The Sound of Silence: Unconditional Love and Unity

I find the teachings of the song “Sound of Silence” were not finished.

This image refers to the last verse of the song. And the words of the Prophets were written on the subway walls and tenement halls and in the Sound of Silence.

WE ARE ONE at the ESSENCE OF OUR BEING. The ESSENCE of our BEING is UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. It is not the sexual passionate emotion humans call it or the liking of an item that we say we love. It is the Caring, compassion and commitment to making sure that “We do unto others as would have them and the Source (by whatever name you call the All That IS) would do unto us. ”

If we do less there is something within us that needs to be cleared. We are called to walk our talk. One cannot be against killing in one instance and yet be fore it in another. One cannot ask to have help financially just for ourselves at the expense of others.

In this image on the right we have elderly living in poverty in a tenement. I am not forgetting about the millions who live in poverty in the world just focusing on one aspect that we can help. There are ones who would take away social security from the elderly and medicare. These people worked and earned these by putting money into them, it is not a gift. Ones who are wealthy and don’t need these to survive will take them and that is their right. Yet ones would cut the benefits instead of increasing them. Many are barely able to pay their rents, and must forgo food and medicine to have a roof over their heads or they may already be homeless. The Cost of living does not mean the increase in rents and there are also increases in medicare that cut into their cost of living. Many their families turn their heads to their poverty and needs. They have no cars to get to stores. Yet, ones would cut them and instead of taking limits off of wages paying into social security which would increase the fund, they choose to ignore the problem.

So how do we speak out without moving from a center of love and alignment to our higher self.

MINDFULNESS – to center in our heart, align to our higher self and ask for guidance as to the highest perspective in any situation for the good of all involved.

I want to refer here to two separate Beings and instances of how to deal with anger, violence and aggression in others.

It is written in one of the Masters of the Far East books by Baird Spalding that during his missing years Jesus traveled to Tibet. While reading the ancient texts in a monastery one day the people began to be worried and agitated and Jesus asked what was wrong. They said the Mongol hoards are coming to invade us. The hoards were violent warriors who much like today would kill, plunders, burn, raped and destroy all that was in their way taking what they wanted. Jesus in response walked to the top of the mountain/hill facing the passage through which they were approaching. As they came forth he simply raised his hands and the horses bucked off the riders and ran away. The riders were stunned and confused and ran away. What did Jesus do? He simply sent Love towards them which reflected back their anger, violence and negativity upon themselves.

i asked for an example from Buddha and was guided to this.

Narayan Helen Liebenson: There are two instances in the Buddha’s life that are instructive regarding your question. The first involved a drunk and angry elephant running toward the Buddha with the intent to kill him. The Buddha responded by sending the elephant metta, whereupon the elephant stopped in his tracks and bowed down instead of trampling the Buddha to death.

In the second instance, the Buddha was subjected to angry insults. First the Buddha just listened to the man, then he basically said he could not accept the anger, that it was a gift he would not receive.

So yes, we need to respond in the moment to any mistreatment of ourselves or others, but the question is how.

The Buddha taught that violence begets violence and that only love can stop the cycle, so it is important to avoid participating in violent actions. But this doesn’t mean lying down and passively accepting abuse. Nor does it mean demonizing the person who is causing the trouble or seeing that person as the “other.”

Nonviolence does not equal passivity or nonresponsiveness. It means bringing forth the qualities of heart we are training ourselves in, namely, loving-kindness, courage, patience, and wisdom, and doing our best to enact them in the heat of the moment. Pausing to be mindful of just one breath can help calm the mind. Calmness offers the possibility of responding out of wisdom and compassion, rather than out of anger.

Standing up to injustice and preventing those who are causing harm from continuing to do so can be an expression of love and compassion. It protects not only oneself and others but the perpetrators as well by preventing them from being harmed by their own unskillful actions.

Our conditioning tells us to fight or flee but the dharma tells us to stand our ground and be aware of the emotions being stirred up, and then to take the wisest and most compassionate action possible in a given situation. Of course, the wisest action may be to fight (without anger) or to flee (without fear). What would it mean to fight or flee without self-centered aggression and because it’s the sensible thing to do?

In unjust situations, this can be extremely difficult to do. Sometimes the only thing we can do is be patient and try not to make a situation worse until a beneficial and creative action becomes clear.

Buddha taught that we all have different karma, experiences and obligations in life which may be factors in our choices of fight or flight. Which is what our ego/rational mind was designed to determine to protect our physical form so our Soul/Higher Self can guide us and work through us. It is as we clear karma and come into higher vibrational clarity and alignment with our Higher Self that we become able to know that fight – does not mean physical violence is necessary, but allowing a higher energy to move through us to create the pathway forward. We do not tolerate violence being done to another as none of our business, but violence against violence is only a temporary solution that does not change the energies.

