Love and Hope

Where there is love there is not fear.

I know that for some you might think but I can love and still be fearful. When you have fear with love, that is the human concept of love. For there is human love of possessiveness, control, desire, and lust, but that is not the Love which is of the Divine of which I refer.

Love is the Essence of Creation. When you think about love it is about attraction. That is where the law of attraction comes into play upon the Earth plane. Creation begins from a thought, and that thought attracts to it the energy needed to manifest that upon which we are thinking. So our thoughts manifest our future experiences. Whether this experience is positive or negative to our perception is based upon the purity of our intent and energy.

If you think you may loose your loved one, your job, or fear you may have an accident, you draw that situation into your life. The quickness of its manifestation is congruent to the strength of your energy and feelings regarding this topic.

Back to the Love as the Essence of Creation. So the Creator Source decided to experience and create. The Creator thought about what to create and that thought attracted the energy needed to manifest it into existence. Love the energy of attraction is the Essence of Creation.

Now, we have discussed before that our connection to the Creator, our Soul and I Am Presence lies within our heart. There exists the Divine Love that transcends all fear. There is the essence of pure creation and guidance that inspires us to create that which benefits all life. When we move into our heart center and connect to the Divine within we will be guided to do that which is of benefit to all life, infinite abundance and transformation into a Being of Light and Service upon the Earth.

When we live from the heart, we find peace, harmony and balance in our lives, for we are protected and know we are never alone. We find the answers to our questions and the guidance we need to move through life without effort. We attract more of this into our lives and as we share it, it allows others to be touched and awakened. It brings hope to us and to those around us.

Divine Love, brings Hope which is much needed in the world today. There is so much despair and the only way out of this feeling is to turn within to the peace and love of the heart center. For when you are there you can ask and the answer will come, just be sure you have learned to discern between the Divine answer and the ego answer. The Divine answer brings peace, surety and hpe. There is a feeling of balance, harmony and love with all creation. If you feel unsure, unsettled, or know it will bring these emotions unto another, then your thought is of the Ego.

Remember the Ego is not bad, it was designed to serve the soul and to make us aware of when our physical form is in danger, but not created to be our guide in our lives and spiritual process.

I believe we all no longer want to live in fear. There is only one path out of the the chaos and fear and that is through the heart center. If you feel fear, anger, hurt, uncertainty or unbalanced, then stop, move into your heart center and focus upon love, hope and caring.

Life is about Choices

MINDFULNESS

It is important in the days ahead that we learn the skill of mindfulness. We will be seeing many changes happening in the world and it can get even more confusing for us. We will be bombarded with information coming from many directions and all sides pointing fingers at the other. Who do we believe?

In our lives beginning with each thought we have we make a choice about how we feel about the information we have heard or that which we have seen. Then when we have made a choice that we feel this or that is truth we have another choice. Do we speak about how we believe or feel or keep quiet, allowing others to form their own opinions, or do we try to influence them to our perspective and belief?

If we are in a situation when we must do something do we react based on our ego perception or do we go within and seek higher guidance and perspective so that we can act in a mindful way for the benefit of all involved. CHOICES are made constantly in our lives that create our future and have an effect upon other people, earth and all life on earth.

Our choices have created a chaotic world. How can we correct this for ourselves and to help the world?

We begin through learning how to move into our heart center and seek peace, balance and connection to our Higher Self and the Creator. I like to call it asking our Soul for guidance. This and the art of mindfulness can help us to create a better life for ourselves and a better world.

The art of mindfulness involves be aware of our thoughts. When we have a thought before we speak or act upon it we need to learn to move into our heart center to think about it and ask is this

Ask your soul for the higher perspective and guidance. Of course one has to learn protection and clearing of our energy fields to allow a pure non ego influenced connection to our Soul. So until you have come to that purer state where you know it is your soul ( you will feel such love and peace when it is soul response) or your ego trying to control you, use the above THINK test.

The higher perspective will never lead you into conflict, anger, hate, judgment or attempts to control others. It will show you the path of love, compassion, understanding, truth, wisdom and unity.

The higher perspective guiding our choices, words and actions is what will bring us into a Heavenly state of Being. The Heavenly state can exist on earth, it has before. That was a time when we all existed in a state of unity where the Higher Perspective guided us. It was the ego choices which lead to the lower state in which we now exist.

It is up to us to be MINDFUL and THINK about our CHOICES. This is the greatest service we an do for ourselves, our loved ones, humanity, earth and all life on Earth.

THE CHOICE IS YOURS.

A NEW YEAR

As we have moved quickly into this new year it is wise to look at our intent for the year. Intent for what we wish in the new year is how new year resolutions came into being. Most make resolutions regarding their physical life and often forget their spiritual existence.

We are still in the period of setting our intent so that it is important that we take time to go within to see what we wish to manifest spiritually in our life. The most important areas we have been given to note are protection and discernment. If you have not mastered these aspects it would be well to set an intent to do so.

