Why am I here?

The details of why each of us has embodied upon the earth are slightly different. Some have come for karmic resolution from prior lives on earth. Some have come to Ascend in consciousness and be of service. Some have come because they want power and control over others. Some have come to help others along their path to balance their karma and be free as a tester or guide.

No matter what your reason for being on earth at this time may be, ultimately we are all seeking Ascension and to be of service as our final goal.

My mission in this life is to complete my Ascension and be of Service. So there are periods of time when I am not sharing, but hopefully this will be less frequent as I am dedicated to sharing and helping facilitate others to claim their highest Being.

Although I will share information helpful to all stages of our pathways, at this time in my process, what is most urgent to share is that which can help one to focus upon their ascension path and to integrate thei spiritual process into their daily physical lives.

So, if it seems at times that I am repeating or concentrating on certain topics or areas of growth that may not seem pertinent to you, know that we are all exactly where we choose to be, and some are farther along the path than others. It doesn’t make them better or lesser, just at different signposts along the road.

A person who is almost ready to ascend, may have what seems like a very basic lesson to learn, that they have no previously completed. You may be one who is ready to ascend, but have little time for spiritual focus due to your children and busy life. This means you have chosen in this life to teach and help your children to be the best person they can be, a very noble path. You may find the time after they have left the nest to complete your process.

We don’t know the path of another, and what is right for them. We can only do that which we need as an individual. Meet each challenge we face, with compassion, love and undertanding for ourselves and all involved, asking to be shown the highest perspective. Attempt and ask for help to be mindful of our thoughts, words and actions, that they are not judgmental, controlling or harmful to others. When out of balance or upset, focus upon your heart and breath deeply to find balance. If you see another in need whether human or non human do what you can to help. Feel love, send love and let the love within you shine.

Love and Live or Fear and Evil

Fear is the absence of Love not the opposite. This is a key.

The ego was created to be a link between the soul and our physical form. The ego was designed to respond to that which was a threat to the physical form, the fight and flight respond to keep us safe and to perform the daily tasks and calculations of everyday life. It was meant to serve the soul not attempt to control our lives.

Most people, even the wealthy would probably not say the feel safe and trust everyone, especially in today’s world. When we are able to walk in Unity consciousness with our soul and I Am Presence, we know we are safe. I personally have known all of my life that I was safe. I have felt the presence of Archangel Michael with me and keeping me safe, at many times in my life.

When we return to our original state of Oneness with the Creator Source, we are alive, LIVING as Infinite Beings of Light. When we choose to continue in the state of Ego directed Self Will choices we are the opposite of Alive, and are instead existing in a state of chaos, and limits, which some might call evil.

That which we consider evil is the result of these ego driven self will choices not aligned to the Divine which create fear, hate, anger,control and chaos. Within the creational matrix of earth is that which we term mass consciousness. This is a band of energy where all the thoughts and actions of humanity are stored. As we are sending forth the lower energies of self will into the band of mass consciousness, this so called energy of evil builds.

What happens is that we are connected upon birth to this band of energy for it is the agreed upon energies which create that which exists upon Earth that we experience. You see we not only create our own personal experiences by our thoughts and actions, but the experiences of all life. The fallen energies increase in intensity, making it harder to break free. We create more and more karmic energies which need to be cleared and balanced.

The opposite is true for each person who is able to focus upon the Divine Light and Love of the Creator and to ascend and set ourselves free from bondage and reconnect to the Infinite. When each person brings in more Light and Love and send it forth into the mass consciousness, it helps to lift the fallen energies, and make it easier for others. This is our responsibility as Children of the Creator and caretakers of earth.

Within the creational matrix of Earth is a crystalline cave which contains a crystal which records each individuals lifetimes and ones which hold the collective consciousness. Upon leaving the earth plane in death, we return to the spiritual world and leave within our crystal the sum of our life experience, awaiting our return to earth to balance any karmic energy or to help us in our growth, and contributing to the creational consciousness matrix of the Earth, even when not embodied upon the Earth.

All life is one within and from the Creator Source. The same is true upon the creational plane of earth, all is one, we just think we are separate. When we return to conscious unity within the form with the Creator, we begin life eternal upon the earth. Our soul lives eternally upon death, but we can overcome the limits of the form and experience the Divine life through choice, or continue to experience, physical existence and then death, with the challenges and fears it brings.

