The Four Gateways of Freedom and Integration: Physical* Mental* Emotional * Spiritual

At first glance, it may seem that these Gateways return us to teachings many of us learned long ago and have practiced for years. Yet the path of Return to Oneness is not linear—it is spiral in nature. We revisit the same understandings at deeper levels of clarity, integration, and embodiment.

Yesterday, I wrote about a video I had seen while reflecting upon the energy of the Storyteller. Although it did not belong within that particular message, when I awakened and asked about it, I was shown that it belonged here—within the Gateways of Freedom.

We will look at each Gateway separately so that we may understand and integrate them more fully upon a new level of awareness.

About two years ago, I was guided to study Arcturian Healing and later the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique developed by Dolores Cannon. At the time, I was uncertain whether I would ever become a practicing healer. I only knew there was purpose in learning these systems. Looking back now, I can see that they opened me to a much greater understanding and prepared me for the information and experiences that followed.

I had reached a point of pause in my life. I did not know what was next.

The Arcturian Healing Technique introduced me to the understanding of the quaternary body system—the relationship between the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. This became profoundly important to my journey.

The physical body is not separate from the others. It is formed through the interaction and expression of the spiritual, emotional, and mental energies coming together. In order to live in conscious freedom and alignment, all four bodies must function in harmony and unity.

When we are mentally overwhelmed, confused about our direction, or focused continually upon what feels wrong in our lives, it begins to affect us emotionally and physically. Mental imbalance creates emotional disturbance, and together they can manifest physically as pain, exhaustion, or illness.

Recently, when I needed to release energy, pain appeared within my heel and became a type of release valve. At other times in my life, I experienced pain in my knees when I was struggling spiritually with integration and movement forward. Some individuals experiencing deep emotional wounds may develop heart-related conditions. Extreme stress can manifest as ulcers or other physical symptoms.

The mental body affects the emotional body. The emotional body affects the physical body. Each influences the others continuously.

Those forced to live under extreme hardship or instability often experience emotional and mental fragmentation that eventually manifests physically. Likewise, when we become physically ill, our ability to focus mentally weakens, and emotional imbalance can follow. I have witnessed individuals with advanced illness become so consumed by physical suffering that emotional and mental connection with others becomes difficult.

These are only examples, yet they reveal something important:

Whenever one of the four bodies falls out of balance, our connection to our Higher Presence and inner guidance becomes more difficult to access clearly.

Thoughts from the past may rise unexpectedly. Emotional reactions may surface strongly. Physical symptoms may appear without obvious explanation. If we do not pause to observe, understand, and clear these imbalances, they can ripple through all levels of our being.

This is why I often speak of becoming aware of our thoughts, our physical responses, and our emotional reactions.

When something within you feels disturbed, pause.

Return inward.

Ask yourself gently:

  • Is this emotional?
  • Is this mental stress or fear?
  • Is this connected to a belief being challenged?
  • Is this physical discomfort carrying a deeper message?
  • What recently shifted or occurred in my life?

Become familiar with your state of inner stillness. Learn to recognize the feeling of harmony within your Higher Heart and Presence. Then, when you move out of alignment, you will begin to notice it more quickly and lovingly.

For myself, I often use the Violet Flame to transmute energies as I consciously release the cause, core memory, emotional imprint, and effects of an experience. Understanding the quaternary body system through the Arcturian teachings helped me greatly in monitoring these shifts and restoring balance between my physical self and my spiritual Flame of Being.

This understanding also opened me to teachings about creating Light Corridors around oneself and one’s living space, then gradually extending them outward into the community and beyond as guided. Through this process, I deepened my connection with the Earth, nature, and non-human life, eventually helping to establish what became known as the Hope Corridor.

Spirit has a beautiful way of guiding us once we begin paying attention to synchronicities. The more consciously we notice them, the more they begin to appear.

The next understanding arrived only weeks later through the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique.

Please understand: I am not suggesting that anyone must study these systems. Whether one feels drawn to them is entirely personal. I mention them simply to honor the role they played within my own journey and the understanding they awakened within me.

The purpose of the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique is to guide an individual into a deep somnambulistic trance state where they may connect to what the system refers to as the subconscious mind. Within this state, one may access deeper awareness, unresolved patterns, memories, guidance, and healing.

For me, however, this became confirmation of something I already deeply sensed:

What many call the quantum field is intimately connected to the Unified Field of Oneness.

Whether one refers to it as the subconscious, the Higher Self, the Presence, or the Universal Mind, it points toward the understanding that consciousness itself is interconnected beyond the limitations of ordinary perception.

The technique itself requires another practitioner to help guide and return the individual safely from the trance state. Yet for me, simply understanding the principles behind it helped awaken a deeper remembrance regarding timelines, consciousness, and the interconnected nature of existence.

It also deepened my appreciation for the way modern quantum physics is gradually revealing aspects of unity and interconnection that many spiritual traditions have spoken of for centuries.

I mention this technique because there are sincere practitioners working with it, and for some individuals it may serve as a helpful tool if they feel deeply blocked or disconnected within themselves.

So this becomes the introduction to the next Four Gateways of Freedom:

  • The Physical Gateway
  • The Mental Gateway
  • The Emotional Gateway
  • The Spiritual Gateway

As these Gateways began to form within my awareness, the presence of Lady Liberty arose strongly once again. I have worked with her energy for many years, and I sensed her standing once more with torch raised high—not as a figure of external salvation, but as a reminder that true freedom begins within the harmony and integration of our own Being.

Closing Reflection

Freedom is not found through escaping one aspect of ourselves while clinging to another.
It is found through integration.

When the mind quiets, the emotions soften.
When the emotions soften, the body relaxes.
When the body relaxes, the spirit flows more freely.

And when the spirit flows freely, we begin to remember that we were never truly separate from the Light we have been seeking.

The Gateways are not outside of us.
They are openings within our own awareness.

And each moment of conscious stillness becomes another step through them.

Closing Invocation of the Gateway of Freedom

I stand now before the Gateway of Freedom.

Not seeking escape from life,
but deeper harmony within it.

May my body become a vessel of peace.
May my mind become clear and still.
May my emotions flow in balance and truth.
May my spirit remain open to the Presence of the One Life moving through all things.

Where fear has held me,
may awareness bring release.

Where pain has lingered,
may compassion bring healing.

Where confusion has clouded my path,
may inner stillness reveal the next step.

