Soul Alignment

Our Soul is who we truly are, for we are a soul manifesting in a form. The sad part is we have come in with amnesia and don’t remember as an ego/personality operating from the mind. Our soul is constantly trying to reconnect and guide us. Our mind/ego/personality was created to be guided by our soul. It was to perform the analytical choices of daily tasks on the physical level and to keep us safe via the stay or flee response. I don’t like the fight concept, the stay is standing our ground which doesn’t involve fighting if we are centered in the Divine Light and love.

However, this is not the focus of the topic. Our soul was born to experience certain things on Earth, to be of service and to hopefully help us to return to conscious oneness and Ascension so as to manifest fully in the human form. Asenscion and Conscious unity with the Divine in form is the highest goal we come to accomplish.

Earth as a planet of redemption has certain aspects of the Divine Plan which were designed to help us but can also make it more challenging to accomplish this goal. The gift of freedom of choice which allows us to choose to live and create either from ego/personality or aligned with the Divine has created the concept of balancing the energies which we have mis-qualified in this or any life time. The idea of karma. So that we are limited in the fullness of this ability to create or miscreate we are born with amnesia as to our relationship with our Soul and the Creator, so that until we are soul aligned and guided by the Divine within we don’t have our full power of creation. We have to choose to remember and align.

We are not simply puppets thrown into an experiment. We each have chosen to incarnate upon the earth and know of the heavy energies, the chaos, the ramifications of free will and karmic consequences. We even plan our incarnation, that which we wish to balance if it is not our first time here, how we can be of service, and what is needed to help us to realign and ascend. We even can work and create agreements with others to help us or for us to help them. Perhaps we agree to come in together to be of Service and create a Spiritual or Healing center and teachings to help others to ascend. Then we are born and forget.

However, our Soul is there, nudging us with memories, creating synchronicities, and arranging meetings with others via soul to soul contact. If we still fail to choose to align or listen, then on a personal level we may have to attempt some balancing we were unable to complete in this life in another. In the case of a work like a center with others, a replacement may be called upon or the scope of the work changed, or simply not happen.

No matter the situation you soul is you and loves you and wants to reunite with you as One within the form upon this Earth. However, due to fee will it cannot do so unless you choose it to be so. At some point in this or another life, you choose to either act from ego/personality will and then it must have happened again and again because that is why the redemptive plan had to occur upon the earth.

Many beautiful Beings of Light are around us, and have incarnated upon the Earth to help us in this process of redeem our misqualified energies and realigning to our Soul. Buddha taught us wisdom, mindfulness and self mastery. Jesus taught us love, forgiveness and how we can become Christ Conscious Beings living upon the Earth at One with the Creator. Now it is our turn to choose to align with Our Soul our Christed Self, the part of us that is always a part of the Creator and manifest it through our form upon this Earth.

To align with the Divine or remain spiritually blind.

As always the Choice is ours.

Honor, Honesty, Integrity and Responsibility

These are qualities which become a natural part of your being and apparent to others as we align ourselves with the Creator and I AM Presence within us whereby the Divine manifests within us.

Let us see how these qualities interrelate in our lives. Honor is the act of living with moral and spiritual values in our lives and adhering to our authentic truth. Integrity is the quality we emanate as we live by honoring these principles, Honesty allows us to take responsibility for our words and actions and the results they manifest. The desired result coming from living honestly and with integrity, whereby we are mindful and take responsibility for our thoughts, words and deeds to bring honor to the Divine within us.

When we are traveling along our spiritual path on the way to self mastery in our life of our thoughts, words and deed we need to be mindful of these areas of our life. We should go within to seek heart centered guidance before speaking and acting to see that our thoughts and desires align to the higher good. Through this process we align with these qualities and the Divine within us to allow us to Ascend in consciousness. This ascension bringing our alignment to the Divine not so that we leave our form but that we can manifest the fullness of our Oneness with the Creator while in form.

Our highest reason for being on Earth is to complete this process. It may not be in this lifetime for the choice is yours as to where you will place your attention in your life.

The qualities listed specifically were highlighted for a message today, to combine along with the messages which have been given regarding protection and discernment. It is through Divine protection whereby we will be able to free ourselves from the control, intervention and possession by lower energy beings. Thereby we are more easily able to hear the guidance of the Creator or Beings of Light who serve the Creator. Especially, in this day of the internet, discernment is especially important for not all who say they are Beings of Light, or who say they bring messages from beings of light do so, for all can be deceived unless they live in Oneness as an ascended Being of Light. Not all people who share information or teach do so from a place of integrity, honesty, honor and responsibility. However, I will say they may not even be aware of this for in their naivete they can be deceived.

I allow for others to follow their pathway to find their own truth. However, that does not mean that I cannot speak my truth, and if ones find it to be of value then perhaps it will help them along their journey. Today is one of the days when I am called to speak what I feel is truth regarding a topic.

Recently, a man who brings teachings, attunements and healings upon the internet encountered an instance of lack of integrity by another. This teacher is a man of integrity and honor, and brings higher spiritual energies and teachings to others. I am not sure of all of the details and they don’t really matter, the main topic to address is that one of the teachings and attunement programs which he was sharing free of charge on the internet was being sold by one who was taking the course to others as their own work. The work he does is and this one also even though free was copyrighted. So it is illegal to be sold by another without persmission, but this is beyond earthly laws it touches on spiritual laws.

I realize ones will say that since all is of the Creator, then all comes from the Creator and doesn’t belong to any one person and that is true. However, as in all things ones who are bringing forth teachings of enlightenment in order to help us have spent much time and energy preparing themselves. They are like all of us doing a job/service in bringing these forth and helping others aligned to the Creator as their Spiritual Mission. Thus like you get renumerated for your work so too do they have the right to be renumberated for their knowlege, wisdom and teachings. Had the one who stole his work to make money but asked, there may have been an honorable solution.