Just because we did not get our way in a situation doesn’t mean we have the right to try to force another to believe as we do, even to the point of killing them. Is a piece of land worth the price of the life of another person and the creation of karma for ourselves. Do you believe that abundance is a possibility for all? It is if you align to your higher self and allow the Universal Oneness to flow through you. Yet, we are each given this opportunity to choose.

Why? Each Universe is created with a different perspective of experience. One of the perspectives of our Universe is the Free Will to make choices. The ultimate experience was diving as deeply as we could into the ‘darkness’ of separation from alignment and memory of who we truly are to experience the pain and suffering of duality. Why? To realize the futility of it, that the ultimate experience of learning, growing, expanding and Being comes from alignment to the Oneness of ALL THAT IS. Form there we know and understand, we create new worlds, we partake of the bounty, joy and abundance available to all. We reach the depths of separation and cry out and say , “NO MORE”. “I am tired of this game of dark and light we created. I want to be FREE”

Then you begin the process of walking the pathway home to Freedom and Unity. You see that all the wrong or right, good or bad, in reality means nothing. There is so much more in this world of which to partake.

We can create a heavenly/paradise on Earth. But that is our choice. We can move forward into 5D and higher reality with Earth as she transforms, or stay in 3D. Now is the time of choice. It is amazing.

Those who awaken realize the futility of the duality of US or THEM. If it is not about WE then it isn’t worth our time or focus.

This isn’t about practicing a religion or spiritual philosophy it is about BEING the LIGHT we TRULY ARE upon the Earth.

I salute each of you who are stepping upon or walking this path. I will do whatever I can to help you as you take your steps.

Declutter Your Life: Prepare for New Opportunities

A New Chapter in Life

This is the first day of the rest of my life.

It is a bit scary for I have been journeying to this day for 42 years since I started on the spiritual journey to fulfill my mission. You may think that is a very long time, well actually it is many life times but the days when I began this journey were very different than today. Without computers and cell phones, we had to seek out books and people of like mind to learn and share. In the midwest bible belt it was even more difficult because small towns and even bigger cities didn’t have much in the way of unusual books and classes. Yet, somehow my wonderful guides managed to get the right books and people in to my hands and into my life.

Finances for me have been a big issue. I have financed over these 40 years the spiritual service that I have done for humanity and the planet out of my resources from my daily job. I do so humbly and with delight to be able to help the bring compassion, love, light and freedom in whatever way I was called to do so. I have left my family and life to travel to different parts of the country as called by spirit. Yet, it was not the fully destiny I came to do upon this earth.

In my youth I was passionate and inspired, ready to take on the world. As I grew older, the world got scarier and concerns about the golden years of life and being financially stable came into play. I had spiritual disappointments, that made me step back and close off to reevaluate my beliefs. I have embraced my differences from others and focused on moving forward on my personal clearing and freedom even more intensely. Yet, the CALLING was always there. Our Higher Self and spirit guides have a way of knocking at the door to try to keep us on track.

A few years ago, they helped me to go out on my own with bookkeeping and I have been blessed to have wonderful clients whom I care about and honor their friendship and business. It has helped me to stay living in the area I do which is expensive. I had in my mind that in a few years I would take social security, have enough saved from my job and hopefully an income from my spiritual work, the CALL. The CALL still would be there and like with this blog I have been doing what I can between home, daily job, personal growth, family and trying to answer the CALL – JUST LIKE EACH OF YOU.

The laws of manifestation are wonderful to read about but not always as easy to ‘manifest’ in our daily lives. So finally once again I said to spirit help me in making way for this to happen. I also had the dichotomy of thought that we should not charge for spiritual work and help for it is a gift of the Creator and Universe and should be given freely. If ones feel it is of value then they should be guided to donate. Yet, you find most will not. Yet, another parts know that the law of giving and receiving is part of balance. If you give and don’t receive you create a block. If you receive and don’t give you create a block. Every blockage has one day to be cleared and the energy balanced.

Finally this year reaching the age of 69, I realized it is time to retire the muggle work and begin the ‘Calling’ . So today, is the beginning of release of my first client in a process of transition. I know it will take time, but I had to take the first baby step in order to move forward and ‘turn the page’. Then I was guided to look at the monthly message from Diana Cooper for November .

Dear Friends,

November offers another exciting month. It may not be easy but never dull.

The full moon in November 2024 will be on Friday, November 15 and is known as the Beaver Moon. It is of great consequence for the tide is turning to take you to the next step in your destiny. It is time to consider where you all are going and prepare for it. You must be ready. If you resist you will miss a cosmic opportunity.

Load your boat up ready for the journey ahead. This is important so by the end of November be prepared.

First Set your vision.

Then Unclutter your life and your consciousness. Let go of your troubles and your griefs. They will weigh down your boat.

Here is an exercise. If you have some coloured pens or paints, that’s brilliant. use them. If you haven’t use a pencil or biro and think the colours. Or just use your finger to draw.

Remember to keep your heart open. Breathe into your heart and allow the 33 petals to open.

State your vision or destination.

Plan your route by stating your intention. My intention is to…..

