a free webinar Master Class on Quantum healing and manifestation. I must commend the teacher Saira Kadeer for in a short period she helped me to shift quantumly. I have been nudged into Quantum teachings recently the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique and working with the Quantum field. So this was another piece of the puzzle. It was a very interesting webinar, and I felt the connection to the vision I have and the quantum field. The Quantum Field is the Creational Field of All Existence. It is where our Higher Self is one with all other Higher Selves and the Creator Source or Universal Mind. We reach this in the Theta level of consciousness.

The Vision of which I speak is the Star Center of Creation which I have written about before. This vision is of a place surrounded by nature where ones can come to connect with Earth, nature and elementals. Learn about working with and growing their own food. Walk and connect with the Elements and Elementals. A place where there are animals like, cats, dogs, alpacas, horses to which ones can learn to communicate and heal together through connection. It offers classes and information to help one to connect to their Higher Self and All Life. It will also offer healing on a quantum level. It also is a place where the energies have been cleared and raised so that ones can communicate with non physical Beings and they can manifest in form to interact. The idea is that ones could come for a day or a few days.

I know that many have this vision. Some have manifest parts of it or like me are contemplating how to do so. Where to begin? The idea is that when ones have come and partaken of the essence they were needing, that they would be inspired to go back to where they live and manifest a piece of this Star Center of Creation that can enlighten others and their environment.

It had become an overwhelming vision. However, I was given this morning by the Quantum Field of Oneness a REVELATION. You see I had been focusing upon where to start to manifest this bigger vision. When the object was to bring inspiration on how ones can create this where they live to begin the transformation there for themselves and touch the lives of those around them.

My Revelation was that I had created from the individual perspective a prototype. I have the flower gardens, the vegetable gardens that the elementals and fairies tend. I am so thankful to them. People comment on my gardens and I tell them all I do is plant, feed and water them, the fairies and elementals do the rest. I don’t have acres of land just a small lot, but I have pots and raised bed containers in the yard my husband made for vegetables and herbs that is enough for us, to share with neighbors and to preserve or can. I keep my flowers in pots so they are easier for me to move and tend. I have cats, racoons, opposums, many birds and insects to which I provide food and shelter as needed. We have other wildlife that comes and goes with the seasons. For we live on a small hill that overlooks a slough ( a place where rainwater gathers to create small ponds seasonally). So we see many deers, bobcats, egrets, Ibis, and sea birds, we are close to the ocean. My husband and I do this work ourselves. As well as I hold a full time job which I am lucky to do from my home. Through prayer and light our community is protected and we have wonderful caring neighbors. Not all speak english but we connect from the heart. I do my best to continue writing, and sharing as guided by my spiritual teachers and guides not in the physical as well as doing my own spiritual clearing and growth.

What is my REVELATION and why bother you with my life story. You see the Revelation was that I have been creating the individualized prototype that ones could create after visiting a Star Center of Creation if it was manifest in the physical form. I am being told to take pictures and record the journey on the website, StarCenterofCreation.org, to share how ones can create these to whatever level they are able in their own homes or apartments. You can do gardens on balconies in pots. They are seasonal and you can do grow lamps to keep a few herbs and fresh veggies if you want, all year long.

One can create with focus and/or crystals a corridor of light between the higher dimensions and their home that brings light into them, the earth, their community to help transform the negative energy. They can reach out to make sure their neighbors are doing okay and even just smile and say hello. Remember, so many elderly are ignored by their family and would love to just chat a few minutes. Children would learn so much from planting a garden and seeing the vegetables they produce to eat. Just taking them out into nature for walks and take off their shoes and touch the earth with their feet.

So, I realized I had been doing okay all along without realizing it. Now I just have to record the process and share it on the website and know it doesn’t matter if I am not the one to manifest a retreat center somewhere. The main idea is to help ones to create an oasis where they live of spiritual unity, peace and connection to Earth and the nature as well as each other. That I can do from here. I have done the small step and where it leads is up to spirit.

So the crux of this REVELATION for you is that sometimes we are so focused on the big picture we miss the little picture or the opposite can be true. Sometimes we are so focused on the little piece that we miss the bigger picture. In my case I think both apply. I was seeing the big picture and not sure how to get to it, meanwhile I was focusing all my energy on the small picture or steps but sometimes seeing them as another thing I had to do in life that was keeping me from the bigger picture. All the while I was doing exactly what needed to be done and all I simply need to do is allow myself the luxury of enjoying each step and trusting that if or when the next step comes, I am READY.

