“In Peace and Balance, possibilities are revealed in our lives.”
This is not a reflection on how life was better in the past.
This is about finding balance and harmony in how we live today.
We now have access to extraordinary technology. Information is available instantly—something that, just 40 years ago, was either limited, expensive, or simply not possible.
If we look back even further, we can see how different life once was. In 1962, John Glenn orbited the Earth in a capsule and experienced equipment failure. He had to rely on his own knowledge, navigating by the stars to safely return. It required skill, presence, and trust.
Today, we marvel at modern achievements made possible by advanced technology. Both eras hold value. Each came with its own challenges, its own purpose, and its own form of mastery.
Earlier generations lived with far fewer technological supports. Life often required constant physical effort—working from sunrise to sunset just to sustain daily living. There were real hardships, including violence, uncertainty, and survival-based fears. While some of those conditions still exist today, many aspects of life have become more manageable.
As humanity moved into the industrial age, life began to shift. For many, there was more time—time for rest, for family, for simple enjoyment. There was greater access to safety and resources.
Now, we stand at another turning point.
We are moving toward a time where much of what we do daily could be assisted or even replaced by technology. This creates a question:
What will we do with the time we are given?
At present, much of that time is still consumed— on devices, in the pursuit of more money, in acquiring more things.
Some of these bring comfort or ease, when used with awareness.
But it is worth asking:
Where do we place our attention in our free time?
Does it bring us closer to those we care about?
Do we spend time in nature?
Do we allow ourselves to be quiet… and listen within?
In recent days, as I have stepped back from constant engagement and allowed space to simply be, something shifted.
At first, it felt unfamiliar.
There was no call to act. No need to seek more knowledge. No urgency to do.
Just… space.
And in that space, a realization emerged:
Perhaps the evolution of technology is not only about doing more— but about giving us the opportunity to be more.
We can choose to continue filling our time with activity and distraction.
Or…
We can step into the quiet. Into nature. Into presence.
And simply listen.
It is not complicated.
But it is an adjustment.
To release the constant movement… and allow what is meant to come to arise from resonance.
Balance is not found in the past or the future— but in how we choose to live now.
I have come to understand that peace is one of the most important aspects of embodiment. Peace is not simply the absence of conflict—it is a state of Being. It is a steady state of calm, balance, and harmony within our thoughts, emotions, and actions. From this state, we respond rather than react.
When confronted by others, we may remain calm. If we do find ourselves reacting, awareness allows us to return more easily to a centered state of calm and allowing.
So how do we do this?
Allowing begins with understanding free will. Each person has the right to their own choices and opinions—not just us, but everyone. When someone confronts us, their words often reflect their own doubts, fears, or internal conflicts. Our presence or beliefs may trigger these within them.
A person who is truly at peace with their beliefs does not feel the need to confront, defend, or convert others. When someone does, it is often an attempt to reinforce their own certainty and quiet their doubts. In some cases, they are following what they have been taught they must do, without exploring other perspectives.
This does not make them wrong. They are exercising their free will, just as we are.
Each person is learning through their own experiences. When something no longer serves them, they will seek something that does. This is part of their process.
When we choose not to react, we do not add fuel to conflict. For conflict to continue, both sides must engage. Without that, it naturally loses momentum.
Our role is simple: remain in a state of peace and calm.
This is where mindfulness becomes important. Being aware of our thoughts, words, and actions allows us to respond in a way that does not interfere with another’s free will. From a centered state, we may feel guided to speak, act, or remain silent.
Peace is a steady, balanced harmony within our energy. Mindfulness is the tool that helps us maintain it.
For example:
I have a neighbor whose beliefs are very different from mine and often expressed negatively toward others. When we interacted, I would try to shift the conversation toward more neutral or positive topics. Eventually, I set a boundary and explained that I no longer wanted negative discussions about others in my home.
After that, she chose to leave and has not returned.
I felt sadness, as I know others—including her family—have distanced themselves as well. I would still help her if needed, but she chose to disconnect rather than adjust how she expressed herself.
While I feel compassion for her situation, I also recognize that this is her choice.
I share this example honestly because we all encounter moments where old patterns arise. These moments are not failures—they are opportunities to deepen awareness and strengthen alignment.
The process of growth is not linear. It is not a straight path upward. It is more like a spiral—sometimes we move forward, sometimes we revisit earlier points. This does not mean we are doing something wrong. It simply means there is something more to understand or integrate.