Ask your guardian angel for all that you will need to accomplish your mission.

Then invoke Archangel Uriel, the gold and ruby angel of power with wisdom.

Draw a gold and red arrow facing forward, to the right.

You can do this with your finger and your imagination or on a piece of paper.

Place a circle round it. This is the symbol of the heart. Clockwise to move forward

Affirm, I now move forward with power and love.

Stay open to any thoughts or ideas that come to you.

Love and blessings

This is so beautiful. I have been receiving the message to declutter my life. Part is the work, but also the things in my house that I no longer need or want. To declutter my life by learning to set boundaries to my energy giving to others so that I remain in balance. I have been hearing that the Full Moon on the 15th would open new doors and here she is repeating it and what we can do to help our path and focus.

Then yesterday too, as timing with spirit is everything. In the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique class I am taking online, they had a demonstration of the technique on a younger woman, who could have been me in many ways as I listened to her. In the QHHT program you connect the client to their SubConscious or Higher Self who share wisdom and healing with the person/client. Through their own body/voice. The words spoken, could have been ones my Higher Self would have said about me. The system works and after the session she was healed of physical problems and her life changed. She left her job and stepped into the calling she came to do.

It isn’t easy to step out of comfortable, even if it isn’t making you happy, but it is security. I realized my guides kept saying your calling will bring you peace, joy and abundance. You aren’t feeling joy because you are not loving what you do, it is part of the fear factor.

So today with I am letting go of all fear and anxiety and stepping forth into the unknown. It involves, healing, teaching and helping others to tap into the well spring within themselves. Today with all the energy pouring into the planet to help us and the younger generations being born aware and more connected their paths won’t be as long. But, it is worth it. It is not about money or being noticed, but about sharing, connecting, helping others and creating a better world for all. The Universe knows of our needs and when we align to our purpose with grace and faith we align to all that we need to move forward along that path.

EVERYONE CAN MOVE FORWARED TOGETHER, but the choice is always up to the individual.

Embrace Your Essence: The Power of Love

You are Pure Love at the Essence of Your Being.

The past hurts and experiences that were less than loving cannot block your dreams and future expressions unless you allow them to do so. You are the center of your Universe, looking out over your Creation. What you believe about yourself and the world is how you will express your life and create the experience of it.

Make love your focus and purpose. Not the sexual, romantic love but the compassionate, caring, uplifting expression of Unity and hope. Find it in all possibilities and challenges. If something you I see or experience doesn’t fit, I will shift my awareness until I return to Love. That upon which we focus creates the vibrational level of our existence. It is the vibrational level we possess that brings to us energies of the same vibration.

If we focus on separation, judgment, control and anger in ourselves, others and the world, then that is the vibrational energies of experience that we will draw to ourselves. The Universe is about fulfilling our wishes as Creator Beings. The subconscious level does not understand that we may want one thing but do and say another. Where we focus our energy, actions, thoughts and words the subconscious sees as our desires and brings us more of this to experience.

If we want more joy, peace, love, abundance and harmony in our lives we must place our focus upon them. Be devoted to love so that you cannot be pulled from it by others. To be expressing unconditional love does not mean you subjugate yourself to be smaller or less so that others feel good about themselves. These are conditional actions that create unbalanced energy. You are not responsible for others, only your own choices and actions.

It is the expression of yourself as love that does not judge another’s choices or actions, but allows them to experience what they have chosen. It is the expression of yourself as love, that helps another in need whether human, animal or plant as you see the need or feel the call from their being to lend a hand to help them. It may be a plant or tree needs water, an animal is in distress and abandoned and needs help, a elderly person is alone and needs someone to mow their lawn or take them to the grocery store. These you do out of love for all Life without expecting reciprocity or recognition.

There is you attempt to believe something that is not your truth, you will not feel good about it and it will create unbalanced energy. We need to feel balanced in every moment. If we become unbalanced, don’t get upset, simply stop and return to your heart center. Then breath deeply and release the feeling and ask that it be replaced with love.

Remember to that love includes yourself. Your are perfect just as you are in this moment. For you are an aspect of the Creation exploring and learning to understand and transform that which doesn’t match Unity so that you can once again experience and express the fullness of your Being.

As you express love, you will also experience the emergence of the shadows of experiences that you have placed in the darkness so that you don’t have to deal with the pain and hurt. These shadows don’t seek to harm you, but they want and need the light and love. So as you grow in love, they will knock upon the door to be embraced and freed to be love too.

Ask for the love and support of your Higher Self, Source, your guides or Angels, or whomever you feel comfortable to ask for help in bringing light and love to these parts of you that they may feel loved, heard and set free to be in the light. Ask that the cause of the pain may be identified and released for it is no longer needed. That the core memory may be transformed with love, compassion and understanding. That the record within your DNA and akashic be transformed back to light and love and that the effect that created the shadow or separation be transformed by love into Unity within you.