I call forth the Flame of Freedom within my Being.
Not freedom from responsibility,
but freedom from separation, struggle, and forgetting.

May the Violet Flame transmute all that no longer serves my highest good.
May the Higher Heart open gently and naturally.
May I walk forward with trust, clarity, and grace.

Like the torch held high at the Gateway,
may I become a quiet light for myself and others—
not through force,
but through Presence.

And as I walk through this Gateway,
may I remember:

The freedom I seek
has always existed within the Light of my own Being.

And so it is.

Ageless Wisdom of Experience

Please note this is a long message, though hopefully not a boring one. What emerged yesterday came through a response to one of my messages, followed by a dream and then a video this morning. I love synchronicity and the way life gently brings the pieces together.

So far, we have explored the Gateways of Truth, Release of Vows, Creating Sacred Space, Forgiveness, Self-Love, Peace, Witnessing, Allowing, I Am Enough, and Grounding Our Presence and Light. Throughout these writings, I have shared stories from my own experiences because stories help make spiritual understanding more tangible to our senses, emotions, and thoughts.

We do not focus heavily on daily world events because, as I was reminded again today, “Silence is golden.” We do not place our energy upon what we do not wish to create, but rather upon what we do wish to embody. This is why alignment with the Higher Self through the Higher Heart is so important.

So let us begin this story.

Yesterday, I received a message from someone who reads my blog. She shared that she too had been feeling disconnected from what had previously seemed important to her over the last year. She was in what many would call the “golden years,” as I am.

What I have come to feel within this disconnect is not loss, but the release of old vows and a shift of focus toward Being and embodying our I AM Presence.

This feeling of disconnection can arise as we begin releasing attachment to the past and to the dense emotional energies of the world in order to align with our highest possible expression. It is often only a temporary space of adjustment. During these periods, it helps greatly to spend time in nature, stillness, and grounding our individual pillar of light. These practices help us move more gently and consciously into new energies and perspectives.

The focus begins to shift from doing as service… into Being as service.

How this manifests will be different for each of us. Yet whether young or old, many will experience this sense of detachment as they release old identities, old energetic patterns, and long-held roles.

I have also been shown something beautiful regarding those of us who are older. There was once a time when elders remained deeply integrated into family life as wisdom keepers, storytellers, and caretakers of the young. They helped guide future generations while parents worked and sustained the home.

Today, for many reasons, that closeness has changed. Distance, work, unresolved wounds, and modern life have created separation in ways previous generations did not experience as strongly.

Yet the disconnection I speak of here is not simply social or familial.

It is spiritual.

It is connected to those who have served as Light Workers, healers, teachers, caretakers, awakeners, and anchors of consciousness throughout much of their lives. Many devoted themselves to helping raise children, support others, and carry light through difficult periods of human change.

Then suddenly, just as deeper spiritual embodiment begins unfolding, many feel disconnected and uncertain.

Have I lost my connection?
Have I done something wrong?
Am I abandoned?
What am I supposed to do now?

You have done nothing wrong.

You are simply standing within the in-between space — the sacred pause of breath between Doing and Being.

It is a moment of choice.

You may choose to remain where you are and simply enjoy your life as it is, and there is nothing wrong with that. Or you may choose to step more deeply into embodiment and Presence.

I was shown this transition symbolically like a graduation ceremony.

A crown was placed upon the head, symbolizing the opening of the crown chakra and higher centers of wisdom. Then a staff or scepter was placed into the hands, representing personal sovereignty, inner authority, and conscious alignment with the state of Oneness and Being.

It was as though we had completed a contract of service.

Now we are invited to write a new one for ourselves.

That night I had a dream.

In the dream I was younger again and in a state of transition. I was preparing to learn or begin something new, and I needed a means of support while moving through this change.

I do not remember every detail, but I remember the essence clearly.

Someone told me about an organization that helped people find work connected to their true interests. The work would allow flexibility so that one could continue pursuing deeper passions while still being supported practically.

I went to meet the woman in charge. She was warm, kind, and welcoming. I applied, and shortly afterward a young man arrived at my door to tell me I had been accepted. He explained how the system worked and then asked me what my area of interest was.

At that exact moment, an image of a clowder of small kittens appeared before him.

I smiled and said, “I love kittens.”

Then I awoke.

As I reflected upon the dream, I realized the younger version of myself did not symbolize literal age regression. Rather, it represented a return to openness, curiosity, possibility, and willingness to begin again.

Dreams often return us to younger aspects of ourselves when the soul is preparing for a new cycle that requires freshness rather than accumulated identity.

When we have spent much of life striving toward service, goals, roles, and responsibilities, releasing attachment to those identities can feel disorienting. It requires a new way of seeing ourselves.

The dream did not suggest abandonment of the earthly world in pursuit of spirituality.

Instead, it showed a bridge between practical life and meaningful purpose.

The organization itself felt symbolic — not merely a literal company, but a soul-level support structure. A field of alignment. A reminder that when we move closer to authenticity, new forms of support and exchange begin appearing naturally.

The woman in charge carried a gentle initiatory energy. She did not judge, test, or intimidate.

She simply received me.

That felt important.

Then came the young man who explained “how the system works.” Since doorways in dreams often symbolize thresholds, he felt representative of a balanced masculine energy — not forceful control, but guidance, structure, and grounded understanding.

The masculine was serving the feminine unfolding, not dominating it.

And then came the kittens.

This felt like the emotional heart of the dream.

Kittens symbolize innocence, gentleness, playfulness, affection, curiosity, softness, and emerging life. They are beings still discovering the world through trust.

When they appeared at the exact moment I was asked my “area of interest,” it felt as though the soul answered before the mind could.

Not simply “cats.”

But the qualities they represent.

The dream seemed to say that what nourishes me now is not intensity, striving, or heavy responsibility, but gentleness, creativity, tenderness, nurturing, heartfelt connection, and allowing life to emerge naturally.

The kittens also felt symbolic of my creations themselves:

my writings, blog posts, future books, teachings, and projects.

Small living energies entering the world one by one — not forced into existence, but loved into being.

It also felt meaningful that I awoke immediately after saying:

“I love kittens.”

Not after instructions.
Not after explanations.
Not after career details.

I awoke at the moment of authentic heart resonance.

The dream did not seem focused upon what I should do next, but rather how I am meant to move forward:

with softness, gentleness, flexibility, self-kindness, and trust in what naturally brings warmth to the heart.