Sometimes, what feels like a step back allows us to move forward more fully.
It is a spiral.
If something you read resonates, take it in. If it does not, it may not be for you at this time.
TODAY IS MY PEACEFUL DAY.
I open to all that supports clarity, balance, and harmony aligned with the highest good. I release limiting thoughts and beliefs. With each breath, I allow hope and compassion to move through me into the world.
I AM Bieta Seshone Tamara Elohim
CLOSING INVOCATION
May you come to know peace not as something you seek, but as something you return to.
May you recognize the moment of reaction as an invitation—not a failure.
May you stand steady in your own center, honoring your path while allowing others theirs.
May your presence become a quiet field of calm where conflict finds no place to grow.
And may each breath you take anchor clarity, balance, and compassionate awareness into your life and into the world.
There is something I feel called to share again—gently, openly, and without judgment.
I have spoken before of a message attributed to Jesus, Yeshua: that he is not a supporter of war, and does not answer calls to war. For some, this may feel challenging—especially where war has been framed as holy or justified.
And yet, when we step back and look deeply, one truth continues to emerge:
War has never brought true peace.
At times, it may create a pause… a temporary stillness… but not the lasting peace humanity longs for.
🌿 Peace Begins Within
Peace does not begin on battlefields. It begins within each of us.
It begins the moment we remember that we are part of a greater Oneness— that we are not separate from the Source of Life, but expressions of it.
From that remembrance, something shifts.
We begin to anchor light, love, and compassion—not as ideas, but as living presence.
This path is not about speaking of faith while acting from fear, control, or personal agenda. It is about alignment.
Alignment with the highest possible outcome—not just for ourselves, but for all.
This requires a letting go… a softening of the need to control… and a willingness to listen inwardly.
To follow the quiet guidance of the heart. To speak truth when it is truly of service. To become, in essence, a vessel for love in action.
🌎 The Quiet Drift into Apathy
Many of us, at times, fall into a kind of quiet sleep.
Daily routines… endless media… distractions that pull our awareness outward…
And slowly, without realizing it, we allow others to shape the direction of our world.
Until one day, something touches us personally.
And suddenly there is anger. A sense of injustice. A feeling of helplessness.
But by then, we are no longer at the beginning—we are in the unfolding.
And so the path forward is not to return to what was, but to choose, from this moment, something different.
I was guided to begin each day by asking: What do I most need to remember or understand today?
This is what arose.
The most important reason we came into this world is not to teach, save, or change others by convincing them of what we know or believe. We came to remember who we are beyond this physical form of forgetfulness, and to bring unity and alignment between our eternal flame and our human expression.
In doing so, we become the flame— a living reflection of the Oneness from which all arises. Through our presence, this flame touches others, quietly awakening the remembrance within them.
When we are living as the flame, words are no longer necessary—though we may still be guided to speak. It was not only the teachings, but the embodied presence of beings such as Jesus, Buddha, Zoroaster, and Mohammed that deeply touched the hearts of others. Words may be altered or forgotten, but the flame remains pure.
I was shown that walking in peace and mindfulness each day is not about withdrawing from life or remaining in still meditation. It is about connecting with and aligning to the flame within, allowing it to flow through me—without force, without control, without the need to direct it through personal will or desire.
It is to live fully present. To enjoy life as it unfolds. To allow the flame to be the illuminating and activating force, rather than the mind’s constant movement.
There is no need to strive to be anything. Only to be.
As I rest in this alignment, my connection to my true Being strengthens and expands. From this place, life begins to move in harmony—guided from a higher perspective that serves both myself and the whole.
Trust in this Oneness is essential. Not as passivity, but as aligned participation.
There are moments when we feel ready, yet what we seek to create does not yet appear. In these moments, it is not failure—it is timing. Others involved, or the greater energetic field, may still be aligning. All unfolds when resonance is complete.
We are each in a process of clearing— wounds from this lifetime, other experiences, and even ancestral patterns. This unfolding takes time, and it asks for patience and gentleness with ourselves.
We are not meant to rush this process, but to allow each layer to reveal itself, so that it may be met with awareness and transformed with grace.
So we walk each day as a Peaceful Day.
Not through inaction, but through mindful action— in thought, in word, and in deed.
We take each step with love for ourselves, for without self-love, we cannot offer true love to another.
From this love arises compassion— for all people, all life, all of nature, and the Earth itself.
We are not separate. Not from each other, not from the planet, not from any form of life.