The shadow can come from your DNA, a past life or early life experiences. I share this about the shadow in this message of love because all existence is created in love. The pain and separation we experience is because we have touched on energies at some point that are less than love and have created an unbalanced energy within us to others and to ourself. We need to love all parts of ourselves to fully love and be one with Creation. This is why we exist to Be Love and share Love for Love heals all wounds.

Overcoming Fear for Personal Freedom

I asked why another message on Fear from my teachers and they said because it is the most prevalent chain upon Earth at this point in time. Many people carry an energy blockage along their spine that keeps them trapped in fear. Fearful thoughts are bombarding you constantly from politics, media, financial institutions, religious organizations, social organizations, the military and technology are all sending out messages that create fear and trigger thoughts of separation, anger, violence, war and judgment all are fear based.

Recently a dispensation was given by the Council of Light when requested by humanity on a personal level or for all people that a dark blue pyramid of protection can be placed around the head, body or even homes and cities to protect human from the bombarding thought forms of fear control. However, the key is we need to ask, for ourselves and for humanity for this to happen. Do so daily. Simply ask that a blue pyramid of light surround you, your loved ones, pets, home and for each individual upon the planet.

This is not interfering with free will for we are simply asking that outside energies that interfere with free will be blocked allowing for ones to make choices not based on outside influences. This is a great service.

FEAR does not exist in creation and outside our earthly experience of 3D reality. It is a creation of ones who desired to control humanity and fed it into the collective consciousness and the systems of the earth. Fear only affects us if we connect to it and allow it to influence us. When we make the conscious choice to clear our outdated mental, emotional, DNA /physical and spiritual blockages and beliefs, the use of the blue pyramid can help us to not be distracted during this process, and we can reconnect to our higher guidance.

Then we can be mindful of our thoughts and see those limiting and fear based thoughts that influence us to clear and transform them. We can use the violet flame to transform and release them and bring in the Essence of Light and Love to fill those places cleared within us. We must choose to step out of the control of FEAR. Fear is an illusion that is fed to us through socialization and media to block our connection to our Higher Self. When we let go of fear personally it can no longer connect to us or direct the world in which we live, the world we are creating by our thoughts, words and deeds.

Fear is the absence of the Divine Essence of Creation – Unconditional Love. Not to be confused with physical, emotional love, but the essence of caring, unity, compassion and creation. We create the world we perceive by what we choose to focus upon in our lives. Today we see so much fear based connection which is why there is violence, hatred, war, crazy weather, planetary pollution, abuse and neglect of people and animals.

I have spoke of this before but a story is told in the mountains of Tibet and recorded in a book by Baird Spalding of how during the missing years of Jesus’s life he traveled there to study. One day the people were frightened and he asked why. They said the mongol hoards were coming. Jesus walked to the side of the cliff and looked out to see the men on horseback. He held up his hand and the horses bucked off the men who became confused and ran away. These were very violent and feared men. When asked by the people how he did this Jesus said,” I sent love and it reflected back to them all that was not of love within them. “

Archangel Michael once took me to another planet, to remind me of how the sword he carried is of Divine Truth and Love. We walked a planet and he asked if I remembered being there with him. I did. We had walked it long ago, projecting Truth and Love, there was no physical battle, it was a transformation of the energy that allowed ones to choose to be Free.

Other planets and systems have been freed from Fear by choosing to focus upon the Love and connection with Universal Oneness within themselves. In so doing they become Free from fear which causes war and separation. Fear is not just war, it limits our ability to manifest the potential within us, to work together to create a better world, to feel love and companionship, to experience abundance financially, mentally, emotionally, and physically as health.

I don’t know if this will be the last blog on Fear, but hopefully. We have to make a choice to block access to our consciousness and anything within us that connects to fear. To be mindful of our thoughts, words and deeds that what we create in our life experience is of the higher perspective and benefit for ALL.

THAT IS WHY WE CAME INTO THIS LIFE. We were so hopeful, we said ” I will remember. I will remember. I will remember.” Then we were born into the veils of amnesia and illusion and we forgot. We were socialized into limiting fear based beliefs. Now we have to let go of those beliefs and remember who we are.

I remember. I AM a Creator Being of Light and Unconditional Love. I came to help others to remember.

May you each remember as you are ready to make that choice.

Dear Ones, I am always close by you. You have but to ask and I will help and protect you for that is the Essence of my Being. I bring you the protection so that you can experience the Truth of your being and live it and speak it with authenticity. Call, ask and I will surround you with my cloak and pyramid of protection. I am with you always but I honor your free will , so you need to ask.

Understanding Your Purpose in Life

Who am I and Why am I here?

Who am I?

One of the questions of life. The deep essence is that you are a part of the Essence of Creation. You are an aspect of the Source of all that exists. You are an explorer, experiencing the ultimate of extremes, at the farthest reaches of separation from your Unity to understand what it means and how to transform the energies and expand into a greater Being.

You volunteered and even sought to do this for it is of great service, growth and reward.

P.S. this also answers the question – Why am I here?