The transition did not appear to require forceful reinvention.

It seemed to ask for allowing life to reorganize itself around what is truly alive within me now.

And perhaps the dream was quietly asking:

What if support comes not through abandoning my path for survival…
but through allowing my natural joys, gifts, tenderness, and authenticity to become part of the path itself?

Perhaps most quietly of all, it reminded me:

I am allowed to begin again softly.

I feel this message applies not only to myself, but to many of us as we release attachment to the chaos and density of old systems and move more fully into Presence, Peace, and Being.

Again and again, I have been guided toward stillness, grounding, nature, balance, and inner harmony.

From this state, what is truly aligned will come naturally.

And when it does, it becomes a blessing not only to ourselves, but to others as well.

I was also shown clearly that it is perfectly acceptable to remain where we are if that is our genuine choice. We have fulfilled much already. Yet if we choose to move through this period of stillness consciously, a new way of Being may begin opening before us.

It felt like graduation day.

At first I did not know whether this experience was only for my personal understanding or something to be shared publicly. I initially thought it might become another “Gateway,” and in many ways it was.

The Gateway of the Storyteller.

Part of my path now feels connected to sharing what I have seen, experienced, remembered, and lived.

In 1992, the year my father passed, I was guided upon a journey through the Four Corners region to connect with certain sacred sites and energies. During that journey, I stopped at the Yellow Horse Trading Post, where a young man shared many stories with me. I also purchased several items I knew instinctively I was meant to carry.

One of them was a silver ring depicting a seated woman surrounded by children climbing upon her while she told stories.

The moment I saw it, I understood.

I am a storyteller.

And perhaps I have been for many lifetimes.

The choices and paths before each of us during these times of transition will differ. I am simply sharing how it was shown to me.

There is another story that followed the next day from the video I mentioned in the opening paragraph, but for now I hear clearly:

This part is complete.

Closing Blessing

The Gateway of the Storyteller

May you remember that you were never meant
to carry the whole world upon your shoulders forever.

May the crowns you receive now
not be crowns of burden…
but of quiet fulfillment, softened wisdom,
and the opening of the Higher Heart.

May the staff you carry
no longer be one of striving and effort alone,
but of sovereignty, presence,
and trust in the unfolding path before you.

May you allow yourself to release
the need to force the river of life,
and instead rest gently within its flow.

May what is truly aligned with your soul
gather naturally around you:
love, creativity, kindness, companionship, joy,
new beginnings, and the small living creations
waiting to be loved into the world through you.

May you remember that Being itself
is a sacred offering.

And may you know, deeply and peacefully,
that sometimes the greatest gateways
do not open through intensity or struggle…

but through softness.
Through gentleness.
Through allowing.

May you sit beneath the trees of your own becoming,
with life gathered warmly around you,
and finally feel the truth within your heart:

I no longer need to force the river.
I only need to remain open enough
to let it flow through me.

And so it is.

The Gateway of Now

I find it challenging to live fully in the present moment. I have spent much of my life in a rational mindset—planning the next step, mapping out the future, creating a structure from which to act and choose. Yes, I understand that life does not always unfold according to plan, and adjustments are required. Still, having a plan provides a foundation—a springboard from which to move forward.

To live in the Now, to wait for direction and higher inspiration, is not easy—at least not for me. Patience has never come naturally. I would receive inspiration, form a plan, and take action. To not do so can feel like being in limbo, even disconnected.

Yet I understand this is part of a deeper process—aligning more fully with my Higher Self, my I AM Presence. This is not about surrendering my free will, but about stepping away from the chaotic energies of the world that interrupt and redirect the flow of my rational plans, often leading to reaction rather than true guidance.

I know that when I am aligned with my higher guidance, there is an ease to the flow. I remain steady even when emotional storms arise. I trust that any needed adjustments will come, and that the highest possible outcome can unfold for all. I also know that I hold the sovereign right to choose at every step of my life.

This morning, I realized something important. What I had felt deeply connected to over the past year is no longer the center of my focus. I find myself in a space of transition—of shifting and choice.

With this awareness came the understanding that I must consciously ground myself and maintain a strong energetic circuit between my Higher Self, my physical form, and the Earth.

I have spent much time working with the Earth and the grids—clearing, activating, and engaging. Now, however, I find myself in a different role: that of the witness. This shift feels unfamiliar. I had not been consciously maintaining or sensing that same connection.

Now I feel it is time to reconnect—but in a new way. I am not yet certain what that looks like, but I will begin simply: grounding myself and connecting through the node point of my home in whatever way I am guided.

This requires letting go of past connections so that new energy can emerge.

In this space, I am shown that I can witness without the need to act on everything I perceive—unless I am guided to do so in the moment. I needed to step away from the old path in order to truly live in the Now and make space for what is to come.

As I reflect, I am reminded of a familiar truth: there comes a time in life when we must release what no longer serves us. This is not only a physical clearing, but also mental, emotional, and spiritual. We declutter our lives and our energy fields.

That is the process I now recognize I have been moving through—releasing the past and its connections, making space for the new, or reconnecting at a higher level with what remains.

In doing so, we enter the Now.

To live in the Now, we must release the weight of the past and let go of the need to control the future. In that space, we reconnect with who we truly are—and with the new possibilities that arise from that truth.

This is the Gateway of Now.

Closing Blessing: The Gateway of Now

Beloved Presence within and around,
I call forth the stillness of the Eternal Now.

May all that no longer serves gently fall away—
from mind, from body, from heart, from field—
without struggle, without resistance, without fear.

May the weight of the past be released into the Earth
to be transmuted into wisdom.
May the grasping for the future soften into trust.

I anchor now the living circuit of Light:
Higher Self above,
Heart Presence within,
Earth Mother below.

Let this current flow freely—
clear, steady, and true.

May I walk as the witness—
not separate, but sovereign…
not withdrawn, but aligned…
not waiting, but listening.

In each breath,
in each step,
in each moment of awareness—
I enter the Gateway of Now.

And in this Gateway,
I remember:

I am guided.
I am grounded.
I am free to choose.
I am present to Life as it unfolds.

So it is.
So it is held.
So it is lived.

The Gate Way of Living in Sovereignty: A Path to Inner Peace

Woman walking barefoot on beach at sunset with text Today is my Peaceful Day

To share this is simply to help another—or others—understand in a more grounded way what it means to Be, or to live an aligned life with our I AM Presence, our Higher Self.