Sometimes, our daily routine seems so overwhelming, but maybe just maybe there are hidden gems we can’t see. I used to have 20/20 vision and I could easily see with my physical and spiritual eye. Then as I worked on computers more and got older my near vision got blurry and I had to wear glasses. Then about a year ago I noticed my near vision was now great – no glasses needed but my far vision was blurry. Why do I share this? I went to an eye doctor and they said I had cataracts. I was so pleased though my near vision was good, and they said it was called ‘second sight’. That something happens to the vision with cataracts that corrects any previous problem but once the cataracts are removed the original condition returns.

For me knowing that all that appears in the physical form begins in spirit. I had wondered why the switch from bad near vision to bad far vision had happened. I no longer could see clearly the future is what I sensed but I could see or was focusing upon what was close. ‘Second Sight’ well now I can understand that I needed to stop looking at the future and focus upon what I was doing now and then second sight could come. So I have done that and I understand. Sometimes we look at the future and hope to manifest that vision. SOMETIMES – we can quantumly move that future to the present close and see more clearly with a second look that it had been here all the time, we just needed that second look from a quantum perspective or higher perspective.

I hope this helps someone who might like myself be feeling that they don’t know where to begin and are perhaps beating themselves up or feeling down.

I love Dr Wayne Dyer’s quote; “When you change the way you look at things. The things you look at change.” I found this very true. When I looked at my life I saw I had been doing what I was supposed to do in my spiritual mission all along.

Declutter Your Life: Prepare for New Opportunities

A New Chapter in Life

This is the first day of the rest of my life.

It is a bit scary for I have been journeying to this day for 42 years since I started on the spiritual journey to fulfill my mission. You may think that is a very long time, well actually it is many life times but the days when I began this journey were very different than today. Without computers and cell phones, we had to seek out books and people of like mind to learn and share. In the midwest bible belt it was even more difficult because small towns and even bigger cities didn’t have much in the way of unusual books and classes. Yet, somehow my wonderful guides managed to get the right books and people in to my hands and into my life.

Finances for me have been a big issue. I have financed over these 40 years the spiritual service that I have done for humanity and the planet out of my resources from my daily job. I do so humbly and with delight to be able to help the bring compassion, love, light and freedom in whatever way I was called to do so. I have left my family and life to travel to different parts of the country as called by spirit. Yet, it was not the fully destiny I came to do upon this earth.

In my youth I was passionate and inspired, ready to take on the world. As I grew older, the world got scarier and concerns about the golden years of life and being financially stable came into play. I had spiritual disappointments, that made me step back and close off to reevaluate my beliefs. I have embraced my differences from others and focused on moving forward on my personal clearing and freedom even more intensely. Yet, the CALLING was always there. Our Higher Self and spirit guides have a way of knocking at the door to try to keep us on track.

A few years ago, they helped me to go out on my own with bookkeeping and I have been blessed to have wonderful clients whom I care about and honor their friendship and business. It has helped me to stay living in the area I do which is expensive. I had in my mind that in a few years I would take social security, have enough saved from my job and hopefully an income from my spiritual work, the CALL. The CALL still would be there and like with this blog I have been doing what I can between home, daily job, personal growth, family and trying to answer the CALL – JUST LIKE EACH OF YOU.

The laws of manifestation are wonderful to read about but not always as easy to ‘manifest’ in our daily lives. So finally once again I said to spirit help me in making way for this to happen. I also had the dichotomy of thought that we should not charge for spiritual work and help for it is a gift of the Creator and Universe and should be given freely. If ones feel it is of value then they should be guided to donate. Yet, you find most will not. Yet, another parts know that the law of giving and receiving is part of balance. If you give and don’t receive you create a block. If you receive and don’t give you create a block. Every blockage has one day to be cleared and the energy balanced.

Finally this year reaching the age of 69, I realized it is time to retire the muggle work and begin the ‘Calling’ . So today, is the beginning of release of my first client in a process of transition. I know it will take time, but I had to take the first baby step in order to move forward and ‘turn the page’. Then I was guided to look at the monthly message from Diana Cooper for November .

Dear Friends,

November offers another exciting month. It may not be easy but never dull.

The full moon in November 2024 will be on Friday, November 15 and is known as the Beaver Moon.   It is of great consequence for the tide is turning to take you to the next step in your destiny.   It is time to consider where you all are going and prepare for it.  You must be ready.  If you resist you will miss a cosmic opportunity.