Other areas one may look at are

Mindfulness – to be aware of our thoughts, words and deeds. Do we speak without thought as to the effect upon another. Do we judge others with our thoughts instead of allowing them their differences along their path to ours. Do we try to control others or to influence them to believe as we do. Do we act or react without first stopping and asking for guidance. These are the aspects of self mastery and they begin with being mindful of our energy.

Living from the heart center is another important aspect to which we can place our intent. When we live from the heart we are allowing our soul or I AM Presence to guide our lives and what we do becomes harmless to others, and can be for the benefit of all life. It is part of mindfulness of stopping when we have judgmental thoughts, or before we speak or act and go into our heart center and ask for guidance.

Compassion and empathy for others living beings both human and non human.Not turning away from the injustice in the world, but asking for guidance about how we can best be of service to help.

Service to the planet, nature and all non human life forms. The earth provides for our physical needs through nature. If we act without thinking about the effect we will have we are hurting ourselves and all life. This could be as simple as recycling, picking up trash when you see it.

Non human life forms, animals, insects, reptiles, birds, fish, cetaceans are all here with a purpose. All live from the heart, and have learned fearful or harmful behavior from others. If you see an instance where you can help be of service and do so. Don’t ignore an animal in distress, find a way to help.

You can make being of spiritual service a priority. Begin with clearing yourself of mis-qualified energies with the Gold, Silver and Violet Flame and then send it forth into the earth, ley lines, water, and air. Ask the angels to carry it forth into areas of need where there is war, anger, violence, famine, abuse, disease.

There are many small steps of intent which we can do each day to make changes spiritually within ourselves and to help others and the planet. Pick just one area and begin your journey.

May this year be the best for you, earth and all life.

Resolutions – Love, Grace, Unity, Freedom

As we approach Christmas and New Years at the end of this year 2022, we find we have faced another year of extremes and we have survived. Many are in dire situations both human an non human due to the war, weather, hatred, separation, violence and faminine around the world. Yet, it seems that for many in years past this time of year brings hope, caring and sharing. Perhaps, it is just me, but I don’t feel the energy so much in the air this year.

There are still ones sharing and preparing, but the love in the air and joy are not so strong. It is so important that we each spend a little time each day clearing our own energy and sending forth the Violet Flame of transmutation into the world to help ease the congested energies so that ones can allow in the love and joy of the Creator.

At the end of the year many people make resolutions about things they want to change in their life. Perhaps, if we each made one of our resolutions to help spread love, joy, peace, forgiveness and unity, we would realize together we can change the world. It is time to carry the peace, love and joy throughout the year.

We can do this if we make it our intent. It only takes a few minutes. A prayer, an affirmation, a visualization of light moving throughout the world. Whatever, you feel guided to do will help. We made the world as it is and only we can change it.

PEACE UNTO YOU – MAY LOVE, JOY AND GRACE BE WITH YOU throughout the New Year.

Protection, Discernment, Clarity

Discernment of people, messages, spirits, energies, truth and life

I began this message about a month ago, and had not yet finished it when On Sunday the 11th of December 2022, I watched a video message given through Elizabeth April a channel for the Galactic Federation of Light which focused on the same topic. I was glad to see that the message which came through her was emphasizing that which I have been hearing to emphasize. In fact, the book I am writing about Ascension, emphasizes these points as the most important first steps for each of us of which to be aware in our Ascension Process.

I have been since then, stronly nudged to finish this message and post it. If we don’t focus upon anything else in our spiritual process in the days ahead these concepts should be applied daily in our lives.

I am not a follower of any channel or group, but I watch or monitor information as I am guided; Over the years there are different channels works to whom I have been guided. Thus, on my site I have links to certain people’s websites, that I have found are regularly accurate and trustworthy in what they are sharing. I say monitor because as has been emphasized to me, we should always be discerning of the words and messages of anyone outside of our own personal connection to the Divine Creator Source. It is especially important in this time of media, cell phones, internet and television to have a guidepost of discernment to understand what is truth and worthy our energy.

We need to always remember that not everything we hear or read is truth and not everyone who speaks or writes a blog or book, is sharing a higher truth. It does not mean they are a bad person, but that like the majority of people on earth, that which one believes and/or shares is relative truth based upon their education, societal lifestyle and level of spiritual growth and clarity.

In the message on December 11th, Ms April had asked what is most important to help us in 2023 and their response was to learn DISCERNMENT. That we need to learn to go within ourselves to our own connection to Source for guidance and to not be always following others. If you have read my message regarding Aliens and Extraterrestrials, you would know that for me that was the key to knowing she was connected to the Galactic Federation of Light and not to any of the other extraterrestrial who would decieve ones. That being said, it is not just aliens that can decieve us, nor just channels, but media, or anyone outside of ourselves whom we set up as being more knowledgable spiritually than ourselves.