I am reminded by the Creator now as I write this that one of the reasons for copyright on spiritual work is due to the flow of energy. A person connects to the Creator or Beings of Light who serve the Creator and wisdom and processes of healing are shared with them and with this sharing a line of energy connects. If you are aware of Reiki it is a good reference of a line of energy being present in the work and as it is shared from the one who brings it forth this line of energy expands to the ones learning or connecting. Sometimes, you will see ones who share a new Reiki process who offer teaching course of the new process whereby the person becomes initiated to continue the line purely to others as a certified teacher.

Now one may take the course, but not go on to become a teacher. Then they decided to teach it to others and charge them. It is like a line that can run straight but if one decides to go forth on their own without authority it can create a branch in the road which lessens or stops the flow of energy. I hope this makes sense of the practicality of hijacking the work of another and fraudently selling as ones own.

This is something that happens far too often on the internet. One sees anothers work and reworks it as their own without permission, whether for profit or attention. No matter the reason if you do not have or ask for permission any work whether copyrighted or not is the work of another and should be honored for its purpose.

One who promotes anothers work without permission is acting out of dishonesty and without honor and integrity.

Another example that comes to mind is that of a woman who has written some expensive books which she states are of the highest wisdom and integrity. As I was reading the first book, I found that she had images and statements taken directly from the website of another woman whom I know. This second woman is one of high honor and integrity. I have her before to be able to quote from her work with links back to her and she has agreed. So, I asked if she was aware of the images and quotes in this book not linked to her work. She had not been contacted or given permission for these ‘copyrighted’ images and information to be used. I contacted the book author to ask her to contact the originator and she never responded. Although she is very outspoken about her copyrights, which included the copyrighted work of another plagerized. THUS, for me I could not finish reading her book, and saw similar violations in other books. To me this is hypocrisy to copyright your work when you are violating copyrights of others. It would still not have been honorable had she not copyrighted her work, but at least she might have claimed she did not believe any Divine work could be copyrighted and that would have been at least understandable for the written word, but not the images. I believe had she originally asked the artist/author even if she didn’t believe the images or messages she used were copyrighted, that the artist would have given permission or worked with her regarding their use.

This is lack of honor, integrity, honesty and after being contacted not taking responsibility to correct her error, for which she should have originally taken responsibility to ask and clarify. This would have honored both the Creator’s energy of the word and the artists gift of the images.

There are many who post on their sites or message that they can be shared with a simple link back to the original source. These are just simple, honor acts of righteous responsibilty to the Creator and others.

There are times when we are sharing and blogging that we might share information which we have known for so long that we don’t remember the source. You can take responsibilty to do a quick online search to see what comes up that may remind you of where it was sourced, and you may not find it. This is what I do. This at least even for ‘public domain information’ that for which the copyright has expired and not been renewed is acknowledging the line of information as it came from Source through the original messenger.

This is taking responsibility for our actions and being mindful of our thoughts, words and deeds. So that we may align with the Divine and grow closer in our spiritual walk. Thus as I said earlier, not all who appear to be of spiritual integrity truly are, although there may be that which is of value to a few or many in what they share to help others along their path. They may have plagarized, they may be controlled, or misguided by less than pure entities because they desire so much to be known or a celebrity in the spiritual field due to their work. Thus, they attract energy which is less than purely from the Creator’s line of light.

Creator shine your transcendent light upon us and fill us with your love that we might walk our paths with honor, honesty, integrity and truth by taking responsibility for our thoughts, action and words.

Spirituality – what are you seeking?

I awoke this morning with the call of the Creator strong to focus my intent.

There are as many paths to unity with the Creator as there are people for we are part of the Creator. We find that we may have one religious belief all of our lives which sustains us and helps us to grow in our spirituality or simply comforts us in our lives. We may find a point where we seek to know more and begin exploring and seeing the value in multiple belief systems. We may seek to develop the extra sensory abilities that are latent within each of us. We may seek to connect with nature and the animal world. We may seek to connect with non physical or extra terrestrial beings. Whatever you seek is what you feel you need at this time in your life.

I was just reminded of a story told long ago about a spiritual mountain and train that takes people up the mountain. People get on the train and ones get off at various points along the way, for Christianity, Buddhism, New Age, or one of many belief systems and sometimes get back on to go to another point along the way. However, eventually we all will reach the top where there is only a wonderous white light of the Creator and us (all of creation).

This trip can end for each of us in an instant in this lifetime or another. When we are ready to focus our attention and intent upon this Oneness with the Creator as our goal. This is the Ascension process. The goal is not to be psychic, or to be able manifest out wishes and desires, or to perform magic, or to channel or be a medium, to speak in tongues/light language, to be a healer or to be a preacher or spiritual teacher. Each is a wonderful gift to be of service to others as long as they are not the focus of your quest but a result of it.

I often emphasize protection and clearing with the Violet Flame because so many are seeking first to gain an ability as their focus and so they are unprepared and do not have the protection of the light and love of the creator as they venture forth into the unknown and unseen. When we work with these gifts as a result of our heart centered unity with our soul and enter into Christ Conscious Unity with the Creator through our I AM Presence, we are protected by the Light and Love of the Creator.

The choice is always ours as to the path we take. I was reminded today to refocus my attention and intent unto the path. I had been focusing upon manifestation recently and tools to do this, when the true path of manifestation lies in my unity with the Creator, where all manifestation comes forth purely for the benefit of all. In focusing on manifesting I was taking upon myself the thought that I could be the source of manifesting the funds for the vision I was shown of a Star Center and Animal Sanctuary. Today I was reminded that the Creator is the Dream Giver and to fully make the connection to the timing of the Divine Plan, and asking to be shown my part in the moment. The Dream Giver by Bruce Wilkerson is a wonderful book to read as one has been given an inspiring direction or vision. I am often reminded to go back and read it as I was today.

I was reminded to trust in Divine timing, while waiting upon the direction through meditation, heart centered connection and grace for the actions I need to take. I was trying to control the situation. So many times we feel that if we could see visions, or hear spirit, or do healing that we would know we have accomplished something tangible and we have, but they are not the end game of this journey.