Who are you on Earth. You are a spark of Light seeking to transform the darkness and shine brightly. You may be a mother, father, lawyer, farmer, model, or living on the streets. It matters not for we all came from the same Source, whether you currently believe that or not.

WE ARE ONE at the SOURCE of OUR BEING.

Shakespeare wrote: All the world’s a stage,
And all the men and women merely players;
They have their exits and their entrances,

This was speaking of how in our current life we go through many stages and who we are changes, from infant, to teen, to parent to elderly. Yet, it is speaking of having our entrances and exits to the play or game we call life.

If, when one gets upset about the challenges to their beliefs from another, you could switch to the thought this is but another act of the play called life. What is my part in this act? What am I to portray? What can my character learn from this scene? What can I do to make this scene a inspiration for myself, the other actors and audience who are watching?

Remember – this too shall pass.

Who am I?

I am a Being who came into this world to experience certain aspects. To learn, to grow, to help others? I created a plan before I came in on what I would experience to aid my growth and the growth of others. I came in to help shift the energies and density of Earth to help everyone to be Free of the control energies that keep us from transforming into the powerful, sovereign Beings we truly are. I came in to embody the Essence of Unconditional Love.

This is true for all of us, we have simply forgotten. The veil of amnesia needs to be removed, but we must make the choice and focus upon seeking to know more spiritually for that to happen. This will help us to remove the veils of illusion that keep us feeling separate, powerless, and alone.

Then we can begin to remember and embody – Why I am here?

You my dear one are a part of the Universe. You are made of the same essence as the stars. You have the ability to create, you do it each day by creating your reality and experiences through your thoughts, intent, emotions and beliefs.

Now it the time to make the choice to remember. I AM a BEING of LIGHT and I choose to nullify and void an contracts or agreements that keep me from expressing that NOW in my life. I claim my spiritual, mental, emotional and physical Sovereignty of Being. I AM FREE.

I decide what part I will portray in this play called Life on Earth. I decided how I will express the beauty of my Being as I move upon the stage of Life. I align with my heart and inner knowing of TRUTH to express from the higher perspective for the greater good of all.

Children are not born prejudice or judgmental it is learned. When we can become like children, then we can all partake of the candy of life.

Children know why we are here. To learn, explore, enjoy, love, experience and embrace the world without fear, anger, violence, judgment or hate.

Embracing a Fearless Life through Love

To be fearless does not mean one needs to be a warrior of agression for that only brings fear in others. To be fearless or without fears means to release the attachments and beliefs that cause us to judge and creates a separation between ourselves and others.

When we can live a heart centered life of compassion we no longer have fear within us – we have entered No Fear. The way we are controlled by the systems of the world is through fear, anger, judgment and separation. This is the ‘they’ and ‘us’ thought forms. If we are separated, fearing each other and warring then we don’t have time to focus on what is important, the essence of the Divine within us.

FEAR – is the absence of LOVE. LOVE is the ESSENCE OF CREATION. Thus one can come to the conclusion that to fear is the absence of the essence of Creation manifesting through us. Instead it is the manifestation of the lower energies of control and separation.

A warrior system developed around the thought form ‘NO FEAR’ that manifest a couple of decades ago. Originally the thought form came to us to ask us to let go of fear, by embracing love. But, humanity did not understand and instead took the warrior stance. Archangel Michael the Protector Angel, represents the warrior energy. His sword is not a weapon of destruction but of transformation. His sword is the sword of TRUTH. Truth is relative on earth based on the socialization and beliefs of the individual placed upon that which they see and experience.

Divine Truth however, is part of the Laws of Creation which never change. To pick up the Sword of Truth which transforms fear into Love is to align through your heart with the Truth of your I AM Presence, your soul essence that is part of the Source of All Existence.

FEAR is a trap to keep us separate from the Unity Consciousness which is the energy of Creation and from each other. We choose that which we will embrace as our Truth. We are told what to believe as children and given rewards or punishment to make us align to it. However, as we become adults we have a choice to continue in that belief or to embrace something new.

Then we have a choice do we continue by simply aligning to a truth of fear being projected towards us from our electronic media or do we come into the silence within our Being within our hearts to hear the words of Truth that set us FREE from fear.

As always the choice is yours. Do you continue to live in fear and separation, warring with ‘them’ or do you become part of “We” the “One” which connects to the Universe of Expansion, Freedom, and Manifestation of a Divine Reality.

Letting Go

For all of us this is an intense time of change and emotional upheaval to come to a place of balance and harmony in our lives.

To do this it means searching the shadows or blockages within us to see the source or cause and let go of the core memory, record and effect of that cause. For those of us who are type A personalities and control freaks of any level it is difficult. For we love our comfort zones and it isn’t easy to step out of them and to see that there might be a better way of perceiving and living.