They may not even know that what they are sharing is not pure for they have not learned the basics or do not practice them diligently. Some channels or spiriutal teachers start out purely and like most people things happen in their lives. Perhaps they get busy and feel sure of their connection and they let down their guard. Perhaps they go through a life altering situation and an energy creeps in of which they are not aware, and they begin operating from either an ego level or from messages of being not fully aligned to the Creator, and thus they don’t intentionally want to misguide you but it can happen so easily. If you are not protecting, discerning and listening from your heart center, you would not be aware just like them and could easily get misguided.

These basic spiritual concepts are not something we are taught in school. Usually the ideas of protection and discernement we learn in life is based on a particular societal bias and directed toward protecting the physcial being and not protecting us from the non physical beings.

Until you have learned these basics you should not deal with non physical beings for many reason. First, they are not all Beings of Light who wish to help us. Second, they can lie to you about who they are and say they are an Angel or highly regarded spiritual being. They can even have the ability to project light and a good feeling. Without the ability to discern you may not know or understand. Third, if you are not clear in your energies and protected, you will attract these lower energy beings and it will be hearder to discern lies and lower energies from Light and Truth.

Then we have the physical level of informational input from cell phone, television, social media, new media, books, speakers, teachers, authors, channels, etc. If you are not able to discern truth, you should never automatically trust that another is fully sharing a higher truth with you. For if they are not using the basics, they can be over shadowed and fooled by lower beings and even energies of mind control or disruptive frequencies which together with their own perspecitves and bias can color their messages. It is also easy when one begins to have followers for the ‘ego’ to come forth and lead them to share what may create more followers, to support them physically, financially, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

I have attended seminars in which I have seen dark shadows behind a speaker whom many have followed as a guru or teacher. No one else seemed to notice. In a blog or social media, you do not know if the picture of a person is really that person, or even their real name, or what their true agenda may be. I was told at the beginning of my journey to be aware of the message which one brings through. However, even a person with an agenda can speak of Light, Love and happiness, while having a personal agenda to get you to follow a particular path. Be-ware a wolf in sheep clothing.

Let us discuss the tools of protection, clarity and discernment.

Protection is the cornerstone of spiritual growth on planet earth. It doesn’t matter if you are putting on the armor of God as the Christian Bible suggests, or you are calling in the Golden White Light of the Creator, calling upon the protection of Buddha, Or asking Archangel Michael the Protector to surround you with his Blue Light of protection. You need but ask and believe to have the help you need. For in this world of freedom of choice, the Divine and those who serve the Divine cannot interfer in our free will choices without us asking.

You can say something as simple as “Beloved Creator/or Father Mother God, you who created me and all Life Please fill me with your Golden White Light that I may be protected from all that is not of your higher purpose. “

To call upon Archangel Michael ” I call upon Archangel Michael, guardian and protector to surround me with they blue light of protect”ion and to cut any cords that are not of my Divine purpose and mission. “

The protection is with you, even if you don’t fully have faith in it. However, if you have doubts, you leave small tears in your protection through which ones who would decieve and attempt to control you can slip into your energy fields. It is not always just enough to have information and to say the words. You might even believe it is true, but as we have seen people have been known to kill for their beliefs for it is a process of the mind. However, faith moves us beyond the mind into the emotion of spirit. Faith is a produce of the mind while faith is a product of spirit. In my life I always knew I was protected by Archangel Michael. There have been times I have tested that belief, no on purpose but just by my actions and I have always been shown it was truth, which had led to complete faith. However, one day it also became a wisdom when an event occurred and Archangle Michael said to me, ” You would not go away from home and leave your windows open. Why do you not take the same care with you spiritual protection and be aware of your actions so you do not leave the door open for harm. ” I call this being more mindful of my actions. Protection is the most important and basic tool in your spiritual growth for it keeps you safe to focus on the other parts of your spiritual growth. What I have come to understand from that as the years pass is that in the beginning we are like babies, not knowing or understanding how to do this for ourselves. Then one day we become as adults and we are connected to the flow of the Divine consciously and we no longer need for another Being of Light to protect us for the Light of the Creator within us is our shield. However, until then it is always wonderful to know that ones are ready and willing to help if we but ask.

The next step is clearing your energy fields of misqualified or lower blocking energies. This is building upon the foundation of being protected from new energies so now you can clear out the old. The GFL doesn’t speak about clearing, they do speak of opening your crown chakra and connecting to source and bringing the Light into your form to be filled and protected. When asked they said because it is source light and protects you that you need not close the connection. Calling upon the Golden and/or White Light of the Creator and speaking forth your intent to be clear and open will bring this light down into you form. You can use it to clear energies and activate your chakras and build it up and expand it to encircle you and protect you. This is a highly effective form of clearing. Remember to move into your heart center when doing this and to feel the love of the Creator and to be grateful for them connection.