The main purpose in writing this message is that the things we can do and manifest upon the earth plane are not the true purpose of our being here. We each have come to clear past karmic blockages, and to help others and be of service. However, the best way in which to do all of this is to focus our intent and attention upon clearing our misqualified energies and moving into our hearts to reconnect with the spark of the Creator within.

It doesn’t mean we stop all of the other things we have to do like take care of our family , go to work or maintain our homes. It means we take a few minutes each day to connect perhaps before rising in the morning or going to sleep. It means we can start to think about all things in our lives as part of the Dvine Plan and choices we have made to have them in our lives. Then we can proceed in doing them the best we can perhaps play music to make it more enjoyable. Be thankful for all that we have in our lives, the home, people, and food on our table.

Remember, that which is a challenge is like the gem cutter that cuts and polishes a diamond. Each challenge is helping us to see the best choice possible, if we stop before speaking and acting to center in the heart. Then we can act and speak from the highest perspective and chip away the rough edge to become a gem of sparkling light.

Ascension is the ultimate goal for all, to return to Oneness. We have forgotten due to the dense energies of mass consciousness. Perhaps we have many challenges we have chosen to work on to reach that goal, or to help another to reach their goal. However, whatever you came in to do, to focus upon your Spiritual path will make life easier and a blessing to you and others.

May your choices bring you closer to the Being of Light which you truly are.

Focus and Intent

Focus with pure intent is the key to manifestation for the greater good of All. Faith and believe without doubt that it will come into manifestation is a must.

We all have the ability to manifest we do it every minute of every day. We want something and depending on how much focus, time and energy we put into getting detemines if we do and and how quickly. The moments of doubt as we face a delay or obstacle can stop the process. The purity of our intent and our connection with the higher perspective for the greater good, determines the the outcome.

Where what is generally called the fall of humanity occurred is when one being believed that they could use the Creator given ability to manifest and create without being aligned to the Creators will. They believed that they alone knew what was needed. You see when we step out of alignment with Creator Source or Universal Intelligence, we leave the higher perspective which knows what will benefit all life. Then we are creating that which will benefit ourself and perhaps our family or group of associates. This can then create a win and loose situation. For you to get what you want another must loose something.

By this I mean, if you want a mercedes and you do not ask that it manifest for the highest good of all, perhaps your father has a mercedes and he dies leaving it to you. It might be that he was destined to pass at this time anyway and it was just a coincidence, or you may spend the rest of your life wondering if your wish contributed to his passing. Perhaps, you want a certain position in the company where you work and your visualize yourself in that position and the good person holding that position is suddenly terminated and it becomes yours. Had you in each instance asked for the highest good of all, you would know that your father passing was his time and the person in that position would have been promoted or found a better position elsewhere, or perhaps you would have been given an even better position or won the car in a giveaway.

This is why it is so important in our lives to put our spiritual development as a priority. In the Christian bible it says, “The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness.” (Matt 6:22-23,) By the eye it means our vision and focus upon the Divine within us making us singular or One with the Creator and ALL LIFE. However, if we separate from the Divine within and seek without, then the focus is evil. Evil being the opposite of Live, or without eternal light and life. Instead we are focused upon what benefits the form in this instant in time.

Mindfulness is the key. Mindfulness is one of the steps of the 8 fold path of Buddhism. It teaches us to live in the moment, to be aware of our thougths, words and deeds. To reconnect and align to the Divine within and bring the spiritual into all that we do without creating judgments about it, but allowing the Divine into all aspects of our life. Mindfulness, reconnects us to align our hearts and minds. Thus, when we want to create it is done with ease and for the greatest good of all.

Like all things spiritual. If we practice mindfulness, and keep our eye singular upon the Divine in all Life, from a heart center we can change ourselves and bring light, love and abundance into the world.

Dr. Wayne Dyer would say,”When we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change.”

People naturally manifest, the key is to manifest a better world for all. Now, people are manifesting at the expense of others and thus the chaos in the world. It is time to purify our intent, to be aligned to benefit all and to learn to keep our Focus upon the Divine within each of us. Look for the Divine in yourself and others and you will find it.

Evil & Possession or Protection & Love

This is truly not an either or concept.

What I mean by that is in reality all is part of the Creator Source and so both that which we term evil and that which we term Divine are part of the same Source and part of us. Long ago I was told to understand that what we term as evil, devil, or demons are truly those who have volunteered to test us so that we can remove from within ourselves any energy which is attracted to that which is less than Divine. When we can remove the energy within us which attracts them and transmute the connection, we can then bless them and allow them to be free to continue their path as we do ours back to Oneness, Light and Love.

This is an easier said than done scenario upon the Earth, for the energies are dense here and it is harder to overcome the attraction and thought forms. You see what we believe in and where we place our attention attracts more of that energy to us. I wrote yesterday about instead of focusing on war and tragedy in an area, instead we hold a prayer and vision of them at peace, safe and healthy, the same for an area of tragedy such as floods and earthquakes. That does not mean we don’t volunteer to help or send funds if we can, it means we are helping to clear the energies of despair, fear, and panic and helping to open the door to HOPE.

This is the creational process of change and transmutation. Here on earth we are part of a redemptive program for those who have separated themselves in consciousness from oneness with Source. We are never separate from Source, for Source is the Essence which gives us life and the Matter from which we are formed. We only believe we are separate for long ago that process began, when we followed the ego self over the inner knowing.

Evil is the opposite of Live. You see source and our connection is what gives us Live eternal which is what we truly are a Soul a part of the Creator which is Eternal. When we lost that conscious belief and connection to our Soul, our I AM Presence which is part of Source, we began in form to have shorter lives. We began to create from fear of surviving because we thought we were the form and forget we are a Soul moving upon the Earth in a form. These fear created choices brought about war, famine, pain, violence, and even growing old and death. This is were Evil comes from our choices to create not aligned to the Soul, our Creator Source within us, but from fear. The ego was to serve our soul to keep our body safe and to perform the daily tasks of the physical, while our Soul was to guide us mentally, emotionally and spiritually to created paradise. But, we forgot our Soul and became disconnected.