As always the choice is yours.

Intense Energies

I am not sure what others are feeling this Easter Holiday season, but for me the energies are intense.

I find much surfacing for me to learn to handle from a higher perspective and I am not doing so well at times. However, that being said, at least I am recognizing what is happening and it gives me a chance to clear and hopefully choose better solutions going forward.

I just heard to tell myself, what would Jesus do? Good thought at this time. That was a catch phrase a few years ago.

Whether one is Christian or whatever religious belief you have, at these times, think about your religions founders or high teacher and think what would they do in this situation. If we just make the choice that we will be mindful of our thoughts, and then stop and ask ourselves what the best choice spiritually is before we speak or act we have moved forward. When we are able to ask our I Am Presence or Soul then we have reached another level of seeing, knowing and Being from a higher perspective.

Jesus came to show us how to live that which others who came before him had spoken. He said, ohn 14:12, KJV  Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.“

Buddha said, “Whatever words we utter should be chosen with care for people will hear them and be influenced by them for good or ill.”

Zoroaster said, “Turn yourself not away from three best things: Good Thought, Good Word, and Good Deed.”

This is truth. We just have to make that choice. It doesn’t mean that we won’t have challenges, as we work to clear and balance that which we have accumulated, but that we only need to ask and the Legions of Light will move Heaven and Earth to help us.

May you find the peace as the Light and Love are flooding us to help us to see that which blocks our path to Oneness.

Twin Flames

Why do you seek them?

I am not sure of all the reasons that ones spend time seeking their twin flames.

Do they feel alone? Do they feel incomplete? Do they have miserable relationships and seek what they hear might be the ultimate love? Or are there other reasons.

We have heard of soul mates. Soul mates are souls who come from the same monadic soul family as ourselves. We go out and often together with one another into various lifetimes and experiences to learn and grow, they could be lover, friends, parent and child, or nemesis. They are not what ones term twin flames. Others say a soul mate is a romatic partner that fulfills you, while others say that is your twin flame.

Twin flames are said to be the other half of us. It is said that at some point our soul split into two parts for whatever reason. It is said that you can only reunite without possibility of karmic consequences when you have both Ascended. It is often said that while one is embodied their twin flame stays in spirit to help guide them, only embodying at the same time in rare circumstances of great need on the planet.

No matter the term or concept of twin flame, or soul mate. People are focusing upon the wrong aspect of spirituality if they spend their time seeking a twin flame.

The first Union to seek is your Union with the Creator. When that is fulfilled, embraced and embodied there is nothing missing in your life, for all is part of the Creator and thus you are now able to merge with your twin flame, soul mate and all life. You are whole.

“Seek ye first the kingdom of God/Creator, and all will be added unto you.”

To seek first a union with a soul mate or twin flame over union with the Creator is a GREAT DISTRACTION, which prevents you from fully becoming all that you can be and came into life to be.

Buddha taught us how to prepare the body, mind and soul to work in unity to experience the wisdom of the Universe as peace and unity upon the earth. Jesus took the concept to the next level and taught us how when we have accomplished this in our lives, those born of flesh can walk this path and embody the I AM Presence of God.

What does this have to do with twin flames. They did not spend their time on earth searching for their soul mate or twin flame. They sought first the Divine within them.

Thich Nhat Hanh, a buddhist teacher said, “True love is generated from within.” No one knows where the idea of the split began, somewhere in the past of duality. The buddhist speak of the souls as sparks of the flame of Oneness that separate and then return to the whole. Perhaps in seeing man and women people took this concept further. Duality is part of light and dark, masculine and feminine, good and evil.

Ones hear in new age circles of Ascended Beings and their twin flames or the Masculine and Feminine aspects of Archangels. Although once we have returned to the sea of the Oneness with all Creation and the Creator, we can manifest as either masculine or feminine or dog or cat or whatever we wish.

We realize that these are just concepts. There was once a program called “Deep Space Nine” in which one character was Odo was a changling. The changling people were in their essence a sea of golden color liquid. They could at any time manifest as anything they wanted or could visualize. Two of them could merge together to share wisdom and understanding or they could merge back into the wholeness of all of them.

This is what we are in the Essence of the Void of Creation or Unmanifest potential. We are love and one with all others who are and are not currently in form. We can manifest at will but our will is at one with the Creators will. The Creator has a vision of the expansion of creation into experimental realms of existence.