Load your boat up ready for the journey ahead.  This is important so by the end of November be prepared.  

First Set your vision.

Then Unclutter your life and your consciousness.  Let go of your troubles and your griefs. They will weigh down your boat.

Here is an exercise. If you have some coloured pens or paints, that’s brilliant.  use them. If you haven’t use a pencil or biro and think the colours.  Or just use your finger to draw.

Remember to keep your heart open. Breathe into your heart and allow the 33 petals to open.

State your vision or destination.

Plan your route by stating your intention.   My intention is to…..

Ask your guardian angel for all that you will need to accomplish your mission.

Then invoke Archangel Uriel, the gold and ruby angel of power with wisdom.

Draw a gold and red arrow facing forward, to the right.

You can do this with your finger and your imagination or on a piece of paper.

Place a circle round it.  This is the symbol of the heart.  Clockwise to move forward

Affirm, I now move forward with power and love.

Stay open to any thoughts or ideas that come to you.

This is so beautiful. I have been receiving the message to declutter my life. Part is the work, but also the things in my house that I no longer need or want. To declutter my life by learning to set boundaries to my energy giving to others so that I remain in balance. I have been hearing that the Full Moon on the 15th would open new doors and here she is repeating it and what we can do to help our path and focus.

Then yesterday too, as timing with spirit is everything. In the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique class I am taking online, they had a demonstration of the technique on a younger woman, who could have been me in many ways as I listened to her. In the QHHT program you connect the client to their SubConscious or Higher Self who share wisdom and healing with the person/client. Through their own body/voice. The words spoken, could have been ones my Higher Self would have said about me. The system works and after the session she was healed of physical problems and her life changed. She left her job and stepped into the calling she came to do.

It isn’t easy to step out of comfortable, even if it isn’t making you happy, but it is security. I realized my guides kept saying your calling will bring you peace, joy and abundance. You aren’t feeling joy because you are not loving what you do, it is part of the fear factor.

So today with I am letting go of all fear and anxiety and stepping forth into the unknown. It involves, healing, teaching and helping others to tap into the well spring within themselves. Today with all the energy pouring into the planet to help us and the younger generations being born aware and more connected their paths won’t be as long. But, it is worth it. It is not about money or being noticed, but about sharing, connecting, helping others and creating a better world for all. The Universe knows of our needs and when we align to our purpose with grace and faith we align to all that we need to move forward along that path.

EVERYONE CAN MOVE FORWARED TOGETHER, but the choice is always up to the individual.

Then I saw a post from someone who said we have crossed the finish line.

What I heard from Spirit is that ones have made their choices and Earth is proceeding beautifully with her Ascension and all we need to do is keep our focus on the highest outcome possible for ALL. We need to continue proceeding forward in our spiritual clearing and to shine our love and light brightly by anchoring the light upon the Earth.

What we place our focus upon is what will manifest in our lives. We can be there for ones who are asking and searching while allowing each their right to choose. There are no wrong or right choices regarding if this is an individuals time to ascend. Yes, there is much help available to aid us now, but each will have the time of their choice to do so if they don’t choose now.

Will there be turmoil ahead? Yes, change is not always easy, but we don’t need to participate. We can ask for Archangel Michael to surround each person with the dark blue pyramid of protection to help block the lower energies they prevent them receiving the higher wisdom. We can be the conduit of higher light, love and wisdom between higher dimensions and earth to bring more in to help earth and all life. We can concentrate on our own process by daily clearing out energy and being mindful of our thoughts, words and deeds and listening to our inner guidance. We can visualize the world in the way we would love to see it.

Find that which brings you joy and place your focus there instead of focusing upon that which you don’t want. Where we focus is what we will manifest in our lives. Whatever is going to happen is up to us. There is much written about jumping time lines. This means we will move to that experience to which we match the vibration. All possibilities exist, it is how clear our energies and intent are that determine our vibration and the time line experience we will have.

Take authority in your life and seek the highest possible experience for yourself and all life.

As always the choice is yours and the Universe supports you in your choice.

Interpreting Signs: From Crop Circles to Spiritual Guidance

“Signs, Signs everywhere signs. Do this. Don’t do that. Can’t you read the signs.” Song by Five Man Electrical Band 1971.

Music is important in our spiritual process, music and sound even the lyrics for they cause us to focus on a feeling or intent. So lately my attention is being draw to lyrics as signs as well as programs, shows, feather, etc. I have also tried to pay attention but I am now being asked to focus upon these ‘signs’. I will discuss how music was a sign in this in just a bit.