When we focus upon this lower choices of ego, and the resultant experiences they create we allow for more of that energy to manifest. You see each planet has a creational matrix. All that we think and do become part of this and part of the mass consciousness of Humanity into which we are plugged, like a matrix. If you have ever seen the matrix movie, you may understand this concept. All the good and all the negative thoughts, actions and emotions are part of this mass consciousness matrix. When we are born into form we are plugged into this in order for us to pick up our past karmic energies which need cleared, and to be able to participate in the redemptive program of earth. We know this coming in and agree, but we forget once we are in form for the energies are so dense. We come into form with specific experiences we wish to have in order to clear our past misqualified energies and sometimes we have agreed to help others with their clearing. So we may be not so nice in our actions in order to help them, or we may be the shining light they need to cut themselves free.

All upon the earth is a learning experience so that we can be FREE and remember who we truly are.

However, that does not mean we should simply say well I will screw over everyone because I have the right. This creates karmic energy that must be balanced at some point in time. Our purpose is to clear ourselves and to become Beings of Light once again.

All that we are and all that we think and create becomes part of that creational matrix. When we leave the planet upon physical death we can go to that dimensional level of existence to which we have consciously and vibrationally cleared and attuned ourselves during our time upon the planet. The heavy energies do not move beyond the astral realms from Earth. That is where ghosts, demons and not so nice entities exist. Ghosts can be demonic energies which are mass accumulation of negative thought forms and desires or they can be ones who had addictions, died quickly and are confused, or have unfinished business of some type upon the earth. They may have an attachment to a house and because they did not raise their energies beyond fourth dimensional level , they exist in the astral realm and stay close to the home they loved or hated.

We are not forced to incarnate. We do so because we either want to help others or we have something to clear so that we can finish our spiritual ascension process.

I emphasize protection strongly because it is hard for us to overcome the mass consciousness energies which are lower and if you open yourself to non physical beings or even physical beings who are not of an Unconditional Divine Love vibration you are opening yourself to more of these energies manifesting in your life or even possession. Yes it does occur.

Until you have reached a level of Unconditional love and live from your heart center and soul directed you need to ask for protection. I say unconditional love for it is different than earthly love of lust, passion and control. You need to learn to distinguish and understand by moving into your heart center and asking to be shown by your Soul. Unconditional Love will protect you and surround you with Light to which nothing which is not of the same vibration can attach to you or harm you.

To try psychic communication, astral travel, ghost hunting, black magic, exorcism or even using an ouija board without protection opens that door. The choice is yours if that is what you wish to experience, and you must be ready for whatever comes your way.

For me I prefer to focus upon seeing the highest light, love, compassion and joy in life. When there is lower energies, I call in the Violet Flame to clear, and the Angelic realm to bring Light, Love and Compassion to all involved. I see them at their highest potential, so they can move forward from what they have experienced to a greater place of being.

We never know, at the time, exactly why we experience that which we do, perhaps we made a choice to live in an area where a tragedy could occur, just so we could clear something or to be of service in a time of need. My advice is to place your attention on being the Best that you can be mentally, emotionally and spiritually and living from your heart, with love and compassion for all. Be of service daily by asking that the Beings of Light who serve Creator Source, bring transmuation of that which holds us back, and fills the space with light and love for ourselves and all life.

Where do we go from here?

The Best of Time and the Worst of Times

One truth is self evident, that in creation where we place our thoughts and intent is what will manifest in the world. We see it all daily in the news and on social media. The worst of times they say.

Yet on the flip side, we can see people rescuing abandoned animals and caring for them, helping those without homes, checking on the elderly, donating to help those need, volunteering to clean the highways and beaches. We see the sun rise and set, the mountains glimmer with snow, the ocean shimmer from the light reflecting upon it. You need to only look in the eyes of the innocent child or animal to know that purity, goodness and hope exist. This is the best of times.

Where we choose to focus our attention is what we will attract and create more of in this world. I am not saying that cruelty, fear, pain, war and violence do not exist or we should ignore them. I am saying be of service when you hear of this events and ask that the Gold, Silver and Violet Flame of Transformation be taken to those areas and events to clear the heavy energies so that the ones involved can have some breathing room to make changes. Ask that the Love and Light of the Creator, HOPE, fills the air, and in accordance with the highest good and free will be open to the minds and hearts of all people involved to find peace, joy, compassion and forgiveness in order to seek a better solution.

We cannot change the actions of others, but we can help to provide a clearer energy field in which they can make choices and take action. If we stop looking at events from a 3D perception of that is horrible and allowing our emotions to be taken down to the lower levels, we will no longer add energy to their situation. If we send in the Violet Flame or if you pray for intervention, whatever you feel more comfortable doing, we are then helping to create a less dense energy around them to make better choices. We are not feeding the lower energies with our worry and fear, but instead we see the possible solution. See them happy, safe, and healthy.

Always remember that the Beings of Light who serve the Creator/Universal Oneness cannot intervene unless we ask. Do not project your desired outcome upon the situation, for that can create karma for you. In our unascended state we do not know the whole situation and what is happening from a higher perspective, which is why it is best to ask the Beings of Light who serve the Creator to intervene. However, seeing the light and love within another, and seeing them healthy, safe and happy, helps them to see it within themselves.

We are not sending those energies at them, wanting to control their actions and thoughts, but simply having a vision of the them living a good life, instead of focusing on the bad. This again does not mean you can’t volunteer to help or send money for relief if you feel guided to do so for many can use the help and in the giving we open the door for more to flow through us to others and uplift our own energies and spirits.

You see we feel good when we help others because we are helping a part of ourselves that is in need.

So we have in our world of duality the best and worst of times. Where we go from here is where we choose to focus our intent and thoughts.

Personally, I choose the best of times.

Aging

Not all have grace with which to guide their process.