For some, there may be a sudden shift into this awareness. But from what I have experienced, and from the guidance I have received, it is more like walking a spiral staircase… or the unfolding of petals on a flower. We move forward, then sometimes step back—not in failure, but to gather a thread that was not yet complete—before rising again.

I share this so you do not think:
“I am failing. I must be doing something wrong because I still fall out of alignment or feel stress or emotion.”

You are not failing.
You are unfolding.

To live in a state of Being is to live in Sovereignty—where our choices and actions are no longer dictated by external systems or people as authority over our thoughts and behaviors.

This does not mean we ignore the laws of society. Rather, it means we naturally align with what serves the greater good.

Laws that protect life, safety, and the well-being of all are honored.
Laws or actions that would harm another or diminish the purity of life are met with inner discernment and alignment.

We still live by free will—but now our choices arise from a deeper resonance, not from ego alone. We begin to consider the whole, not just the self.

As we align with our Higher Self, we begin to witness life differently.

We still have perspectives—based on our level of resonance with truth—but we feel less and less need to control, fix, or change others to match those beliefs.

Instead, we begin to sense when it is appropriate to speak, to act, or simply to Be.

We become compassionate, aware that each person is walking their own path, learning in their own time.
And we allow them that.

If we sense harm may occur, we are guided to act—but how we respond will differ depending on the moment. Sometimes we speak. Sometimes we step in. And sometimes, something deeper moves through us.

I once experienced this directly.

I was sitting by a fire with someone who had been drinking. Without saying anything, they stepped back as if preparing to run. In that moment, I was shown an image of them falling into the fire.

Without thinking, I yelled, “Stop!”

They froze, startled, and asked what I saw.
When I told them, they said they had been about to jump over the fire.

In that moment, it was not me who saved them.
It was the Oneness—their Higher Self—acting through me as an instrument.

As we live in alignment, we deepen our connection to the Earth, to nature, and to all living beings.

We may feel drawn to spend more time in nature, where there is a natural peace and harmony. Animals and the natural world simply are. They do not carry agendas beyond their needs for food, safety, and connection.

They forgive easily.
They remain present.

And in their presence, we remember how to Be.

Through this stillness, we begin to sense deeper connections—to the unseen, to the subtle, to the quiet guidance always present.

We begin to understand that we do not always need to do anything.

The Presence of Peace moving through us is often enough.

This is what I came to recognize while observing the monks on their Walk for Peace—first in India, then America, and now Sri Lanka.

It was not what they did that carried the impact.
It was what they were.

They embodied Peace.

They did not try to convince others.
They did not impose belief.

They walked, present, kind, compassionate—allowing others their own path—while anchoring Peace into the Earth and into the hearts of those they passed.

Inspired by this, I began each day with a simple declaration:

“Today is my Peaceful Day.”

Not “going to be.”
Not hopeful.

But claimed.

As I say this, I place my hand on my Higher Heart—the center of the sternum—and I speak:

“I AM HERE.”

This is the state of the Witness.

Here, we are Peace.
Here, we are connected.
Here, we align with the Higher Self, which is one with the Universal Mind and the field of all possibilities.

From this place, guidance becomes clear.

We no longer need to force or figure everything out.
Peace allows the Light to move through us—sometimes shifting situations without action, and other times guiding us clearly to act.

In this alignment, there is no need to fear guidance from the unseen.

Our resonance determines what we connect with.

When we remain in Peace and Presence, we naturally align with what is of Light and integrity.

If guidance ever feels controlling, harmful, or out of alignment—pause, step back, and return to your center.

True guidance does not demand.
It does not override your free will.

It offers.

There have been moments where I received suggestions—such as being encouraged to go into group settings as a presence of energy. As an empath, this has not always felt comfortable.

And I have learned this:

I do not need to reject it.
Nor do I need to rush into it.

I can explore possibilities, remain open, and wait until something feels truly aligned.

If I am not comfortable, I cannot bring forth pure energy.

So I wait—not in avoidance, but in trust.

Peace is also the end of striving.

It is the release of needing to constantly do, fix, or control life.

From Peace, we begin to live.

We allow stillness.
We allow activity.
We allow life to move.

We begin doing… from Being.

I have noticed this even in simple, everyday things.

I used to keep multiple lists—work, home, even spiritual growth. The lists themselves were helpful, but I carried stress around completing them. As a perfectionist, I felt I was failing if they were not done quickly.

Now, I see them differently.

I choose what can be done today.
I allow the rest to wait.

There is no urgency rooted in lack.
Only presence.

Even unexpected situations feel different.

Recently, a former client sent me work without asking. Instead of reacting, I paused, assessed, and chose to complete it because I had the time. I did the work, billed it, and moved on—without stress.

Had I not had time, I would have simply said so.

Peace allows clarity.
Clarity allows boundaries.
Boundaries support all.

Another example was receiving notice from our homeowners association regarding inspections.

In the past, I would have felt overwhelmed, trying to complete everything quickly.

Now, I understand my pace.

I do what I can.
The rest will unfold.

If something arises later, I will meet it then.

But I will not leave my Peace to rush into fear.

This is where I live now:

In the flow of Grace and Peace.

And I share this not as a teaching,
but as a remembering.

You are enough.
Take it one day at a time.
Let today be your Peaceful Day.
Love yourself.
Care for yourself.
And allow yourself… to simply Be.

Closing Blessing: Sanctifying the Space of Being

May this space—within you and around you—
become a sanctuary of Peace.

May all energies no longer aligned
with your highest truth
softly release and return to the Light,
transformed in Grace.

May your breath become a bridge,
your heart a temple,
your Presence a living flame of Peace.

I invite now the gentle clearing of all that has passed—
not in resistance,
but in loving completion.

As you place your hand upon your Higher Heart,
feel the quiet unfolding within.

And say:

I AM HERE.
I AM PEACE.
I AM CLEAR.

Let the Light of your Being
fill every space within you…
and extend outward—
into your home, your path, your day.

May all that enters this field
be met with clarity, compassion, and truth.

May you walk forward not in seeking,
but in knowing.

Not in striving,
but in Being.

And may this space remain sanctified—
through your Presence,
through your breath,
through your gentle remembrance.

And so it is.

I AM ENOUGH – A Living Realization

What I am about to share is my recent experience in the last 24 hours. I share it because I hope it helps another to remember this is a process of release and remembrance not a need to prove we are worthy.