Recently within the last century returned to us was one of the most powerful clearing and transforming energies which had been removed from general population’s knowledge and taken back to the higher light centers and teaching temples. This is the Violet Flame of Transmutation and it has recently been upgraded that you can call upon the Gold Silver and Violet Flame. The high energies of this flame when called upon work to the subatomic level clearing the blockages between the electrons. This will clear the physical form, chakras, etheric bodies and auric field as well as protect. If only using the Violet Flame, I would after clearing and transmuting the energies call in the Golden White Light of the Creator to fill all cleared spaces. This allows the energy to flow freely between the electrons and enlightening you. It is important that when energies are released or removed that they be transmuted back to the light this is part of the balancing process so that they do not return later. I would also call upon Archangel Michael to help you to cut any cords that attach you to other people, places or events through all dimensions and time. You can do this yourself through visualization, but in the beginning of your process it is so helpful to have Archangel Michael help you. Always remember when you call on help to be Thank them for their service and to send love.

There is another step that can be taken along the process and that is asking Archangel Michael will take prayers and petitions for you to the karmic board to be released from any contracts or agreements that you have made in this or any life which do not serve your Divine Purpose and highest light. You may want to wait for this until you can learn more and understand what you are requesting.

One effect way in which to protect yourself and clear is through having a heart focused energy of Divine Unconditional Love which you project to fill your fields. Divine Unconditional Love is the Essence of Creation. There is nothing which can come against Love, when filled with Divine Love we are protected. Love connects us to Source and to each other. Anything which is projected toward love that is not love is reflected back.

Now that we are clear and protected we are better able to move into our heart center and learn to discern Truth from others.

First we need to understand about Truth. I have written in more detail in another writing, so I will condense the information here. There is Divine Truth which are the Universal Laws of Creation. The Universal Laws of Creation are the pattern, regulating and maintaining rules of manifestation of Creation, nothing exists outside of the Universal Laws of Creation which are the manifestation of Universal Mind where Original Divine Truth originates and exists.

When humanity began creating through self will choices no longer aligned to the Divine Will of Universal Mind, although their lesser creations had to fall within the parameters of Universal Laws of Creation the manifestation of those choices were of a lesser vibrational form. We also began to learn to conform to the rules and regulations of this lesser energy manifestation. We were taught from birth certain beliefs, perceptions and values which we use to determine the value or truth of a situation, experience or information as truth or lies.

This is called relative truth. Everyone has relative truth upon the Earth and it is their right to choose your truth for the moment and to change your mind and evolve to understand that their might be a greater truth. The way to break through of the programmed judgements we have been taught is to live a heart centered mindful life, which will reveal the greater truth behind the energy, actions and words of another.

This brings us to discernment for we are trying to discern higher truth from human relative truth. When we are protected, and the clearer our energies can be, the more we are able to quiet our mind and be mindful of our thoughts, words and deeds so that we can in a more pure state move into our hearts. It is in our hearts where the part of us which is the Creator exists. Most of us have built walls around our hearts from experiences, pain, feeling of shame and hurt in our lives, which prevent us from connecting because we do not feel worthy of love, especially the love of the Creator.

This is why the clearing of our energy is so important and the Gold, Silver and Violet Flame came help us to do this. As we remove the blocks and move into our heart center, we can connect to the Creator within and from there we will be shown the truth behind what we see, hear or read. It becomes like a barometer, which allows us to feel a strange uncertain feeling when something is less than right and a feeling of peace when it is of Truth, Light and Love.

Each of us have the ability to know from our heart the Truth and if what we are perceiving is worth our time and energy. We may still choose to ignore those feelings and that is our right. All is from the Creator and returns to the Creator, when they are ready to make that choice, do the needed work to balance their energy and clear the path ahead. We are each on a path of exploring and learning and growing. We are the a part of the Creator exploring our Creation.

A wise man once said to me,” We have all the time in the world, but not a moment to waste. ”

Discernment comes from within, and our ability to discern is based upon our purity of intent and heart based connection to the Creator.

Who are the elementals

The elementals wish us to once again live a heart centered existence and open to the Creator to Unity and Oneness.

As I finished my last post the elementals returned to say they wanted a message sharing who they are. They felt there were some that weren’t quite sure what is meant by the term elementals.

If you look simply at the base of the world elementals you see the word element. Elementals are non physical beings who work with the elements and nature as an intermediary to humans. They originally worked directly with humans when we were in a higher state of conscious oneness, to maintain the Earth balance of elements with life on Earth, to help nature to flourish to meet the needs of all life forms on Earth.

There are elementals like Salamanders who work with the element of fire, water sprites and undines who work with water, gnomes who work with earth, fairies work with flowers and gardens, Devas work with trees, and sylphs who work with Air. These are just a few of the elemental beings.

Once all humanity, nature and the elements were in balance and harmony. This was when humans lived in Unity consciousness from the heart. In this state what they created was for the betterment of All life. Elementals part was to take their direction and to work with nature and the elements to create their directives upon the earth.