Aging is something we all face. It seems to come before we are ready. It seems just yesterday you were graduating high school, getting married, having children and trying to keep up with life. Now suddenly 50 years have passed since high school, you spouse has passed, your children are grown with children of their own and you feel alone.

If you are lucky your health is good, you have sufficient savings and income to live a comfortable life, and you have activities to keep you occupied. However, that is not the case for so many.

Things always seemed to come up for which you needed to tap into your savings which have dwindled. Perhaps you still have a mortgage or you were never able to buy your home you have always rented. You have suffered medical problems which prevent you from doing all the things you need to do around your home and to go places to find company and enjoyment. Your children are all busy and don’t call or come to see you except occassionally. Your friends like your spouse have passed and you just haven’t the health and energy to go out and make new.

You are afraid. You are alone. You try to maintain the things you have the best you can. Your money isn’t enough to pay your rent, buy food, gas for your car, fix what is broken and buy medicine. You worry what will you do if you can’t stay in your home and you become homeless. You begin to have a negative viewpoint due to fear of life and events around you. Even when you speak with people your fear, despair and anger appear in your words and people avoid you as a negative person.

YOU WANT TO CONNECT, to have friends, to be happy, to share and enjoy life, but you have so many worries that you don’t know what to do. People do not understand and you don’t want to embarass yourself by asking them for help.

I see it happen time and time again. Even when you children have been there for you up until the time you are beyond their abilities to care for you, when this happens the parent become angry that they have to go to a nursing home. What about when you don’t have savings or long term care insurance to pay for a nursing home. It becomes a burden on your children to try to find a place which they can afford to care for you. They have expenses of their own and limits on their income especially as they grow older and face retirement or ill health at the same time.

TRULY – the aging are the forgotten. Society complains about spending money on programs but the elderly are in need of care and help. Even when we try to prepare one never knows what can occur to deplete the funds we need to live comfortably and with people living longer it gets harder.

You probably avoid watching ads like the ones for the older Jewish women who are crippled and starving. It is not just them, but many elderly women and men in America who are in need. They didn’t plan to be in this situation. It is embarrasing and makes them angry and cranky.

What can you do? If you have an elderly neighbor say hello and speak with them. Ask them if they need anything done. If their lawn needs mowed, offer to help or their bushes trimmed. Ask if you can get something for them from the store or take them somewhere. Often they are no longer able to drive. If it looks like they are in need of someone to look in on them call the council on aging or meals on wheels.

Write to your senator or congress person asking them to support medicare and social security programs. Do you realize each year when except this year of 2023 when social security increases , medicare does too and take up a chunk of their cost of living. Do you realize many live below poverty level? One elderly woman I know had her rent go up $75 this year, luckily we had the large social security increase which was just enough to cover her increase in rent. This however puts her further below poverty level. She has help with utilities, meals on wheels and get damaged and outdated food on friday from the grocery store. She can’t afford television, her children don’t come to see her, and she is nearly blind so cannot drive. She is crabby and most people avoid her.

Some in the neighborhood see beyond this to how bad she feels about her circumstance and tries to hide them, due to pride and we try to help her. We ignore her negative attitude. One elderly gentleman takes her on friday to get the outdated food. I help her with paperwork she needs done and listen to her stories, and help with food for her cat and dog. They are her companions in life. Her children don’t visit and rarely call. I am not sharing this for any recognition for what I do to help her, but to share just one story. She is one step away from being homeless, if her rent increases beyond her social security next year. This is her only source of income, for life and needs have used up her savings.

Many are living alone and not in senior communities. IT IS SCARY to be old and living alone. Be sure to check on the seniors. Understand why they are scared and cranky and listen. Most often in life we simply want to be heard, and know that someone cares.

AS A NOTE:

We need larger beginning social security amounts and they need to increase the cola each year to include any medicare increases. The government needs to take the cap off social security income for payroll taxes so that all are paying their percentage on all of their income. If ones on lesser incomes can afford to pay so can those on larger incomes.

This is one of the main topics for which I have great care and conern. This is a place in life we all face. If you are young start saving now. May you find yourself healthy, wealthy and loved in your older years.

Cleansing and Healing

We are in a period of history in which such powerful energy is coming to us from Creator Source and the Host of Light Beings who serve the Creator so that we can Ascend if we truly desire to do so.

Having just passed through the Covid period of time and now in the northern hemisphere we enter the cold and flu season. Due to this it may be easy to dismiss your clearing and healing symptoms of Ascension. Often the symptoms are similar to colds or flu.

I was reminded of this and nudged to post about it having gone through a clearing recently. I was exposed to a respiratory virus when I visited a relavtive, while wearing a mask ,and could easily have believed it was simply this virus. However, I noticed that my symptoms unlike the person to whom I was exposed, centered around my throat. It was so sore and I am a person who is very rarely sick. I had in the past had strep throats and tonsilitis and the symptoms were similar. However, my intuition told me that it was a clearing of my throat chakra.

My higher self has been guiding me to more strongly speak my truth and this was a way of getting my attention. Sometimes, spirit wants us to stop or slow down, pay attention and do self care. This was the case for me. I have learned that if I feel a strong sense I am getting sick to get into bed, clear my energy with the violet flame, bring in the green flame of healing and the white light of the Creator. In this case ,I also used lots of throat lozenges and colloidal silver for physical symptoms and meditation for non physical causes. I rested most of 3 days and never had to go to the doctor or take anti biotics.

I am not recommending that others do not go to the doctor when they feel sick. Everyone has different physical constitutions and needs. What I am saying is,that for myself, I realized early that Spirit was wanting to take me through a clearing and healing to activate my throat chakra to another level. Had I not listened and simply told myself it was a respiratory infection, it might have been so. I was also having lots of fatigue and less air capacity. I was reminded that I needed to pay attention to my Breath, the passage of Chi life force into our body, and to consciously breath deeper and slower.

There has been much information on the internet for years regarding ascension symptoms and how to handle. I would like to discuss a few because I feel it is important that we go within to see if what ever we are experiencing had a physical cause or is part of our process.