To explain that lets say the Creator wants to manifest a Sacred Center of Light for humanity. The Creator sends for the thought and ones pick up on it and they understand if they have a part and what that part might be in the manifestation. Now they are not without free will as they move in unity with the will of the creator. If there is a path to manifesting this, you could walk down the center of the path, to the left or the right along your journey. If you start to fall off the path, ones (like angels or your soul) will nudge you to get back on the path. If you have come to Unity Consciousness you will of course understand your part from a higher perspective and will walk the center of the path to manifestation for the betterment of all life, and do it easily, abundantly and with joy.

Again, you may ask what does this have to do with twin flames and soul mates?

Everyone is actually our soul mate, and the Creator is our Twin Flame at the essence of our Being. When we remember this, there is no longing for another to fulfill us, for we are fulfilled when we unite with the Creator, our I Am Presence. We are never alone or lonely. We never lack for all possibilities and abundance are ours, and we understand the higher perspective of life. We are FREE and UNLIMITED.

All of my life I have asked that the Creators will be done in me, through me, by me and for me. I have not always lived that desire, but it was the calling in my soul back to unity with the other part of me of which I have always been a part, but had forgotten and then felt unworthy of their love and oneness. The process has been healing myself to find the love within which is the Creator and has always been awaiting my return.

The kingdom is within us and as we reconnect it can expand outward into the world. A far greater experience of love, then a life long search for a soul mate or twin flame. They with whom we are meant to connect will come at the right time when we are ready. The healing begins within to find the highest love and connection.

FREE TO BE – YOU AND ME

In 1972 Marlo Thomas and a group of friend brought forth a concept of empowerment, love and acceptance of each other. A concept many are still struggling to understand.

Free to be you and me – what if we never had to worry about others judging us, abusing us or teasing us. What if we could wake up in the morning and know that we could be and feel and express that which is within us, and know that although others may not understand us completely they allow us to be because that makes us happy.

What if from the moment you were born, each child was loved unconditionally, and allowed to express their emotions, thoughts and desires and be heard. What if all living things had a home, food and loving support. Then they would not live in fear, hurt and despair.

I am as I write this being reminded of a dog and how like a small child even when abused they keep coming back to their owner, like a child does with their parent who abuses them. They come with heads down and tail between their legs, hoping that this time it will be different. For this person is supposed to care for them and provide for them.

I now see a child who is running to be with their friend, one is black and the other white. They don’t see any difference. There is the image of the mother cat taking in babies of other species and nursing them when abandoned. The innocent allow for all because their hearts are pure and their hearts guide their minds.

If we allow for others to be different, because we are each different, then everyone would be free to express the beauty of their soul without fear. How FREE if we didn’t have to hide any part of ourselves from another.

I see the image of the circle of children of the Xhosa culture from a post on facebook. An anthropoligist placed a basket of fruit near a tree and told the children whomever got there first won all the fruit. They did not run separatly to do so but said the word “Ubuntu” I Am because we are. There response being how can one of us be happy when the others are sad.

We can work together, and be together freely in unity if we let down the learned walls of separation, fear of failure, feelings of unworthiness, fear of judgment, because we are taught that we cannot be different. Thus we learn to be the one who runs to the tree to get the fruit before the others, to be judged worthy, and not be less than anyone else.

How much more joyful, when everyone has that piece of fruit and can enjoy the sweetness together. When we can run together in the race and be the best we can be and be happy for each others accomplishment. How wonderful when someone asks us not where do you live, and what do you do, and how much money do you make, but asks how is life, what do you enjoy doing, do you feel happy?

My husband and I have been married for 35 years. In the early years we were asked repeatedly if when we were going to have children. It is something people ask about not knowing that perhaps a couple is unable or has made the choice not to have children. It can get quite ackward depending on your response. For one must grow up, get a good job, marry, have children, buy a home etc. If you are different ones don’t know how to interact with you. We have learned over the years to just answer the question, no we don’t have any children and move on to another question without explanation.

Everyone’s life, desires, hopes and dreams should be allowed to develop naturally and not based upon the expectations of others or society. If one feels loved and secure from birth, and able to be and express themselves as an individual we may find less violence, fear, hatred and anger in the world.

I found as a spiritual being who discovered my belief outside of the main religious structure, that ones can tend to look at you differently. It was quite ackward at times, when asked what church or religions I belong to, and when I would share that I was not affiliated with an organized religion, I was viewed suspiciously.