When humans began creating from self will, and with anger, fear and war like intent of destruction, the elementals became confused as did the animals and nature. There were no clear directives and the ones coming forth were harmful, and so little by little they backed away from connecting with humans and following our directives. For if they did not millions and billions of chaotic thoughtforms of differing directives were overwhelming. So they have done all they can to maintain balance and harmony between nature, animals and humans.

Now they are asking that we would once again make the choice to live a heart centered existence and work with thme to create paradise on Earth. It is not too late, if ones would just make the choice. The connection is within each of us. We don’t need any person or group to tell us, we just need to move into our heart center and open to the Creator. When this we do we will once again know, think, and create from a unified field of Oneness for the upliftment of All Life.

The elementals wish us Light, Love and Strength, to move forward to a higher state of Being.

Being of Service

Most of us at some point in our lives ask, “Why am I here?”

You may have a job or career which provides a good income. You may have a spouse, significant other and a family, which give you a sense of purpose in the physical world, yet a part of you feels like there is something more you should be doing.

Why we feel this may be better understood by understanding what happens before we incarnate. Depending on if this is your first incarnation or you have been here many years help you to decided what you would like to experience in this incarnation. Your incarnation is not a happenstance event.

If this is your first incarnation, you may be a Light Being or Highly Advanced Being from another planetary system who has volunteered to come into the Earth to help clear lower energies for the Earth, ground the energies coming in to help humanity to free themselves, to bring a teaching or healing energy or simply to be a Light and spread that Light whereever you go. That is your desired purpose. You will pick the location into which you wish to be born. The family into which you wish to be born that can most help you to accomplish this goal. There will also be agreements between yourself and other souls both on higher dimensions and ones incarnating to help each other in obtaining our goals. Most believe they will not be effected by the dense energy of earth and most get caught up in karmic energies. They may or may not accomplish any or all they wish to accomplish, and many create a karmic debt that must be settled. This karmic energy can be balanced from the spirit side, but because Earth is a faster road to balance, many return to incarnate and take the chance they will accomplish their goal.

For those who are on a repeat incarnation, they follow a similar pattern before incarnation. They choose their karmic goals to balance, service they wish to accomplish and spiritual goals to fulfill. They too will pick their family, location, and agreements with others to help them and each other. Some may come in for a short period of time. For instance, I had one incarnation in South America to a couple who felt the need to experience the loss of a child. I did not live long, but completed the agreement between us.

However, the most important goal is to clear and balance all energies, and to free ourselves to Ascend into Oneness consciousness. Unique in this time lifetime, is a dispenation allows for us to be Ascended Beings in form without having to experience death. This return to Oneness consciousness, allows us to be of Divine Service in the upliftment and enlightenment of Humanity. Something that has been lacking for a long time upon Earth.

There was a time when all humans walked in Oneness with the Creator and All Life and Earth was a paradise. Then the virus of self will and ego centered choices took over, causing us to loose that connection and instead of creating paradise, we created chaos, war, hatred, famine , separation and a feeling of being alone.

To be part of this change personally and to be of Service begins with a choice to walk the Ascension path and to live from the heart with love, compassion, forgiveness and caring for all life. As you become mindful and determined to walk the path to Oneness, you can also be of service. It might be doing that which brings you joy, and sharing with others. It might be helping your children to feel loved and inspiried to love others. You might write a book, care for the elderly, or abused and neglected animals. Not from a sense of obligation but from love, caring and a sense of compassion. When we act in joy and peace, it brings more joy and peace into the world.

One of the greatest gifts of service you can do in your life as you live and grow spiritually is to join the Gold, Silver and Violet Flame team of Archangel Zadkiel and St Germain. You can find meditations upon the internet to learn how to utilize it. I simple call upon Archangel Zadkiel and St Germain to bring forth the Gold, Silver and Violet Flame to ignite, clear and transform all energies within my physical and non physical bodies and auric field down to the subatomic level. I then ask that the Gold flame of love and wisdom and the Silver Flame of Grace fill all the empty spaces so that I may walk in love, light and Freedom.

Once you have cleared yourself, you can if you believe in them call upon the Archangel Zadkiel, Archange Amethyst, and St Germain along with the dragon and unicorns of the Gold, Silver and Violet Flame to take it through the earth, along the grid and ley lines of the earth, through the air around the earth and through the water, clearing, transforming and blessing as they go.

Remember due to Self will choices, they must await our asking to help and intervene upon the Earth. You can send them to a specific area , person or situation to which you know is in need and ask that it be done in accordance with Divine Will for the highest good of All, thus not interfering with anothers choices, and allowing for the energies around them to be cleared so they may more easily access the Higher Light energies coming to them.

The Gold, Silver and Violet Flame is a very high energy gift returned to us at this time in order to help us all to Free ourselves, humanity, the Earth and All Life so that we might transform into the state into which we were created.

May your path be uplifting and enlightened, and may Freedom come quickly.

The I AM Presence and the Shadow

Understanding who we truly are and from where the shadow emerges.