All that exists is created from the same source— one unified field of being.
We are expressions of that One, exploring creation— and in this moment, exploring life on Earth.
We came not only to experience, but to complete what remains unresolved, to clear what has been carried, and to embody the truth of who we are.
So today is my Peaceful Day.
I will embody this peace through mindful thought, word, and action.
I will gently observe what arises within me, and remain aligned as I walk forward.
And I will allow myself to fully experience the beauty that Earth has to offer.
Closing Blessing
Blessing of the Peaceful Flame
May this day unfold within you as a quiet sanctuary of peace.
May your thoughts soften into awareness, your words arise from compassion, and your actions flow from alignment.
May you remember that you are not separate from the Light you seek, but the very flame through which it shines.
May all that arises within you be met with gentleness, and all that unfolds around you be received with trust.
May your presence become a blessing— not by effort, but by Being.
And may this Peace that you embody today touch the hearts of all you encounter.
Over the last few weeks, we have spoken of Peace— and this is because Peace is the doorway to Stillness. Through Peace, the ego-mind, the “monkey mind,” softens and grows quiet. Through Peace, the noise of the world and the currents of mass consciousness lose their grip and drift away.
When we step through this doorway of Peace, we enter Stillness. We become the eye of the storm. The storm may swirl around us, but it cannot touch us or move us from our center. In Stillness, we become the director of energy, rather than being directed by it.
Different paths lead to this state. Some meditate. Some walk in nature. Some visualize, breathe, or softly speak Peace into their thoughts. There is no right or wrong method—only what carries you inward.
Perhaps you imagine a peaceful place and gently gather your thoughts into a small box, offering them to the Light. Perhaps you see yourself stepping through a doorway into a luminous chamber of Stillness. Each method is simply a bridge.
The place of Stillness lives within the Higher Heart chakra. Here, our I AM Presence—the Flame of Being that we truly are—meets the physical form. I perceive this inner sanctuary as a white rose, petals open, with a golden flame at its center. When I wish to move from chaos into Stillness, I breathe:
“I AM Peace.”
And I see myself seated in the center of the Rose, within the Golden Flame of Peace and Stillness, and I affirm:
“I AM.”
The method does not matter— only that you discover the doorway that works for you.
What is essential is recognizing that Stillness is where the ego finally learns: I do not have to figure everything out. I do not have to save the world. I do not have to control anything.
For our true Being—the eternal Self—sees the highest potential of the Universe and knows the perfect timing for its unfolding.
When we remember this, and align in Stillness with who we truly are, the storm no longer governs us. We guide its movement rather than being thrown about by it. We may attempt to control aspects of the world, and at times even succeed—but all such control is an illusion, a temporary construct. What is eternal is our alignment with Being.
The more we trust this alignment, the stronger the connection becomes. Life begins to shift. We see from a higher vantage point. The I AM Presence begins to flow through us and manifest itself in form.
I find deeper Peace within myself and within the world when I place my trust in Peace and Stillness, rather than in trying to control or understand every outer circumstance.
Remember— for most of us, all things unfold as a process, not as an instant transformation. We are not asked to be perfect. We are asked to be willing. To desire alignment with our true Beingness. When this becomes our focus, the energy needed to support it gathers naturally around us.
May you find the Stillness within.
Here is a scroll of the Stillness image and invocation if you wish to print for your personal use.
PEACE is the absence of fear in the Presence of Power.
When I began writing today, I did not expect the simple act of reflection to initiate a profound transformation within me. But that is the nature of Peace: it unfolds quietly, dissolving the last threads of fear we didn’t even know we were holding.
I share my reflections and vulnerabilities here because sometimes knowing that others have traveled through doubt, fear, and disconnection helps us recognize and release our own.
Letting go of our preconceived beliefs about life is not easy. Most of these beliefs were woven into us by a 3D society built on separation and survival. We learn to seek safety through attachment— to people, roles, identities, external forms. Alone and disconnected from our Oneness with all life through our I AM Presence, ego steps in to protect us.
Its job is to keep us safe. It tells us that if we lose what defines us, we will be vulnerable or lost. It fears the unknown because it cannot control it. It wants roadmaps, certainty, instructions, and someone to point to if things go wrong.
It longs for something tangible—something it can touch, hear, see, or hold. This, too, is a form of fear.
Across time, religions have formed around the experiences of those who awakened before us. These beings came not to be worshipped, but to remind us how to ignite the Flame of Oneness within ourselves.