I learned to be quiet and cautious about my sharing, and the joy my faith has brought to me. It took a leap for me to finally feel FREE TO BE.

I am thankful that over 50 years ago Marlo Thomas started this process and hopefully one day soon it will be the norm and not the exception. Marlo and her father Danny Thomas have brought heart and freedom into their work and into the lives of many. Danny Thomas being a wonderful actor and the founder of St Judes Childrens Research Hospital and his work continued by Marlo an actress and Caring human being. I thank them for their service to humanity and the difference they have made in the lives of many.

The Leap of Faith

One important fact to remember is that faith should never be blind.

Blind faith comes from the mind, and true faith comes from the heart.

Recently in an attunement I had chosen, there was a point where I had the choice to jump with faith or not to jump. Either choice was correct for where I was along my path, but for me the greater choice spiritually was to make the jump. It was not a jump of blind faith, but one of faith of the heart.

Before I did the attunement, knowing this choice was ahead I was reminded of one of the books of Carlos Castenada called the “Tales of Power” in which he and another apprentice reach a point where they have a choice to jump off a cliff into the abyss. This popped immediately into my mind when I knew I was going to be asked to jump. Jump into what?

What is the abyss? It is the unknown, to move from that which is familiar into that which is limitless. To let go of the box of the human flesh, and realize that we are the soul, a being of multidimensional awareness and unlimited potential. I wasn’t being asked to jump off a cliff like in the book, but to make the jump or shift in consciouness to “LET GO” and “LET THE CREATOR EMERGE”. I was being called by Jesus, Buddha, my I AM Presence and the Creator. Called to let go of limits and see the reality of what was only possibilities.

There was of course much more to the process leading up to this point but this is the thought of the day. The choice I faced was not one of jumping with blind faith. I had been preparing for this moment. The choice did not require me to jump off a mountain, I might not have made that jump. I knew that I would exist in a different way from that point forward. Was I ready for the change?

“Anything is one of a million paths. Therefore you must always keep in mind that a path is only a path; if you feel you should not follow it, you must not stay with it under any conditions. To have such clarity you must lead a disciplined life. Only then will you know that any path is only a path and there is no affront, to oneself or to others, in dropping it if that is what your heart tells you to do. But your decision to keep on the path or to leave it must be free of fear or ambition. I warn you. Look at every path closely and deliberately. Try it as many times as you think necessary.

This question is one that only a very old man asks. Does this path have a heart? All paths are the same: they lead nowhere. They are paths going through the bush, or into the bush. In my own life I could say I have traversed long long paths, but I am not anywhere. Does this path have a heart? If it does, the path is good; if it doesn’t, it is of no use. Both paths lead nowhere; but one has a heart, the other doesn’t. One makes for a joyful journey; as long as you follow it, you are one with it. The other will make you curse your life. One makes you strong; the other weakens you.

Before you embark on any path ask the question: Does this path have a heart? If the answer is no, you will know it, and then you must choose another path. The trouble is nobody asks the question; and when a man finally realizes that he has taken a path without a heart, the path is ready to kill him. At that point very few men can stop to deliberate, and leave the path. A path without a heart is never enjoyable. You have to work hard even to take it. On the other hand, a path with heart is easy; it does not make you work at liking it.”

I knew this jump, this path had a heart, for I knew the ones asking me bring the Love and Light of the Creator. They had walked the path before me and made straight the way. I simply had to choose to let go of the familiar and embrace the limitless. I prepared myself to make this jump before the attunement began, for thankfully the one who does the attunement shared this point.

Blind faith is listening to another who is limited who says that their way is the only way, that they have information which you do not and that you should listent to them and follow them. ONE KEY to remember is in what Carlos Castenada said about is this the path of the heart. You will know if the path or choice you are making is correct by seeking within your heart.

DOES IT MAKE YOUR HEART SING??

This has always been a key for me. I trust my heart. I have made some tremendous changes in my life based upon my heart guided intuition, and although many have been scary, because I stepped out of my safe, familiar and ordinary existence, into the unknown of freedom and change, each one made my heart sing.

Blind faith may stir your emotions and cause you to feel strongly about the path they present to you, but does it benefit ALL Life. My choice made not only my heart sing, but I knew I was being called to be of a higher service, not to glorify me, but to GLORIFY THE CREATOR. For the purpose I am guided in life to do is to help others to see the wonder of the FREEDOM of Being one with the Love and Light of the CREATOR.