Yet, that is exactly what we must do in order to move forward. We don’t have to do everything at once. That is what becomes the frightening aspect and also an excuse not to look at things or make changes because it is to much, too overwhelming. We don’t know where to begin and it is frightening to not know what lies beyond in the unknown realm. Our fears and beliefs have been the parameters which define our lives and how we are supposed to live. They are our comfort zone, even if they are sometimes negative, at least we know them and how to deal with them.

We each have this prompt within us that we know we are supposed to do something, but we don’t exactly know what that might be. Even when we have a hint what it is, we are not sure where to begin. It can seem so overwhelming, that we climb back in our comfort zone that we know so well.

We might know on a knowledge level of information that the Universe wants us to be in perfect health, happy and abundant, but we just haven’t seen those things manifest in our real, everyday life. Well, perhaps sometimes, but not on a regular basis. What if the thing we came to do might require a change in location or work? What if we live pay check to pay check and don’t know how we can afford to leave our job or move. We need our job, we have a family.

Please know that your I AM Presence, the part of you that is part of the Source of All knows this. The Source , your Higher Self wants you to have it ALL, and to be ALL that you came into this life to BE. You are a loving and loved, Being of the Universe, who has magic within you. This magic can create anything and everything, when you are able to tap into the HEART of your BEING.

You have free will. If, how and when you decide to begin to make changes personally to grow spiritually and to move toward that ‘why you are here’ aspect is up to you. Take it one step at a time. You need but ask for help from your I AM, God, the Source, Angels, Guide, with whomever you feel a connection, ask and they will help you.

Start by being mindful of your thoughts, words and deeds, that they come from a place of caring, compassion and balance. That you act from a place of inner peace instead of emotional reaction. Focus within your heart to feel peace and ask for guidance and then follow that guidance. Allow others the same without the need to judge their choices if they are different, or to control them. “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”, as a loving and caring person.

ASK yourself what you would love to do if you could do anything in this world as your career or job. What is you passion? When you love your job, you never work a day in your life, for you are living your passion. Ask for guidance in how you should proceed. Make a list of the steps needed and make them small steps so you can do them easily one at a time, but be open to the inner guidance and hunches, the signs might show you a different path to follow at the crossroads.

What I mean is I hear constantly from Spirit that I am a healer. Yet, I have never wanted to be a doctor, or even to do hands on healing. I like the Arcturian Healing method because it is being a therapist that finds out what is needed and connects you to the Arcturians who work with you to heal. I also have been drawn to the QHHT healing because it is a form of hypnosis that takes one to the theta state to connect with your Higher Self who works with you to do healing. I prefer to help people to clear the mental, emotional and spiritual blockages that are the source of their physical symptoms, which are a signal to pay attention to the imbalances in your life.

Letting go means to let go of the need to control everything and everyone. To let go of the blockages and beliefs we hold from this life, our ancestors through our DNA or in past or parallel lives to be able to move into the flow of unity with our Higher Self and the Universal Oneness.

It doesn’t have to be scary if we focus on the NOW moment and turn within to ask for guidance as to what is the higher perspective in this moment. Release the need to control and seek that which brings unity and harmony. This doesn’t mean giving your power to another, it means allowing them their choices, and seeking the higher perspective for you that brings you to unity with your Higher Self so that you can tap into the MAGIC of CREATING a better life for you and in the world. Struggles and conflict change nothing. They create more of the same.

When you let go of control and see a challenge as an opportunity of reflection of something within you that no longer serves and needs to be released, you have taken a step to freedom and mastery. Mindfulness – STOP – take a breath, center in the heart and release.

Exploring Yeti: Guardians of Inner Earth

A message about Yeti, Bigfoot and the various manifestations.

Most people think Yeti and fairies are myths or fairytales of the imagination of children. I chose this picture because although the image of Yeti alone could appear intimidating, when you see it in the context of fairies, butterflies and flowers you can see another possible side of its personality. (P.S. all fairies are not small and Yeti and it’s cousins come in many shapes and appearances)

I have previously shared how I have a Yeti guide named Lars. He is very proud of being a protector of the gateway at Mt Shasta. He has shared that Yeti are protectors or guardians of gateways to the inner earth. They also guardian some interdimensional portals but these can shift and move so they are not stationed at them like they are at gateways. The guardians are what we term Yeti.

There are other branches which we know as or term bigfoot, grass man, yowie, swamp ape and many other names around the world. It is like we have cousins in our family who are of the same lineage but different. The Yeti were the original beings and they are interdimensional. This means they can appear at will or mask their energies. They can communicate telepathically with us and cause us to become confused when in pursuit of them. They can open portals to move between locations and dimensions.

Not all of these ‘cousins’ still have all of their original abilities. During the many centuries upon the earth, ones have chosen not to live in the inner realms and to establish themselves upon the earth 3D vibrational dimension. Like you humans the dense energies have limited their abilities. Many have also found that due to the fear of humans they have been pursued and forced to live in less than ideal conditions. The conditions of their lives and the dense energies also have created blockages to some of their abilities or they have forgotten generation by generation just like humans.