In this phase of my life, I asked Source:
What is the next step that would be of the greatest benefit?

As I asked, I became aware that it was still the active mind—the part of me that seeks to know, to understand, to feel in control.
It prefers doing over simply being… over resting in the unknown.

It felt like standing at the edge of a mountain.
My mind whispered, “You could fall.”
My Soul responded, “You can fly… if you trust.”

And so I saw clearly—this is the place of blending.
Of release.
Of surrender into trust.

In response, I felt Source meet me in a more structured, masculine energy—the language my mind understands.
There was a reassurance:

You are where you are meant to be.
You may rest here.
And… there is also another path that may open.

The choice is yours.

And beneath it all, one truth echoed:

I AM ENOUGH.

I was guided back into the peace of the present moment…
and gently shown the places where I still held the belief that I must earn love, earn worth, earn Oneness.

That belief is the only barrier.

Over the past months, I have felt the rising presence of the Divine Feminine—
not as something separate, but as a returning balance…
a harmonizing force to meet and realign the distorted expressions of both masculine and feminine energies within and upon the Earth.

Ancient memories… ancient wisdom… rising to be remembered and released.

I was drawn to sit with this more deeply and pulled several oracle cards.

What came forward was not random—it was a language of energy:

  • Kali — not as destruction, but as sacred healing and transformative power
  • Parvati — the Mother, the nurturer, the grounding presence of devotion
  • St. Catherine of Labouré — and the vision of Mother Mary

In that vision, Mary radiated light into the Earth… yet not all received it.

When asked why, the answer came:
“Because not all are ready to receive.”

I felt this deeply.

We do not lack love.
We lack the openness to receive what is already given.

Then came the Creatrix—the womb of creation.
The cauldron of life within the sacral and solar plexus.
The awakening of personal sovereignty—the Sun within.

And then the Sapphire Blue Diamond
moving through the throat, aligning communication,
connecting heart, vision, and truth.

Why share this?

Because this process is not mine alone.

It is a mirror.

We are enough.
We do not need to prove our worth—to others, or even to Source.

We are simply clearing what obscures that knowing.

And as we do…
the path opens.

The next morning, I sat quietly.
The words returned:

I AM Enough.

I asked gently,
What still blocks me from fully embodying this?

In meditation, moving through the heart with breath, I was guided to bring awareness to all aspects of my being—
physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

To clear… not just surface patterns, but deeper imprints—
ancestral, cellular, remembered and forgotten.

As I moved through this, I felt it physically.

In the lower body—the place of control, of needing to know.
In the shoulders, neck, and throat—
where unspoken truths and held tension had crystallized.

As the energy began to shift, it felt like something breaking open—
like wings pressing against the edges of a chrysalis.

There was movement.
Expansion.
Flow.

The energy rose through the heart…
into the mind…
and beyond.

The Sapphire current began to move.

In that moment, I knew:

Much had been released.
Much had realigned.

And again, the reminder:

No matter the path…
No matter the choice…

I AM Enough.

Yet there was also guidance:

Do not become still into stagnation.
Continue to move, to release, to align.
Flow… rather than hold.

Then came a deeper understanding.

The Divine Feminine rises now—not to replace, but to restore balance.
To bring harmony where distortion has lived.

And within me…
She was not something new.

She was something remembered.

Something that my journey had been preparing me to receive, embody, and share.

The truth became simple:

You may call it the I AM Presence, the Higher Self, the Soul—
it is all the same flame.

You are not separate from it.

There is no original sin that must be removed.
No inherent unworthiness.

You are not here to earn love.

You are a living flame of the Creator—
exploring, creating, remembering.

Yes, there are energies to balance…
but imbalance does not equal unworthiness.

It simply means we have forgotten alignment.

And then, gently, the words arose:

“She believed she could… and so she did.”

As I completed this reflection, another understanding came:

The movement from Chronos to Kairos.

Chronos is structured time—
linear, planned, controlled.

Kairos is sacred time—
the moment of inspiration, of creation, of alignment.

Chronos asks us to manage life.
Kairos invites us to live it.

And I understood:

Release the need to control.
Release the belief that you are not enough.

Step into the moment.

Into creation.
Into flow.

I AM Enough.
And I choose to live… here.
Now.
In the moment.

Closing Blessing: The Remembrance of Enoughness

May you rest now…
not in the doing,
but in the quiet truth of your Being.

May the winds of striving soften within you,
and the need to prove dissolve like mist in the morning light.

May you remember—gently, fully, without condition—
that you have never been separate from Love.

That you have never been outside of Source.
That you have never needed to become…
what you already are.

May the Sacred Feminine within you rise—
not in force,
but in flow…
not in demand,
but in quiet knowing.

May she awaken your creativity,
your intuition,
your ability to trust the moment as it unfolds.

May the Sacred Masculine within you stand steady—
not in control,
but in presence…
not in fear,
but in trust.

May he hold the space for your becoming,
anchoring you in peace
as you walk the unseen path.

May all that has been held in tension
soften…

May all that has been hidden
gently come into the light…

May all that has felt heavy
be released into the flame of transformation.

And as you move forward—
whether in stillness or in motion—
may this truth live within every breath:

You are enough.
Not when you arrive…
Not when you achieve…
Not when you are seen or understood…

But now.
As you are.

May you walk in Kairos—
in the sacred unfolding of the moment…
guided not by fear,
but by the quiet whisper of your Soul.

And may your life become
a living expression
of the Love
you have always been.

And so it is.

Hope, Peace and Belief : A Living Presence

As I sat quietly this morning I hear the thought or question”

“How can we feel joy now,
without placing our focus on a better future
and how to make it happen?”

It is a true and worthy question.

What I sense is this—
we read, hear, or witness something
that stirs a reaction within us,
a pull… a remembering.

So we pause.

Pause — Breathe — Return to the Heart.

And then gently ask:

What, if anything, can I do or say
that is of true benefit in this moment?

If the answer that arises carries fear,
reaction, or judgment,
it is not the voice of the Higher Self,
but the echo of the mind
seeking to protect and direct.

But when the response flows
from the Higher Self,
it arrives softly—
as peace,
as calm,
perhaps even as quiet joy.

And if the mind reacts,
simply return again—
to the breath,
to the center.

No judgment is needed.

This is not failure—
it is practice.

Like any habit,
it becomes clearer through awareness,
steadier through repetition.