Some of the symptoms include:

Bodily aches and pains – we can simply acknowledge it as a result of the weather or our age or bodily health. As part of the ascension process it can be the result of the frequency of our cells rising and as they are changing into higher dimensional frequency, they can change and expand. You can use the Gold, Silver and Violet Flame to help clean out old residue, BLESS and drink plenty of water to flush out that which is released, exercise, walk or be in nature.

Headaches – As our frequency is rising, the energies of our mind and ego can be resisting and wanting to hold onto the old thoughts and patterns so tightly that it become like a constricting band. Again go within and ask your Higher Self what you are resisting or holding on to tightly and ask to be released. Use the Violet Flame to clear and release, drink Blessed water and meditate.

The flu and cold symptoms I discussed with my own symptoms. You may experience the flu symptom of vomiting to purge the body, or diarrhea. Get medical help and advice to be sure you don’t allow theses symptoms to become an even greater problem physically. However, like myself it can be a part of the process of letting go, clearing and activating.

Anxiety, panic attacks and depression: IF,these are new symptoms for you they can be a part of not understanding the changes you are going through physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We tend to not want to change our life and let go of old patterns and thoughts unless we are forced to do so. We will try to ignore and make excuses not to face them. This creates a break between the flow of our energy with our Soul and I Am Presence of the Creator of which we are a part. It is best to stop when we have symptoms, to move into our heart center and ask to be shown. BREATHE – slowly and deeply to allow the life force to circulate within and remove the energies and use the Violet Flame of transmutation. These will slow the symptoms and allow you to come back into balance.

Emotional imbalances of intense ups and downs or outbursts, and fear which can cause withdrawal. These are us facing our emotional fears and patterns which need released and to learn how we deal with them. I would advise using the same tools of going within, Breath, Violet Flame and meditation. HOWEVER, if you have had either of these last two symptoms before and for extended periods of time you need to seek medical and or psychiatric advise.

FATIGUE – so many are experiencing extreme fatigue no matter how long they sleep. This comes from resisting letting go of old patterns also. We may find ourselves sleeping too much and even very little. This can be because of the energy changes in our body. If we are allowing and not blocking we will find we need less sleep and food. If we are resisting, we may need to sleep so that our spirit can aid us to release and make the needed changes. Again, go within, ask your Soul what it is you are resisting. Then use your Breath and Violet Flame to help release them. You may have cords of attachments from and with others that need released, for which Archangel Michael will help you if asked. You may also have old spiritual agreements and contracts which no longer serve your higher good which need released.

Tinnitus or sounds in the ear. So many have these symptoms as do I . I have had them for years but I knew that they were the result (at least for me) of hearing Spirit and the energies around me from non physical dimensions. It was part of the telepathic and clairaudient process. So I learned to simply allow it and not worry or pay attention to it as something that bothered me but as something that was helping me. When you focus upon it as a bad symptoms or something wrong that is your reality. My mother had it and sometimes felt suicidal because it bothered her so much. For me, it is present most of the time and unless it becomes loud to get my attention or I place my focus upon it, during normal daily activity I am seldom aware it is there. If I hear it increase, I simply sit and ask whom or what is trying to contact me. AGAIN – this is not saying that tinnitus is not the result of some physical problem for which you need to seek a doctors advice. I am saying that not all sounds we hear are tinnitus which can have a physical cause, but can be part of our process and opening to higher guidance.

Seeing Spirits or non physical images. As we grow spiritually,clear our energies and raise them we will begin to see Spirit and beings from beyond the third dimension. This gift is called clairvoyance. For me when this first happend about 30 years ago, it was upsetting. I would see images superimposed upon my physical visual range. It was not all the time, but when it happened,no matter what I was looking at I would see an image superimposed over the background. It was as if you would be looking through a window outside and the window had an image painted upon it that obstructed your view of the outdoors. This image would have differing forms, it may be shaped like an eagle, but within that outline are geometric form of triangles and circles of differing colors which vibrated. As time progressed the image would grow until it filled my visual range and I could not make out the form any longer only see the vibrating colors. The colors still remaining translucent enough to see the world, but with a vibrating image overlayed. I learned that this was spirit, sometimes they called themselves color ray scientists working with my visual energies to activate and sometimes to teach me something through the image, colors and vibrations. So, don’t be afraid, if you begin to see things, go within and ask what it is. HOWEVER, I am not saying that you should not seek a doctor or optometrist to advise for it may be something for which you need medical help.

Remember we are in a process and that sometimes instead of a drug we need to allow the process to take place.

TOOLS to remember.

Bless and drink lots of water to flush out old toxins. To Bless water you simply need to ask that the Creator will transform and Bless this water so that it is absolutely perfect for you and your process.

Spend more time in Nature and meditation.

IF you feel the need to sleep do so.

If you feel sluggish, try walking and excersising.

Watch the food you put into your system for chemicals and types of sugar.

Try abstaining from recreational drugs and alchohol.

Meditation and going into the heart is so helpful to balance, learn and expand.

Breath – learn to breath deeply and slowly.

Service – learn to focus on helping others and sharing of higher energies so that you don’t become stuck and can continue to grow spiritually and expand.

A NEW YEAR

As we have moved quickly into this new year it is wise to look at our intent for the year. Intent for what we wish in the new year is how new year resolutions came into being. Most make resolutions regarding their physical life and often forget their spiritual existence.

We are still in the period of setting our intent so that it is important that we take time to go within to see what we wish to manifest spiritually in our life. The most important areas we have been given to note are protection and discernment. If you have not mastered these aspects it would be well to set an intent to do so.

Other areas one may look at are

Mindfulness – to be aware of our thoughts, words and deeds. Do we speak without thought as to the effect upon another. Do we judge others with our thoughts instead of allowing them their differences along their path to ours. Do we try to control others or to influence them to believe as we do. Do we act or react without first stopping and asking for guidance. These are the aspects of self mastery and they begin with being mindful of our energy.