By nature they are not an aggressive species. It is in their interaction with humans that have created their need to protect themselves and their families. They have chosen to distract humans and avoidance whenever possible.

The Yeti are guardians of the inner earth and the cities and populations which exist there. Their guardianship not only serves the inner earth beings but is a protection for humans who would search and/or come across an entrance. Why? The inner earth is another dimensional realm of vibration. If one would attempt to enter with their 3D vibrational level it would at the extreme cause their physical cohesion to be disrupted or at the least extreme physical, mental and emotional pain and imbalances. This is why few from inner earth venture forth upon the surface, except for a very short period of time because it is very hard for them to exist on this vibrationally dense level.

Beings of higher vibrational dimensions spend time preparing not only to appear to humans on earth, but even to communicate with us.

Lars shares ” We are protectors, the Yeti, and so it is easier for us to confuse you or to scare you off in order for us to keep both humans and our inner earth beings safe. However, make no mistake, our allegiance is to the inner earth society and our duty as guardians. “

What I sensed in his words and energies, is not that they would kill humans, but that they would move them to another location or dimension via a portal if all else failed. However, I sense the same is not necessarily true of their cousins who live in the 3D world. For like other life on Earth, humans have hunted and hurt them and they have learned to protect and defend themselves to stay safe and alive. Truly humans are the worst predators on Earth and to be feared above all others. What a sad state of affairs when we were originally here to be the protectors of earth and life on earth.

I ask, “Do you use telepathic sound vibrations to confuse people?”

Lars, ” Yes, if is an easy way to cause humans to turn around because they become confused as to where they are or what they were doing.”

I ask, ” What about ones who disappear?”

Lars, “Some have a vibrational level match and are able to enter the inner earth cities and choose to stay. Some unfortunately get harmed by the higher energies or they may get caught up in an interdimensional portal and are unable to return.”

Trusting Your Inner Guidance: Letting Go of Doubt

Doubt the long and winding road.

I awoke from a dream this morning knowing I had to write about something I heard yesterday. The connection between the dream and what I heard yesterday will become clear as I go along.

In the dream I was in a car with a group of people and we were trying to get to work and back home to where we began our journey. Yet, we were living in an area of great beauty of which we were reminded as the road we traveled passed the ocean view and proceeded into the long and winding road through hills and overgrown vegetation which we couldn’t see beyond. At times the road disappeared or was blocked and we had to search other ways to move forward.

To me as I write this the road home is our spiritual journey. Often we look to the past or are trapped in our beliefs and thoughts by past events in our lives that hinder us from see the beauty of NOW, where we are in our lives so that we can enjoy and be joyful in how far we have come along our path. Instead we cling to the old, the past and it limits our vision and our way forward. Sometimes, it takes us off the path and we have to seek help from others, guides to find our way back to the path.

When we return to the path, will we choose to continue as we have been doing , consttantly looking back or seek to enjoy the beauty of NOW and what we have accomplished. In this we are transforming our beliefs and moving forward with clear vision of our work and path.

Yesterday, I was taking a QHHT class that is Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique. In this session they were sharing a session with a person’s Subconscious/Higher Self in which they were very personable and engaging, and what they shared could have been the words from my own guides. Of course all life being one, in essence that is kind of what was happening. For in this session they shared it had taken a year for them to get her to have a session with Delores Cannon so that they could share the information the person wanted and needed with her. I awoke this morning and felt like Thoth had been nudging me to take this course to hear this session.

In QHHT a person is taken down to the THETA state of consciousness to see the most appropriate past life to answer their question as to what is the cause of their physical and/or emotional problem that is blocking them in their life. After seeing the past life, they are then taken to connect with their Subconscious/Higher Self that speaks through them to share what is needed to heal if truly desire to be healed. We have to realize that sometimes a person gains benefit or identity through the problem or illness. The choice to heal or transform is always ours.

Anyway, the point that struck me, is that the person was stuck in self doubt about her abilities. She wondered if she was truly hearing or making them up. The wisdom she had gained, she wondered if with all the teachers and books in the world, would it be of value or benefit to share what she knew. Could she really help others to heal and connect with their inner spirit.

I had to smile as her Subconscious spoke for that is what my guides have been saying to me. It doesn’t matter if there are 1 million books on a subject. My unique perspective may be exactly what 1 or 1 million people needed to hear to shift their perspective and reconnect. The struggles and experiences of my life written in a book may help another to see something of themselves and help them to shift. Just like listening to this one session brought benefit to me. Thoth is grinning widely as I write this and nodding his head.

I have been guided in the last few months to healing modalities that involve not me doing hands on healing but helping ones to clear and balance their energy bodies to heal their physical themselves. I have been nugged to finish writing the books I have been working upon some for years. I even came across one I wrote 20 years ago, and began to hear to update and publish it.