Time in quiet,
time in nature,
time away from the noise of the world—
these restore balance.

And in moments of overwhelm…

Hug a tree.

Let the Earth receive what you carry.
For trees are far more than they appear,
and they know how to ground,
how to release,
how to restore.

Offer all judgment of self
into the Light—
into the Violet Flame—
and allow transformation
to unfold in its own timing.

There is a simple truth I have always loved:

“She believed she could, and so she did.”

Believe in yourself.

You are not asked to be perfect—
only willing.

Willing to return.
Willing to refocus.
Willing to rise again.

Even the one who wins gold
has fallen countless times.
They did not succeed by never falling—
but by always rising.

If we had stopped each time we fell,
we would still be crawling,
never knowing the grace of walking.

You do not need to see the whole path
to take the next step.

Simply feel—
what is mine to do now?

If you believe you cannot,
that belief becomes your path.

But if you believe you can,
you align with the greater flow—
with the Universal Oneness.

The Universe desires your good.
It seeks to meet you
in peace, love, safety, and abundance.

You might say:

“I choose a world of peace,
of love, of harmony for all.
Show me what I may do,
in each moment,
to support this becoming.”

And then…

Allow.

Release the need to control.
Trust the unfolding.

I am shown a simple image—
a small sweeping device
moving gently across the floor.

It knows its purpose.
It does not require constant direction.
It moves, it adjusts, it continues.

We simply turn it on—
and allow it to do its work.

And if it pauses or becomes stuck,
we step in briefly,
offer assistance,
and then let it continue.

So it is with life.

Yes, there are moments
when things seem uncertain,
even heavy.

But I hear this whisper:

“It is darkest before the dawn.”

So do not fix your gaze
on what appears broken.

Instead, notice what is already good.
What is already present.
What is already unfolding.

For in doing so,
you begin to walk toward the dawn.

You do not need to define
every detail of what is coming—

only the essence
of what you wish to experience.

I believe this deeply:

A world of peace,
love, hope, joy,
safety, and abundance
is emerging—

for all who choose
to live within it.

So let this moment be enough.

Let joy be allowed.

Let peace be chosen.

Let the heart soften into trust.

And perhaps, in the simplest of ways:

Do not worry.
Be present.
Be open to joy.

For worry, doubt, and judgment
steal the beauty of now.

And now…
is where the new world
is already being born.

🌿 Closing Blessing — Hope and Peace

May you return, again and again,
to the quiet sanctuary within your heart.

May your breath become your guide,
softly leading you back
to peace when the world feels loud,
to stillness when the mind begins to race.

May you remember
that you are never required to force the path—
only to walk it,
one present moment at a time.

May all fear that arises
be met with compassion,
held in awareness,
and released into the Light.

May the Earth receive what you no longer need,
and gently restore your balance
as you stand rooted and supported.

May you trust
that even when you cannot see the way,
the way is already unfolding beneath your feet.

May hope rise within you
like the first light of dawn—
quiet, certain, and unwavering.

And may peace become your home,
not someday…
but now.

So that wherever you walk,
you carry the new world with you.

And so it is.

The Bridge of the Higher Mind

It is beautiful how the messages present themselves.
This morning I was guided to reread some journaling—from when, I do not know, for I had not dated it. Yet the wisdom within it was perfectly aligned with what is now emerging.

I asked what should be shared today… and so, here it is.

The Higher Mind is part of the collective Oneness of Creation.
When we connect to the Higher Mind, something subtle yet profound occurs—we gently release our attachment to the energies of chaos and duality.

In this release, we enter what may be called the Bridge state.

It is here, upon this inner bridge, that the Tree of Knowledge is rediscovered—not as something outside of us, but as living wisdom within. Through this awareness, we begin to understand that even chaos has served a purpose. It becomes a reflection of what has been overcome, rather than something to resist or fear.

We loosen our attachment to lower states of consciousness and open to a greater field—
a field of wisdom, guidance, and expansion.

And then, a quiet realization dawns:

Chaos is not “bad.”
It, too, belongs to the Oneness—just as we do.
All exists within the One.

We come to know that connection to Oneness is not found in some distant future…
but in the NOW moment, anchored within the Heart.

And as we begin to live from this sacred Now—
breathing, choosing, and witnessing from the Heart—
something begins to awaken within us.

Our very being responds.

The codes within our DNA begin to soften, open, and expand,
allowing the emergence of what has always been present:
the Light Body…
the remembrance of Union…
the Divine Marriage within Oneness.

This is not something forced or manufactured.
It arises organically—
through the higher expressions of the soul,
not through the striving of the physical form.

There is another layer that wishes to be gently acknowledged.

As we move through this Bridge state, it can be helpful to become aware of what we take into our bodies—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Substances that heavily alter our chemistry can, at times, anchor our awareness more deeply into the astral layers—into fields of desire, distortion, or attachment—rather than supporting clarity and connection to the Higher Self.

This is not a judgment.
It is not a rule.

It is simply an awareness.

A quiet offering:

If you feel stuck, disconnected, or unable to access your inner stillness,
it may be helpful to gently reflect on what you are consuming—
and how it affects your clarity, your emotions, your body, and your presence.

The more we allow purity—not perfection, but purity of intention and awareness—
the more the Light is able to move through us,
activating what already lives within our cells.

This is not about restriction.
It is about relationship.

You are always free to choose.

Yet if the desire to connect more deeply with your Higher Self arises,
you may begin to notice what supports that connection…
and what gently pulls you away from it.

If something calls to you repeatedly, ask within:

What is it that I am seeking through this?
What am I feeling, avoiding, or reaching for?

In this honest reflection, transformation begins.

Even with food, a simple awareness can open new pathways.

You may notice what brings balance…
what brings heaviness…
what brings clarity.

You may choose, at times, to shift—
perhaps something natural in place of something overly processed.

And you may also invite Light directly into what you consume.

Before eating, pause.

Offer a simple invocation:

May this be transformed into that which is perfect for my body, my being, and my path.

The Light responds to intention.

As we live consciously in the Now,
we allow the body—not by force, but by resonance—
to align with higher frequencies.

This supports the unfolding of the Light Body,
and the embodiment of the Higher Self—
the I AM Presence—within daily life.

This is a process.

It is not meant to be rushed.
There is no need to do everything at once.

Be here.
Be present.

Live from the Heart in this moment.

Let your inner guidance lead.