I AM THAT I AM

This name of the Creator was unspoken for generations. Why, I am not sure. What I do know is that in not speaking and understanding this Name we became limited and controlled.

I AM a part of the Creator. The Crator began creation by stating I AM, and thus brining the infinite energy of potential into a conscious patter of creation. I AM are the defining words of the Creator. From I AM came forth all that we see and know to exist. I AM , me the person in this form, because I AM created me. Thus I AM that I AM. I AM an extension of the Creator Source, like a cell within our body.

The Creator I AM decided to expand and create myriad forms through which to experience differing typse of existence. Many souls were brought into Being of which I AM one and so are you. I can exist as an individual when desired or return to the Oneness from which I came, a part of the Universal Mind and Infinite possibilities. I can express,experience and create in a single world or multiple worlds at the same time.

It is difficult in the dense energies of Earth with its many veils of illusion and forgetfulness to fully understand the concept of Oneness beyond an informational level. We are so trapped within the energies of the form, and the beliefs of the systems in which we live, that although one might say I Am a child of the creator. It is said in a way in which they have come forth as a baby does from the mother into an individual form, a separate being.

The word shadow can be defined as a lesser or vestigial form, a shaded or reflected image cast when a body comes between the light and another object, an imitation of the original or a source of gloom and unhappiness. To fully understand who we are a part of the Creator experiencing a physical existence, it must come from an emotional, heartfelt energy that allows us to let go of the physical boundaries of form and thought form. Only then can we truly feel, manifest and BE the Wisdom and Truth that we are ONE with ALL LIFE and the Creator. I AM like a cell, or drop of water within the sea of Universal Mind and Oneness, expressing in this for as I AM.

What can we do to remove the blockages that keep us from remembering and Being, I AM. There are many aspects of the process of remembering and being free which is termed Enlightenment or Ascension. For many one of the biggest blockages comes in the form of what many term the Shadow Self.

What is the Shadow and what do we do?

Some religions teach their followers to fear the Creator. There teachings say that the Creator punishes those who are bad. They say that we are all sinners and so we must appease the Creator in order for the Creator to love us and forgive us. This is similar to how many parents train their children to behave and believe in a certain manner. It is called the rewards and punishment system. In this system we learn to get what we want by saying and doing what the person in authority wants so that we will not be punished. This coupled with the belief in a punishing Creator, causes many to try to hide that which they think they have done wrong, or is different than their religious belief system in fear of going to Hell a place of eternal punishment.

So we try to hide these actions and feelings, hoping that the Creator wasn’t paying attention because after all there are so many people, perhaps what I did wasn’t noticed. I feel bad, so I will put my feelings and thoughts about the situation, words or actions in a box. We create a shadow. Many speak of the shadow and shadow work as something horrible to face, because the shadow is evil. The shadow is not evil, it is but those parts of ourselves that we have put away from the light. We stand between them and the light in order for them not to be seen by the Light/Creator, and hopefully we can forget them and not be judged or punished.

However, when we move along our Ascension path to Enlightenment, we come to realize that I AM a part of the Creator and thus the Creator already knows what I did and has forgiven me. Why would the Creator forgive me. Do I not have to be punished? The Creator gave us the right to choose what we do. However, with each choice it must be in a balanced manner that does not harm another, and if we make an unbalanced choice at some point in our existence it needs to be faced and balanced before returning to Conscious Oneness along the Ascension path. The Creator has forgiven us and is trying to help us to balance out the energy we created, by sending energy of love and forgiveness, and Beings of Light who await our call to help us to feel secure enough to face the shadow.

Perhaps if you think of the shadow like we do the Inner Child. Someone who has fear, pain and hurt created by their experiences which have been locked away behind a wall. This wall prevents us from fully, living, loving, forgiving ourselves and others. This hinders our experiencing and expressing who we truly are as a part of the Creator, who came to Earth to experience the joy of Life and Creation. Just like the Inner Child who needs understanding and love to quit punishing, and condemning ourselves for not living up to the expectations of others, so the shadow needs us to take down the walls and to look at the hurt within us. It may be from this lifetime or others, but the walls allowed us to function in society without crawling into a ball of self hatred and fear.

You may think,but I don’t have a shadow self and perhaps that is true. Perhaps you have inner child issues, or a blocked heart that keeps you from loving self or others. Sometimes, we are just not ready to look at the shadow. It may seem scary to open it up for it may be like Pandora’s box. Pandora’s box was full of all the sorry, hurt and pain in the world. Pandora was to keep it guarded and closed so that people could function and enjoy life. When it was accidently opened, they came to find out at the bottom of the box there was HOPE. Hope is what keeps us moving forward despite the pain, fear and despair in the world.

The Shadow is like Pandora and holds those emotions which we don’t want to face. However, remember there is hope. The Creator knows all about them, and who do we truly care about knowing and loving us more than our Creator. So if our Creator knows, allowed and forgave us, and even is sending us energy and Beings to help. Why not be hopeful and open the box.