Living from the heart center is another important aspect to which we can place our intent. When we live from the heart we are allowing our soul or I AM Presence to guide our lives and what we do becomes harmless to others, and can be for the benefit of all life. It is part of mindfulness of stopping when we have judgmental thoughts, or before we speak or act and go into our heart center and ask for guidance.

Compassion and empathy for others living beings both human and non human.Not turning away from the injustice in the world, but asking for guidance about how we can best be of service to help.

Service to the planet, nature and all non human life forms. The earth provides for our physical needs through nature. If we act without thinking about the effect we will have we are hurting ourselves and all life. This could be as simple as recycling, picking up trash when you see it.

Non human life forms, animals, insects, reptiles, birds, fish, cetaceans are all here with a purpose. All live from the heart, and have learned fearful or harmful behavior from others. If you see an instance where you can help be of service and do so. Don’t ignore an animal in distress, find a way to help.

You can make being of spiritual service a priority. Begin with clearing yourself of mis-qualified energies with the Gold, Silver and Violet Flame and then send it forth into the earth, ley lines, water, and air. Ask the angels to carry it forth into areas of need where there is war, anger, violence, famine, abuse, disease.

There are many small steps of intent which we can do each day to make changes spiritually within ourselves and to help others and the planet. Pick just one area and begin your journey.

May this year be the best for you, earth and all life.

Protection, Discernment, Clarity

Discernment of people, messages, spirits, energies, truth and life

I began this message about a month ago, and had not yet finished it when On Sunday the 11th of December 2022, I watched a video message given through Elizabeth April a channel for the Galactic Federation of Light which focused on the same topic. I was glad to see that the message which came through her was emphasizing that which I have been hearing to emphasize. In fact, the book I am writing about Ascension, emphasizes these points as the most important first steps for each of us of which to be aware in our Ascension Process.

I have been since then, stronly nudged to finish this message and post it. If we don’t focus upon anything else in our spiritual process in the days ahead these concepts should be applied daily in our lives.

I am not a follower of any channel or group, but I watch or monitor information as I am guided; Over the years there are different channels works to whom I have been guided. Thus, on my site I have links to certain people’s websites, that I have found are regularly accurate and trustworthy in what they are sharing. I say monitor because as has been emphasized to me, we should always be discerning of the words and messages of anyone outside of our own personal connection to the Divine Creator Source. It is especially important in this time of media, cell phones, internet and television to have a guidepost of discernment to understand what is truth and worthy our energy.

We need to always remember that not everything we hear or read is truth and not everyone who speaks or writes a blog or book, is sharing a higher truth. It does not mean they are a bad person, but that like the majority of people on earth, that which one believes and/or shares is relative truth based upon their education, societal lifestyle and level of spiritual growth and clarity.

In the message on December 11th, Ms April had asked what is most important to help us in 2023 and their response was to learn DISCERNMENT. That we need to learn to go within ourselves to our own connection to Source for guidance and to not be always following others. If you have read my message regarding Aliens and Extraterrestrials, you would know that for me that was the key to knowing she was connected to the Galactic Federation of Light and not to any of the other extraterrestrial who would decieve ones. That being said, it is not just aliens that can decieve us, nor just channels, but media, or anyone outside of ourselves whom we set up as being more knowledgable spiritually than ourselves.

They may not even know that what they are sharing is not pure for they have not learned the basics or do not practice them diligently. Some channels or spiriutal teachers start out purely and like most people things happen in their lives. Perhaps they get busy and feel sure of their connection and they let down their guard. Perhaps they go through a life altering situation and an energy creeps in of which they are not aware, and they begin operating from either an ego level or from messages of being not fully aligned to the Creator, and thus they don’t intentionally want to misguide you but it can happen so easily. If you are not protecting, discerning and listening from your heart center, you would not be aware just like them and could easily get misguided.

These basic spiritual concepts are not something we are taught in school. Usually the ideas of protection and discernement we learn in life is based on a particular societal bias and directed toward protecting the physcial being and not protecting us from the non physical beings.

Until you have learned these basics you should not deal with non physical beings for many reason. First, they are not all Beings of Light who wish to help us. Second, they can lie to you about who they are and say they are an Angel or highly regarded spiritual being. They can even have the ability to project light and a good feeling. Without the ability to discern you may not know or understand. Third, if you are not clear in your energies and protected, you will attract these lower energy beings and it will be hearder to discern lies and lower energies from Light and Truth.

Then we have the physical level of informational input from cell phone, television, social media, new media, books, speakers, teachers, authors, channels, etc. If you are not able to discern truth, you should never automatically trust that another is fully sharing a higher truth with you. For if they are not using the basics, they can be over shadowed and fooled by lower beings and even energies of mind control or disruptive frequencies which together with their own perspecitves and bias can color their messages. It is also easy when one begins to have followers for the ‘ego’ to come forth and lead them to share what may create more followers, to support them physically, financially, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

I have attended seminars in which I have seen dark shadows behind a speaker whom many have followed as a guru or teacher. No one else seemed to notice. In a blog or social media, you do not know if the picture of a person is really that person, or even their real name, or what their true agenda may be. I was told at the beginning of my journey to be aware of the message which one brings through. However, even a person with an agenda can speak of Light, Love and happiness, while having a personal agenda to get you to follow a particular path. Be-ware a wolf in sheep clothing.

Let us discuss the tools of protection, clarity and discernment.

Protection is the cornerstone of spiritual growth on planet earth. It doesn’t matter if you are putting on the armor of God as the Christian Bible suggests, or you are calling in the Golden White Light of the Creator, calling upon the protection of Buddha, Or asking Archangel Michael the Protector to surround you with his Blue Light of protection. You need but ask and believe to have the help you need. For in this world of freedom of choice, the Divine and those who serve the Divine cannot interfer in our free will choices without us asking.