You will be shown—gently, naturally—
what is ready to shift,
and when.

There is no need for worry.
No need for self-doubt.

The Now is enough.

And one final awareness arose:

An overactive mind can cloud the Higher Mind.
When the mind is filled with noise, analysis, and constant motion,
it becomes difficult to perceive the quiet guidance within.

This is why the experience of chaos and duality can, in its own way,
lead us toward stillness.

It invites us to step back…
to become quiet…
to remember how to simply Be.

To be the Witness.
To observe without attachment.
To feel the gentle flow of Light
moving through the Now.

And in that stillness…
the Bridge remains open. ✨

Closing Blessing: The Bridge of Quiet Light

Beloved Presence within…
Breath of the One…
Light that lives and moves through all things…

We pause now in the sacred space of the Heart.

We release the noise of the mind,
the pull of yesterday,
and the reach toward tomorrow.

And we return…
to the stillness of Now.

May the Bridge within us remain open—
a pathway of gentle awareness
between the human experience
and the wisdom of the Higher Mind.

May we walk this bridge with grace,
seeing clearly without judgment,
feeling deeply without attachment,
and choosing with quiet knowing.

May all that we take into our bodies—
in thought, in feeling, in form—
be brought into harmony with the Light.

May what is not aligned gently fall away,
not through force…
but through understanding.

May our cells remember their song.
May our breath carry the codes of peace.
May our being soften into the unfolding
of the Light already within.

We release striving.
We release fear.
We release the need to “become.”

And instead…
we allow ourselves to Be.

In this Being,
we remember:

We are not separate.
We are not lost.
We are not alone.

We are the Witness.
We are the Bridge.
We are the Light in motion.

And so it is…
in the quiet, in the breath, in the Now.

Understanding and Compassion: A Journey Within

Moving through the bridge from attachment into Being as the Witness invites us to look at what still needs to be released—those reactions that arise within us, often without conscious awareness. These are the repetitive patterns of action and reaction that create the illusion of “us versus them.”

If we look closely, every action, reaction, and choice is influenced by patterns we carry or wounds that remain unhealed. Another person’s behavior is not truly about us—it reflects their own wounds, beliefs, and the need to feel safe or validated. The same is true for us.

Fear and self-doubt are often the root of our need to control situations or convince others of our perspective or worth.

When we begin to realize that another’s words and actions are not about us, a new perspective opens. We can release self-doubt, anger, and the need for external validation. From this place, forgiveness becomes possible—not as an act we force, but as a natural release of emotional attachment.

As our attention shifts away from outward validation or conflict, we are able to look within and recognize what in us is being triggered. When emotional and psychological wounds are healed or cleared, external events no longer provoke the same reactions.

The past cannot hurt us unless we allow it to continue shaping our present responses.

Most reactions—both personal and collective—are rooted in unhealed wounds. When a situation does not align with our expectations or mirrors a past experience, it becomes a trigger. Until we explore the root of that wound—its origin, its memory, even how it may be held within the body—we cannot fully understand its influence.

Sometimes these patterns are easy to identify. Other times, they are deeply buried—within our subconscious, our ancestry, or even carried forward through lived experience across time.

I would like to share something that came forward for me.

Many years ago, I spent time supporting a woman by caring for her mother, who had dementia. Witnessing that experience gave me insight into how dementia affects cognition and behavior, and it opened my heart to compassion.

Over twenty years later, that understanding became relevant again when the owner of a company I worked for began to show signs of dementia. As employees, we observed changes, and I recognized them. When his wife visited one day, I gently shared what I was seeing. As we spoke, she realized the same changes were happening at home.

The family made the difficult decision to sell the business—for his safety, the safety of others, and the well-being of those involved.

I knew this might affect my own employment, but the greater good took priority.

I share this because recently, I recognized similar patterns in someone whose actions affect many people. This realization was not new—but something within me had shifted. In releasing attachment to outcomes, I was able to see this individual with compassion.

Not for the actions themselves, but for the possibility that their perception and behavior may be distorted in ways they cannot fully recognize.

What is challenging is that those closest to them may see it and yet choose not to act—allowing others to be affected, just as I once witnessed in the business environment.

My former employer was a kind and generous man, yet unaware of the impact of his condition. I honor his family for facing the truth and taking action.

This shift in perception—from judgment to understanding—does not change how I feel about the outcomes of certain actions. However, it releases the emotional attachment to both the person and the situation.

Until the past is released and transformed, we cannot fully live in the present. It is only in the present moment that true potential and future possibilities are created through our choices.

If our inner landscape is unclear, our path forward will reflect that distortion.

Likewise, we cannot live in the future.
Now is all we truly have.

This moment is the most important moment of our lives—because it shapes all that follows.

Now is the time to release what no longer serves, so that we may fully embody the Flame of Creation that we are.

What I am sharing is not a professional psychiatric diagnosis. If you are experiencing deep emotional distress, fear, anger, or self-doubt, please seek support from a qualified professional.

Closing Blessing: Compassion and Understanding

May we soften the places within us
that still seek to defend, to prove, or to be seen.

May we remember
that each being walks with unseen stories,
unhealed wounds,
and patterns still seeking light.

May we release the need
to take personally what was never ours to carry.

May we stand as the Witness—
clear, present, and compassionate—
seeing beyond the surface into the deeper truth.

May understanding arise where judgment once lived.
May compassion gently replace reaction.
May peace return to the spaces within us
that once felt disturbed.

And in this returning to Presence,
may we choose again—
not from the past,
not from fear,
but from the clarity of this moment.

For it is here, in the Now,
that we reclaim our freedom,
our wholeness,
and our quiet strength.

May we walk forward in awareness,
anchored in Being,
and guided by a heart
that no longer needs to defend itself
to remain whole.

And so it is. ✨

🌿 Bridge Messages: The Space Between Engagement and Being

You may find some of these messages in the Bridge repetitive but this is the space of releasing, which we know comes in layers, in order to BE.

The Unified Field has named the writings of the past few days Bridge Messages
messages that explore the space between being actively engaged in the world’s events and resting in the state of Being and Witnessing.

I have come to understand witnessing as what has often been described as “being in the world, but not of it.”
It is the ability to see what is unfolding without immediate reaction—to pause, align within, and ask:

“Is there something of benefit I can offer here?”