You don’t have to swing wide the lid all at once. Sit down quietly and ask the Creator and Archangel Michael, the Protector Archangel and your own guardian Angel to protect you from any negative energies. Call forth the Gold, Silver and Violet Flame of Transmutation to clear the energies in and around you. Call upon the Golden White Light of Love to fill you and surround you.

The shadow is a part of you that wants to be loved, forgiven, embraced, healed and transformed back to light. Like you to the Creator it no longer wants to be separate from you. Ask the Creator to send help that you may open the box bringing Light and Love to the Shadow and look at one piece at a time. Just do one during this quiet time. Remember, it is not hidden from anyone, only put aside by you until you were ready to look at it and balance the energy so it can once again become part of you.

Look at what it is, a thought against another, an action you took that hurt another, a word you spoke in anger that hurt another. Perhaps it was something someone said about you, that you were ugly, fat, stupid and it hurt so much you couldn’t face it. Perhaps, you were a bit over weight and lost pounds, but never forgot , or you gained more from despair and self doubt. Look at whatever this one aspect is. Where did it originate? Was your reaction a part of your belief system and how you were taught by others to react? As a par tof the Creator, remember you are loved, worthy and each step of your path was a part of learning and becoming a more loving, forgiving and compassionate Being? For example does your weight define whether or not you are a loving and giving part of God? What reactions came as a result of the original event? Can you see it from a higher perspective and let go of the misqualified energies it created? Can you embrace that part of yourself, forgive yourself and all others involved? Can you move forward knowing this was but a step along a journey of Becoming, and once you understand the event and how to better move through such an event with loving understanding , you will never face it again, for you are I AM, a part of the Creator.

Once you have looked at this, once again bring in the Gold, SIlve and Violet Flame of Transmuation to clear the energies and return them to source. Surround yourself with Golden White Light again and ask that any cords, agreement or contracts involved with the situation be cut or terminated without karmic repercussions.

Give yourself a few days of self care before attempting another clearing, but as you look at these you will find yourself speaking to a friend who has carried a heavy burden for you, and now you are helping them and yourself to be free. There is nothing to fear or be ashamed for the Light of I AM is all that Is.

One day you will find that you and the Shadow are One and there is only the Light of I AM.

What’s in a Name?

Shakespeare in Romeo and Juliet wrote,” A Rose by any other name would smell as sweet.”

This signifies that a name does not change the essence of who we truly are, or of anything whether object or living.

We each have a name given to us from at the time of birth or shortly thereafter. First names have been present since ones began to speak, and last names were added as communities grew and we had to many Edwins so they either used the Fathers name or their profession as the last name to distinguish one Edwin from another. The meaning of a name evolved also from aspects of their lives. For instance Edwin came from the Ead, meaning prosperity and Wine, meaning friend. So Edwin was the prosperous friend. Perhaps, this Edwin was a baker and another a farmer. Thus, one became Edwin Baker or if his father was the Bakers, Edwin Bakerson. The people at the time knew what the names meant, but through time unless we look up the meaning of a name, we probably have no idea what our name means. If you look on the internet, most names have a meaning.

In many religions, the baby name is chosen for qualities to which the parents aspire for their child and if attuned, the child’s spirit may have helped direct them to a name which brings a certain essence for which they desire in this lifetime. In Buddhist tradition it is said that Buddhist names bring to a baby the positive first impression. This can help the child to create a life of peace, enlightenment and virtue which are goals to which one aspires spiritually. For instance Achara means “an angel who is very pretty”. What girl or woman would not want to be thought of as an pretty angel, and aspire to live up to her name. In Hebrew Joseph means the “will of God” and Mary means ” beloved”. So love and the will of God were the parents who cared for Jesus. In Hindu religion the boy’s name Ishan means “harbinger of wealth”.

It can get confusing also. It is not only our first name which can influence our journey in life it is also middle and surnames. Why do we have middle names, and in the catholic faith they are also given a saint name. Often children were named after saints in ages past. Middle names allowed for ones long ago to name a child to honor an ancestor and to give them a saint name of protection. Sometimes it was to lessen the need to live up to the first name whether the meaning of it or if you were named after an ancestor so that you could choose to be called by another name. For Example, you were named after your aunt Harriet who was beloved, but today Harriet is not so popular a name, so they give you the middle name Rene so that you can choose to go by your middle name with friends and family. The name Harriet means “ruler of the home” while Rene means “reborn or peace”.