We all will one day choose to return to Oneness and Be our I AM PRESENCE. That is the path I have chosen. I will not stop until it is complete. I pray that this will be true for All sooner rather than later.

So do not blindly follow a path, but seek the one that makes your heart sing and you know will set you free to BE ALL THAT YOU CAN BE.

Where do we go from Here?

Often we come to a crossroads along our path perhaps you are at that point in your life.

It seems at time that no matter what we do we aren’t making any spiritual progress. That which we feel we are supposed to do aludes us or we feel it is too far away to understand exactly what it is that the Creator wants from us.

The desire of the Creator for us is simple and exists in our hearts through Grace that we seek and place our intent and attention upon knowing the I AM of the Creator within us. There are beliefs, thoughts, fears and doubts which keep us thinking that we need to do something, and that we are not good enough, and our past actions will be judged and find us unworthy, but those are of the human perspective and not of the Divine.

The Creator sees us as perfect, for we are part of the Creator. The Creator Loves us without conditions and wants for us to live a life of joy, peace, good health, love, and abundance. The Creator doesn’t judge our actions because we are experiencing all that is possible for the Creator. Existence is a circle that begins and ends at Oneness with the Creator. Anywhere else along this circle is the journey of expansion and exploration. This doesn not mean however, that we have the license to be mean, kill, abused, hurt or destory another part of life, for all is part of the Creator and when we harm another we harm the Creator and ourselves.

The choices we have made that have created the life in which we are living is not aligned to the Will and Love of the Creator. If it was aligned,we would not question our lives, for we would be living a life of Grace and Wisdom, which brings Peace and Abundance for us and All Life. I seem to repeat these concepts, because the people hear and understand things in different manners and context of ideas.

I have traveled the path as have so many others. They live among you and you do not know, for they live their lives in Grace and Oneness, simply Being the Love and Light of the Creator so that others may experience the energy and awaken, seek and want to know this Beauty of Soul alignment and Oneness with the Creator/I Am within and others. Once you understand and make not the gifts of Spirit, not deprivation of self, not the ability to manifest, to be psychic, to have super human abilities or recognition, but simply want to be ONE with the Creator, you enter GRACE.

Grace is taking back the authority in your life for your thoughts, words and deeds. To end any contracts or agreements on the physical and spiritual level that are not under Divine Will. I see this as the  “Get behind me, Satan! You are a stumbling block to me; you do not have in mind the concerns of God, but merely human concerns.” as stated in the Christian Bible Matthew 16:23 and as Buddha speaks on taking back authority in our life, “Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. ”

When take back authority from others, it is that point of Grace that we give it to the Creator, so that our soul and I AM Presence of God can guide us to be Mindful and live in Grace and Unity as our Initiative of Mindfulness comes from the Divine.

A few years ago I wrote this post about Grace and perhaps it will help someone to understand more that through Grace, the process of Ascension is embodying the I Am Presence of the Creator in our lives.

Grace comes in parts  -listening grace, grace of thoughts, grace of words and grace of deeds.

Each of these begin from the quiet peace within our hearts. As we move through our lives we should seek within our hearts with Listening Grace for the inspiration, correct timing and direction.  When are at peace, and centered within our hearts,  we can await to hear or feel the gentle nudging or direction of Divine Spirit which shows us what is the best path to follow(Grace of deeds). We are asked to wait to be shown the best words to say unto another (Grace of words).

When we live in listening grace,  we are able to move through life, living with love, peace and compassion for others. We learn to observe the world around us with the innocence of a child,  with ears to hear and eyes to see purely what is happening around us.  We live without judging or creating scenarios as to what others think or why they act, until the Greater Part is shown (Grace of thoughts).

We learn to wait with Listening Grace to be shown the greater picture and our part within the Greater picture or in any situation. In doing so, when we do speak or act, it is uplifting to all.

This does not mean losing or giving up anything in our lives, but having them enhanced 1000 fold or more.  We have all come forth from the Creator which means we are all part of the whole and connected to each other.  We all have roles to play and lessons to learn.

Grace means we no longer struggle to try to understand or control the world, which has resulted in the chaos we see each day.  Grace means we remember that we are of Divine Origins and we are returning to claim our birthright.