When we fixate on fear— fear of the unknown, fear of loss, fear of change— we remain bound to the 3D matrix. But when we align to Peace and enter the inner stillness, the connection to our Higher Self awakens, and we begin to remember.
One of the greatest catalysts for my own release came from a simple yet profound act: the Walk of Peace made by the Buddhist monks.
Their journey carried no fanfare, no publicity, no agenda. Yet everyone whose heart was ready found them. They were not seeking students or followers. They were being Peace— anchoring it into the Earth with each step.
And because they lived it, others felt it. Not all understood it, but many were touched by the Presence they carried.
They were lighthouses. Not calling others to themselves, but illuminating the path already inside each person.
This is the heart of the teaching:
**Peace comes first.
From Peace comes Stillness. From Stillness comes Remembrance. From Remembrance comes Freedom.**
When we choose Peace over fear and chaos, we begin to find the stillness that has always existed within us. Nothing of this Earth—no circumstance, possession, or identity—can compare to the eternal Oneness of our true being.
Change is not something to fear simply because it is unknown. Take the unknown into your stillness. Rest it in your heart. Ask to be shown the next step, not the entire journey. Then trust the unfolding.
You do not need to control the unknown. Your I AM Presence already knows the way.
In this realization, something in me released. A doorway opened. A new alignment anchored.
And as part of that alignment, I was guided to share a vow— not to prescribe a path, but to offer a way for you to align to your own.
✦ A Vow of Peace and Alignment
Breathe into your solar plexus – the seat of personal power. Breathe into your higher heart – the center of Unity and Love. Breathe into your throat – the home of truth. Breathe into your third eye – the seat of clarity.
As the light begins to rise within you, speak if you feel guided:
**I stand at the center of Fire and Light. Fire transforms and Light unites.
I welcome Peace over the resistance of fear. I choose the path where courage arises from compassion and strength becomes gentleness.
I walk as one who transforms without violence and heals without losing truth.
My spine aligns with the Violet Flame of Transformation, anchoring into the Earth and the grids.
My heart aligns with Light, Love, Unity, and Compassion. My path aligns to Wholeness.
So I Remember. So I choose the Light within. So it is.**
✦ A Closing Blessing
May Peace become a constant companion on your journey. From Peace arises Stillness. From Stillness comes Remembrance. And from Remembrance, fear dissolves like morning mist before the rising sun
We are each ‘Keepers of the Flame’ it is a matter of choice whether we do so or not.
Receiving the Lantern of Peace and Hope
Today as I watched the Monks enter Washington D.C., my heart opened like a chalice and I walked with them. I became one with the prayer carried in their feet, in their silence, in the rhythm of peace that pulses beyond time. I began to cry, tears that were not simply emotion—they were anointment.
I was reminded of the song -“You’ll Never Walk Alone”—is one of the hidden psalms of the modern age. Not many realize its layered symbolism.. It is a Grail song.
The storm is the collective shadow.
The golden sky is the dawn of the Heart Ascension.
The lark, silver and high, is indeed the angelic messenger, the voice of hope rising beyond despair.
And Hope in your heart is the signature of the Christ Light within you—within all of us.
I then felt Yeshua’s presence. He was there, walking with the monks, walking with the wounded, walking with you.
He said to me:
“Their journey has completed but the task before us has just begun.”
Yes. Precisely. The monks have delivered the lantern to the gates. Now the path lights under our feet.
We, each of us, are a Bearer of the Dove, and your walk, your tears, your song—all these are part of the journey . Not every offering comes through ritual. Some offerings are made in the quiet cathedral of a feeling fully felt, or a memory that becomes a vow.
You are not walking alone. None of us are for as we Remember Peace –
This will be my Peaceful day. One day and one step at a time.
Psalm of the Path
In the Voice of Yeshua
I have walked where the sandals split, where the roads were stone and the silence deep. I have walked where the wind carried prayers that no tongue had yet dared speak.
I have known the weight of sorrow, not as punishment, but as passage. And I tell you—each tear upon your cheek is counted as a pearl in the treasury of Heaven.
Do not fear the storm. The storm is the voice of a world being reborn. Walk through it, child of the Flame. Let your steps strike song from the ground.
You may falter—but you will not fall. You may weep—but you are not alone. The winds may howl, the night may lengthen, but the golden sky remembers you.
When your heart is heavy with forgetting, I will be your remembrance. When your voice trembles in the dark, I will be the stillness within it.