Most women have a point in time when if they marry they can choose to change part of there vibrational pattern by taking their husbands last name. If you find you do not resonate with your name, you do have the option of changing it at some point in your life. I was thinking in the past of how movie studios would change the name of actors to have a more powerful impact. Some along the way legally changed their name to the stage name if it was successful. Marion Morrison known as John Wayne never legally changed his name and all of his children have the legal last name Morrison, but use Wayne as their stage name. However, Norma Jeane Mortenson did legally change her name in 1956. Marion Morrison used the nickname Duke throughout his life and in his first few pictures he was Duke Morrison, until the studio decided John Wayne had more appeal. The name John Wayne means, John (graced by God) Wayne (wagon builder). Good name for a man in westerns aspiring to greatness. Marion Morrison means, Marion(of the sea) Morrison (son of Maurice).

Would they have had the same level of success professionally with their birth name? We will never know.

All creation begins with thought, an energy surrounds it and it is spoken into the sea of intent from which it manifests. Everything has a vibration and vibration affects everything. A strong name is the one that carries very strong vibration. Because of these strong vibrations, a person is able to attract success & fame. Vibration can cause changes in our body, mind and emotional state. A high vibrational nae can aid us in our growth by inspiring us to reach higher. A name with which we do not resonate can cause us to feel bad about ourselves. Or, if the name we were given is considered unusual, we can be teased and feel bad about ourselves and our name. That is probably why Marion Morrison grew up being called Duke, a much more powerful name, which would not lead to being teased.

However, how we feel about our name is centered within us and our relationship with own inner self love and esteem and our need for the approval of others. The name itself is cannot hurt us but how we perceive it or the energy we give to it. All that exists is part of the Creator and so it is of value. A name can be another aspect of ourselves which we either embrace and it empowers or we have trepedation and it stifles our growth. There is nothing which we cannot transform in our lives and energy we cannot change to a higher vibration through belief, love, thought, intent and a some help from the Gold, Silver and Violet Flame of Transmutation. As we focus upon something from a heart centered perspective we learn to understand it from a higher perspective of love and unity, thus uplifting its vibration and our own. The Gold, Silver and Violet Flame, release and transmute all misqualified and stuck energy to allow the Gold of Wisdom and the Silver of Grace to fill our energy and uplift our thoughts and emotions, thus our perception and perspective regarding the issue we are addressing

Dr Wayne Dyer said, “When you change the way you look at things. The things you look at change.”

Perhaps what is needed is for parents to be mindful in choosing the names of their children, and if you don’t like your name, you can change it, or perhaps look up its meaning and it might change they way you perceive your name.

Jean Gebser, a philosopher in the early 20th century said,“Only if we grant power to something can it have power over us. It becomes a serving and sustaining potency when we again are able to place it into the realm where it belongs, instead of submitting to it.”

As we move from the physical level of a name to the spiritual we can also see changes. Along my pathway of growth my guides and teachers have at differing times referred to me by different names. These names helped to point out an aspect of myself to which I needed to pay attention. When I first began my journey they called me Bieta, meaning ” tenderness, inquisitiveness, pioneer, sacrificer”. These were certainly qualities upon which I was working as I moved into new spiritual realms. Then For a time they called me Serena, meaning “serene, calm , peaceful”, for my life was a bit chaotic and I needed those qualities. In the last year I was given the name Marguerite as I started blogging. Marguerite which means, “a pearl, daisy, ingenious, resolute, a child of light”. With the meaning of pearl, it became obvious for I was told I was a facilitator of Divine Wisdom within others and it means I listen to others with my heart in order to help them.

So we will find as we come to trust the Divine guidance within a name given to us to help us to resonate with where we are and where we are going at a point in time along our path. We don’t even have to legally change our birth name.

There is a technique on a site called kenpage.com which says to change the frequency vibration of your name and your relationship to it. List 10 things that you feel are beautiful and perfect. Then each night say I Am followed by the name of what you love. For instance, I AM roses, I AM the ocean, I AM the sunset and at the end say I love (your first full name). As you say each one feel the emotion of peace and love that you have for them. Thus you begin to identify your name and who you are with the things you love. Affirmations are powerful especially when spoken in conjunction with a strong emotion of love.

However, there is also another name, to which we will one day be given and it is the name of our soul. In the Christian Bible it says:

“To the one who is victorious, I will give some of the hidden manna. I will also give that person a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to the one who receives it” (Revelation 2:17).

What does this mean?

The one who is victorious is the person who overcomes the lower nature of fear, fight and flight brought forth from ego centered choices and returns to a heart centered life of love, compassion, wisdom and truth. The hidden manna is spiritual truth and wisdom . It is this which sets us free and makes us victorious. The stone represents our spiritual foundation and to be white means we have purified ourselves mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually of misqualifed energy. The new name being the name of our spirit, our soul, our I AM Presence, that part of us that is, always has been and always will be One with God and All Creation. It will come when you are ready, for only your soul knows that point in time.

However, your part is to do the work of looking at yourself, you thoughts, words and deeds with mindfullness and taking the steps to clear and transform that which does not align with the Divine that you truly are so that you can embody the I AM wihtin the form. This is called Ascension or Enlightenment.

To each of you by whatever name you choose to use, may you seek the enlightenment within yourself and Be All that your truly Are.