Grace means we understand the unity of all Life and that in order for Heaven to manifest upon this Earth it is required that all act together for the betterment of whole.  The whole being not only humanity, but the planet, the air, the water, the animals and all non human life, upon and within the earth, the birds in the sky, the life in the oceans.

It is time to realize a part of the Divine Creator resides within us.  Learn to Discern the voice of the Creator from the lower ego and thoughts of fear and fighting.  Through Grace we feel the Light and the Love of the Creator as it springs forth from our hearts to guide our thoughts, words and deeds.

The process can be as easy as walking through a door,the end of the struggle of duality. Or it can be a long process which is a step by step journey home,the choice is always yours.

It begins with the simple prayer of asking the Creator’s will not your will be done in you, by you and through you.  Ask to be strengthened and protected from that which would harm you or keep you from unity with the Creator. These energies  which are not of Divine Origin and prevent us from living a Divinely inspired life includes our own ego.

It does not mean we stop living our lives and sit in a room and meditate all day, although if that is an option you choose it is a good choice. We can help others through prayer and meditation, asking for the love and light of the Divine to be in the world.  We can also have a larger affect by Being the change, Light and Love we want to see in the world  We do this by living as Life of Love for All Life,  each day doing that which is  our job or hopefully our inspired joy, and interacting with others and sharing our Love and Light. For the world to change, the change must begin within us, and then we must allow the Light and Love within us to shine to inspire others to want to seek change.

I read a recent analogy that I thought was appropriate.  If we are in a canoe and don’t have a paddle we go no where, we stagnate.  If we decide not to paddle or contribute to the effort of moving the canoe forward we may begin to drift backwards or again stagnate in the same place.  However, if we put our paddle in the water even if we don’t know what we are doing in the beginning, we can learn and move forward and have a successful and enjoyable journey.

I would compare the water to life and the canoe to our consciousness.  We can move through life simply working and doing the same things over and over again until they no longer bring us joy for we feel stagnate in our life.  We may even get angry and make drastic changes that ultimately disrupt in a negative way our lives and the lives around us. The other option is that we seek something within us, something to inspire us and show us a new and joyous direction  Our paddle that moves us forward in our life, and that is a connection to our inner wisdom and spiritual guidance.

The key is living with Listening Grace for the Divinely guided moments in any situation or experience to be of Greater Service or to connect with a person or situation in a loving and unifying experience. We soon realize in this state of Grace that we are enjoying the abundance of Blessings of the Divine in our lives which is our Birthright.

It could be that you are now in a time of reflection, where you need to relax and move within through contemplation and meditation. The answer lies within you.

Earth – Lady Gaia

Earth is truly a jewel of creation.

There are many people who because of their life situations have little time or impetus to appreciate the beauty of Earth and to be thankful for the life giving sustenance which she provides. Lady Gaia is the Being who ensouls the planet Earth. She is light, love and nurtures and provides for all that exist upon, within and around the planet. She has cared for us despite any abuse which is thrust upon her.

Like ourselves Lady Gaia has been evolving into the next level or her existence. She is in the process of an Ascension to a new level of existence and service. This means there will be changes occuring with Earth. What does this mean for us?

For some as they read this it will bring up fear of earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and other such disasters. If you look around you those events are and have been occurring for a very long time. Many of these events bring forth a new perspective for the ones involved even if just for a short period of time. Ones realize the impermanence of man made objects in the face of events of nature beyond which seem beyond their control. People show the best of themselves in doing what they can to help others.

I say seem, because although we might not be able to prevent a volcanic eruption or an earthquake but we can help lessen the effects. If enough people in an area become aware of their connection to each other, the Creator , Earth and all life on Earth and choose to make choices from a higher perspective this can ease any natural events which might occur and even prevent some.

Many have predicted the big quake in California, yet it has not happened. I believe that this is due to the focus of ones living in harmony with Nature that is prevalent in California. Does this mean it will never happen? This I cannot predict, for that is always up to Lady Gaia and the consciousness of humanity.

I have known most of my life how the emotions, thoughts and actions of humanity affect the weather. My grandmother told me long ago to watch events and the weather for they are triggered by the thoughts, actions and emotions of humanity. She said when people are angry, violent and war is prevalent, the weather becomes harsh and extreme. We see this more and more these days.