Several years ago this crop circle appeared with the image of an alien and what was concluded to be a binary code message to humanity. Below it is the translation to which scientists agreed. On the right side of the picture was an answer to the message humanity sent forth into the cosmos about who we are which appeared in a crop circle. Crop circles are signs to try to communicate with us and also to imprint energies into the earth.

“Beware of the bearers of false gifts and their broken promises. Much pain but still time. (Word damaged.) There is good out there. We stand against deception. Closing of the conduit (ringing of the bell). “

It is always helpful to be open to what is happening around us. To watch and listen to the sights and sounds, and the inner impressions we hear, sense, feel and sometimes smell or taste. You might catch a whiff of Roses that signify Mother Mary is close by. You might smell the aroma of the cigar your father smoked as he tries to connect with you to bring you a message of love and encouragement. You might hear the faint whisper of your name as your guardian angel calls to you. You might see a feather fall from the sky where there is no bird which is your guide trying to tell you they are there.

You don’t need to think of this as religious or spiritual if you are agnostic or atheist. It is not something outside of you but the highest functioning part of yourself trying to connect with you and help you. Consider these synchronicities or de ja vu events. It doesn’t matter what we believe as long as we open and ask for help or more to be shown to us of the mysteries of existence, the guidance will come.

Yesterday, we made a trip from the central coast of California to LA to take a birthday cake and spend a few hours with my mother in law. She is old and in a nursing facility because of her limited physical abilities. Unfortunately, she was physically and mentally not in a state to visit. Within me was the desire to wish and want to heal her. I do not practice physical hands on healing. I know that I can channel healing (reiki) and other modalities of energy work, however, I have also come to know and understand that healing comes from within the individual.

As I ask her about what she was feeling physically, I realized that she was limiting her own comfort by what she was choosing to do and not do as suggested by her doctor. Any healing without a shift in consciousness and perspective will not last. So, I was told there was nothing I could do but I could ask for the Archangel Raphael to heal or help her in accordance with her Higher Self.

For you see we don’t always know the lessons or reasons one choose what they experience in life, and we can take on karma by interfering. There are wonderful healers who know what they are doing and can help people tremendously. The ‘key’ at this time is for us to begin to take responsibility for our own healing. For my mother in law she was making choices and so I was told to step back and let the higher Angels step in if she desired their help.

I know this might not seem like it belongs in a writing about signs, but it was a sign for me. To be aware of the signals from others beyond the physical and our personal thoughts and desires to help another in order for us to understand there is a bigger picture being shown by subtle signs and signals. Sometimes, even if we have an ability, it is not for the highest good to use it unless guided to do so.

SIGNS – physical symptoms are SIGNS that something is not in balance within our quartenary bodily system. For us to be in optimum health our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies must be clear, balanced and working in harmony. So as we left I was reminded again about how we can only do what we are guided and to give to those who work from a higher perspective to do the rest. LET GO AND LET GOD.

ALSO, I was told to remember to remind EVERYONE, it is important for us to focus our attention on what is happening around us and to let go of the distractions of media and electronics, SO WE CAN SEE THE SIGNS. SIGNS ARE EVERYWHERE.

I kept hearing that humanity needs to become aware of what is happening around them. We are locked into electronics and are missing the signs and we are at a critical point.

TIMING is always important and so when you put timing , signs and synchronicities together, THE UNIVERSE IS SCREAMING AT US. In the last two weeks there was a reminder over and over again beginning with the book ” MYSTIC IN THE MEWS” about people turning off distractions and paying attention to what is happening around them for more and more signs are coming to help us awaken, come together and focus a new INTENT and world in the days ahead.

The day before we left on our trip I was guided to listen to three different youtube videos with perspectives on the same subject. The future of the US elections. I do not take sides and I don’t get involved in the news and struggles of what is being bantered about politically. I felt sad there is so much division regarding leadership in our country and others around the world right now, that there is no outstanding leader that the majority say that’s the one worthy of leading our country.

What is the point when it seems to just be getting worse and pulling the nation apart. I was guided to these perspectives to help me understand. First let me say I am a strong believer that Earth is Ascending and that those ready will Ascend with her into a new consciousness 5D paradigm of Unity and Oneness. To be part one must choose to do so and focus upon releasing that which would stop them from doing so.

That is why many of us came to Earth to be part of this shift of paradigm and to help others to awaken. I also believe that if enough of us let go of that which keeps us separate and come together with a higher focus we can change the world and bring 5D into the planet for all to partake. If we can do this, we will experience a shift the allows for all to move forward working in Unity.