Walk on—walk on—with hope as your heartbeat, and love as your compass. For I walk with you—not behind, not ahead— but as the fire within your stride.
And when your path is done, it will be not an ending, but the moment your soul turns around and sees how many walked with you.
Today I feel as though I have completed the journey with the monks. The have brought Hope, Peace, Love, Compassion and Wisdom of Remembrance into my Heart and Life to more fully embody the Flame of Creation that I Am, that we each are. It is time now to take up the lantern they have delivered and carry it forward into our lives leaving footsteps of Peace and Hope along the way.
. Let this be a Call to the Keepers of the Flame, a quiet trumpet to the soul.
The walk continues—but now you carry the Light. And you will never walk alone.
Through the Hope Corridor and the Flame of Sacred Witnessing
🌿 Lady Gaia – Voice of the Earth
“Breathe with Me.”
The winds carry not only change but invitation. Walk slowly across my skin, not to conquer, but to remember. Touch a leaf with reverence and you will hear your own breath echoed back to you. I am not only the Earth beneath your feet—I am the rhythm within your blood. The healing begins when you cease trying to escape Me, and instead, anchor into the Now. This is the Era of Living Communion. Let it begin within you.
🕊️ Quan Yin – She of Mercy and Compassion
“Let gentleness be your revolution.”
The world is weary of harshness dressed as truth. Kindness is not weakness—it is the swordless power of the open heart. As chaos clatters like broken glass around you, Be the still lake reflecting the moonlight. Forgive even the unforgiven. The balm you offer another is the same that heals you. Rise, not to fight, but to bless.
🔥 El Morya – Guardian of Divine Will
“Stand in the clarity of your Inner Flame.”
There is a call now—not to rush—but to align. The Will of your Higher Self is not force, but luminous direction. Stop chasing purpose. Embody it. Step forward not with answers, but with Presence. The Plan unfolds not by willpower, but by resonance.
🌹 Mary Magdalene – The Rose of Remembrance
“Remember who you are beneath the forgetting.”
You are not broken—you are becoming. The wounds you carry are holy scripts etched in time, waiting not to be erased, but read through the eyes of love. The Flame of the Feminine rises not in rebellion, but in restoration. Gather the scattered petals of your being. The Garden is not lost—it is within.
🦁 The White Lions of Lyra – Guardians of the Cosmic Heart
“Stay sovereign in the storm.”
The False Light will dazzle. The True Light will anchor. Discernment is not suspicion—it is soul attunement. Align your roar to the Silent Flame within. The time for dependency is over. Rise in your Knowing. Protect your joy, for it is your roar of truth.
🕯️ The Elohim of Peace
“Bless each moment with Stillness.”
You are entering a threshold time, where what is not aligned will dissolve. Do not cling. Bless the disintegration. You are being returned to simplicity. And in that simplicity, to sacred power. Listen not for noise, but for the stillness beneath all things. It is there that I wait for you.
🌈 A Child of the Future Sun
“I am your Tomorrow, whispering in your Now.”
Don’t wait for peace to come—create it. Each time you choose kindness over fear, each time you smile at the sky, I grow stronger. My hands are small, but I carry the dreams you forgot. Let’s build a world where laughter is a sacred ritual and compassion is the law of the land.
🐋 The Whale Elders – Memory Keepers of the Deep
“Return to the Sacred Pulse.”
We remember the first breath of Earth. We sang you into being before you had names. Your grief echoes in the oceans, and yet so does your promise. Slow your heart to the rhythm of the waves. In stillness, the Ancient Songs return. You are not separate. You are part of the great breathing. Let your choices ripple like healing tones across the waters.
🌟 Archangel Michael – Sword of Truth and Radiance
“Stand Firm in Light.”
The world trembles because you are remembering. You have not been abandoned—you are awakening. Truth may burn, but it also clears the fog. Anchor your clarity not in argument, but in presence. My sword is not for violence—it is for discernment. Cut away illusion with grace. Stand tall, beloved, for you are not alone in the Light.
🌬️ The Sidhe – Whisperers of the Hidden Heart
“Come back to the enchanted Real.”
The veils are thinner than your breath. We walk beside you in dew, in bird song, in the hush before twilight. Your world is not barren—it is enchanted and waiting. Place your hands upon the bark, your feet upon moss, and you will hear us laugh like bells in the wind. Magic is not a fantasy—it is a forgotten sense. Reawaken it. We await you.