So the session of the training spoke to me, and I think to many of us about our self doubts about our abilities and if in this plethora of internet teachings and books if there is a need for us. YES THERE IS !! That is what I am hearing shouted at me as I write this. Don’t let the doubts of our past beliefs and experiences cause us to believe we don’t truly have the beauty and wisdom that is needed in this world. Live in the NOW, breath in the beauty all around you. The past does not define us, let it go and transform it with the violet flame and bring in the light of truth.

You are loved. Your are valued. You are needed and so are the gifts and wisdom you have. If you only touch one person in this world you have made a difference. TRUST in yourself and let go of doubt. Trust the inner voice and guidance it is real. Know that what you are receiving is of value to you and the world. If we focus in the Now and trust in our inner guidance, the brambles and hills that block our view and our path forward will disappear, for they are of our own creation. Listen to the inner guidance it is showing us the easiest path forward.

Embrace the beauty of the view from Now and Being aligned to your inner truth and Light. I hear my cheering squad on the other side saying – HALLELUJAH she finally gets it. So, today I am going to pick up the books and begin the process of completing them.

Harnessing Inner Sovereignty: A Guide to True Power

Archangel Uriel would like to speak today of our coming into our Sovereignty and Power.

Upon the Earth today is prevalent very much the belief that power is money and control. That to be able to be more powerful than others is the ultimate in being a Sovereign Being. That you are showing you are better or know more than others and they must follow your dictates. This is from the Ego. It is not of Divine origin.

What is true Sovereignty and Power?

This comes from within you with a heart and mind connection to the Higher Mind of Creation and the essence of Divine Love. This is the balance of the masculine and feminine within yourself to your Higher Self. When you make this connection you are able to allow the flow of wisdom, truth and love to flow through you into the world. You are filled with the wisdom of Unity consciousness which is the source of greater expansion and creation. You find the Truth of the Divine within you and express it in your words, thoughts and actions. When you connect fully with the Higher Self you become the embodiment of your true Sovereign Being.

In this state of Beingness you begin to manifest the True Essence of who you are and what you bring to the Earth and Humanity. It is time to begin to let go and connect with your heart guidance. When you are able to do this you will find the truth within you, not of the earthly systems but of the Divine. It is not easy to let go of the old, it requires time, patience and the quiet to connect and receive.

This one does not find the quiet so easy to practice, but she is learning. One needs to clear energies to let go of the thoughts that try to influence you in your lives. It is in the quiet where one can learn the difference between the input and interference of the world to the clarity of your true knowing. In your lives you are bombarded daily with media. Especially with your cell phones making internet a constant part of your life. You have allowed the phones and media to take control of your life. This one recently learned that it only takes 60 seconds for media to put you into alpha state of suggestibility. It has made an impact on her focus and practice with electronics and media.

It is time to take control of what you digest in your mind and energy bodies from the world around you. Be mindful that you can turn off your media and the world will still continue without constantly hearing what others want you to know . Begin to make the Infinite connection where you receive the input and energies to transform your life and the world. Begin by turning off the input for a few minutes each day and a few more the next. If it is not essential to have your phone on all the time, remember that they will leave a message or call you back if it is important.

This one thought as I said that , “There was a time in the past when we didn’t have cell phones or even answering machines and we survived and thrived.” Technology is a blessing to humanity if used as a tool and not allowing it to control or direct your lives. In allowing others to control your time, you are giving up your sovereignty. You believe it is more important to answer each phone call that comes in even if it is a ‘spam’ as you call it than to connect to the Universal Oneness and Nature. The program on your television, the internet programs or games are more important than the wisdom of the Universe, the caring for the needs of yourself and others around you.

You hold the power in your hands to turn off the machines and reclaim your time, thoughts and focus to be guided by the higher perspective, love and light. Now is the time to begin, just start a few minutes a day, and increase it a few more each day. Take that run without your music or phone and allow the world and universe to speak to you. Take a walk in nature with your phone turned off. Sit down to a meal without a phone or television. Turn off your computer and sit and talk with others.

Take charge of your life and you will find love, joy, wisdom, and truth exist within you of a higher vibration that you have ever experienced before. You will fill that which you need to transform inspire you to greater heights. You will take back the sovereignty and find your true authentic self.

I AM URIEL

The image was chosen because we begin our journey in Unity with the Alpha of Creation and the Omega or end is Unity with the Alpha again. In this is sovereignty of Being. I did not realize that Uriel would be discussing the Alpha state of consciousness, which is the state of light trance or suggestibility. This is where we can begin to connect with the Inner Oneness, but the deep connection is in Theta. However, the Alpha state has been abducted by the mass consciousness control mechanism to influence our thoughts, beliefs and understandings and actions. They tell us what to buy, when to do something, how to act and think. We have to learn to move beyond Alpha to Theta to connect to the higher mind and oneness. This is what I have been working with recently since learning about the abduction of the Alpha state and to what Uriel was referring in the message. I just wanted to clarify the image. The pyramid points us upward to remember we are the connection between Heaven and Earth. Our journey is completed when we return finally (omega) to reunion with our Higher Self (Alpha) where we began this journey of exploration.