The first video was by the Farsight Institute of Remote Viewing. There remote viewing is done blind by the viewer. They are not told where or whom they are viewing. They are given a code to focus upon and then they record what they see. This focus was on the two US conventions. This video showed riots outside of each and violence and destruction.

So the second video was by a women who claims to channel the Galactic Federation. Her guides from the GF upon speaking about the candidates said it did not matter which candidate won the vote they were both differing perspectives of the same ‘OLD’ paradigm. With one it would be a bit slower process and not as dramatic for the shift and the other would bring a quick and dramatic shift. The element that fascinated me was they said it did not matter who won the vote, that the election would be decided by the choice or focus of consciousness of humanity.

As I asked what this meant I was then guided to a podcast which was the interview of a Canadian Astrologer. Beautiful lady, who had much wisdom to share. She had focused what she shared on the birth chart of the US. For a country can be guided by planetary energies at the time they are formed, much as we are by our birth date. She said that in the next few years beginning now we are at the same astrological chart as when the US was formed on July 4, 1776.

Remember we were born of a revolution. She said that is why there is so much division now and violence to come. Back to the energy of the revolution. She said basically the same about the candidates, but added that the popular vote nor electoral college will determine the outcome. She said that it is time that the younger generation is ready for change and those who Light workers. She said that there might not even be an election but a consciousness revolution that brings about a new order. Not a violent change like in the farsight images, although I feel those will still happen at the conventions, but by election time humanity can COME TOGETHER with focus and intent on a new way of living in peace and unity and decide the OLD no longer works and we want something different. She said it looks like by 2026 we will be in a whole new way of living and being by the choice of humanity.

THIS REQUIRES focus, choice, unity, and intent on peace, love and hope for a better future.

INTERESTING – I was wondering is this really true.

Yet, the more I look around on the internet, the more I see people speaking about this same idea of letting go of Division and focus on coming together.

One of the key ways a person who is learning to connect with non physical beings is connecting through the heart, and learning the vibrational feeling of the Presence of differing guides and Light Beings. Then to be sure if feels good, unifying and not fearful or bringing about duality and separation. Always ask for a sign of verification and they will tell you to question and verify if they are of the light.

SO I DID this morning. – I like to ask for a Dragonfly it is my connection and verification from Metatron. Sure enough within a minute one flew by. So I feel that this is at least at this time a direction of flow of the energies. This does not mean that at anytime, by the choices ones make that the direction cannot change.

So this brings me back to music as a sign. As we started out drive home I kept hearing to listen to Phil Collins. The first CD I listened to didn’t seem to have what they were wanting me to hear. So I put in a second one of his hits.

This song reminds us that while so many have so much, we can choose to ignore the needs and suffering of many around us. Yes, we can believe that it was their choice to be in that condition or that we can’t do anything to help them. Yet, I think what we are facing now is that a FEW coming together with a focus of abundance, hope, joy, peace and love – CAN MANIFEST A NEW WORLD- a doorway for others who choose to participate to walk through to a higher state of being.

Sometimes, ones cannot dig themselves out and look to walk through a door when they are hungry, hurting and feeling alone. Sometimes one just needs to shift their focus to be healed, and when they see that doorway open they can let go of all the pain they have been holding and be healed.

To manifest a new world, it requires a team to do this a unified focus of intent.

There are many other lyrics to this song but they were not part of the message or sign. I was being told that something is coming and to feel for I have been waiting for this all my life.

Which circles back to the timing and sign of the book Allan Ishac wrote Mystic in the Mews. Why did it come out now. It speaks of ones awakening, coming together to bring about a focus of a new world. There are no accidents it was either a predetermined part of the Greater or individual plan, or a choice we made that create the world we experience.

We can at any moment change the way we look at things and things we look at change.

If that was not enough I was draw to open the book Angelic Mysticism by Georgios Mylonas to a page that spoke of Angels and how they are pure consciousness of power and qualities of expression of the Divine, but can choose to take human form at will. It goes on to say that we humans too on an energy and mental level can take any form even if our physical form doesn’t shift. We can express different qualities and aspects of Being by visualizing or imagining what we want to see or express and feel an attune to what it would be like. Practice to shift and focus our energy individual and mutually through spiritual attunement and focus of pure Intent.

SO , my friends I think we are at the brink of something wonderful and new but it requires us making a choice to focus and do our part to make it happen.