You can say something as simple as “Beloved Creator/or Father Mother God, you who created me and all Life Please fill me with your Golden White Light that I may be protected from all that is not of your higher purpose. “

To call upon Archangel Michael ” I call upon Archangel Michael, guardian and protector to surround me with they blue light of protect”ion and to cut any cords that are not of my Divine purpose and mission. “

The protection is with you, even if you don’t fully have faith in it. However, if you have doubts, you leave small tears in your protection through which ones who would decieve and attempt to control you can slip into your energy fields. It is not always just enough to have information and to say the words. You might even believe it is true, but as we have seen people have been known to kill for their beliefs for it is a process of the mind. However, faith moves us beyond the mind into the emotion of spirit. Faith is a produce of the mind while faith is a product of spirit. In my life I always knew I was protected by Archangel Michael. There have been times I have tested that belief, no on purpose but just by my actions and I have always been shown it was truth, which had led to complete faith. However, one day it also became a wisdom when an event occurred and Archangle Michael said to me, ” You would not go away from home and leave your windows open. Why do you not take the same care with you spiritual protection and be aware of your actions so you do not leave the door open for harm. ” I call this being more mindful of my actions. Protection is the most important and basic tool in your spiritual growth for it keeps you safe to focus on the other parts of your spiritual growth. What I have come to understand from that as the years pass is that in the beginning we are like babies, not knowing or understanding how to do this for ourselves. Then one day we become as adults and we are connected to the flow of the Divine consciously and we no longer need for another Being of Light to protect us for the Light of the Creator within us is our shield. However, until then it is always wonderful to know that ones are ready and willing to help if we but ask.

The next step is clearing your energy fields of misqualified or lower blocking energies. This is building upon the foundation of being protected from new energies so now you can clear out the old. The GFL doesn’t speak about clearing, they do speak of opening your crown chakra and connecting to source and bringing the Light into your form to be filled and protected. When asked they said because it is source light and protects you that you need not close the connection. Calling upon the Golden and/or White Light of the Creator and speaking forth your intent to be clear and open will bring this light down into you form. You can use it to clear energies and activate your chakras and build it up and expand it to encircle you and protect you. This is a highly effective form of clearing. Remember to move into your heart center when doing this and to feel the love of the Creator and to be grateful for them connection.

Recently within the last century returned to us was one of the most powerful clearing and transforming energies which had been removed from general population’s knowledge and taken back to the higher light centers and teaching temples. This is the Violet Flame of Transmutation and it has recently been upgraded that you can call upon the Gold Silver and Violet Flame. The high energies of this flame when called upon work to the subatomic level clearing the blockages between the electrons. This will clear the physical form, chakras, etheric bodies and auric field as well as protect. If only using the Violet Flame, I would after clearing and transmuting the energies call in the Golden White Light of the Creator to fill all cleared spaces. This allows the energy to flow freely between the electrons and enlightening you. It is important that when energies are released or removed that they be transmuted back to the light this is part of the balancing process so that they do not return later. I would also call upon Archangel Michael to help you to cut any cords that attach you to other people, places or events through all dimensions and time. You can do this yourself through visualization, but in the beginning of your process it is so helpful to have Archangel Michael help you. Always remember when you call on help to be Thank them for their service and to send love.

There is another step that can be taken along the process and that is asking Archangel Michael will take prayers and petitions for you to the karmic board to be released from any contracts or agreements that you have made in this or any life which do not serve your Divine Purpose and highest light. You may want to wait for this until you can learn more and understand what you are requesting.

One effect way in which to protect yourself and clear is through having a heart focused energy of Divine Unconditional Love which you project to fill your fields. Divine Unconditional Love is the Essence of Creation. There is nothing which can come against Love, when filled with Divine Love we are protected. Love connects us to Source and to each other. Anything which is projected toward love that is not love is reflected back.

Now that we are clear and protected we are better able to move into our heart center and learn to discern Truth from others.

First we need to understand about Truth. I have written in more detail in another writing, so I will condense the information here. There is Divine Truth which are the Universal Laws of Creation. The Universal Laws of Creation are the pattern, regulating and maintaining rules of manifestation of Creation, nothing exists outside of the Universal Laws of Creation which are the manifestation of Universal Mind where Original Divine Truth originates and exists.

When humanity began creating through self will choices no longer aligned to the Divine Will of Universal Mind, although their lesser creations had to fall within the parameters of Universal Laws of Creation the manifestation of those choices were of a lesser vibrational form. We also began to learn to conform to the rules and regulations of this lesser energy manifestation. We were taught from birth certain beliefs, perceptions and values which we use to determine the value or truth of a situation, experience or information as truth or lies.

This is called relative truth. Everyone has relative truth upon the Earth and it is their right to choose your truth for the moment and to change your mind and evolve to understand that their might be a greater truth. The way to break through of the programmed judgements we have been taught is to live a heart centered mindful life, which will reveal the greater truth behind the energy, actions and words of another.

This brings us to discernment for we are trying to discern higher truth from human relative truth. When we are protected, and the clearer our energies can be, the more we are able to quiet our mind and be mindful of our thoughts, words and deeds so that we can in a more pure state move into our hearts. It is in our hearts where the part of us which is the Creator exists. Most of us have built walls around our hearts from experiences, pain, feeling of shame and hurt in our lives, which prevent us from connecting because we do not feel worthy of love, especially the love of the Creator.

This is why the clearing of our energy is so important and the Gold, Silver and Violet Flame came help us to do this. As we remove the blocks and move into our heart center, we can connect to the Creator within and from there we will be shown the truth behind what we see, hear or read. It becomes like a barometer, which allows us to feel a strange uncertain feeling when something is less than right and a feeling of peace when it is of Truth, Light and Love.

Each of us have the ability to know from our heart the Truth and if what we are perceiving is worth our time and energy. We may still choose to ignore those feelings and that is our right. All is from the Creator and returns to the Creator, when they are ready to make that choice, do the needed work to balance their energy and clear the path ahead. We are each on a path of exploring and learning and growing. We are the a part of the Creator exploring our Creation.

A wise man once said to me,” We have all the time in the world, but not a moment to waste. ”

Discernment comes from within, and our ability to discern is based upon our purity of intent and heart based connection to the Creator.