This is because of the creational matrix of earth of which mass consciousness is a part. Our thougths, emotions and actions create within the matrix. As such, since we are connected to the creational matrix of earth when born, these energies we project tend to gather and increase in intensity. As the energies build they affect other parts of the creational matrix, such as weather, the crystals and fluids within the earth, the air we breath and the water we drink. If we are turbulent so is nature. Nature includes the nature spirits who care for the elements, plants and minerals. If we are calm, this helps to calm the flow of nature.

Animals are instinctively born of love. Like babies they come in innocent. They learn the fear and destructive nature from their interactions with humans. We were to be guardians of our planet. However, we chose to live at all costs to keep ourselves safe and prosperous, without care about other humans, animals, plants and the land itself.

We can change this but it is our choice. We must choose to once again be a conscious being who cares about the balance and abundance between and for all life. Conscious living instead of fearful existence. What we choose determines the future of ourselves and life on earth. The day is coming when Lady Gaia will no longer suffer from our abuse. She will expand to a new level of existence and those who are ready can expand with her.

This is not the end of those who do not choose this expansion, for they can continue as they have for milleniums until they are ready to expand into the Unity of Consciousness that is our Creator with which we are One.

Honor the Earth, be thankful for all she gives us. That is a start.

TRANSFORMATION

As I begin each day I ask for a thought or word upon which to focus for the day and Transformation was the focus of this day.

As I sit quietly before starting my daily tasks and routine, I ask to be show what is important for me to know and understand. Transformation is a state of Being beyond a process. For a process involves steps and actions, and although there are actions involved these are on an energy level. The two main actions of transformation are ‘Letting go’ and ‘Alignment’.

Transformation is moving from one State of Being unto another State of Being. A state of Being unlike a state of mind is made up of qualities of existence and not goals or feeling regarding your circumstances or goals. To change your state of mind you must evaluate your situation and decide on new actions which bring emotional and physical satisfaction. This involves the ego guarding against hurt and pain, fight or flight if things get too scary. Meanwhile the brain is analyzing the situations, your options, it is taking authority and initiating your actions based on physical, mental and emotional factors as well as known belief systems, rules and regulations.

In order to change your State of Being, you function from the heart, where the soul guides you. The soul is always aligned to the higher perspective and universal intelligence of the Creator Source through the I Am Presence. When we move into the heart, we can receive transcendent light which transforms the lower blockages and allows the grace, wisdom and truth of Divine Love to guide us. This is a state of Being in Grace, to wait upon the Divine timing with patience and see the higher perspective which Blesses All. This state of Being is joy, peace and the energy of manifestation.

Thus the process of transforming from one state of Being to the State of Being in Grace, Enlightenment and Divine Love involves two steps. Letting go of the old outdated beliefs and perceptions, which involves choosing to do so. The second step is alignment to the Divine Light and Love within our hearts which connects us to our Soul, our I Am Presence and Source.

In Letting go you need to breath, stand still, accept that you deserve all that you desire and the Creator wants you to have it. Think of that which brings you joy and peace, the feeling of love and security. Move into the feeling, and breath it into you as you move into the center of your Heart. Ask that the transcendent Light of the Creator release and transform any blockages.

Then within the heart, open, drop your defenses and feelings of guilt and lack of self worth so that the Light can fill you. See that you are connected to your Soul and the Universe, and align yourself to receive the Divine Love of the Creator through you I Am Presence and your Soul. Your I Am Presence is that which you are as a part of the Creator, and you Soul is the intermediary between you/ego identity and your I Am Presence. This happened due to the low vibration of the Earth and the choices to live from Ego, which cut us off from our I Am Presence. It cannot exist within the form in the 3D energies, we need to move into 5D.

The other aspect being that we have at some point taken away the authority of our soul and I Am Presence to guide us in our earthly journey and now we need to take it back from the energy which controls us as part of mass consciousness and return it to the Creator. This must be a conscious choice. This allows us to walk in Unity with the Creator and All life in Oneness and receive of the Divine Love, Grace, Abundace and Peace that is our birthright as Beings of Light.

We are Souls having a human experience. We have forgotten and so we think we are this form and it is more important than the Divine iniative of Being.

A wise one once told me,” Ascension and transformation is as easy as walking through a door from one room to another. We choose to make it difficult.”

So today the subject of contemplation and meditation is TRANSFORMATION.

Let go and Align to transform.