Sometimes the answer is action.
Sometimes it is presence.
And sometimes, it is simply to allow what is unfolding to play out while returning to a state of Being—anchoring love, peace, and understanding into the field.

You may also call upon the Violet Flame, offering it into the space of an event for those who wish to receive its clearing. Then invite Higher Light and Love to be present.

🌎 Witnessing Is Not Avoidance

We are not being asked to ignore the world or retreat into illusion.

We are being asked to witness without fixation
to release the habit of worrying about outcomes and instead move into awareness, alignment, and conscious response.

It is not our responsibility to fix the world.

Sometimes what we are witnessing is part of a karmic pattern unfolding. Yet even then, we can offer support—
through prayer, presence, or energetic clarity—helping to soften the experience or create moments of relief for those within it.

🌿 What Action May Look Like

Aligned action can take many forms:

  • Donating to support those in crisis
  • Volunteering in times of need
  • Writing or speaking to leaders
  • Participating in peaceful protest
  • Or simply being peace and anchoring it into the collective field

Each expression is valid when it arises from clarity rather than reaction.

🌬️ The Inner Checkpoint

A key practice is noticing your internal response.

If you feel strong emotional reaction—pause.

Step back.
Breathe slowly.
Return to your center.

Once calm, ask again:

“Am I being guided to act, or to release?”

Reaction often reveals something within that is asking to be cleared.
In those moments, your greatest contribution may be your own inner work—
so that you are not adding reactive energy into the collective field.

🌍 A Living Example of Peace

I was recently guided to watch an interview with Aziz Abu Sara and Maoz Inon, co-authors of The Future of Peace: A Shared Journey Across the Holy Lands.

Coming from opposite sides of the Israeli–Palestinian conflict—both having experienced deep personal loss—they have formed a genuine friendship.

Despite differing perspectives, they chose dialogue.

Through communication, they discovered connection.
Through connection, they cultivated peace.

Their lives are a living demonstration that:

Peace is not born from victory.
It is born from understanding.

🕊️ A Reflection on Peace

In the interview, a powerful statement arose:

“No weapon or war has ever brought peace.”

There may be ceasefires.
There may be temporary endings to conflict.

But true peace—the kind that endures—
emerges through dialogue, forgiveness, and a willingness to listen.

🌅 A Shift in Vision

This morning brought a deeper realization.

Many speak of visualizing a “Golden Age,” yet each vision differs.
What I was shown is that much of humanity’s distortion has arisen from billions of competing visions—each trying to shape reality in its own image.

And so, conflict emerged.

We are still learning how to be in what I now call:

The Land of Being and Witnessing.

Instead of projecting countless future visions, we are invited to return to the present moment:

To Be.
To align.
To respond with clarity.

And to trust:

When the time is right, a unifying vision will arise—not from force, but from shared resonance.

🌿 The Bridge Experience

Not everyone will experience this transition in the same way.

For some, it will feel natural—especially those long familiar with stillness and meditation.

For others, it may feel like a void…
even resembling a quiet form of depression.

Like stepping out of a role you once knew,
without yet knowing what comes next.

This is part of the bridge.

🌼 A Personal Reflection

In my own experience, life continues—
work, home, caring for my kitties.

But something has shifted.

There is no longer the same urgency to constantly “do” or to remain hyper-aware in order to help “save the world.”

At first, there was silence.

Even my writing paused.

Then came a gentle guidance:

“Go sit in nature.”

And so I did.

Sitting quietly, petting one of my kitties,
in that simple moment of peace—

the messages returned.

Not from seeking.
But from Being.

I realized:

I no longer need to chase the energy.

I only need to be present…
and what is needed will arise.

🌟 The Invitation

Peace.
Alignment.
Patience.

These are the virtues of this bridge.

We will each walk this transition in our own way.

And perhaps, that is exactly how it is meant to be.

I hope these words meet you where you are.
If you feel called to share, reflect, or ask questions, you are welcome to reach out.

This Sigil was shared with me for you to print if you wish as an energy embedded image of the state of experiencing the transition.

If you feel a bit lost or disoriented or just want a focus you can use this image in you quiet time to focus.

🔱 Activation Phrase – Sigil of the Bridge State

You can place this beneath the sigil, speak it, or simply hold it in your awareness:

“I return to center.
I witness in peace.
I align within.
I act only through love.”

Peace and Balance

“In Peace and Balance, possibilities are revealed in our lives.”

This is not a reflection on how life was better in the past.

This is about finding balance and harmony in how we live today.

We now have access to extraordinary technology. Information is available instantly—something that, just 40 years ago, was either limited, expensive, or simply not possible.

If we look back even further, we can see how different life once was. In 1962, John Glenn orbited the Earth in a capsule and experienced equipment failure. He had to rely on his own knowledge, navigating by the stars to safely return. It required skill, presence, and trust.

Today, we marvel at modern achievements made possible by advanced technology. Both eras hold value. Each came with its own challenges, its own purpose, and its own form of mastery.

Earlier generations lived with far fewer technological supports. Life often required constant physical effort—working from sunrise to sunset just to sustain daily living. There were real hardships, including violence, uncertainty, and survival-based fears. While some of those conditions still exist today, many aspects of life have become more manageable.

As humanity moved into the industrial age, life began to shift. For many, there was more time—time for rest, for family, for simple enjoyment. There was greater access to safety and resources.

Now, we stand at another turning point.

We are moving toward a time where much of what we do daily could be assisted or even replaced by technology. This creates a question:

What will we do with the time we are given?

At present, much of that time is still consumed—
on devices,
in the pursuit of more money,
in acquiring more things.

Some of these bring comfort or ease, when used with awareness.

But it is worth asking:

  • Where do we place our attention in our free time?
  • Does it bring us closer to those we care about?
  • Do we spend time in nature?
  • Do we allow ourselves to be quiet… and listen within?

In recent days, as I have stepped back from constant engagement and allowed space to simply be, something shifted.

At first, it felt unfamiliar.

There was no call to act.
No need to seek more knowledge.
No urgency to do.

Just… space.

And in that space, a realization emerged:

Perhaps the evolution of technology is not only about doing more—
but about giving us the opportunity to be more.

We can choose to continue filling our time with activity and distraction.

Or…

We can step into the quiet.
Into nature.
Into presence.

And simply listen.

It is not complicated.

But it is an adjustment.

To release the constant movement…
and allow what is meant to come
to arise from resonance.

Balance is not found in the past or the future—
but in how we choose to live now.