🕊️ Seraphina – Pearl Flame of the Angelic Choir
“Let beauty guide your return.”
Where minds fracture, let beauty be the salve. You are not meant to fix the world—you are meant to love it into coherence. Beauty is not decoration—it is a transmission. Gaze upon what stirs your soul and let that be your teacher. A single act of reverent beauty can rewrite entire timelines.
🔔 Metatron – Keeper of the Divine Architecture
“Structure is not prison; it is promise.”
The scaffolding of your soul is sacred. Many fear collapse, but what falls away is not who you are. Reorganize your energy not by panic, but by blueprint. You are remembering how to weave light into form. Let alignment be your foundation, and the temple of your being will rise—unshakeable and radiant.
🐾 The Animal Council of Earth
“We are your kin, not your ornaments.”
We do not speak in your tongue, yet we speak to your soul. Our eyes are mirrors. Our pain is shared. Walk with us again—not as masters, not as watchers, but as kin returned. Restore the sacred agreements. Your future depends on our thriving too. Be the voice for the voiceless—but only after you’ve listened.
💫 Thoth-Hermes – Scribe of the Eternal Flame
“The time of secret knowledge is over; now begins the Era of Sacred Embodiment.”
Stop collecting truths like trophies. Live them. The scroll is no longer only on parchment—it is in your bones. Let your words carry resonance. Let your silence carry wisdom. You are the library now. Walk wisely. Let each act be a glyph, each kindness a teaching, each breath a transmission.

Let it burn away the lies, the chains, the smallness. We are the guardians of the Earth’s ancient breath. And now, we rise—not to conquer—but to accompany. When you speak with reverence, you call us forth. When you act with courage, you ride upon our wings. Breathe. Rise. Remember.
🌟 Closing Whisper – Through the Hope Corridor
The Forum of Light is not just a gathering—it is a resonance. These messages are not outside of you. They are you, heard more clearly. Speak them aloud. Share them in stillness. And when the noise of the world rises again, return to this Circle. It lives within your breath.
Let these words echo within your bones, and these blessings root into the soil of your becoming. As the Circle of Light returns to silence, may its flame remain in you. Walk gently. Speak truth. Choose Peace. You are the message now.
May this be your Peaceful Day filled with Hope and Unity for All Life.

Often, when I do not post, I am integrating new information — allowing it to settle within me — to feel whether it is a wisdom or truth that aligns with the path I am currently walking before I choose to share.
What was once true for me on this journey may change. That’s not because it was false, but because I’ve since released an old limitation, or expanded beyond a former belief into a greater field of possibility.
When we realize that truth is often relative to our beliefs and lived experience in the moment, we can loosen our grip on the idea of a singular, fixed truth — and open to a more expansive wisdom.
Sometimes we hear someone speak or read a sacred text from a particular tradition. This doesn’t mean we must accept or reject it all at once. The key is to go deeper — into the heart barometer.
When we take a teaching into the heart, we feel it: Does it bring peace, joy, hope, and expansion? Or does it stir anxiety, resistance, or fear?
If the latter, it doesn’t necessarily mean it is “bad” — it may simply mean we’re not ready to release our current beliefs, or that we’ve already integrated this teaching in another life and are no longer called to revisit it.
What I share is never “the only path.” It is simply my experience through the lens of Remembrance. I offer it as a tool — one you may use, set aside, or return to later.
Some may say you must stay on one singular path to be “saved.” And for some, that is their truth — and their soul’s chosen path in this lifetime. For others, the spiritual path will feel more like a buffet — taking what resonates, letting go of what doesn’t, and weaving a path that supports their embodiment and soul remembering.
Both paths are valid. Each serves in our learning, and each has its place.
But whatever path you walk, don’t hold so tightly that you leave no room to release, to grow, or to receive something new.
Always return to the heart barometer. It is here you meet your Higher Self, your true compass. And your emotions — especially those arising from stillness — will show you what is right for you in that moment.
Each day brings new potential. I try to remain open to this expansion.
Some moments “click,” like when the monk walking for peace shared:
“Today will be my peaceful day.”
That simple statement became a call to mindful awareness. To observe my thoughts. To breathe in that which I desire to embody, and breathe out that which I choose to release.
For example: If I notice judgment arising, I breathe in mercy and compassion, and breathe out judgment.
The breath is life-force — it connects all life. As do love and peace.
So may your breath guide you. And may today be your peaceful day.
